Terry was nice with quick service. He was cheaper than my insurances roadside assistance and provided faster service. He was able to hitch my car up in a few minutes and made a pleasant experience out of getting my car towed. I would highly recommend for quality and reliable service

I am beyond grateful for Roy's help yesterday when my car died and ended up on the side of a busy highway. He could tell that I was in a bad spot and got to me as quickly as possible. He got me safely to a car dealership and didn't leave until he knew I was being taken care of. If I could give Roy 10 stars I would. Use this company!!!
wow where do i begin? long story short i needed to move my beloved 2004 GT i have been building for years. i am very protective of it. a deputy friend recommended R&G towing and im so glad he did. after i called, Roy showed up promptky and proceded to load my car on his flat bed with the utmost care! he cared about it like it was his own! we got it to its destination and there it sits safe and sound! i never knew where to begin calling for a tow truck company. now i do, im calling Roy! thank you Roy!!!!
Called R&G Towing to come assist me when CHAMP couldn’t, I got a blow out on 185N at exit 25, pulled off the highway and was told by champ they couldn’t assist. Roy pulled up about 25 mins after calling and put on my spare and made sure the spare tire had air. It cost $150 out of pocket but, he was helpful and gave me some advice next time I have a flat. I only wish they accepted cards, but he followed me to the next exit to the atm. Thank you again Mr. Roy, I appreciate you…
Had a tire burst on the freeway. Roy arrived in half the ETA, very professional and helpful. Changed my tire in no time.
I had Roy from R&G Towing help me tow my 1961 Corvette earlier this morning. He’s a really good guy—friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. I’ve used him before, and it’s always a smooth, hassle-free experience. He takes care of your car like it’s his own. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again, and I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a tow.

Excellent very professional gentleman and fast. I called him and he showed up and his prices were non to match. I would highly recommend.
I would give him 10 out of 10 stars if I could! Came to my rescue after AAA roadside left me hanging! I have a lowered civic and of course, a flat front tire but he was able to get it up on his truck and get me safely delivered to a place that could fix my tire. Definitely recommend - definitely would use him again !!
Was a quick call, they updated me with their location, and even dropped the vehicle off for me at the auto repair shop!
Iv used this company 2 times to get my car towed from my house to a shop then from that shop to another shop , and T dogs towing really came through for me both time and provided great service. If they say they are going to be there then they mean that. In a time where you don’t have much but you’re word this company can guarantee there’s they sent me pictures soon arrival on both trips and followed requested instructions perfectly they pay attention to detail, I will be using them and recommending them for any future towing needs !! They were also better priced then anyone in the area !!!

They are amazing! From the initial call to the pick up all the way to the drop off they were awesome! I called and they had someone out within 25 minutes. Billy was kind and helpful. I will ALWAYS use them! Thanks Tuffy’s, you have another loyal customer!
Tuffy’s Towing is incredible! They arrived at the scene in just 15 minutes, rescuing me from getting honked at every time the light turned green, after my truck died at an intersection. Their promptness, kindness, and professionalism made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find service like this. Highly recommend Tuffy’s for any towing needs!
Absolute best towing company I’ve ever used. Incredibly pleasant and caring people from dispatch to drop off. Billy, the driver that helped me, is phenomenal. I literally never leave reviews on anything but these guys really were so great that I felt obligated. 10/10
The best towing service in Columbus GA. I was out of town but they picked up my car from my house to the body shop and back. Jacob was the driver. He did a great job by covering the car and parked it at right spot and wanted it.
Instead of putting the truck on reverse or neutral this genius blocked the entire road. He saw me and he had not begun but still did not love his vehicle. Now there are several of us and he moved as slow as possible. Meanwhile I’m just trying to get to the gas station. If I run out of gas I guess it will be on Tuffy’s.

Phillip was excellent with getting our Tesla up out of a blocked parking spot and onto the truck. Great to deal with and he had an amazing personality that made us feel much better about the situation. Thank you for showing up quick and going the extra mile!!
The driver was a nice guy, we had a lot of issues with the car going into neutral ( Mercedes=dead battery), he was very professional! I appreciate his patience with the delivery of this vehicle..
Was in dire need of a towing, contacted the company and they sent Mr.Phillips who came quick and was very nice and professional. I hope all of the companies guys are as nice and generous as him.
Ricky really helped us out on a short notice. Great customer service!
Today I took care of my towing service. Mr. NAYAR is an excellent worker, he served me in a very cordial and kind manner and left my car in my garage. People like him make these companies great. Many congratulations to him, what a great service.

Excellent Five Star Service and Superior Customer Service! The driver arrived in 30 minutes as quoted, was very professional, pleasant, and accommodating. I will definitely be using this company for any future tow needs and would highly recommend to others. Thank you so much !

To add to my wife's review. Went on Wednesday and was told I needed documents. Not a surprise that's all good. I go Thursday then told only take cash. Thats odd. Then I go Friday during the business hours they stated. No one there. Went Saturday, no one there. Went this morning, no one there. Went at lunch, shocker, no one there. Finally get a hold of someone and was told to be there at 330. No one there. Waiting 15 minutes and nothing. So i left, and was told to go back and would be there at 4, shocker again. No one there. Then told go at 430. And finally got the car. After I wasted hours trying to get it back. Having my wife get yelled at by a rude receptionist or whatever her title is that she feels entitled and important enough to talk to people with zero respect. The prices changed every time I talked to someone different. Never had a straight answer and also made to pay cash. If you have your car towed from a parking lot I highly suggest you proceed with caution and record the conversations..the guys there that tow are nice and have dealt with them a handful of times and seem to be a fine towing company in that regard. But goodness, I've never dealt with such a rude, non punctual, thoughtless women in my life. Bless her.
Watkins did an incredible job with my tow. Ryan Burnett was my driver and was amazing! He was professional and friendly. He was incredibly helpful and efficient. He took great care of my vehicle making sure everything was secure during the tow. Ryan was courteous and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I highly recommend Watkins Towing for anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy towing. I received outstanding service!
Dante is an amazing person and did great job towing my car on 6/11/25. He definitely deserves a good raise! Quick, friendly and very professional. Thank you again Dante
My car broke down and I used my AAA membership to contact and send a tow. Of course, without warning, it happened on a holiday weekend here in Savannah, GA, where I just started a new job working for the city. I ended up being set up with Watkins Towing and Recovery and they were terrific. I ended up super-satisfied with AAA and Watkins. First of all, I’ve gotten used to having to wait 3-4 hrs for a couple of previous vehicle mishaps, and was dreading it; but Watkins arrived quickly, hooked me up, and had me towed to my destination all in around 2 hrs. And that was during morning rush hour, to a dealership (Vaden) that’s 20-25 minutes drive away in light traffic. My driver was Sam and he was just very cool all the way around, in a hurry but patient with me, answered all my questions and calmed my worries, and warned me about the high cost of certain mechanics (and he was exactly right). I’d hit him up and will use Watkins against, the next time I’m jammed up with car issue. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
I called another tow company before calling Watkins and they left me on the side of the road for 2 in a half hours !!!!! Ridiculous but Watkins was sooo helpful and the driver Rante Was very communicative, personable, and pleasant. I can honestly say I recommend Watkins 100% Thank you for ending my day on a happy note….. Your Company Rocks in the towing Industry for sure… Again thank you Rante it was a pleasure….

He was a lifesaver for us tonight. Very friendly and sweet. Thank u so much. If u need someone fast he's the one I would call.
Evan is genuine, responsive, and competitive. I had a great experience with his services. He was able to help me out of a sticky situation and isn't bad on the eyes either.
When I say I would give them 10 stars if I could. He was in Savannah, actually called me back, arrived when he said he would, moved my car quickly and the price was great! Top service... highly recommend!
Had the pleasure of doing business with this gentleman, wife hit an animal all the way in Jacksonville FL and he was able to pick it up for us and bring it back to GA. Charged a fraction of what the other competitors were trying to get out of me. Kept communication open every step of the way. One less thing I had to worry about with him being able to retrieve that vehicle. Evan thanks a bunch , My family appreciates your honesty and commitment to people. I will be saving you in my contacts and posting this on Tik Tok as well.
Amazing fast fair priced thanks

I really enjoyed the services of Excellent Towing Services. They are professional, prompt to help, and above all, friendly. Communication with Sam, the head, is so comforting that, for a minute, you’ll forget that you’re in distress. I’ll always use their services whenever I’m in need.
Samuel was dispatched to me for a tire change and I was in one of the most inconvenient places off the interstate. He had to go out of his way to get to me and when he arrived he was very personable and professional. He was able to plug my tire and put it back on instead of putting on the spare which saves me from having to get back to a tire shop right away. He even called later to make sure I made it to my destination ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to call Excellent Towing again. Thank you Samuel!
Samuel was very fast paced and professional. He was very helpful and careful with my car.
This towing business was very professional, proficient, and exceeded beyond expectations to ensure my vehicle was towed. I would highly recommend this business if you need any car services. Again thank you!!
Samuel was very respectable and helpful. He had great communication throughout the job. We totally recommend his buisness.

Wayne was so nice! He showed up no more than 20 minutes after we called him and towed my husband’s truck for a great price! 10/10 will definitely be using him again if I ever need a tow!!
Wayne saved the day by going outside of his local area to assist me. He was very professional and handled my vehicle with utmost care. Would definitely recommend!
Car stalled and ASAP towing was there quick to help me out and bring my car to a repair shop. Wayne was very accommodating and went the extra mile to help me out not only in getting to the right car repair shop but also took the time even in his very busy schedule to make sure I get to place where I can get a ride while my car was in the shop. Highly recommended for speed and extra care shown to me as a customer.
10/10 recommend. I was stranded with muffler issues and needed a tow. The owner was polite and assisted me immediately, while other companies in the area all gave me unreasonable wait times and were dismissive. My day was not so great but the service I received reminded me that good ppl still exist.
Towing services provided went above and beyond our needs. Wait time was under 20 minutes for tow truck to arrive. Cost was affordable and car was handled delicately during the entire process. Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient staff. I would definitely recommend ASAP Lock and Tow as well as use them again, if needed.

Mr. Phillip. I appreciate the care and time you took getting my (lack luster air suspension) Mercedes out of my sloped driveway. I had about 5 other companies to come out over the past two days and no one would touch it. You sir are a gem. You assured me that you could get it with no problem and that's just what you did. You came right in and pick it up and delivered it safely. If I have any need for a tow, I will personally ask for your company. Many many thanks and I will be recommending you for towing. THANKS AGAIN.
Very rude and not very knowledgeable tow truck driver Did not understand simple directions Nearly messed my car up more because he did not know how to listen or how to properly move a vehicle
The towi truck showed up on time. I just had a problem when I called the first time trying to set up the pick up. Some lady was making it more difficult than it needed to be. The second time a guy answered and made happen, TX
Recently, I needed towing service for my car. It was a complicated situation. The electrical components were not working. I have an all wheel drive vehicle and I had applied the emergency brake before my car got it's hiccup. Brian, the tow truck driver, was very nice and pleasant. He assured me he wasn't going to damage my transmission. That assurance and communication settled my nervousness about my car. You should use them for all your vehicle needs. I will definitely use them again. They need 10 stars!
Very well pleased, with the service rendered. The driver was very courtesy, he arrived in a timely manner

Rob was amazing to deal with ended up needing our load moved our trailer to make it safer to travel. Showed up on time and his work and attitude was prefect!!
Just got my car towed with Tim’s: could not have had a better experience! Ryan was my guy, he showed up on time and secured my car quickly. You could tell that Ryan is the consummate professional because he expertly put my car on the truck while simultaneously explaining the trucks capabilities. I was blown away. That truck rocks and so does Ryan! I definitely recommend working with Tim’s to anyone who needs a car towed or any other roadside assistance. In my case, they make the towing experience a breeze. From making the appointment, to billing and payment, to the towing itself, everything was super easy and fast. I could not be more impressed. EXCELLENT.
Well besides the flat tire and my car on side this experience has been amazing. Jarrett has been great host for letting me ride along in his truck. He came on time and towed my car swiftly and we went. All I'm saying is no problem and would highly recommend to friends and family no lie best experience with a towing company. Thanks to Jarrett getting me to my destination and then some.
Benji Rocks! This guy is amazing! He helped us unload some special cargo for FEAR the WALKiNG DEAD! We couldn’t have done it without him! He’s a very CREATIVE thinker!
Thank you so much for your professionalism and quick service in the recovery of my 2002 Chevy Silverado. You were right on time, and you delivered to my specified location in less than an hour. The Driver placed it right where I asked. "GREAT SERVICE "

Shane was amazing. We were passing through the area when my car broke down at 10pm. He was there within 45 minutes of calling and was thorough with communication and his ETA. He also sent pictures of my vehicle dropped off at the dealership.
BEST TOW SERVICE EVER!!!!!! For starters, on Saturday October 15, I contacted Mr Big Tows after calling 2 other companies that stated they were too busy and kept giving me different numbers to call that day. When I finally made the call to Mr Big Tows, he answered and said he'd call me right back because he was busy with a customer at that time. I didn't expect a call back so quickly but within 2 minutes he called me back. I told him my situation and the location of the vehicle and where I needed it taken to and he said yes, it would be no problem without hesitation and even gave me a very reasonable price for the service. He told me it would be a minute before he got to my vehicle because he was already in the middle of moving a vehicle then, but I didn't mind. He kept in contact as often as he could and even gave me his whereabouts to verify he was still gonna move my vehicle and the time he would be there to move it. He arrived exactly at the time he stated. He was very friendly and fast. It was the easiest, fastest and smoothest tow service I've ever received. You'd be a complete fool by not calling Mr Big Tows first. When I say fast, friendly and an affordable service, I mean it. Take my word for it. JUST PURE AWESOME!
I didn't wait too long. Chris made sure my truck was secured and took pics for me. I highly recommend this service to anyone. Thank you Chris! You rock!
They were awesome! Had to tow my car to BWM. They were quick to respond and they informed me with a pic and text that my car arrived there safely! Super friendly! Charles and partner thank you for the great service.
AAA left us stranded with a wait time of over 5 hours, and we called Mr Big Tows and they were to us in 45 mins with a jump for our van. professional and kind, and so helpful. thank you!!

Needed a tow from East Ridge to Jasper, TN because my car broke down. I called a few places and Kay’s had the best deal. They arrived within 30 minutes and took care of us. They did a great job and were very friendly. A great homegrown small business.
Picked us up from Meeks law and towed us. Found us a replacement tire QUICK and made it to pick us up and change the tire. QUALITY AND EFFICIENT WORK!! Also very friendly. If I lived closer I’d trust them with my everyday life work. Not to mention gave my baby 3 popsicle! Thank you all so much! From your Indiana friends!!
I can not say enough good things about this company. We had a shipping crate the size of a car come on a tractor trailer, with no way to unload it. I called Kay’s and asked if they would be able to transfer it from the tractor trailer and unload at our house. When I called I wasn’t sure what day, or even week it was coming, but Scotty said it was fine whenever it came he would take care of it for us. We got a 30 minute notice, but by the time I made it to Kay’s, Scotty was already working to get it onto his tow truck. Superb service, and really goes above and beyond for their customers. Thank you so much for all of your help! We really appreciate it! Definitely recommend this company for all of your needs!
All of my breaks and rotors needed to be replaced. Getting an appointment date was easy. Took care of my car in no time! Owner and entire staff were friendly! I'm not so out of pocket as I thought I'd be. Will continue future services there! Shout out to my Father for finding Kay for me!
Y'all, I want to give a YUGE shout-out and THANK YOU to Kay's Towing & Recovery!! I don't do this often, as I've had mostly crooked guys trying to scam us and lie when we've needed services. These guys waited patiently for a week while I got my moving affairs in order. Within two hours of my call on a SUNDAY, they were at my house and hooking up my shed! I'm blown away at their professionalism, their skills and customer satisfaction! They were fair and reasonable in their prices and I didn't even have to empty my shed, just needed the boxes from the loft set down to the floor! Nothing was even shifted! They maneuvered my shed with precision and it was set down gently. Please consider using them for your towing/moving needs! Thank you so much!!

Thank you, Tony, for your outstanding assistance!
Got my tow in a matter of minutes, the guy that helped me was pretty chill, and helped get my car to where i asked him to put it in a fairly tight location.
Kevin ,the tow truck driver was very professional .He placed my car in the perfect spot and rolled my window up. All tow truck drivers should be like Kevin. Will recommend Griffin and Griffin to everyone.

Jason Beasley is great! Professional, kind, and he did what he said he was going to do. I'll recommend him to anyone. He was a blessing for me today. Thank you Jason.
Very reasonable prices and considerate. Anytime I seen a tow I’ll be calling him! Beats any price in town!
They made everything do easy. I needed to tow my vehicle from my home to the mechanic shop. They knew exactly where to go, and what to do. Just so pleased with their service. They even gave me a call when they dropped off my car to the mechanic to let me know! First time using them and I will use them again if the need arises!!! I recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Excellent from start to finish!!! Thank you so very much!! Rose Shaffer

Watkins towing is hands down the best. They were professional and responsive when my son got into a wreck . So compassionate and kind . Only company we will use.
Would definitely use them again. Estimate was great, and they came within the hour! Tow truck driver was friendly and efficient!
The lady I initially spoke with quoted me about an hour for the tow truck and 30 minutes later, my car was loaded up and on its way. Pricing is reasonable. But what really impressed me the most, more than anything, was their professionalism. I'll never use any other towing company after the stress-free experience I just had.
Watkins Towing was right on time. I didn’t have to wait long. And they got the job done. Took really good care of my vehicle. Highly recommend them.!
Donnie was a great help. Great communication. Towed my 2011 BMW (POS) to the house and it was smooth sailing. Great man and great at his job. Thanks Watkins Towing!

I had a flat and no spare Jose was very thoughtful to find a place near to purchase the tire and put in on. I felt at ease. I was vacationing with my family and he made the process smooth ant trauma free. 10 out of 10 will recommend. Thanks Jose for being a professional!
I really appreciated the towing service from Mr. Mike. He call and said he will be there in 45 minutes and was their on time. Pick my car up and drop it off fast A real professional I give his service a 10 out of 10 and I recommend to yall and for me to use him again
The tow driver was polite patient responsive. Everything you would want from someone who was taking care of towing my car. Highly recommend.
I want to say that even though this was Father's Day and it took a while to get to me, the driver who came out was awesome. He was professional, he was personalable, and he showed me how to get a truck on and off the bed when it's stuck with a parking brake on. He's a consummate professional and I'd call him again in a heart beat! Thank you!!
Honda Accord from Kroger Thank you. Mike came and did his thing, and I appreciate it and him!! The way he was whipping that truck was pretty impressive!!! If I ever need towing again, I will definitely use y’all again!!

I had the opportunity to use Veterans Towing today as my car was stuck across town. I needed the car to be brought to my home so I could diagnose and repair the issue. I called to request a quote, and the price seemed fair, so I booked the pick for today. I was told there were two scheduled ahead of me. About 1 hour and 30 minutes after I called, I received a call from the driver advising that he was on his way to get my car and less than an hour later he was at my house with the vehicle. Very please with the service and the driver was outstanding. Will definitely use again in the future if the need arises
always find out the cost of work before they are carried out. make a video recording of the state of your car before the transfer. useful to you in court. and you will definitely be there. be careful with them. they are not who they say they are.
Always polite and professional. Used them for my last several tows and will likely use them exclusively unless I move far away
Quick and very responsive and respectful
Early morning breakdown on the way to work and Veterans Towing was there for us. They came sooner than expected and were knowledgeable, helpful, patient and professional. Car was safely put on the truck and taken off safely at the garage. Handled with care and we were treated with kindness and respect. Would definitely recommend them. I will use them again and we are proud to support a Veteran owned business.

I LOVE JASPER TOWING. I have been towed twice in my life and the first time scarred me so I was so scared to go to pick up my car. They were so kind and understanding and made me feel at ease in a bad situation. If I ever get towed again, I hope it’s here!
service was so fast and great!! Treated me and my car with amazing car! WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE S/O REAL hpp ❤️❤️❤️
There is a reason this company has such a high rating. The owners goes above and beyond. Super friendly, HONEST, responsible, and respectful! Chris and his wife have been more helpful to us than I can explain. We are strangers to them and they have gone out of their way multiple times to help us! Truly some of the most honest and nicest people!!
Chris was so unbelievably helpful and kind with my stolen moped issues. He was very informative and obviously understands his trade. I appreciate his help and thoughtfulness.

Thanks for a terrific price and top rate service. I have never had to do more than make 1 phone call and the job is done. Highly recommend!
This is by far my best ever experience with a towing company..very informative, very Professional. They answered all my questions and helped me through a tough situation..I will only be recommending Griffin towing to anyone that needs the service from this point on...
1 call good price paid for my services over the phone, driver was on time delivery went perfect..
Out of all the many tow companies I contacted to tow my truck to a mechanic that could actually do the work I needed, Griffin Empire Towing had the best rate and was available to tow it that day! Thank you so much for your help in my time of need. And thank you Tamara for communicating clearly with me about how they could assist. She was easy to talk to and very kind and professional!
Great towing service came to me in 15 mins and the price was very cheap compaired to other tow companies

Highly Recommend this company !! I reached out to Chris last minute for a tow and within less than an hour he had the vehicle towed delivered with impeccable communication , updates , and pictures the entire process start to finish . My go to company for towing moving forward !
Rick btw really did a great job I really appreciate it

I would recommend them to my friends, very fast and professional, definitely knew what they were doing.
Car was towed and these guys really help me and my husband get the car out. They even applied a discount. The service with them was amazing. I feel if you act nasty with them they will do the same in return lucky for us it was nothing but love .
Had called for aState Farm Customer who had broke down in Savannah,ga. Was very prompt and professional- so kind to them and got their car running. Was an excellent experience—recommend them highly!! Thank you for a good experience for a couple who was a little frustrated on a very Hot day in Savannah!!
Do not call them, they have horrible service! After an accident, I waited for an hour and a half and they never came. After calling multiple times to ask why a truck had not come yet, I was not only blamed for my wait but also told the truck had “broke.” While Im understanding of a truck breaking, what infuriates me is they never had the courtesy to call me back during any of my wait to tell me they wouldnt be able to get me!! I guess their plan was just to leave me stranded without calling to tell me to find other arrangments. Terrible customer service and empathy!
Matt at Savannah Towing and Recovery did an amazing job. I was not able to be there and give them an detail instruction but there were still able to find my place very quickly and parked the car at the perfect spot I wanted. Thank you Matt and your company.

Great people who work here and very friendly and nice
I was traveling from out of state on a holiday weekend when I struck from behind by another car and pushed into the car in front of me. Despite the holiday and late hour, the tow driver carefully took my car to the the tow lot and waited until I could get there to get my things. He helped my get my things as well. After getting home, I realized I left a few items, Annalise with Chastain's went out of her way to ship those items to me. In a stressful situation out of state, their kindness and helpfulness meant so much. I truly appreciate them!
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL TRY TO SCAM YOU TO GET MORE FEES FROM YOU IF YOU AGREE TO HAVE THEM DO ANY WORK THEY WON'T EVEN WARRANTY YOUR CAR TO DRIVE OFF THERE RACK AND WILL STILL CHARGE YOU FOR FAILED WORK
Very fast response. Professionally handled difficult tow that other carriers would have messed up on. My vehicle is lowered and they were able to load and unload without a scratch. Chastain's towing is the only company in the Augusta, GA area that will touch any of my vehicles for now on.
Impeccable service! Wonderful customer service (this is a must for me) and handles vehicles with care. Dependable. Arrived at the service location on time (actually ahead of time) as discussed and safely towed my vehicle to another location. I recommend them highly! Pricing was comparable with today's inflation and market. Don't hesitate to call THEM NOW!

Highly recommend, tire side wall blew out at 130am and they would have been there in less than 30 if not for a slight issue, not their fault, gps being weird. But they were communicating with me the entire time, and once on scene made quick work of my issue and were kind on the phone. 5 stars not enough
These are the best people to get you fixed up if you need roadside assistance!! I had a blowout on my fifth wheel RV and these guys were dispatched by Forest River to replace that tire. They got it done and I was about to be on my way when I noticed a tire on the opposite side had a bulge in it. I called these guys back and they went well above and beyond to find and replace the second tire for my family! This was like an impossible task to complete on a Sunday afternoon when everyone else was closed. Thank you to Tilson and your team( sorry if I misspelled your name)!! I would not have gotten back on the road the same day without you all!!
Amazing customer service, They were prompt and made me feel so safe and reassured while i was broken down on the side of the road with my little babies! I love that its a black owned business as well 🙃😌
These guys are absolutely fantastic!! We called them at 1am as we had a broken valve stem they gave us an address to come to they were very friendly and did such a quick job getting us back on the road to head to New York.
I can’t say enough good things about the professionalism, quickness, and overall smooth transaction. I was driving from NC to FL when my tire valve was cut and air was coming from my tire. So here I am stuck at a gas station in a city in Georgia that I never knew existed, and more than 30 mins from Safeway towing. My situation was unique because it wasn’t a blown tire, they had to actually replace a part on my car. Not only was he able to help me at 3am, this company was extremely fast, very professional and safe. I can’t say enough good things about you guys. You all are true angels sent out helping people no matter what is wrong with your car. This company deserves to be nationally l owned and I wish nothing but success for you all. From my family and myself, thank you so much for your service and god bless. I 10000000% recommend this service to every single person.

Broke down in Grovetown yesterday on the way to church AAA had difficulty finding available towing We waited about 2 1/2 hours for assistance I finally called Waynes They were there in less than hour! I was so impressed by the driver Manny Professional and courteous. Today the car had to be towed to dealer. With no hesitation I called Waynes Again quick service. The driver LJ was professional polite and like Manny took care of my car. I highly recommend Waynes! They are available 24/7 It was a good positive experience!!!
Having Wayne's Towing available in our community is such a blessing. When you are broken down there is nothing better than calling Wayne's and having competent and courteous staff to help you in a crisis. They have always treated me very well and such a professional manner. Keep doing a great job.
My granddaughter had a tire blowout & was stranded on the side of the road. I called Wayne's at the recommendation of our car service center. Their driver got there in about 15 min and was able to put her spare "donut" tire on. She said he was extremely nice and polite and made her feel safe. The price was reasonable so we are pleased overall and would use them again.
Said to make appointments for weekends, but don't answer the phone🤦🏻♀️
Stuck a tractor on a Saturday. They were on the scene within 1 hour and had me back on solid ground in no time. Thanks Billy!!

What can I say? This is a female owned business, with a hard working owner who doesn't mind getting her hands dirty! She's a professional that keeps business, business! Honesty and Integrity go a long way with this company! Great job, Christina
Horrible most disrespectful place I’ve ever dealt with Rude all the guy I was dealing with would say is I’m ready to quit this place. They assume the worst thinking your not going to pay your bill. If you have my $7k welding machine I’m paying to get it back. My opinion don’t go here so if your a rig welder or have any machine you want worked on go somewhere else

Terrible. I do NOT recommend. They are very disrespectful and they obviously don’t know how to run a business. Please don't book with them.
Contact was made via A.A.A. ,the wait was short and the service agent that arrived for the service(flat tire) was helpful and very professional and had the vehicle ready to go within 30 minutes . The tire was repaired at the point of purchase/ no charge .
Truck 401 was amazing in getting to my broken down car in time as well as friendly service the whole experience. Hopefully won’t have to get towed again but if I do definitely calling these guys!
The sweetest gentlemen helped me in my time of need!! So appreciative of Ralph’s help and knowledge to not strip my lug nuts. Another gentlemen from the same company came out to tow my car to the shop but I didn’t get his name. Cannot recommend them enough!
The worse experience. I needed a tow on 26th from Columbus to Newnan. Spoke with Justin and he told m that they are very busy and will get to the car next morning at 9am and to leave the keys in the car. I did exactly that. I followed up the next day around 5pm and no one had touched the car as it was still sitting in a parking lot with the keys being inside the car. Justin assured me that they will definitely get to it on 27th and now it’s the next day and No one had gotten to my car. I just spoke with the shop to find out they canceled my tow….? Wait what?? You promised me the car with be towed from last 2 days and all of sudden; you canceled it. I don’t know how they conduct business this way. They are in huge liability if my car is stolen. Worse way to operate. The owner should either don’t take work orders or do the job they got paid for.
