Great service!! I belong to Signature Auto Club who contracted with Diamond to tow my car today (Mother’s Day). Within 5 mins of hanging up with Signature Auto I had a confirmation text from Diamond with an estimated time they would be over to tow my car. I then had a call from Terry the driver who would be towing my beloved 2008 Volvo. Terry was great, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Diamond towing!
Sean, Collin, and the crew went above and beyond to get my tinyhome into our backyard. They took their time, made a plan and got everything in place safely. Collin Parker has saved my loved ones the past two days in a row. My wife was involved in an accident on the freeway tonight on the way home and Collin was my first call. He was there in a matter of minutes to get my wife and her car off the freeway. Very professional individual and amazing customer service. They were late to show up. Cause extensive front end damage cause by careless work. Photos were taken before and after tow. The damage had nothing to do with the reason it was towed. The entire front end is falling off. Let me be clear. Having previous damage on a car does not excuse new damage caused by a service. Again I have the photos. The damage this review is concerned with is the entire front end in the center being pushed up and broken to the point that the hood can no longer close and much of the plastics are now broken. Say from someone putting chains on around the axles and the pulling it up into a ramp. The review will stay and is accurate.
Left my remote that was charged at home. When I stopped next the steering wheel locked leaving me stranded. Your driver patiently got my Lexus up on the T0w btruck truck bed and took Lexus and me home where my charged key was..😎

Started a great day headed to Snowmobile park on Middle Fork Road. As we turned up-hill to the parking lot we encountered glazed Ice. We slid backward down hill, across Middle Fork Road and over the edge. This put our enclosed 4 place trailer completely over. We called ACT towing. They estimated a 60-90 minute wait. Only 30 minutes later they were there, fully equipped and with a tech that knew every trick in the book. He Chained his rig up, drove up the icy hill to a tree where he secured the front of his rig and then ran his back winch cables to my truck. HE took great care to ease the rig forward and retrieved both truck and trailer. Once on level ground he did a quick safety check for me and helped get the rig turned around on the narrow road. The customer service was first class. The skill set that he had was up to the task. I recommend ACT and their great team to anyone that needs the areas BEST towing/recovery company. (After all was done, We had a great day snowmobiling!)
Jason was a pleasure to chat with Josh picked up my truck to get it to the repair shop - he called ahead to inform me about time frame for pickup - handled things very professionally and was very courteous and considerate of my vehicle. Very high marks Josh! Will recommend to others!
Used First Class Towing on October 31, 2024. A Halloween tow I guess, LOL. This company rocks! Car wedged down deep in a steep meridian. They did an awesome job using their expertise and leverage with snatch blocks to get the car out and up onto I-84 east of Boise Idaho. The owner is a true reflection of a hardworking American patriot family man. Great timing, great pricing and completely focused on his business and safety. Thanks guys, a totally awesome job you did! Absolutely incredible. I’ve never had a better experience with anyone. He came out within 30 minutes of me calling, and realized that he could get out car unstuck with some finagling. Since he didn’t have to use his equipment he said we didn’t have to pay him anything. I couldn’t in good faith recommend anyone else but them
Had called a few days in advance for a schedule tow and the man I spoke to was very friendly. However, the tow driver (Josh) did not come at the scheduled time. I had to call him and then he came. Didn’t speak all but a couple words to us, and didn’t take the car to right spot originally despite me telling him where to go. Pretty pricey for the service we received. Edit: Jesse the billing specialist was very friendly and fair and immediately spotted a mistake on their part and refunded me for part of the bill. Thank you

They are the worst towing company we have dealt with. Told us it was in Nampa then we get there and the say it is in Caldwell. Never gave us a receipt for what we paid. Needs to take proper PR lessons. Ran a red light going to Caldwell and didn't use his blinker turning into the Caldwell lot.
Came to my rescue promptly while stranded with a flat tire on the freeway during morning rush hour. Top notch service!!! I even got to work slightly late but not terribly late. Thank you for the excellent service and for the empathy shown to me during this situation. I highly recommend this company!!!
They did what they supposed to do, called us to make sure the right car, the right location to pick up the car, informed us how soon they will arrive, confirm about the place where we wanted the car to be dropped off, and they sent the picture to us when they are done. we are very pleased their service. 👍

Here we were visiting Boise from North Dakota, a 1000 miles from home and the gosh dang pickup broke down. Google towing companies and came across Eaton towing. Call them, dispatch was very polite and had someone on their way before we could hang up. Within 20 mins cody showed up (little bit of eye candy made the day). He promptly got to loading up the pickup and we were on our way to the dealership. Let me tell you Cody was one of the nicest tow truck drivers I’ve ever encountered. All in all Eaton towing is the best tow company I’ve had to deal with when I’ve been in boise. I’ve already recommended them to family and friends here in Boise. Thanks again Cody

They let us get all our stuff out right away, most places we would have to wait. Even one of the guys stayed just incase we needed help. I recommend these guys. Very hard workers! Highly recommend. They were able to jump start out diesel truck within 30-45 minutes after calling. They will be who I call the next time one of our vehicles has a dead battery.

When I had a breakdown (my vehicle, not me) Eric came promptly to give me a tow. He was friendly, professional, and helpful through the process. My vehicle was delivered to my mechanic with no problems and price he charged was VERY fair. I hope I don’t need an tow again anytime soon, but if I do, this is who I’m calling.
Eric at AOR Towing deserves 10 stars! We recently needed a tow where our Roadside Assistance company handled everything. The whole incident was from noon to 10 PM!! There were 5 towing companies called, of which AOR was the last around 8 PM. We finally connected with Eric, who was great to talk to, confident that he could handle our situation, and quick to respond and deliver! Throughout our ordeal, Eric took pictures of the pickup and delivery of our vehicle and sent them to us. He also unloaded the vehicle exactly where the mechanic requested. Honestly, he made everything look SO easy! Each of the other 4 towing companies either showed up with the wrong equipment for the job or flat-out refused to do the job. Those companies were Diamond S Towing (showed up with wrong equipment and never returned), Canyon County Towing (showed up, took one look at the car and left us), Code Red (never showed up after a phone conversation of us telling him what the issue was), and a fourth that was never identified, just backed out. Please do not use these companies if you have a choice!! We will only use AOR in the future. Thank you Eric!!!
Eric made my tow easy. I have a big stupid truck, and I told him I needed a flatbed. No questions asked. No fluff, just honest prices. I don't trust many towing companies, but the way Eric presents, it's hard not to trust him. Tell your friends and family, for sure.

I was in a situation late on a Friday night. My truck wasn’t the kind they work on (I didn’t realize) but the owner was so extremely helpful and willing to go out of his way. I’d absolutely use this company if needed.
Had a bus stuck on the top of the mountain. With no others willing to make the drive, Dale came through for us and gave us a fantastic deal. 100% will only be using his services from here on out. Very experienced and an overall joy to work with.. also didn’t complain when we were hovering over him ;)

Our motorhome was parked in the mountains in the trees, when it wouldn’t start. It was a difficult spot to be towed out of. The work was done very carefully and professionally and with a pleasant, patient attitude. We were very glad we had this service.
Can’t say enough about the outstanding service provided by Dale & his associate. We towed a trailer behind us moving from Phoenix to Boise and had issues disengaging trailer and moving it to another area. Although this was a small job, Dale went out of his way to ensure everything was fixed. His helpful and friendly attitude went a long way. He even came back to assist us with rehooking it up. Awesome customer service. Price was very affordable as well.

Mike is my hero. He showed up in a timely manner. 1st. Thing he did was ask about my issue, when i told him what was happening, he looked under my car and found a disconnected fuel line. He said it looks like everything is still here to re-connect so he managed to get it re-attached to the fuel filter. Turned on the car and problem solved, no leaks and no need to tow the car. I want to thank Mike for addressing the issue before just loading up the car on his truck. Highly recommend.

They were late - but at no fault of their own. It was my provider that "forgot" to confirm my tow, so this has no effect on their rating with me. (I confirmed that my provider forgot by contacting both the towing company and my provider). Mathias was the driver and he was awesome with everything, from hooking up my truck, getting it on the flatbed, and delivering it to my tire shop. Thank you very much!
Steve is a poor excuse for a business owner. If he doesn't feel like driving to your location he won't. He is rude unhelpful and ignorant to the highest degree. I suggest you never use his business. He can and will leave you stranded. He does not care.
I had a car battery die up a trailhead outside of Stanley, ID. Triple A contracted out the call to Steve's. When the owner called me and heard that the car was up a dirt road, he told me that Triple A DOES NOT cover that cost. His driver was heading to help me, but based on the distance (4 hrs), the cost would be $750. The owner said that he would not do that to me. Instead, he called a friend in the town I was near and arranged for a local mechanic to come help me out for only $50. Steve's didn't accept any payment, but went out of their way to be kind and help me out. Great people - I highly recommend them.
Called him and he hung up on us trying to explain our modified truck was not over 10k gvw. Refused to pick up the vehicle and just bluntly hung up. Thank goodness for B&W towing!! Call them instead
Their battery packs were unable to start my car and they did not have the tool necessary to access the battery compartment. The driver needed to complete his previous call and deliver a motorcycle before he could return to tow my vehicle to my home he was given another call to answer. Driver was great, overall service no do great.

Code Red towing was great. On a small school field trip to Bruneau Dunes, I locked my keys in the car. Cell service was almost nonexistent. I got a call to AAA, then couldn’t get a signal. They were unable to reach me for updates, so I wasn’t sure if/when they were coming. We were so glad to see the driver pull up! He had the car open quickly, and we were back to the school in time for parent pickup!

Fast friendly service
Needed our car towed fast. After calling around and getting nowhere, I finally called Torch Towing and Ted showed up and towed our car to my Sons house within 20 minutes of the call. The next day, we needed it towed again to a shop. Ted showed up again and took care of us. Ted was very pleasant and professional. He is definitely an asset to the company. this is the same building as idaho recovery specialist. they towed my bike and had it one night and half a day. 420$ so unreasonable. wish the owner would actually work with people. the employee there was great.
Amazing!! Helpful and nice. They towed my daughter's car when she wrecked, the driver was caring and made sure we had information before they took the car. Communication was clear and they worked with us to come clean out the car. Cannot thank them enough!!

I was afraid about being stuck when my SUV broke down late at night. This towing company accomplished what they said they would do: they were quick to arrive, offered a fair price, and the driver of the tow truck was very courteous. I was never in danger.

They helped us transport a recently purchased brick oven for a future (shout out: Anzalone Pizza) location. There were three workers, all of them very attentive to the job they were doing, which I appreciated very much. They were fast, efficient, and focused. Item pickup took an hour longer than anticipated but this wasn't a huge deal and we will certainly be using them for any future equipment transportation. Thanks a ton to the team!
B&W did a great job getting equipment loaded out from a recent auction in Nampa, Idaho. Dwaine, Jeb, Gunner, and Trevor knocked out multiple trucks a day, even staying past pickup times to get the job done! Thank you for the hard work!

My Geo broke down in the middle of the night. Called ATS and they answered right away and were happy to help me! Highly recommended, wouldn’t use another towing service after my experience with them!

Longhorn towing was very prompt and extremely polite and courteous with the vehicle driver. I work with many tow companies at work and was very impressed with his skill and humanity.
They charged my daughter $675 for towing and storage. The car was on their lot for around 14 hours. My daughter picked it up on the same day but they charged her storage fees for 2 days! Stay away!
The owner was amazing! I was in a terrible spot and he was so patient and helpful! He connected me with an auto repair shop and potentially saved me a lot of time with getting it fixed. I CAN NOT recommend them enough!!
They charged my 85 year old mother $488 to tow and store her vehicle in their dirt lot for 1 night. If you agree with taking advantage of the elderly then this company is for you.

If they impound your vehicle they are not going to let you have it back unless you are the registered owner. It's for very strict legal reasons, it's to cover their butts.. understandable... One of the cheapest impound & storage fees I've ever heard of though...

Don’t call these guys if you don’t have power locks on your vehicle. I got locked out of my 1999 Tacoma in 10/27 and the technician broke my inside door handle hoping that opening the door from the inside would unlock the door. If the technician had been prepared with the proper tool to grab the lock and pull it up the process would have taken maybe 10 minutes instead of almost an hour. He had to roll down my window enough with the rod he had to then undo the latch on the rear window so I could climb in and unlock the truck. I was told I would get a call back to be compensated for the part but never was.
Today I was removing the snow from my car.. I thought that turning on the engine would help defrost & warm the inside. I closed the driver side door & continued with snow removal. When the door clicked shut ... I felt so dumb. I starting laughing... with the GEICO app I ordered the road-side service... it took less than an hour for Boise Valley Towing to respond. The gentleman that arrived promptly opened the driver door. He was respectful & professional. It took less than 5 minutes to open. He took some pictures, information & was on his way. THANK YOU BOISE VALLEY TOWING!!🎄
Wow, preying on those attending the Boise Pride Festival. I know your just doing your job.....coming out on Sunday to tow vehicles and then coming back for others that park in the same places. Way to make a living Boise Valley Towing.
Pulled my all-wheel-drive vehicle backwards for 80 miles while we followed him my vehicle started smoking so the driver stopped. Remove the front drive line and then flipped the vehicle around and then denied all damages completely totaling my vehicle. Very shady company. We found out from the dealer that we only needed an alternator now we need a whole new vehicle. I would not recommend this company.

I called to ask a questionand whoever answered was super rude and hung up on me.
They dispatched someone to jump start my car after it wouldn't start at the store. Before the technician left, they checked everything to be sure it wouldn't happen again. A great experience that didn't cost much.
I got stranded in the mud when I tried to park at the trailhead. I called this towing company, and they were able to get me out without hurting my car. Very grateful.
The driver was nice, knew what they were doing, and did a good job. Great towing service in the area.
I needed a tow early in the morning, and I was quite happy with how quickly they came. The driver was courteous and seemed to know what they were doing. I was completely at ease the whole time.

Highly recommend and family owned business in the valley for years.
Got a flat tire in Boise right as shops were starting to close on a Saturday. Called multiple companies, even used my roadside assistance but the provider was going to arrive 20 minutes after Discount tire would close. ASAP towing provided a faster response time. We had to adapt from a simple tire change to towing my vehicle. Operator was very willinging to help, and got me to the tireshop on time. Tow trucks are never "cheap", but the rate provided was really affordable given the circumstances. Driver was fast and friendly, definitely recommend this company.
Company needs more driver training. Be careful....

This towing company illegally took my car from my apartment complex and even admitted it was a mistake because they were in the wrong area. My car was parked legally in a visitor spot, and I check on it every day since it’s a project car. There were no warnings, notes, or stickers before it was towed. They claimed my car “looked abandoned” because of some leaves. but it was perfectly fine before they took it. Then they refused to return it, saying it was now “inoperable.” The manager was rude and unprofessional, even showing up with his dog, and told me I needed my property manager’s permission just to get my own car back. In the end, I had to pay another towing company to recover it. They admitted fault but took no responsibility
A friends car got towed from his apartment complex. Abyss towed it we called, paid the storage fee, and the car was back in our hands. Great guys to work with. They weren’t rude, they were very helpful. Friend was stressed out and Rob talked to him about why it got towed and was just all around helpful. Great experience. We unintentionally parked our truck and trailer in a fire lane while moving. This was, of course, totally our fault and is a stressful and expensive mistake that we all dread making. Abyss Towing was ultimately contacted to remove our car. Our experience was varied. The good: They were very quick to answer when we originally called. They let us know they had the vehicle, that we would need power of attorney documents to get the trailer as we had borrowed it, and a quote to release them. We had to call a few times to ask clarifying questions about power of attorney and they were very helpful there. The bad: When we originally called, we were told we would have two separate $290 fees (one of the trailer and one for the truck) because they were moved separately. This was surprising to us as we had been told by our mechanics that the locks were a great choice and couldn’t be picked. We asked if they had cut them, and they said they just removed the stinger and they weren’t locked. We were surprised and assumed they were not working. When we arrived they were still attached, and we were a little confused as they clearly were locked- but we paid and went on our way because it was already late in the day and we didn’t want to make anyone stay. However, it seemed really odd that they said they weren’t locked and were towed separately and then they were locked when we picked them up. The story wasn’t aligning and we hadn’t worked with the company before to know if they were fair or not. So we called to seek clarification about how they were towed. When we got through, the manager explained that he was misinformed and they actually picked the lock then reattached them before we picked up.We were clear we understood that miscommunications happen; but felt a bit uncomfortable with having two charges when we didn’t get to see the vehicles detached and asked if they had photos or other records we could use just to validate that two tows did happen and we were billed properly. They stated they had photos, but only of the trailer attached to the truck because that is all the driver took (which they agreed was not ideal) and that there wasn’t anything else. My wife calmly said she didn’t feel it was ethical to charge if we all agreed the driver should have had photos of both transactions and did not, and asked if there was anything we could review beyond a verbal statement or a way to reduce charges if there was truly no record. At this point, things really devolved. The manager began shouting at my wife and said that she was “calling him a thief and a liar” (she NEVER said that, she just requested standard records.) and was so rude she had to directly ask him not to interrupt her, not to put words in her mouth, to-please calm down, and to let her speak to someone else if he couldn’t regulate his emotions (which he refused.), etc. Eventually he just said he didn’t want to talk to us anymore and would look into a refund or have someone else follow up. We agreed, since we were feeling frustrated/disrespected, too. When we didn’t hear back, we called one more time to see if they were able to find anything. They stated that they had GPS trackers with time stamps from a third party system, and we were thrilled to hear that since all we had to wanted the entire time was proof of services so we could feel confident we were billed accurately and actually did receive two separate tows. They had someone else reach out for an email address. The outrageous: The owner, Lee, emailed us the records and a better explanation of how the services work than we had been able to get up to that point, which we appreciated as it was what we were looking for. This would have been great, but he randomly shifted to attacking us for “defamation and slander” (which never occurred) and threatening to bill us for “frivolously” wasting time if we kept “pushing the issue” (the issue being that we wanted to have records to prove that we were billed correctly, as any normal consumer would.) This was a VERY unprofessional response to a simple records inquiry.
Disappointing Customer Service Experience I had a frustrating experience with Abyss Towing that left me feeling dismissed and undervalued. Throughout the process, I encountered multiple employees, one of whom was not only uncommunicative but also rude and completely lacking in empathy. It was disheartening to be gaslit and treated with indifference when all I was seeking was clear communication and a little compassion for a situation that was a misunderstanding to begin with. Instead, I was made to feel like I didn’t even matter. The company has a sign warning about their no swearing or cussing policy, which is understandable—no one should behave that way. However, after experiencing the way they treated me, I can see why someone might get frustrated. The treatment by the company seems to be the core issue here. While one trainee showed kindness, they were new and just observing, while the other employee remained silent and unhelpful. A little empathy from the team would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, my overall experience was negative, and I hope the company will work on improving their customer service for future clients.
We had our car towed for being parked illegally (accidentally) we easily got ahold of the owner, and he was able to easily tell us how much it was going to cost to get our car back. It wasn't cheap, but it’s not his fault we were parked incorrectly. He gave us options on how and when would be the cheapest way to get the car back. We showed up with cash to avoid a small surcharge that the owner warned us about. He was very thankful for our good attitudes and was very kind to work with. He even said, if the car didn’t make it home all the way, he would help us get it home, for free, just as a thank you for having a good attitude. They took great care of our car, and were pleasant to work with. It was exactly who we would have wanted to work with despite the situation. We will call them for future towing needs.

Good service
I’m a contractor of 15 years and this is the worst experience yet with a crane company. Boom got frozen and took an extra 1/2 hour to get going not operators fault but got charged for there delay. Got over charged for drive time. Operator said it took 30-45 minutes to get here and charged for two hours. On top of all this either this guy was green or he was milking me on time. Took and extra hour to set a easy roof. Also almost knocked me off the wall a couple times. Would not recommend!!!
Boise Crane is outstanding all the way around. I had to set 21 trusses for a 24x40 garage. I’m sure it’s an easy job for a pro, but a pro I am not. This was my first time ever setting trusses. First, scheduling with Rhonda couldn’t have been easier. She is so nice and asks all the right questions to be sure your project is a success. On setting day there was a minor mechanical hiccup but the communication from Rhonda and Jackie was excellent. Our operator John has 30+ years experience and it showed. We told him that we were newbies and he went above and beyond to help us out with his expertise. He helped us out and talked us up and had us feeling awesome at the end. Lastly, we had a few site and rigging challenges (our fault) but John’s “we’re going to make this happen” attitude pushed us through to completion. Safety was a top priority the entire time and despite being 20+ feet up in the air to set trusses we never felt unsafe. Thank you Rhonda, John and Boise Crane for a GREAT first time crane experience. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend Boise Crane.

From the time we called this company to the time my daughter and I picked up her vehicle, our experience was unfavorable. We called within 2 hours of the car being towed but got charged for 2 days of storage. We were told they only release one vehicle per hour so couldn't pick it up until mid afternoon. The guy who took our call was the same guy who collected our money, who insisted we pay in cash, and got our vehicle from behind the gate. He was condescending and disrespectful to my college daughter. We were not treated with respect and he gave my daughter a hard time for having an out of state license. I would not recommend this company. Also, note the address on the website is not their current address. They moved over 2 years ago and haven't updated their address online and thus we went to the wrong location. Hopefully this employee was just having an off day but even if that is true, I feel we were overcharged. This doesn't appear to be a reputable business.
