Charles is the man!! He knows how to treat your vehicle!!! I’ve had many tows and many tow truck drivers and he has been one of the gentlest with my car!! He took extremely good care of my 540i, especially while loading and unloading, making sure it didn’t scrape the ground!! Very much appreciated!!! Thank you!!!
Our drivers name was Michael and he was fantastic! He had just came from a call in Kentucky and got to our location in Tennessee faster than expected. He was nice, kept conversations with my bf who can talk a lot when he wants, which he did, and he told us the exact billing process stage by stage without looking at a phone or taking a breath. He also genuinely cares about your vehicle unlike most tow drivers he also said he actually enjoys his job. If you need a tow I’d highly recommend asking for him!
Great job! From the dispatcher to the driver and through completion these guys were great! Sadly I've had my fair share of breakdowns being a long time owner of classic cars and this place is A+++. Charles was our driver and he went above and beyond. Safety was well attended to and there was great communication and courtesy. A bummer breakdown turned into a great save!
Michael was absolutely terrific! He got my car out of a sticky spot like a pro, and his professional persona stayed in tact even though many upset drivers were at their wits end. Many kudos!

Hit a rock up in the mountains and sliced our tire. We were waiting for four hours, risked ruining the rim and drove a mile down. We were running out of options and everyone we call, no one was able to help. Called Nate’s and he was super awesome on the phone, said he could meet us in 45 minutes! He actually got to us in 20 minutes, super awesome and even recommended an awesome restaurant. Couldn’t recommend enough!
Called Nate to see if they could pick up my daughters car .. He was there in less than 15 minutes , Loaded the car very quickly and took it to the shop for us . He was very polite courteous. Highly recommend them .
Compared prices with other people they do not have hidden fees. They’re very up forward with the prices. Best prices within a 25 mile radius or greater! Highly recommend using these guys if you ever need any help!

Son broke down on Chapman Highway. Called Service Street Center and they recommended HotRods. Very friendly and professional. Immediately dispatched a wrecker arriving in less than 30 minutes. Safely delivered the vehicle to Service Street Center for repair. Definitely will use again when needed.
Not going to lie I will tell the truth grateful person I am but I know when I taking advantage of. When he said it would be cash only right before Christmas I knew he was taking my hard earned money. I have a family and also he couldn't have got us out if I did not help!!! It only took about 15 minutes and he definitely over charged us.
Don't call anyone but Hot Rods towing. They won't rip you off like Dan's and everything that goes to your car will be there when they deliver it. Personally I'm missing my bumper and Dan's "take am advantage of you" towing towed my car. Thank you hot rods for your honesty and not charging me out the but just to tow my car a couple of miles and thank you for not stealing my car parts that goes to my car when you towed my car

Illegally towed my car out of our apartment complex when I had my permit in the window. They were extremely rude and snickered and said I should have had a permit when I did and they didn’t use their eyes. Either that or they’re blind. I will be taking them to court to get my money back. Do not use this company they’re disgusting human beings. UPDATE : got my car back for free. That right there shows they were in the wrong. Never got an apology or anything. Called to speak to a manager about compensation for this and getting my car looked at because they improperly towed it and got hung up on.
Quickly came to leave this review Car was towed at Moe’s on Cumberland. The person I was with and I simply asked the driver questions about the rate, and I asked for a receipt so that I can know the actual rate was $200 and they weren’t just pocketing my cash. I guess they weren’t expecting me to ask for a receipt. (We aren’t very knowledgeable about the towing process.) When communicating with them, the guy and the lady in the passenger seat were rude when I asked them to speak up and told me he had been working 23 hours straight as an excuse of his unprofessionalism. The lady even asked me to come closer to the truck so I could hear her (with an attitude); which I did not feel comfortable doing by the way were behaving. Overall, not a good experience.
Towed my car in the middle of the night because my tags were expired and my car was in my own driveway. Cowards for towing a car while the owner is asleep, and shady for not even notifying me that my car was gonna be towed. This wasn't the first time either for this company doing this. The guy even smirked when I got my car out and said he was gonna be in the neighborhood again and I said well leave my car alone.
Anytime was great for a last minute emergency when our son's car wouldn't start. We are OOS and needed to coordinate with our son and the towing company at the same time. Communication was ongoing, they made sure the car was secured at the dealership and Alfred kept us informed throughout. Highly recommend!

He even noticed that one of my other tires was about to go flat and let me know. He confirmed the location, managed to find my car with the vague directions I gave, and even took the time to readjust the car so it was closer to the house.Thank you for saving the day well the night! Son car was towed after an accident and they would not release it when Insurance company ask for it to be released. Keep it for four days and charged 1K. If I every need another car towed you can bet that it want be these guys.
I used them through Tow Pro. My dispatcher was Nathan who was very helpful and prompt! My driver was Ryan who was super cool and worked very quickly. Overall im very impressed and will be using them again if the need arises.
I had these guys tow my boat trailer that the wheel bearings had went out in and when I called I received a text message 30 minutes later which was 3:30 PM telling me their arrival time would be 4:30 PM. My driver sit with the trailer and waited until 7 PM and they still have not showed up so he left. When he left the trailer, tires were in perfectly good shape. I get a call from the repair center where the trailer was delivered and they said it was dropped off with the sidewall cut out of the tire. So when I called the tow company to ask about my tire being cut, they said they didn’t do it and I said well was it cut when you got there? They put me on a two minute hold and then said yes it was cut when we got there which I know is 100% false. No one is gonna come along the side of the interstate get out and slash a tire within 30 minutes of their arrival time, but had they been there 4 1/2 hours like they said they would be they couldn’t lie like they are now! And that’s the worst not only was the service 4 hours late,, tire cut during tow but the biggest issue is that they lied about doing it! I got no use for dishonest business and these guys TOW PRO CEDAR BLUFF TOWING ARE NOT HONEST! AND THEY CHARGED ME $600 to tow 5 miles!
I was in a helluva mess. Blew the engine of my car trying to get my dog to the ER. I needed a tow to get home after losing my dog. On a day when nothing went right, these guys helped me get back home to start putting pieces back together.
Rough night! But Cedar Bluff Towing saved us. I called customer service a few times and the woman that answered was very kind and helpful. Tyler, I hope I spelled his name right, came to our rescue and got us out of a rather tricky situation with our car. He was amazing! Kind, experienced and efficient. He even made sure we made it home safely. You made a terrible situation, bearable. Thank you so much, Cedar Bluff Towing/Tyler!

I took my car to them about a year ago with significant rear end damage on my Infiniti and they gave me the lowest quote that I could ever ask for also, they did superior work in a really small amount of time. After calling other companies, Dans was the only one that came out with big enough equipment! We had a skid steer stuck in a pond and they went above and beyond to risk their own equipment to get us out! (Their equipment never got damaged because their operator was too skilled!
John was amazing tonight! I was sitting on the side of the interstate for 3 hours(not their fault) I was on the phone with my insurance for 2 of those hours. They wouldn't send anyone out because I was on the side of the interstate this was the ONLY towing company that would come out. He had to tow me down to the next exit so he could change my tire. He could have just towed me and made me wait another hour or 2 to get someone out there. But he changed the tire for me. He made a bad week good again. We offered him some cash for having to come out so late and having to do what he did but he wouldn't take it. He told us he was new but he's AMAZING!! So glad he came out and helped! Definitely an asset to your team!
Last evening on 640 I had a load that shifted due to the blocks it was on shattered and caused the Machine to tilt and bust through the deck. Called these guys and they contacted the TN RD SERVICE to block lanes. Trent was the Wrecker operator and did his job professionally and safely. We got the load up straight and secured and moved to another location that was safer and easier to access. 43 years TRUCKING and I don't recommend many companies but I do this company highly for their Professional, safe and Knowledgeable work

I had the luxury of breaking down on my motorcycle on the worst side of the highway, but thank god Jonathan took the call, I had 2 other companies refuse to help me because of the unfortunate location i was in before jonathan showed up and didn’t bat an eye, he had me and my bike up and moving in 10 minutes after TDOT was able to block the road. outstanding customer service and care especially with being in a very dangerous spot on the road!!

The front bumper is all scratched up from towing. I called yesterday after you towed the car and specifically asked were you guys careful and didn’t damage anything and I was told no damages. Now the front bumper is scratched. This is not acceptable. You need to fix the damage
