Came out of work to a flat tire and Chat and Luis were amazing- I dealt with Luis on the phone and he was very communicative and prompt and once Chat took over to change my tire he kept me updated the whole way. He even checked my other tires and pressure. 10/10 experience I can’t recommend them enough.

A great big "Thank You!" you to Go&Go Towing and Transport helping me last night. My insurance company wouldn't cover the tow and I was left to find my own help. I called around and other companies quoted me 3+ hours. Go&Go had a driver to me in roughly 30 minutes! The driver was very nice and answered all my questions. Highly recommend them.
Raul was so nice and made us feel at ease . He made it seem so easy getting our RV out of the dirt road desert 🌵. We were stuck out there for two days and no one wanted to do the drive but he did. Is was just over an hour . He was wonderful

George stands out for his excellent communication, friendly attitude, extensive knowledge, and impressive skill in towing and transport. In my case, he helped move a 5th wheel RV with a hitch that didn’t lift high enough for a standard setup. George came prepared with a custom hitch solution on his truck and was able to get everything hooked up quickly and efficiently. I’ll definitely be using Go-Go Towing again and I’ll be asking for George by name. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Hugo really helped us out in a Jam! He was the only service that was opened on a Sunday, and he was a pleasure to correspond with-especially under very concerning and worrisome circumstances. Despite the location and tricky access, he did not hesitate in wanting to help us. My son’s motorcycle was stuck at Red Rock. The pricing was more than reasonable and the service was much beyond expectations! For honesty, reliability, and transparency, this company is a direct go-to!!! I had a car that wouldn't start and wasn't taking a jump. Called Minuteman to have it towed to a shop and they managed to get it jumped and started so I could drive myself to the shop to figure out what was going on. Saved me the cost of a tow and still made sure I made it safely to the shop. ("You call me if you break down on the way, but you also call me when you get there safely, okay?") This is the tow company I'd call of my baby sister was stranded on the side of the road and I needed to send someone who would make sure she was treated respectfully and taken home safely. There is nothing but kindness and knowledge with this guy. Can't recommend them enough!
Very quick service, very nice as well. And good conversation. Gave the wife and I a ride to the mechanic and to our home. We forgot our house key but he was nice enough to take us back to the mechanic to get key and then back home again! Highly recommended. I had made an appointment to tow my vehicle to Fallon, so they scheduled for it to be picked up the following morning, at 9am. 9am the next day rolled around and there they were prompt and quick. Robert was professional and very easy-going. I will definitely use Cal-Nevada for any vehicle service in the future. Price wasn't unreasonable either! 5 stars!

I know towing companies are busy so they did run a little late but otherwise Carlos was awesome and great attitude. I used Cal-Nevada before and haven't had a bad experience with them. They deal with alot of safety issues during loading and unloading from drivers not paying attention, I consider those people just as needed as any other emergency agencies. The tow driver told us he would be there in 30 minutes and he was not there for and hour and 30 minutes. Then when we told him where we wanted our car towed he suggested a different place and told us it was highly recommended. The place he took our car has numerous bad reviews for ripping people off and an F rating at the BBB. There is no way the driver didn't know that. He recommended a shop knowing we had no choice but to leave the car after he dropped it off!
I had a blowout on my tire while driving south on the I-580, definitely not how I planned to spend my day. I called roadside assistance, and they dispatched Rob and Adam from All Points Towing. Let me just say, these two were absolutely amazing. Not only did they arrive incredibly fast, but they were both professional, friendly, and efficient. They immediately made me feel at ease during a stressful situation and had me back on track in no time. You can tell they really care about helping people and doing their job well. If you ever find yourself in a tough spot around Reno, I highly recommend All Points Towing, especially if you’re lucky enough to get Rob and Adam. Total pros!
I was having one of those Mondays where everything seemed to go wrong, and then my car wouldn’t start on top of it all. I was stressed and upset, but Mia, the dispatcher, was so kind and patient. She immediately helped calm me down and sent Brandon Jones to assist. Brandon quickly figured out it was just a battery issue (he even guessed it before turning the car on!) and handled everything with confidence and professionalism. Both Mia and Brandon kept such a calm, reassuring demeanor, which made a huge difference in the middle of a very rough day. Thank you both so much! Car broke down at 4 pm on 215. Called Avila towing they immediately answered and said they will be there in 25 minutes. He arrived in exactly 25 minutes. 215 was really heavy with traffic so he helped me safely enter his truck so I didn't get hit. On top of all that it was a great reasonable price. If you need towing this is the company you need to call.

Priority Towing offers OUTSTANDING kindness and service!!! Our vehicle broke down late at night and was towed to an auto repair by our insurance company. Upon learning the repair was more than the vehicle was worth I went looking for a tow company to bring the vehicle to our home to avoid the $50/day "storage" fee charged by the auto repair location. I dialed around and finally reached Priority Towing LLC who quoted me the most reasonable tow price and who immediately headed to get my vehicle. Jonathan, the tow truck driver, allowed me to communicate via text for pickup and drop off location which was super convenient, and everything was done within 60 minutes! He even sent me a pic of my car where he dropped it off. I hope I don't need a tow again, but if I do, Priority Towing is saved in my cell phone and will be my first call!
After a car theft attempt, I needed my car to be towed to a shop. That's when Jonathan stepped in. The first shop rejected my car and we went to a second shop that accepted my car. HORRIBLE SERVICE! Customer service rep quoted me a reasonable price, so I agreed to the tow. Two and a half hours later I finally get a call from the tower and he tells me a different price but much higher than before. I called the rep back and she admitted that she gave me the wrong quote and that she couldn't help me with the original quote. Awesome! Needed a 4,000 lbs laser cutter transported; very delicate piece of machinery. Chris showed up early, helped with everything I needed to prep the machine for transport, and helped me get it safely into my garage at home. Punctual, professional, and personable. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a towing company! I placed a service request through my insurance app and Angie called in less than 10 minutes to confirm she was approximately 5 minutes away. When she arrived we discovered that the angle my car was parked in was going to be challenging to load on the bed of the truck…but she managed to not only get it out of a what seemed like an impossible spot but she did it in under 10 minutes and with zero complications (did I mention she even beat us to the drop off location by several minutes?)! I don’t typically leave reviews often but between the dispatcher and Angie’s customer service skills…I felt compelled to get the good word out there! Amazing company. Extremely friendly dispatch officer, and an Amazing Tow Truck Driver. They gave me a quote for towing my car approximately 15 miles and what they quoted me was exactly what I paid. The driver even helped push my car out of the parking space so h could hook it up and when we got to my house he was able to place my car right in my driveway as I requested. He came and rescued me at 10:00 pm out in the middle of nowhere. He was there within an hour, was polite and professional. After getting me out of the ditch he followed me to make sure my car was ok. I would definitely use them again if I need help.
I made multiple and repeated calls and never got an answer. This was not because of high volume.

This company came to tow my car and drop it off at the tire shop less than 1 mike away from my location. They asked for $65 over the phone with $5 charge for a card transaction. Then the towing person ends up charged me $75 and I expressed my concern. I let it go. Then I go and check my bank account and they charged me $80. Do not use them. Definitely not trustworthy.

My nephew called from Las Vegas because he had a flat tire, no spare and needed a tow. Plus he was out of gas. And to top it off road no way to pay. He had called Around The Clock Towing, so I had them call me. Rigoberto and I worked together to make sure their driver got to my nephew's location. I also asked Rigoberto if they could get him some gas. Rogoberto called the driver and him stop to put gas in my nephew's car. They then proceeded to the tire store. Oh! I forgot to mention, I'm 2500 miles away. Riogberto and Around The Clock Towing were very easy to work with. Rigoberto kept me informed every step of the way giving me much needed peace of mind. The whole process was handled promptly and professionally. If you need a tow, you cannot go wrong with Around The Clock Towing and Rigoberto.

I had such a fantastic experience with Royalty Towing, on a late Friday afternoon (traffic rush) with 117 degree outside in the heart of downtown . They came exactly on time by communication with phone and texting (with GPS coordinates). My car was T-boned and the back air suspension was deflated, Miguel (attendant) took every precaution to lift and elevated with 3 ramps to avoid scratching the back of my car. I was really impressed. Even the following day Eddie from Royalty Towing has extended a communication line to the body shop and assured to me that my car is stored in a safe place and be brought to the body shop after Labor Day. On 1-17-2025 At approximately 4:00 pm my car was Stolen by Victory towing from my apartment complex which Is contracted by the Tow Guys .. They Had no right to take my car 🚘. I left to go film 🎥 at approximately 9:15 pm and noticed my car was gone. Staying calm but stressed out I contacted The Tow Guys and their Dispatch Mena let me know Victory Towing took my car. I contacted Victory Towing immediately speaking with “Erica” Erica explained that my car was taken by mistake and said they would return it free of charge. But why would I be charged in the first place for their mistake and also they had no business on my apartment complex property. She also said that they were waiting for the owner to call so they could return the car ? Why wouldn’t they just bring my car back knowing it was a mistake. The had my car for 6 hours. Bringing my car back at 11:30pm 1-17-2025 I asked for an incident report to be immediately emailed nothing until 1-18 -25 which I had to ask for again. I was sent an invoice 🧾 which showed the wrong address towed, also charges that aren’t relevant and stating 0.00 like they did me a favor. Saying reason why it was towed. Point blank they had no right to tow a vehicle that wasn’t on their contracted property and didn’t have consent to do so. I missed out on filming and got emotional stress even though I tried to stay calm I couldn’t even stop shaking. I’m appalled and distraught I will be pressing charges contacting the Local News, A Lawyer and I already contacted NTSA
I had the most awful experience with this company. Saturday morning I woke to find my car was not where I had parked it. Come to find it had been towed away by this company and it cost me $445.69 to get my car back!! It was 12 miles away. I want to know why it was towed when it was parked in a gated community? I intend taking this matter to the ombudsman
Our car was towed from the parking lot of the house we rented. We came here by Uber to pick up the car and paid the fine. Now we've been waiting for the door to open for 25 minutes. The key to the parking spot isn't in the office, but in someone else's possession?
It’s unfortunate that I have to post this, but I feel it’s important to warn others. This company extorts people out of money. My vehicle was parked in my own driveway, yet the driver claimed I had to be “50% on top of the driveway” to avoid towing. When I questioned him, he flatly said he didn’t care whether that was true or not. I was coerced into paying $200 on the spot, or else he threatened to tow my car and charge $400. That is extortion. My neighbors came out to help de-escalate, but instead of acting professionally, the driver became aggressive and even attempted to fight my neighbor. This was not just unprofessional — it was threatening, intimidating, and unlawful behavior. No one in a safe community should have to experience this kind of harassment. If this is who Las Vegas allows to operate, it’s deeply concerning. Hiring people who act like criminals reflects poorly on the city and HOA. We need to file complaints with BBB. This needs to stop.
Horrible experience, I had parked in front of my clients garage door hazard lights on since I was doing a pickup for my client. As we're gathering a few items, my client tells me "someone is stealing your car!" and she runs downstairs. This man gets in my clients face then starts pretending that he has been injured when he got in my client's face. This genius did not realize that I spoke Spanish, as he tells someone that he's speaking with over his headset "estaba pescando" (I was fishing) $400+ they charged to get my car back. While we waited for Metro, a neighbor told us that this same sad little man towed his car out of his garage and damaged his driveway because the vehicle "looked unatended" These people are the parasites.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We had them tow a vehicle from about 100 miles out of town. The original quote from one of their drivers was $6 per mile. The driver that ended up doing the pickup, then invoiced me a total of $6,300. I called the owner Leo and he proceeded to tell me that tow companies aren’t scared of anyone and if we don’t pay that cost they keep our property. What originally seemed to be a handshake deal ended up being a shake down. We had to pay their cost($27 per mile) to get them to give us our property back and are going to be having our attorney contact them to sue under a number of circumstances, no signed agreement, documentation, invoices. They essentially told us a number, picked up our property, and held it for ransom.
So rude and unprofessional. Tried to book a job with them on 09/03 but he wouldn’t listen to instead just talked over me and then abruptly hung up. Stupid thing is he hung up on me when I was asking if he’d wait for me to conference call my boss to pay for the tow. I don’t understand how you can have a business that requires you to be pleasant because people are paying you for a service but rather you’re impatient and rude. But I came out on top in the end because we didn’t end up paying for their shitty customer service.
Leo was the guy who towed me and he was here on time with great customer service. My shifter cable broke so we had to manualy put the car in nuetral and leo went under there and did it easy.

I was given a price of $110 to unlock and jump my vehicle. The driver showed up and told me there was an additional $85 charge over what I was quoted. I would definitely suggest anyplace else. I was quoted $95 by another roadside service company. They did it for $95 without the hidden extra charge
They were very professional and courteous. I called the day before to schedule a tow to my mechanic in the morning and they were able to schedule it easily. They told me the cost up front and explained how to pay them (if your insurance doesn’t cover, they accept cash or zelle). No hidden fees when it came time to pay, I paid exactly what they told me before. The tow truck driver got here right on time as scheduled and he gave me clear instructions and got my car hitched up quickly. I rode along to my mechanic and they dropped my car off safely. Excellent service! I recommend.

I was told an estimate for a 44 mile tow and once we got to the destination, the price had changed $250.00 more for no reason. Also they did not replace the drive shaft that they removed for towing. (Something they should do if they want to charge more money).

Omg. Anthony’s Towing saved me and my sister tonight! My sister’s car battery died while she was at work, 30 minutes across town. I drove over to wait with her since it’s 115 degrees in Vegas and we could drive back in my car. Progressive called their towing, Phenomally (awful) Towing. They had us stranded, waiting for 6 hours after repeatedly lying to us about ETA’s. Sometimes their phone would even go to straight to voicemail. What else do you expect from a company that a reviewer wrote that the towing man said “f*** you” to him. 🙄 My sister looked up Anthony’s Towing, first ring answered boom, and he’ll be to us in 2 hours tops. 🚀 He was there in an hour and some change. He got my sister’s car jumped and we were off. THANK YOU for saving the day. We are exhausted, backs all hurt and sweaty having to sit there for 6 hours and you were a welcome relief. Finally, good customer service.

Worst service ever. We broke down on 93 and needed tow to Henderson. BMW Roadside Assistance sent them a service ticket. Supposed to arrive in 90 minutes. 120 minutes later I call them. Their response was that they just received the request. Then it was “they said you were home”. Waste of time and no consideration that we are on the side of the road for 2 hours in the heat of summer.
Broke down on the side of the road on a Sunday, called Anthony's towing and they came right away; towed my dully to safety with no hiccups. The operator was Frankie he was nice and smooth

Facility was clean and well organized. The personnel I dealt with were pleasant and professional. Loading was accurate but just a bit slow but acceptable considering some of the facilities I have visited.
These guys set my fiberglass pool yesterday and they were so professional and efficient and provided excellent service.

Unbelievably unhelpful, resist giving you any information, purposely omit requirements needed to retrieve your car (each time we went another requirements was added on), car was damaged and all contents stolen, and when we finally got the car out they tried to keep the license plate! The front counter employees bitc#ed and moaned when the customer service manager called them and told them to search for the plate. She actually had to call the front counter twice (while we were standing there) until they "found" it. Incredibly unprofessional bordering on illegal.
It took over 5hrs for my vehicle to arrive at the yard! The workers refused to tell me it was delayed until I showed up and still had to wait over 2hrs!! Plus charged full price when a guy stole his car out of the yard and came back to pay and then gave him a discount and didn’t arrest him!
Do not use this company. Towed my rental. All good apparently I parked where I shouldn’t have. I called and called and they told me several times “like we keep telling you we don’t have it. Had to file a stolen vehicle report with police. Went to car rental place to track it. Guess where it tracked. Yep at their lot. Then all of a sudden oh we do have it. No compensation for all my wasted time. Do yourself a favor and use a different company.
Call these folks! Dispatch was very nice even tho I was stressed. They arrived in under an hour. Driver #286 was very pleasant. Truck interior was clean. I hated needing a tow but I'm glad it was these guys AND it was affordable!
Towed my car despite constant calls and mismanagement of my apartment complex. 8/21/25 - My car's information seems to have been sold by this company. I'm getting warranty letters from random companies...

I got a punctured tire while driving near the University and I pulled into a parking garage when my tire light came on. Regrettably, this posed a much larger issue by parking here since it prohibited nearly every company from being able to enter due to low clearance. I was completely distraught. In a city I don't know, my husband not with me, and no idea what to do...enter Milne. My husband got referrals to them from several other tow companies and while I did have a long (3.5 hour wait) their dispatch team was so kind, caring and aware of my emotional distress. When I called for an ETA, I thought she said (Tammy?) was so gentle and empathic. I got a call from my driver Dylan who was so compassionate and so reassuring that he would be there to help me. I felt instant relief upon seeing him, Dylan was a pro - he had me hooked and out in less than15 minutes and he gave me warm conversation that let me breathe for the first time in hours. All of this to say - it was worth every penny. Thank you,Milne. Sincerely, thank you.
Had an extremely positive experience with Milne when our beloved Essie (Model 3) came down with a flat. Our driver, Wade, was extremely pleasant to work with and very knowledgeable about the unique challenges of a towing a Tesla. He's a real car guy, and I had total trust in his professionalism and care for our vehicle. On top of that, he was a really nice person, and we had a good ride together filled with pleasant small talk. He even went above and beyond to drop us at home, which was a few blocks from our towing location. Towing isn't fun, but I would definitely trust Milne going forward based on this interaction.
Dezzy (sp?) Was incredibly kind, caring, and compassionate! She was very thorough and definitely does her job womderfully! I definitely would recommend milne towing just from the experience of having her help me! Thank you Dezzy! (Hopefully that is the correct spelling!)

Waited for 3 hours I was told it would be an hour wait, called back after the first hour was told a driver was on his way and would be to me within the hour, spoke to dispatch again and was told the driver was down the street I wait another 20 call dispatch. If this is how they get down I absolutely don’t recommend this business I wish I could give them 0 stars.
I had a flat today, I called this company before reading the reviews… first mistake. They told us they would have a truck out in an hour so we took them up on this offer second mistake… we waited two hours expecting a truck to come driving down the interstate. We end up calling them they said they had an issue with the last person so they are on their way so we wait some more. All the sudden 4 hours pass. We are still stranded so we give them another call they said the driver would be arriving in about 20 mins. That 5th hour has passed. We try to call them no answer. Called about 5-6 times each no response so we came to conclusion that there was no truck coming. We began to read the reviews and of course everything that had happened to us happened to others! Please read this review. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY! FAKE COMPANY‼️‼️ ZERO STARS
What a joke.... the guy drives over 3 hours. Should of been 1 hours 45 minutes. ( well when your charging $175 / hr, why rush and you got someone on the hook.) Worse part is driver does NOT bring proper tools to hook the truck on his tow truck.... Then he stated it will be higher what.I was initially quoted. *** BEWARE of these CLOWNS !!!! ***
Called for a tow as it was the closest one based to where I was. Had broken down in the middle of nowhere on 160 coming back to vegas from Pahrump. Dead in the water. Won't start.. Was told 60-90 mins. 2 hours later, no truck. Tried to call twice for an eta, sent to voicemail both times. 2.5 hours after call. No answer. No truck. Almost 3 hours later now still no truck. Gave up and called another company. Still sitting on the side of the road as I write this. The fact that these people would leave someone on the side on the road stranded in JULY in the middle of nowhere for hours with NO answers to communication or callback ETA tells me all I need to know about these clowns. Save yourself the trouble and call a trustworthy business. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THEM!!!!
I called him to tow a 65 GTO Convt. He showed up with a fork lift truck instead of a flatbed. His response, "they didn't have flat beds in 1965." (They did) It's fine if you don't have flatbed trucks. But you should know better then to think anyone would want THAT car on anything other than a flatbed. I even said on the phone, "I'll need a flatbed." Just hate people wasting my time.

I received a letter in the mail called D & S Tow and spoke to Nichole about the letter I received and she was very helpful with a great tone and demeanor and great professionalism and a pleasure to talk to with very good people person skills she provided me with an email so I can send my document. I emailed them and got a response back right away. D & S Tow your great for having such great people. Thank you!
These guys are great! Bad weather day and they were still highly responsive. Michael Mattson took excellent care of my truck and got it delivered right where I needed it. Super nice and very professional. And all for a reasonable price! Highly recommend.
Recently had my son’s car towed/impounded. D&S towed our vehicle. For how sour our situation was. They were professional and very polite. I’ll actually use them in the future seeing how it was a great experience for a bad situation.
Blown away by the work ethic and professionalism. Called on a Sunday and was able to get all my random questions answered. As single women it can be overwhelming dealing with things like this. They were honest and upfront with cost that allowed me to feel safe. I had my wallet in the car with $500 in cash. I was already in the mind set the money would be gone but when I went to pick my items out of the car. I found it!! I was so grateful for everything. Thank you D&S for your services and support during this chapter.
Tow drivers lack experience to assist in a proper manner. Managers refuse to return calls or emails once damage has occurred. Save the hassle and either figure out your situation on your own or go with a different tow service. * Been over a year, scratches all over my vehicle still thanks to them and now rust in those spots. No calls from them or email even after I spoke to a manager and gave him the information. Glad they disregard customer complaints. Sorry my vehicle isn't brand new and didn't deserve the care like someone elses
