I would give more than five stars if it was allowed on Google! Cannot begin to tell you how wonderful this towing company is and how compassionate and helpful Alex was. Our vehicle broke down in a parking garage in downtown Chicago. they were able to get in to the garage as most companies said that their trucks were too big and would not be able to clear the ceiling. Once they dropped the car off to the mechanic for us, Alex was kind enough to take a photo and send it to us to show us at the car, made it safely to its destination. Very, very grateful for Alex and the young man that he came to help him. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who's in a pinch, especially in the Chicago area.

I called around to MULTIPLE tow companies. Most of them not only told me that I’d be waiting hours, but the wanted to charge almost double what Aldaba charged. Fast friendly service! I will be calling them for my towing needs going forward.
Gentle guys came so quickly (20 minutes), helped me and gave me a ride to the mechanic shop. Honest price! I will definitely keep their contact in case of need in future.

Abraham was my technician. I had a challenging towing situation today, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Abraham. My car had been broken into, leaving the wheel and ignition damaged, which made it impossible to steer. The tow truck driver Abraham skillfully used the neutral switch to maneuver my car into my friend’s garage, which was in a tight alley. Abraham was incredibly patient and took the time to ensure it was parked safely, even helping us push it into the garage so my friend could still access his car. The service was affordable—under $200—and well worth it. I was so impressed that I gave him a generous tip. I highly recommend Abraham and this company for their excellent customer care and professionalism. The driver had a great attitude and did an outstanding job!

Was stranded on a side street off Cicero Ave and Mr. Garcia (Wulfrano) spotted me and circled back to offer us free help. He was able to remove my wheel, which had seized/rusted to the hub, and drove me to the tire shop where I had already ordered a replacement tire, waited for it to be installed and drove me back to my car. Saved me the cost of a tow truck (and a lot of time)! He was truly heaven sent. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I am a former mechanic and could tell he knows his stuff. My buddy needed a tow and I quickly googled someone southside. Chicago and Miguel came up. He was actually able to get there within 30 minutes and charge a reasonable rate. Probably the first tough guy I’ve ever liked.

Miguel was very fast, soon as I called him and gave him location and type of car he gave me an unbeatable price. He also got my car to me in record time, I didn't have to wait around for hours, he made the whole situation easy and smooth. Highly recommend. I needed a battery installation because my car was dead, and they came out the next morning right when I wanted them to. Fast, efficient, and friendly from the moment I texted their number looking for help.
After my son was unsuccessful at jump starting my car and being told my battery was corroded. I called road side assistance. I waiting for a tow provided by my insurance that never showed up. I decided to call a shop to tow my car to replace my battery. I googled search battery replacements and "Last Chance" "Towing recovery assistance" popped up. I read the reviews spoke to Cody whom gave me a good, fair price! I did not have to pay for towing, Cody replaced my battery where my car was stalled. Five stars from a single mom that tired of being ripp me off! Cody was timely, efficient and most of all Great price for the parts and the services provided for. THANK YOU CODY!

Driver (Jim) was knowledgeable, cared about my car (‘68 Impala convertible), and making sure it was secured to the flatbed.
This place is great. My wife was in an accident the night before and when I asked to release the vehicle to insurance the first thing they asked is if my wife was ok. They were very helpful with filling out the forms and what the next insurance steps are. Highly recommended!
The last thing you want on a Friday night out is car trouble on the highway. But I can’t express enough what a relief it is to have a very friendly person quickly pull up to get your car and you out to safety. The tow driver didn’t need to be friendly and kind while he did it, but he was. And that made a bad night better. You’ll only call a tow company when something bad happens. So call someone who will settle your nerves.
One of the best towing experiences I’ve ever had in my life, especially for a Tesla. The driver was very competent and in control. It was smooth and easy.

Do not use this towing company! They damaged the radiator on my truck while towing it to truck repair shop.The guy in the claims office took over a week to call me back with resolve. Once he called, he did apologize for the delay, but immediately after, he denied it was their fault. Because of the damage to the radiator, the truck repair shop would not be drive my truck into their bay so, I had to have a different towing company pull my truck into the truck repair shops bay. I called O'hare Towing which refused to tow and refused to cover the expense of a tow inside the shop...they also refused to cover the expense of the rental vehicle. My truck failed to start because of the extremely cold condition that morning and only required a fuel filter change that's a 15 min job. In the end they only covered the radiator after seeing the pictures I took showed it was their fault. They left me holding additional $2k bag and I paid them over $1.2k for their service. What a rip off. I would've given this company 0 stars.
Double the price of all three places i called to tow my truck. Picked up a motorcycle today and whole gas tank was missing. What joke of a company's lack of taking advantage of people's misfortune. Get in an accident and not even covering up an item knowing if they leave it outside will cause water damage.

$10,000 for a coolant leak!!! FRAUD!!!!! Pay attention to your invoices!!! Horrible big mouth lady who answers the phone and does not stop talking. Was so rude and disrespectful, I think Ari was her name. She would start yelling on the phone and wouldn't even let you get a word in because we questioned the charges. We spoke to a few different people, one guy said his managers name was April, then someone else said there is no one there by that name. They are always rushing you off the phone, told us for a week straight they were sending our invoice and within that week our repairs went from 8k to 10k. $10,000 for a coolant leak!!! We finally got the invoice and they won't even explain what all the costs are. Spoke to shop manager, found out we were double charged for a part, and now they want us to pay $800 storage fee for not paying yet since the truck is finally ready they say after being there a month.

I am at the Costco right down the road from this business and was told a driver would be to us within the hour and that he would call with an ETA. I called back after 45 minutes with no communication from dispatch or the driver. They told me again that the driver would call with an ETA. It is now 1 hour since my original call and still zero communication and they haven’t showed. 100% Do Not Recommend.
I ended up having end swerving to avoid something in the road and hit a raised median. The result was both drivers side tires being destroyed. Matt came out and helped me. He was efficient and extremely friendly throughout the ordeal. Would definitely recommend them if you need a tow.

I contacted this company to flatbed my Ram1500 to the dealership. The tow driver, Christian called me, gave an eta and responded within 15 minutes. Christian explained to me in great detail everything he was doing ro secure my vehicle onto the platform, made payment and he was off. upon arrival to the dealership, Christian called me to confirm and verify delivery of my vehicle. Shortly thereafter, the dealership called me to confirm as well. This tow service is hypersensitive to proper securing of vehicles so as not ro create more damage to our prized vehicles. great job to the owner of thos service and to the driver, Christian. Besides my truck breaking down on the highway the rest of this experience was a 10/10. The tow truck driver Robert was able to get to me really fast, not only that but he was also extremely careful when hooking up my truck to the tow truck. He was also very friendly which I'd say helped make a not so pleasant experience surprisingly pleasant. On top of all that, they offered me a really great price for the distance I needed to go. My husband and I flew home from California, with a two hour car trip ahead of us we ended up getting a flat tire as soon as we got in the highway. We called triple A and waited over two hours for a tow. When we made the decision we didn’t want to wait anymore we looked up and called Garcia’s towing. We explained our situation and Oscar was out to service us in less than 30 minutes! He helped change our tire and made sure we got home safely that night. His kindness and willingness to spring into action to save us from renting a car to get home is unmatched. If you are in the Chicago area and need service call Garcias. Deplorable call service personnel! I called 3 different times. 1st time to inform them that my 72-year-old mother and my nephew was at their facility to retrieve a vehicle (which the personnel at this company had previously encouraged my family to go over right away to be assisted). The call center personnel stated that they would tell someone to come and answer the front door; we waited 15 minutes and no one came to the front door. Called back a second time and I was informed that the driver was out on a PD call, therefore we would have to wait until after he returns… the driver then pulls out the parking lot another 15 minutes later (after I was informed about the call), meaning he was available at least 30 minutes prior to the call. Final call to the customer service to inform them of what we just witnessed and the female on the call then tells me that 1: it is after hours and the driver must take a PD calls (nasty tone, and I wasn’t even disputing the driver taking the call). 2: the driver isn’t required to release the vehicle today, we could just wait until the morning (very threatening, like “since you want to complain…”) and 3: she informed me that she had already explained this to someone else (as if I was wasting her time). I then informed her that the information was not relayed to us, that’s why I was reaching out to see if this was normal practice, and there was no need to be rude. She hurried up to end the call and hung up. If this is how they treat their customers, I recommend you try your best not to require the service of this company.
Very good towing service made the call and Jeremy was there to help us in maybe 15 minutes had us off the road and the car loaded up fast took us where we needed to go and got home safe thankfully.
Customer service agents were polite and helpful. However, when I initially called for service, I was told someone will meet me in approximately 90 minutes or so. Four hours later, I was still waiting with no word from anyone at the company. At that point, I decided to cancel and reschedule. Was told that the weather was causing a delay. Totally understandable, but a call telling me someone would be out far later than expected would have been appreciated. Glad I wasn’t in an emergent situation. That said, the following day, Eric, the service guy, called 10 min before arrival at my appointment time, as I had requested. He was courteous, knowledgeable, extremely efficient, and answered all my questions. He even waited to be sure my car was running properly and that I could get out of the my car out of the snow it was buried in before he left. Excellent service on his part! Thankful for his assistance!
If you’re kind to them, they’ll be really kind to you, especially Ray! I had a great experience with O’Hare Towing. The team was helpful, efficient, and respectful throughout the whole process. It’s clear they deal with a lot every day, but they still treated me with care and professionalism. Appreciate the support when I needed it most!

The team at Haas provided my business amazing customer service! They are a first come first service towing company. I had a special request for them to tow our forklift from one building to another and asked them if they could come at 1:30pm on the same day I called. Their driver Dirk was there at 1:29pm! Dirk was very professional and provided us with great customer service! Lindsey and Shay provided great customer service also! I will definitely recommend their business!
HAAS is one of the unspoken reasons why Rockford sucks. Like the garbage men that break our garbage cans or the healthy people that park in handicap spots...they just make our city a worse place to live. I encountered this degenerate tow truck driver at Alpine Bank. He rolled in speeding & braking hard. He was a danger to everyone around him. He parked in 4 spots without a whim & swaggered into the bank like a convict fresh out the slammer...not a care in the world. Meanwhile, the elderly woman circling for a parking spot was forced to park far away. This seething dirtbag couldnt be bothered with caring for others in the community, or respecting his company's reputation. Nope...its was all about him. You'd think driving a company vehicle with the phone number plastered all over it, would make this guy think about his actions, but nah...he was worry free. Now i know why. After I snapped these handy pics, I called HAAS and asked for a manager. I was lucky to speak with a loud crass woman who calls herself Nicole. When I asked Nicole if parking across several spots in a public parking lot were standard procedure for HAAS tow truck drivers, she had "no comment". I asked if the drivers behavior were concerns for her, or the company? Nicole had little to say. She could care less...and was more focused on why I would want to document these actions. Now I'm no genius...but you'd think a manager would be curious what drivers are doing in company vehicles. Afterall, public safety, perception, trust, reputation, rests in their drivers hands. The insurance alone should make a manager inquistive of their drivers actions. But Nicole didnt care. She could care less about the public, or their drivers behavior. She herself was more obnoxious than the driver. Nicole is the reason the drivers dont care. They fear no reprisals. She is a poor manager. Change begins with each one of us...and its educational to learn that HAAS towing could care less about you, your families safety, the community as a whole, or their reputation. I think reading the comments here is all the education one needs when learning about HAAS. No matter how many vehicles they wreck, no matter how their drivers behave, no matter what evidence is presented...its always the SAME answer. Its not our fault. We dindu nuffin. **Addendum**: A. Its the front of the bank, you can see the bank sign in the pics B. The driver did speed in & brake hard - I watched him, in fact he pulled up right next to me when he blasted in off Alpine. Way to fast for a parking lot no matter what you claim GPS says. C. Family man or not, he drove & behaved like a very wreckless person. D. There was an elderly lady circling looking for spots...but none existed because bad guy ate up 4 spaces. One spot became avial. when I got out to snap pics, thats in the front passenger side of truck - The car was just pulling out, but when old lady was circling car was still there. I have video & audio. When I post it on YouTube, reviewers can see how "crazy" you sound Nicole. Now stop defending stupid. Reprimand your employee, get a grip on how management works & handle your business. "WhyRockfordSucks" is Pro-Rockford. We love Rockford, we call out stupid to affect change. Obviously the concept escapes you. Rockfordians are tired of people like your drivers running roughshod over our streets & owners like you doing nothing about it. You've been called out. Fix it.
Hopefully I'm recalling his name correctly but I just had Jake from HAAS come out and tow my Prius C after it suffered a flat tire and dead battery in a tough spot off of I-39/I-20. Not a good place to be stuck! Nonetheless, he was able to come out and safely pick up my car. He had such an upbeat attitude which really helped better my mood and arrived incredibly quick from the initial call. Jake even wished for me to hopefully have a better day especially after such a rough situation and it's really little things like that that make such an incredible difference! My mood improved greatly after getting help from him! Thank you so much for the excellent experience and care for my car! Glad he could laugh at some of my silly bumper stickers I have on my car too! Always fun to find someone with my same sense of humor! :) If I'm ever in a rough situation like that again, I'll definitely be reaching straight out to HAAS! 100/10 service! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I got stuck in a ditch during a snow storm in Wisconsin a couple of days ago. My roadside assistance connected me with HAAS Towing and they came to the rescue. The Driver Chris called me once he received the notification and he kept updating me of his ETA. When he arrived, he was very professional and took him less than 10 mins to get my car out. I would highly recommend them because of how professional, reliable and considerate they are!

Very quick service even though she said they were busy. I didn't wait any time at all. Very helpful, accommodating and friendly. A-1 customer service from start to finish. Price was excellent, also. A vehicle breaking down is stressful enough but Albers made it as pleasant and painless as it could have possibly been getting my truck off the side of the road and where it needed to go. This is a fantastic towing company! I was in Chicago for the weekend and had the displeasure of a pot hole literally sheering off my tire on a Lamborghini. From for my first Contact with Vasili, was very kind and professional. He assured me they deal with many high end vehicles and this would not be a issue. They sent me out a basically Brand new tow truck to my location in 15min! David the driver was a fantastic guy, very knowledgeable and polite. I offerd to help load the vehicle. Fast and good quality. Got a flat on the interstate, called and they picked my vehicle up in 15 minutes to deliver it to its destination. Got to drive my vehicle up the ramp onto the flatbed truck and the man is very knowledgeable and handled the rest.

I was originally told on Thursday afternoon someone would be able to jump my RV around mid-morning on Friday. When I hadn’t heard back by 11 am, I called again. Finally after 1 pm someone showed up. He was courteous and professional but unfortunately we couldn’t get the RV started.
Prompt reply; good questions. After asking for the dimensions of the garage opening & explaining why the tow truck would not fit, he recommended another service that was able to help. Good citizen!

I ask for 5mins while I had already waited an hour for u to arrive and I was in the middle of the road when I originally asked for the assistance . Having 4 kids with me , the drivers response was " I can't sit around waiting" and " I've already been paid anyway" this is as soon as he arrived when I asked for a few minutes
My car was leaking coolant due to my radiator being cracked. They towed my car from Indiana to Illinois for half the price other companies were charging me. They were on time, very responsive, and answered any questions I had. When it came to securing my vehicle they were very careful and efficient. My car arrived at my house around the time they said it would. I couldn’t have asked for better service, I highly recommend these guys . I know who to call if I ever need towing services in the future.

They arrived quickly at my location, where my car had stopped working because of a broken serpentine belt—right in the middle of a thunderstorm. Eddy (or Eddie) provided amazing service. He was really cool and professional, he tried to help diagnose the issue, and made sure my car (2010 Mazda 3) was transported safely despite the heavy storm. Thank you guys for the outstanding service—I’ll definitely be calling again!

I had to get the service to jump start and i got a 5* service and it took him a lot of time to get it fixed because my car was not run for three months. He gave me lot of cost saving ideas for repairs and maintenance. It is hard to get such services now a days. Very pleased and will strongly recommend him. I already referred my family members to alwasy use them in future. Please keep up the good service. We need this......
I needed a fully loaded Snap On toolbox moved, their dispatcher said they do this. Not every towing company will. Their driver showed up on time, knew exactly what to do. He protected it with moving blankets and loaded it very carefully on his rollback. He had lots of ratchet straps and secured it very well. Dropped it off at the house and even helped get it in the garage. No damage, this was obviously not the first time he did this. This is the difference between a wrecker operator and a tow truck driver. Reasonable price too. Thank you very much.
The driver was really nice had a great sense of humor and the price was reasonable. It's very irritating breaking down somewhere knowing you are gonna have to pay over 200 dollars to move the car to a place you are bound to spend more money. The wait time for the truck wasn't too bad either, I would highly recommend this towing company.
First time using Naperville Classic Towing to tow my Mustang to Hampshire, IL. They treated me and my car incredibly. I used CarCare towing services after being in an accident and highly recommend their services. Dave the driver was very responsive and communicated with me for arrival time and scheduling my car pickup. He was very patient with my questions and made me feel at ease with the process.
My last tow with this company was done by a Driver named Dennis I believe. He was 5 star awesome! He was quick, arriving faster than promised, he was professional (he hitched the car properly) which cannot be said for all tow truck drivers. Not to mention he is a super cool person! I liked them so much that tonight I am calling them again to tow the same car to another place. I am willing to wait a little longer due to the fact that there was another tow in between that I cannot say I was as happy with, as the other company did not hitch the car properly and caused undue damage to the suspension of this car. Update: Dennis came to pick me up again, and as per the car care standard, was right on time, and super professional. Got the car on the tow truck with great care and per his usual self was awesome with a great attitude and turned my crappy time I was having into a great towing experience. Honestly never calling anyone else but car care for tows anymore. Dennis is definitely the best of the best and I’m sure the rest of their team is as well. 10/10 will definitely do again when necessary. I do try to keep the cars off of tow trucks lol.

My car broke down at 1a.m. Esurance towing service said they couldn't find a company to tow me home until 8 a.m. the next day. I called Chico's who came out promptly for a reasonable price. The driver was pleasant, efficient, and courteous.

I called for a tow early October I was given one price by Miguel then the driver gave me another price and then when I said I had already spoken with miguel he says "oh you know miguel" I said no not personally but he's the one who gave me a price....long story short I asked for a receipt on multiple occasions and was told that my mechanic had the receipt which was a lie but he said he would send it never got it, I text and got ignored, I called from a different number and miguel answered again stating to send my email address and he'll send me my receipt...well its November 1st still nothing!! Whats the problem with not giving people receipts??

Baseline Towing is the best!!! This company helped my family today get out of harms way. My wife called me at work to let me know that she was stuck with the kids on the highway her truck stop in the 290 express way. When she called me I was devastated thinking my family was in danger sitting on the side of the highway. As I was on the phone with my wife figuring who to call or what to do.. Baseline Towing was fortunately on the same highway and Thank Godness for the kind owner of this great company , who out of good faith and goodwill , he pulled over on the highway and assisted my family. Without hesitation he offer his help and was genuinely concerned for my family to get to safety. So much that he even offer my wife a free tow out of the express way to a less dangerous place where she could wait for me , all coming from a good place where he just wanted to get my family out of danger. Got to my location extremely fast! My battery died on one of the coldest days of the year. Zack was super nice and friendly and got my car started right away. Hopefully, I don’t have any further car issues. But if I do, I will definitely call them again and refer them to everyone I know!
My son called Clifford‘s towing to his workplace at 11:30 on Saturday night to jumpstart his car. They were unable to get the car started and charged him $90 for a service. They did not complete. I understand they should get paid something but the service was not completed so I feel a discount was in order. I would not recommend Clifford‘s towing.
I’ve got to say that you guys are the best. Got our car towing service scheduled within minutes and the truck arrived for pickup within 10 minutes. My guy Zach was the man. He’s great with his job and was gentle with the car. Although we gave him a lot of trouble, he was cool with it. We will use the service again for sure. Best Tow Truck Company around. Fast, Friendly and 2 Thumbs up for their repair shop. Also the lady in the office is very kind and friendly. I would recommend Darrell's Towing to anyone.
The owner Darrell has grown his company to what it is today. I know Darrell personally, and he has a passion for helping people out of a tough situation using his tow trucks. All of his driver are kind, courteous, and very skilled at what they do. They also race at the Rockford Speedway.

From the minute the phone gets answered for an appointment, until we pick up our vehicle, the service and quality are great. We have had several repairs, and several times needed towed. The crew is always very prompt and friendly when you are with them. We have always felt the rate they charge is excellent and the service is the best. they towed my car and "repaired" my dirty throttle body but all they really did was clean the part that was showing. I pretty much could of done that by spraying it with a hose. This place sucks balls and I would never go back. And if you go there you will regret it.
