My truck broke down about 80 miles away from Tigard, Oregon, and I called Mian Towing for help. Saeed showed up 5 minutes earlier than the promised time, quickly loaded my truck, and safely brought it back to Tigard. We’re doing a home exchange(which includes swapping cars) with a Spanish family that knows very little English and on their first day in country the car wouldn’t start while they were at the local Freddy’s. They had just bought a bunch of ice cream and were in a near panic. After AAA turned me down ( membership ties to the person, not the car-go figure) I just randomly picked Mian’s name out of the book. That guy dropped what he was doing, sped to them in 10 minutes (!), diagnosed a dead battery (as a gas monkey was there telling the family it wasn’t the battery it was the car that was dead!!!), jumped them and then had them follow him to an auto parts store, where he changed out the battery and tested the alternator. Charged a super reasonable rate and TOTALLY saved my bacon!!!! This dude absolutely rocks!!!!!!!!!!!! Super service, great prices and outstanding positive attitude.

I got a punctured tire all of a sudden from a rogue nail due to all the road construction, but he was able to come quickly. He was quick, efficient, patient, and kind when he changed it to the spare tire then let me know my next steps and got back to me to find out if I was all good way after he initially helped out. I was going to cancel work thinking I wouldn't be able to make it, but he was so efficient, I was able to get to work. Definitely will call him back and recommend him to everyone needing assistance.

We were in need of a jumpstart for our Motorhome in Newberg. Alex from Baker and Baker towing responded from Woodburn, OR. Alex was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. He helped us get started and was very pleasant and responsive.
They suck at communicating logistics but they were timely and friendly. After they loaded my car onto the bed of the truck and I signed paperwork they said they could only take 1 person -there was 2 passengers that needed a ride. So my friend and I were left stranded and we could not get our belongings out of the car because it was already loaded. If we had known we could not ride with the tow truck I would of taken my belongings out of my car and I would have coordinated a ride way earlier in the day or used a different company . My car had to be taken to a totally different area than I was going so this caused a huge hassle. If they communicated 2 hours earlier that they could not give me a ride I would have coordinated a ride and collected my items from my car but because they didnt I had to wait an hour on the side of the road after the tow truck driver left for someone to get us then I had to go a half hour out of my way just to collect my bags from the car then go back another half hour to start my journey over again. So they waisted 2 hours of my day because they could not say from the beginning "we cannot give you both a ride". But they got my money and coerced me to believing all was good till they had me in a choke hold and I had no options but to continue with their service.
Saved the day. Got to me in 45 mins, pricing was fair and Travis is a great guy, very helpful. I hope I never have to use you guys again though 😀

We have had to use Roland's service several times over the past year or so for two different vehicles. He always is very polite, quick to arrive and available any time of day. I have recommended Roland to several coworkers and they have all been impressed with his professional and courteous customer service. We highly recommend him to anyone, and he is a local business owner. It is usually a bad day when you need his service but he always shows up to help.
We had such a great experience! They came and moved cars around, took an antique car to the DMV, waited for us, and returned the car into the garage. Excellent service!

American eagle was great to work with. They arrived within 20 minutes of calling and took great care of our truck. He was incredibly kind and clearly very experienced. We will definitely use them again should we need a tow.
Mohammed was able to tow my car back to my house after AAA left me stranded for 4.5 hours on a 97 degree day. He was very courteous and efficient. He was very cautious loading/unloading my 1950 Chevy Styline on/off the flatbed. Anyone should welcome him picking up their car. J&J Towing is a great company to call for your towing needs. They offer efficient services in a timely manner and are very friendly and personable. They know how to meet you where you are, not only because my car broke down, but because they know how to connect with people. They not only towed my car to the mechanic, but also helped me get to the mechanic so I could check my car in. In addition, I found that we had things in common on the ride over. I will definitely choose them again!

Most of the staff is very friendly, not all of them tho. The ones who are nice are willing to go above and beyond. The company has been a friend of the family for years. It's easy to miss the driveway tho so keep a sharp eye out!

There were several delays in the service that were frustrating, but once they showed up it was all good. The tow driver was young but very conscientious, took his time to get the setup correct ( he had to drop the drive train since the van couldn’t be put in neutral), and he made sure that all the details were right. I was worried about the tow (it was for a sprinter van rv) but it went well.

I want to begin by saying how disappointed I was after reading the article about Elite. I understand that towing companies often have a negative reputation, but in my view, they're simply doing their job. My personal experience with Elite was both challenging and surprisingly reassuring. What truly stood out to me was their willingness to work with me even after my vehicle had been auctioned and a balance remained. I took their 9 month payment plan option, and it was genuinely affordable for me. I was amazed that they don’t charge interest or add any hidden fees. That kind of transparency is rare. The woman who handled my account in collections was incredibly open and clear about every step of the process. If I had any questions, she always responded promptly and thoroughly, which made a difficult situation much easier to manage. (I'm sorry I forgot your name but thank you for working with me, you know who you are!) Again, I’m saddened to see so many negative opinions coming from people who may have never even used Elite’s services, or are basing their views solely on something they read. It’s unfortunate that a company willing to go above and beyond isn’t being given a fair chance. Thank you elite for everything you do despite the lack of appreciation. You saved my credit.

Overall experience 3/5 Watch out multiple locations, if your car is towed have the tow truck driver write down the address of the lot they are taking it to. Made that mistake. Toll line office was often difficult to reach and coordinate with. When asked for next steps, was provided unclear steps for my situation. I repeatedly told them “my first wreck idk what to do” and was given misleading info. Spent a good portion of my morning coordinating between pick tow and lot and was met with “they were supposed to, you didn’t confirm, I was on my break”. At tow lot, the most pleasant experience of this whole situation and that is why I’m not giving them a 2/5
I have read the news article, and if I could rate this company 10 stars, I would. Not long ago my car could not start at the gas station. I was calling around for someone to help me and get it started. I had gotten myself into such a tight spot all I needed was jump, but I could not even afford that. Jessica had a driver who was actually just 2 or 3 minutes away. She asked him to come over and jump the vehicle for me. Jesse came out jumped it and was incredibly kind and helpful. I've been a repeat customer ever since, and I never use anybody but them anymore. the dispatch crew has been awesome Brandy, who has been great, and Troy, who arrived when I needed to get towed exceeded expectations. I hope people read the positive comments and understand that most of the negative ones likely come from people who havent even used them Elite Towing helped me, and I can imagine of no better way that I can repay their good deed. They've got the right gear to get the job done safely, with a positive attitude. Unfortunately it's the 3rd time our bus has been towed, but this is the first time it's been easy and done right. If you've got a larger rig, these guys will do it right!

Truck driver James should have the nickname Mr. Thorough. If I was to have a vehicle towed at any point in my life I would want him to do it every time because his attitude, attention to detail, concern and respectful demeanor were impeccable. He made sure to take the absolute most attentive approach to handling the mission on hand and I was thoroughly impressed. The guy is an asset to the Alpha company and as comical as it may sound, I almost look forward to the next time I break down because I know who I'll be calling.

I've used Alpha for the few emergencies I've dealt with, and every time it's spot on service! I was helped by a very kind gentleman named Billy F, being stuck on a bridge where I can feel the vibrations and between lanes of moving traffic made me ANXIOUS! I was definitely relieved when he helped me to the vehicle safely, and spoke to me about the plan before going at it. When he dropped my car off, he managed to reverse it into my very small parking spot better than I could park it myself! Great service every time I use Gerlock. Much better than other towing companies I have used in the past. Some companies I have used act like they have been doing me a favor When I use their service; especially the drivers. Gerlock genuinely cares about their clients and the business they receive from them. Both dispatch and drivers are awesome. I highly recommend them.

We called our trusted towing partner Gerlock after one of our service vans slid off the road into a ditch. Bob was attentive and quickly gathered our information and had someone dispatched quickly. Donny showed up and made quick work of our rescue. He was very kind and glad he was able to take care of us.
Larry was flawless in hooking up my truck and trailer. We drove back to the mill where he dropped my trailer on the concrete, then dropped the truck in our truck parking lot. Hercules towing saw me (another tow company) struggling with an equipment failure. He without hesitation jumped in and help me handle my situation. Even knowing I had it handled myself he still jumped in to help simply saying "its Friday this will be done faster with 2 people lets get you home sooner" and helped me. Didn't even want payment. If that isn't someone who cares about his community i don't know what is.
Randy had the patience of a saint ... We appreciate his calm & cool ability to cross deck our forklifts! And kudos to Sherry for helping us "square" away the payment!
Fast and quick service! I just took possession of a fire damage house which 2 derelict vehicles came with the deal. I alerted the neighbors that I have to go through the legal process to dispose of these vehicles. Neighbors decided to call the police instead… I explained the situation to this towing service and he came literally at moments notice at a fair price. I think I only waited 15 or 20 minutes. That’s amazingly fast for a tow company I believe. He had these vehicles back on the property within about 30 minutes. I couldn’t be more thrilled at how quickly my issue was solved with his help. Our truck was stolen while we were in Portland, OR. We were fortunate enough to be contacted by a private citizen that located our truck and called us. I began immediately searching for a tow company that could go retrieve our truck and secure it until we could either return to Portland or arrange a tow back home. Randy answered his phone promptly, and rushed to get our truck picked up. Since the ignition was punched, he kept it blocked in with wheels chained at his yard until we were able to come get the truck, which was drivable. Unprofessional and rude to my partner. Over priced and under serviced. I understand small businesses have to charge a bit more maybe but there should be better service with that. When the driver is repeatedly told you'd need a ride back home (busted car, duh) and says nothing about not being able to do so until getting to the destination then leaving without a word except a remark to the attendant at the mechanic that is just messed up. And all of this at a premium price to boot. If they can't give a ride back why not just say so up front? Instead, they left her stuck there without a word to her. Professional. Would not ever, ever recommend. Even the clerk at the garage the car was dropped off remarked that the guy was a not pleasant at all, in so many words..

I can’t say enough good things about Kayla and Ryan (hope I’m spelling their names right) at Speed Towing. My car’s clutch kit was wrecked by my younger roommate while I was teaching him to drive: no surprise there, haha. I waited four hours for AAA starting around 8 a.m., and no one ever showed... I got multiple conflicting answers from the reps I spoke with, which came across as unprofessional and made it seem like they didn’t know what they were doing. Eventually, I had enough and reached out to Speed. Kayla gave me a small discount for the wait and my situation, and Ryan was out to me in about 30 minutes. He had my car loaded in 10 minutes, dropped it off at a local mechanic, and even gave me a ride home. Otherwise, I would’ve had to Uber or walk for over 30 minutes after 2 a.m. Ryan, you’re a rockstar and I hope your son’s birthday celebration is a great one and yo get to spend quality time with your family. Kayla, you were super sweet and patient with me while I was half-asleep. Thank you both so much. I really appreciate it and hope to talk again.

Definitely five start service here. My car was in a unique towing situation. I had lost my key, my car was parked three stories underground in a tight parking garage (7' clearance and tight, cramped corners), locked in park with AWD, so it needed to be lifted completely off the ground with dollies instead of using a flatbed. My driver, Cole, was able to get my car fully hooked up, and was able to navigate around the tight corners of the garage and downtown Portland (extra impressive because the dollies add about 8 inches of width to either side of the back end of car). Arrived early and got my car safely to dealership for key programming. I was legitimately worries about being able to get my car out of the garage without damage, and Cole exceeded expectations.
Tim was awesome to us this morning towing our car! He did a wonderful job getting my car safely on the truck and he was faster than we had thought he would be getting to the place I broke down. We appreciate him so much! We will be requesting him if we ever need a tow again because he was so legit awesome!!

Great service, super-friendly. Zee’s really came through for us last night. I was driving my friends back home (bad idea to hit the road in the first place) and we slid on a patch of black ice into another car. My insurance’s tow company didn’t come through, so we called Zee’s and they were able to get to us safely home in no time at all.

I was on the side of the road after a duck football game and Keoki came to assist in a snap of my fingers. I was worried about how long it would be with traffic and there was no wait at all. He even had another car he was towing on his truck when he made the emergency stop for me to make sure I was back on the road and running. That’s the whole reason you call for a service like that. A real professional outfit. My driver Nate showed up early and was polite, friendly, and thorough. He showed attention to detail while hooking up to my RV - which is also my home - explaining what he was doing and answering questions all along. During the tow he was attentive and stopped to check the rigging, though it needed no adjustment at all. He had it locked down real solid. He also drove carefully which I was grateful for - I’ve gotten tows from some total cowboys before and found all my stuff inside the rig thoroughly tossed from the ride. This time everything was right where I had left it though!

This company made my day! My car broke down on the way up Mt Hood, and I was able to limp into the large rest area at Government Camp. I called a couple places and was eventually referred to these guys. When I called, the person who answered was careful to confirm I really needed a tow since it was about 60 miles, and we would have to pay out-of-pocket as we do not have a roadside service like AAA. He said it would be about an hour, and, 30 minutes later I received a phone call from Cheeto, to let me know he was 30 minutes away. Right on! Cheeto was super professional and quick as he safely hooked my car up in the windy and soggy weather, and we were on the road in about 5 minutes. The ride back was very easy, and I appreciated the warm cab (it was cold out there!) and the comfortable and interesting conversation on the ride back to Portland. Drop-off was just as easy as the rest of the experience. TowGuys - thank you so much for your communication, your responsiveness, your thoughtfulness and kindness, and for transporting me and my car back home. The first day I walked in there to get my belongings out of my van the guy that worked there yelled at me and told me I needed to make a decision on what I was going to do with my van even though it had only there a couple of days. He insisted I sign over the title to him right away. He was nothing but a bully and a jerk trying to force me to sign over the title to him. His conduct was completely rude and unprofessional. He also lied about how much time I had been out there getting out my stuff. Now he won't let me go get the rest of my stuff because I'm not "working with him". I would not suggest having your vehicle towed to this place. I don't know if it is because I am a girl that he treated me in such a manner because he didn't treat the guy that way that was there to pick up his personal items from his vehicle. Either way his behavior was absolutely unacceptable and I will NOT be forced to do something I am not ready to do yet. I still have options.
Mikey was great! This is the first time I had experienced a broken down car. Had a lot of anxiety during the process until we got in the tow truck. Maybe a weird way to explain his personality but he gives nice dad vibes. Super funny and kind. He even took the time to pop the hood to potentially see if we were dealing with the same issue he was. Along with recommending another shop if we needed. Great guy and id definitely go with this company again if needed. Also, this the only review I have written in my adult life which hopefully shows my gratitude!
Mac went above and beyond in getting my car onto a flatbed this morning. He had one of the hardest tows as my car was missing two tires. I haven’t had a better tow truck driver. The first shop rejected my car and he brought it to a second shop he had worked with before. I would highly recommend Mac and Nonwestern Towing for any of your towing needs.
Would leave zero stars if possible; customer service was rude and unhelpful. My truck was towed improperly as I can see the drag tire marks on the street. Truck was left for two days in their lot and I seen a rat in it while driving home.
The two young gentlemen that showed up in 15 minutes were awesome. The other company was going to take an hour. I'm glad they work with Geico. I hope others consider tipping. They do a great job, and I can't think them enough for saving me from getting locked out of my commercial work truck.

I called to help get my car into the garage. Chuck came out, got my car on his wheel lift and got it in the garage in less than 3 minutes. They are a top notch business in the community.
It was a simple over the phone transaction. We made plans to meet up in the morning to have the car towed. I live an hour from where the car was so they offered to pick it up without me present. The car needed to be towed across the state line and most other tow companies said they won't do that.
Hardly any communication between the office lady and the tow trucks, but nevertheless we got the job done in the long haul. So all is well that ends well.

They were really helpful when they came to help me with my locked door situation. I was initially going to get my car towed to the dealership to get new keys made but they also gave me an option of a better deal for my keys by calling in a locksmith who got my quote from the dealership and made it less. Would have been no stars for the driver turning off of Commercial into the Roth's parking lot, driving over 20 mph, blowing through 1 stop signs and only braking at the 2nd because I yelled for him to slow down in the parking lot. This happened about 11:45am on Sunday 8/20/23. Very unsafe driving and not a good look for your company.

Very professional. Quick response. I did not have to wait long at all for them to arrive. The driver took a look to see if the issue with the car was something that could be quickly fixed. I prefer not to need a tow in the future, but if I do, they will be the one's I call.

Pretty sure they only take cars from the cop shop. idk, the owners are nice but their place looks like it's shut down with a hoard of vehicles in the back with blackberry bushes all over them. It is what it is
Picked up and dropped off my dad's car from the muffler shop for us. The tow to the muffler shop was scheduled but the tow back was not. Very friendly and was able to pick the car up from the muffler shop quickly after it wouldn't start. Would recommend!
Had the upmost respect and kindness to show me in a sticky situation! Was so helpful and beyond polite. Honestly recommend completely! I was in a bind and needed help and he did NOT hesitate! I plan on using his services if ever needed again in the future! Couldn't be more thankful for how great he was with my situation.

Broadway towing was affordable and fast. When he got the car to my house, the gentleman showed me a couple of things I didn't know about my car, including the one that had kept me from being able to start it. This man was visibly regretful that he hadn't known what the problem was when I called him, because he could have told me over the phone how to fix it myself and saved me a towing fee. If I ever again need a tow, I know who to call.

This driver went above and beyond to help me. My tire rod came undone so he manually turned the tires to get the car on the flatbed due to my car being in a small parking lot. He even tried putting the tire rod back in place temporarily, and worked with the folks at les schwab to get the car into a parking space. Great work and really saved the day.

I ran out of gas on the side of the highway in a spot with almost no shoulder. I was told by several other towing companies they couldn't get someone to me for an hour or more. Elite got a truck to me in 20 minutes with gas, helped me troubleshoot my errant fuel pump, and then followed me to nearest gas station. They did all this for less than I was quoted by other companies who would've taken twice as long to get to me. They really saved me and they did so under-budget.
Didn't use business. Had a date call me & say their car battery died, the "date" was gone by the time I got back but Maja was so sweet to stay on the line to make sure I got home safe from at estimated 10 min walk. Please we need more guardian angels & good Samaritans like her! I thank you a million times & will always be eternally grateful to you !!!! xx
No masks dealing with customers during COVID. Made me sign with my hand on his personal cell phone. To be fair, did solve my problem, but not without risking my health and safety. Here’s be trying my best not to interact with him—I’m wearing an N95 but I’m still really uncomfortable with this situation.
Elite was very nice and very easy to work with. My car was stolen and recovered, and I only found out it was driveable (with a screw driver ignition and no catalytic converter) when both the tow truck and I were onsite. Elite was super nice about it and understanding that we wasted a bunch of their time. They'll be my first call next time, particularly since the other companies I called were super rude (A&B)
A very special thanks to Maja and Jordan who kept me posted and called me from time to time to make sure I was OK. Very caring people! Altho my wait time was quite long (NOT ELITES FAULT...my service provider was terrible) and I was very cold, when Tyler showed up, he knew exactly what had to be done, did it and the car was on it's way. Everyone was polite and professional and I thank all that were involved.

After calling around to at least 20 different tow companies that all wanted $200+ just to show up (plus per-mile charges), I was thrilled to find this owner-operator on Craigslist with very reasonable rates. Salvador who works at the desk in the Springfield OR location is an outstanding employee. I felt immediate trust that everything was in good hands as soon as he helped me empty my totaled car. So much so that I went on to buy a vehicle through this business two days later. Every time I talked to Salvador (Sal), Josh, and Mitchell via texts and phone calls I was reassured that they knew exactly how to help. That extends to in person for Sal’s case. The process seemed to have a lot of hangups with the bank and DMV also involved. Put into perspective, however, I was driving with my new car after a day and a half. I cannot express how lucky B & R is to have employees that show they are passionate about helping. I could go on and on but I’ll wrap up by saying the guy with long hair is great as well! Found a few parts I needed for a used truck I bought here recently. And the price for the parts weren’t crazy high. The staff was very helpful trying to help me with what I needed. The yard was pretty clean I just admit. Was kind of a pain trying to locate the cars by the number codes I was given but that wasn’t a big problem.
Just had some lady crash and take out about 80 ft of our fence. The car ended up in between some landscaping and wrapped up in our fence. B&r came out and got the car out with limited damage to the landscaping and cleaned up very well.
I appreciated the understanding employees had and fact they took time from personal affairs to help me recover my vehicle from impound,very personable,thank you. I'll be bringing my business to you in the future concerning parts and accessories.💪👍🐸
