Kind, skilled and fast service. He was there in 10 minutes flat, changes the tire, aired up the spare (because of course it was flat too), told us it needed an alignment and where to get one with a life-time guarantee. It doesn't get any better than this!

Broke down and didn’t want to wait 3+ hours in the rain for some cut-rate towing co my insurance roadside assistance would send eventually, so I took a chance calling up R&G since they were in town. The responsiveness was beyond my expectations. Roy was there within 30 minutes and i was home safe and sound in less than an hour, grateful to not be stranded in the rain. Thank you Roy!

Saved the day for my husband and I!!! After standing on i20 when my bike broke down (and on a Monday/holiday) for 2.5 hours trying to find a tow truck to take us literally 24 miles down the road…we called T Dog and he didn’t even act like it was a bother. He told my husband it would be roughly 30-45 minutes due to where he was but he would be there. He was informative and very courteous. I will definitely use them over the other ones in Augusta just because of the awesome experience!!!

Tuffy's did a GREAT job for me yesterday. My call was answered immediately (and by a person!) and handled in a friendly, professional way with a reasonable estimated wait time and price quote. The driver arrived and was also professional, friendly, and patient as I had to navigate through how to prep a Tesla for loading onto the tow truck. We got the car to its destination and he was equally careful in the unloading. I highly recommend Tuffy's Towing and will call them first next time I need to be towed.

It's hard to imagine a more poorly run operation. Never show, never answers the phone. I was informed by my insurance company that this is often the case with this company and insured road-side-service. Why offer the business if you can't offer a good service?
I used my AAA due to a flat tire and this company came promptly to save me from my nightmare. The driver of the tow truck was extremely kind and had a great personality. He called me and followed up once he dropped my car off at the tire place.

Evan was absolutely amazing. Such a kind and wonderful man. Turns out I left the parking permit on my rental car that was in an accident, and he was kind enough to go back to the rental company, retrieve it and return to the property owner. He was so wonderful and did this out of the goodness of his heart. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, especially having just been in a car accident.

I'm so glad my insurance picked this company to assist me. Mr.Samuel arrived in his tow truck and was able to get my car out of a ditch. He was professional, friendly, and very efficient. It didn't take him long to get my car movable again. He was able to prevent any damage as my passenger side was right next to a utility pole. My toddler was entertained and liked watching his truck & lights so that was another plus after a delay to our morning routine. I am in the automotive business and use tow trucks all the time. Hands down Wayne and his company are the beat I’ve experienced in a very long time if ever in my 30 years of business!! He was professional, gave me the price upfront and explained in detail how he billed. And showed up at the exact time he said he would. If your in a jam call them ASAP
Car stalled and ASAP towing was there quick to help me out and bring my car to a repair shop. Wayne was very accommodating and went the extra mile to help me out not only in getting to the right car repair shop but also took the time even in his very busy schedule to make sure I get to place where I can get a ride while my car was in the shop. Highly recommended for speed and extra care shown to me as a customer.

Recently, I needed towing service for my car. It was a complicated situation. The electrical components were not working. I have an all wheel drive vehicle and I had applied the emergency brake before my car got it's hiccup. Brian, the tow truck driver, was very nice and pleasant. He assured me he wasn't going to damage my transmission. That assurance and communication settled my nervousness about my car. You should use them for all your vehicle needs. I will definitely use them again. They need 10 stars!

Throttle cable broke on my 2006 Harley Road King leaving me stranded on the side of the road. Called Scenic City Towing to have them haul my bike to the mechanic. They came out as fast as possible after they finished another call, carefully and professionally loaded the bike and delivered it to Burnout Cycles. I had a great experience. Our 2020 Western Star 5700 decided she needed a Valentine's gift and her fuel pump imploded on 2/13 on Interstate 16. We were very happy with the service that Chris and Robert provided. Price was fair for the roadside service too. We would recommend them should you need the assistance. Also, skip being towed to the dealership. Save money (literally half of the cost) and time and have Tim's tow you straight Elite Diesel of Savannah.

BEST TOW SERVICE EVER!!!!!! For starters, on Saturday October 15, I contacted Mr Big Tows after calling 2 other companies that stated they were too busy and kept giving me different numbers to call that day. When I finally made the call to Mr Big Tows, he answered and said he'd call me right back because he was busy with a customer at that time. I didn't expect a call back so quickly but within 2 minutes he called me back. I told him my situation and the location of the vehicle and where I needed it taken to and he said yes, it would be no problem without hesitation and even gave me a very reasonable price for the service. He told me it would be a minute before he got to my vehicle because he was already in the middle of moving a vehicle then, but I didn't mind. He kept in contact as often as he could and even gave me his whereabouts to verify he was still gonna move my vehicle and the time he would be there to move it. He arrived exactly at the time he stated. He was very friendly and fast. It was the easiest, fastest and smoothest tow service I've ever received. You'd be a complete fool by not calling Mr Big Tows first. When I say fast, friendly and an affordable service, I mean it. Take my word for it. JUST PURE AWESOME!

Over charged me. Sent me a certified letter with one total due. When I got there they were charging me $600 more than they quoted. Took me over an hour to get car. They were really disorganized and rude.
They were not helpful in our situation. Needed to get our belongings and they wouldn't let us have them.
I called them at 5:34pm tonight I had 2 flat tires on Manchester Expressway and Ms. Love was so nice on the phone. Said we will get someone to you in 30 minutes please answer any calls That come in. Trenny called me when he was 10 minutes out and stayed on the phone with me till he arrived. Took me to the ATM to get money to get to tires for the truck. They are definitely heaven sent. This is a predatory towing company in partnership with the sheriffs department and Columbus police department. Recently, I was in a car wreck on I85. While, I was taken to the hospital for treatment Columbus police department officer contacted griffin and griffin towing to come and remove my vehicle from the side of the road. Upon being discharged from the hospital, I contacted the tow company to retrieve my property(truck) and was told when I asked what are the fees so that I can come retrieve my property. Not, one but two reps told me that due to privacy laws they can not give me that information. Knowing that this is illegal I reached out to Columbus police department were I was told to contact the officer who responded to the wreck. That didn't help as Columbus police department stopped answering the phone lines. So, I failed 911 and had Decatur police department contact the Columbus police department and guess what... They didn't answer for them. So, Decatur police department contact the sheriffs office of the county Columbus is located. The Sheriffs office told me that the tow company says that's their policy and there's nothing they can do. Well, I reached out to the FTC(federal trades commission) to file a report and when I told FTC they immediately took the report and submitted it to consumer protection lawyers, stating that Griffin and Griffin towing is partaking in predatorial and deceptive business practices. That by law they cannot withhold information such as fees storage fees or towing fees information from a customer. They cannot require you a customer to verify that you are the owner of your property if the property was told without your consent. Beware this company and call the proper authorities now reach out to FTC

Had a flat tire on the way to work. I was referred to this company through Verizon wireless. Needless to say I never made it to work. Wait time was 75 to 90 minutes. More like 2 hours. Tried to get me to sign a damage waiver. Red flag!!!!!! Nope!!!!! Luckily for me I still had a warranty for towing through Honda. Got my tire changed by Chaunceys which Watkins stated they were unable to do. Drove my car to the dealership. Since Watkins made a reply I decided to edit my review. Based on their response you can tell they are nasty to deal with. There is no way in hell!!!!I would call your office to talk to you or deal with you in the future. Please note Chauncey's did not ask me to sign a damage waiver, and did actually show up a decent time to help me with my vechicle. I am not a liar as you are proposing I am. When you get a bad review work on improving your business not attacking your customer.

The lady I initially spoke with quoted me about an hour for the tow truck and 30 minutes later, my car was loaded up and on its way. Pricing is reasonable. Early morning breakdown on the way to work and Veterans Towing was there for us. They came sooner than expected and were knowledgeable, helpful, patient and professional. Beware!! Scam company!! I was in a car accident, the police had them tow my car and take to their lot. It was there 3 days and they want $840 for me to get my car back!! $140 "GATE FEE"! Appalling! They also back dated the day my car was towed so they could charge an extra day!!

Wrost African American business in Savannah! First I was told there would be a 25.00 storage fee per day which was fine but when the storm came on that Friday I called All day to pick up my car! No return calls even after I left several messages and I called their alternate business Jackson brothers towing No answer! I knew the weather was inclement..so I get it! Went on Saturday to be told I had to pay 50.00 more for 2 days! How with no response after I sat there for Hrs to get my car! So the young man states " I can waive the storage fee but my sister added an administrative fee! For what ? In which I was never informed! They only mentioned the storage fee! It's obvious there are chasing money either to help themselves but really hurting the business as a whole! They told me they would move the car from storage on the grass so we could wait for the locksmith once the tow driver gets here! Keep in mind it's 0.02 feet from the storage to the grass for another 175.00! So they pushed it out of the storage to the streets! Never again please call Hook Recovery for a Reputable service!

I don’t know the name of the man who towed my car today. I should have asked but was so stressed it slipped my mind. Nevertheless, I needed to leave a review to say how grateful I was for his kindness, conversation, and assistance. I’ve been in Savannah only 4 days. A new transplant to the area from Philly. This man is one of the reasons I chose GA. The kindness and hospitality. It took them a little longer because of short staffing but I only waited 20 mins more than the original time and need to point out that a lot of services are struggling right now still from covid. I did call for an ETA and felt like I was being pushy, but whoever answered understood and was super helpful as well. Griffin, thank you and your team for helping me.

It wasn't by choice that I came into contact with Savannah Towing and Recovery but I'm glad that God allow them to step in! When I say that Ms. Robin was pleasant to communicate with I mean just that! I can't count the amount of times I've called her regarding my vehicle but know I've called numerous of times and she was pleasant each time! Then I was set up in a bind with location drop off and they worked with me each and every way! Then not to mention the Tow Drive Barry he was a life saver as well to have put through all of the loading and unloading process. Then going from location to location without a complaining soul in his body. I would recommend this company any day to anybody! I can't thank this kind hearted company enough!!!

Do not call them, they have horrible service! After an accident, I waited for an hour and a half and they never came. After calling multiple times to ask why a truck had not come yet, I was not only blamed for my wait but also told the truck had “broke.” While Im understanding of a truck breaking, what infuriates me is they never had the courtesy to call me back during any of my wait to tell me they wouldnt be able to get me!! I guess their plan was just to leave me stranded without calling to tell me to find other arrangments. Terrible customer service and empathy!

These are the best people to get you fixed up if you need roadside assistance!! I had a blowout on my fifth wheel RV and these guys were dispatched by Forest River to replace that tire. They got it done and I was about to be on my way when I noticed a tire on the opposite side had a bulge in it. I called these guys back and they went well above and beyond to find and replace the second tire for my family! This was like an impossible task to complete on a Sunday afternoon when everyone else was closed. Thank you to Tilson and your team( sorry if I misspelled your name)!! I would not have gotten back on the road the same day without you all!!

These guys are absolutely fantastic!! We called them at 1am as we had a broken valve stem they gave us an address to come to they were very friendly and did such a quick job getting us back on the road to head to New York.
This company is great! Had a problem on the side of the interstate on a Friday night of a holiday weekend, of course. Called them and even though they did not have our tire size in stock, promptly came out and put our spare on and got us down the road in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommend. Always faster, more reasonable and professional than AAA for towing. A few months ago waited nearly 2 hours for AAA to help my wife with a battery jump... Turns out you'll be charged more for AAA roadside call than if you call Wayne's Towing. Glad we called Wayne's Towing instead. Fantastic company and our auto insurance co. works with them. Call them FIRST!
Driver showed up 1 hour later than he was supposed to, he was clearly inexperienced and took over an hour to hook my truck up. In addition to tardiness and inexperience, I was charged an additional $75 for femoving my driveline. 4 bolts had to be removed and he tied the driveline to the chassis, after which I was responsible for putting back together. So they charged me to make my truck inoperable. I called up to see if there was any way to exercise discretion and remove the additional charge since I had to get someone else to reattch driveline and was hit with all types of justifi ations for the charge. Criminals taking advantage of people in a bind.
07 w900, took 6 hours to pick it up, had to convince the guy you have to pull the driveshaft before you can tow it. (Would've destroyed the transmission) stripped bolt's on driveshaft, didn't put driveshaft back up, so dealership charged me to put it back. All of this for the low low price of 700 dollars for a 20 mile tow. Still think you want them?

Very reliable, I have used Terrell for both towing and mechanical services. His work is impeccable. He is very professional and kind. He hasn't let e down yet. The first time he towed my vehicle he immediately was able to tell me what was wrong. I have used his services since. He's fixed my alternator, changed my oil, performed my tune up, changed my brakes, and replaced my A/C compressor. He's worked on my 2019 Jeep Compass and my boyfriend's 2008 BMW 328I. The work is outstanding. I recommend his auto and towing services to everyone I know! They're always pleased!

Absolutely terrible service. I called Acura roadside assistance, and they sent this company to help jump-start my car. They first told me they’d arrive in 7 minutes, then 15 minutes when I called again, and after another call they said it would take 60 more minutes. Completely disrespectful and a huge waste of time. I don’t leave reviews too often but I called to get a price on getting my truck towed for the next day. The guy responded very quickly that he couldn’t tow it today or tomorrow and hung up very quickly. Very rude and terrible business ethics. Would not give business to someone like that ever.
