Great service!! I belong to Signature Auto Club who contracted with Diamond to tow my car today (Mother’s Day). Within 5 mins of hanging up with Signature Auto I had a confirmation text from Diamond with an estimated time they would be over to tow my car. I then had a call from Terry the driver who would be towing my beloved 2008 Volvo. Terry was great, friendly and professional. I highly recommend Diamond towing!

On Friday late afternoon at Albertsons, we couldn't get the gear shift come out of "park". We tried everything. We decided to call for towing around 8:00. Our insurance company said they'd let us know when help was available. Apparently there were many very serious accidents and emergency situations that delayed help from coming. At around 11:00 Brian took the time to drive over to our location to see if we had been taken care of. He was so prompt to think of a way to remedy our problem and went beyond the call of duty by using his tools to take our console apart in order to work on the problem. After he did that my husband was guided to notice a lever in there and pushed it which caused Brian to be able to shift the gear out of park. We appreciated this unusual helpfulness from Brian that relieved us of so much inconvenience. We were able to drive our vehicle home and avoid having it towed.
Service was great, guy was there fast, walked me through the process, was patient and asked me for permission to do things (i.e. put my car in gear) and worked with me on the inconveniences my parking gave. Equally important to quality of service is customer service, Joe was great, funny, and a pleasure to be around and was very kind and easy to work with. Amazing service yall!

I was very unhappy with the person I spoke to on the phone. I was very upbeat explaining why I needed a vehicle off of my store’s property and he cut me off in an extremely rude tone. As I was working in my store, the owner of the vehicle picked up the car, but I didn’t notice because I was very busy, and when I saw the car was gone, I figured it had been towed. The guy called me back and in an extremely rude tone told me that if someone picks up the car before they get there to let them know. I do not have an issue with what was said, but with HOW it was said. I was very friendly and got very rude responses. If someone else told me these things with a positive attitude and friendly tone, I would’ve been very pleased with my experience. I hope whoever was talking to me on the phone finds happiness and doesn’t take his misery out on his customers anymore. (The driver was extremely nice and understanding, it was just the guy on the phone that I had an issue with).
I had a weird situation I was dealing with and Dan went above and beyond to help me out when he didn’t have to. I will definitely use their services any time I’m in there area. One of the best tow yard experiences ever!!!

So, got myself into a pickle yesterday. Such nice weather, I had to get out in the backcountry for some fun. But, had to leave The Buggy up on a steep hillside overnight East of Boise. Andy, with ACT, bailed me out this morning. He had the stones to drive it out and up the hill when I did not. No damage. I learned from a master. Great dude! Great service!
ON 4/9/25 A ACT towing truck passed me on Americana boulevard going at least 50 miles per hour. While towing a 3/4 ton truck on dollies. Almost clipped my front end While passing on the corner going up hill. He immediately hit is brakes at the top of the hill and turned into a auto repair shop. I stopped and asked him if he was in a hurry. He ran up to my car and told me I didn't like it to get out of the car. I refused and left deciding not to call the police for his reckless driving instead called his dispatcher and reported him to them. I asked him his name and he told me jason. I am retired and don't want to fist fight over someone's stupid employee willing to put the community at risk while trashing the company’s reputation. I was going let this go until I read the recent review. Basically pointing out the reckless behavior. Apparently you have a completely different story from your driver. I intently told dispatch I was going 30 miles per hour. And when he passed he Was going at least 50 miles per hour. And in a turn only lane. Which detours to boise Ave. And yes I wanted to get his story and ask his name. That's when he became confrontational. My posts stands as is buyers beware. Same behavior as mentioned in a recent post. And then I have my dash cam footage and my witness in the car. Furthermore it's not a mile and a half from where this happened, even if you add in coming from the bottom of Americana boulevard. Which in reality happened at the top of the hill at the divided lane. What you call the left lane. You can take your drivers side, next time I will just call the police.
Pre-planned a 33 mile flatbed tow with ACT for my classic car about a week in advance since they seemed to have some of the strongest reviews around. They arrived on time, loaded it up with care, and it arrived at the mechanic shortly after. Thanks so much for the excellent service!

Matthew came with a trainee and they were both professional, competent, and really nice guys. Quick and easy tow using AAA, they came within 30 minutes and had us going. Based on this experience I’d highly recommend Code Red Towing!

Called a few other companies on New Year's Eve and didn't get an answer or recording. Ryan answered promptly and had Billy immediately at the site where my car had stalled. Billy even called afterwards to say my car was at my mechanics. Courteous, reasonably priced and efficient is what I call these guys and their company. I will never recommend or call another tow company except for Silverback.

I was driving to work and it was very slippery on the road, and so while I was driving my car spun out and I flew into a ditch. Therefore I just moved recently in town and didn’t know what towing company to call. So I call one of my family members that live here and asked them what’s a good, affordable, and fast towing company, and so he said “quick tow is everything you need” and so I called them, they came in under 15 minutes loaded up my car and towed it to the nearest shop. Was done very professionally the driver and the dispatcher was nice to me.
When our car died in Ontario, called around in hopes of a tow on a Saturday. Zach was fast and friendly, great communication and went out of his way to help me and my gf drop our car off at the repair spot. Highly recommend!

Can’t say enough about the outstanding service provided by Dale & his associate. We towed a trailer behind us moving from Phoenix to Boise and had issues disengaging trailer and moving it to another area. Although this was a small job, Dale went out of his way to ensure everything was fixed. His helpful and friendly attitude went a long way. He even came back to assist us with rehooking it up. Awesome customer service. Price was very affordable as well.
He was amazing! I got a flat on Thanksgiving before I got my turkey dinner. It turned into so much more than a flat and I needed a tow. Called him up he said it would be 20minutes, 19 minutes later he was there. I was West bound in between Maple Grove & Cloverdale on the side of the freeway, he showed up then 45 minutes after I called we were at Dowby’s on Federal way.

Steve came to our rescue! We had him there within 15 minutes of calling. He showed us some tricks when jumping a car, and when it was clear the battery was toast, he showed us how to remove the old battery and install a new one. He saved us money by not towing us to a mechanic, and we were able to get the new battery installed and the vehicle running! Amazing service!
Rocky Mountain Towing came to my rescue after my car just quit on me and was so professional and helpful which made a scary experience seem not so bad! Service was exceptional, especially since I had several things wrong at the same time. Took a little longer to get to me because I needed a special tow truck. The link sent to me kept me updated on what had already happened, and what was going to happen next. Driver was concerned for both me and my dogs. Made a difficult situation pleasant. Perfect gentleman. Even the dogs liked him, and they were scared.
Mike is a good guy. He towed me all the way from Cascade to Boise. No rip-offs. Just an honest guy making a living.
These guys are very good at what they do. They have experienced people who know how to handle any of your automotive mechanical issues as well as getting your car to the shop. pretty fair prices too :)
Overall very great experience for being just a tow. Their new guy Mathias is amazing! He was on time, went above and beyond to ensure I got where I needed to go and gave me a lot of good advice and knowledge on popped tires as I know nothing about cars. He was very friendly and conversational and overall a very good representative for this company and he showed he cared a lot about performance and customer service. Even took my tire off for me! He deserves a raise! :D
They were late - but at no fault of their own. It was my provider that "forgot" to confirm my tow, so this has no effect on their rating with me. (I confirmed that my provider forgot by contacting both the towing company and my provider). Mathias was the driver and he was awesome with everything, from hooking up my truck, getting it on the flatbed, and delivering it to my tire shop. Thank you very much!

Unprepared to do the job and poor customer service. I called (7:52pm)because I needed help with a flat tire. I had already gotten the spare tire off under the truck (chevy silverado); which is a task itself. So I told the dispatch I needed someone with an impact wrench and a jack to help me put on my spare tire. When Derek (driver) showed up, he didn't have the tools to do the job,so he told me he was going to contact somebody else. He ended up finding another driver (Matt) with an impact wrench and some sockets. Derek than told me that Matt would be coming to help me instead(at this point it was 8:52pm), I said ok. At 9:40pm Derek called me, to tell me that Matt got re-routed to another call in notus and he'd be on the way. Derek showed up at 9:55pm; and got working on the tire. It was 10:25pm by the time I was able to get going. All in all, I felt like this situation could have better since the beginning and I wouldn't have to wait over 2hours just to put on a spare. Something that would have taken 15-20mins turned into an hour delay because of not being equipped properly; eventhough I mentioned it from the beginning. Overall it was a poor experience (waited over 2hrs)!I asked if I would be getting a discount for the inconvenience I had been put through and Derek said, "I tried, but the boss said no!" Benjamin was our hero last night! While staying overnight in Meridian our rental car wouldn’t start. The rental agency connected us with Code Red Towing. They communicated approximate rescue times. After a bit of a wait, Benjamin reported his arrival time. When with us, he reviewed the condition of the car with us, got it loaded and took it and us to the Boise airport for a replacement vehicle. He graciously walked us inside to the rental counter. Can’t be more pleased with his kind service! Thank you Benjamin!

Great service. We broke down and the owner sent someone out right away to get us.
Called them up today for keys locked in my truck. Within 15 min they showed up and in 2 min or less truck was open. Very friendly and fast, they are worth the call.
Darrin was prompt to arrive. Once he arrived he was quick and efficient. The almost two hour ride to the service center was filled with great conversation. Darrin is a skilled professional and I recommend his services to anyone needing a tow!

Please avoid doing business with this place. The owner or manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, and they were not transparent about their policies. It seems like they prioritize making money over providing good customer service. When I first called, the person asked if the car's owner (my dad) would be there. I said maybe, and they seemed fine with it. But the next day, my brother went in to make a payment, and I called to confirm, only to be told my dad had to be there in person. Before that, they told me a credit card would be fine, with no mention of needing the owner present. Every time I called, they gave me different information. Overall, this place is unprofessional and unreliable. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for better service and honest communication.

Highly recommend! The guy was extremely friendly, very helpful, and genuinely willing to work with your situation. Super accommodating and easy to talk to. Only thing worth mentioning is he had a bit of a weird thing about dogs—which caught me off guard, since my golden doodle Princess is the sweetest dog ever and wouldn’t hurt a fly. But overall, a great experience!
Ran out of gas on a long distance. The dispatcher estimated 20 to 30 minutes, and they showed up with a can in 25 minutes. There was no pressure to tow; it just helped me keep going. Effective, reliable, and not too expensive.

Being a AAA member you never know what your going to get.. the fact that he was dispatched from kuna had me worried! I have to say Don made a very frightening situation much better! Our daughter went down the mountain side. My husband didn't think the car could be brought up! When Don arrived my question was.. can you get it out.. with positivity he said Yes! And yes he did.. he took his time. Assessing each move- to get the car up! Very confident.. he made everyone feel at ease. A nice guy.. explained what and how he was going to bring the car up! My operator was outstanding. I have a 69 Camaro which sits very low. He took the time to move the car onto the truck without a scratch or a rub. It was a professional move! I will use Naylor Towing again.
We had a family members vehicle towed to one of their locations and we had Brian in truck 19 come out to assist us with letting us into the vehicle to gather some things. We were there a bit longer than expected and he was extremely patient and understanding of our situation. Very professional attitude and would highly recommend!
Naylor towing is amazing! My partner, our dogs, and I recently broke down on the freeway out between Fruitland/Notus. We were pretty stressed, trying to figure out what to do. Mark from Naylor towing saw us stranded and stopped to help. He took a look at the car and figured it might’ve been the engine, later we found out that the engine was seized. But Mark took care of getting a tow truck out for us and even offered a discount! It was very hot outside and I was worried about our dogs, in this stressful situation it was incredibly helpful to have someone stop and get everything sorted out for us. Luke got there as soon as he could with a tow truck and got my car to Nampa. Thank you so much to Mark and Luke for all your help! Mark absolutely did not have to stop and assist us, but he did and we are so so grateful for his kindness!
Back in September i was out in California fire fighting trying to make a decent living just to come back and learn that my vehicle got towed right in front of my apartment in my parking spot. I was confused why wasn’t I informed that my car was going to get towed what I didn’t know that it had been towed for almost a month and not a single call to inform me or a text message to my number that’s clearly associated with my license plates. I have worked way too hard out there to come back and not able to take care of my family and run usual errands. The fees were piled up to the cars value by the time I found out. And with no negotiation to make payments or let me get my tools and property out of the car it was lost. And when I asked where it had went and try to explain that I was in California and unaware I was told to “get over it “. I just hope your team take minute next time to be somewhat empathetic to people’s certain situations. Put yourself in my shoes and tell me what would you have done? Money shouldn’t always rule out every choice you make. But the second your team heard “down payment” “unaware” “ alternative options” they lost interest and hung up. I’ve tried to talk to the owner but no one let me.

The tow truck came faster than I imagined it would when my tire blew out on the highway. The driver was calm and professional, and they took me and my car to safety right soon. Excellent service.
My mom’s car wouldn’t start, and she was nervous dealing with a tow. The driver was patient, explained everything, and made her feel totally at ease. Really appreciated that level of care.
My car got too hot on a busy route, and these men came soon away. They were friendly and explained how the towing process worked. The car was safe, and the price was clear with no hidden fees. You can count on this towing company.

what can i say about this company ? They help you out in every way possible. Great service. They got our work truck towed quickly and they were very friendly.
So my son and I got into an accident we were immobile the car was undrivable we called a few other tow truck companies got not real good responses from either tow truck company one was a little more expensive the other one was very unprofessional so we went ahead with Rocky Mountain Towing they said quote about 45 minutes at first it ended up being not even 15 minutes before they got to us John the driver was absolutely amazing and totally careful with the car and Randy was absolutely awesome as well very communicative very quick efficient and very friendly highly recommend this towing company. Excuse any errors this was all talk to text..

My car would not start and it was not a battery problem. I called my insurance company at 8:00 a.m. and my car was on its way to my mechanic by 9:30. The driver was polite and hooked my all-wheel drive Subaru up properly. He spoke to another client on the phone and was honest in his estimate of arrival and exactly what the charges would be. I would use this company again.

Our car needed towed to a different shop. After calling several towing services we decided on ATS. Their respond time was quick, their communication prompt and accurate . DJ, our truck driver, was incredibly helpful and wonderful to work with. He was polite and courteous. This company, and DJ more specifically, turned a stressful situation into an organized and manageable process. Many thanks to them and their help. I can’t recommend them enough.
Need a tow? This is THE company to call. Michael was great to work with! He came out in a timely matter to tow my diesel pickup, from Boise, all the way out to Fruitland. I was put at ease with his sympathy and professionalism. I wish I had not gone thru my insurance company (Progressive) for the fact that they charged me nearly twice the price as ATS’ rates.. If I need a tow in the future, ATS is the company I’m calling first!
Had ATS tow my K3500 long bed dually (not an easy feat), and they were fantastic. Sam was my driver, and he maneuvered my truck perfectly. It was parked in a horrible spot to get out of, but he made it look easy. He was very professional and extremely helpful. I would/will highly recommend ATS because of my experiences with Sam. DONT USE THIS COMPANY MIKE NEVER SHOULD'VE TOUCHED MY CAR. Mike apparently didn't want to smile for the camera!!! I was trying to move my car when he came flying back to tow the car next to me and for some reason decided it would be appropriate to aggressively wrap on my window. I startled rolled down my window as he started yelling at me. I said excuse me what? He then went on to yell at me if he had to talk to me about moving my car it would cost me $400 but he didn't have to I was already moving my car before he'd even backed the flat bed up. It's bad enough that there is no place to park in Eagle but the fact that business are towing people after hours is terribly crappy!!! I'm very disappointed that the comments from the business excused the tow truck drivers bad behavior. I was no longer in the parking space when he aggressively wrapped on my window and was yelling at me. I was in the alley and shifting into 1st gear.

These boys did a fantastic job. My car wouldn’t start in my parking garage. They were actively repoing a car and Those customers were so mean to them... I kindly waited and asked them if they could tow to the mechanic shop and they hooked me up right there!

Got stuck with a dead battery during a snowstorm. Called this tow service and they got to me way faster than I expected. The guy even helped clear some snow so I could get going again.
Used them for local hauling of some heavy tools from my garage to a workshop. Smooth coordination, no surprises on the price. Everything arrived just like I left it. Really appreciated their care.
They dispatched someone to jump start my car after it wouldn't start at the store. Before the technician left, they checked everything to be sure it wouldn't happen again. A great experience that didn't cost much.
I had to have my RV hauled since it broke down when I was camping. Not every business can handle bigger cars, but these guys could and did a great job. Big relief.
This company uses a foreign call floor to dispatch drivers who were 4 hours late and filed a report that the vehicle was not at the location but was towed before they arrived. I checked the police impound lots for 12 days only to learn that that vehicle was never towed and this company completely failed to do their job on multiple fronts. PLEASE AVOID!

Got a flat tire in Boise right as shops were starting to close on a Saturday. Called multiple companies, even used my roadside assistance but the provider was going to arrive 20 minutes after Discount tire would close. ASAP towing provided a faster response time. We had to adapt from a simple tire change to towing my vehicle. Operator was very willinging to help, and got me to the tireshop on time. Tow trucks are never "cheap", but the rate provided was really affordable given the circumstances. Driver was fast and friendly, definitely recommend this company.
Company needs more driver training. Be careful....

My son’s car got towed. Lee was very patient and accommodating in letting me know what happened and why. They provide a service and keep good records. Yes, getting towed sucks, it must be hard dealing with angry people all day, but their philosophy is mutual respect and that goes a long way.
This company does unethical business. They collaborate with property management companies and set people up to tow vehicles. They will then hold the vehicles hostage and demand a payment of over $200 to get your vehicle or belongings back. They are also shady with overcharging and gouging customers, this is the type of business that we do not need in the treasure Valley. Not sure what the laws are about regulating these towing companies. We need to fight back against this BS what goes around comes around I would advise not doing business with this towing company. Congratulations you have found a loop hole to rip off people. That is what you stand for. Im glad you take pride in taking advantage of the vulnerable.
This company does a poor job when it come to towing and don't even follow their own contracts. I had a car towed wrong by dragging it on the towbed and got my driver side tire torn apart due to their poor handling, there is also a car that they should have towed before my car due to the management rules but they target people instead of due their job, i have proof. I had my brother's car towed when again they should have towed another due to management rules. When they tow a car it is like a, ninja they don't contact the owner so they can put it in neutral like a courteous tow company they just take it in park, quickly as well. Find a better more put together tow company not these clowns. Anything the owner responds with will be a condescending lie.
If I could give zero stars I would. My brother lives in an apartment complex they monitor for people who do not live in the building, his car had a flat tire and because of that they decided to tow his car without checking if he was a resident or not. Then, they acted like it wasn't their fault and it was out of their hands, and made his property management company pay the fee to get his car out but wouldn't let him get his car because his name isn't on the lease. Our mom, who is very sick and cannot go and get the car is on the lease but they will only give the car to her. We explained the situation to them and they didn't care at all. So my brothers car is still there and they're charging $25 a day until my poor sick mother can go get the car. Sickening.
My parking permit was in vehicle on dash prior to towing vehicle. Over two tears had not had any issues until this driver gained access to my vehicle.. permit was hanging on mirror on 04 August 2025. Last time in vehicle.. operator unlawfully snooped in and around vehicle at 1 :00 am in the morning when he took action to make a quick buck while no witnesses would be awake. The business didn't care about resolving resolution, the representative was thinking I was someone who didn't know his business and how things are being done in the dark hours However the truth is tow company do gain access to any and all vehicles in their control. This tow company is extremely expensive and needs to be investigated by the tow company board and federal government for it's unethical and unprofessional behavior

Very professional Crane facility
Boise Crane is outstanding all the way around. I had to set 21 trusses for a 24x40 garage. I’m sure it’s an easy job for a pro, but a pro I am not. This was my first time ever setting trusses. First, scheduling with Rhonda couldn’t have been easier. She is so nice and asks all the right questions to be sure your project is a success. On setting day there was a minor mechanical hiccup but the communication from Rhonda and Jackie was excellent. Our operator John has 30+ years experience and it showed. We told him that we were newbies and he went above and beyond to help us out with his expertise. He helped us out and talked us up and had us feeling awesome at the end. Lastly, we had a few site and rigging challenges (our fault) but John’s “we’re going to make this happen” attitude pushed us through to completion. Safety was a top priority the entire time and despite being 20+ feet up in the air to set trusses we never felt unsafe. Thank you Rhonda, John and Boise Crane for a GREAT first time crane experience. I am a very happy customer and highly recommend Boise Crane.
