Got a flat coming home on a Sunday, most everywhere else was closed. I called and within 15 minutes I had a driver in hilariously high spirits pick me up in more ways than one. Highlight of an otherwise stressful situation. On top of that they are also reasonably priced, but honestly it's that ride home that will stick with me. A+ customer service from my driver. 😁

Amazing, speedy and friendly service! Wayne saved our day! Car broke down on the way home from our 4th of July campout. Couldn’t be happier we landed with Wayne. While other companies were changing their prices and giving us a hassle, Wayne magically appeared behind us 45 minutes away from Anchorage just when we needed him, literally was parked behind us. He was incredibly friendly and helpful, his price was reasonable and he made a stressful situation so much better. You can bet he will be the one we call if we ever need a tow again and we will be recommending him to everyone we know. Thanks for the lift, Wayne!

Wayne was wonderful. My car wouldn’t start so I had to leave it in the parking lot and get a ride. I called Wayne for a tow and told him where the spare was on my vehicle. Apparently my spare key had fallen off at some point and he didn’t have a key to get inside my vehicle. He patiently waited with my car for 15 to 20 minutes while my ride brought me back there. Wayne was very fast and personable. I would highly recommend. Affordable as well. I’m sure trip prices vary by distance but my tow was only $65.

From a broke leg to my Jeep burning up to loosing my good tools in said fire absolutely nothing went wrong dealing with Midnight sun towing. Lucky it was my work truck and not my “daily driver”. Very professional crew from the big guy in the yard who was way cool to the very well spoken woman on the phone( Izzy?)all were patient with me. Thank you.
Jeff was a real help, he started with the basic stuff and all i needed was a jump when i thought it was my starter, much appreciated and excellent service. He saved me from my headache and probably an expensive shop bill all just for a battery, definitely recommend Midnight Sun Towing for anything, I’ll definitely call them if im in a pickle again.

My car wouldn’t turn over and after multiple days of trying I finally caved and called for a tow. Jeff showed up on time and after a quick chat, he was actually able to get my car running! I don’t know what magic he worked, but not needing a tow made my entire week run a little smoother. I hope I don’t need their services in the future, but if I do, I know who to call. My friend’s car got stolen and we had to call for a tow. Tiny’s showed up and was able to pull it off of a steep embankment, but unable to tow it as it had 3 flat tires. He wouldn’t take payment as he felt bad he couldn’t tow it. Super friendly, speedy, would use again!
Last year, my car died on the side of the road. I got a tow home & a quick fix including the picture of receipt for parts from the local parts store (they even offered to use my rewards info to purchase said parts, annnnnnnd called with the price before purchase) and it still was affordable! I didn't think I could be more impressed with their service. I'm even more impressed today with their customer service and people skills; my mom ended up with a flat and I was able to get her set up with Tiny's Towing for a patch job, all through the phone. I was stranded in the middle of the road and called here to get a jump start and the person that came to save me (i cant remember his name) but he was very down to earth and understanding. he attempted to jumpstart car but the battery or the alternator wasn't working so the man went the extra mile and came up with a method to help me get off the road onto a parking lot were it was safer. Cost wise he was very negatable and more than fair. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you so much ill never forget what you did for me today.

They busted the lower control arm of my car and then denied doing anything to it. It's bad enough to have to have a car towed to a repair shop and pay those two bills but to have to add more expense to repair what a dishonest tow company broke is horrible.

Vulcan was very responsive and professional. My RV broke down in town. Vulcan mobilized the appropriate-sized wrecker to tow my vehicle home. The operator, Allister, took precautions to protect my RV. He was a skilled and safe driver. I highly recommend Vulcan Towing.

They came out quickly after contacting them to tow our boat home for us after a trailer tire blew out. We were on the side of the Seward highway so they sent an extra truck to help with lights/visibility, it cost a little extra but was worth it as it definitely helped make the process feel more safe with other cars blasting by! The price was fair and they did a good job. We had talked to another company our insurance wanted us to use but they went back and forth hemming and hawing about what tow truck to send and then quoted us 3x as much! Vulcan asked for the trailer/boat measurements and was on their way, no mess no fuss.

Really nice and helpful staff. Best experience I’ve had in a long time.
Had a flat tire on my Tesla and was towed to my house by a different company and everything went fine. When my tire arrived in stock I used AAA and they sent JT towing to take my car to the shop. The driver incorrectly secured the car to the flat bed using the winch and heard and audible crunch as he broke the skid plate underneath my car. It was obvious there were different methods for securing the car, especially since the first company secured it fine and didn't break anything. JT towing agreed to compensate me for the damage but I kept getting the run-around. I was finally reimbursed by AAA. Edit: I was finally sent a check by JT towing, and added a star for it
These people are horrible! They left my 17 year old daughter stranded for a lock- out service at 10pm when it's almost 30° because of a clerical error. They couldn't wait 5 minutes for my insurance to fix the claim. I will NEVER use this company and will be warning EVERYONE I know to avoid this unethical business!
Towed our motor home from mile 66 ( turnagin pass rest area) and did an excellent job arrived when they said , and arrived at our house shortly after I had arrived ! No long waits ! Our motor home was filled with stuff and not one thing was knocked over or broken! Excellent job will definitely use again!
Be careful with these crooks. They falsely advertise impounded vehicles and then offer no refund for misrepresenting the vehicle’s condition and photographs and explanations. I bought a jeep from them that said it ran and drove, but it was unable for me to look at before I paid for it because it was blocked in by other vehicles. Once I was able to get it unblocked and jump started. The wheels were completely bent so badly. It cost $3000 out of Mechanic just to get the jeep to stay running as well as drive straight. Not even remotely an ethical business.

I personally haven't used them but did call them to report a very dangerous incident in a construction zone. The driver that was hauling a big load speed up to cut off a line of people slowing Down and merging. He pushed a car off the road that was in front of the line. I called he number and I'm guessing the owner answered and he said he would call the driver. 5 minutes later the driver called us and told me to "learn to drive and S his D" mother Fer"! Then hung up. I tried to call the company back and they screeched the phone and hung up. One of the most unprofessional things I have ever witnessed. I wish there were negotiable stars... wow
On Christmas Eve we broke down in Eagle River. We had tried to use our insurance’s roadside assistance but they were having trouble connecting us with a company on a holiday at a late hour. We had already waited for 2 hours when we finally called 24/7 Towing. They quoted us one price over the phone and it was agreed upon although it was too high- we just wanted to get home to our kids and family at this point (the guy answering the phone lives in Russia btw, he isn’t even stateside!). When the driver got our vehicle to the location we chose he asked for an drastically elevated price. We paid the driver the original agreed upon price, even tipped very generously as it was a holiday, and he began unloading the vehicle. Just before the wheels to our towed vehicle touched the ground the driver stopped unloading it and said we had to pay an ADDITIONAL $100! The owner Sergey is a piece of work, preying upon people’s desperation and then attempting to temporarily hold the vehicle for extorting more money.
Extremely rude and uncalled for customer service over the phone. The employee had been very unprofessional and very immature with what he had said to me then hung up. Because I had asked if this was also Aurora Towing as it's advertised so online.
They don't deserve 1 star. These guys are a fraud!!!!!!! Had a small SUV they winched literally 20' and I backed the rest of the way out of my clients driveway by myself. They quoted me $185 for a call out, which I understand it would be more then that. The driver "Serghei" said it was $580.00. Really ? He didn't get off the main road, he didn't have to put chains on his vehicle, he literally hooked up a chain to my car and pulled it backwards 20'. I spoke to the owner at the office and he actually said" he would of charged me more due to his insurance cost and equipment use". So you're charging double the rate of any other towing company in town. These guys need to be investigated for scam/ fraud. Local news is going to investigate. To make it worse I had to pay the $580.00 due to being in my clients driveway and they had to take off. These guys are hustlers and know exactly what they're doing. As soon as they hook up the chain they won't release it until they're paid.
No wonder their reviews are bad. Bad company. Currently waiting an hour now, through roadside assistance. They quoted eta of 10 minutes, then went to wrong address. Said would be 30 minutes to correct address. Called after 30 minutes they said it would be 30 more minutes. We did just have a snow storm, but these guys seem like they have other things going on. Call someone else. Not these guys.
