All Out Towing had great service all around. I was in an apartment garage in downtown Nashville so I was concerned as the clearance was lower than most but All Out Towing helped me out tremendously. From the initial call, the dispatcher was incredibly helpful. Then Mr. Barry West was the tower, and he was very helpful and passionate about what he does. He even gave me a ride to shop I was getting my vehicle towed to. Efficient and top notch service for a situation that can be frustrating. Would recommend to anyone!
I absolutely trust All Out Towing with my client’s vehicles. For the last 6 years they have been my go to company and Nick and his team have never let me down. The drivers have always been professional, polite and clean; all three of which are very important to me. Today Jessie was my driver. He showed up before our scheduled time, loaded up a client’s gorgeous 21 window VW Bus and delivered it safely to my client’s mechanic. Jessie even sent me a text and picture to reassure me that it arrived safely. Wow! Recently I was traveling from HSV, Al to Ga by way of Chattanooga, Tn. We had car problems and needed a tow and mechanic. Doug Yates came thru for us big time. I would rate their service from start to finish a 100/10!!! Picked up my car and it is running perfectly! Big big thanks to the Yates team!

Turbo Towing guys are so kind and caring… I wasn’t expecting such a nice treatment when was mad because the first towing company cancelled the tow request after 3 hours making me wait in the car on highway but Turbo Towing made me feel cared. They gave me updates on the drivers arrival constantly and even the driver was very kind and great person. He is a pro, quickly loaded and secured my car in the truck and delivered it to the Repair Shop. Thank you guys! Truly Appreciate it!

As other reviewers have said, great company. I was quoted 35-45 mins. Quan, my tow driver, showed up at the 40 min mark. Quan was friendly and professional. We had an hour and 20 min drive back to my house, Quan was great to talk to and made the ride go by quickly. I can't say enough about my experience. A bad day made better. Also for an almost 60 mile trip their rate was very fair. I would absolutely recommend Jones Brothers!
My boat trailer decided to blow its tire off on me, I called them to come help and they were on site within 10 minutes. Nathan loaded and unloaded this with ease. Highly recommend them!
Excellent services by Gaige the driver, with the traffic flying by us on I24. Even crawled under the trailer and took pictures for the repair guy. Knew exactly how to get us to the rv park safely towing our 31' trailer then contacted a close by mobile rv repair person and explained to him the problem and parts needed. Definitely will and would recommend again! 10 stars to Gaige, he's definitely an asset to your team!!!!
I was concerned about my Mercedes-Benz Sprinter fitting on the bed of the tow truck. However, the operator assured me that it would fit. He also explained every point where the vehicle would be secured, and I really appreciated him taking the time to clarify the entire process of loading, securing, and offloading my vehicle.
I had a fantastic interaction with all parties, from the call representative to the tower. There was transparency on my bill before they dispatched, quick and timely service, were trustworthy, and had professional hospitality. When i needed to check in with the repair shop, the representative even called me back to check in. I had the option to pay my towman cash or card, or pay over the phone, which I appreciated. Highly recommend! They were a huge relief during such a stressful time.

I used J Hooks on 2/28/24 . The dispatcher was very nice and kept me informed before the driver was up. The driver which was JT and Darrel tire hook me up with five minutes and we all were in the truck headed to my repair shop. It was 32 miles and I can say we enjoyed each other talking and hearing about how they hook cars up. This group is more than five stars. Their truck was brand new, very clean inside and very clean outside and it was raining. So if you need a tow service, please call Jay Hooks for any any of it.

My car was stolen at the end of April and was apparently picked up by a neighboring police department. They contacted this company to tow my vehicle the day it was stolen. Unfortunately the police department did not submit the VIN into the database after putting a hold on my car, so this company was not responsible for the amount of time it spent at their lot. However, after spending over 20 days impound before I found it, I had to pay almost 1,400.00 in impound and storage fees!!!! For a car that was stolen from me. I understand that they have to make money as well, but I live next to a law enforcement officer that was confused by why I had to absorb that cost, as well as the detective who is actively investigating my case, neither of them can understand why I had to pay any fees other than towing, as most fees are absorbed by the department that had it towed. Not only this issue, I asked for a receipt to be emailed to me for over a week, each time with the promise that it would be sent that day. It was finally sent to the detective it needed to go to only after he had to contact them himself. I've read all of the positive reviews, and I believe them, but my situation is unique and this company was a disappointment for the victim of car theft. It's unfortunate
Recommended to me when our water pump exploded and threw our serpentine belt causing us to loose power steering and brakes on the interstate with a truck full of kids. Thomas, driver, was there in about 20/25 minutes. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He got my truck loaded, straped down, hauled to where I needed it, and unloaded safely, without a scratch. I will keep their info for when this inevitably happens again.
My family of 7 (with 4 kids!) broke down in 100 degree weather on our vacation and David, our tow truck operator was our savior! He quickly showed up , hooked us up expertly and gave us all a ride to Jim’s Automotive (these companies work well together and everyone is so sweet). We will never forget his kindness, my husband was so stressed and David was an absolute friend and hero in our time of need. Came up to G-Burg for a famdamnly gathering. My Sister slid off the mossy driveway at the cabin as she backed down it to the road. It was kind of late at night. We called around, got some quotes. These guys were able to come pretty quickly. they were very chipper and generally positive. Equipment was pretty good, def not some fly by night operation. Anyway he got my sister's car back up on the driveway and even backed it down to the road safely. He charged us pretty reasonably and arrived very promptly within an hourish. Safely recovered my sisters car without additional damage, There were lower quotes, but I've been lowballed over the phone before and stung with a huge bill at the end of the job. This company seemed pretty honest and up front about things. Sister went from distraught to beaming at the end I think she was kind of sweet on the guy. They also have a youtube channel and you can see how they operate, and how transparent they are. Don't take my word for it google the name and watch for yourselves. I've followed them ever since that evening.
People do not understand you are just doing your job, do not park where you are not allowed to park, you won't get towed and it makes me laugh everyone has only been gone for 10 minutes. Also anything that you can see from a public setting is allowed to be filmed, people do not need to give you permission to record or post these interactions. keep up the good work!!
Absolutely terrible experience. Jeff towed my 2000 corvette when it broke down at our cabin in the mountains. My car was overheating and I had taken a picture of it to send to my wife. In the picture you can see the passenger side of the vehicle is not damaged in anyway however when I picked my car up from the repair shop there was broken fiberglass. I have tried to call and send text messages with no response from Jeff. I do not recommend his service to anyone

Excellent service! I highly recommend them for any towing needs. Chris helped me when I needed a tow for my car, and I didn’t even have to stay with it, which was a huge relief since I had impatient kids with me. He responded quickly, was extremely friendly, and stayed professional and kind, even after I accidentally gave him the wrong address for my car (it had been a very long day for me 🥲😅). I called him as soon as I realized, and he handled it so kindly. He then continued to go above and beyond by letting me know when he picked up the car and even sent a photo to reassure me that everything was okay, both before and after dropping it off at my requesed place. With my nerves completely shot today, his calm and thoughtfulness was truly a blessing for me. I’ve used several towing services in the past, but this was by far the best experience I’ve ever had. I genuinely can’t recommend them enough!
The tow company was contracted through AAA. The driver actually arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected. In approximately ten minutes or so, my vehicle was in transport. Dylan was courteous and kept me informed.

They towed my car to a completely different address than the one I had provided that was clearly listed on my receipt. When I called to explain this issue, I received no help in fixing the matter, and was hung up on. I was still charged for the incomplete service.

I was recommended to Gilbert for spark plug and ignition coil replacement by my friend. I called him on a Sunday evening (530pm), and he offered to do it right away. My maintenance wasn’t an emergency type deal. The convenience he provided was incredible. When I met him, he was very polite. His team quickly replaced my parts as a drive-in service. I brought my own parts, and his labor charge was really reasonable. It was great. Overall, the experience was awesome and convenient. Thanks, Gilbert!
Gilbert picked up my dad’s 2007 Chevy trail blazer when it suddenly broke down at my house one weekend. His towing was quick and professional and he gave me lots of updates on the details of the diagnostics and condition of my dad’s car. We discovered that it had many problems and Gilbert was honest and transparent and very helpful in us finally deciding to find a different car instead of using all my dads money to fix the old trail blazer when it had so many problems and could break down again. Mr. Gilbert was so helpful! I came in to get my car checked out and my tire fixed as it had a slow leak. I felt welcome as I waited for my car to be done. I felt like my car was in good hands and everything was explained simply. And it’s didn’t cost me crazy for a diagnostic!! Which is great! Told me up front how much and how long it would take. I would definitely come back and will be recommending this repair shop to friends and anyone who’d need it.

Midday Towing is fantastic!! We were in a time crunch to get my car to the dealership before closing and they arrived within 10 minutes of our call. Super courteous and professional. Got us loaded up and back to the dealership in no time. Even gave advice on how to get the oil cleaned off the driveway. Would recommend anytime.
Blowout on the interstate. Called to get a tow because I didn't have all the tools to put on the spare. Midday was at my truck in less than 15 minutes! These guys are great! I am a towing company out of Chicago and had a customer send me to Memphis to get a truck and also had tow pro picking it up, double booked us and had me in a tight spot, tow pro worked with me to make sure I didn’t have a 1000 mile empty run !! Super stand up guys, from the office to the driver, as another towing company I would recommend these guys to anyone needed service!! 100% A+ company!!
Don't know about the towing seems like a great company, but one of there drivers almost side swiped me going 240 west doing 75 to 80 miles an hour. Called dispatch to let them know he was driving reckless almost hit a few people. Good thing I got a dash cam.
Told insurance NEVER use them again! Had a blowout leaving hodpital in AR to see my aunt just placed on hospice.Told me 9:52pm for tow, over an hour wait. Waited in the middle of nowhere on dark highway for hours in a diff state, AR hot & with kids, ended up had to have someone come get us to take back to TN b/c they kept changing time w/o telling me uness I was calling. Such an inconvenience to have to set that up. Waited up couldn't sleep until I knew they could find my car & bring to me.Didn't happen til the next morning. No sleep before work & no communication from them unless I called. NO DISCOUNT offered for the inconvenience. Will not recommend, will ask insurance to find another provider if i need further assistance, and will tell others bad customer service. Discount should've been offered and I had to ask for it and was told MGR wouldn't approve, very dismissive!
I hired this company to move a mustang across town for me. The driver broke the bumper and offered to bring me a new one. I decided to work with him on it. When I called the company they claimed it know nothing about it but would start the claim. We talk about six times about before they just stop calling me back. I'm still calling but know response. My car spontaneously stopped while on my way to work and Ben Tow was fast and responsive when I called! He let me know how long my wait would be and then, let me know when he was 20 minutes away. He was extremely professional and kind! The price is absolutely reasonable! I will use them again in the future if needed!
I highly recommend Ben Tow! I arranged, a few days in advance, to use them to transport my car, from my home, to the auto shop. He quoted me a price and agreed to take the job. We communicated before the pick up day and on the day of. He showed up exactly when he said that he would and was very courteous and communicative throughout. This guy was great! He was the quickest option I could find to tow me and, to top it off, was one of the cheapest. My insurance was sending someone out and quoted me 2.5 hrs of wait time…I called Ben and he was there in 30 minutes! Furthermore, when he showed up to find that another vehicle was parked next to me with a flat (coincidence?!), he gave her a free consultation and took a look at her tire. They damaged our RV in November. They spider cracked the whole front panel while bouncing it on the tow bar. We watched it happen and the driver told us to call in immediately and report it, which we did. Here it is 6 months later and they're trying to tell me they weren't at fault????....we watched it happen. I've asked for an owner to call me so we'll see if they do. 6/10/25 still no response from anyone at Tow Pro 8/18/25 stll no response from them to me or BBB..
I am using Tow Pro from here on out if I ever need a tow truck again in the future. In my time of need after a blown tire in the middle of the interstate, Tow Pro was efficient, professional, and fast. My towing expert was Brian and he was kind, understanding, professional, and very knowledgeable. If you need a tow, they are the best!
Very professional, did a great job towing our car to a close automechanic, did great communicating until job was done.
The driver of heavy tow truck H1064RY is going to cause a bad accident. His selfish bullying of using merge lanes to bypass lines of traffic shouts volumes about him and what the company represents. What was most troubling to me though was when he passed a vehicle a little slower than the flow of traffic, cut back in front of it and proceeded to use his rear facing bright white LED lights to blind that driver. This display of road rage will only escalate. Best of luck if you continue employing him. This was at 8:15 pm Friday October 10, 2025 on I-65 headed northbound. The tag number could be slightly off, but it’s close to what I could see.
They are scamming people out of money. Got two different prices, one from Amanda and one from Amber. Got a tow paid for at 10 am for $125 (2 mile tow) they tried to deliver it with no heads up at 2:13p. Called me ( I didn’t pick up) for two minutes straight and took the car back. I called the number back with no answer for an hour. Was informed that it was taken back by Justin. Was told to call the company and have it rescheduled that it shouldn’t be a charge. I called the company spoke to Ashley asking for a reschedule. She told me I’d have to repay for another tow. I asked I asked her why bc I was told it wouldn’t be another charge. Said she’d talk to the manager and call me back. She never did. Went to the office to pay after no call back. My car was already being sent back to my apartment with again no communication. The office people at the Antioch location were confused. Said they would call the main office and talk to Ashley. Ended up being charged again and told if I didn’t pay that they would impound my car and charge me more fees. Wish they had better communication, a sign explaining the rules like you should be there to receive your car or at least a (verbal warning),we will call you for drop off be on the look out, and a service that gave you a heads up. I bet they would have charged me again if I wouldn’t have been there.

Unfortunately our annual family vacation started off bad with a popped tire when we pulled into our cabin. We started calling towing companies around 630am and Southern Pride Tire & Towing is the only one that came to the rescue in 20 minutes to take our vehicle to a tire shop! They also priced us significantly cheaper than other places. Their service was great and we highly recommend using them. I hope we never are unfortunate enough to need a tow, but if we do, we will definitely use them!
I have been trusting these guys for years now and they have always took great care of my truck. They have always gave me good prices as well. I recently took my truck in to get some work done they knocked it out quickly and when I mentioned I was in the market for some new tires they hooked me with the best deal in town. Terrible terrible company. Told me it was going to be 45 mins to an hour, ended up taking 3+ hours, didn’t even care to give me a heads up or courtesy call that they were running hours behind. After I called multiple times, the dense woman answering the phone got the estimate wrong by genuine hours. Like I understand if the estimate is wrong by 30 minutes or so, and at least you can do is give me call to let me know. Also they overcharged for a 5 minute tow hook up, they charged $175 when another company located further away would’ve done $130. Please please please, for your own sake and sanity, do not use this company

I called Wil's for a price. They told me and I told them that I would call them back. I hung up and immediately realized that I couldn't beat the price that they quoted. I called them right back and they said that they would have someone on the way. They showed up in about 15-20 minutes. I was impressed! Josh was the driver and he was very professional and polite. I didnt go with my vehicle, so it's yet to be determined if it is alright. Lol But I know it is in good hands. I wish I could give them 10 stars. We live on the mountain in Townsend and have one road up and one road down. This evening we had 3 young ladies from London take a wrong turn and try to come up our exit. They wound up stuck and against a tree. They called their car rental place for help and were told someone would process the claim and provide help. An hour and a half later, they called again only to find out that the claim had not actually been filed yet. My husband and I did everything we could to help them. I began calling around to towing companies to try to find someone to come help them. When everyone else bailed and gave excuses, Nate's stepped up. There was no hesitation and they agreed to come right out. They were there within 45 minutes, got the Jeep out and provided excellent customer service. They are truly an amazing company and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone. At 2am they pulled the Jeep out and got the young ladies on their way. The customer service and timeliness is impeccable!!!!
Hit a rock up in the mountains and sliced our tire. We were waiting for four hours, risked ruining the rim and drove a mile down. We were running out of options and everyone we call, no one was able to help. Called Nate’s and he was super awesome on the phone, said he could meet us in 45 minutes! Very speedy service. Had a flat tire and our donut was under the car, tried to change it by myself but I couldn’t manage to figure out how to release the donut. It’s taken me far too long to write this review. In March I accidentally got stuck in a small ditch requiring a winch out. After calling multiple tow company’s I came across stooksbury’s and Ralph was such a god send. He came through swiftly and was the absolute sweetest soul. He helped me out even though it was nearing midnight. He didn’t complain, he didn’t seem aggravated, and with grace he quickly winched out my car! My wife and I headed over to the smokies for the weekend to do a little camping. We were headed out of Pigeon Forge when I had a brake issue. I called Stooksbury (After I had already waited for a different towing company for nearly 2 hours..who kept telling me 30 minutes). After I spoke to dispatch (who was very professional and friendly) they had the driver (Joseph) call me. He told me he was about 15 miles away, and was fighting PF traffic which is normal for the area. 20 minutes later, the cavalry showed up like he said he would. Got my vehicle onto the flatbed and had me at my destination within 20 minutes. I've been on the planet for over a half century. I've been towed quite a few times. This is the best towing experience I've had. They're using technology to know where their drivers are at, who's available and can determine it quickly and get someone dispatched. What more can you ask for? Joseph, the driver was excellent, professional, and we had good conversation all the way to our destination. Excellent. Hopefully, I'll never need them again. But if I do, they'll be the first call I make.

It is sad how this company operates. The distress they have put my best friend through and yet won’t post her review so she has a voice just ridiculous. Then they post what Jody is asking people to say… it’s ok the truth will come out sooner than later. Jody is not awesome and I am sure he paid someone to post that review.
Cameron is a doggone surgeon with that tow truck! I backed my Porsche into a ditch and he was able to not only get the edge of the bed under the wheels to raise it up, but he avoided hitting the water main right under the wheel! Not on accident, mind you. He called it. It's becoming rare to see this level of mastery of one's practice. That was really cool.
These folks are always prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. I will always use GW for my towing needs.
They upcharge after hookup, highway robbers. It was half a mile tow from pickup location quoted $350, i was happy and even appreciative until they added 100 dollars at the drop off and said using a block of wood was the reason... be aware of the shady scams. The owner even responded trying to dicredit me shameful...

What an amazing service kind courteous called me as soon as he had received the request apologizing for not being able to be here sooner although the time I waited was nothing compared to how long I've waited with previous experiences on roadside assistance. In short Colby was utterly professional kind courteous and even with a wasp creeping on the tire itself then on his Jack he proceeded to change the tire in a speedy fashion coupled with extended above and beyond courteous I couldn't be more pleased.
Colby is my absolute hero! And a rock star in my book! I have a very steep road on my property that was recently cut in and graveled. The gravel wasn’t packed good and when I drove my car down the new road it got stuck at the bottom. How steep is it? Another tow truck came out before Colby, turned around and said nope! I don’t have 4wheel drive and ain’t risking it. Colby is the star because he knew it wasn’t an easy tow, but came up with a solution to get my car up from 200 feet below. And everyone thought he was really professional and very nice. I am so thankful that Colby was willing to do whatever it took to try and get my car unstuck from the steep road below. It wasn’t an easy extraction and with another tow company literally turning around once they saw the steep incline, Colby was a hero and a rockstar in my book! Super super grateful for his patience and willingness to work until my car was unstuck and towed to the top of the steep road!! Sorry I didn’t get photos to show everyone Colby’s excellent work and tenacity!
A couple of weeks ago, my daughter and I needed a last-minute tow, and the gentleman who came out went above and beyond. I can’t express enough gratitude for his professionalism, pleasant demeanor, and genuine helpfulness. Not only did he handle the tow with care, but he also managed to get our vehicle started before leaving our home. He was truly heaven-sent.

My wife got a flat tire and Kevin from A1 came out to help her out. My wife said he was the most professional and kindest person she had ever done business with. They repaired the tire and checked out the ABS system to make sure the car was safe. Ashley at the front counter was quick to respond and gave me a fair price for getting her back on the road. This place is a class-act! Highly recommended.

My bike’s charging system went out and I needed a Tow. AAA sent A-1 with Hector on his flatbed and frankly he was great to work with. I don’t ever have good experiences with tow companies but Hector listened on how I wanted the bike secured and thanked me for teaching him something he wasn’t aware of. My vehicle needed to be towed out of state due to a mechanical breakdown. The service I received was excellent. I was contacted immediately after the request order was submitted and given detailed information regarding the timing of the wrecker arrival. The driver took great care with my automobile, was courteous and professional. The communications team was excellent as well. It was a pleasure doing business especially since in was in a stressed situation.
Gentle provided excellent service. I was told by insurance company that no toe service was showing available for the area. Expect a 24-48 delay and to leave car with key in glove compartment. After being involved in a serious accident when man lost control and slammed heading to me, being treated by Fire Department EMT'S who called for ambulance, then sitting for 2 hours on the busiest curve high traffic area, this stressed me out extremely. Just when I was about to have another anxiety attack and mental breakdown. Journey tow service guy showed up like an Angel had been sent.bHe said he had worked hard all day because there were only 2 of them working and about to head home. But Thank God he heard the call for help and said he take the call and come get me. That's what you call going beyond! You have a one if a kind employee that's hard to find... I was so thankful, I'd have liked to have tipped him, but had no cash. I was leaving work and planning to go to the bank when the accident happened. I can't remember his name but will you tell him that I'm praying that God will open up doors called blessings for him to walk through!
My car became disabled on I-24 in Chattanooga late last night. I contacted Shackleford Towing and Recovery for a price and to see how long it would take for them to come get me and my family since we were all four stranded on the side of the interstate.The dispatcher that answered the phone was very professional and quick to get me a price and an eta. I was expecting the price to be a great deal higher than what I was quoted. The tow truck arrived within 20 minutes, loaded my car up, and took all four of us to my home in Tunnel Hill, GA. The whole process from breakdown to being at my home was a little over an hour. I was able to pay for the service with my credit card with the tow truck driver instead of having to call back in.The tow truck that came to get us was immaculately clean and the driver was very nice and down to earth. I will be recommending this towing company to everyone I know that needs a tow. A very BIG THANK YOU to Shackleford Towing and Recovery!!

I chose Napco because they were close to my house and the autoshop I chose to repair my vehicle. Napco was considerably cheaper than the company the autoshop recommended and they were prompt. The driver sent me a picture of my car parked at the autoshop. Definitely going to keep their number in my phone in case of emergency! Highly recommend.
Had a blown tire at 1am going down I24. Went above and beyond to get a tow truck in to get it to a repair shop. Very friendly and helpful. Would definitely reccomend as the first call for anyone in need. Towed 24mi to Murfreesboro at a good price.

The dispatch lady gave the driver the wrong address. They took my truck across town. Refused to discount my prices. I reported it to the dispatcher and she said I had to pay full price and hung up the phone in my face. Never again!!! Use someone else in your time of desperation.
They have a garbage AI operator. I waited three hours on a tow, got three different confirmation text messages with no driver contact. I finally gave up and called Bartlett tow. I got a real human in less than a minute with a tow confirmed to be coming in 45 minutes. Avoid this tow service, it’s better to wait an hour for any other company to be open.
Antonio B was such an amazing driver, he was there in under 30 minutes, while I tried to call roadside service through my insurance which had me waiting 4+ hours already and no arrival time in sight. He went out of his way to help us. I would recommend these guys to anyone

Antonio was great to deal with! He was very professional and courteous. Even though he had to pick my vehicle up from a tight angle, Antonio did fantastic job of getting it on & off his truck while doing the least amount of pulling without it being able to be put in neutral.

When our car sank into a low, soft spot in our yard late one night and we couldn't get it out and we were only making matters worse trying, my best friend said to call Quality Towing because "They are great!" She was right! From start to finish everyone at Quality Towing was very nice, professional, and our rescuer arrived quickly, sized up the solution, and took care of the problem. The price was reasonable, also. I highly recommend Quality Towing for both normal towing jobs and odd ones like ours!

My teenage son totaled his vehicle and was towed by Quality on a Saturday. We were not able to take possession of the vehicle until the following Monday. I had been warned ahead of time, by others that had worked in the industry, of the astronomical cost associated with a collision clean up and storage. I used quality 1 day last week I ran over something on interstate sliced my tire I called AAA and they sent Brandon from quality towing and im glad they did he was very fast and professional and changed my tire for me.my lug nuts had a hard cover on them so I couldn't get them off he explained what it was and worked to remove them for me changed my tire and even asked to follow me to gas station if needed.just a great guy and very very very helpful. Called a requested a tow for a flat tire, definitely the cheapest quote I had gotten! I was quoted 20/30 minutes to arrival and my driver, muhammad, was even quicker than that! My volvo xc90 shut down on the road for the 3rd time in 5 mos. The tow called by volvo the first time said they would be thete in 4 hours. I was in the middle of busy intersection and had to pay for police tow. The 2nd time volvo called Luxe and they were there in less than 10 minutes. The 3rd time, I was on the interstate and despite being farther from downtown, Lux was there in less than 20 minutes. The shoulder was very narrow and traffic was heavy and fast. I was afraid to open my car door and the Lux driver came arounded and shielded me from the oncoming traffic for me to get out of the car safely. This company is prompt, polite and executes the job with 5 star service! I highly recommend!

They are not 24hrs. Called numerous times after being stranded in the cold. Never answered the phone. But in all fairness none of the tow companies advertising 24hr service answered their phone either. Highly recommend do not get stuck in Gatlinburg area at night, no one will come for you. The sign of the times, pre covid we would have had 5 tow companies out to get us. Now everyone fat and happy with stimulus money and no work ethic.

Dude slammed on his brakes and made a right hand turn off of Brown Gap onto Old Maynardville highway, no turn signal and had 3 vehicles behind him. Not smart to drive like a moron with the company logo all over the flatbed truck.
Son broke down on Chapman Highway. Called Service Street Center and they recommended HotRods. Very friendly and professional. Immediately dispatched a wrecker arriving in less than 30 minutes. Safely delivered the vehicle to Service Street Center for repair. Definitely will use again when needed.
