One day, I was driving down the street and my alternator decided to quit working. I was stuck on the side of the road, called my roadside assistance and they sent midtown tow. They arrived very quickly and Took extra special precautions loading my vehicle due to the oversize wheels and we're very understanding of my worries about towing my car, they communicated great and their customer service was amazing! highly recommended

Gurpreet came in about half the time AAA said. I was parked on a residential street, it was dark, cold, rainy. I thought I had a flat tire but not sure which one it was. Gurpreet checked the tire pressure of all 4 tires, three of which were fine. He quickly exchanged the very low pressure tire with the spare. I appreciated his thoroughness, competence, and patience. Wished I’d cash to tip him.
It’s the time old tradition of tow trucks swooping in to tow cars that miss the 3pm move notice, but with this encounter it’s all about the recklessness of the driver. Not only are they driving in the bus lane to then cut you off with a vehicle being towed no blinker no warning so they can drop the car and get back out on the streets to make more money. Just experienced almost being side swiped by this company’s driver, no warning, and absolutely no reasoning for this type of driving then not even a mile up the road watch this same driver aggressively swerve almost hitting a transit bus in another lane. Not only is this driver reckless but I would worry about the car being towed and damages that could be caused by the absolute chaos this driver thought necessary to drive this way. Would not use this company for a personal tow and suggest the city of Seattle to look into the drivers for this company, for the safety of the people of Seattle.
Charlie was a stud. My 2021 Tesla Model 3 fuse blew out and after AAA sent me 3 different tow trucks and still managed to fail at sending me one with a flatbed AND wheel dollies … here comes Charlie saving the day. So instead of having to call out for the whole day at work, I was able to come in just 2 hours late and Charlie took care of my baby love until drop off. Sent pictures from the pick up, the car on the flatbed, the drop off and where he parked it. Next time I need a tow, I’m requesting Charlie and/or anybody from Long Towing. Definitely more than satisfied.
Charlie at Long Towing provided exceptional service and got me where my car and I needed to go after a breakdown. Charlie was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The flatbed rig was new, clean, and in great working order. It was a great experience in what was otherwise a stressful moment, and I highly recommend them (and Charlie) if you ever need a tow. A+++

Great service! I have a vintage sports car that requires special attention when towing. They were not only superbly skilled but also patient with a somewhat nervous car dad. They really went above and beyond when we got to the auto shop and helped the mechanic push some cars around to make space for my baby. If I could give six stars I would!

On 11/3/2025 at 10:30pm, I called Lion Towing LLC to pick up my truck to tow it 3 miles. Over the phone the guy said $250. I thought that was still pretty pricey but it was my only option. When he had it on the truck, he changed the price to $320. I asked him “why is it more expensive.” He said “it’s farther than I thought”. He ended up popping my tire. He said “that’s not my fault”. He dropped my car off and left.

Meron was completely on top of his game. Gave me the best rate out of 5 other Seattle towing companies I called in the middle of the night. Told me he would be there to tow my car in 20 minutes but arrived in 15min. I wouldn’t trust another tower in town after this experience.

Incredible people that are not after your money but actually there to help with the exact price they qouted you for it took us almost an hour and a half the battery of my Mercedes was was dead for almost 2 years they literally waited patiently to charge the battery then we jumped it after that then they towed it properly and even offered me a ride to the destination that i wanted the car dropped at. I have received service from other towing providers but never have i seen them be this caring, helpful, honest and passionate about the service they are providing you guys are going the right direction.

After AAA informing me that they were unable to get my vehicle towed for HOURS, I called PNW Towing and Recovery. I had already been waiting on I 5 for hours and just needed to get home and be safe, it was the middle of the night in Tacoma, need I say more? I called and was notified they’d be there in 45 min or less (which ended up being about 30 min). The man that came was so kind and worked very fast and efficient. Very experienced in what he was doing! I was impressed at his ability to maneuver the vehicle with his tow truck! I hope you all don’t need to be towed, but if you, call these guys first!
The driver, RJ, who showed up to haul my non-running project car was super helpful. He did everything he could to get my car out of the awkward position it was sitting in my old driveway and did a clean drop at my new home. The haul also took a lot longer than we originally thought (thanks Puyallup traffic), including me running late, but he only charged me the original quote that was less time. Thanks for a super easy experience!
They were contracted through my insurance. I had to pick up a loaner car and was not expecting them to arrive at my broken vehicle’s location for a while. They showed up while I was on my way to the location. The tow guy called me to see where I was, I told him my ETA, he said he would call me back in a few to see my whereabouts. I arrived, and they left unannounced. When I called him back, upset, he said he had to leave for another job. I reminded him that he was going to call me before leaving, then asked the name of their tow company. He said, “I’m not going to tell you that.” What a joke. Steer clear of these guys if you want reliability.
RJ was super friendly, professional, and very cautious yet extremely efficient with getting my car to my mechanic. Would recommend to anyone needing a tow especially if your car is lowered or worried about how they will treat your vehicle. 10/10 would send anyone their way!

Called them to jump may daughters car 11pm they responded promptly but said there was something wrong with the car had them tow it to the storage yard spoke with them in the morning asked if they could jump it again to make sure, swore they had a heavy duty just pack it was another issue. Drove 5hrs to pick up the car, they could not find the keys had to wait for another driver to return with them. Loaded the car got it home put on 200amp jump charger and it fired right off. For a 400$ tow one would think they could jump a car correctly it’s only a little Honda civic.

Had a great experience with Tow Boat Seattle. When my boat broke down, I happened to see Doug passing by and flagged him down. He stopped his boat and bailed me out of trouble in less than 10 minutes. After he got my boat tied up he towed me to my mechanic nearby and didn’t even charge me for it. Doug went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his kindness and generosity. Highly recommend his service for anyone in need!
Captain Doug is the best! Fast, professional, highly skilled, courteous, and reasonable. Ran into problems over Seafair weekend on the lake, and Doug came to the rescue and got our boat into a tight slip, then later moved the boat out of the slip to put it on the trailer and skillfully put the boat right on the trailer.

When my wife was in a accident about three weeks ago, Guardian Towing worked hand in hand with my insurance company to help make things less stressful for us during the interim. If every you have to use a towing company I would highly recommend this company. Diante, is the driver that came out to tow our vehicle. His first words to us was, " is everyone okay?" He show not only his level of knowledge and capabilities when towing a vehicle that has been in a accident, but also his skill in not creating any further damage to the vehicle. He answer all my questions with out any hesitation. Diante should wear a cap as he is a superhero, and I would like to put him in for employee of the year...
Keep getting told they are 60 minutes out. It's been 2.5 hours since they originally said they would arrive. They tell me traffic is really bad - my wife drove to my location from the same direction they are supposedly coming from in 40 minutes. These people are dishonest. Unfortunately this is typical for many "top" tow truck companies. It's just bad business practices. By the way, I've been stranded for nearly 7 hours.
This is the best towing company in seattle, I have used Seahurst as well as Seawest, they have horrible customer service and WILL disrespect you if you call them. They are always atleast a few hours late, and they are extremely unreliable and doesn’t give you any updates at all to when they are coming and when they do, they are always wayy off with their promised time. Guardian Towing was different, I felt respected and they updated me throughout the whole process by phone call rather than text, they told me exactly when they were leaving, they called me periodically to update their arrival time and towed my car extremely quick and simply. Overall, the best towing company in Seattle!! Would recommend to anyone if you like reliable service and respect!

literally saved my life
This is the most customer, friendly professional environment. I have ever been in as far as a towing company. I was super stressed out. They came at two in the morning. I couldn’t find anybody else to do it, but fortunately I had these guys because they took care of everything I need. They were there in a matter of moments because I was close to the location so The areas in was quite scary a lot and I was very comfortable and very happy with my experience

Jerry was very kind and helpful. I got a flat tire on my car and Jerry not only did his towing job but he even looked at the wheels on my car. We found out we had to replace the wheels due to Jerry taking the time to inspect the wheel. He noticed that the car was in fact holding in some air, so he stuck some air in the wheel and was kind enough to escort us to Les Schwab tire centre. He emphasized that if we felt like we were losing air in the tire to please immediately pull over and he would be there on the scene. Once arriving to Les Schwab, Jerry proceeded to show us how to fill out the paper work and was very thorough in explanations on what to send to our insurance company and how this all worked, as it was in fact our first time having a flat tire on this specific car. I went inside of Les Schwab to get a quote on some tires, but I am ignorant to information on cars. I got 3 options for tires and brought the paper out to my husband so we could make a decision. Jerry politely asked to see our options and suggested option number 2 out of 3. He also suggested that we add Siping to the wheels, and even took time out of his day to thoroughly explain what Siping is and why it’s important to have on the wheels of your car. Shortly after finishing all of the paperwork, Jerry wished us well, and you could see that he meant it. He emphasized it. I explained how I have had such bad luck with cars in 2020, and he said he hopes my luck gets better. My husband and I headed to the inside of Les Schwab, full of confidence in telling the employees our decision on the wheels to get for our car and how we wanted to add siping. I turned to wave goodbye at Jerry as he drove away, my only regret was that he did not see my wave. Thank you, Jerry. Jerry is who every man aspires to be. Be like Jerry.

Had an outstanding experience with Nick (owner) He was kind enough to dispatch himself to assist us with our towing needs. Price was completely fair. He did not have to dispatch himself, however he did due to having a very busy night and did not want to leave us stranded. Will use his service if ever needed in the future. 5 Stars all the way.
After waiting hours for other roadside services, we reached out to AK Roadside. Even though it was a busy night, nick was able to locate someone for us to fix our flat on the side of the highway. The agent that was dispatched knew what he was doing and went above and beyond to get us back on the road quickly. So grateful for their service!!

Ivan is an absolute life saver. I tried changing out the tire myself on an incline in a downpour. The cheap pack-in jack the car came with slipped on the wet concrete and dropped the car on my arm and left the car in a precarious position resting on the rotor. Called AK and Ivan got there quickly and managed to get the car up on the jack despite the rain, incline and very tricky positioning. Can't praise him enough and I'll be going to AK if I ever need service like that again.
The driver Ivan & his boss went above and beyond. After initially coming out to help via AAA. He didn’t have the right equipment. I got passed off to other drivers and then forgotten about by AAA. Ivan originally had called me to let me know that he was coming and so I had his number from that. I sent him a text informing him of my dilemma and he called his boss and they got right on it and had my home within squared away within 60 minutes. After waiting on AAA for five full hours. If you need help. Call these dudes. They will help you out and treat you right.

My driver Andre, did an excellent job picking my vehicle up and delivering to the shop for me. Although I didn’t specify my vehicles ride was lowered, Andre was certain he can load my vehicle safely without damaging the front bumper or rear end. As far as pricing for sky tow it was the lowest of the 5 companies I called in auburn, although the total trip distance was 3.0 miles, the other companies quoted me ~250 more than what I was quoted from Sky Tow.
The best in car and truck and all other vehicles you need to be towed Sky-Tow is by far the best there is. And the most reasonable priced better than any other towing organization.I have a Ram pickup, needs a lot of work we went for one end of town to the other. Sky-Tow was there all the way. My pickup broke down in Graham, Washington a few weeks ago. I called Chad Voorhis at Veteran Towing to get my truck and I home, approximately 30 miles away. Chad arrived on scene quickly. As a former Police Sergeant, I have dealt with numerous Tow drivers in the past. I can honestly say Chad is one of the best, if not THE best, I have used. Excellent people! My car wouldnt start late at night after return from the airport. They showed up quickly, were very friendly/helpful, and had the car towed. They went out of their way to help, even bringing extra oil (oil was low as well), and i really appreciate them.
There is a reason this place has such high reviews. I have a classic car that needed towing to a shop, and the shop recommended these guys to me. I'm very glad they did. Twice now they've towed a '71 across town for me, through complicated parking lots and construction sites, and they did so absolutely flawlessly. They're friendly and efficient and unbelievably helpful. I'll be using their services again I'm sure.

Driver was a little late, but no problem. Driver was kind and courtesy. The tow was done promptly and delivered to the correct location.
Genes has always done a Great Job for me. Their driver was Gabe. He arrived ahead of their estimated time. Gabe was very personable and professional. He got my Vechicle loaded and secured in a timely manner. And transported my car and myself to our destination. I highly recommend using Gene’s towing service.

My elderly mother got her car towed. The person in the office did not once mention to us that She had to come by herself. Because no one else is permitted in the office one person at a time knowing she needed help. In the end, it’s all about money and how you can have them stay longer so they can keep your car in impound and make you pay more. A special place in hell for people like this.
They close at 5 PM Only let one person inside the building at a time . They do not let you bill insurance when you pay to get car. You have to pay and then bill insurance separately We got there just before 5 pm and are able to retrieve our stolen vehicle.

At first I was quoted they could pick up my bike by the end of the day and they actually came within an hour. He called me and said he was 20 minutes out and he was actually only 15 minutes out so he was early on both counts. Secured My bike properly and got it to the destination within 10 minutes. It’s never a good day when you have to call a tow truck, 😂. Gene’s towing was able to come out to our job site and recover our truck. When I called, Alice was very helpful in our time of need. And, in what seemed like no time at all, “JR” or “junior” showed up and recovered our truck safely and without causing property damage to our truck or customers property. I highly recommend genes towing, from the customer service all the way to the recovery of our truck to AP Brenda helping us out. All around good experience. Thank you Gene’s. Got towed yesterday by Nacho, super chill guy and he made it a quick and simple process. Great guy deserves a raise for sure. If I ever need a tow in the future I will definitely pick Gene’s Towing and ask for my guy Nacho.
I had called another tow company at 5 o’clock in the morning and scheduled an 8 AM tow, when I called at 8:06 they told me the driver was 30 minutes out when I called at 8:45. They told me the driver was 20 minutes out and when I called at 9:15 to cancel the driver told me he was 20 minutes out when I called Genes towing the driver got there in under an hour. He was very nice and very quick. He brought the car to the destination, and I was still able to make my appointment although I was late due to the previous tow company. Next time I’ll just call Genes.
Gene's saved me from a AAA disaster and was there in less than 45 minutes. The driver (forgot his name unfortunately) was super nice, helpful and the bright spot in an otherwise crappy day. I'll recommend Gene's to anyone.

So fast to get to my car, great customer service, offered me a ride, trustworthy reliable company, definitely recommend. I lost all power in the middle of the road at 5:30am in front of T-Mobile stadium and my car came to a stop right in front of a fire hydrant, cars were honking at me and driving crazy… I definitely though i was going to get hit. He showed up quickly and made the situation so much safer for me. He took about 5 minutes to load it up, tie it down and leave for the shop.

Never used RedKing before, I normally just use AAA. Had a situation AAA doesn't cover, called RedKing because they were close and good reviews. Absolutely head and shoulders better than anywhere I've used before. I had Roman as well, he apologized for needing an hour to get to me, I was thinking an hour is the MINIMUM I've waited for other companies. So that's good. Then he quotes me a great price for a pain-in-the-rear car (Mercedes with deflated air suspension). He took special care, additional ramps to ease the car on, put it where I needed it at home, stayed at his quote even after I mentioned it seemed too little for the hassle. Long story short it was the first time I ever felt like I _wanted_ to tip a tow company. So I did. Thanks!

Amazing! It was past 8pm and our entire wheel fell off!! (Lug nuts snapped). They answered my call right away and got to us so fast with great communication! The tow truck driver even put the tire back on the best he could and backed it into our drive way in the dark! 10/10 will be using again!

Embarrassing to say, at the end of a long day, I pulled into a fuel pump that had diesel on one handle and unleaded fuel the other handle… Murphy’s Law would have it, I grabbed the black handle instead of the green handle and put 20 gallons I was unleaded fuel in my Dodge ram tank, with a new Cummins engine…Torres Towing happened to be rolling through the station, The owner brought in a rollback tow truck on the spot… Not even a phone call necessary. First rate customer service!!
Had my car towed before with Torres towing. Texted him at 4am to schedule a tow for 9:30am, he responded right away, and his prices are very reasonable. He showed up on time. Would definitely recommend him to other people that need their cars towed!
Torres towing came in the middle of the night to tow my friend's car which is an Audi A6 and generally has to go on a flatbed however they were able to use dollies and tow it home right away they said they would be there in 10 to 15 minutes but ended up being there in less than 5 minutes. The driver who came out was very courteous, kind, and super helpful with even providing recommendation as to who could fix and/or specializes working on that type of car.

Eddie came out this evening to tow my car and he's just an all around nice guy! Wished me a happy belated birthday and sent a picture of the car when it was dropped off to my great mechanic!! He really cares about his customers and that's really hard to find I have had my car towed few times and most of them don't care and are rude or clueless! Give this man a raise he's awesome!!
Kris was amazing!!! Our car was stolen, then found in non-working condition. When AAA dispatched Speeds towing, Kris came out to rescue her on the side of the road and bring her home. He was professional, kind and so fast! When he delivered the car to our home - we live at the end of a circle so its hard for trucks to get in and out - My husband and I couldn't believe how he made it look like a breeze. His skill and precision were so impressive! It was a Friday and we were his last call of the day so you would think he would just want to get the job over with and get home. Instead, he pulled out his tools and helped us start the car! This helped tremendously since we needed to report it to our insurance. He had so much compassion for our situation and was by far the best tow truck driver we have ever worked with. A special thank you to Kris for that win that we so desperately needed in our dire situation. Thanks so much Kris! Best of luck to you! I had an issue with my car on Friday, first tow truck driver was newer and was honest with me about not sure exactly how to lift my car safely. I got ahold of Eddie from Speeds towing and he showed up shortly after and assessed the situation. I have a GTR with some mods done and I myself was concerned. He was able to safely lift my car onto the flat bed with no damage to my diffuser / exhaust / front end ( I was pulled into a spot and could not reverse) He safely dropped my car off and then today picked it up and dropped it off at my car shop for work. Eddie is very courteous and does a great “Speedy” job along with being safe with my car. If I ever need another tow, I’ll be calling Speed’s and asking for Eddie. Thank you
Alyssha was amazing. She helped show me how my FOB was out of order & corrected it immediately. I plan to CANCEL AAA immediately because she saved me $$$ in diagnosing the problem. She was efficient, pleasant & totally professional. I wish I could request her in the future if l ever have problems again.

Pro Tech Towing is an outstanding company! They really were 'johnny on the spot' for us when we needed them the most to clean up our employee's wreck that he unfortunately was involved in.
