The driver & co-driver were super. It defiantly would use them again. Very nice, polite and truck was clean.
We broke down 120 miles away from Phoenix and we’re in a real pinch. We gave Fast 5 a call and they were able to get us right await. Ivan was our driver and he kept me up to date every step of the way even after I left my truck once family picked us up. Easily one of the fastest towing companies in the area.
Best service, I’ve ever had. I was in the middle of the Arizona desert 3 hrs out and transporting goods. Frank came out and saved me - Sgt Aguayo
Very friendly and had right equipment for the towing of my husband’s motorcycle. Very communicative and kept me updated through whole process and let me know who he left it with a repair facility. Would definitely recommend.
Great service. Friendly and honest quick to respond and great communication.

Tim was quick, communicated great and took extra precaution to load up the vette. Would recommend services to anyone.
Got a call from my kiddo she was in a wreck off the 101, she didn’t know what to do but cal dad so dad got busy. Located Tim’s towing and they were awesome and very prompt and understanding. Went found my kiddo she said driver was great, loaded up the car and it was a flawless and simple pick up and drop off, I hope I don’t have to use them again but if I do I know who I’m calling Tim’s towing!
Broke down in the middle of a super busy road and Tim’s towing was right around the corner to save me and get my vehicle to safety! Thank you Corbin for being such an awesome person and very personable. Very very professional for such a good price! You guys rock no questions asked!
I called and they said they would be fully transparent and they absolutely were. Super easy to work with and right on time. Took good care of me!
I recently had Tims towing company recover my truck from my ex wife’s residence. Due to a restraining order, I couldn’t be present, and my ex has a history of false reporting, so I was understandably cautious. I’m willing to bet she will be leaving her own review for this company, but it will undoubtedly be negative, so please disregard it if you see it especially if the first name starts with a K. The driver handled everything professionally the police showed up right away, but the tow operator stayed calm, followed the law, and got the job done quickly and safely. They weren’t able to remove the car seat at the scene, but once the truck was delivered, they let me take it out and even offered to return it to my ex for me. That kind of extra effort and integrity is rare. These guys don’t mess around, they’re fast, respectful, and professional from start to finish. I’ll absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable tow.

Great company, second time using them and I have no complaints. Mr.Paul is the one that helped me. He truly is a great individual and cares about his customers. I highly recommended using their services.
Poly was amazing! I highly recommend and won’t go anywhere else if I ever need help. Thank you Poly!
Poly helped me tow my car for a great price it was 10 PM at night yet Poly answered the phone quickly. He figured out himself without even having to ask him that it was the fuel pump giving us problems he willingly troubleshooted the problem without me having to ask which no one else would have done. He fixed our vehicle and got it running again after we got it home NO OTHER TOW TRUCK WILL DO THAT MY CAR IS NOW RUNNING AGAIN THANKS TO POLY 5 stars
What can I say about Poly. He’s the best tow guy around. Extremely responsive and trust worthy and he has absolutely great prices. Best in town I will definitely continue to use him💯💯💯🙏🙏🙏
Alex was amazing! He got to my 18 year old daughter and friends very quickly and made sure the girls were safe as they were in a very dangerous spot on the 101. He got the car and the girls to me safely and quickly. I can't thank him enough for being so caring with my most precious cargo!

My experience with Tim’s Towing was excellent! They were prompt and quick! I had my truck towed within an hour of calling them. Seth, the driver was courteous and helpful. I highly recommend using them for any towing needs.
The entire experience was smooth and easy. Clear communication from time I called to the moment my triple bay tool box was delivered. Tim took extra time and care for loading, securing and transporting my tool box. If I ever need towing needs in the future Tim’s Towing will be my first call.
Scheduling was super easy, and they arrived right on time. Seth was professional, friendly, and took excellent care of our vehicle. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend their Tim’s Towing service to anyone in need!
They were super fast on scheduling, had a truck there within 2 hours for a custom delivery request. Quick, efficient and helpful. They are my new go to.
Needed a classic ‘66 mustang towed to the shop that wasn’t running. Price was inline with other quotes I got, but they asked more questions about the car and explained their process. They showed up on time, prepared, and took great care of my car… what more could I ask for. Towing is one of those business you hope you don’t need but they’ll be the first place I call when I need them again. 10/10 would recommend

Had an issue with car, Oscar answered my call right away. Very courteous and professional and quick. Had my vehicle hooked up and on our way to drop it off. I would definitely use again if needed.
Piggy Back Towing truly lives up to their name—they’ve got your back when you need it most! From the first phone call to the final drop-off, their customer service was excellent. The team was kind, professional, and really went out of their way to make sure I felt taken care of. They arrived quickly, handled everything with care, and explained the process clearly. It’s not every day you find a towing company that treats you like family, but that’s exactly what they did. If you're ever stuck and need a tow, don’t think twice—call Piggy Back Towing. They’ll get you through it with ease and a smile.
Towing Glendale He was perfect. He got there within an hour. Had my truck safely towed to my house. He knows exactly what he’s doing. Would recommend.
I just wanna give a huge thank you to Piggyback Towing for handling my car with such care & respect! Transportation & communication was very smooth!
Oscar Gonzalez dropped off our car (non runner) and blocked 2 other vehicles on the driveway. Told him to park it on a specific spot and did the contrary.

Mario is the best! I was stranded on the side of the highway with flat tire. Mario picked me in less than 20 minutes and took me to favorite tire shop in no time. Great customer service, fairly priced and quick. I’m glad to have a trusting towing person for future needs. Thank you!!!
Mario Bros Towing provided excellent service. I would use their service again.

Great customer service, Ivan have helped me and my family in some really stressful situations Ivan always comes through whenever we need him. Very good pricing , will always be my first option whenever I need a tow. Definitely recommend!!!
My car broke down at the beginning of this week and Ivan took care of me. Very nice and great service! Would definitely recommend!
Fast, friendly, and excellent service! I called, and my car was picked up within an hour. Since I was nearby, they even offered to pick up my keys so I didn’t have to wait at the store for them to arrive. Great experience—I would definitely use this company again!
He came out picked up my truck towed it very friendly and reasonable tow was less than 100.00 definitely reccomend these guys. Was there within 30 min of the call
Blessed! Ivan, you made light of a very dark/ bad day. My Lincoln suv broke down near vee quiva Gila River casino on my way home from work. Already calculating newfound mechanic expenses, tow truck fees etc. I was dreading it. With the passed experiences Ive had with Tow trucking services, was only gas to the fire. They’re normally super expensive on top of having you wait 2 hours, best an hour and change. IT towing was the opposite. I wasn’t there long enough to sit down after looking over my vehicle when he arrived. He was shockingly fast and literally I paid half of what I was expecting. Blessed thank you so much. I’ll save your number and recommend 100%

Ok i will start by saying not any fault of emergency Towing but I waited 22 hours on the side of the road because my insurance roadside assistance was screwing around said they couldn't find me a good tow I drive a 40 ft RV and it it made him a little bitty truck man I got the text message my provider would be there within 45 minutes and it was an emergency Towing when they pulled up I knew we found the right guy that had a flat bed looks like a fire truck with a big old flatbed trailer that was the coolest trailer I've ever seen it was driven by Victor and Victor is a rockstar he was fantastic I couldn't have asked for a better experience all the way around the truck the driver it was great I I hope I don't ever need the service again but I tell you what if I do I know who I'm going to call
UPDATE: They saved us again! Broke down a mile from the wedding venue and they were literal angels and got us there on time still and even picked us back up after! They’re a family owned business, so no matter who you get, you will be in such good hands! We were SO pleased with our service. Albert is absolutely amazing and so reliable! He was so professional and very sweet! We had 4 other tow trucking companies canceled on us and then Emergency Towing and Transport showed up like a knight in shining armor! We are so grateful for them and will only use them from now on!
Robert did a great job getting my ‘55 back home. He showed up quick. Was careful, clean, and knew the tricks to handle a classic car. He is a total professional.
When my “bird bus” broke down the other day I had so much trouble finding a company that would move something so heavy. Emergency towing was out within 20 minutes of calling. Albert made the whole process so easy. They’re definitely my go to for any towing needs from now on.
Tyler was absolutely wonderful, he arrived before anticipated, and was very professional. I would definitely recommend this company to others and hope they receive somebody as great as Tyler.

Bronco towing promptly responded to transport my car from my mechanic to the dealership. Sam Lopez representing Bronco towing was professional and pleasantly personable. Sam's down to earth and warm personality strikes as genuine and reassuring that he takes pride in the service he provides. These days that is much appreciated. Thank you!
Ok so Dispatcher Austin, and Tow Brandon, where awesome. Brandon was on top of it and very friendly, guy definitely should get a raise with how good his service was. I pump the brakes a bit here though the contractor that was above Austin was absolutely awful and deserved a 1 star,. Austin though was clear with his information and resolved all my confusion that was caused by the contractor that gave Bronco our tow ticket.
This tow service was quick and easy. The communication was reassuring and efficient when taking care of payment. Our driver Mike was awesome, the quality of customer service was great, especially at a time you need to call a tow company, I would definitely recommend
Very cool that I could schedule the pickup so late, the previous evening. Ramon was professional and friendly. It was quick and easy to get my vehicle loaded/on the road. I appreciate how easy it was to pay and for the alerts at every step of the process.
Great experience to an unfortunate circumstance of needing a tow. The company answered the phone promptly, helped me very quickly (it only took them 45 minutes to get to me and I was around 30 minutes away from Tucson ). The service was quick and efficient. The driver was really kind and very fun to talk to. I would definitely recommend them!!

Let me first say we called for a flat on the 60 and within a few minutes the truck pulled up..What popped out of the truck was a breath of fresh air, DJ! This man handled our flat with the upmost professionalism and went way above and beyond..I give DJ five thumbs up! 👍🏼
1321 N Pioneer St Gilbert, AZ 85233 United States This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life I had all my paper work in order and ready but they kept saying my paper work was copies and they were not I had to go back and get a new one notarized and even then they gave me a hassle with payment the reps were super rude and did not want to help me they kept making excuses to keep my car an extra day those ppl really should consider quitting if they hate their job that much
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review: I had a great experience with my tow to Maricopa! The driver showed up right on time, was super professional, and handled everything with care. He made what could’ve been a stressful situation quick and easy. My vehicle was loaded safely, and the whole trip went smooth from start to finish. You can tell they really care about their customers. Highly recommend them for anyone needing a reliable and friendly towing service in the area!
Kenneth at the Gilbert office did a great job! He help make everything super easy and he was very helpful. Thank you Kenneth!
Daniel arrived at my house to tow my 2018 Honda Accord because of a dead battery an hour earlier than scheduled due to close proximity to my house. He was excellent as he was able to jump start the car using his charger. I was able to drive the car to the dealership myself with no tow. I appreciated the quick response and his being so very helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Thank you very much. I have been pleased every time I have used the roadside assistance.

BIG BIG shoutout to Barnett’s towing and even BIGGER shout out to the driver Taz,super cool funny guy made my situation feel way better and also helped me find a faster and cheaper route to repair my car.I was about to spend over 500 and he he saved me 400 dollars.Definitely recommend for quick and effective business.
Taz was the best! Took time to explain every detail and just real pleasant to talk to. Service was super fast.
This company just went above and beyond for me! I was trying to get to my destination on a holiday (4th of july) and everything was going from bad to worst. Huge shout out to Steve for taking care of the situation and being super friendly and understandable about the situation. He even let me sleep in the bunk since I had been up for over 24 hours struggling with the situation. Although he went through hell, Steve, Doug and Tim did the impossible to get me to el paso. They need to be recognized for their great work, even though it was a holiday and they rather be with their families than on the road they took the job and got it done. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank all three of you God bless you guys!

Chris with Barnetts towing was very professional and courteous throughout the entire process, involved with towing the broken down tractor and trailer back to the company yard for repairs. I would recommend Barrnetts to any semi truck driver in need of towing services! 😁
Fast and friendly service! Shawn was my tow truck driver and he did an amazing job of maneuvering into the tight spot where my car was located. I've never been more impressed with someone's driving. I highly recommend them for all your towing needs!
Tim showed up when he said he would. He was polite, professional & confident within his field. He explained how he planned to set up his rigging along with using his protective equipment he had to ensure not to scratch my new & freshly ran into rig. Very Impressed Guys & Tim is a Great Front-Runner for Barnett’s!! Definitely a Five Star Outfit!! Thanks Guys!! Jamey
On Saturday April 12th my Freightliner broke down on I-17 North, while dragging a 53 foot trailer loaded with 43k lbs of freight. My company contacted Barnett's for my tow back into Phoenix to my company shop. Ernesto showed up within the time we were told for arrival. From minute one Ernesto was professional and safety conscious. Although everything that could go wrong for him, did go wrong but he stayed professional the entire time. He got my truck and trailer back to my yard, dropped my trailer where I asked him to, took the truck to the shop area, and made sure the he didn't get any oil, that was absolutely covering the outside of the truck, inside my truck. Ernesto was the best tow truck driver I've had to work with!! A special thank you to his supervisor for going above and beyond for me! Definitely would recommend Barnett's to anyone needing a tow, small or large!!
I wish I could Give 10 Stars! These Guys are the Best in the Business in Phoenix! I've Been Towed Twice! They are Fast Friendly and Very Personable! Both Joe and Michael are Just two of the Best in the Company by my opinion both times have been a pleasant experience both Go beyond what they have to do to make sure you are taken care of! Barnett's is the First I will call every time!

Called on Mike from 4T5 Towing at the last minute to pick up my car from a shop that I had my convertible mistakenly dropped off at. My car is freshly painted and rare so I couldn't just trust anyone! Mike took a 360 VIDEO when he was dropping her off and sent it to me, Mike took care of her like it was his own! Thank you for your promptness and professionalism!
The owner, Mike, was incredible. He was fast & very considerate of me and my car. He took his time to ensure no extra damage was done to my car & charged me a great rate (the price of a regular tow) for my vehicle that was missing an entire wheel. He also offered ways that I could fix it for cheaper and helped me completely understand the damage which he absolutely did not have to do. Mike was beyond helpful I actually couldn’t imagine having a better experience. Especially as a woman the world is scary but these guys will make you feel safe. Plus, they were upfront about all costs & affordable. Thank you again, made my nightmare of a day that much easier.
Needed a forklift moved across town on short notice, and these guys took care of it with no hassles. Friendly service, kept me updated on the arrival time of the driver, and most importantly, a job well done. Thanks!
Tony was fast, did way more than I asked or expected and he was super cool too! I would definitely use them again in a pinch!
I had to move a project car from a residential neighborhood to a townhome. The service was available on a Sunday evening and the driver showed up within an hour of my call. They actually missed my call at first then called & texted back within 5 minutes. The truck was huge and barely fit in the townhome complex but the driver made it happen. My neighbor’s car was in the way and he wouldn’t answer the door to move it so the driver had to drop the car at an angle. My driveway has an incline and my brother had not yet showed up to help me push the car in the garage. The driver blew my mind when he offered to help me push the car (1979 Cadillac Seville) into the garage. That was so unexpected and very much appreciated! AND THE TOW SERVICE WAS $135 CHEAPER THAN THE COMPETITION!!!! I would definitely use this service again! Thank you Alex much appreciated!

Excellent service, timely and reasonably priced. Driver was nice and quick to do his job with a sense of humor. I would recommend and use Vigilant Towing again!!!
Towed my 17 Ram 1500 after a bad coolant leak. Schedule the tow the day before for 7:30am. Driver arrived BEFORE 7:30. Fantastic service. Will hopefully never need to be towed again but if I do, I’ll call Vigilant. Thanks again.
I was stranded in a bad area with a flat tire and had no spare. Vigilant Towing literally was to my car within 20 minutes of calling. So thankful for this team. Thank you Alex.
This is the second time I have used Vigilant Towing. I had a very good experience with them the first time around so of course I called them again for a second time. They didvery not disappoint they were on time and Mike was very professional and well dressed I could not ask for a better job to be done. The price for the distance they towed me was very reasonable I would recommend them to anyone who needs a tow at a good price. Thank you Mike I appreciate you and all your hard work.
James was incredibly helpful and professional and addressed our concerns directly with explanations and was able to help access my car promptly even though it was a weekend.

Really happy with Ayala’s Towing. They were on time, professional, and made the whole process easy. My car was towed with care. Would definitely use them again.

Best tow service in the Valley! I’ve used them twice in the past before when my vehicle broke down getting off the freeway and both times they showed up promptly & had the best rates. The second time, it was dark and pouring and I couldn’t stay with my vehicle, but they still went to get the car & dropped it off to a shop for me and sent pictures of everything they were doing along the way. Quick, reliable, super convenient and considerate!!!
Wonderful service, fast. Very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent service. Wonderful guy 🤞🏿🙏🏿
Bashar was the best, he came and got me within 20 minutes and knows what he’s doing! Would highly recommend for any towing needs and even heavy duty towing needs!

Excellent service as always. I've used them a few times and they're always prompt, professional and friendly. Tre, my most recent driver was great. For a service that I hate to have to use, these folks make it tolerable.
I can't say enough good things about 5 Star Towing. I've used them at least 3 times and every tow has been perfect. This last tow, Jorge arrived on time, was extremely professional and got my car towed where I needed it in no time. Thanks again 5 Star Towing!
Excellent job all the way around! Dispatch answered all my questions and got me pricing promptly. Very satisfied with the price of tow. The driver Jose did a wonderful job swiftly loading up my vehicle and getting me home. He was even able to back my truck up into my driveway. That was quite tricky.! I highly recommend Jose. And I will recommend five star towing. Thank you🤗
Great company! Needed my car towed twice within 24 hours and both times was given a 30 min estimate on time: and they were! One of the tows I even made an appointment the night before to have my car picked up at the dealership and brought to MY mechanic and they had it there on schedule! Reasonable prices for great service! Thanks, Jorque and Yoscan!
We used five star towing this afternoon to tow our 2000 pontiac grand am the lady who answered the phone at dispatch. Was very polite and courteous. Our driver Thijs was earlier than his estimated time of arrival, he was also very polite. And handled our old car with kid gloves, I would recommend using five star towing to everyone that I know. My wife and I would like to thank you for your help and kindness. John and Tammy

Patrick provided the fastest most efficient service I have ever received in my life ! From initial call to completion was only 20 minutes. In addition he was friendly. Wow! Impressive service. Thank you Patrick!
Very helpful and quick. After I put a request to get my keys out of my car through AAA I got a call from Patrick within minutes. He was there to help soon after that. I only waited about 5 minutes in total. I hope I can get him again if I ever need help from AAA again.
Patrick came to the rescue when we had a flat tire. He provided quick and friendly service. Arrived in about 10 minutes and was done in a flash. From our initial call to arriving and changing the tire it was less than 30 minutes. Thank you!
James did an fantastic job of handling my truck. Very customer oriented and pleasant! He does great work!
101 Towing and Recovery was sent to my address by AAA and Tim "hooked me up", literally. He was fast, courteous and got everything sorted out within a half hour of calling AAA. If you ever need a tow, ask for 101 Towing and Recovery and ask for TIm.

Had a great experience with Rick’s towing! My car died in the garage so I had to Google a towing company to either jumpstart or tow it to somewhere I could get a new battery installed. Found Rick’s number on Google and decided to give him a try. Rick showed up within five minutes and helped me to jumpstart my car right away. He’s super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Couldn’t be happier with the service and the reasonable price. Would highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a great towing company and doesn’t wanna get ripped off.
These guys really came through. I'm at work in Cedar City, UT. Made the call to Rick to have my ride towed. He sent one of his drivers to my place but my boy wasn't answering his phone who was suppose to hand the driver the keys. I told the driver my apartment # to see if he could knock on the door. I'm surprised he found my place to. Props to the guy. 👍 got the keys and loaded my ride. Thx a bunch, Bud
Ricks service is THE BEST! He was so professional. He arrived fast he was able to get my car started and towed to the mechanic...He was so amazing!! And his pricing was perfect! I highly recommed him!!
Rick was very responsive when my vehicle was broken down & even fixed a few issues
Called Rick’s towing this week when I was in a jam. He was able to help me out quickly and for a fair price. He gave useful advice on next steps. Will be calling again if I have towing needs in the future. Appreciate the help!

Affordable, very respectful and arrived in a timely manner!
I highly recommend this company! Very good on communication, fairly priced, and they were even able to tow my car that’s lowered!
Fast reliable and he did everything I asked! Thank you again! Life savers!!!
Fast and efficient. Was knowledgeable and suggested us mechanics. I called and he picked up. No voicemail like other locations. My husband left his phone in the tow truck and the owner called us back to meet him and pick it up. I would recommend solis towing. Very honest.

What amazing service these guys did for me, I had to get my 15 ft long toolbox towed out of my shop and to my house. He made everything look very easy, you can tell he is very knowledgeable. I refuse to use any other tow company other than "Monkeys towing! 10 stars
Excellent service. Jose is a very kind guy. Not only he was there on-time but as I was in a rush to the airport he kindly offered to drop me there 👌 !!! 100% recommand this guy !
If I could give them 5+ stars I would. Extremely fast, communicative and efficient company that is easily accessible and have no problem with helping their customers. Locked my keys inside my car and was told I'll be receiving assistance shortly. Robert was big help as he was swift and efficient when working with my car as I have a difficult model. Nonetheless, he was able to do it under 20 minutes as I struggled for a good 2 hours trying to do it myself. Great price, service, and attitude from this company! Recommend!!!
Roman was very helpful and respectful i got into a accident and when he arrived to help me he made sure i was okay first i appreciate his service and the fact that he was gentle with my car and actually seemed like he cared everyone just left me on the curb while i waiting for the tow truck to come for my car. This towing company will definitely be my go to if im ever in need again 😣 positive friendly service can go a long way in some peoples lives.... and they have reasonable rates !!! I called 3 towing companies and they were trying to charge me a arm and a leg just to get from 75th ave and indian school to 67th ave and Glendale. Thank you so much for your services !!!

Saved this tow company on my phone contact List. A+++. Thx for the update texting.and communication. Hate not having a spare, so this company worked out.
Great customer service from start to finish. The guy who answered the phone was pleasant, and the driver George was also very professional and pleasant. They called me to give me status and was really surprised how fast they were able to get me a tow. Price was what was not overly crazy for the tow. I would use them again.
They got there within a half hour of me making the call, they didn’t over quote me (I have had multiple companies do that in the past), and they were super nice. Cruz was my tow truck driver and he took great care of my car and didn’t damage anything. Definitely recommend them and would use again if I need it.
The gentleman sent to us in a time of frustration and need was generous, considerate, timely, and had a great attitude for driving out in the middle of nowhere at 2 AM. These guys are professional and are deserving of any business sent their way. I hope your experience will be as good as mine.
I had a great experience with Freeway Towing! It was super easy, you can set up everything online, and I really appreciated having the quote upfront — it’s nice knowing what you’ll pay ahead of time. (Just keep in mind the quote doesn’t include taxes.) The tow truck arrived quickly, and Raoul was very friendly and professional. He took extra time to explain the process. Highly recommend their service!

I had an excellent experience with Professional Towing! They lived up to their name with top-notch professionalism, exceptional helpfulness, and clear communication throughout the process. Josh, in particular, was fantastic—he went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of reliable towing!
Kevin did a tow for DPS and was extremely professional and efficient. Kevin’s sense of humor and demeanor made him approachable and friendly. 10/10, would call Kevin again.
Horrible place picked my car up damaged and they refused to give me the picture they took before picking up vehicle . Try to down play the damage by saying it’s an easy fix . Then on top of it received my money back in quarters !! Not to mention they wanted to charge $500 to tow 9 miles away and a car that was already on there lot ! And then they bring my car out like this 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Kevin was truly professional and courteous. He helped me out with my car and even assisted with the problem, getting the car fixed. Truly an amazing man. This will be the only tow company I’ll use if I ever need one again.
John did amazing work, I have experience in towing and he want far and beyond with his job. Even though we was being rushed to complete his work he still had with the up most care! Only call for John he does amazing work I recommend this company!

I want to thank Savannah, David the tow truck driver for their help and patience and old town towing for their help!
I was a first time customer today, and am so grateful for the service I received. I have had terrible experiences in the past by previous companies, but Bobby showed up and saved the day. He showed sincere hospitality, and was incredibly helpful, and friendly. I was having such a hard day, and his kindness was a breath of fresh air and helped make my situation less stressful.
Big shoutout to Old Town Towing GA! Amos came by quick, and swapped out my flat tire even more quickly! He was friendly, professional, and transparent. Could not have had a smoother experience.
James with Old Town Towing was amazing. Professional and kind. Definitely back to Old school, amazing customer service. I have road side assistance through Geico and he was great!!!

Great job on our tow job. Had to get toy from a shop back to our house on short notice. They were very courteous on the phone and was willing to help with great empathy. The driver was friendly and very careful with our car. I wasn't able to be at the pick up but the team at the shop said they were easy to work with. Thank you for taking care of our toy.
Azteca promptly removed an abandoned vehicle from our property and went through the legal steps required for such a matter. Glad I found them :)
Scheduled a tow from Glendale to Phoenix and these guys were right on time, professional, prompt and fair on the price. Really appreciate the great service! Highly recommend and will use again in the future with no hesitation.
Have used their service twice for trailer equipment, they are exceptional at their job and have excellent service with customers. Very reasonable and kind folks.

I talked to Rick, called at 3AM and he answered right away, said he’d get to me in 20 minutes and actually arrived earlier! Worked with me with my issue and got my car home safely. Did an impeccable job and gave me a more than reasonable price.
My driver Poly had great and extremely fast service. Able to tow my lowered car as well.
I own Black Platinum Solar and Electric and I needed to move a forklift. I called a couple of places and was referred to Dynamite Towing. Rick was friendly, up front, and had great communication. He did exactly what he said for the price he quoted. I would recommend Dynamite towing for towing in Glendale or anywhere in the surrounding cities. to anyone in need of towing, either a normal vehicle or a forklift like the one he moved for me. This is a contact that I will save in my phone.
If I could give it zero stars I would. The man who answered was very rude so I decided to go with another company. Reply to business comment 4/21/25 I did not call about a repossession. It was about getting towed to a dealership. Your response shows how you have workers that are rude to customers and you can’t keep track of who they are being rude to. Also your response was unprofessional. The zero stars still stands!
Rick was very courteous and helpful! He helped me tow my ‘07 Chevy to the dealership, and knew just what to do when we got there. Made mine (and my wife’s) life that much easier. Exceptional service, and great price, as well. If you ever need a towing service, I highly recommend Dynamite Towing!

I have been renting car haulers from BD'AZ for well over a year now. I've had nothing but great customer service from Brandon and Melissa. They make the transaction process very simple and quick and trailers are always ready to go. I trust them and their product and I will continue using them for all my towing and trailer rental needs.
BD’AZ Towing, LLC Our Insurance Roadside Assistance sent BD’AZ Towing to move our Class B RV to an automotive repair shop. Service was prompt, showed up with the correct equipment, the service technician was knowledgeable, competent, and polite. Overall, the service was first-rate. Furthermore, as a bonus, Robert spoke very highly of his employer which speaks volumes.... Clearly a win for all involved. 5 of 5. Highly recommend.
i was referred to them through my warranty co. took a little bit to get to my house; But once he got here Greg was the driver that showed up and he was professional, courteous, and got things done quick with no mistakes. Greg had a great personality sense of humor and so on. I would definitely use him for my personal services if i ever need a towing service. I highly recommend them
Greg was a life saver for us today. He was nice and extremely accommodating. Went over an hour and a half out of the way to change a tire on our car, just to find out that he had to instead tow it. He then drove another few hours out of the way to make sure he had the right truck and towed our car back home safely. Thank you for the amazing service Greg. Nothing makes a stressful situation better than great service.
If you’re in the trucking industry and need a trustworthy heavy-duty tow service, I highly recommend BDAZ Professional, fast, and reliable—exactly what you need when you’re stuck. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Beware shady company! They did the unethical thing while my son was in the hospital. When he was released, we went to get it, and they already put the car in his name even though we were in contact with them and let them know of the situation with him in the hospital. Who wants to do business with people like this?
Dominique was able to get to me 15 mins quicker than expected and delivered my car right as I expected.
Dominique responded right away and rolled our van over with ease. She was polite and courteous. She brought our truck right to our yard with out a problem.
I called priority towing and honestly best decision I could have made for myself as a new driver. The tower Richard came to help me and took me to the nearest tire shop and not only gave me an assessment of my vehicle but he even made sure I was physically alright. I am so thankful and definitely give him a raise! Thank you so much Richard!!!
Never had a better experience with a towing service, EVER! Extremely prompt and professional, and also affordable prices. The technician that helped us was super punctual. He actually made it to my car faster than the quoted time and waited for me to get there. Very kind and patient while figuring out where to transport my vehicle. They also take credit or debit cards over the phone! Much better than having to struggle to get cash. I was seriously impressed and overall satisfied by the outstanding customer service. I also have AAA and I personally would call this service company instead of them now just based on the service alone!! 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Jordan from tucson truck repaid was amazing great service and very helpful, got there very quickly and was really quick and efficient
Someone answered the phone right away, and I was contacted by the driver within a couple of minutes. The driver left where he was at immediately and didn't make me wait at all. This was especially appreciated, since my car died on a busy freeway entrance ramp - not exactly the safest spot to be sitting at! Upon meeting him, I was impressed by Jordan's level knowledge and experience (he's pretty young lol). He was also one of the nicest, most polite and friendly people I have ever met! Jordan, thank you for rescuing me off the freeway on-ramp! He turned a scary situation into one that was filled with relief! Also, their prices are much lower than I had anticipated for a 15-mile trip. Thank goodness I called these guys first! I highly recommend and will always reach to them before any other company, for any future needs.
Dale is a great guy. There is no doubt they will take proper care of your car.
Fast, friendly, and affordable!
I had to have my truck towed to the shop and Jordan was great. He showed up quick and was professional and friendly. Hopefully I don't need another tow but if I do I will definitely ask for Jordan. Highly recommend.

The best towing service I have had. They reponded so fast and really took care of my family and me. I had my Durango break down with my family, they were so helpful. I really appreciate DHS for their service. Keep up the amazing job!!!!
So My car broke down coming from flagstaff. It was late and all the other companies were charging a lot to tow my car 14 miles. They were awesome with the customer service and they even gave me a discount!!
Absolute the worst experience ever. They say they are open 24/7 but if you call, you get yelled at by the owner to stop calling. As a woman at 3am alone on the road this is unacceptable. You are not 24/7 service. Stop advertising this and stop being rude when someone needs help.
Absolutely amazing!! My car had broken down and I had to leave it in a questionable area for 24 hours. I called DHS in the late evening and the driver was there in under 10 minutes! Turned out I had also locked the keys in the car so after checking my title the driver also did lock out service for me without judgement!!! Then to top it off he pushed the car into my carport. Absolutely exceptional experience. These guys are amazing! Thank you so much!!!
Squeaky was awesome professional and kind which is rare now a days.

I recently called Level Up Towing, and they responded promptly. The service was incredibly professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Their prices are reasonable, and the driver impressed me greatly with his professionalism and the care he took with my vehicle. I would definitely hire Level Up Towing again and highly recommend them to anyone in need of towing services!

Israel the tow driver is one of the nicest people you will ever meet, there are nice people still out there running businesses, he quote a price on the phone and charged that price,,,,,,,I will be calling again if I need a tow.
Israel fue muy amable y su servicio fue rápido con precio bueno. Si te encuentras en necesidad de grúa este es el servicio número uno
This Tow Service is the Best. they was on time and not very expensive like the other Tow Companies in the West Valley. My tow Driver Isreal was very polite and had good conversation, I reccomend Tow 4 -45 for everyone needed a quick to. 5 Stars to this Company 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
