Amazing owner very kind and a very hard worker. His communication skills are great, pricing is great, and whole demanor was great. I got a flat tire (ran over a nail) after doing a late night Icecream run with the Family. I filed a claim through my insurance and Cameron from Patriot Towing and Recovery called me and was with us in a very short about of time. He was very accommodating and opened his Tow truck for us to stay warm if we needed to. We also almost left a phone In the car and he pointed it out to us! He offered for us to leave our car seats in his tow truck to keep them warm until our Lyft driver arrived as well. He was super calm and kind and took great care of our family. If our Lyft didn’t arrive he offered to drive us home after dropping off our car at the tire shop. Great customer service. Thank you!
I got a flat tire and my jack was not in my car. I used roadside assistance through my insurance company. I was told it could be anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half estimated time of arrival. Cameron was dispatched and he arrived faster than the estimated time given to me. And he was able to change my tire for me in less time than it took me to leave this review. I will for sure use them again for any of my towing or roadside assistance needs.

I called for a tow and was given a very fair price. The driver was professional and managed to get my car into my mechanic’s garage even though it was missing a front wheel. My mechanic was grateful he didn’t have to work on it outside in the rain. Great service, and I’d definitely recommend them!
A Mr. Cameron was the gentleman who came to tow my truck back to my residence. He even took the time out to hear my story on how I came to stall on the side of the road. Not only that, but he found cause as well. The belt came off. He’s very down to earth & we share a common interest in welding. Bright things are on the horizon for this gentleman. Sitting on the highway alone in a broken van, alone at night, in winter, halfway between Palmer and Glenallan. Icy, bad visibility, dead moose and a smashed radiator. ABL Towing restores faith in humanity! First, Elvis was clear and professional, and really made a complicated situation easy. It’s a long run out there and was going to take a while. He figured my location and kept me updated regularly as it got later and colder. About midnight his dad Amir arrives with the flatbed, and without a moments hesitation winches my loaded van aboard and gets us the hundred plus miles of Glenn Highway all the way into Anchorage. Long slow ride in heavy weather - I really appreciate they were there and up all night to help me out, with plenty of advice on repair strategies for an out of towner and willingness to get it done! Love these guys!

I admit to a weakness... liking fast small cars that are totally inappropriate for winter snow conditions. Espacially in my driveway. I had bought a car at auction that was supposed to run and drive from a different company. It had to be delivered somewhere in Anchorage. Surprise, it was not running and driving. Had it towed to a shop that refused to work on it as it was "too old". Another tow company was supposed to bring it out and flaked. Called Towz R Us and they not only were able to do it, but had it delivered from Anchorage to my home in the Valley in under two hours from the time I called! Awesome service as usual! Probably one of the best towing experiences I could've asked for. I had a really tricky situation and they made sure to take the best care of me. I made my flight and felt safe trusting them with my vehicle. They treated my vehicle exactly like their own and bent over backwards to get things sorted out for me. Definitely give them a call for your towing needs. Definitely masters of their craft.

My car died on the highway and I called around for a tow. Wayne answer his own phone and was unable to initially help me out as he was assisting someone else in another part of town. He followed up with such concern for my safety, simply to verify that my needs had been met. As it turned out, our original tow through anther vendor did not totally satisfy our needs. I called Wayne, who seemed to drop everything to help me out. He was there in 30 minutes, loaded my car and delivered it to the repair shop. He followed up the delivery with a phone call reporting the status of the delivery. I highly recommend the personal care and efficiency of this towing service.
Great customer service and going beyond for your customer’s. My car was stolen, within less then 24 hours the thieves did a lot of damage. I needed a tow back to my residence. My insurance agent told me that the towing company they work with in the area are NOT towing in residential areas due to how much snow we received and roads are narrow. I called 1Class towing and I told her my situation and she came to my residence to see if she’s able to tow my vehicle in my driveway. When she came by, she was like yesss I can tow your car for you, the greatest news I have had since this all happened. I set up time and day of pickup but my car wasn’t ready to be released from impound lot due to submitting the paperwork. I apologize to her and she said it’s okay we’ll try again tomorrow. So appreciated that. I texted the confirmation on release of the car. She replies with “ I’ll be there”. Thank goodness. Because how damaged the car was, it had some challenges with off loading, but she got it done. She was great and I would Recommend 1Class towing to everyone. Mahalo!!!

Tow Truck Jesus came today and towed our camper away...the leaf suspension broke on our last camping trip!! The guy was amazing, super nice, and professional! Just a great experience overall and he was chill!!
Elite did a great job towing an rv for me at a rate substantially lower than other companies I called (30-40%). They will be the first company I call if I need another tow as the driver was excellent and experienced. He had no issue pulling the rv with a locked up front wheel out of a shed and maneuvering it to get in front. I was skeptical at first about the size of the truck relative to the RV, but he made me a believer with how easy it was. They also offer a 10% military discount which I appreciate.

I had a great experience with this establishment. I had a blowout on KGB and did not have the tools to get the spare tire down. The gentleman who I arranged services with on the phone was very friendly, understanding, and accommodating. He was very down to earth and treated me more like a friend than a customer. My vehicle was towed to a nearby Auto Repair Shop and he offered to give me a ride to my house. Having just moved here and not knowing anyone they really helped me out of a bind. Everything worked out and I would definitely use their services again if needed!

My car wouldn’t turn over and after multiple days of trying I finally caved and called for a tow. Jeff showed up on time and after a quick chat, he was actually able to get my car running! I don’t know what magic he worked, but not needing a tow made my entire week run a little smoother. I hope I don’t need their services in the future, but if I do, I know who to call. Very professional and helpful.

Excellent Service at very reasonable price. Had to move a connex from driveway to behind my shed with very tight clearances. Move was done with care to not damage trees (raised branches) and set in place with extra care leveling timbers by cutting roots and digging - above the call of duty - added a tip. Thanks for job well done.

Unfortunately, in the last couple of weeks, I have had to call several tow trucks for assistance. The first two I must report were less than satisfactory , honest or professional . One was even short of being a supper shady. when I called South Central towing recommended to me by Holleman automotive he answered the phone himself, he got my location, what I needed , what my problem was, gave me an ETA. He was there on time. Took care of everything. Allowed my dog to stay with us, I felt secure and knew I was being handled professionally he delivered me to my location without incident. I would call him again in a heartbeat. As a matter of fact, I am adding him to my Christmas card list. Truly a professional and somebody that I feel comfortable writing a positive review for and I don’t write reviews often. If you can’t say something nice I generally don’t say anything at all. This guy was the best.

On 2-7-24 around 7:10pm driver DOT# 3684677 absolutely blew through a red light on Gambell and Sixth ave nearly causing a terrible accident. Good thing the person slammed on their brakes and was able to avoid the accident.
Person on the phone was very friendly. It always stings to have to pay for a tow but they are definitely on the lower-end price-wise. Didn't have to wait too much, tow truck driver (sorry forgot his name) was very nice, professional and knew what he was doing. I hope I won't have to use their services again, but if I do, that's who I'm calling!

I was stranded in the middle of the road and called here to get a jump start and the person that came to save me (i cant remember his name) but he was very down to earth and understanding. he attempted to jumpstart car but the battery or the alternator wasn't working so the man went the extra mile and came up with a method to help me get off the road onto a parking lot were it was safer. Cost wise he was very negatable and more than fair. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you so much ill never forget what you did for me today.

I needed an older, rusty vehicle transported to the UMV for inspection. He brought it down for me and made the whole process very easy for me. He lowered the vehicle for the inspection process and loaded it back up while I was inside working with the UMV to finish up paperwork. I'll be calling these guys when I need their services in the future.

I had a great experience with Freeman's Towing! A little over a month ago my car broke down all the way out in Coopers Landing and needed a tow to Anchorage. Eric was a lifesaver. My van couldn't make it up my driveway, and he arrived in 30 minutes, winching it up the hill.
Joe was very professional and prompt. He picked up our trailer more than a 100 miles out of town on a rough road and made sure the load was secure and made it to town safely. It was a Saturday so he brought his son along which I thought was great! He also transported our trailer on Monday to the mechanic shop once we were able to arrange it. I would highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thanks again Joe!

After being referred to by other towing companies because my situation was too difficult at night. I called Happy Hooker to get my F-250 full extended cab, 8’ bed with plow and sander to safety. I was plowing and sanding when my truck lost traction and slid 50 feet backwards down a steep hill. I turned to wedge the truck against the bank which left the back half hanging off the edge held up by trees I uprooted. Tow operator Eric arrived and within a short period of time had my truck back on solid ground without any damage to the truck! Wouldn't come pull me out of snow when I called. Ended up calling Tows R Us.
The tow service was what its supposed to be, completed damage free, and I understand its in no way the drivers fault, but over $500 for a tow maybe 5 or 10 miles? I drove a wrecker years ago and the average price for all of us driving was $50. Because they have the police contract and can charge whatever they want? Its supposed to be " within reason". Do you really think that's reasonable for an hours work? That's why they're all driving new $100,000 + trucks.
Needed a tow on labor day.

I had to get my car towed after sliding off of the Seward highway. Everyone was awesome, and the crew was competent and friendly. I had the pleasure of working with both Steve and Ryan, and both were wonderful. Prices were very fair for both my tows with Vulcan.
This company dropped a car off in front of my neighbors house without his permission, when they were called to move it they dropped it across the street at another address they do not have permission to drop it at. The car is filthy, disgusting, the smell of human waste is perferating from the driver side having no windows. They were called and asked to move it YET AGAIN, while the driver AJ, was talking to the apparent "owner" of the car, I came and explained that this car has had a lot of "activity" around the car the week it's been here. AJ then proceeded to call me a Karen, and left the car for the owners to move, and it still is in the same spot he left it at. If I could add pictures to a review I would. Very disappointed in their practices.
Driver was super chill & very accommodating & understanding. The wait was a little long but luckily I wasn’t in a hurry. Dustin was very friendly, professional and I’d definitely recommend his services.
Fast service, good price, and great customer service. They moved a large shed quickly. Would use again.

Payless Towing! This is towing and recovery you can trust! Good men work here and I am so thankful for them!! I had a van I needed pulled out during one of those boneheaded moments in deep parking lot ice. I appreciate the prompt help and kind support! No questions asked just quick solutions. Call them first!!
This is a company owned by a very rude person. He hung up in my face because I inquired on how he put my motorcycle on his tow truck. At he shop he parked my bike against some old car doors he'd taken off another car. He then said if he tore my bikes up there is nothing I could do about it so he did not care. Let's join together here in Anchorage Alaska and let this person know we won't except this type of treatment. Call another towing service. His prices are also double what others charge. Join me in stopping Payless Towing from ripping us off by not using his services.

Called night before that I needed a 7am tow to dealership to get to my appointment by 7:30. He showed up on time which was very important to me and was pleasant in our interactions.
Great service. They got my car home safely in terrible weather. Highly recommend.

My experience with the crew was A+. They were respectful, timely, and super helpful. I was so thankful for their supportive help today.
I had my car towed two times by JT Towing. One was paid by insurance. Second was paid by me. On the second towing paid by me JT Towing ended up doing damage to my car. JT Towing has failed take responsibility for the damage they did from my car. I tried calling and emailing multiple times. At first I was told to respond with pictures which I did which showed the damage done when they hooked up my car. I have not heard back since. I have tried calling and emailing again. I was told the owner was not in state and that he was out of the country by the lady who answered the phone. I want JT Towing to take responsibility and reimburse for the damage done!
Got my truck home innless than 30 minutes on a busy night. A+ service.
Driver was nice. But, they sent a wrecker even though their website says they use flatbeds only. They towed my truck without disconnecting the driveshaft. Now my transmission has issues. The business refuses to respond to my requests for help. The business ignored the Better Business Bureau complaint. Shame on this company! Use someone else.

Spoke with the manager two three days ago about his driver and what all went wrong and he has not gotten back to me. Or has not let me know what's going on. The driver was even in an accident that morning. Just over all bad experience and it has plenty of room for improvement. Had they gotten back and had better communication I'm sure things would be smoother
Came here to get items out of my stolen, totalled vehicle.. A guy, not sure if he's security or what, came outside and yelled at me for walking through the open gate to knock on the door. (there is no alternative door to approach outside of the fenced area) he instructed me to call the company's office to ‘ask if I could have access to my car’.. Upon calling the office, the same guy answered the phone and was still very rude with me, did not allow me to even speak and denied me access to my vehicle. I know it was the same guy because of his heavy indian(?) accent and the office person who eventually allowed me access was a white guy. The customer service in this business was severely lacking.
No Showed & Untimely Service 1st truck dispatched at 4pm ..... no showed & wouldn’t answer his phone.... asked to wait another 30 min. Told the dispatcher the auto shop closes at 6 pm. “No problem we have time” After another 30 minutes still no show & driver didn’t answer his phone again! 2nd driver dispatched with eta 20 - 30 min. .... 75 min wait! Driver called twice for arrival updates ... Driver stated location & flat lied about where he was because it doesn’t take 35 min to drive 1 block!!! Auto shop closed at 6 pm..... loading my truck at 6:20pm!!! Only 10 degrees outside! My doctors office stayed open 40 min after hours to keep me warm & safe! Along with the Tudor Auto shop who stayed 45min after hours until I arrived! I could have froze & had no where to go with my truck if these businesses didn’t go above & beyond!
The tow driver was very informative. He gave us a time estimate for picking up our van and called to let us know while enroute. I reslly appreciate this kind of service.
No wonder their reviews are bad. Bad company. Currently waiting an hour now, through roadside assistance. They quoted eta of 10 minutes, then went to wrong address. Said would be 30 minutes to correct address. Called after 30 minutes they said it would be 30 more minutes. We did just have a snow storm, but these guys seem like they have other things going on. Call someone else. Not these guys.
