They towed my car to a completely different address than the one I had provided that was clearly listed on my receipt. When I called to explain this issue, I received no help in fixing the matter, and was hung up on. I was still charged for the incomplete service.
I had a GREAT experience with Michael from Davis Service and Towing who assist me with bring my 1964 Oldsmobile Starfire from Knoxville Tn to Charlotte Nc! He went above and beyond the whole way! I would recommend this company to anybody who needs help in Knoxville or the surrounding areas! Thanks again Micheal!!
Highly recommend! The dispatcher was so nice and accommodating. Communication was excellent. Charles our driver was just the right amount of friendly, giving us (tourists) helpful local information on the ride back. He was very accommodating and an excellent driver. While I don’t recommend breaking down, if you do, this company is the one to call in the area. Thanks, Charles!
Needed my car towed to a shop for an unexpected problem. I scheduled a pick up between 12 and 2 through AAA but Chris was able to get there extra early! He was very kind, courteous, professional and had a good sense of humor. He got both my car and myself to the shop lightning fast!
I want to thank Dylan and the whole Davis Towing team for going above and beyond to get us taken care of. From speedy arrival time to helping us get to our destination they made our out of town misfortune a pleasantly memorable one. I highly recommend Davis Towing to anyone who needs professional help having their vehicle hauled. I'd give more stars if Google would let me. Thanks again.

10/10 service! When I called for a tow this evening after my car broke down - Nate’s was there in less than an hour and got my car home safely. Thank you guys! I would highly recommend Nate’s and would use them again.
Absolutely the best service!!! Came to get my car from a busy intersection in 30 minutes and were the nicest couple! I would absolutely recommend this business!!!
Called Nate to see if they could pick up my daughters car .. He was there in less than 15 minutes , Loaded the car very quickly and took it to the shop for us . He was very polite courteous. Highly recommend them .
I would like to thank Nate’s Towing. My car was stuck in a ditch on my driveway. They’re amazing. Called them and were at my location fast. They’re friendly and helpful. Thanks for your wonderful help. I would recommend them to anyone that’s in need of a tow truck. Thanks Nate.
My friend had a tire pop on the side of the road. We were able to get the tire replaced and Nate got it put back on AND towed it off the side of the highway for a really good price. Recommend 11/10 will be telling everyone I know!!

Quick, reliable and super helpful! Thank you so much for helping us!!
Amazing tow service and customer service. The operator was very understanding of my situation and patient while I decided after a couple of calls to use their service. The tow driver even gave me a lift home while discussing with me about the problems my car was having, and he agreed to look at it for me before I gave into just taking it to a large service shop I had in mind. I trust his experience and his hunch of what’s going on with the car, all around just honest fellows and whether or not my car becomes 100% drivable again anytime soon I’m just pleased with how they worked an arrangement with me on pricing and the kindness of trying to solve what’s wrong with my car honestly. Real good guys, can’t recommend highly enough. Call them, you won’t be disappointed!
They are great. But most of all, it is a reasonable price. I highly recommend it.
Highly recommend these guys!! We broke down due to a blown out tire. After calling all the tow trucks in my area (7 other ones) and getting no answer, told it would be hours, & even laughed at and hung up on because I had a lifted truck, these guys came to the rescue! Very reasonable rate considering they had to go all the way to Claiborne county to get to us & take us back to maynardville. They were very professional and didn’t waste time!!!
Thanks for towing my landrover that got slammed by that red dodge truck wish people would be honest about what happened tho

Illegally towed my car out of our apartment complex when I had my permit in the window. They were extremely rude and snickered and said I should have had a permit when I did and they didn’t use their eyes. Either that or they’re blind. I will be taking them to court to get my money back. Do not use this company they’re disgusting human beings. UPDATE : got my car back for free. That right there shows they were in the wrong. Never got an apology or anything. Called to speak to a manager about compensation for this and getting my car looked at because they improperly towed it and got hung up on.
William & Dillon went above the call to get to my 73 yr old mother that was stranded. These gentleman got my mothers car picked up within 30 minutes after it broke down! You folks are awesome! Thank you very much!
Outstanding service and Communication. I was really pleased with the timeframe in which they responded. Very pleased with Brian the tow truck driver.
Called for towing service before 5am. They answered right away and dispatched a driver-Pace who was super helpful and kind-we were so grateful! We had the best case scenario for a difficult situation that Anytime towing made go very smoothly. Thank you!
Unprofessional and Unresponsive. Would leave zero starts if I could. My vehicle was towed from my apartment complex by Anytime Towing and the experience was terrible from start to finish. My front and rear bumper were both scraped and damaged during the tow, and when I picked up my car, they only requested cash, DID NOT give me change (so I overpaid), and provided no receipt. I have emailed multiple times and called several times trying to get a response about the damage, ($4k in damages by the way) but they have ignored all communication. I was even told I would receive a call back within an hour - it never happened. Extremely unprofessional and shady business practices. I'd strongly recommend avoiding this company at all costs.

If I could give this towing company zero stars I would. I called at 6:15 am and was told someone would be there to help me within an hour. I waited until 8:14 and called back asking where they were. I was told the employee stopped for gas and would be there within 30 mins. Thankfully a random man in a pickup truck stopped and was able to change my tire in 5 mins. When I got back in my car, I got a call back from the towing company saying they could not find me. I gave them the exit number, around how many feet I was from the exit, what kind of car I have, and that I was pulled off into the left shoulder when I initially called at 6:15 am. I asked for a refund and was told that I would only be able to get half back if any of my money back. ($235) Terrible communication. Waste of my money.
This is a reliable company. They gave me an estimate of $125 for the mileage required, and they stuck to that. They showed up in the time frame they said they would. The driver was really kind and helpful and even was able to back our towed "project" car down a inclined driveway and left parked perfectly. Ryan was our technician and we highly recommend!!
Avoid if at all possible!! I was in a wreck about a week ago and this company was called to tow my vehicle. I had been driving for 50 years and this was my first accident. We called to see about hours to access my vehicle and were told two different things about what time they were open and when we could accessmy car. Next they lost my key, neglected to give me the necesary paperwork, and were difficult to contact to have the car towed to a collision place.
Avoid avoid avoid if you can. My husband had his car towed here after a wreck and tried to call same day to arrange to get the car moved asap. They about hung up on him answering every question with "call your insurance and have them handle this". They were going to change an additional $600 to move our car to a repair shop, which insurance felt was way too much. Insurance made the decision to have the car moved through a different tow company due to this. We had confirmation that the car was paid for and cleared to move from this tow yard. And then my husband received a letter claiming this storage fee was unpaid and we owed this. Despite the fact that this is all supposed to dealt with through insurance, not us! And we had confirmation on the phone with the tow yard if this being cleared! Save yourself from this greedy business
These people along with the officer listed our car as tan and for 3 day lied about having the car. The car is silver how the get tan out of silver is crazy. I reported it to the sheriff's office and instead of correcting this issue it appears retaliation is the choice. Don't trust these people because while the are lying to you the price is going up. $925 to get the car all over a big fat lie they made. I had to call the police to find we're the car was towed. When did they start messing over the families. I am not responsible for other people actions. Just sad. Always go down and see for yourself if they have your car they will put it under a different description then after a little time take your property. Sounds like a scam.

Would be zero stars but not an option. This place is charging me for time they didn't have there ducks in a row. They ignore all actual laws and block reviews that shed light on it. Johnson v Bradshaw 772 f supreme court ruled that a tow company cannot keep a person from accessing there vehicle nor assess charges without first holding a hearing to describe there intent to do so. This place is a scam. They're trying to sell my car so I can't prove all the stuff they stole out of it. While violating my fourth amendment rights. They reported my vehicle damaged in multiple places and that it was silver.
HIGHLY recommend these guys! We rented a uhaul and had issues getting the rear door open to get our stuff out. Then we couldn’t get the truck up the driveway because it was too steep. Josh and Trenton came to our rescue and were awesome! They were able to guide fix the door and guide us up the driveway!
Josh REALLY SHOWED OUT THIS MAN QAS A LIFE SAVER ...COMPANY WAS SPECTACULAR EVEN OFFERED DRINKS....IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A TOW SERVICE THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE .....PRICE IS NOT A ISSUE WITH THIS COMPANY FOREVER A LIFETIME CUSTOMER
The operators at Dan’s damaged my vehicle’s drive axle seal and did not adequately repair it. This is unsafe, unprofessional, and not the right way to treat customers and/or their vehicles.
We called 4 other tow companies and waited an hour on one just for them to cancel. Dan’s answered and came within 5 minutes. Reasonable price too. Was nice to have such a quick response!!

Called serveral times trying to get a tow. They literally picked up the phone never said nothing. Hung up. Just so rude.
recovered my wrecked truck
We got stranded on the road !, Diffirential issue in Knoxville TN Andrew helped us out, with really fast and good service if u need help please contact them
TNT came through for us when we were in a tight spot. With one of our semi trucks out of commission, they towed it to their yard and assisted us in locating a salvage company promptly, preventing our driver from waiting too long. We're grateful for their assistance and found their pricing to be fair.

Sutherland is AWESOME, especially the guy that works the office at night
worst wrecker service ever bro charged a extra 40 cause im black 🤷🏾♂️
They only drive around the campus when they know kids are moving out. They are very rude, and I hope that they never make a dime and have to go out of business. Would never use them even if they have Peyton Manning parking cares for them.
