Amazing owner very kind and a very hard worker. His communication skills are great, pricing is great, and whole demanor was great. Brian, the tow truck operator, was extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done to access our Mercedes and load it without our ability to put the car in neutral due to dead main and auxiliary batteries. Russell from Towz R Us helped save our stranded RV on the highway with speed and professionalism very late at night. So grateful that he picked up the phone at 1am and had the skill and equipment necessary to tow our 30ft class C RV from near Wasilla to Anchorage.
I called to be tugged out of snow about 4-8 feet backwards. I'd mostly dug myself out by the time they got there. Just the front right wheel of my front wheel drive 2 wheel drive vehicle was stuck. The service took about 5 minutes or less. I received no warning about the $210 charge. Completely did not expect it when this company was 6-8 miles from where I was stuck and I emphasized "I'm really close to you guys." They had no sense to let me know they were in another town and would charge me the mileage for that distance. I would have kept digging as long as I needed to or wait for friends to get off work at that rate. I'm poor! I let the employee know that was more than I make in a day and I don't make much. They didn't care that it was an easy job that took no time, and I didn't even need a wench out. I called the manager and he was quick to anger when I tried to reason with him about my experience. "It's 175 for a wench out, plus a fuel sur charge plus mileage." I didn't need a wench out, which I explained. He didn't care and said I deserved what I got in more words.
Russell and the Towz R Us group is superbly capable, responsive, and competitive! I also appreciate the level of communication that happens during these heavy equipment moves. They keep us posted every step of the way.

Towz R US exceeded my expectations they were punctual, professional, and friendly. I only waited five minutes from my driver to arrive. He got my car loaded up towed and to my destination faster than it would have taken a cab to get to me! The prices were incredibly affordable as well I was joking around with my driver and told him that if I was to take a cab it would have only cost me 50 bucks more to bring my car with me. And that's the truth. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a vehicle towed!

Great experience! Long story short, I gave the guy the wrong address for the destination and he called me to explain I was having my car towed to the dump. Really glad he caught this before the tow and was really nice even though I was being a huge pain in the ass. It's never fun needing a tow but these guys made it better. Thank you for your help!

They are one of the best tow companies in the valley. We called at 1230am to come and pull out son's vehicle out after he went in a ditch, they were there in 30 mins and had him going again.
Towz R Us was amazing. My RV was dead and wouldn't start, it took 30-45min to get it started and moved out of the way for them to back in the vehicle I had them tow. They were patient and didn't even charge me for the extra time!
I put my Dakota into a snow burm and they were quick to arrive and very courteous.
I was at Costco and forgot my keys in the ignition of my wife's truck while going into the store for groceries and coming back out of the store with 2 shopping carts loaded to the brims I found that I locked my keys in the truck, boy was I upset , so I looked up local towing companies to see who I can have to unlock my wife's truck. Towz R US came to our rescue and got to us in a reasonable amount of time maybe 15ish minutes after the call. They performed excellent customer service and were outstanding , I think the drivers name was Tom he was in a white wrecker , thank you Tom from towz r us.

We can 100% recommend Wayne and First Class Towing. We broke down an hour outside of Anchorage on a Sunday at night and Wayne was there within an hour of getting the call. He got our car hooked up quickly and we had a friendly chat on the way back. My wife and I are very thankful!
I’ve lost my keys and needed a tow so I called eagle towing to schedule a towing in two days Before a appointment I had with Continental and confirm with them the next day as well. The day of my schedule towing appointment, I tried calling and texting eagle but no one replied or called back, 30 minutes pass I call again but still no answer. I was getting worried because I have my appointment with continental In a hour. As I search up towing company, 1st class towing was one of the many option. I called the other towing company’s that had much higher rates or with just bad call service because at this point I’m desperate so I decide to choose 1st class towing out of the search and due to the reviews he had Wayne was more professional. I told Wayne I have a appointment in less than a hour and told me he was across town so it might take him a while. Less than 15 minutes pass and and he was able to tow my car to continental and make it to my appointment. Sadly continental was charging me more than I was told for a key. As we left, I asked if Wayne he Could tow my car to my place when we arrived Wayne took the time out of his day on his drive to my place to call a Subaru shop he knows about (A&A the shop) if they were able to do the job for less and and they said that what continentals price was a ridiculous charge and they can do it no problem for a way cheaper price so he towed it to that place. With the stressful day it was, Wayne was able to hook me up with a deal for the tow cost and was really nice and sympathizing with me. Will definitely be contacting him again if needed he quoted “I take care of customers cars as if they were mine” which made me feel more relaxed with his company (GREAT JOB MIGHTY MOUSE!)

The day me and two friends decided to push the limits of our machines, Elite Towing was able to rescue us in a time of need! We were frame deep stuck in the mud bog, and everything we tried to do made the situation worse. With no service, and hours of rain and misery, we managed to send a call off to Elite Towing and got Brian out and on the way! Once Brian was out there, he put in the absolute most effort, and assured us that he isn’t leaving until the job is finished! Not only did Brian do his best, but the whole family of Elite Towing was on our side. Once they didn’t hear from any of us for several hours due to no service, they ended up sending out their personal helicopter, and had Fort Richardson prepare a Blackhawk Helicopter in the event we needed saving! Thankfully, we got out of the mud, Brian helped escort us off the mountain, and got us back to our vehicles safely! After this experience, Elite Towing has been saved in my phone, and will always be my first call if I ever need help! Thank you so much to the family of Elite Towing!

Could not be more grateful for this company. We drove into a ditch in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night on the way to Talkeetna. We tried so many places and Andrew was the only one willing to make the over an hour journey to rescue us. He was so friendly and kind about our situation, and he carefully pulled the car out without a scratch... and we all got to enjoy the northern lights! We would have had to sleep in the car if not for him and we will not forget that. Thanks Andrew!

Jeff picked up my car faster than I expected was super nice, very informative and got my vehicle to the dealership safe and sound. What more could you want from a tow service? If you DID want something more, they do offer other services like, jump starts and lock outs and more. If you're ever in need of said services give Midnight Sun Towing a call. Jeff was a real help, he started with the basic stuff and all i needed was a jump when i thought it was my starter, much appreciated and excellent service. Chris is absolutely fabulous! I am an exchange student from Iowa for the Fall semester and been having some car problems. I called for a tow to a shop and told him my situation, he offered to come and look at my car saying that if the issue was just the spark plug then he didn't want me to have to tow it. He came out and was able to change the spark plug free of charge. He went out of his way to help us and now my car drives. I dont have much money as I am a college student and this saved me! Chris w/ South Central Towing is contracted through my Insurance companies Road side assistance and came to my rescue super fast! Normally with previous companies I’ve used I’ve had it take forever. But not with Chris, I think I only waited 10-15 min (versus the last company I used who took a couple hours to rescue me). He picked my car off, dropped it off and because of him my car didn’t have to sit over the holiday weekend waiting for a tire change. I feel blessed! In the midst of all of this mayhem, Glenn Highway Tow has proven to be an absolute godsend. They are one of only two businesses in the valley that are open on Christmas Eve, and the price that they charged me was one quarter of what their competitors were charging all of the other customers. Additionally, the service that they provided to me was exactly the same as what their competitors would have provided to all of the other customers. Person on the phone was very friendly. It always stings to have to pay for a tow but they are definitely on the lower-end price-wise. Didn't have to wait too much, tow truck driver (sorry forgot his name) was very nice, professional and knew what he was doing. I hope I won't have to use their services again, but if I do, that's who I'm calling!

My friend’s car got stolen and we had to call for a tow. Tiny’s showed up and was able to pull it off of a steep embankment, but unable to tow it as it had 3 flat tires. He wouldn’t take payment as he felt bad he couldn’t tow it. Super friendly, speedy, would use again!

My car was stuck out of town and needed a tow— Micah was unable to reach my car because of the location, so I didn’t end up using their services. But he was super nice and helped me make a plan to get my car home even after we cancelled the tow.

I needed an older, rusty vehicle transported to the UMV for inspection. He brought it down for me and made the whole process very easy for me. He lowered the vehicle for the inspection process and loaded it back up while I was inside working with the UMV to finish up paperwork. I'll be calling these guys when I need their services in the future.

Been dealing with these folks a long time and have nothing but good to say about them, they have rules and guidelines just like any business has to have because of peoples BS now a days but their down to earth and fair. If your straight up and honest with em they show that respect back. Good Folks, been in the valley a long time.
Today I got a flat tire(and have no spare), so I called and was given a 45min “wait time” due to lots of calls, but the driver James called me not even 30mins later! He quickly, swooped me and my vehicle off to my repair facility. Made my not amazing day a little better because I was not sitting on the side of the road for an hour!! Great customer service!!! Never got a call back after only being able to leave a message even though they were listed as open 24 hours. Disappointing.
Says 24 hours but i was told to call back after 9 at 7 am for a lockout with the engine running he was very rude as if i was trying to inconvenience him would have given only one star here but he did refer me to someone else who was kind and professional and quickly got the door open

There are no words….literally Cody was an earth Angel who appeared out of nowhere when I came out of OPA physical therapy with a cast on my leg, crutches and found that my car had a flat. I YouTubed how to change it and was trying to get the lights off but they were too tight and I couldn’t budge them. I was on the verge of tears when out of nowhere he pulled up alongside the curb and asked if I needed help, I was already all fours in the ground trying to figure out where to put the jack and he came in and had my tire changed in under 5 minutes. I can’t express how grateful I am, it was a pretty challenging week and that was the about to be my last straw. Cody changed it!! Thank you…..so much!!!!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏 If I ever have an issue in the future, I will not hesitate to call Vulcan because of his kindness!!

Hit a large rock on c st that ripped a hole in my side wall leaving me, a friend, and 3 of my kids sitting in a parking lot. They responded to us quite quickly and even offered a large enough truck to take us with the car. Fortunately, my husband was on his way as well to pick us up. I am so appreciative of the quick response time when I had the kids with me. We have used you several times for our company vehicles and I was glad you were there for us for the family one as well. This company dropped a car off in front of my neighbors house without his permission, when they were called to move it they dropped it across the street at another address they do not have permission to drop it at. The car is filthy, disgusting, the smell of human waste is perferating from the driver side having no windows. They were called and asked to move it YET AGAIN, while the driver AJ, was talking to the apparent "owner" of the car, I came and explained that this car has had a lot of "activity" around the car the week it's been here. AJ then proceeded to call me a Karen, and left the car for the owners to move, and it still is in the same spot he left it at. If I could add pictures to a review I would. Very disappointed in their practices.

My driver towed my car to the mechanic. Then under NO obligation he threw down gravel in the parking lot because my wife got stuck picking me up. Driver was not just professional but very cordial from the moment he called with an ETA to the moment he waved goodbye leaving the mechanics parking lot.
JT Towing and their team were so kind and considerate and did everything possible to get my kids and me back on the road safely. They went above and beyond and we would highly recommend them.
Towed my vehicle while I was out of state- sent them my details with express permission for two people i work with to pickup my vehicle. Was told at 3pm on a wednsday to come back and pick it up the next day. Why say 24 hour service if people are gonna pickup there property and you tell them to come back later?

The tow driver was very informative. He gave us a time estimate for picking up our van and called to let us know while enroute. I reslly appreciate this kind of service.
This company towed my trailer. They punched a hole in the side panel and damaged the front stand. The hole is at the exact hieght of the flat bed trailer. The hole actually matches the thickness of the flat bed trailer. The company will not except responsibility for the damages. After confirming the price over the phone 3 times with the manager, I go down to pay for the trailer. The manager does not give me my change. I had to ask, where is my change. He then shorts me $30.00. The manager of this location is a crook. I would assume his employees are the same way.
They don't deserve 1 star. These guys are a fraud!!!!!!! Had a small SUV they winched literally 20' and I backed the rest of the way out of my clients driveway by myself. They quoted me $185 for a call out, which I understand it would be more then that. The driver "Serghei" said it was $580.00. Really ? He didn't get off the main road, he didn't have to put chains on his vehicle, he literally hooked up a chain to my car and pulled it backwards 20'. I spoke to the owner at the office and he actually said" he would of charged me more due to his insurance cost and equipment use". So you're charging double the rate of any other towing company in town. These guys need to be investigated for scam/ fraud. Local news is going to investigate. To make it worse I had to pay the $580.00 due to being in my clients driveway and they had to take off. These guys are hustlers and know exactly what they're doing. As soon as they hook up the chain they won't release it until they're paid.
No Showed & Untimely Service 1st truck dispatched at 4pm ..... no showed & wouldn’t answer his phone.... asked to wait another 30 min. Told the dispatcher the auto shop closes at 6 pm. “No problem we have time” After another 30 minutes still no show & driver didn’t answer his phone again! 2nd driver dispatched with eta 20 - 30 min. .... 75 min wait! Driver called twice for arrival updates ... Driver stated location & flat lied about where he was because it doesn’t take 35 min to drive 1 block!!! Auto shop closed at 6 pm..... loading my truck at 6:20pm!!! Only 10 degrees outside! My doctors office stayed open 40 min after hours to keep me warm & safe! Along with the Tudor Auto shop who stayed 45min after hours until I arrived! I could have froze & had no where to go with my truck if these businesses didn’t go above & beyond!
My exhaust fell off in palmer and didn't think of anything of it burning my brake line and thank God I was able to pull over and stop before I couldn't on my way to Anchorage! (Which was my fault why I lost pressure in my brakes) don't forget this was at 12:00 a.m. and I called and told em what year/model/issue my truck was and took a half an hour to get to me. Got my ol girl loaded up in less than 10 mins😁 asked then what they were charging me and they said $235 + extra $10 for card and to me I think that was a good price! Hilghy do recommend 24/7 towing or tows r us as I know every tow truck driver. (Not cuz I had to call em a lot. I just know em from where I was working with em and spoke with them all)
