Had NO key FOB for my Ram at RDU, they were able to get my full sized truck out of the parking garage and to the dealer with ease. Would highly recommend their service. Timely, friendly and kept me up to date during the process.
Called about cash for my old car and could it be towed from near my drive way! He came out the same day and by the next day I had the cash!!! Thanks again, please don’t hesitate to give them a call :)
Nick was prompt and professional. He arrived within the expected time window. Once my car was towed to its destination, Nick sent photos with time stamps, which was great! It was easy paying via the link sent by text. I would highly recommend this company! Thanks again Nick!
Nick was of great service getting my car back home. He was professional, prompt, and gave good updates on arrival time. Thank you so much!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Nick at Nick’s Towing! When my Tesla’s right front tire blew out, I was understandably stressed, especially since I didn’t realize how hard it would be to find low-profile tires. Nick came to the rescue super fast—within about an hour! He was cheerful, informative, and made the whole experience much more enjoyable. He even suggested that I call around to check for tire availability before deciding on a tow location, which was incredibly helpful. During the ride to the tire shop, Nick was great to chat with, making me feel at ease despite my tire dilemma. His friendly demeanor truly made a difference! Hopefully, I won’t need towing services again soon, but if I do, Nick will definitely be my go-to! Highly recommend his services! Thank you, Nick! 🚗💨

Dave is the man! We had 7 condensing units to set on the roof of a convenience store in Greenville NC. Dave was here early, had a great attitude, and an even better sense of humor. Seriously, I wish more people in this industry were as laid back as Dave was. You never know what kind of day people are having, and to see him hop out of that crane with a smile on his face, put a smile on mine. Best part is we were done in 45 minutes and he was back on the road. I have advised my superiors not to use any crane company other than Morlando. Efficient, effective, and down right awesome. 🤘
Dallas with morlando did a great job. We put 9 units on top.of a roof safely and efficiently in an hour. Super nice guy. Very knowledgeable and I highly recommend this crane operating company. Ask for Dallas. He will definitely do you right
I have never in my life witnessed a pool craned over a house and Morlando Crane made it look like a cake walk!! James P. and Scott M. are amazing professional and we can’t thank them enough for the amazing job! The kids cannot wait to swim in their own yard. Thank you again Morlando Crane. We highly recommend them!!!! Thank you Triangle Swimming Pools for the amazing pool!!!!
The planning was flawless, and the on-site crew was outstanding. The precision required to maneuver the old unit out and place the new units was top-tier. The operator was highly skilled, making the lifts look easy, and the ground crew maintained a safe and professional atmosphere throughout the entire process. We highly recommend Morlando Crane for any precision rigging or heavy lifting work.
Morlando Crane did an amazing job for a project for our personal home requiring 120 ton crane. First, the office is super responsive and answers the phone. Communication from start to finish was excellent. The day of lifting was timely, orderly and safe. I credit Aaron, James H, Wes and Oscar for their attention to detail and knowledge of best practices. We talked to a lot of different crane companies, Morlando Crane stood out as the best !

Brian did an amazing job pulling out a bobcat I got stuck. Highly recommend Andrews Towing for all your needs.
Absolutely great service! Josh was courteous, answered my questions and arrived earlier than expected. Price was very good!! Will definitely use them every time I need any towing done!
Mr. Greg was recommended by my mechanic in Raleigh, when my college daughter car broke down on the highway in the middle of traffic, at the light. He took my call with no hesitation. Mr. Greg was so kind to me when he took my call, he gave a time frame and arrived within his said timeframe. Upon his arrival to her -he made her feel safe (cause of course she was on the edge of a meltdown) and was very patient with her. He was very quick with getting her out of the way of traffic and to the shop. I would recommend his and his company 10 times over.
Omg! Where do I start? Josh is so amazing! I was out of town traveling with my elderly mother and 2 teenagers! They retrieved my car in a timely manner first of all. This guy went above and beyond! He gave me car advice, checked my oil, test drove my car to see what the problem was. Really put effort into helping me out. Above and beyond. Always hoping my car doesn’t break down, but if it does I would use this company anytime, any day! I can’t thank them enough. Their customer service on the phone was top notch as well!!! Very satisfied and thanks to Josh and the lady that answered the phone (sorry I didn’t get her name), my family and I get to sleep in our own beds tonight!!!! Thank you a million times! Lara L. Was stranded, now I am not! PS. Also, saved me a ton of money, cause I was close to just buying a new car!!!
I would highly recommend this company for your towing needs and have already passed their names on to our RV friends. They are very knowledgeable of what they are doing and so polite. I explained my situation with my membership and they still took care of me. Shawn and Chris are the best Thank you so much.

Highly recommend! Exceptional service and quick response time. My car got a flat on the highway in the middle of heavy traffic and Mark took care of everything, towing my car to a tire place without me even needing to be involved. If you need a tow, I recommend Nelms Towing for sure!
My 5-year old truck would not start. Thought I had a dead battery. Called Nelms’ Towing and Mark said he’d be there in 30 seconds. Well, it was a minute later he arrived. I was impressed and happy. Before he even got his flatbed truck in position, he said show me it won’t start. There was power but only a click in the engine bay after pressing the start button. He crawled under my truck and whacked the starter. We reapplied my jumper cables and the truck started. He said, “All you need is a new battery.” He didn’t charge me for the call, so I gave him a $50 tip. Nelms’’ Towing is reliable, helpful and honest.
What a professional! I don’t need a tow truck everyday, but if I ever do again, I’m calling Nelms. He was ready to go as soon as I called and gave me really helpful advice. Can’t recommend this company highly enough!
They were very quick to come to my service. When he arrived he was super cool and did a great job. I’ve had an issue with towing companies in the area but he gave me no problems!
Mark was just outstanding. He was prompt, professional and personable. His rate was reasonable and he provided stellar service with a smile. Calling for a tow is never the highlight of the day but Mark made it a more pleasant experience. I HIGHLY recommend him and this company! Outstanding!!

My daughter broke down in an area I was not familiar and found this company on a google search. Pablo from the start was happy to help and even suggested a repair location he could tow the car to in the area! He was quick and the communication was amazing! Would definitely recommend this to anyone in need of a tow! Thanks again Pablo Acosta!
Excellent service, on-time, and incredibly helpful! Will be recommending them to friends and family.
Moved a building for us great communications, nothing messed up. Did a great job. thank you!
Pablo was awesome! Fastest, smoothest, towing service I have ever seen anywhere! Highly recommend. Would give more than 5 stars if I could! Pablo picked up my car in a jiffy, dropped it off at the dealership for me. Grateful for his service.
These guys did an amazing job yesterday towing my car from Concord to Salisbury at a minute’s notice. They were very professional on the phone and in person. It only them twenty minutes to get me. It was a great experience considering the situation. I would recommend them for towing services. Thanks again, guys!

Dave communicated with me the minute he was dispatched. He texted me updates on his timeline and was very fast. Did all payment and invoice details on my phone at home. Thank you for your help!
I cannot say enough great things about Mattaeo’s Towing and Recovery. I was stranded on a remote country road after a car wreck blocked the road for hours. Unfortunately, my Tesla’s battery drained while waiting for the cleanup, leaving me completely stuck. Tesla provided Mattaeo’s contact information, and I quickly got in touch with Dave. From the very start, Dave was professional, courteous, and reassuring. He arrived within an hour, which was impressive given my location. He handled my car with incredible care, ensuring it was loaded and transported without a scratch. His expertise and efficiency turned a stressful situation into a smooth, hassle-free experience. If you ever need a tow, Mattaeo’s Towing and Recovery is the company to call! I highly recommend them for their quick response, excellent service, and skilled driving. Thank you again for saving the day!
Dave of Matteo’s is the best in the business! On time and very professional at a great price. We hired him to transport one of our 20’ swim spas from Garner to Chapel Hill and everything was handled perfectly. Hire with confidence!
Great service, friendly and knowledgeable. They saved me when Triple A failed me when my car was locked out! And one of the coolest towing trucks I've ever seen. Highly recommended recommended
Great overall service, great communication through out the process, very punctual was on time with the scheduled pick up time. I would definitely recommend for any towing needs!!

if I could give 10 Stars, I would! Baez and Jose were a joy to work with! When your car breaks down, there is already a load of stress that comes with it: 'What's wrong with it?" "How much is it going to cost to get it fixed?". 'How much is it going to cost to get there?" On-Time Towing, removed at least one of those stressors. Not only were their prices extremely reasonable, Baez and Jose were both so warm and personable! It felt like working with family friends! If you should need you a vehicle towed for any reason, I highly recommend!
This guy was the nicest, coolest and honestly the best tow trucker i’ve ever dealt with. I crashed my car earlier today and he ended up getting me to laugh about the situation, he goes above and beyond to make he does his best job. They are also super quick i will never reach out to a different towing company. He’s the best!!
If you’re reading this trying to decide who to call, THIS IS IT! Communication was prompt and clear; service was masterful and quick; price was transparent and fair. I have a lowered car and they were able to load it with proficiency. Importantly, they were kind and friendly. I will exclusively work with On Time Towing from here on out.
Excellent response time, clear communication, and took extra in securing my motorcycle. I would highly recommend On Time Towing, as they truly live up to their name. I was VERY satisfied with their service. 💜
5+ star service! These guys were extremely responsive, personable, and did everything they could to help me out when several other towing companies gave me the runaround. I could not be more pleased! Give them a call - you won’t be disappointed!

Three and a half hours from home, traveling solo, ended up with a flat tire from an object on I-40 & Gavin came to the rescue! He is an angel! Prompt, professional, excellent customer service and a great guy! He even asked me to let him know when I got home tonight! My family appreciates you helping me out tonight! Thank you again and I have no doubt God will continue to bless you!
Great customer service. Gavin was super nice. Great price and they came quickly. They texted/called like they said they would. The driver (forgot his name) was very nice as well. I will definitely be referring them and using them again. Thank you guys.
We cannot say enough good things about J&G Towing. The owner went completely out of his way to help us. Long story short, we'd left one of our vehicles at the hospital when my girlfriend needed surgery. I'd driven her home and couldn't leave her side, but we needed to get our 2nd vehicle back home. The owner of J&G took time out of his day to come by and pick up our keys before heading across town to the hospital to tow our vehicle to our home. Fast, safe, courteous, and professional service at a very competitive price. We will only be using J & G Towing for our transport needs in the future and would confidently recommend them to any friends, family, and colleagues. Great job at a great price.
We had the most amazing experience with the owner. We caught a flat tire on the highway and called him for assistance. When he gets to our location he immediately notices that he didn’t have the right tools to remove the tire because we have aftermarket rims. He spent more than 45 min trying. He said the only option was to tow the car, but we’re from out of town and had no idea where to take it to and it was passed 11pm. He proceeded to call local tire/car shops until he found a shop that was able to help us. He called us a Lyft to take us to the shop and stood with us until the tires were replaced! He’s an angel and our family will be forever grateful for him! I pray God continues to bless him and his business. He has an amazing heart so I have no doubt that he will continue to grow! Thank you!!!
I came across J&G towing on google after calling several other tow companies (which were either rude, had extremely high prices or just all together didn’t answer the phone) In a panic and at my wits end and was pleasantly surprised to find the call answered promptly and professionally. In speaking with Gavin (who is also the owner) I was given a great price and approx time of arrival which was in less than an hour. Upon prompt arrival, J&G company was very calm courteous and answered any questions I had. At the drop off location J&G towing made sure there was no damage done to the vehicle while towing and dropped the car neatly in the spot I requested. He provides receipts and business cards which was very helpful, being that unbeknownst to me I would be needing J&G towing again which again was provided with professional prompt service. I would highly recommend calling J and G towing for any of your towing needs! Great prices!! Amazing professional customer service!! And coverage within the state of North Carolina!

Bull City towing is AMAZING! They were efficient, caring and affordable. The driver I had, Danny, sweetest person! They handled all my needs and kept me updated through the process. 100% would request their services again!
Fast service! They took care of my car from one location to another. Affordable pricing. I will definitely use this company again.
These guys are super professional on time and when I say 24 seven they answer the phone at any time literally so if you’re looking for someone that you can call at any point anytime anywhere or these are the guys give them a call Roberto and his colleagues are amazing. They’re all super easy to work with and Mann. We love these guys. You know these we look forward to working with them when our car broke down even though we don’t look forward to the car is breaking now we look forward to working with them so hell yeah guys rock on.
Bull City Towing is absolutely the best experience I’ve had with any tow company. The two guys that arrived were very courteous, fast, and worked well as a team. They were very informative about their business and how they got started, and great to talk to. I know have two new nephews in these young men. GREAT JOB!
Bullcity Towing has to have been the best tow service I’ve ever used. I got a flat and needed to get to the dealership within 2 hours and they said say less. Easy communication, easy to pay and a great experience overall.

Hello, everyone. I hope this message finds you and those around you doing exceptionally well today. I am grateful for the excellent customer service I received from Morgan at Five Star Towing. Morgan provided detailed information about when I should expect the tow truck driver. When I mentioned my AAA membership, Morgan was very supportive of my contacting AAA for towing services. She even asked if my vehicle had a valid license plate and registration, because without it, AAA wouldn’t provide towing under the free mileage plan, which could have cost me more than expected. Although I chose AAA towing services, I’m thankful to have connected with Morgan and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you, Morgan, for being a valuable person and delivering exceptional service. ~ Lynette 💜
Used five star towing and recovery in which was sent by AAA and Corey was very helpful professional and quick. Really appreciate the help
When I called to get tow service, the woman I spoke with was very helpful and kind. The driver Cory that came was also very nice and efficient. Fairly priced and took care of the vehicle with care. Would definitely recommend.
Adam and Morgan are phenomenal, we had to pick up a vehicle for our body shop and they made the process seamless. Their customer service is incredible! I am local to Clayton and will remember this for future use!
Top notch service! When David arrived, he made me feel very secure, very personable and professional (quick and efficient). Southern hospitality at its finest! Thank you!

You can’t get anyone better than Geno. He shows up quickly and is efficient when you’re in a bind. He was kind and patient with me and my car. Took the time to calm me and took the extra steps such as checking my oil which was low unbeknownst to me. He takes pride in his work and is truly a wonderful person. I hope that he and his company thrive because we need more people like him.
Carolina towing was great, we had a car break down and they arrived in a reasonable time. Once on scene they were quick to safely load the vehicle and secure it to the flatbed. The driver was polite and professional. They were able to drop the vehicle off at our desired destination. Highly recommend!
Thank you so much for your FAST service! Our driver was excellent! He even too time to pump our tire instead of driving it onto his truck flat. THANK YOU FOR helping us in our time of need!
Geno was excellent. After AAA made us wait 17 hours for a tow, that never got scheduled, he came and got us within an hour to tow us 55 miles away. After he dropped off our car at the shop he drove us 2 miles out of his way to get us home because the auto shop didn’t have a shuttle service. I wish I could give him 6 stars!
Gino was GREAT!!! Unlike AAA, I give Gino, and Central Carolina Towing, a million stars, and absolutely NO stars to AAA! Waited 11 hours for tow service, during which time I was lied to, numerous times by AAA!! I just wish I had read the AAA reviews, before I renewed my subscription, just days ago!! (1.5 out of 5) I am sure thankful for however it came to be that Gino answered the call, so very grateful for him! He was very friendly and arrived exactly when he said he would! I know that the lies and misrepresentation that I received from AAA, had nothing to do with Gino and Central Carolina Towing! Because of AAA, I'm sure Gino has to put up with a lot of irate customers, like myself, but believe me, Gino did not receive any of the anger that I have towards AAA! He was a true professional, he even wished me luck on the repair of my truck! You're a good man Gino, a real good man!! 👍

Very fast response time, very nice man helped me! Reasonable price! Highly recommend!
Joey picked up a car for me that was purchased by an individual in Monroe which is about 35 miles away. Joey was not only professional, but very fair in his price. If you want an HONEST and very reliable/affordable towing service, Hartsell is your company! I will only use Hartsell for all my future needs!
Life saver. Said they would be at my location in 20 minutes and showed up in 10. Towed me to Locust no problem and even gave me a ride home!
Great company. Have used them multiple times for moving more than just vehicles. Moved an old show tractor and not a single rub or scratch. Also relocated some connex boxes from back in the woods to a more suitable location. Hauled cabovers with landscape bodies for me too. Very friendly, helpful, & prompt. Prices are fair.
Great guy called to check up on me when I was awaiting parts for my truck and when all was ready got everything done nice and safely with good price definitely keep you in mind brother and recommend for any Towing needs call them up

Nobody wants to have to tow a vehicle, but when the company's employees are courteous and prompt, it definitely helps take the edge off. Kris arrived and instantly showed compassion. He loaded my truck with care and messaged me to let me know it arrived safely at the shop. If you need a tow, I highly recommend Stegall's and just maybe Kris will help you, as well!
Stegall's towing was great. They arrived sooner than their estimated arrival and had us on our way in no time. The technician was friendly and professional. I'm glad they were available when I stupidly locked myself out of my car.
Your service was excellent! I was kept informed of when he would come. The tow truck was able to load and unload the car quickly. I was very impressed! And, the driver was friendly and helpful. He is the perfect person to represent your company. Despite the circumstances, my experience with your company was a positive one.
Greg. Amazing. Quickto arrive. Great communication and coordination. Actually called vs a random text. Very personable. Easy and comfortable and he was very helpful with suggestions etc. if I could only work with him when I called AAA I would be forever grateful.
I can’t say enough good things about this tow service! Kris was absolutely outstanding—prompt, professional, and kept in great communication the entire time. His personality made a stressful situation so much easier, and the care he took with our 1972 Skylark was impressive. He loaded and unloaded it with precision and treated it like it was his own classic car. It’s not easy trusting someone with a vehicle like this, but Kris exceeded every expectation. If you’re looking for top-notch service and peace of mind, this is the company to call. Highly recommend!

Derrick was awesome!! Called to have him winch out my RV - back wheels had gotten stuck in the mud at the back end of the driveway. He got here within 10 minutes and carefully got her back on the concrete! Derrick is very professional, explains what he is going to do and any and all risks associated with hooking the chain up to your vehicle. I will call him with any other towing need I may have in the future.
When I tell you I've never seen a more professional person in this type of business than Derrick, listen....when I called, he jumped right on the job. He even told me that if he didn't answer when I called back, leave a text and he would get right back to me. He never lied, he called me right back after I called to verify what I needed. He got right on the job, got my car towed to the proper location without any problem. I would highly recommend Derrick, Capital Towing & Recovery for any of your towing needs. If you need is done and in a timely manner, Derrick is the man! Thank you again Capital Towing for such professional service!!!
Derrick is the man. He really came through for me when I needed to be towed asap and he was there in 10 mins.. he is professional , personable and fast. I will definitely go to Capitol Towing and Recovery for all my hauling and towing needs.. you want great service fast use them period.
Derrick was AMAZING! Look no further if you are in the triangle!!! Seriously! Absolutely professional, and very flexible. He is super easy to connect with, and he makes sure to not only get the job all while putting forth his best efforts in to simply helping people. He is a people person, and the other outstanding reviews are totally accurate in regards to his work ethic. THANK YOU DERRICK!! Good luck with your business sir, wishing you continued growth and success!

this is Andy owner operator of forevergreen lawn maintenance in the Raleigh Wake Forest area.Justin Farley answered the phone on the second ring like clockwork and said he would be at my location in 45 minutes then the second bandit truck was even closer and said he would be there in 20 minutes and I was not in a good location in Raleigh off of Capital boulevard and Brentwood road and they were there to take care of me and drop my truck off at my mechanic shop and still loaded my lawn equipment on their rollback and took me to my shop which was 5 miles away from my mechanic s shop and I just want to say thank you to Bill Farley and Justin Farley for taking care of me today. You guys are the best and I look forward to our next adventure
Got a flat tire on the highway and Bill came to the rescue. They quoted me it would take about 30 minutes and Bill was there in about 25. He did an amazing job and even helped me merge back onto highway safely from the shoulder. He kept his lights on and followed me to the exit to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommend these guys and will use them in the future!
Bill came to the rescue today in less than 30 minutes when my car totally shut off at an intersection and couldn’t even be put into neutral to move somewhere else! He’s a kind & polite soul & you can tell he loves to help others. Pricing was also very fair! Grateful for his help on what started out as a not so good day!
My car broke down in the middle of road, the call to Bandit was picked up quickly and a quote and estimate was prepared in no time. The driver came well within the estimated time and soon sent my car and myself in front of an auto parts store. Highly recommend Bandit!
I was in an accident recently and bandit towing was automatically dispatched. I had a great experience. Very friendly and professional service. Answered the phone when I called. Was available when I needed. Would highly recommend and would call them if I needed a tow in the area for any car troubles.

Great service , great Humility , he focused a lot on making sure the car was moved carefully his attention to detail was awesome ! Highly recommend
So friendly and was there to jumpstart my car in no time!
Very nice and funny guy. And he did not over charge me for going less than 2 miles from my home.
Echoing previous reviews. Safa was very courteous and made the towing experience seamless. The car was picked up and dropped off to the repair shop without a problem. His communication is excellent and I would use their services again!

The team was quick, professional, kind, and super knowledgeable. Even though the delivery instructions we received took us to a random spot on the side of the road, they found an alternate body shop with good reviews to drop me and the car off. My ‘driver’ was a pretty superb guy! Definitely best case scenario in a difficult situation!
Rashawn was awesome! S/O To Landon’s for being helpful and swift even on the holiday!!! Can’t thank y’all enough ❤️
Very professional fast and show care for my bike while hooking it to the flatbed. The men were very friendly and helpful and informative.
The service was fast, friendly and reliable. I would use this service every time. The truck looked brand new too and the driver had a smile and was very knowledgeable. Definitely use this service.
Oddly enough, this was a great experience. I’ve never had a flat tire before. They must’ve left work immediately because it took no time for them to get to me. Had the car hooked up and off to my mechanic in no time. If I ever need a tow company again, I’m calling Landon’s. 10/10

Aaron changed my tire so quickly! I was honestly a mess when my tire blew out in the cold, dark on the side of I40 but seriously - East Coast Towing SO helpful and easy to use. I’ve never had to use a roadside assistance service before and didn’t know what to do and they were wonderful. Appreciate it greatly!
Randy was amazing. So helpful and professional! His smile made my day! Will definitely ask for him again!
Response was fast. The driver was professional & courteous. ECT took good care of my vehicle in getting it towed for service. Would use them again and recommend them if you need a tow.

Excellent service, very efficient and fast, excellent communication and good service. Today I met Bob and he was very attentive and kind. Thank you for the service.
I contacted this company for the first time today, and it’s the best towing experience I’ve had in Charlotte, hands down! They answered immediately when I called. I had the pleasure of speaking with Bill who helped me through the process. As soon as I texted for an update, he responded right away. And he made sure to keep me updated and let me know the car made it safely to the destination. And the price actually wasn’t bad, considering how far I had to get it towed! I would definitely recommend this company to others!
The best in the business. Call these guys. On time, super friendly and know what they are doing. Will not use anyone else..
Awesome service! The driver showed up quickly and handled my truck with care. Had a bad transmission leak and they made sure to use a flatbed — no issues at all. Highly recommend!

This was the first time I needed to have a car towed and it was a great experience. The gentleman that towed the car was very friendly and professional. The price was very fair. I highly recommend Kimball's Towing.
This is my first time using Kimball's & I couldn't be happier. I got my pickup stuck in the mud today. They had me out in no time flat. Timely, efficient, friendly and professional - that's how I'd describe them. I'd highly recommend Kimball's to anyone!

Absolutely amazing! I called him late at night to tow my police recovered stolen vehicle, and he was the ONLY tow company to answer my call as I was frantically calling around for quick tow service. He arrived quickly, gave fair prices, and handled the job well. He even goes above and beyond to ensure your and your vehicle’s safety. I definitely recommend him to any and everyone.! He really helped me out while I was in a pinch & during a stressful time.! Fast, reliable, and trustworthy.! That says a lot .
Thank you so much for an amazing tow. No damages to my car and you had the best attitude . Thanks again and I’ll be using your services again.
Charles is the best! I had my car break down in the parking lot of costco and had to leave it there. He picked it up in the parking lot and took it to the service center in record time! He was speedy, completely professional and even sent me photos as proof of pickup and delivery! I would definitely call again if I ever get stranded again!
Charley was a godsend and was able to pick us up roadside after 20 minutes. We waites for insurance for over an hour and a half. Charley was very nice and kind and able to also take us to the tire place to drop the car off. He was a miracle after waiting in an intersection for over an hour and the whole process too less than 30 minutes.
Charles was amazing!!! Nothing short of fantastic. I had a complicated situation where my battery was stolen and the wires were cut. He went above and beyond to jump the car using the cut wires and then put it on the truck. Prices are also affordable. I highly recommend!! Thank you SO MUCH

Ran into an issue with my car and needed a tow to an auto shop. The auto shop recommended this company and they were quick to answer. I was finally able to figure out my issue and resolve it and messaged them to cancel the tow when they were just about to pull in. They were nice enough to waive their service fee having already been dispatched out and basically at my residence. Extremely nice and professional, will save this company for any future incidents I hope not to have. Thank you Hooked Towing!
Fastest tow of my life! My tire blew out on the way home tried calling three other tow services that gave me a wait time of 1-2 hours. Jeff got my location in waxhaw and was there to pick me up in under 30 minutes ! Even went as far as to drive me home! Safe, and reliable! Deeply appreciative of the service!
I was having trouble starting my truck and through a bit of miscommunication, my apartment community had it towed away. To make things right, they agreed to pay to have it towed to a repair facility if I could just get the key over to Hooked. The owner noticed that my battery cables were loose and he very quickly tightened them up for me and low and behold the truck started. This saved me a lot of time and money and I am so thankful to Jeff for his kind service. I would recommend Hooked to anyone in the area whenever you need a tow. They really do care for and take care of their customers.
If I could give this company 10 stars I would….. My wife and I were in the Wesley Chapel area when a Retired Police Lieutenant backed into our Mercedes GL450 causing damage to our rear door, quarter panel and rear wheel. After hours of trying to get a spare on with bent lug studs and no luck due to the way we were hit I decided to reach out to Hooked Towing to explore our options. Upon calling and speaking to the owner (Who was extremely kind, and courteous) He immediately offered us a solution that worked for us. Not only did he find us a solution that worked for us he got a truck out almost immediately. Once the tow truck arrived we were greeted by an equally kind, and courteous individual who was very accommodating. This type of customer service just does not exist anymore. We definitely felt “The Holy Spirit” in the entire encounter. God bless you Hooked Towing Company!!! You turned a terrible night into a beautiful night of fellowship. Called late one Saturday about 4, Chuck had just got home. He hustled back to get his truck, came to me in less that 35 minutes. Got my truck drivable so I didn't need a tow. Would use them again for sure.
The is the only company security officers on 3rd shift need to call. Every other towing company in Charlotte will say they’re coming and shut their phones off. The owner personally came out to my site and got an abandoned vehicle out of my lot in under 45 mins. Thank you!
I was out of the country when my wife called me and told me her and the kids were out for a late night store run and the car wouldn’t drive. I call coulwood towing spoke with a guy said his name was Chuck. Told him the situation and he assured me he would handle it. Long story short, my wife and kids said he was a nice guy who towed the car and give my family a ride home at 2 am! I have saved the number in my phone and will use him these guys again!
These guys are top notch! I had a great experience with Coulwood towing. Chuck answered my call on the first ring and arrived to my location within 15 min. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell they have been doing this for long. He was able to get my 2020 Corvette towed without a scratch! Unbelievable, I can’t thank you enough!!!
Great people, reliable towing. Needed a tow on Father's Day and the truck was there within 15 minutes. Very friendly and would highly recommend!

The service was quick and the communication throughout the process was one to brag about. Great job young man. Exceptional business man
Had a bad alternator and needed a tow. Very friendly customer service and they arrived within the expected time. Mike is awesome and made the towing process easy and quick. Hopefully I don't need a tow again soon but if I do I'll be calling Mike and concierge towing again.
I would highly recommend using Mike and his services. He went above and beyond to help me with my car today and got it back to my house from Charlotte to Columbia as I had to grab a flight out of the country. Best towing service and experience.

I can’t say enough good things about Jason from East Coast Towing. He was absolutely phenomenal during a very stressful situation. My car broke down at 2am on the side of a dark stretch of I-94, and from the moment he arrived, he made me feel safe and well taken care of. Jason showed up promptly and communicated clearly and professionally throughout. He was incredibly friendly, which helped ease our nerves immediately. Not only did he handle the towing with care and efficiency, but he also went above and beyond by providing helpful directions and local knowledge — which was invaluable since we were from out of town. His calm, reassuring demeanor and genuine kindness turned a nerve-wracking night into a manageable experience. Thank you, Jason, for being such a reliable and compassionate professional. East Coast Towing is lucky to have you!
Amazing. These guys have heart, good prices, and decades of experience. They transported my vintage Piaggio Ape micro food truck, that pretty much means the world to me. They took it around highways like it was a walk in the park because the crew knew what they were doing. Jason, Rob, Jacob, Rhett… thank you guys so much for making it happen. My event was a total success that turned into over 100 followers and several leads in just one day, and it would have not been possible if not for East Coast Towing. You will hear back from me very soon. Until next time brothers! I’ll save you a slice! 🍕🙏✨
This is hands-down, the best towing company in North Carolina! Willey and Irving are just amazing people and very friendly courteous and went above and beyond to make me happy today! 5+ Stars!! God Bless ECT!!
Awesome experience with this company my insurance company requested a tow from a different company that was a 2 hour wait and I decided to give these guys a shot . Upon calling the original wait time was an hour but the driver should up about 30 minutes ahead of schedule , better price , and was super efficient. Irvin was the operator that picked up my car he was a gentleman and moved quickly thanks again for the help Irvin!
I had a flat tire this morning and Freddie was incredible. He notified me and arrived quickly, made sure I was safe, and loaded my car with expert care. He was kind, professional, and clearly takes pride in his work. People like him deserve recognition and a raise! This was the best towing experience I’ve ever had—courteous, efficient, and genuinely helpful. Exactly the kind of employee who represents a company well. I highly recommend this service and hope management recognizes the outstanding work.

I can’t say enough about how awesome Amanda was! She came out on one of the hottest days and still handled everything with such kindness and professionalism. She was friendly, down-to-earth, and made a stressful situation so much easier especially since I had to ride with her 35 minutes while she towed my car. You could tell she really cared about doing the job right and making sure I felt taken care of. Huge thanks to Amanda and One Direct Towing—people like her make all the difference!
Great communication from start to finish. Pickup was right on time. I’m so grateful for the excellent service and especially the compassionate, professional technicians. Highly recommend!
Fantastic service! Amanda was my tow truck driver, and she was awesome! She called when she was on her way so she knew exactly where my car was, she arrived much faster than was originally estimated, and she was very friendly. I’m super grateful to have had her as my tow truck driver!
Let me start off by saying if I can leave Amanda 10/10 stars I would do it without hesitation! Five whole stars. This man is the real deal! I’ve used tons of hotshots and towing companies and this man was better than all of em. He took the time to do things right and was patient while I moved all my stuff around to get each car where it needed to go. Can’t say enough nice things about him. If you’re on the fence about calling, just go forward with it. Here’s him towing my turbo Cayman and salvage Shelby. He took his time and made sure everything was done right and nothing scraped. Good job!
My car gave out an hour from my home, and as a young women by herself, finding a reliable safe tow service in an unfamiliar city was very important. Ricky was quick to arrive to tow my car and was very polite. And after seeing positive reveiws online, I knew he would get me and my car where we needed to be in a timely manner. Thank you!
Highly recommended local towing with affordable prices. The owner is Very professional and polite. He worked in a safe and in a timely manner. I loved the fact I was not left on the side of the road for hours in Durham he came and got the job done.
I HIGHLY recommend. Very fair price compared to other quotes I received, super prompt with timing, and the owner Kasey is a genuinely good human who cares. I had an odd situation and my car needed 2 separate drops and pick up from out of state. Kasey made a complicated situation seamless and this tow was the easiest part of my car accident.
I can't say enough good things about my experience with Reliable Towing. From phone call to schedule the pickup all the way to drop off, everything was great. My son lives at UNC and we are in a different town. He needed a tow from his breakdown spot in CH to the mechanic in Durham but had to be at a specific time since he has classes. Casey answered all my questions and scheduled the tow for the day and time we needed. He arrived on time (maybe even early) hooked up the car and delivered it safe and sound. Provided a picture of drop off and info of the exchange with the mechanic. Great price, super nice guy. Will recommend them all the way around.

My car broke down today…called my insurance company and they contacted All Over Towing, Inc.My driver got in touch right away and was so pleasant to work with. His name is Zack and was so kind, courteous and helpful. I highly recommend him as well as ALL OVER TOWING.
Prompt, professional, polite. Showed up early got the job done quickly and effectively. Will work with this company again if needed.
Fast & reliable towing service, I didn't have to wait long on the side of the highway in the middle of the night. Tow truck driver was polite & professional; I truly appreciate the quick rescue!
Very timely service. Very cordial driver, Ben.
Ben and Jorge are experts. They know and practice safety in a very dangerous profession and take care of you and your vehicles like they are gold. They were out at 3:20 AM, up at the top of a dangerous mountain, and working during a tornado watch to get me and the truck and trailer safely to a shop. They were both my heros. They are very personable and professional and they put me at ease about the situation. Thank you so much AOT!

"I was very impressed with this towing company. They were able to arrive on very short notice, and they kept me updated throughout the process. My car was towed safely and arrived at the mechanic's shop without a scratch. I highly recommend their professional service."
I would recommend M.A.S. Towing to anyone that is looking for great people and service during what is most likely not a happy moment. I was attempting to drop my truck off at my mechanic for service and broke down along the way. I was so close (maybe 1 mile) from reaching my destination which was so frustrating to say the least. So the next morning I woke up called M.A.S. Towing and spoke to Cecile, she was so pleasant and kind, and told her my situation. She quickly sent Eric out in the rain to deliver the truck for me. No doubt it was one of the simplest transactions Ive ever been involved with. Eric and Cecile are good folks that make a great team!!!
Very nice people, very helpful and answered all my questions. We had zero trouble with them.
I put in a request via Yelp for towing services M.A.S. was the first to respond. They answered when I called and were professional and courteous. I did not have to meet them at the pick up or drop off point for my car. Tge car was safely towed and delivered to my mechanic and M.A.S. kept me up to date on the progress/status the entire time, even sending a photo of the vehicle. I was able to pay online via a secure link they sent to me. Def recommend them and would use them again !
Cannot say enough good things! Saved our life when our boat went down a ditch! Great communication and such nice owners with transparent, fair pricing. Would recommend 100/10!!!

The driver Chris was really nice. I believe it's a family owned business because his wife was the one to take my call (she was just as nice). He got my son's car to my house no problem.
I had an absolutely amazing experience! I was able to pay over the phone and make it in time for my appointment although my car died on the drive there. They arrived to my location within 10 minutes of payment. They updated me with texts and photos of my vehicle and ensured a safe delivery to the mechanic with ease of mind. 10/10 would recommend!
Very nice people. So helpful, even at 1 am when I needed assistance. Really felt taken care of. My skid plate was partially off preventing me from driving. They took it off for me so I could drive home and not get towed. They did it for no charge. Definitely recommend!
I’ve known the Matthews for many many years and while I haven’t had the opportunity to use them yet, I know they will take care of you!!
Matthew was great! Prompt, professional and very kind. Will definitely use him for future towing needs!

By far; Marvin and staff did NOT damage my vehicle while towing, and they actually replaced my alternator!! I recommend this company to ANYONE!!
I recently found myself in a tough situation when my car broke down unexpectedly on a busy highway. Thankfully, I called Fresh Start Roadside Assistance, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received! From the moment I contacted them, the customer service was top-notch. The dispatcher was friendly and understanding, assuring me that help was on the way. They provided an estimated arrival time, which they met precisely. When the tow truck arrived, the driver, was professional and incredibly skilled. He quickly assessed the situation and handled everything with care and efficiency. I felt completely at ease knowing my car was in good hands. He even took the time to answer all my questions and offered helpful advice for my next steps. The pricing was transparent and fair, with no hidden fees, which is always a relief after a stressful situation. I truly appreciated the courtesy and respect shown throughout the entire process. If you ever find yourself in need of a tow service, I highly recommend. They turned a stressful experience into a smooth and manageable one, and I can't thank them enough! Five stars all the way! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely amazing service. The man who came out was efficient but also helpful in teaching me how to do things should I have the same problem in the future. Felt like helping out my dad in the garage.
My dealings with the ladies in the office and the owner was very pleasant, they were very eager to help. I will definitely call on this company again if needed.
The two gentlemen that came out to rescue my daughter and I were awesome. They came out after hours and stayed until the tire was changed on our rental RV. The roadside assistance through the rental had given them the wrong information so they had to call out a second guy with a bigger Jack it was kind of a nightmare but they stayed and made sure we were taken care of which was fantastic since we were in an unfamiliar state. I would absolutely use your company again and please tell them thanks again for both of us!
Thank you for your kind and efficient service your driver did exactly as he told me he would do. He deserves a lot of credit. Thanks again DRLOGAN
Was assigned to Watkins as part of my Allstate Roadside plan. They arrived early and were cordial and professional!

DJ was absolutely amazing! Not only was DJ incredibly timely but he was so respectful and kind. He actually beat the time that was given as a estimate upon his arrival. It's so incredibly important to have providers who are personable, kind, and patience and he was ALL of the above. I deeply appreciate DJ, he needs a raise!
DJ went above and beyond! Punctual, and communicated with me throughout the process— which I greatly appreciated. He was also super personable and friendly! Walked me through everything, and I even learned a few car related things along the way. He gave me some awesome recommendations on what all to purchase and keep in my car. I had been meaning to get around to putting my actual license plate on (had the temporary on), and he went out of his way to do that too! Truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Can’t recommend this business enough!
The service that KR gave me was top notch he was very helpful and friendly .There was a situation on the insurance company side, my vehicle was not able to be dropped off at the location that the insurance company gave me ,so he took my RV back to the towing company location to make sure my vehicle was safe and secure while waiting on the insurance company to get their act together. This is definitely a company. I will be calling in the future if I ever need a towing thanks again KR.
I caught a flat tire about 20 mins from home. I was fortunate to have DJ from ERS take the call. He was punctual and professional and kept me updated on his arrival. He's very personable and makes you feel like family. I was back on the road in less than 15 mins. Great job DJ!
Dj was very punctual and professional. He was very quick and got the job done very well and efficiently. Super friendly and funny! He was very friendly and helpful during a stressful time. 10/10 recommend!
