Great experience all around. Great communication, and the driver was clearly very experienced at his job. A true professional. Very happy I chose Big Jim's.
We had an incident with Big Jim’s towing one of our cars was damaged and our shop door was damaged. He immediately took care of it. We didn’t have to wait on insurance and he was professional and kind courteous about it. He understood our situation and what we wanted to have taken care of and he took care of it I really appreciated it. It didn’t make it too much of a hassle and we’re all happy with getting stuff done so it was pretty cool.
Big Jim’s was truly fantastic!! They were friendly, came quickly, and resolved my issue promptly! My son locked our keys in the car & from call to completion of service was 30 minutes. I absolutely recommend them wholeheartedly for your needs!
Austin from Big Jim’s Towing was fantastic. He helped us out so much keep our car in the best condition possible coming out of the ditch. He was there promptly, showed expertise with pulling us out the correct angle, and talking us through driving out so that we didn’t slide back down. Thank you!!
Super quick response! Really gave me a fair deal for a tow that took my car across town. The tow guy was a pro and was great company as I had to catch a ride with him to my mechanic. I recommend Big Jim's Towing Services for sure!

PA towing did an amazing job hauling my new vehicle. He showed exactly on time, was very polite and professional and clearly knew how to do the job. His truck is absolutely spotless and he took care of my vehicle as if it were his own. Definitely would call PA Towing if I needed service in the future!
If you’re looking for tow company look no more. Pavel went above and beyond ! Affordable and excellent service. Showed up to pick up our car super quick. Highly recommend Although our mechanic gave me the wrong address (he moved a couple miles north) Pavel went above and beyond to then go to the new location without a problem. I’m genuinely impressed by Pavel’s customer service and this company
Easy to talk with. Quick and helpful response time. And the best price point in towing for Vancouver. Very respectful, truck was super clean, driver was experienced. 100% would recommend and 100% will be using again.
Recommended 10/10. For starters everybody else quoted me 350+, they quoted 200. Povel was early to pickup and already had everything ready to go when I arrived. He was very kind and humorous and when dropping off my vehicle made extra sure my lowered car made it off the trailer without scraping. Thanks for the good service.
Firstly I'd like to say after asking a few people--whom I dare guess identify as "good Christians"--for to help me and my son with our car whose battery had died while parked at a busy gas station--it was refreshing to have someone like the owner of PA Towing show up ready to tow our car late on a Friday evening. But it just needed a jump. I paid $100 for that jump. And you know what? It was worth it. Because he showed up, ready to help with whatever level of help I needed and capable of doing it. But when asking my fellow man, "Hey can you jump my car so my son and I can get home" from fellow "christian looking white people" they were like "I'm late" or "I'll come back in 5 minutes". Some people suck. But Pavel, the owner of PA Towing, does not. His vibe is super friendly, super helpful, super chill. He projects commitment to help whoever called on him. He was ready. He declined a tip suggestion from his own app on my behalf. I'm super glad I didn't have to pay for the tow I was expecting, but--as a small business owner--i am struck with admiration for the business ownership's super positive vibe and just showing up ready to help and not balking because they didn't make as much money as they potentially could have. If my wife or daughter or son were stuck somewhere, I really hope someone like Pavel or his sons are the type of people that are around. They're real. God bless 'em. Even if your an aetheist--you want these guys! ; )

Needed something a little different needed my tool boxes transported from shop to storage. Called couple places and I felt they were over priced. Called Midtown not only did the owner answer on second ring but quoted me an excellent price was at the location before me loaded two boxes secured then drove to drop off. Offloaded and assisted me placing in my storage locker. Nothing but A+ service excellent pricing. Will be sure to recommend this company for towing and anything transportation. Thanks again Midtown

Charlie is a professional driver! His ability to maneuver my trailer into a very specific spot was so impressive! He was careful, courteous and compassionate. It’s been a stressful week for me but I felt confident in Charlie’s ability to take care of my needs
Charlie was quick, professional, friendly and answered all my questions. Did a great job! Thanks for the great service!
Zaidi Is the best in the company, took my collector car out happened to die on me zaidi was sent to my rescue and as i waited i was just nervous the entire time of even the smallest scratch on it would drive me nuts. Once Zaidi arrived FIRST thing he noticed was the details in care put into the car and he knew that the car i had was a Diamond in the dirt, he expressed his admire for it. That changed my worries he was the first person to ever sit in that car in my time of ownership besides me. I informed him of that information and he told me it was an honor he then proceeded to tell me how he loves cars and he cares for every car like his own he even went as far as pushing the car with a relative to get it parked in a safe spot bro went above and beyond without even trying just simply meant for the job thank you bro again for saving my ass catch you at alki one day 💪🤙 ANY CAR GUYS/GIRLS ASK FOR ZAIDI no matter how low, bro can tow!
Erick M Lopez arrived when another company AAA bailed on me. He is professional, sympathetic, and an excellent driver. I live on a one lane dirt road and he expertly navigated a tight space to bring my car home. Very personable. Long Towing has an awesome employee in Erick. Thanks again Erick!!!
Zaidi is a true hero! My 79-year-old grandfather was stranded on Mount Rainier for over 12 hours. He doesn’t use GPS, and AAA sent out four different tow companies — none of them were able to find him. Then came Zaidi from Long Towing. Not only did he find my grandfather, but he treated him with incredible kindness, patience, and care. He made sure my grandfather was safe and comfortable after such a scary experience. Zaidi went above and beyond when no one else could. Our whole family is beyond thankful for him. If you ever need towing help, I 100% recommend Long Towing — and especially Zaidi.

Great price, great timing, fast and efficient. I would definitely recommend them
Auto Towing has really great service with great price. It was very convenient and easy to request the service. Asad is very nice and accomodating as well.
Asad did an amazing job! Auto towing was was very easy to schedule and on time. Asad went out of his way to make sure the tow was successful and to accommodate our needs. 10/10 would highly recommend, Asad was the best!
The towing service was highly cooperative and professional. They responded quickly, communicated clearly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I appreciated their willingness to assist and how they handled everything with calm coordination. A very reliable and helpful experience overall
I can’t say enough good things about this company. The whole process was so easy and smooth from start to finish. I had previously hired another towing service through an app, and they couldn’t figure out how to handle my situation. This company immediately knew what to do and resolved the issue without any problems at all. They were professional, reassuring, and made what could have been a stressful experience completely stress-free. The driver showed up on time, had all the right equipment, and handled everything with confidence. I was really impressed by how quickly they got it done and how seamless the process felt. Highly recommend — they’ll be my first call from now on!

I have been helped 2 times already , the drivers and the dispatch team are Always friendly and Answer All questions , they make you feel like your In good hands , both times I was able to make it to my destination and be treated with a ride home , I would recommend lion towing to my friends and family .
He saved the day for me and my family. Walked out to a flat tire with no spare "that's on me". He gave us a really great price for tow. He had awesome customer service. Was very polite to my wife and kid. Will definitely call him first if I ever need a tow.
Meron is your guy if you need any towing!!! He was prompt, professional and very helpful!!!
Very kind and holy man! Helped us when we didn't have the full amount at the time and we payed in the future. I would recommend 100%! I was worried that we where going to be stuck on the freeway when we called other companies that denied helping us until I called Lion Towing LLC. He made sure that we where ok and going to be safe. God bless.
I had a great day until I went to get food on Westlake Ave N. and when I returned to my car (which in 3 years of ownership has never had any issues) would not start!! I attempted to search the web to disable the engine immobilizer, Toyota's anti theft system as the transponder key was not working!? Ugh!! Two hours passed and I went for the spare set of keys which I was unsuccessful in finding and it was nearing time to report for my graveyard shift. I wasn't going to leave my vehicle over night and I was absolutely dreading calling for TOW service as I did not want to be racked over the coals and left broke!! With no other choice I google TOW trucks near me, the first page with a 5 star rating displayed Lion Towing LLC. I made the call and the driver answered and asked from where and to where. 9.5 miles was the distance, I figured at least a five hundred dollar bill. He quoted me two hundred dollars and picked me up for no additional charge!! Friendly, down to earth and skilled!! I am grateful to have had the chance dispite my car trouble to have met such a man who cares about helping people in need and without question!! If I need tow services or similar I will most definitely call again!! I recommend anyone who has the need to make this your one and only call and I bet you'll thank me!! I can't thank you enough Meron!! You are the best!! I will be forever grateful!!

Corey was great! Super friendly, quick, and went above and beyond to give me tips for next steps in maintaining my tire and vehicle health. Appreciate the wonderful customer service!
Our experience with AK Roadside was excellent because of our technician, Corey. He was amazing- arrived quickly, resolved the issue, and provided advice all in a professional, courteous and friendly manner. He is an asset to the organization and we would hope to have him as our technician again if we have a future need.
My daughter had a tire blowout on 405. Corey arrived and helped change to the spare. He was very helpful and kind. The tire was changed in no time at all and we were on our way. Thank you Corey for taking such good care of us!
Cory did a great job fixing my brakes. It only took about 10 minutes. I was very impressive with his work thank you
Yo Corey is absolutely the man , great personality made sure I was good before he left ! Beyond satisfied with the service thank you again! Give big Corey a raise !!

Responded quickly. Called ahead to give an ETA and was professional when arrived.
I was in the middle of delivering for uber and accidentally locked my keys in my car. I contacted uber support and they were able to send someone to get my door open. It was past 10 on a Friday night and it only took 30 minutes for help to arrive. He was able to get my door open in under a minute, thank you! :)
Unfortunately for me, I locked my keys in my car very late Saturday evening. This service arrived quickly (within 30 minutes) and kept me updated with an ETA. Upon arrival they were very friendly and patient - my vehicle was a bit difficult. If you ever lock yourself out of your car, this is the service to call! So relieved!
Great quick service! Very polite and helpful.
Yesterday I was heading back to Vancouver from Seattle. I was on the highway around 1am and had flat tire. I searched up best 5 star towing service his company popped up. I must say the guy came within 20-25 mins or so he was very polite and Indeed quick. He helped me changed the tire to the spare one that I already had. He even took the initiative to check the others tires pressure as well. He stayed behind until I started the car to drive away to make sure i was safe once again. I highly recommend their services. Very professional quick response available 24/7 I rarely write any good reviews but this onesI absolutely had too !!

Fast and friendly service, wish I had called these guys sooner. Motorcycle broke down on my way home from work, the tow company setup by my insurance’s roadside service had me sitting on the side of the road for almost three hours with another estimated hour and a half wait before they could get someone to me. I called PNW Towing and he got to me in less than 30 minutes. Not that anyone should ever hope to be in a situation where you need a tow truck, should you find yourself in one definitely give these guys a call.
I had my car towed today by PNW towing and recovery, He was very fast and helpful. Had a great experience and will be definitely be calling him for any future needs. Excellent service at a very fair price with great communication. If you need a service that he provides look no further. I usually don't post any reviews but he deserves it. Support your local businesses.
PNW towing is one of the best out there. I got stranded on the freeway and not only were they less inexpensive then the other places I called they were also very pleasant and professional. RJ came and rescued me within 20 mins... I recommend PNW to anyone needing towing services!!!
Had an awesome experience on a Saturday with PNW Towing. RJ was very courteous and friendly. He was referred to me by another towing company that did not have a truck available. He responded quickly and was there in less than 40min. I recommend PNW Towing and will use them in any future need.
Super fast, and was careful with my car. Highly recommend to anyone who needs towed especially if you drive a lowered car

Gurpreet Was absolutely phenomenal! Quickly arrived when we were stranded late at night due to locking our keys in truck and had us on our way. Just did a fantastic job and was very kind. Can’t say enough good things about this towing company. Great response time and excellent service
Amazing service, fast service especially the driver SP. My car was inside a hotel garage with some height restrictions and I needed a tow. I was advised by my insurance that they need to send a special tow truck that is low enough to pull it out of the garage onto the regular tow truck, and a dolly to lift the tires a bit because the car isn't turning on also and wont be put on neutral. Went through 3 tow truck companies and despite me explaining the needed special equipment. They agreed they would send the right guys but all off them ended up either canceling or just not showing up at all. Nobody wanted to put in the extra work of taking it out of the garage and lifting the wheels. SP pulled up and asked to see the car so he can assess the situation and figured out a way in 5 mins to handle the scenario. He assessed the the car needed a jump and would last long enough on to be driven outside the garage for him to tow it. He was very knowledgeable and experienced. Didn't waste no time and got the job done. Thanks SP
I was very fortunate to get Choice for the towing service through my insurance company. I received a call from Gary promptly and within 20 minutes he was at the site. He was extremely courteous and dedicated. He towed my car to the auto body shop quickly and we were done super fast. I have used several towing and roadside assistance but none matched Choice. They are a family operated company and are extremely dedicated, courteous and professional with a lightening speed of service which is definitely a bonus and hard to find.
My driver, SP, arrived exactly in the phone operator's suggested time. He was so nice, explained the 2 differences of towing options, and even helped get my vehicle running long enough for me to park in my designated spot. The cab was clean and the travel was quick and smooth. I do have a service animal for my driving needs and she just stayed in my vehicle while I was in the tow cab. I understand the need for clean environment but sad to not have my Daisy next to me. I will be working with this company in the future. Thank you for helping me stay stress free in a rough situation.
Garry was excellent; he was kind, professional, and helpful. He responded promptly and arrived within the scheduled timeframe. Everything went smoothly the moment he arrived.

Outstanding Service and Communication I had a great experience with NERD. From the moment I reached out, their communication was clear, prompt, and professional. They kept me updated every step of the way, which really helped ease my stress during a frustrating situation. The driver arrived on time, handled everything with care, and made sure I understood the process. It’s rare to find a company that’s not only efficient but also truly customer-focused. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of towing services. Five stars all the way!
This was the first time I needed my car towed, I was anxious about my situation and was calling around. I am so glad I ended up going with NERD Towing because it was a really great experience! Tommy who I talked to on the phone was helpful and patient with all of my questions. And my tow truck driver, Bubba, was very kind and amazing! He arrived in less than an hour and made sure I stayed warm in the truck while he carefully loaded my car. My house was a bit far from where my car was towed, so I appreciated the conversation with Bubba during the ride. He answered my questions and concerns I had about my car and was able to park it exactly where I wanted, despite my driveway being unusual. Thank youu!! Overall, the entire experience was professional, smooth, and efficient. You can tell that they really care for their customers. They deserve all of the praises that they get and I highly recommend them. I definitely know who to call if I am ever in need of help/services in the future!
Super flexible and easy to work with! They helped with a forklift. The whole thing took about 90 minutes and they were competitively priced. Bubba, the gentleman driving the truck, was a ninja with the tow truck and all-around awesome to work with. Appreciated the company while we waited for the forklift. I'd definitely recommend them!
Cannot say enough good things about my experience. Tommy was great. He said this was on the the trickier sheds he’s moved and I believe it. Took us half the day working to get it up onto the truck. Even though he’s done this dozens of times before, he was very humble and willing to try new things. He was patient with my questions and addressed all my concerns. If this shed ever needs to be moved again, I’ll be calling them again. Tommy, tacos will always be on me when I call you.
I didn’t receive towing but I had a great experience with the business. I purchased a part from a car and Tomy was able to stay after hours for me to travel 2 hours to the shop after work. The part I was grabbing took more time than expected and Tomy went over and beyond to help us with an optimistic and positive attitude! He brought a shop light out to make it easier, I felt so bad about the lack of preparation on my end but he made the experience much better! I appreciate how he went over and beyond for us, it was a very comfortable environment! Thank you! Side note, great prices! He sold me a complete car door for only 50 bucks! Score!

Super friendly, personable and professional. Had a decently long wait for a tow after an outdrive failure. (Wait is to be expected on a 90° Sunday on lake Washington) very consistent communication with updated etas, actually beat his given ETA. Took care to not damage the boat and Got us towed into to the and helped drop right onto the trailer. While I hope to never use again, they’ll be the ones I call if I need it!
I would give Captain Doug and Tow Boat Seattle 10 stars if I could. We had a boat that broke free at the dock and called Capt Doug. He arrived in under 15 minutes and got the situation totally under control and was extremely professional and friendly. He knew exactly what to do. We are so thankful and would highly recommend this service if you need any help out on the lake.
Our boat broke down on the water. We called Tow Boat Seattle. Captain Doug was able to come out right away. He charged up our boat thinking it might be the battery. The boat started but we didn't get far. Doug followed us for a minute to make sure we were okay, but we ended up needing a full tow. He effortlessly got us back into our slip. And even made a stressful experience into a positive one! I would highly recommend Tow Boat Seattle.
Boat died in water on way back to docks nitght fall middle of lake stranded women and children towed us in polite fast a pleasure will only call Captain Doug
Great service and fantastic captain (Doug). I appreciate that he didn’t immediately jump to towing and helped us trouble shoot for 30 minutes trying to get us back underway. Felt safe in his ability to get us to a repair shop. Hopefully never see him again, but if we have to tow, I know who I’m calling.

Jesse rocks! Thank you for being so kind to me. It was a stressful day and you took care of business like a pro!
Keep getting told they are 60 minutes out. It's been 2.5 hours since they originally said they would arrive. They tell me traffic is really bad - my wife drove to my location from the same direction they are supposedly coming from in 40 minutes. These people are dishonest. Unfortunately this is typical for many "top" tow truck companies. It's just bad business practices. By the way, I've been stranded for nearly 7 hours.
Mohamed was extremely helpful with towing my car after an accident. He promptly arrived afterwards which was a welcomed relief after a troublesome day. Highly recommend his services if you’re ever in the need of a tow truck.
I requested a tow earlier this evening, pickup was 1 hour later than estimated over the phone by the operator, however driver was quick to load after arrival. Operator also stated I was able to ride in the truck with the driver (45 minute tow). I was informed by the driver after the late arrival, that was not the case, despite there being an open seat in the truck. I did not have another ride and was left with the option of a $90 uber. I was discounted $20 off the tow fare which was nice but insignificant. I dealt with a competent and polite driver, and have 0 complaints with him directly. However he seemed to be completely disconnected from the phone operator who wildly mislead me.
Amazing experience beginning to end! Had them pick it up after Kia boys attempted to carjack it . Driver Maurice brought it back home and went trough so many hoops to get on base. Will definitely use them again ♥️

Easy to communicate with friendly and professional.
I had an issue with the air flow sensor in one of my fleet vehicles. James the owner of A2 came down to our offices in SODO same day and towed the tuck. The very next day He drove the truck back down to our offices running likeit had just come off the lot. Reliable, Responsive, Honest, and efficient. Thank you!

The driver was extremely friendly and great to talks to, and their service was quick and fairly priced.
had to have a battery replaced on my truck while in olympia WA, the tech was out within an hour and 10 minutes and got straight to work. it was early in the morning so understandably he was tired and forgot to attach one cable, we had some good laughs about that. overall excellent service, the tech was friendly and knowledgeable. would definitely recommend pro-tow to others and will be using them again if I'm in that area
PRO - TOW THEYRE EXCELLENT PEOPLE AND THEY CAME AND UNLOCKED MY SEMI TRUCK . THANK YOU VERY MUCH PRO-TOW SO TO THE TRUCK DRIVERS FAM IF YOURE NEEDING A LOCKOUT OR ANY SERVICES PRO-TOW IS THE WAY TO GO !!!
Ryan was super helpful! Excellent roadside assist :D thanks so much for coming out in the midnight hours and saving us
Fantastic experience. I received a kit cabin from Canada and it was delivered with ease and precision. Gerry brought in a large allterrain fork lift to get it on site which happened to be in the woods through a large wet field. I had need stressing over the delivery for months but when it finally arrived Jerry was in and out in less that 45 min. Very nice gentleman and he's the company supervisor. It’s nice to see the supervisor out working just as hard as his crew he manages. It says a lot.

Corey saved the day - or should I say night since it was past midnight! He responded and arrived within 5-6 minutes of our call to AAA and had us up and running within minutes with a battery jump. Amazing service and speed on a cold, rainy night - thanks Corey!
Fast and very polite. The response time given was 90 min but Cory was there in just 20 min. Thank you for the quick and ready service. Thanks Cory
Rocky was wonderful! Called us before arriving. Verified my ID and confirmed AAA dispatch details. Very patient and communicative while our hybrid’s security alarm kept going off. Answered all my questions and explained how the drop off would work. Texted me a picture confirming the drop off. He was also very considerate to work around my neighbors as the car was picked up in an apartment complex road/parking lot. Above and beyond expectations! Thanks again, Rocky!
Rocky, my tow truck driver was great. He showed up, loaded the car onto his flatbed and headed to my auto repair shop. He was fast, efficient, professional and friendly. I hope my car doesn't break down again but if it does I know who to call.
Needed unexpected battery service. Corey was super quick to respond and perform service. Unbelievably friendly and helpful. Sincerely reassuring during a stressful situation.

Fast, cheap, friendly, and efficient 👍
Hi , I was in South Hill, he was able to get to me in 15 minutes and got me home. Reasonable price. While I hope I don't need another tow, If I do and I'm close to them they are the first on the call list.
John responses quickly, polite and very professional. He did an fantastic job as promised. The price he offered is also much reasonable and affordable. Definitely recommend to anyone who is needs his service.
Very quick and efficient service, friendly driver and assistant. Dropped off at a parking bay of my choosing near my residence. Best price for this service in my area. Highly recommended!

Great Service they came to change my tire, but weren’t able to and made it very easy to change my tire change into a tow and got my car safely home in minutes
Highly recommend this company if you’re in a tight Jam and need a tow very very professional was out to my location within 30 mins and parked my truck in a difficult spot with no problem !! Made a difficult situation into a breeze thank you guys so much
Serge is an excellent operator! He put my shipping container right where it needed to be!
Thanks to Auburn SkyTow for being very professional. I was beyond stressed and i called and spoke to someone and was given a time they could meet me to have my car towed home that worked for me and the price was the lowest price quoted and after my car was towed to my home the price they quoted me was the price i paid. Again thank you.
Absolutely loved theses ppl, was quoted a great price to move my container. I was given updated information on the days events and times, I was even sent a pic of my container on the truck ready to haul... Driver was great had a request for positioning and he got it done in 15 mins... Great stuff, then it turned out we knew some of his family after chatting for a few and had done business together.. Small world, will definitely recommend and use this company in the future.

Call Adeel at Collision Towing if you need help! He arrived within minutes and had my car open in no time at all. Friendly service too! I called another towing company and was told they would call back. Thanks to Adeel at Collision towing, I was on my way home by the time they called me back. Thank you so much Adeel!
Great service! Arrived quickly and changed my tire within minutes. Very professional and friendly. Would absolutely use their services again!
Very happy with the service. The tow truck driver showed up in 25 minutes and gave me a tow to South Seattle. 15th and 43rd Right after a husky game got out. Then he beat me to the mechanic. Seriously, top notch service Very happy thank you so much!
I called Saturday (40 degrees in Seattle) at 6pm and got voice mail. I left a message letting them know I had a flat tire and didn't have a spare so I needed a return call asap. After 2 hours I got an uber. They NEVER returned my call. My guess is that if you reach them they are good, but I wouldn't recommend leaving a message with any expectations.

I have had the pleasure of working with Veteran Towing many times and I have been so impressed and grateful for the level of care and professionalism demonstrated by this team. You can't go wrong with this company.
Very rude! Claims he's the manager & talks to people in a disgusting matter

Great service! These guys showed up fast and went the extra mile to get our van back home. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again when we need another tow. Awesome guys!
This is the absolute best towing company in the Seattle Tacoma metropolitan area. They're fast, reliable, and most importantly honest. Honesty is the most important part of this entire transaction. I do not feel taken advantage of! I feel like this company actually cares about the people that are in this world. I also had an amazing conversation with the driver today and he's an awesome guy. I recommend this company to anyone that needs a tow. You will not be disappointed! If I could give a 10-star review I absolutely would!
I highly recommend this excellent company if you find yourself in a bind. I recently switched insurance and learned that I don’t have the roadside assistance like I thought. I called these guys late at night and they not only charged a very fair price, but got to me very quickly. Mahsud (sorry if I’m spelling your name wrong!) and Lamar did a great job getting me unstuck and were so kind, even though I was so embarrassed for having gotten myself stuck in the first place. They are such honest, nice people and do an excellent job. I’m extremely grateful for them and appreciate the help so much. Don’t hesitate to give them a call if you find yourself in need of a tow- these are the kind of honest businesses we need to keep around.
They were a life saver! Rescued us in our wheelchair minivan when insurance couldn't find anyone to help us on a late Sunday afternoon. SUPER quick, friendly, and great pricing. We will definitely use them again and will recommend to our family and friends! Thank you again!!
There is a reason this place has such high reviews. I have a classic car that needed towing to a shop, and the shop recommended these guys to me. I'm very glad they did. Twice now they've towed a '71 across town for me, through complicated parking lots and construction sites, and they did so absolutely flawlessly. They're friendly and efficient and unbelievably helpful. I'll be using their services again I'm sure.

Very smooth experience! Both Chad and Kyle were efficient, friendly and fun to interact with. The got my vehicle hooked up and to my mechanic very quickly. They also helped me figure out what the problem was so I knew what to tell the mechanic. Great job you guys! Tammy at the office was also very polite, friendly and helpful when I called...no waiting! Well done!
My hot rod broke down called Junior and had truck to me in timely manner, the Driver was very clean and professional towed me home very happy no issues,
Genes has always done a Great Job for me. Their driver was Gabe. He arrived ahead of their estimated time. Gabe was very personable and professional. He got my Vechicle loaded and secured in a timely manner. And transported my car and myself to our destination. I highly recommend using Gene’s towing service.
Highly recommend. The person who answered the phone was excellent. She understood a corvette requires more effort and skill to protect the car when loading and unloading. She made sure the right person with a flatbed was available. Poono was my driver. He was prompt, efficient and friendly. I could tell he cares about his client, their car and his job. Pricing is extremely competitive to other tow companies. I would use Fitz and Poono anytime I need towing. My car was towed from Bothell to Auburn.
Fantastic service. Mike was the best. He was patient with me and explained everything. Wonderful man! I highly recommend Genes Towing. Turned a bad day into a good one.

I needed my car towed after a car accident. Showed up really fast. Joe the owner was very kind and friendly
I called these people from my elementary school and they barely gave me the time of day and when they told me it was gonna take 30 minutes and I needed to be quicker they told me they were gonna block my number. I don’t suggest this to company to anyone.
Highly recommend this business! I need to get my sons car towed; I had a deadline and limited time in my schedule. They had excellent communication, friendly, good prices and so responsive. I have nothing but great things to say and will use them for any future issues I run into that would require their services.
Joe came and saved me and a friend on the highway. He showed up so fast and was super friendly and professional. Joe was so efficient and cared about our safety. We appreciate you so much. Thank you for Resucing us Joe!!!
AD Towing came to our rescue three separates times in a two week span. It clearly was a terrible couple weeks for us with flat tires and radiator problems. They are so fantastic. They were quick, took great care of our vehicles, and were so kind and helpful to us. I highly recommend Joe and his team is you ever need to be towed.

Houston got a truck to me faster than i think she figured. Driver was quick, professional and friendly. Would recommend them to anybody. I will definitely use them again.
Called at 3:42pm on a busy Friday afternoon. When I called back at 4:38 because my mechanic was going to close at 5pm. they had already contacted my mechanic to make sure someone would be there to receive the car. I did not down grade them for time as I've waited over 2 hours before for a tow with another company who just kept updating, "We're on our way!" Once on scene the care was picked up quickly and on its way. Driver was friendly and courteous.
My driver was super professional. Obviously well experienced with the use of his truck. We definitely asked him to do some weird off-the-shelf things and he got it done for us! Everyone in the office was pleasant to deal with and the price was well worth what I got.
On-time, friendly and professional. Reasonable rates as well as good communication from the first phone call to the time my vehicle made it to location.
Super quick, super easy, and Steve drove us and my truck home quickly and safely! 10/10

For the last year I've been here, this business uses the sidewalk as their own property. With the multi use bridge path to Elliott Park closed I have to take a different route to get to the bike path. When I left home and when I came back their truck was parked on the sidewalk, causing me to go into the road where everyone is driving 40+. Absolutely ridiculous! The sidewalk is the one place on the street for NO VEHICLES. Please stop this.
Tow truck showed up and it was not a flat bed (this was a tow for a scooter and I had told them that.) Driver was courteous but clearly didn’t know how to tow a scooter. He called someone and talked with them most of the time. 55 minutes to hook up my scooter and watch it dangle as the driver drove off. Not pleased at all. Will be sharing this with my insurance company that hired this tow company.
Highly recommend Easy Towing! Art was amazing! He was able to tow this huge truck and camper combo with ease and efficiency, in a timely manner! He towed me from Renton to a shop in Lynnwood, which took about a hour. Thank you Art!
The driver was responsive and stayed in communication with his time. He was nice and professional, and my car arrived in good condition.
So fast to get to my car, great customer service, offered me a ride, trustworthy reliable company, definitely recommend. I lost all power in the middle of the road at 5:30am in front of T-Mobile stadium and my car came to a stop right in front of a fire hydrant, cars were honking at me and driving crazy… I definitely though i was going to get hit. He showed up quickly and made the situation so much safer for me. He took about 5 minutes to load it up, tie it down and leave for the shop.

On time and very friendly. Reasonable pricing.
One of the best tow experiences I have ever had ! “seriously “ the communication was Excellent he stayed in touch with the entire time whenever I had questions pop up. I texted him them questions and he responded quickly.! The timing was great. He was here faster than I could’ve hoped for. He let me ride along with him to the garage! He actually knew the local area better than I did, and he saved me hassle . There. so the guy was great. All I can say is the guy was great .. punctual , Good communicator Andthe best price is in town.. He had a first class rig too. He wasn’t though. Truck with a rack hanging out over the back this dude has a first class set up. I would recommend him to my Father! Sincerely, James H
Five stars is not enough for Redking towing. Absolutely 10 out if 10! I was stranded in a very stressful situation and very scared. I called Redking towing and they were there within 25 minutes. I know every situation is different and having your car break down anywhere is never easy. What I loved about this company is that they were in constant contact with me. He called me twice to let me know exactly how far away he was, which eased my anxiety. He loaded my truck on to his tow truck bed, in minutes. It was amazing. He texted me a picture of my truck when it arrived at at my requested destination. Hands down best tow company in this area. I can not say enough. Thank you, Roman...you are my hero of the day!
Never used RedKing before, I normally just use AAA. Had a situation AAA doesn't cover, called RedKing because they were close and good reviews. Absolutely head and shoulders better than anywhere I've used before. I had Roman as well, he apologized for needing an hour to get to me, I was thinking an hour is the MINIMUM I've waited for other companies. So that's good. Then he quotes me a great price for a pain-in-the-rear car (Mercedes with deflated air suspension). He took special care, additional ramps to ease the car on, put it where I needed it at home, stayed at his quote even after I mentioned it seemed too little for the hassle. Long story short it was the first time I ever felt like I _wanted_ to tip a tow company. So I did. Thanks!
Redking towing helped me get my car home this morning. They were super nice and quick! And was very impressed with how they got my car down my long narrow driveway. And it helped there pricing was better then anyone else I called! Will definitely be recommending them. ❤️

These guys are great. I was able to contact ahead of time and schedule a date to get my vehicle that wasn’t running towed from my house to my mechanic. Very kind and professional and helps that you can text them as well. Very good communication. Caesar was very kind and cautious when getting my vehicle onto the truck. Also very fair and straight forward pricing. Will be using them going forward for any towing needs, highly recommend giving them a call if it’s an emergency situation or not they will take care of you either way! Thank you again.
My car broke down while I was visiting from out of town, they were able to help me quickly, and even came early for my pickup. I would definitely use them again, very helpful
Had a flat tire in a strange city. Torres Towing was fast and incredibly helpful. Manny was friendly and awesome! Thank you!!!
Embarrassing to say, at the end of a long day, I pulled into a fuel pump that had diesel on one handle and unleaded fuel the other handle… Murphy’s Law would have it, I grabbed the black handle instead of the green handle and put 20 gallons I was unleaded fuel in my Dodge ram tank, with a new Cummins engine…Torres Towing happened to be rolling through the station, The owner brought in a rollback tow truck on the spot… Not even a phone call necessary. First rate customer service!!
Broke down on vacation. They were able to get truck to repair shop and trailer to campground. Super nice drivers awesome service thank you

Unfortunately, my car was crunched and undriveable. I contacted Sunshine Towing, and they responded quickly. Hanna was professional and safety oriented. She also helped me tow my other car to the shop for diagnostics. If you're lucky, you might get to ride with her dog, which is super friendly! I would highly recommend this service and will definitely be working with them again if necessary!
Sunshine towing came to our rescue when we couldn’t contact AAA or other towing companies. They were extremely quick, very professional, and safely delivered our car to the mechanic. I could not recommend Sunshine towing more!
The right people to call when you’re in need of a little help. Super fast response and arrival! Would recommend to anyone in need.
Super fast and communication was top notch. Would absolutely use them again!
Hanna ROCKS! Her towing expertise and customer service skills are BAR NONE. She takes the utmost precaution to ensure all safety measures are in place before she tows anything away, is a responsible driver, and will safely unload the vehicle at its final destination. You are in good hands to entrust her with your towing needs.

Overall great experience! Fast timing and even after a long day Dave took great care of my myself and vehicle! My car is not easy to work with but he made it happen nice and quick! Great working with you guys and thanks again Dave! 🫡 10/10
These guys were quick!! From the time I called to the time my car was brought back home was 30 minutes. They were both very friendly and personable. Price was very reasonable. It was much quicker to pay out of pocket vs using my roadside which can take HOURS!! Thank you guys!! I highly recommend using them.
This is the second time I have used Ashwood towing and both times the driver, David, was phenomenal. He loaded up my pickup and got me to the shop in no time, without any incidents. If I ever need a tow again, I will call Ashwood Towing and ask for David to come rescue me

Go Eddie! He went above and beyond towing my car from Vancouver, WA to South Salem, OR at 1 AM and parallel parked it by the tow chain on a steep hill there's no flat surfaces where I live. So impressed by his work, a very professional experience 👏👏
Our pickup got stuck in the mud with the 4x4 not engaging. Our insurance company sent Alycia from Speed Towing of Vancouver and she was awesome! She got to us in no time and got us out even faster! She was super nice and professional. Hopefully we never get stuck again but if we ever do or need a tow for any other reason, I hope we get help from someone as good as her. Highly recommend!
My 17 year old son was in his first car accident last night, and Alycia made our stressful experience a lot easier for our family. She arrived 15-20 earlier than the estimated arrival time. She’s a blessing! You are lucky to have her, and we were lucky that she was available for our tow. She was friendly and sincere with a great sense of humor, but she was also very knowledgeable. Thank you Alycia; we truly appreciate you! 🩵 Keep being the rockstar that you are! Hopefully we don’t need another tow anytime soon, but if we do, hopefully we are lucky enough to get you again!
Took good care of Lil Blue. Lil Blue got sick again, but Alycia took really good care of her and got her to My Dad's Automotive again. Thank you.
Alycia rescued us when our car broke down. She was quick getting to us and was super helpful and super friendly. I can't thank her enough for all her help and will definitely use Speeds towing again! Thank you Alycia!!

Max towing did a great job when we needed our forklift moved at the last minute for a free food community event. They were very prompt and made our job easy. We would recommend you to anyone that needs towing or transport.

I recently had the misfortune of breaking down on the side of the highway late in the evening, and I can't say enough good things about my experience with Pro Tech Towing. From the moment I called their dispatch, I felt like I was in capable, compassionate hands. The dispatcher was polite, calm, and clearly experienced—she asked all the right questions and gave me a realistic ETA for when help would arrive. To my surprise, the tow truck arrived even sooner than expected. The driver, lil Justin, was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. He made sure I was safe, explained exactly what he was doing, and treated my vehicle with great care while loading it. What really stood out was their attention to detail and customer care. Not only was the truck clean and well-maintained, but the driver also offered me a ride to the repair shop and helped me unload my belongings. It wasn’t just a tow—it was quality service with a human touch. Pricing was fair and transparent—no surprises or hidden fees. I received a clear breakdown of the charges, and considering the prompt response and level of service, it was well worth it. If you're ever in a bind and need a reliable, trustworthy towing company, I highly recommend Pro Tech Towing. They turned a stressful situation into a smooth, even reassuring experience. Five stars all the way
Absolutely amazing service and care these humans offer! Recently one of my clients had a Jeep that someone had stolen the wheels and tires off of, and they got called to pick it up by the city. I am not joking when I say they worked with me THE ENTIRE TIME to get it back out. The patience, the care, the companion that everyone there had for us was beyond imaginable. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Justin(praying that's who it was) for letting us into the yard and allowing us to work on it, even when it was pouring rain and you could have been elsewhere, your efforts are so appreciated! And another EVEN BIGGER shout out to Misty who handled me even when I thought all hope was lost and I had almost given up, the amount of times she helped me is more than I could have ever asked for. I would absolutely recommend Pro Tech to anyone in my life! 10/10. I hope you all enjoyed a sweet donut while watching me drive out of there in victory! THANK YOU GUYS, from the whole entire heart, you made this possible for us. ♡
These guys have saved my bacon more than once. From the first serious wreck I was in, to going out of there way to be there for someone when they were needed. Called for a tow more than one for a flat tire and they rolled out the big boy to make sure I made it home. Thanks for saving me multiple times over the last 4 years.
Pro Tech really took care of me! Great customer service on top of it all! Misty was amazing and super nice! Thank you, Pro Tech!
I’ve known Justin for years and wouldn’t trust anyone else for towing my vehicles. I live in Blanchard and would still rather give him my business than anyone else
