My battery died after my workout, thought I could just have my husband come and jump the car but the clips he had weren’t wanting to connect to the car well. Called Mian Towing and he was there in 15 min and had my car jumped and back in business less than 5 min later. Said to call him again if it died on our way home and he’d jump it again at no cost and that he’d take care of the battery replacement for a minimal fee if we sourced the battery. While I didn’t need that cause my husband was going to be able to do it it was great to know that I wouldn’t have to pay whatever price an autoshop would have charged to do the replacement. Highly recommend calling Main Towing for any issues you have come up. We’ll be keeping his number for any future issues
Best Towing Service in Tigard Beaverton area , fast very good price amazing
Great service! Mian Towing came fast, was very friendly, and helped me right away. Good price and very reliable. I’ll definitely call them again if I need a tow.
Mian Towing is friendly, fast, and incredibly reliable! I called and they arrived within 15 minutes. The service was professional, and the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommended!"
Arrived over 30 minutes before the promised time which was helpful in the heat! He was very professional and kind as i rode in the tow truck with him. I would 100% recommend this company if you need these services.

Flat tired on the freeway. Really friendly people and They were able to change my tire in less than 15 minutes. Thank you
Great service! Truth is I was complaining about cost but it was worth every penny! They were on time very professional and the drive Irwin was fantastic! I scheduled a day in advance which saved me a bit of money which was nice but I understand the cost after seeing how much work went into towing my truck. These guys are great and I thank them again!!
One time, professional, courtesy and friendly. Would definitely use their services again!
Saved the day. Got to me in 45 mins, pricing was fair and Travis is a great guy, very helpful. I hope I never have to use you guys again though 😀

Roland was fantastic! Answered my phone call promptly, gave me an ETA and was actually early. No issues, reasonably priced, great guy. I will be contacting him for any future towing needs! Thanks Roland!
Incredible guy who has the experience to tackle any challenging “tow” job. And super prompt and personable too
Excellent, friendly, fast service! My car was well taken care of and Roland was communicative and helpful all the way around. He came recommended to me by another friend when I needed a tow, and now I'm happy to recommend him to others.
Roland did an excellent job towing my 2001 AcuraIntegra . This car is my baby and it was stolen twice last year and once this year. Both times he towed me and arrived fast, retrieving my car quickly out of a highly risky situation . He was so fast, and immediately came to my aid - my car was in a really difficult place to tow it and he removed it with ease while another local company refused me saying it was way too dangerous because it was jammed between two cars in a homeless camp . I didn’t have to wait around like I have with triple A or State Farm’s the past . All business and fair priced . I didn’t have insurance on my car so I couldn’t get help for the towing from an insurance company and he was so fair and helped me a ton. He even gave me a jump so I could drive it to a safe place to store the car. 20/10 will recommend to my family and friends. Super friendly professional and kind . Thank you :)
So I am 59 years old have had many tows Roland what a professional on time great equipment and fair price. New tow guy!

Awesome company! I spoke to Mahamed over the phone, and they were incredibly helpful, professional, and courteous. If I had to tow my car again, will absolutely use their service. Definitely deserve 5/5 review.
It was a very good experience all around he made sure I felt comfortable after allowing mme to ride with him when I had no extra form of transportation. He was very courteous and his customer service was the best I've ever had, Muhammad was passionate about his work and and was great all around.
Mahamed is an amazing man! Can’t thank him enough for towing our car in a tough situation. Very grateful to have met him and hugely appreciate his amazing service.
This man is great! He apparently has a bunch of experience in transportation and safety and it shows! He was within 15 minutes of his estimated time on a busy day. He did everything quickly and safety. Glad to support a local buisness man with integrity! Scheduled another tow with him tomorrow and he was very polite and was able to fit me in. Thank you!
They're professional, safe, kind, efficient, and great communicators! I'll always call them first.

Very fair price. Other companies wanted to charge me up to DOUBLE J&Js price. Super quick service and friendly to boot.
J&J were very friendly, informative, and thorough. The pick up and transport of my vehicle was done in a very timely manner, making the experience as stress free as possible. I would absolutely recommend their services, and will definitely be using their services in any future ventures or needs.
Very happy with my tow. Price was great, work was done professionally, Elmer was a nice guy who did the job right. Highly recommended.
I had to schedule a tow to take my wrecked car to the body shop. The first stop didn't work out, and they still hauled to a new location. It was about a 45 minute process. Elmer was super knowledgeable and helpful and price was so reasonable. I highly recommend this outfit!
They were super nice and helped us right away! even offered if they were unable to help when we needed he had recommended his brothers company. would recommend.

B.C. Towing is GREAT! The driver i got, i believe his name is Matt, is awesome! He was friendly and informative. He really made the experience feel smooth and low-stress. I HIGHLY recommend them, so happy with their service, thank you so much!!
Great service. I was in need of their assistance in moving some vehicles to another location. BC towing was to the location in less than 2 hours. Three trips were needed to complete the move and they worked until late into the evening to finish the move. Drivers were extremely kind and helpful. Communication was fantastic. Price was very reasonable and less than I had expected. Thank you for your assistance.
Amazing customer service Johnny Walker was very efficient took care of my car made sure I was safe and stuck around to help me at the automotive shop and I would definitely use their service again. They were quick, efficient, thoughtful, and very courteous.
Full moon and many calls created a lengthy wait for driver arrival Once he arrived he was knowledgeable and lifted my car model smoothly Expertly placed my car on the ground at a service dealership. Even gave me a ride to my residence for added safety for my well-being. I am very grateful.
Most of the staff is very friendly, not all of them tho. The ones who are nice are willing to go above and beyond. The company has been a friend of the family for years. It's easy to miss the driveway tho so keep a sharp eye out!

You guys were prompt and helped make everything easier for My Jeep that needed towed. Great service and the tow truck driver was attentive and helpful. I would recommend you. Thank you for bringing my DUST BUNNIE HOME
Excellent service. Ford assistance use them and they really came through. I'm sorry I forgot the drivers name but he did a great job. He is in one of the photos!! Highly recommend AETowing.
These people are in cahoots with Willamette Gardens apartments and probably others! My car was towed from my apartments without any notice because they couldn't see my parking pass on my dashboard! Do not understand how the office authorized or allowed this without checking who's car it is and calling them...Then when I went to get my car, no one came to.the window for over 5 minutes, until I knocked. And they threatened to call the police and have me escorted of the property! This whole thing wreaks of a scam, These people should be sued!
Drove into a ditch and called these guys to pull me out. They got there pretty fast considering where I was, the guy was cool, made me sign a paper so they weren't liable for any damages. Hooked me up and pulled me out just scraping my vehicles underside. No damage and it still drives. All for only $225. Not a bad deal for saving my life.
Wish I could give them 10 stars. They went above and beyond to help us get our motorhome off of I5. They had a special trailer they used that accommodated for a 12 ft tall motorhome that couldn't be towed the traditional way. The communication between us before, during and after was great, kept us in the know. They towed us from between corvallis and Eugene to north Portland. They were also very careful not to scratch, dent or damage our rv. Two other people with the company came to assist the driver. I highly recommended this company and their drivers. They were also very reasonable on their price. It was around 120 miles from where we broke down to the shop they towed it to.

My day started off horribly with my attempt to get into work early leading to me being stuck on the side of the highway. Jake was amazing. He was quick and polite and very safety conscious getting me in his vehicle right away where it was also warmer. The casual conversation on the way to the shop also helped me forget my troubles a bit.
Wow, great service! On time, friendly , safe and skilled driver, brought the non running vehicle to our house and navigated our tricky driveway like a pro. Thank you!
I want every one to know that elite towing company did me wrong and I have the prove . My 2006 hummer broke down and I parked it legally and took pictures where I parked . So when. I went to pick up my hummer I could not find my vehicle and when I learned that it was towed becomes it was illegally parked i requested a hearing on line to find out that the tow company illegally moved my vehicle one block and made it look like I parked it illegally . They fabricated the whole tow just to make money and who knows how many victims like me is there . Elite towing and recovery should be investigated and sued which what exactly is am doing
Jake made my morning! Super friendly and took great care loading up my Mercedes! I will be an Elite customer for life now, thanks Jake!
Overall experience 3/5 Watch out multiple locations, if your car is towed have the tow truck driver write down the address of the lot they are taking it to. Made that mistake. Toll line office was often difficult to reach and coordinate with. When asked for next steps, was provided unclear steps for my situation. I repeatedly told them “my first wreck idk what to do” and was given misleading info. Spent a good portion of my morning coordinating between pick tow and lot and was met with “they were supposed to, you didn’t confirm, I was on my break”. At tow lot, the most pleasant experience of this whole situation and that is why I’m not giving them a 2/5

Although I was there for a friend who had a sudden breakdown and determined that it wasn’t driving home again I had decided to call his insurance company to get a tow truck that they would cover and the driver that the company sent was extremely kind and informative as my friend was nervous about how loud the PTO was as this was his very first time getting it towed back home and although we did switch drop locations not even one block away from the original drop location (because he was extremely anxious about waking up his household with the truck). We truly couldn’t thank you guys enough for the fast response for it being at midnight!
It was a hot miserable day... The tow driver was so professional. Truck was spotless and new...he had my broken down truck loaded in no time. I highly do not recommend using the Les Schwab on Market Street. They took 6 hours to change my tire out.
Great experience with this company. And especially with the driver John. He kept us informed on when he would arrive, explained everything as he went and was very friendly and answered all our questions. Made a bad day bareable
Great job towing my class C motorhome! Thank you for rescuing me and getting my rig to northside ford. John went above and beyond by making sure he got the rig parked ain an "appropriate location", which required some finagling with the shop.

i finally found a tow company that will not only get the job done but he had everything he needed to get it done right no standing around for 7.5 hours waiting for the right tools like i had with the guys the dropped it where the truck sat for almost a year he was kind knowledgeable and most important professional if you need vehicle recovery alpha is the way to go thank you guys... i should add that the dispatch operator told it would be one price in the neighborhood of $1500-2500 yet sent out a bill for over $5000 im not a big fan of bait and switch but fortunately alpha doesn't do that
Chase was amazing! Not only was he so kind he was very knowledgeable at his job! Extremely professional. I am so grateful I got to meet him today he made my experience fantastic. He was so gentle with my son’s car he didn’t put a scratch on it. Thank you Chase your amazing!
James Petersen was fantastic! Very quick, kind, communicative, and supportive. Even offered to stay with me until I was able to get picked up. Very professional. Would use them again in a heartbeat.
Absolutely amazing company!! I needed to have a fifth wheel move that had a bad incline to it, other companies would not attempt . Matt with Alpha hooked up and moved in one shot!! Matt you are truly amazing!!! Thank you Alpha towing for having such great people!!
James was awesome. He was extremely professional & kept us safe. He made a very difficult day so much better. Thank you so much.

These guys are the best! They had to pull me up a hill on a corner in pretty slick conditions. They were very friendly and professional! They got me rolling faster than I ever expected! Thank you!
Larry was great from start to finish getting my 36’ rv hooked up for tow and to the ford repair place safely and professionally. Highly recommend this driver @ Gerlock towing!
Larry was flawless in hooking up my truck and trailer. We drove back to the mill where he dropped my trailer on the concrete, then dropped the truck in our truck parking lot. Extremely professional and pleasant during the entire recovery process. He answered all my questions without making me feel stupid. This was the first time I had to be towed back and he made my frustration with my situation fun. Thank you, Larry Bonnie
Unlike other tow companies, they were prompt at an unusual hour. Very satisfied in the professionalism and quick services. Also, I appreciate the communication upon arrival. I would utilize their services again.
He was knowledgeable, safe and quick! Even took me to my store to unload!

Trustworthy and reasonable rates. I have a construction background and a work truck was stolen from Portland, then dumped in the middle of Washington after a police pursuit. Randy was so kind in helping me deal with all parties, even giving me ideas and ways to get the impound yard holding my work truck to be released at a discount. Most tow services are like the phone company, they try to find ways to ravage you with random fees, yet HERCULES TOWING was different and will try to actively help you through chaos of a vehicle being stolen. Randy has amazing knowledge of industry and even guessed the name of the impound yard my stolen vehicle was taken to in remote Washington away from the I-5 freeway. HERCULES TOWING was helpful before the tow with helping me understand the police reports and all other issues, not hinder you with fees like most other tow companies I spoke with on the phone. With HERCULES TOWING you have a hero on your side who wants to help you!
Highly recommended! Best experience with a tow company ever. Fair price, prompt service. The owner went above and beyond to solve my problem and which helped me to pass DEQ. Thanks Randy!!
One of their drivers almost caused a multiple vehicle accident on I5 while towing a vehicle. The driver was very reckless and had no care for those around him. Tried calling their office, but of course the number was disconnected. --In response to your reply, I was actually about 3 cars behind him the entire time keeping a safe distance as he was driving pretty erratically, I can even share the dash camera footage. Instead you assumed and accused me stating that I tried to cause an accident! Maybe next time instead of lying and changing blame, take responsibility for your own actions!
I bought a tiny house shell, and needed it moved. I found Hercules towing from a Google search for a tow company that moves tiny houses. Randy responded to my call and texts very quickly and did a fantastic job moving the tiny house. He has an excellent rig, great attitude, and most importantly the skills to get these complicated moves done. If you need your tiny house on wheels ( THOW ) moved then Randy at Hercules towing is your guy. Thanks Randy. It was a pleasure to work with you.
Randy was super professional, extremely timely, and affordable. He was able to work with my schedule and met me during my lunch hour, which was a big plus. His easy going demeaner really helped calm my nerves on a stressful Monday . Thanks again, Randy!

I recently needed assistance with towing my vehicle. Joe was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond when my vehicle needed an extra push into a parking stall. His professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much more manageable.
Super fast service thank u for help me out towing my car back to my house highly recommended
The linkage on my steering column broke while I was parking in a 15 minute zone in front of a hotel so I was half in the road, half in the spot. That's not a good spot to be in. I called Portland City Towing and they showed up faster than any towing company I've used before and were very nice and obviously greatly helpful. Since it's Sunday I couldn't take my car to a shop, so he offered to take it in when I found a shop. Great response time, great price, and great service! 10/10 would recommend!
This place is horrible to deal with if you have your car towed, super expensive fees for towing and storage. Close to $700 for only having my truck for two days! But on the other hand, they also have great deals if you go to one of their auctions that is open to the public. Can pick up a nice little car or truck for basically pennies on the dollar.

I called Speeds to tow my son's car and they were able to get me a tow immediately. They were recommended by my shop. When they showed up, the extra keys my son gave me didn't work. They agreed to come back when I had the right keys and didn't charge me extra. The driver, Ryan, was pleasant and professional at all times. They also had a flat bed truck which I like. I don't know much about tow fees, but they felt reasonable to me. I highly recommend them.
I can’t say enough good things about Kayla and Ryan (hope I’m spelling their names right) at Speed Towing. My car’s clutch kit was wrecked by my younger roommate while I was teaching him to drive: no surprise there, haha. I waited four hours for AAA starting around 8 a.m., and no one ever showed... I got multiple conflicting answers from the reps I spoke with, which came across as unprofessional and made it seem like they didn’t know what they were doing. Eventually, I had enough and reached out to Speed. Kayla gave me a small discount for the wait and my situation, and Ryan was out to me in about 30 minutes. He had my car loaded in 10 minutes, dropped it off at a local mechanic, and even gave me a ride home. Otherwise, I would’ve had to Uber or walk for over 30 minutes after 2 a.m. Ryan, you’re a rockstar and I hope your son’s birthday celebration is a great one and yo get to spend quality time with your family. Kayla, you were super sweet and patient with me while I was half-asleep. Thank you both so much. I really appreciate it and hope to talk again.
This tow company towed my car may 5th 2023. Upon dropping off my vehicle the driver damaged my vehicle (scraped it against another vehicle). I was Told i would Recieve a call in the morning to get the crash figured out. This tow company is registered with the city of Portland so i didn't think they would do something so illegal. Well a month later they still have not returned my calls and caused thousands of dollars worth of damages. They will be getting sued and reported to Portland for evading the cost of repair for damages caused to my vehicle by this tow company. Stay away!!
Towed my trailer let's too close to the Portland p. D when was finally able to get it out of tow? It was over six hundred dollars once I was able to get inside, I found my 60 inch sunny TV broke my toolbox has gone through all of my batteries, drills saws and grinders. We're missing that we're on my toolbox. As well as my son's Nintendo switch. Among many other items as well. I was going to leave when my children was being towed, and They were responsible for what was inside the trailer. Somebody open the door with pry bar to put my generator inside. But as nice as that is, they held themselves to whatever they wanted inside
Tim was amazing. Arrived on time and picked up my vehicle and dropped it off with no issues. The driveway was tight but he was able to make it work. Would definitely use Speeds again and I highly recommend Tim.

He kicks ass. Came fast, was patient, really saved my bacon!
Fast response and very professional and careful
My teenager was driving our Toyota Highlander and got stranded in a fairly sketchy area near the waterfront. Zoran came to our rescue at 1am and got our car safely loaded on his flatbed truck. He was very professional and we had a great conversation which is rare with tow truck drivers. Our battery ended up being the culprit and that's the same thing Zoran tested for us just to make sure. He really goes the extra step and I know who'll I'll always be calling for our towing needs.
Zee was a lifesaver for us when my tire blew on an overpass and I was stuck. My insurance’s roadside assistance wouldn’t take us because of the dangerous spot, but Zee arrived within 20 minutes and got us quickly towed to a parking lot, where he replaced the tire. He even took extra time to walk us through how to change a tire, which was immensely helpful, and gave us some referrals for a replacement tire and auto work. We very much appreciated him and will absolutely call him again with any issues!

My husband and I are very grateful for the service we received from Roger’s towing tonight. Our Volvo S60 required a flatbed for the tow. The young man with the flatbed that came to our aid was awesome. I cannot recall his name but when we spoke to him he was there with in 5 mins to help us. We highly recommend Roger’s towing. Thank you again and God Bless you!
Caleb and Terry are amazing! These guys came to our rescue very late on Memorial Day when our transmission gasket blew and we were stuck on the side of the road in Tygh Valley. Thank you so much for taking us all the way back to Oregon City and for such a pleasant ride. We truly appreciate your work and highly recommend you for your kindness!
Cody was so helpful, I was from out of town and my car started vibrating and basically shook my car to the point of falling part. He came to my rescue in record time twice in two days. I could not have asked for better service. Thank you
I want give thanks and a major shout out to DJ. I didn't get the pleasure of riding alongside this knowledgeable man but he was superb and thorough. And not only was he on time. But, "he was on time!" Also wanted to make the mention that he performed a tow with no more than: 1 & 1/2 inches of clearance to get under and get on the bed of what was not his truck. So he had little to work with to perform it to his standards. *My car also wanted to make a comment* I have to say he is one the best that's around. Also, to get me to and from without a single sound of a scrape while still on 4 wheels is impeccable work. (V8 revs & pops) *Owner* God's blessed you, DJ. Stay up, stay true, and stay safe out there! Car issues make me have anxiety. Today I had an excellent experience with A Plus towing. Excellent customer service from the first call with the dispatcher to the driver that responded (Brent), who was there exactly when he said he would be. The anxiety was taken right out of it for me. They also quoted me $47 less for the same distance another local tow company gave me. I'm putting APlus' number in my phone & will not bother calling another company ever again. Thank you for your service.
Amazing! Last night I was stranded with a blown out tire on the 5 with my 2 year old, 1 year old, grandma, and aunt. I called A+ towing and they were there to help us in 20 minutes. Jack was so kind that he even followed us to meet up with his coworker John to make sure our tire was aired up properly and good to go. He also let my toddler see how cool his truck was. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone in the area. Thank you for getting us back on the road!
A long overdue review but Herman with A+ towing is incredible! He's rescued me on two occasions when my battery died and my tire popped since my car doesn't come with a spare tire. He make sure to bring my car to FIrestone since they are the only tire shop open on Sundays so I could be back on the road ASAP.
Great towing experience! The driver, Herman, was fantastic and a real bright spot in an otherwise terrible day (particularly the exploding tire bit). Good response time, kind and friendly guy, excellent service, and the best grill on any tow truck I've ever seen! Ask for Herman!
Jon did a great job arriving shortly after the call and was super supportive in getting the task accomplished, in a short period of time.

The driver was phenomenal! He stayed with me until my lyft came so i was not on a dark road alone. Aaron is phenomenal!! He had to come tow my kid this morning n he towed me a month ago! Hands down best employee yall have
towed my low profile car without me being there (causing damage) that they are not going to take responsibility for because of their blurry pictures. proceeded to say i can pick it up until midnight when i called them, i arrive at 11pm and the last driver is about to leave and is surprised we were told I can pickup until midnight. he helps me and i pay IN CASH a huge fee. my car wasn’t on their lot for any more than 6 hours. 13 days later i receive lien papers in the mail saying theyre auctioning my car off. i am out of state, ive had my car for weeks. after you’ve already reamed me of my money, you’re claiming i never paid. I call to discuss what i received in the mail just to find out they say I haven’t paid on record. the employee says they will call back once they’ve fixed it, but never do. We call back, it’s fixed in such a weird way. DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. also, it’s so stupid that they leave people stranded when their car actually is broken down, but the minute they have an easy tow (aka private property owner) they will be there right away!!! Once they attempt to fix the mistake and give me a receipt, it is the most sketchy thing ever. It says i paid an entire 12 days after picking up my car. this allowed my name and car to pick up all the storage fees and of course lien papers. SO UPSETTING, SKETCHY, and GROSS. ps: definitely prayed on the young customer thinking they wouldn’t know. my car was also wrongfully towed in the first place so to have to fight the towing company after the property who towed me is one of the dumbest things i have ever been through. in relation to the private property, the tow request stated my car was in a certain #spot and it was not. I wonder why the tow truck driver didn’t challenge this…? dumb question. these people rob kids.
Unfortunately my car broke down, but emerald valley towing was awesome in helping me get it home. Never had a tow before but Jeffrey was kind and courteous and even parked my car in my driveway. 10/10 great service, and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a tow.
Emerald Valley is the best! Especially Mike, the driver that picked our car up. We were on the side of Highway 99 broke down, he picked our car up and took it to the dealership, checked it in and even let me know it was in. I highly recommend Emerald Valley if you ever need them!
Great service from Emerald Valley Towing! Didn’t need a tow but someone turned to soon in hospital parking garage and the fender well was over my bumper. They couldn’t get the tow truck in the parking garage so the driver carried up some cool tools and got our vehicles separated. Good response time, friendly service and went above and beyond! Thanks so much!

We had to call AAA today when the a wheel bearing went out on our Dodge Dually. We live on the coast and this happened 40 miles east of Eugene! We were 140 miles from home on a Sunday and I had to be back to work on Monday! AAA contacted Ray’s Towing and a gentleman named James was our driver. He was amazing, he got to us about an hour after I contacted AAA, he went right to work and got the Dually loaded on his flatbed trailer and we were on our way home. He was so professional, so personable and turned what started out as a really bad way to end our vacation into a really pleasant ride home. The truck was very clean and there was more than enough room for all of us. I would not hesitate one second referring Ray’s towing to anyone. Thank you James, you are awesome!!! Wish I could give 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Called Ray's towing for a AAA tow. My driver was DJ. He took incredible care of my 1973 Charger. Not only did Dj make sure to call me and give me an ETA of arrival but he managed to show up a ahead of schedule. I'm used to tow truck drivers being slow and behind schedule. Not Dj with Ray's towing. He was professional, kind, and quick. Definitely will use Ray's towing again in the future for all my towing/AAA/and roadside needs. You should too! 5 of 5 stars!
I want to say a huge thank You to Rays towing! Dylan was very kind and came really quick to help us once when we were stranded and once when we locked our keys in the car! I am very happy with the service! If you are ever stuck and need help Rays towing us awesome! Thank you again Dylan!!
I had my son's car towed recently and Craig at Ray's Towing answered the call. Not only was he proficient at his job, he was knowledgeable and friendly too. You never want to get your car towed, but next time I do, I'll ask for Craig.
Xavier was really quick to get to us and towed my car and delivered it right where i wanted it. He did a great job.

The company did a good job & were pleasant to work with. Wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again.
Their driver showed up sooner than expected and was very courteous, polite, friendly and quick. He explained what he was going to do and what we could expect. He took our insurance information and got right to work making it as easy as possible for us. He very carefully and quickly placed our vehicle exactly where I wanted it when he arrived at our residence with it. I would recommend Puddle Jumper Towing and Recovery to anyone at any time.
Nate was awesome! He was very friendly and responsive with towing my car. Saved the day!
in a very stressful situation (broke down along I5 with the family) these guys showed up in an extremely professional matter and got us off the interstate and where we needed. The driver was very good at his job and really surprised me with his ability to maneuver a camper and pickup behind his tow truck. Highly recommend these guys!
Driver was amazing!!! Not only did he climb under my truck in gravel to manually put it neutral when my linkage cable broke but then climbed back under to take pictures to make sure I knew the problem before taking it to the shop. Great service and much appreciated!

Alex is a lot more than a tow truck driver. After being stranded in my car he did everything he could to fix my plight. He is a man of integrity and customer care is the #1 priority. And Alex I am way in on the BMW rescue mission and setting up an eBay parts store.🤑 Scott S

Eric saved the day ! I can’t be more grateful for his help today ! He helped us tow our car onto a trailer, took his time and made sure it was secured for our 5-hour drive home. Great communication and fast service! 10/10 would recommend !!!
Came outside their service area to support our request, arrived early to meet us. Super personable and friendly
Would definitely recommend this towing company. Our car was stuck in snow, and they immediately responded to tow our car out. Very helpful and reasonable price was charged.
I had the misfortune coming home from work on a dark and foggy morning recently when my car took a curve a little too fast and my Honda Accord ended up down in a steep ditch. I extricated myself from the vehicle and got a ride home. Thankfully no damage to the vehicle but I needed to be winched out and I had the great fortune to call Eric at Hook Up Towing. Eric came to my house and drove me to the site and pulled my vehicle out within minutes and I was on my way home. The price was more than fair and he was super nice. What more could I ask for? If I ever find myself in a ditch again, I know who I will be calling. Thanks Eric!
I needed my car towed from Sandy to my mechanic in Beaverton. Eric was quick and efficient. Fair prices and great customer service. If you're in need of a tow, call these guys. You won't regret it!

I have over a hundred vehicles I am responsible for towing and in all my years I haven’t met a more profession, speedy, great attitude tow company to date- these guys truly are the Best!!!
My car died and Mikey got there within 20 minutes and unloaded in my driveway in another five minutes. He was very friendly and a very experienced driver. I would call them again if I need a tow.
Thanks for assisting Doug Bishop, United Search Corp, in getting vehicles out of the river. Helping others when help is needed at no cost to them shows the compassion and heart y'all have. Highly recommend.
The breaks went out in my truck and I ended up in a nearly impossible situation and these guys spent over 3 hours in the rain towing out my rig and driving it a 1/2 hour home. They made a terrible situation a tolerable situation! I recommend this crew for all your towing needs
Omg CJ was a blessing I called for tow at Walgreens and it said an hour he got there in under 25 minutes . He came and checked it out after I told him what was going on , we tried jumping it ourselves but my car was completely dead I was stressing he said I think I can fix if you’d like me to , man we let him do his thing 5 minutes later and my car was starting back up I was so thankful because he found that a screw was loose on my battery and tighten it it was completely good after . Very thankful to him ! GREAT SERVICE THANK YOU AGAIN CJ .

I can’t thank Fonseca’s Towing enough for helping me out when my car wouldn’t start due to fuel pump issues. I was stuck and unsure what was wrong, but he showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem right away, and went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. Instead of just towing the car and calling it a day, he took the time to troubleshoot and explained everything clearly. His knowledge, professionalism, and willingness to help were outstanding. You don’t always find that kind of service—he genuinely cares about his customers. If you’re in the Salem area and need someone reliable, Fonseca’s Towing is the one to call. Highly recommended!
They really worked well with me and kept me updated it was nice to know I was in good hands
My family and I where stranded in the middle of the road on a Saturday night , when we called the dispatched they were nice and dispatched a driver right away , they are one of the best tow companies I have used around Salem !
The person who answered the phone was so kind and helpful. They took a little while to get to me but the service was so quick and professional once they got there. I was in a pickle and they really saved my trip. Thank you guys!!

Great guys, nice service. per mile price isn't to bad but even if they are cheaper then competitors i still think the 60 dollar hookup fee is a little excessive. especially sense i drove my car on and off the flat bed for the driver.
Fast service, kind and friendly. David asked where we wanted our truck and was on point exactly where we wanted it. Will be using your company always. Thanks David!!!
I have to say that these guys are amazing! Warranty work for Jerr-dan, installing wrecker beds or fixing something we need fixed. They are on top of it. Easy to work with it and the communication is on point. I can not thank them enough for all the work they have done for us....
They were awesome my car broke down in middle of the street off 181st and division the receptionist stayed on the phone with me until tow truck got their. It was a sunday morning so I was lucky. The tow truck driver was very helpful I give them 5*s
I had an accident and my car was towed by them to their lot. They were very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions. My experience was very positive and made my situation seem a little less traumatic. I would highly recommend them and give them 5 stars.

Called for a lockout tonight November 1, 2023 and guy quoted me 95$ Only reason I couldn't take it is we didn't have that much at the moment, but these guys have a great rates, especially with where they are located. I've interacted with the staff before when I worked for another towing company and these guys are always super friendly as well.
Just had one of the best toes I probably ever had have ever had in my life. I'm not just saying that your tow truck driver was way cool and super chill. He reminded me of my best friend. He was an amazing guy to talk to and honestly made my day. Thank you Jack Hall for helping me and my lady today!!!!! Your a life saver!
Driver Jack changed my tire today. He was Very Friendly and Professional. You could tell he was someone that loves his job, and his tow truck was beautiful and well maintained. Very Good Service. 👍
Sadly I am more frequently in need of tows than the average person. Everytime I have called in their customer service has been short and snappy despite my best efforts to be cordial, and they always quote me nearly twice other towing companies. This morning I was trying to locate a vehicle that had gone missing that I thought may have been towed by them. The guy who answered the phone clearly had no interest in speaking with me or being helpful, even when I was obviously in distress. If you're out of options they will make it happen, recommend you seek help elsewhere.
Thank you Logan for comming to my rescue I was helping take my friends daughter in at river bend and my Chevy did something weird or I had a blonde moment, im very pregnant and emotional. He was so professional polite and saved the day he's my hero thank you so much. I was so scared I was going to be stuck and lose my vehicle. I would highly recommend calling asking for Logan he gets there fast gets the job done and is a reliable good guy. Thank you! thank you! 🙏🙏🙏

Couldn’t be any more reassured from my driver Nathan and Tegan!! Did a great job with getting both my cars to its destination. Appreciated them both when they arrived and dropped me off! Thank you 🙏🏼
My daughter's truck broke down and Nathan towed her and her truck home. He was pleasant, courteous, and professional, and didn't charge a fortune. Will call again if needed.
Great service, on time and priced well, driver was great!
Was broken down on the side of I-5 on Labor Day, They came and helped with a tow quickly to get me back home to Eugene!! James was an awesome and friendly driver who is extremely knowledgeable about the industry in general! 10/10 would recommend!
Nathan saved the day! My car broke down in a horrible area, out skirts of town on a gravel hill, and Nathan got it home safe no problem! He even helped push the car into the exact spot I wanted it. As someone who works in the auto industry and deals with tow truck drivers every day, Nathan went above and beyond. Thank you!

The guys from Regal Towing were, professional and did a fantastic job of recovering my vehicle when I needed it. I have used other recovery services in the past, but Regal towing is the only place I will ever use when I am in the area thanks you the excellent service I received. The technician was out fast, the service was great and Mike worked hard to make sure my problem was solved. We’ll done Regal Towing!
Mike was an amazing tow truck driver and made sure my vehicle got to where it needed to be and went out of his way to help me put my car where I needed it specifically, he was very respectful. So I want to give Mike and the Regal Towing team a big shout out for their great work towing my suburban.
I blew a tire and I was stuck on the side of a busy road during rush hour and only Regal Towing answered the phone without putting me through a complicated call tree and/or asking me to fill out a web form. Mike the driver was kind, professional and efficient. Everyone's attitude at Regal Towing was "your emergency is our emergency". It was a comforting experience during an uncomfortable situation. Highly recommend.
Great service from these guys. Called them, gave me a great price, (half of what others charge) andthey gave me a window of time. They were on time and very processing. I would highly recommend them!

Their 24/7 service actually works. Called at 3 AM, and they still showed up fast. Can’t say that about most places.
This towing business did everything right after an accident. They showed there on time, loaded my car properly, and drove it safely to the repair. Very reliable.

Picked up and dropped off my dad's car from the muffler shop for us. The tow to the muffler shop was scheduled but the tow back was not. Very friendly and was able to pick the car up from the muffler shop quickly after it wouldn't start. Would recommend!
Quick, responsible, honest, reliable service. This company does towing, auto lock-outs, tire changes, and professional motorcycle towing as well. This is my go-to company as David has years of expertise to get the job done right!
Unbelievably prompt service, got my car door unlocked and back on the road in far less time than multiple other companies said they could. They are gonna be my go-to roadside service!
Had the upmost respect and kindness to show me in a sticky situation! Was so helpful and beyond polite. Honestly recommend completely! I was in a bind and needed help and he did NOT hesitate! I plan on using his services if ever needed again in the future! Couldn't be more thankful for how great he was with my situation.
Reasonable priced and very efficient. He took good care of my cars. I'll use them any day of the week. Thank you, David

Great experience. Arrived in 20 min, dropped my car off in my driveway. Less than $200. Highly recommend these guys.
I have used Broadway Towing for both personal and business towing and they are excellent - professional, skilled, and very efficient. We needed a cargo van to be dropped off in a tight spot that required a difficult angle to get it in and they had the equipment to get it done quickly. The company that came to tow it away later spent 45 minutes trying to figure out how to move it. I always call Broadway first and highly recommend them!
I have never had such a positive experience with a tow company !! Best towing company in town !!!!
Towed a couple of cars through them, great company to work with. Great prices and even better service. Takes care of my cars every time!

I locked my keys in my car and my insurance company connected me with Elite Towing Services. I immediately received a call from Tyler who gave me a reasonable eta. He was polite, prompt, and professional! I’d highly recommend Tyler with Elite Towing Services to anyone that needs roadside help!
Called these guys to help tow my landcruiser which was making an odd noise when starting, the driver Mike pointed out that tweakers had stolen the catalytic converters! Mike got my car out of the 2nd floor of a tight parking garage with no problems. Super professional and the price was great.
My tow truck driver was so good at her job. Very patient with my lowered car. And when my car wasn't safe to be left at the shop. She took it to the tow yard and locked it up.
Terrible service - they told me it would be 45 minutes. Finally, 3 hours later someone showed up. My car didn't end up needing to be towed, it needed a jump and ultimately battery replacement, but they charged me the full amount despite the (nice) gentleman saying he wouldn't be charging me for a tow (because I didn't get one, go figure!) Do NOT call them.
No masks dealing with customers during COVID. Made me sign with my hand on his personal cell phone. To be fair, did solve my problem, but not without risking my health and safety. Here’s be trying my best not to interact with him—I’m wearing an N95 but I’m still really uncomfortable with this situation.

Just had some lady crash and take out about 80 ft of our fence. The car ended up in between some landscaping and wrapped up in our fence. B&r came out and got the car out with limited damage to the landscaping and cleaned up very well.
Went here for a car part & due to my work schedule I did not have time to pull the part so opted to have it pulled & shipped to my local B&R. McKayla was the lady who assisted me during this transaction & despite being new & 5th day on the job, she handled the transaction with ease & was very proficient. Thank you McKayla! High five ✋
Jim and his colleagues are beyond kind and helpful. Jim was so supportive after the accident, and he helped me learn about the whole process, giving me peace of mind. I would highly recommend their services.
Three days ago I was less than impressed with this company. And frankly had nothing nice or positive to say about it. However today I met with Rob in an attempt too resolve my issues. Something I firmly believe is it's not the usual day to day interaction with customers. That defines your company. It's easy when things go well. What defines your company is your conflict resolution. Today would I refer people too this company. Absolutely, because a company that invests their time into conflict resolution is a company with integrity. Three days ago I didn't believe that about this company. Today I do
I called B&R towing for a lockout in a public parking lot. They were extremely professional and quick on the phone. The wait time was less than 10 minutes for an employee named James to show up and help with getting a truck door open. Good and friendly service, thank you.

Thank you Edy's Auto Towing llc. Ricardo was really helpful on towing my car. I would definitely recommend there services to anyone who’s looking for a towing truck.
Professional, expedient, straightforward and made a pretty stressful experience so much easier. Car needed a tow a good 20+ miles, was getting quotes for around $300 and heard about Edy’s Towing by word of mouth. Gave them a call, Ricardo answered right away, quoted HALF of what others were and accommodated a pick up the next morning and even took me along with so I didn’t have to pay a bunch for an uber there and back. Kindness and transparency goes such a long way in these situations and I will remember this company forever. Shout out to Ricardo, thanks a million!!
