Brent was on time.courteous, professional and patient with the complete movement of my 1966 Mustang I would want him and the GVT organization any time I need a service. Recommend 100%.
Our driver early this morning was completely amazing! They showed up while we were waiting for our insurance to get a tow so we gladly went with them and he was so caring and helpful! Will not go anywhere else!! Thank you!!
Had a great experience with Grand Valley Towing & Transport after a company vehicle had a deer strike on the highway. The driver, Jeffery Borders, was really professional and friendly. He made sure I was alright, talked while we waited, and was very timely as well. Even though I didn't choose the company to grab the damaged vehicle, I would definitely call them personally for any towing or recovery needs.
Amazing driver not a long wait customer service 100% cheapest service in area prompt no hidden fees just amazing... will use them from now on....
Prompt, great communication, reasonably priced.

Had a really great 1st time experience! They were really quick, efficient & professional 🙏🏼 they were able to get to me & tow my vehicle within the hour.
From dispatch to driver, my experience was great. I needed a non-urgent tow and noted this when I called. I was told that my timing was great and a driver would be over within 30 min. About 15 minutes later, he arrived. He was friendly and professional and treated my vehicle well. Will use them next time I need a tow.
They showed up in the time they said they would. They were very helpful with even figuring out the what the issue was with our car. And got our van home in a good time.
John at Merl's is genuinely the kindest human being there is. I got stuck in the middle of a Verizon wireless outage (no cell service until 5am) on the side of the highway after midnight, and managed to get a call to emergency services who contacted Merl's for towing. John was genuinely so kind and empathetic as he towed my car and gave me a lift back home, keeping conversation light to keep my mind off of the stress. Will ALWAYS recommend their services.
As ALWAYS, the driver was patient, kind and friendly. Unfortunately, my family and friends have had to use them quite a bit. And everyone has been completely pleased with their service. We only ever use Merl's. They're great!

Guy was super chill and friendly, wasn’t annoyed when I had to take my time. Overall a welcoming and enjoyable despite circumstances.
Thought battery was dead, car died on side of road, fuel was low, Gas tank modular don’t work, had air in gas line and stalled out my vehicle. So we were able to get gas in and was good. Need to get gas modular replaced. Brian was a BIG HELP & VERY FRIENDLY!! :)
Quick arrival & super friendly! John was at the scene and had us towed to our shop in less than an hour. He made room in his cab so my husband and I could ride together. John even left us with a wood block so our car wouldn’t roll away after it was at the shop. Overall great experience!
Very professional and punctual. Friendly and courteous. Will use again.
Merl's performed a AAA flat tire flatbed tow on my 2015 Tesla. The intake phone call was very courteous and they gave me an estimated arrival time. The two tow truck personnel were very friendly, knowledgeable about the specifics of the car and very careful. The transfer to my preferred shop was taken care of swiftly and the offloading, once again, was done with extra care. All around, everyone was great to deal with!

Grand Valley Towing was a godsend. My daughter‘s car died on the side of the highway and the were prompt and responding and dispatching a driver to tow the car. The driver was an excellent communicator and very compassionate about the situation. I was shocked at how reasonable the price was given it was a weekend and an urgent situation. I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely use them again.
Friendly, prompt, and fantastic service. The dispatcher and driver were both great. Would highly recommend!
Our driver was very calm, helpful, and friendly. Even though my daughter was almost to the spot where our car broke down to pick us up, he brought us to a local restaurant and waited for her to pick us up there, ensuring everyone's safety. Then he delivered our automobile 25 miles away. Great experience!
We had an unexpected breakdown of a family members car. I am not accustomed to using towing services so we went with Grand Valley Towing because they were recommended by Georgetown Auto Center who is doing the repairs. I called and got friendly and prompt pickup at a time that was convenient. Jeff was the driver who picked up the car. I was very happy with the friendly service at a reasonable price and would highly recommend Grand Valley Towing.
The driver was kind, courteous and very quick to get to my accident scene (car vs deer) after police called for a tow.

Douglas Wright pulled up just in time before the cop was trying to get my car impounded. Very grateful for him.
I really appreciate the quick response and prompt services of the gentleman who picked up my white ford fusion this afternoon. He went above and beyond his job duties and charged below average price. I just want to thank him for his services and a job well done 😃
Arrived within 30 minutes and provided excellent service. Was very helpful dropping my vehicle off at the dealership for recall work.
Stranded due to flat tire and no spare. They came within 10 minutes and towed me to tire shop. What a LIFESAVER!!!! Quick, efficient, and PROFESSIONAL! Highly reccommend.
Douglas was outstanding. Use this company for sure. He was there in like 10 minutes.

The initial intake call was quick. The truck texted his name and when he was on his way. Total time from phone call to truck arrival was 13 minutes. I appreciate the speed and efficiency of this service during an already stressful time.
Grand Valley Towing goes above and beyond! Long story "some-what short". Brent was our service provider today. He hauled my F150 plus my equiment trailer. From the moment I placed the call, I didn't even wait one hour. And Brent showed up ready go. Knowledgeable, experienced, helpful, honest . . .Now the hardest part wasn't loading my truck and trailer. Oh no, no, no... it was the trip we all where about to indore. But Brent only 20 years old. Drove better than most the CDL drivers I know. Brent had to go through tight areas along 96. Through construction sites, some areas had minimum visibility. Construction was kicking up dust, in and out of traffic. All while Brent drove like hes done this fir 50 plus years. Some areas along 131 he made look like its a pice of cake. The biggest part was he got my daughter, wife and I back home safe. He wasn't disrespectful, he didn't play loud or any music so he could be intuned with his surroundings. The kid did so well I really hope this company gives him the respect he deserves. Becase as a business owner, you cant find people that enjoy their jobs let alone work this hard and give respect, like Brent gave us today. With all my appreciation kiddo thank you very much. If anything changes in your future Brent Id hire ya in a heart beat. Thanks to all of you at Grand Valley Towing. Very impressed with your services 💯 on ♨️A+ Company! -Nicholas Glasgow Founder and owner of Precision Seawalls LLC-
Showed up quite quick, no problems!
It’s never a good day when your car won’t start, but Brandon and grand valley towing made the disruption a bit less bitter. They were prompt, thorough, careful with my vehicle and got it to the service center quickly. Definitely recommend.
Appreciated that I talked to Jeff and didn't have to go thru pages of questions just to get an appt. Jeff was prompt and courteous roo!

THE ONLY TOW TO CALL: friendly driver john got there in 15 minutes, just like they said, even though it was saturday night. got me off the highway and home safe quickly. he even said he’d go look for the brick i hit on the highway and try to move it. couldn’t have been better.
Fast service and skilled drivers! I Highly recommend these guys if you need a tow.
I called Access Point for a tow after an accident early on Saturday morning Very Professional, Reasonable price quote, gave a time frame of 10-15 minutes with drivers name, arrived within that timeframe Driver very polite and pleasant had the car on the truck in timely matter, The whole experience with Access Point was greatly appreciated during a stressful situation The company will definitely be mine go to towing company in the future and I will gladly pass their company name on to others in need of a tow going forward God Bless Krystal Murphy
I had a flat tire on I94. This company was pleasant and polite over the phone. They gave me an ETA of 30 minutes, and arrived early. The tow trucker was knowledgeable, and efficient. Definitely recommend. PSA: tip your tow truck driver***
Access point towing was the only towing company that actually cared enough to go the extra mile and do what was needed to be done to get the job done. Without going into specifics but the driver (cliff) pushed a big truck to spot where he could hook up. Multiple other towing companies just said sorry and left us dry. Thank you cliff. Sincerely Joe.

Extremely professional, kept us informed of every step. Ours was a little different as we had to have our boat towed after a bearing on the trailer froze. The driver took photos when he arrived, and when they dropped our boat and trailer at the marina. Would definitely use them again and recommend them highly!!
Would give Christian and his crew a 110%, 10 out of 5 stars and an above excellent rating! They came to my rescue at the storage facility to help my mom and I install a 5th wheel hitch but without hesitation continued to help us attach the battery, hitch the 5th wheel, lift the supports, pull it out of its tight space and headed in the right direction ready for me to jump in and head back to Kentucky! These 3 were so polite, respectful, knowledgeable and went the extra mile to help us! We are forever grateful when everyone else in the area said "No"... Christian's towing said Yes I will be there! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!
When my car had a mechanical issue arise, I immediately contacted my insurance company for towing and granted, weather and conditions were poor but they scheduled and canceled on me 4 times in 2 days. I needed a tow asap as a dealership was going to get me right in for repair, without an appointment. Christian's towing was able to do what my insurance couldn't and Tony treated my wife and I like royalty. Not only did they get the job done, I felt as if I was their highest priority and they treated my car as if it was one of their own. I couldn't be happier and gladly paid them their due as the service was above par. I am glad there are still people like Tony out there working for such good places as Christian's towing. If you need them, call them. They will treat you right! Thanks Tony and Christian's towing for your assistance and services. You all made my day!😊
Towed my 2021 AMG GT damaged the vehicle. Refuses to acknowledge the damaged vehicle. Have not replied to my request for their insurance carrier name and #. I’m going to take legal action against this company. Very annoying especially considering I asked them if they are capable of handling an expensive car like this. Don’t trust this company with your vehicle.
Amazing Service!!!! I recently had the pleasure of using Christian's Towing & Recovery when my car unexpectedly broke down on a busy highway. From the moment I called them, I knew I was in good hands. The customer service representative was empathetic and quick to understand my situation, ensuring me that help was on the way. Within 30 minutes, a tow truck arrived, driven by a friendly and professional technician named Christian. He was not only skilled in safely securing my car but also remarkably knowledgeable about potential issues that could have caused the breakdown. His expertise and friendly demeanor significantly eased my stress. What really set Christian's Towing & Recovery apart was their commitment to customer care. Christian patiently explained the towing process, answered all my questions, and even recommended a reliable auto repair shop nearby. The rates were very reasonable, and there were no hidden charges, which was a refreshing change from my past experiences with other towing services. I am thoroughly impressed with the efficiency, professionalism, and courtesy displayed by Christian's Towing & Recovery. They turned a challenging situation into a manageable one with their exceptional service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of towing services!

I did not have to wait long. He was there probably working 10 minutes. He was very good. He checked. My battery was just dead and he charged it and did a test and everything checked out good he just told me to drive it. I don’t drive in enough, but I give him a 10.
This is the second time now that I have used Joe Ballor Towing, and I can honestly say I will never use anyone else! The driver was there quickly, they were knowledgeable and efficient, and were able to drop off my car in a relatively difficult location. They are affordable, friendly, and great at what they do!
Our driver called promptly but the calls went straight to voice mail (fault of my cell carrier). I called him back asap and he was very kind and said he would turn around and head back to the vehicle. I was able to get there quickly to meet him and he had the car all hooked up and ready to go. Top notch service, would highly recommend!!
Tragedy struck when I needed my car towed 70+ miles from DTW. I called Ballor’s because I’ve known about them since I was young and used their services several times. Everyone was polite, prompt and helpful. 10/10 I’ll always be calling Ballor’s.
Thank you BALLOR so much. Our driver was courteous and timely. I feel very good knowing that my daughter’s car will be in top condition upon her return home next week!

Made an appointment to get my towed but I called to get an earlier time and he accommodated the new time and he arrived not even 30 min after he said he was on his way. While getting my car I watch him help an earlier man who was having a hard time walking into his car and also pumped his gas for him. Got my car dropped off safely to the mechanic
Geno was fantastic! He got to me in less than 30 minutes when my tire blew on the freeway and was able to find a great place to replace it. Would recommend to everyone!
Very quick very efficient amicable and straightforward
He was there to pick me up in 10 minutes, took me to my destination, and gave me an affordable price. Would recommend!
Quick, affordable, and uplifting service. I went through 4-5 different companies just for a tow and they were either charging too much just to go 5 miles, not answering when I call but online they say they’re “open” and I couldn’t even leave a voicemail, or they didn’t have anyone in my area (but the company was in my area, I was confused too) and would take hours. Very grateful to stumble upon 007 & if he didn’t come as soon as he did I would’ve been out a car for a couple days but instead it’s the same day and I have my car. So, thank you.

Needed my electric vehicle to be towed to the service center an hour away from my home. Mike called ahead of time and confirmed all the info. Arrived promptly, took excellent care of my vehicle. Even called after to verify that my vehicle was unloaded safely. Fabulous customer service and care. I will recommend personally and professional!
Hansen Towing did a great job communicating, showing up on time, and handling my car with care. Very professional service and friendly too.
Great service! Im glad I called them. My vehicle was taken care of and also a free ride home. No extra charge. Thanks to the driver Jeffery.
Dorian did an excellent job maneuvering a van, which was unable to start, out of a garage and a tricky driveway. Thanks!!

Extremely pleasant and accommodating staff in a typically tough industry. They are cool calm and collected serving people in stressful frustrated situations. My vehicle was towed there because it broke down and they charge $25 per day for storage which is fair.
I called AAA and waited 2 1/2 hours. They couldn’t even give me a time. When I called Van/neuters they were there in 20 minutes. Sterling was great. He had it up on the truck in no time and we were down the road. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat. Hopefully I don’t have to lol
The guy was very professional and took really good care of the tool box when he moved it no issues whatsoever definitely recommend these guys to anyone who needs there type of services
Jesse was great. His battery pack ran out of juice but he was able to get the truck to tow.
I needed a tow tonight. Called another company and after telling me i would get a call back in 5 minutes, I waited 20 and called vans. They were there and towed me home before I even got a call back from the other company. Will definitely make this my tow company if ever needed again!!! Thank you guys!

Very fast, thorough, and kind!
My guy did a hell of a job
The driver was prompt and accommodating while dealing with my Allstate claim. I had t”a follow up ? after the tow and the dispatcher was very helpful over the phone.
I own a Porsche Panamera. It was an off fender bender and needed a tow. These cars are very low to the ground and are hard to get on a flatbread tow truck. Ivan showed up and knew exactly what he was doing. He said step aside and I’ll take over. Brought out some wood and put under the ramp of the truck and edged it up there. Great job Ivan definitely an asset to incredible Towing. If you ever need a tow this company has very knowledgeable people. Thank you, Ivan and incredible Towing.
I had an amazing experience with Incredible Towing Company. From the moment I called, their team was professional, friendly, and quick to respond. The driver arrived sooner than expected, handled my vehicle with care, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Their prices were fair, and the customer service was top-notch — they really went above and beyond to help me out in a stressful situation.

Needed to get home at night when my car became undriveable. They showed up fast, got me rigged up, and drove me and my car to the other side of town at a price that no one else could beat.
I had such a great experience with this tow truck service! Dwayne arrived quickly, were professional and kind, and made a stressful situation so much easier. Dwayne handled my car with care and got it to my destination without any hassle. Highly recommend their reliable and friendly service!

Holly was extremely timely and personable. Made me feel better in a stressful situation and was adapted to last second drop off switch.
Holly was most entertaining and sociable. It was nice to have a lady come to my rescue !
Andrea was sent to me through our insurance who estimated a 2 hour wait time and was here in about 45 minutes! She was great! Thank you!
I was having a bad with a new car that had engine light on and car driving in safe mode. Driver, Andrea, arrived early and with a smile. She was knowledgeable of my car and took great care not to scratch it while pulling it on to flat bed. Very professional and kind. Thank you!
Wonderful towing company! Andrea is amazing!! Came from Grand Rapids to tow us home from Duck Lake State Park near midnight. Extremely friendly and did not damage anything! Highly recommend!!

Hey all, did not use them for their towing services but would not recommend. Was cut off extremely close to the point of abs being activated. This happened while the truck was loaded with what I’d assume to be a customers car. Do not recommend due to very very poor driving choices
Great people, they got my car in like 8 minutes, the tow was cheap and the people were great, shoutout to the driver Kurt.
Quick arrival! Andrew was professional and friendly, and had my car unlocked in no time. I really appreciated their prompt service and expertise. Highly recommend them if you ever find yourself in a jam!
I locked my keys in my car while getting out. I called Allendale Towing and they quickly responded. I appreciated Curt’s quickness and warning about car alarm going off! I paid cash and was on my way!
I called Allendale towing this morning to have my truck brought to a shop. The dispatcher was professional and to the point. He sent out Marcus who was on time, loaded up the truck, and made sure I was happy with the service. He even sent me a picture to verify the truck was delivered where it needed to be. I'm very pleased with Allendale Towing and their employees. THANK YOU!!!

Came out of the store today to a flat tire! 😕 My insurance company gave me the number to the closest towing company to my location. So I called VIP express towing. Raad came to my rescue within 30mins! Very prompt!! 👍 The bolt holding my tire under my vehicle was rusted 😏 Which made it extremely difficult to remove!!! Raad worked very hard, probably a good 30 mins to get the tire off, but no luck! The spring holding the bolt was broke inside, so he couldn't remove it. So he took the flat tire off the vehicle and took me to a tire store 4 miles up the road. I Bought a new tire and he brought me back to my car and put the new tire on my vehicle!! He went over and beyond in service to help me! And I'm very thankful for all that he did to help me today!!!! He was professional, polite and I felt safe! I will keep his card in case I ever need road assistance again! Thanks Raad! 😃I hope you get this message! 😃
Excellent Towing Service! My car broke down unexpectedly and I needed help fast. The tow truck arrived quickly, and the driver was very professional, friendly, and helpful. He handled everything with care and made a stressful situation much easier. I really appreciated the fast response and great service. Highly recommend!
I’m so happy I chose VIP Express towing out of all the tow companies I called I got the best service. Rod was so professional and gave me the best price for the service and it was fairly priced compared to the other companies I called for an estimate. Thanks again will use you guys in the future!
Great service! delivered my vehicle to the repair shop fast and safely. I definitely recommend this company to everyone. And the best price around! Thanks guys
Raad was awesome. My car had a broken control arm and needed to be put into a garage so i could work on it. He was so good he actually deposited my car off the flat bed into a 2.5 car garage with another car already in there. totally awesome!!!

Chris was amazing. Not only was kind but he did a really good job also. He even gave me some pointers on how to move forward with my flat tire. If I needed assistance again, I would hope that Chris would be the one to come.
Fantastic and swift service! Our driver Chris was courteous and friendly as well as patient. Thank you East Beltline Towing!
I used East Beltline towing on 6/30/25. Chris was my tow employee and he was amazing, efficient and generally a great guy. Kept me informed and provided a picture when the car was dropped off at the dealer. Smooth operation. Highly recommend.
Chris was amazing! He was very nice and brought me to my mechanic quickly, as he was also very thorough while strapping my car up.
We had to have our vehicle towed, they arrived on time and were very professional. The driver Chris was very friendly to deal with and even sent a picture once the vehicle was delivered to the mechanic to let us know all was well. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Big Damon’s towing is the BEST! They are fast and professional with a genuine regard for my safety. They will always be first on my call list.
Shane showed up quickly on a late Friday evening. I had a flat tire, which he said he could replace with my baby spare one, as requested. Turns out, he was able to repair it on the spot! He removed the screw that punctured the tire, patched it and did better than I had expected. Thank you, thank you!
Damon turned my terrible exhausting wasteful night into a breeze. He came and helped me tow my car from Sterling Heights to Harper woods. I was having difficulty getting back to my car and he waited for me to get there and didn’t give me any issues or a hard time. I Will most definitely be recommending him to my friends and family when in need of an emergency or just a simple tow. he’s super polite and friendly and prices are pretty good! Check him out for sure! You will not regret it. Very happy with my experience
They were fast and easy to work with

Well I'm older lady and I have used this guy one and I would never do it again The guy scared the heck out of me because he kept stopping and it when it was all over with the headlights were broken out of the vehicle the bubble was all broke he stopped about three or four times it took me a long time to get home and I was overcharged well I thought so anyway it cost me almost $500 to get towed from raywood to take Texas to kountze Texas every everybody's got their own opinion and this is mine Plus I just bought another vehicle about 2 months ago and this guy has already called my car lot and told him them that he knows where I live and he would come get the vehicle My car lot did not even call him so I don't know how he knew that I had to vehicle kind of scares me make me feel like I'm being stalked by someone that don't even know me I'm not surely gives me a eerie feeling
Getting towed isn't fun but Robbies Towing tries hard to make it as stress-free as possible. Outstanding service from the phone call to the truck pulling away after finishing your tow. Polite, courteous, professional, capable. A1+++
I WILL ONLY USE THIS COMPANY FROM NOW ON! I have a habit of getting hit in my small car, so I've used towing...a lot. Even though this was for a blown engine, it was hands down the best experience. I was so upset, but they were so polite and professional, from the phone rep to the driver. They were prompt and communicated with me the whole time. If I need towing again, they'll be the first I call. Thank you so much for the great service.
Fast caring and professional service. AAA told me 90 minutes for a tow and Robbies was out and towing my car in under 30mins. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends and will use them again in the future and best of all it wasn’t that bad on pricing either. Thanks for saving me in the freezing cold michigan winter.
Exceptional Service from a Family-Owned Towing Company! I cannot express how grateful I am for the outstanding service we received from Robbie’s Towing. After being left stranded for four long hours by AAA, we were starting to lose hope. Just when we thought we were out of options, this amazing family-owned business came to the rescue! From the moment I called, I was met with friendly voice and genuine concern for our situation. They arrived right in under 20 min, which was such a relief! The driver was not only professional but also incredibly friendly, making the stressful situation much more manageable. It felt like we were in good hands the entire time. What impressed me the most was the personal touch that only a family-owned business can provide. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond to ensure you’re taken care of. It’s clear that they value their reputation and are dedicated to providing top-notch service. I highly recommend Robbie’s Towing to anyone in need of towing services. Their promptness, friendliness, and commitment to customer satisfaction are unmatched. Thank you for turning our day around and proving that there are still companies out there that prioritize people over profits! You have definitely gained a loyal customer!

Super fast and friendly service captain was to my boat within 20 minutes of the phone call will not go a season without a membership
These guys are great in not-so-great situations. Last year they towed us and today they did too. The initial call was extremely streamlined and they were able to do a 3 way call with Progressive to verify our coverage and set up the two in less than 10 minutes. They estimated 45 minutes to an hour to come get us, but arrived in aboit 20 minutes. They're personable and efficient, making stressful situation much less worrisome. If there was another boat towing company in the area I'll never know because this company will always be my only call.
Captain Jeff was quick and made the entire process super easy getting back to shore. Super great full as we are new to boating.
We were so glad Nick was around to help us out this afternoon on Lake St. Clair. He was so very efficient in towing us back to our well. Thx Nick!!⚓️
Nick was phenomenal. He was professional, assured us that we were not the first because I was embarrassed to run out of gas. He got us back safely and I wanted to give him a tip, but did have cash with me.

Great service. Very friendly guys. Helped me out big time
Awesome and friendly service from these guys, took great care of my vehicle when towing and loading it. Price was super affordable and reasonable. Will definitely use them as my preferred service in the future should I need future tows. Also would like to add that the response time was super fast I think like 30 minutes from the call placed to pick up which is awesome! If you need a tow or any of the services they provide look no further cause this is the place to use.
The tow guys were great! They not only were prompt but they took my car to the collision place and then took me home! They were awesome! I would recommend them any day! Thank you for helping me in my time of need.
They came on time and towed the car with safety. Very reliable. I would highly recommend their services.
Pulled up within 20 mins.. price is most definitely fair and actually told me what was wrong with my vehicle.. I recommend a 10/10

Absolutely amazing establishment and will use again if any emergencies ever occur again. He was on time, very professional and also very informative. Great company honestly. Thank you for your services
Called because I I had a dead battery. A young man came out in a car with a handheld charger. Was there less than 5 mins telling my battery was old and tried to sell me a new one. Hooked up the charger to my battery for less than 30 seconds and said it wasn’t the battery and I needed a new starter and battery. Said he would call his friend because his company was to busy to help with a tow. Charged me $40 and left. Called a second company thinking I needed a tow to a shop and the driver hooked up his charger and I was on my way within 5 mins! Wasn’t the starter. Would never call them again. And you shouldn’t either.
My SUV wouldn't start, I called 3 other places no answer, I called continental and they picked right up, he stayed in communication with me and he arrived as quickly as he said he would. Very nice and professional. And extremely reasonable in pricing! I highly recommend!
We caught a flat and searched on google and found this business, only took them 20 minutes to get to us and changed the tire in less than 15 mins!!! I definitely recommend! And will pass their info on to all my friends
Had a flat they came out fast , patched my tire without me getting a new one. Great business!

Excellent service! Highly recommend. Tyrone did a fantastic job getting my car on the flatbed. Henderson tow was there swiftly. They got the repair job because of how wonderful the tow went.
Very respectable! Very fast! Very thoughtful as well. They asked multiple questions regarding my truck.
Definitely the company I would recommend if you are anywhere near Detroit and need help. The dispatcher is amazing and she has excellent customer service when you call. The truck arrived in about 20 minutes from the time I called (which I didn’t even know was possible) and he took great care of my car. Reasonable prices.
Had my dodge durango towed to a shop by Henderson towing! They are Fast, affordable, and professional. I will def be calling them again for my towing needs.

Blocked an entire intersection through an entire light instead of stopping appropriately behind the line.
Chris did an awesome job. He was fast to come and help me out and was very professional and productive
Had a tow with a car loaded hauler and they did an excellent job. Pretty quick but definitely experienced and thorough. Thanks again -J&D
Unit 67, Chris was awesome. Very prompt and professional. Ride back was in a clean new smelling truck. Chris was cool to talk to and I was surprised how helpful he was. Not your usual tow experience to be honest.

Outstanding Service from Isaac Ramsey – Truck #14 I had an absolutely top-notch experience with my tow driver, Isaac Ramsey, in Truck #14. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. He showed up ahead of schedule and immediately assessed the situation with confidence and a calm demeanor that put me at ease. Isaac handled my vehicle with expert care, making sure everything was secured properly and safely before hitting the road. What impressed me most was how knowledgeable he was not just about towing, but about cars in general. He even gave me a quick tip on what might be wrong with my engine before I got to the shop, and he was spot on. His truck was clean and well-maintained, and you could tell he takes pride in his work. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and respectful in a stressful moment. Isaac turned a frustrating breakdown into a smooth, even pleasant, experience. Give this man a raise or at least a coffee! Highly recommend Isaac and Truck #14 to anyone needing reliable towing service.
One of the best guys out there. Doesn’t matter what or when you need help they’re there. Second time helped me out with unloading a Semi Truck full.
I didn’t very much appreciate the driver he really didn’t know what he was doing also he broke my axle on my car the shop said it wasn’t broken so he did trying to tow it. Other then that the service was great , very great price I very much appreciate the service just not who helped me

Service was excellent and very speedy. I'm so grateful the owner of the company came out within 15 minutes to help me change my tires (when AAA was estimating 4+ hours). Great company and owner! Thank you Thank you!
Towed my car hauler fully loaded for very reasonable price would 100% use again and recommend to others.
The Tow truck driver gave me a time that he would be at our business to pickup our 22 foot box truck and he was back at the exact time and did a great job…
Not a reliable company, Really don’t even deserve the one star. Called in the morning Spoke to A lady named Britney I told her I need service for today to move a pod out the way and move a container in its place.. she gave me a quote. I agreed and told me that they’ll be out at 4 so I emptied out the pod To make the job easier And then they call me at 3:30pm saying that they are slammed and no one can come out today That I had to wait till the morning, so I informed Her that I emptied out the pod That had a lot of products in it, and this is at a business That didn’t matter, she told me to Put the product back into the pod So disgraceful
Chris was amazing very professional

I can’t thank Aaron enough for the incredible service I received. Not only did he arrive quickly, but he went above and beyond to help! He handled everything with professionalism, patience, and kindness, even helping me with the situation most wouldn’t have. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about their customers, and this driver absolutely does. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable, compassionate tow service.
Fantastic customer service from the tow truck driver Al, he pulled up in what felt like 5 minutes, handled my girlfriend’s car with great care and answered all questions I had. 5/5 Good company with great employees. Would request Al every time if I could.
Service was great! I requested an online quote late last night, and had a call back at 7:15 this morning. The guys kept me up to date on when they would be here, and were friendly upon arrival!
Terrible business. Extremely rude dispatch, extremely rude and unprofessional drivers. I suspect some if not most of their positive reviews are fake. Do NOT call this place for help and if they try to tow you be careful, they actively and violently threaten folks.
Communication was great, they were there to help us out within a half hour of our call. Dave(driver) was very professional and kept me informed throughout the process.

Quick and awesome service after an insurance-ordered company didn’t show up. Jacob was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I should have just called Nick's in the first place…you guys have been the best in town for decades.
I got stranded on Fathers' Day, Sunday and the service was still very fast, efficient and I am very satisfied as a customer. I called to have an invoice emailed for reimbursement and they did so very quickly. Would highly recommend.
All star service and staff. Nick’s accommodated our situation and allowed us to change the delivery to a different location after they’d already arrived. Their driver dropped the vehicle exactly where we wanted, right into our garage with no issues. These folks are true professionals, my highest recommendation.

my car completely shut down on the highway and the kind man appeared what felt like out of thin air and he helped me figure it out and got me home. was my first experience in this as i’m 19 and i was freaking out so im very grateful that it happened where it did and he was right there to help me
They came quickly and had me loaded up within 45 minutes. Brad was excellent and gave me a ride home as well. Highly recommend!
Got fast competent accommodations and my car was off to the repair shop. Thanks Mike. Slainte
The company has an aggressive tow truck driver. He tailgated me all the way from Cascade and Thornapple River Dr, to Thornapple River Dr and 36th St. This was on 5/15/25 around 6pm. There were a number of times I thought he was going to cause an accident by rear-ending me. I was also concerned as my 5-year-old was in the back seat. I was behind a slower vehicle the entire way, so I couldn’t go faster and this clearly upset him. When he was finally able to turn, he flipped me off. Please do not use this company.
Berry’s and Gillikin’s has been a top towing company for me and my family to use. They’ve been quick to arrive on site each time & are communicative throughout the experience. They’re always extremely kind on the phone & the drivers are as well. Prices are extremely reasonable compared to other companies in the area! I’d highly recommend this company to anyone in the Grand Rapids area.
