Got my car towed today from my apartments in the east to a repair shop downtown. He gave me the best price for the distance and the amount of work it took to tow my car. He didn't take long for pick up and was very communicative throughout the process.
All around great great guy I will definitely be using him again
I called Baby Kailyn Service at 7am on a Sunday and explained I needed my car towed to Repair Shop by 8:30am. They not only accommodated my time schedule, the driver remained with my car until serviceman checked in and secured my vehicle. Professional service and affordable prices.
Fast and Prompt service I called Kaitlyn Towing to tow my car and in less than an hour they were there to pick up the vehicle it's crazy because I called several other tow companies and the wait times were ridiculous to say the least I needed my vehicle to be towed ASAP because the city of New Orleans was going to tow it which would have cost me more time money and headaches good thing that Kaitlyn Towing showed up and came through for me
Thank you for the amazing customer service and being so quick to arrive. I will definitely use this company again. I highly recommend that others use them as well.

TJ was super helpful. Needed my car towed to the mechanic when I was out of town. He picked it up and dropped it off hassle free and communicated thruout the process. Would highly recommend his services, honest, fast and reliable.
Service was quick and safe! TJ Towing was here in a flash and the driver was courteous and professional!
Absolutely fabulous service. Fast too. I had him tow my mom home after her car broke down. He told me she was in good hands and she was!
I found TJ by a Google search. He was quick to respond, and was available right away to pick my truck up for me. 10/10 will definitely be using his services in the future if I ever need a tow.
My tow guy retired and gave me TJ’s number.. T.J came through promptly with a smile and great communication.. handled everything professionally and for a fair price.. Recommended by other tow companies and definitely by myself..

Wonderful service, Sam was quick and helpful. Def recommend!
This towing service was very fast and efficient, i didn’t wait long at all and Sam got my car hooked up and on the way to the auto shop in no time.
Awesome job. Quick service and very nice. I will be calling again if needed
Great service, very quick turnaround time. Excellent price
from start to finish, this was a very efficient and pleasant experience. when i called for the tow, i was told the driver would arrive in 20 minutes and it actually was 20 minutes. i have a great appreciation for that, as although i was at my home, if you're by the side of the road, you want the time to be accurate. the tow driver was pleasant and professional and got my car loaded up quickly. when he arrived at the destination (i did not accompany the vehicle) he sent pictures of the vehicle from multiple angles as verification of delivery. this is not something i have experienced before and i am delighted he did this, as it takes any question out of when i should call the mechanic while also providing peace of mind. can't say enough good about Abod's, they came through when i needed them.

Picked me up fast. After talking with the driver he offered to take me to the shop for the same price instead of going to my house. Fast, affordable, safe. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
My vehicle would not start in the parking lot of a grocery store. I found this company online and they told me they would be there within 15 minutes. Abraham arrived in five minutes. He determined it was not a battery or alternator issue and had me back on the road with a quick fix within 20 minutes. I highly recommend this company. Abraham was efficient, knowledgeable, personable!
Abraham that dude is a 10 out of 10 making sure your car is ok and the service!! You are amazing at your job and keep up the great work man !
They were super friendly and time management was great. Also a plus that it wasnt $300 from marrero to belle chasse like other places were trying to charge!
Very easy very quick I called and AZ Towing took care of the rest very friendly and would definitely use and recommend them to anyone

AMAZING SERVICE, GREAT JOB HELPING ME FIX MY GRANDMA CAR ! THE BEST SERVICE CALLED FOR A TOW HELPED ME FIX THE PROBLEM INSTANTLY
They were able to tow my car when I was super stressed and had to get back to work, so had to leave it unattended in a parking lot. They were communicative and sent photos of them picking up and dropping off my car, which was so appreciated! South First was super quick and efficient, and reasonably priced. Thanks for making a pretty rotten day a little bit easier!
Mr. Richard was AWESOME!!! Quick affordable efficient service! Will recommend to friends and colleagues!

Mr. Daryl help me tow my car twice. He is very reliable, patient, hard worker and can think under pressure! He is the GOAT !!!! Thank you Mr. Daryl for everything! :)
We were going to New Orleans for Father’s Day lunch with my daughter and my husband’s transmission failed and shut down leaving us stranded on the shoulder of I-12 E in a blinding thunderstorm. Kyle was our driver and helped me drop a pin to mark my location as we weren’t near any town. Kyle was the most polite and kind young man I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in quite awhile. He gave me an ETA and was there within that time frame. Hayes Towing is highly recommended.
Had 2 flat tires. Hayes Towing came out even before promised time. Jaylon was very personable, knowledgeable, and just an all around good guy. Got there and took less than 10 minutes to get my car on his tow truck. Would absolutely recommend then for your towing needs. Please give them your business.
Called two other supposedly 24/towing companies before I found this one, Never got ahold of anyone at the first and never heard back about the voicemail I left or the text I left for "faster response times", the second one couldn't help me until the next day. These people responded right away and were nothing but kind, polite and professional. Nia Hayes explained that all three of their tow trucks were currently helping other customers, but that as soon as one of them became free, they would definitely be able to help me tow my car from Prairieville to Baton Rouge on a Sunday afternoon, and have me ride along so that I could be picked up at my mechanic's shop. It took a little while for one of them to get to me, but I was fine with that, since I was confident that someone was actually coming. Kyle called me when he was about 15 minutes away and again to let me know he was within a minute away so I could meet him outside by the car. He was kind, polite and courteous, and was confident and very knowledgeable about exactly what he was doing. An excellent and experienced professional. I am very impressed with the service I received, especially for a Sunday afternoon, and I reccomend this company to anyone who needs a tow in their service area. I will definitely be reccomending them to my friends, family, and anyone else who needs a tow.
OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!! I have been towed more than anyone I know and used multiple companies but Hayes towing outdid themselves from the phone call to the wonderful gentleman who picked up my car. Definitely will use again in the future. Thank you SO MUCH!!!

Mrs. Carol was amazing! Just got into a wreck and needed someone to take me home. After a traumatic experience, Mrs. Carol was very reassuring and gentle with my car. Awesome driver!
Great service. I called and they were at my door within 25 minutes. I received a call and text to let me know they were 10 minutes from me. My truck was picked up and loaded within minutes. I was dropped off to the location for service within an hour of calling for a tow.
Truly an amazing driver to say it was so late at night. He took time and talked the my grandson the whole time. Just an amazing experience
Amazing service!! My son’s car broke down coming off the Hwy. Ms. Carol arrived to him in 20 minutes. Thank you so much!
When I called B&M for a tow I was quoted a response time of 35-40 minutes. The driver showed up in under 15. Because I have a 4WD he could not tow my truck with his rig, but he helped me push my car out of the intersection and even gave me a jump so that I could roll up my power windows in case it rained. He stayed at the intersection until the flat bed truck tow truck got within 5 miles. The flat bet truck arrived 15 minutes later. The driver forgot to grab my keys, but she dropped the truck off at the dealership and came back by my place by after her shift to grab the key and drop it off at the dealership after her shift on her way home. Both drivers were extremely courteous, professional and most of all helpful.

My Experience with Zain Towing was fast, friendly, and Professional. Dispatcher MJ and Driver Nas were very helpful and Quick to respond!
Absolutely EXCELLENT service. From the friendliness and responsiveness of the dispatcher Anas to the great conversation and friendship of one of the owners Ibrahem - YES the owner was my driver, this is the tow service you need to call. I was stranded in Metairie after a long day of business and they were able to pick up the vehicle and get me home to the Baton Rouge area all within 2 hours of my initial call! From the story told, Ibrahem was ready to leave for a family gathering when he got the dispatch for my problem. It would have been very easy for him to decline my business - but he sent his wife and kids along to the party and he invested the next 2-3 hours for ME to get home to my family late on a Friday night. This young man and his partner are on the way to great things! Thanks much my new friend Abu Zain! As-salamu alaykum
These guys will rip you off! I called in for a tow to a the Discount Tirea, 5 miles down the road from where my car had a blow out. I was stuck on the side of hwy 67, three exits from a tire shop. They told me it would be $75 tow. On arrival to the Discount Tire the price changed from $74 to $280.Then they told me the name of their company was H& M Towing out of Mansfield, Tx! This was a lie! They also wanted me to pay with Zelle. Or asked if i would download the app, so that i could pay with Zelle.SCAM!!!! Watch out!
Zain Towing went far beyond my expectations when I had a blowout on the interstate. They responded quickly and were very efficient. It was my first time calling for a tow truck but I know they will be my first choice from now on. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
My car wouldn't start. I called them and they got to my location in 20 minutes! He even tried to jump my car before towing. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! I highly recommend calling if you need a tow!

Four Wheels Towing responded in less than 15 minutes to my call. I had been waiting for another towing service for over an hour and gave up on them. The Tech was very professional ihad me taken care of in a matter of minutes.I definitely recommend giving them a call if you need knowledgeable and responsive towing services.
Fantastic service. Called in the job and they had the vehicle delivered to my address within two hours.
Best tow service I’ve ever experienced! Vince was my driver and Hannah was the young lady that made it all happen. 10/10 service
Kind people (Mike and Chrissy) who took care of me on a tight timeline. I was referred to Four Wheel from AAA, for a long distance tow to Dallas for my Cybertruck. They had the right truck, competent staff (Kenny), and coordinated with me on moving pickup location to ensure we could deliver the truck in time. A+ personal service.

The tow truck driver was amazing. He was able to give me some insight on what was wrong with my car, and he did a great job loading it onto the tow truck quickly . He was very friendly and helpful. On top of that, he arrived an hour earlier than the eta which was about 40 minutes after I called for a tow. I would highly suggest this towing service!
What a great experience. Instead of my vehicle being immobile. The tow driver gave me options. He looked at a couple things. Got it running safely. So tow or pay for the fix. I chose the fix and now I can bring it in when it's convenient to me. SUPER PROFESSIONAL They will be my first call if I ever need HELP
Very professional driver. Did her job quickly and safely. Friendly and personable. Took a bad situation and helped make it better. Will call them again and recommend them.
R&S Towing was super awesome. Their teamwork and communication among their team made an extremely frustrating situation relaxing. They came up with a solution to a problem and was able to handle the situation timely and professional. One of their drivers, George was really really helpful. From trying to get my vehicle working to the complete tow. I really appreciate your customer service and caring to actually get my vehicle working. Hopefully all the insurance companies have you all as a preferred vendor. Thank you again. I hope not see you all again but if I do, I will be happy that you all would be the service provider. Thank you again.
Unreliable, left me sitting in my car waiting for them for roughly six hours on a 90° day. I finally gave up and left the car over night. It’s inconsiderate and dangerous. Came back the next morning and got a proper tow.thank you Green Acres Townig for showing up ON TIME id like to leave ZERO STARS FOR R&S !!!!!

I wrecked my car and had to get a rental car. When I got the rental it was after hours so I couldn’t get parking permit from ofc. The rental has been in my paid parking all weekend. They came right b4 I was getting ready to take my granddaughter to school and towed the rental. I called them before they left here and explained the situation. The person said I shouldn’t have parked in MY PAID parking spot. They are the absolute worst and want to get money from honest working ppl.
Excellent service! From initial intake, they took comprehensive information regarding my situation & vehicle. Brandon provided immediate service, even gave time estimates when the tow truck would arrive. Overall, I am so pleased with everyone who took great care of my vehicle from start to finish, both in person (Thank you Brandon!) & over the phone. Thanks y'all!
No limit towing came to my rescue within 25 minutes of me calling them. It was super easy to make my payment and not to mention cheaper than anyone else. Rusty, the tow driver, was able to park my car in the difficult spot I needed him to. He was very kind and helpful. I will definitely use them again and ask for Rusty if he’s available, but I’m sure they are all as nice and helpful as he was. Thanks Rusty from No Limit Towing!!
100% your go to company for towing needs. Darnell was fantastic and was able to help us out so efficiently, and he was so kind and absolutely is one of the best workers this company has hands down!! If you get the opportunity to meet Darnell just know that he knows what he’s doing! (Even if you don’t lol) Also would recommend this company because they are upfront with pricing as soon as you call and give you pretty affordable pricing. When you are in a pinch and need your car towed definitely call No Limit!!
My car is very low and Rusty loaded and unloaded it without scraping at all. Great job!

Life saver ! Thank you
Had to have my vehicle towed today. The service call was answered promptly and the price was the lowest I received after calling half a dozen companies. The driver was on site to pick up the vehicle within 30 minutes. When the driver dropped the vehicle off at the delivery location I was sent pictures of the vehicle for confirmation. All around great service and I would highly recommend.

He took care of issue and was very kind and considerate throughout the process. Very sweet young man. Highly recommend and will use his services again if needed! Saving his info to contact.

Shout out to Cool Cats Towing in Baton Rouge, LA. I had two severe blowouts on Sunday 8/18/24 in my Lexus on Jefferson/Lobdell (bad road hazard as a second car pulled over minutes later). After calling 3 other companies who did not answer, they answered immediately. Got my information, came picked me and my car up within 35 minutes! The tow truck was new and very nice with a professional and courteous driver. Dropped me at tire repair shop and took care of it all in a little bit over an hour. Flat rate of $150 in town. Thank you guys!!
Looking for Baton Rouge towing and/or a tow truck in Baton Rouge???? Your search stops here! I contacted this company after my son had a tire blow out coming home from school around 4:45pm in the heart of Baton Rouge. A scary situation is putting it lightly. Dispatch was incredible with helping me navigate this stressful situation which included cops and an impatient DOTD official. Their tow truck driver was somehow able to MAGICALLY appear in a little over 20 minutes during 5:OO rush hour Baton Rouge traffic! INSANE and so comforting to a mother!!!!!!!! They must be soooooo expensive, right?! Exact OPPOSITE!!!!!! They are affordable, literally NO price gouging!!!! This company is HONEST, RELIABLE, DEPENDABLE, and AFFORDABLE!!! Dispatch kept in contact with me the entire time from start to finish which is PRICELESS!!! I don’t usually write recommendations but today it is so important to me to do so in the case I can help someone else that finds themselves in a similar situation. HUGE thank you to Cool Cats for assisting in getting my son home safely today!!!!!! #batonrougetowing #towtruckbatonrouge #lovewhereyoulive
I called Cool Cats Towing because my car wouldn't start and was given a time, took all my info and gave me the quote, so nice over the phone. Then right before they were scheduled to arrive, my son went out and started my car. I was feeling awful having to cancel the tow. But I called and he was so understanding and nice. I thank him so so much. Keep his name and number in case you ever need this serivce, I know I am. Thanks so much Cool Cats!
Super friendly business. Absolutely no complaints here. I can't say I look forward to working with them again, since that means one of my vehicles would need to break again, but if that situation does befall me again, I will definitely call these guys again. Highly recommend!
Shump got me right today. Professional, knowledgeable and helpful for my car troubles. He even recommended some mechanics i should go to help with my car. Bring new the location, it’s nice to meet people who can help you out.

Quinton saved me as I was dead on the side of the road. They were quick and cost efficient. Excellent customer service. Thank you!
Fast service, good quality work. Had us back on the road in no time
Quinton did great, he was fast and friendly! Highly recommend
The other evening, my car was towed by the police. After receiving the runaround from nearly everyone I contacted, I finally spoke with a courteous woman at Gerald's. Although my car wasn’t in their possession, she took the time to assist me in navigating the steps needed to recover it. I truly appreciated her help.

Our company's service van broke down late on a Friday afternoon and needed a tow to the service center before they closed. Salah, the owner, was ON IT. He got us dispatched, loaded, and to the service shop within an hour...during rush hour traffic! I highly recommend trusting your business with Salah and his team at Tow Dat.
Real great people
Saleh was prompt, professional and courteous. Made the experience of having to be towed much easier.
He was quick, very professional, and helpful. And it was pouring down raining and the service was still great.
My car fell into a huge pothole and Tow Dat was able to get it out! They arrived within 25 minutes from when I called them for help, and they called me back to give a heads up when they were 5 minutes away. When winching out my car, they were very careful and did not cause any further damage, which I was very appreciative of. The employees were kind and friendly too!

I would give 10 stars if they would let me!!! Thanks is not enough for the amazing help and service I received!!! My car broke down on the side of the road and they got over to me quickly and even helped me find a shop that could get to the repair right away. Could not have been happier with the friendly customer service from the drivers to the office staff, the rates were really terrific too. I was seriously upset and they did everything possible to help get my vehicle taken care of, going above and beyond. It's so good to know there's still companies out there that care about their customers and are not just out to make money. Will definitely use for all our towing needs!
Thanks y’all! We got stranded today with some vehicle issues and y’all came quick and made everything as easy as possible with tow service!
Needed a tow after my car wouldn't start at Wal-Mart.....very fast and friendly service.....from the time I called to the drop off of my car was less than an hour....definitely would use again if needed and would recommend 👍👍👌👌
I have needed Wright's Towing twice now and they've always been quick, friendly and reasonable.

I called b’s towing at 4 in the morning and by 4:30 ryan pulled up to me! I was amazed at how fast he was at that time in the morning! Great service and very polite! Will be the only tow service I use from now on!
Response time and service has always been amazing!
Ryan’s professionalism made the whole process easy and helped make the best of a bad situation. Response time was on point and didn’t break the bank with their prices. Wouldn’t call anyone else
Quick response immediately got me connected to a guy who got to my car quickly and delivered it where I needed. Towing companies can sometimes be difficult to work with as most car services are but I will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone who needs one.
Mr. Jim with B’s provided us excellent service on the towing of our BMW. We ran into a couple of obstacles but he was able to navigate through the issues and safely get our car towed to the repair shop. I would recommend B’s towing to my family and friends and thanks again for sending Mr. Jim!

Highly recommend, good price, and knows what hes doing. Took my work trailer 1.5 hours home with no issues. Even sent a bigger truck just incase. Will use him everytime if I'm working in this part of the state.
When I called for help getting my cousin vehicle off the interstate…. The gentleman didn’t hesitate to respond by saying…. Give him 30 minutes and he would be on his way. It was less than the time he quoted and I was grateful! Thanks Minor Roadside & Towing! 🙏
I had a great experience with Minor Roadside & Towing. They were fast when I needed someone in short notice. They were very efficient and fast and got the job done in a timely manner. They even went the extra mile to help us with our car troubles after the fact, and I appreciate them for that. They were easy to talk to and cared about their customer and I would definitely use their services again.
The Minor Towing Company has never failed to give the fastest response and reasonable prices they will always be my go to.
This was the easiest process. Jeremy was super accommodating and professional. Crystal was always pleasant and amazing. Hope I don’t need the service again but if I do they will get a call for sure.

Didn’t know what I was going to do, my car broke down onside the road and he passed by . I called the number and he said I will be there in two minutes and charged me half of what everybody else charge me I thank him I would definitely give him 5 stars would highly recommend
Straight up the best freaking tow service out here and this is from a person that’s never used there services before now….. professional and easy to deal with💪💪👍💼💯
Towed my car to Price Leblanc. Prompt, excellent customer service, and stayed in constant communication.
Saved the day and saved me a lot of money. It was unclear what was wrong and everyone I called would only tow me. JT Towing made me a priority, gave a great quote and when arrived solved my issue. I did not require a tow after all. JT Towing is an amazing company and JT is a great person.
Jerrell is an incredible guy. Has great prices, is always positive, and always looks to help. I almost needed an 80 mile tow, which was going to be at a crazy low price compared to others in Baton Rouge, and instead of taking advantage of the situation, he just helped me out and solved the problem with my car. Definitely calling him up if I have another problem any time soon.

Great experience. Driver called in advance to let me know time frame. Called again when he was 15 minutes away. Courteous, prompt and professional.

The service granted was great being that it was after hours and storming. The guy showed compassion and apologized for having to tow my vehicle out of my job's parking lot, wishing that I had been informed of cars been towed out of the physicians parking. It was a $201. Not well spent being that money was just spent on my child's graduation and a recent knee knee surgery.
Tyler and Brandon were very nice and provided me very good customer service. Brandon arrived asap. I would definitely recommend this company and these young men.
Best Towing business in town. These guys came out and unlocked my car free of charge! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
They’re freakin’ awesome.....punctual, prepared, & knowledgeable! I’m a satisfied customer! Ryan is the best 🤩 He rescued me, without assistance, from the 3rd level of a parking garage, then traveled 30 plus miles without a bump or scratch! 😁 Flawless service!
I had issues with my car, and the towing service quickly helped me get it back to my apartment. The next day, the tow truck driver came and helped me solve the problem when trying to give the car a jump, what would have been a tow to a mechanic turned into discovering it's a $5 fix at most. Would definitely recommend for kind and quick service.

They replaced the turbo on our truck and it's running smoothly now. Their kindness, transparency, and professionalism made a stressful situation much easier. Fast reliable most of all savior
Well organized and fast service
Had a blown out tire on I-310 on July 4, call Zain towing service to come help me out since my roadside agent was having me wait almost 4 hours. The worker NAS was outstanding, very polite, and helpful.🥰🥰
Wonderful experience with zains towing ! Once I called Zain towing they worked with me on getting my car towed back to my house it was fast and easy it was about a 40 minute ride , wonderful prices versus what I’ve experienced in the past , and a very short wait time for them to get to me . Once the tow truck arrived he helped me to figure out exactly what was wrong with the car my oil pan bot came out because I hit a box while driving on the interstate . Got down and took pictures of it so that way I could see what the problem was . Allowed me to also ride with him while towing the car and it was not an awkward ride very nice and kind hearted ! Definitely recommend this towing company thank you Zain towing for your service.

Amazing service! Very quick, very affordable, very kind! I used them twice in 2 days because the first place I got dropped off at only took cash and I couldn't take money out of my card so I had to find somewhere else the next day to fix it and they were just as quick and different driver but this one was even more polite!
I was stranded in the middle of Claiborne Ave and within 15 minutes of calling Three Brothers were there to help me and get my car to the shop. The driver Mohammed was very nice and extremely quick. Thank you so much!
Fast and efficient! We were stuck on a bridge in a very unsafe situation. They got us home within 20min!
I needed a tow truck yesterday and Three Brothers did the job! Very nice and respectful! Called me several times on his way just to let me know where he was!! Great service and I was so happy with their price!!
I called because I was close by and needed help. As a handicapped gentleman, I was unable to get home when my mobility scooter broke down several miles from home. Mohammed called within 20 minutes and was at my location while we were still on the phone. It may seem silly, but I was in need and couldn't get home on my own. I would recommend Three Brothers to anyone in the New Orleans area.

Such wonderful service, they came to my location so quickly and were incredibly kind and helpful in a moment where I was really panicking because I got 2 flat tires in a city I’ve never been in before! So very thankful for their help and their affordable service ❤️
Best towing, affordable price and super friendly! Call these guys first you will not be disappointed. Had my car back home within an hour! 😌

Definitely recommend! He helped me when everyone else refused to provide service on a Sunday after 6pm. Highly recommend over anyone else!

They helped get my vehicle removed from the road after I was involved in a accident!! Quick response was needed and was provided..Thanks so much You Guys..Stay safe out there:)!!
Great people and not over priced.
I waited on the phone for 45 minutes to be told they don’t have any trucks available nor did she say well let’s get your information so we can give you a callback once we have a truck available. Very poor customer service.

We were traveling from out of town and had 2 flat tires. They were quick, super friendly and very affordable. So thankful for them!
This Company is Great recommended to me by A&M Motors who use them frequently to transport their cars that they buy. I called and I spoke to Branie on the phone who kept me Calm and reasured me and gave me good advice and was patient and and answered all my questions and the towtruck driver name was Jake he was an excellent driver and even helped me push the car in position. I just think these people were tremendous and they were speedy and expeditious in the services they provided very professional people & Eazy payment thru a link too my phone.
I needed a tow due to a flat tire and my insurance contacted two different tow companies, but no luck. I contacted Mericles Towing LLC and they took such great care of me and their rates are very reasonable!! I would definitely recommend their service!

This was the best towing experience I had. He is very friendly, professional, understanding. The BEST prices. I hope I don't need to be towed again but if I do or if anyone I know needs to be towed, I will 100% be giving Aldo a call.
Outstanding service. Called and 20 minutes later he was loading the car. Polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for more. Again Outstanding.
Just had to have my car towed from my house to the body shop. The gentleman that came was very nice and had no problem waiting for my friend to arrive with the payment. I wish I had gotten his name so I could mention him in this post. Smiled the whole time which is a plus, showing a good as well as professional personality. Their prices are awesome and they waste no time getting to you! Good job Aldo's Towing! Will gladly recommend!!!

NOLAN is an incredible stylist, colorist, you name it-he is awesome. PERSONALITY PLUS. I am telling you to go out and book with him. Thanks ever so much Nolan for doing a great job with my hard to handle hair.
Tactically got stuck in a ditch after a storm, and their winch-out service was efficient and speedy.
I thought I would be late for hours when my truck wouldn't start when I stopped for gas. The tow truck driver came immediately away, found a dead battery, and instead of taking me away, he gave me a jump start. Prices that are reasonable and service that is honest.
They towed my classic car carefully and used soft straps to avoid any scratches. Highly recommend them for specialty vehicles.
I called for help on the side of the road when my battery died. In 15 minutes, they were there and got me going again.

I needed road side assistance due to another company stall on assisting me but I was able to get help from KP and he came less than 40 mins. Very respectful, Nice & friendly. I had a great experience and I’m very pleased. Thanks again KP and Bricks towing
KP did a great job towing my vehicle to the mechanic. He was prompt with communication and timing. Would recommend Bricks for all towing needs!
I am currently broken down on the side of I20. I put in a roadside service request through my auto insurance provider, who assigned the request to Brick’s Towing. In the service request it was listed that the truck was 4x4. A driver arrived in a regular tow truck and called the office to request a flat bed for the tow. I was told that it would be about 30 more minutes. After an hour, I attempted to call the office and the original tow truck driver but no one picked up (even though the company is listed as being open 24 hours a day). I reached back out to the insurance company, who also tried to call Brick’s Towing with no answer. I have been on the side of the road for 2.5 hours, it’s 3:30am, 38 degrees outside and Brick’s left me completely stranded!
KP got to me in less time than was estimated … it said 90-120 minutes he was here in 18 and got my car out of the ditch with no problem and didn’t even ruin my car when pulling it out !! Thank you KP and Ryan for all your help !!!! Yall are the best !!
KP is awesome. I have no idea what we would've done with him. The insurance company wanted us to take our car to a random location wayyy out in the boonies at 3am. KP advised against it and patiently waited as we fought with the insurance companies to update the location. The whole time KP was on his game and didn't stress one bit. Thankfully we found a place to drop the car off. KP is the man, 100% solid dude. I don't know where we'd be without him. Give this man a raise ASAP.
