Excellent towing service. Driver arrived timely and helped me push my car out of its parking spot. Fair price, would recommend it to others.
Benny was very professional and efficient. Great job, Thank You!!
Very quick and profesional. Went as well as one can expect a tow to go. Appreciated kind and efficient service. Assuming it arrives safely at the shop, excellent experience.
Benny was quick arriving to my location where my car died from alternator and battery failure. In less than 20min, we arrived to my preffered destination and was very informative. Thanks a bunch!
Great communication, was able to get to me quickly especially for being stuck on the highway in Chicago. Great service and a great overall experience in and out quickly. Highly recommend.

Got my car towed twice by these guys, both experiences was well worth the wait & pay which is reasonable. Customer Service was Excellent…..Great Communication Skills……Punctual driver came when he said he was, wasn’t no long waiting or delaying. Any future endeavors for myself or anyone else I know WE WILL be giving them a call‼️ Thanks you guys❤️
I called around to get prices for a jump, as my battery died over the night. AWP towing had the BEST price and they arrived within 20 minutes. The driver was a complete gentleman! It started raining hard as my stubborn battery refused to accept a productive charge. I became even more stressed as it seemed to get colder outside as the rain became more aggressive. But the driver didn't give up. Though my battery sucked the life out of his portable charging box, he recharged it and started again and again. After around 30 minutes, my tears became uncontrollable, as I'd almost given up hope. The calm and extremely patient driver tried one final time and voila!!! It worked!! My car came to life as my tears turned into happy tears! AWP Towing is the Most incredible, patient, productive, reasonable, dependable company in Chicago! God knew what he was doing when he led me to them! Hands down, they are the best! Simply an incredible company. Thank you sincerely!
AWP is awesome! Just had two cars towed with them recently, driver arrived within 30mins of me calling him. He was very professional and the prices were very good, he was very helpful and understanding and wanted to make my life easier instead of harder. Will definitely be calling AWP for all my towing in the future!
Literally called because my car was stolen and found. They came expeditiously and towed my car to my home 45 minutes away with no issue at all. Would highly recommend their service 100%
My nephew, Joel, called Alex for a towing and he couldn't be more satisfied. Alex's quick response, attention to detail, and professionalism exceeded all expectations. He gets the job and at a very reasonable fee. We highly recommend Alex and AWP Towing! You will not be disappointed!! Joel N. and Claudia H.

Amazing service!!! Fast, friendly, safe and cheaper than the competition! Tomas was great! He towed my triple bay tool box to my house. He was extremely careful and made sure not to damage the toolbox. Excellent service!!!
Our car died .5 miles away from the mechanic and Sabino came to the rescue! He was so friendly, professional, quick, and courteous. He gave us updates on how long it would take to get to us and arrived on time. I’d use this company again and recommend to friends. Just call them if you’re in a bind!
This company is very reliable, fast service great communication with Mr Jose and his driver Thomas. I was highly pleased with their service. They also sell tires and repairs which saves you from going to multiple locations for your car needs. I wish I can give it more stars. Made my day a lot easier. Thank you! I will let friends and family know about this company.
Great service picked my car up in a matter of minutes. He was very nice very helpful. He had all of the proper tools for payment. I’ve saved number for future service. He dropped my car off and notified me of a safe delivery. I will be using this service again if needed.

Excellent service! This company went above and beyond to help me move a car that had been written off to a detail shop that was able to fully restore it. They worked fast and efficiently. I will definitely be calling them in the future.
Super quick service! Super friendly and charged reasonable prices! Would definitely recommend and will continue to use for future needs. Thank you Abraham! 😊
Very friendly! And did the job quick an effortlessly! Would recommend!
Outstanding quality service at a reasonable price for excellent car repair. From towing to fixing my foreign car at such a timely manner. Given I might add, it was easter holiday weekend when my vehicle broke down on me. Very reliable and caring mechanic, towing shop. Will most definitely take my car back for any repairs.
Amazing service!! I called them and they called me right back and was able to get to me in 10 minutes. It was so quick and easy and the pricing was great! Would 100% recommend

Industrial towing was able to tow my motorcycle quickly, safely, and professionally! So many companies told me they couldn't, or do not tow motorcycles anymore. He strapped my bike on his trailer with care and ensured it was fully secured. The price was fair and the service was friendly. Can't recommend enough! I am sure I will be using them again!
Very great customer service. He also gave me a great price for a tow truck from Foster and Sheridan to the midway area. Not only that but he also helped me diagnose my truck to be able to repair it accordingly. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thank you sir!
Really thankful for the help I received today from Mr. Garcia. He handled the tow with care and professionalism the entire time. What stood out most was his calm attitude, solid advice, and the way he made sure everything was done right. Even getting me dropped off close by helped take a lot of stress off the situation. It’s rare to come across service like that—definitely appreciated.
Industrial towing & recovery did an outstanding job towing our car this morning. I had already called competitors and found that Industrial towing offered the best price. After telling me it would take about an hour to arrive the rep called me back soon after and said they could do it sooner. Probably within 30 minutes from when I had called, it was super quick. He did a great job, when he parked the car on street parking he left the car close to the sidewalk which was perfect so it wouldn’t be on the way of other cars that would pass by. He was nice, professional and sympathetic. I recommend this towing company to anyone who ever needs it.
I can’t say enough about Industrial Towing and Recovery! The driver absolutely saved the day! Picture this: my commercial moving truck, with loaded furniture, looking like it could collapse any second. My heart was racing because I honestly thought there was no way it could be towed. One front wheel was completely messed up and wedged tightly between two cars. It seemed like an impossible mission. But then, in came the driver, full of confidence and determination! He carefully assessed the entire situation, masterfully maneuvering his tow truck into position. It was like watching a pro at work! He handled everything with such professionalism, treating this delicate situation with the utmost care. He made sure the tow was secure and drove carefully for a solid 20 miles! This driver is a true hero! A massive shout out to Industrial Towing and Recovery for proving and standing by their word! I’ve never seen such incredible professionalism and commitment from a towing company before! They truly exceeded all expectations!

Great service- Showed up ten mins after calling for service. The customer care was outstanding. Great experience. Highly recommend.
amazing , reliable and they arrived super fast. I would definitely give them a call first if I ever need another Tow
Great service! They came very quickly. I called at 12:00pm and they arrived 30 minutes later. Very friendly, affordable, and reliable.
If you’re in need of reliable and trustworthy tow, I highly recommend Saucedos towing! They are incredibly efficient!
As a young female, I know nothing about cars or where is reputable to get your car towed/fixed. I picked Saucedo’s because of all the positive reviews. The wait was a little long (about 2 hours) which I was fine doing for a good company. Edgar was my tow truck driver and I rode with him to the car dealership. He really tried to make me comfortable (offered me water, stomped down the tall grasses on the side of the road to make a little path to his tow truck, made sure the AC was cool enough) and was incredibly kind. I felt safe and knew I was in good hands. Can’t recommend enough.

The best rowing service out there. This man was such a gentleman and with prices no one can beat! We crossed state lines with such an amazing rate while other charged me double if not triple his price. This guy is definitely the right pick for anyone needing a service.
Very great secure service. On time didn’t have to check on the driver, the driver kept checking on me with the pick up and Tow delivery
Thankful for Mr. Miguel @JM Towing Service the service was prompt, professional, and stress-free. I appreciate the work that he done for me at a short notice of time. I will patronize his service again moving forward.
The older man helped me out in so many ways I told him my car was stolen and found at the location of the pick up and I needed it towed back to where I live at in lake county Illinois 2 hours away as he said he would do it I cried he told me it will be ok he kept in Communication text calls everything 🫶🏽 very Pro professional very responsible on chargers very recommended most definitely give this company a five star a million times 🤞🏽 thank you so much for your help 9/19/2024
JM responded to my phone call (with the luck I was having trying to contact other listed Tow Truck Companies, that was actually impressive) and met me at my stranded vehicle within a half hour. They were able to get me to my destination and also advise what the problem was with the stalled vehicle.

If you're in need of a reliable and trustworthy mechanic, I highly recommend Rally Auto Towing. They truly go above and beyond for their customers, and I know that I'll be returning to their shop for any future car troubles. Thank you so much, Fernando and team, for your outstanding service! From the moment they arrived on the scene, I could tell that they were true professionals. They were incredibly efficient and got my car towed to their shop in less than half an hour. Once there, Fernando kept me updated every step of the way, which made the whole repair process much less stressful.
We had a terrible experience. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Look elsewhere!
Called for assistance & he came within 15 minutes. Very professional & on point! Highly recommended
Great guy and very efficient!!! He said he would be to me in 35 minutes and it was exactly 35 minutes. Helped me get my truck to a difficult location and did a great job! High recommended!

My daughter’s car battery died on Christmas Day (because of course it did). Today I googled a nearby business because I have never had this happen before, and Tow Recover Assist came up. I called, and had an amazing conversation with the person that answered the phone. He asked just a few questions, was totally knowledgeable, and when I told him he should choose the battery for me, because this was his area of expertise, he chose one that wasn’t the priciest. He chose what was best for the car. And within five hours from the first phone call, we had a new battery installed and the car is now running and on its way to work! No one ever posts good reviews, only when they want to complain. I wanted to be sure that good businesses get the recognition they deserve, and Tow Recover Assist deserves all the positive comments I can heap on them. Thanks to everyone there!! And merry Christmas and happy new year!
They did a spectacular job! I had a squirrel literally eat the top of my battery and I recently had a major surgery so I couldn't replace the battery myself. I called them at 10 A.M, had my new battery by noon. The were very courteous and straight forward. Price was reasonable and would recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys!
Requested the Battery Replacement Service. Tech arrived on-time. Very professional. As a Southern woman living in the Midwest, I have no idea how to properly remove snow from my car. The tech was nice enough to assist me with removing the snow from the hood of my car. Replaced my auto battery within 10mins. Old battery removal was included. If I ever need any emergency auto services in the future, Towing Recovery will be the 1st on my list to call.
Four days before needing to drive through four states covering seven days, my car battery died. One phone call and a few hours later, I had a new battery at a reasonable cost. Fantastic service.
We called to have my Mom’s dead car battery replaced at her home. A quote was given in a few minutes over the phone, a text sent verifying battery snd services quoted, and serviceman was arranged to arrive in 30-45 minutes. He was prompt, notified us arriving 5 minutes prior. Service man was courteous, respectful and friendly. He was efficient. Made sure car was working and the radio/electronics all reset properly. Payment made easily right then. Whole thing took less than 2 hours. Very pleased with the professionalism, ease and timeliness.

Great service straight to the point! Fair price
If you need a guy call Moe. Absolute top tier customer service. He communicated very well as far as where he was and it was very helpful. Tried to fix my car before he would tow it! Great rate as well he is definitely thinking about the customer.
Fast help, amazing service, and a very kind person as well. Highly highly recommend.

He was the greatest tow guy ever, ohare tow I recommend for all Tesla and high-end vehicles…
I am a freaking happy camper for sure. Exceptional service.
Came to my rescue when my Tesla auto-piloted right into a crater of a pothole. Tesla roadside assistance and O'Hare towing provided excellent, compassionate, prompt service. I waited less than 60 minutes for service and Justin even apologized for it taking that long. I am so grateful for the courteous and professional service provided by O'Hare. I hope to not be a repeat customer. LOL.
Once I got a driver to me after a couple hours then the second driver was awesome. The first driver seem like he didn't want to do his job unfortunately 😕. But like I said the driver that actually picked me up got me to my location without any issues. Thanks for your service
Great service and timely! Called and advised dispatch of my location and where I wanted the vehicle towed. They gave me an approximate time and the tow truck driver was right on time. Very friendly and helpful service.

Coop at Fairmont was great. Jamie at Downers Grove was horrible. Held my daughters things so we couldn't get them. She was very uncooperative and liked the fact that she was really making the accident much worse.
I normally don’t leave reviews, but today I felt compelled to share. About a week ago, my family member was involved in a car accident. O’Hare Towing handled the vehicle pickup during an incredibly stressful time. I called to find out what documents were needed since my family member was hospitalized and unable to come in to do a written release in person. Amy was absolutely outstanding!! Very professional, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. She gave us clear, straightforward information and even emailed a detailed outline to guide us through the process. She included a “sample letter” for us to go by that we could use to be notarized at the hospital for the release, and we basically just filled in the blanks with our information. I’ve dealt with several tow companies over the years for roadside assistance, but this experience stood out as truly exceptional. Amy went above and beyond to make a difficult situation easier for our family, and I’m genuinely grateful. Thank you, O’Hare Towing and especially Amy Z for your top-notch customer service!!
Thank you for being there fast and delivering my car in a safe manner.
Do not use this towing company! They damaged the radiator on my truck while towing it to truck repair shop. The guy in the claims office took over a week to call me back with resolve. Once he called, he did apologize for the delay, but immediately after, he denied it was their fault. Because of the damage to the radiator, the truck repair shop would not be drive my truck into their bay so, I had to have a different towing company pull my truck into the truck repair shops bay. I called O'hare Towing which refused to tow and refused to cover the expense of a tow inside the shop...they also refused to cover the expense of the rental vehicle. My truck failed to start because of the extremely cold condition that morning and only required a fuel filter change that's a 15 min job. In the end they only covered the radiator after seeing the pictures I took showed it was their fault. They left me holding additional $2k bag and I paid them over $1.2k for their service. What a rip off. I would've given this company 0 stars.
Fast arrival and great care with towing my truck. I had a driver named Steve pick me up before his ETA.

Corey was incredibly helpful and understanding when helping me tow my car yesterday. I appreciated how respectful and kind he was, while also educating me on the various options I had for dealing with my car issues as well. Thank you so much for your excellent service!
Cole came and towed our 2012 Cadillac CTS 4 3.6L and couldn't have been happier with the treatment of our car. Hard to find a good company with good service and a respectful price. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Cory from Grapple N Go was awesome! I was stressed after getting a call from my wife that the car wouldn't start and he got there quickly, super friendly, started up the car and followed her to the dealership to make sure she got there ok. Great service!
Just used Grapple N Go to transport a vehicle. Corey was fantastic to work with from start to finish...very professional and personable. Watching him load the vehicle provided me with 100% confidence in the safety of the vehicle during transport and unloading. I will definitely use this business for future towing and roadside assistance needs.
Punctual, professional, affordable. These words discribe my impression after the service Corey provided to me (car towing). What's more, he is very nice and procustomer person.

Great service. Jose was top notch and very professional. Treated my vehicle like it was his own. Thank You. I always use Todd's Towimg when I need assistance
The positive reviews did not lie. Todd's Towing & Recovery is honest and trustworthy. Valerie the Scheduling Agent was very professional, courteous and great attitude when inquiring about their services. Jessica the After Hours Answering Service was very professional, polite and helpful. Jose the Tow Truck Driver was very professional, attentive, caring, honest and understanding. I can't say enough about Jose. The towing prices are reasonable and they don't take advantage of their potential customers. It was because of the reviews that I decided to call Todd's. I would highly recommend this towing service over any in Plainfield, IL. They deserve every bit of 5 stars.
Let me start off by stating that I don’t do many reviews, but this review is definitely warranted. We were in dire straits when our 43’ Class Diesel Pusher RV was rendered inoperable with a DEF issue. We contacted our roadside assistance service, as well as numerous big rig towing services, and many either didn’t have the equipment nor the desire to take on towing our 45,000 pound RV. Thankfully we contacted Todd’s Towing & Recovery! From the initial phone call they were courteous, understood the task at hand, and were forthright with their cost of service. In comparison to another towing company, they were about a third of the cost. Nevertheless, Dion at Todd’s Towing & Recovery was very communicative and proactively kept us abreast of the timing when Daniel (Boe) would arrive to help us. Daniel Boe was godsend! I am not over exaggerating this observation. He described his approach to hooking/attaching/prepping our RV for transport. Admittedly, I was in awe of the tow vehicle and correspondingly had a ton of questions…..like a kid! 😉. Daniel Boe didn’t hesitate to explain and conversate! Daniel’s demeanor was super positive and somewhat comforting during this stressful time! Our society needs more people like Daniel Boe! I wholeheartedly would recommend utilizing Todd’s Towing & Recovery! Please see a few pics I took during process. Thanks, Joe
Scott did an amazing job relocating my large triple bay with hutch and side locker toolbox box! You hear about and see horror stories and vidoes of tow companies moving toolboxes and having them fall off upon loading or damage to hutches etc. Not these guys. Very professional and made sure to securely load and secure the boxes in a way not to damage anything as well. Would recommend!
Matt was phenomenal. Great conversationalist and he made sure any questions that I had were answered. I recommend this company to everyone in the area.

Fast, reliable, professional. Fair prices. Showed up in no time when needed forklift services at weight station
Don’t hesitate to give these guys a call. They’re true professionals that provide great service at fair rates.
Don't waste your time looking somewhere else. Very good prices. I was shocked when Carlos gave the invoice, he deserved more money for that job. He helped me in a very extreme situation, I can't be more happier. Also VERY kind! Thank You!
Hugo and team are the best towing company in Chicagoland. Why ? Because not only did they help with a tow , recovery and transload but they were QUICK and EXTREMELY affordable. You all know every other towing company when you call they will literally rob you so I had to review them for yall to know about these people . Amazing crew. Many thanks for saving us !

Great driver was attentive to my concerns and was very helpful in removing my vehicle after an accident. Definitely would highly recommend if you want a respectable tow truck driver.
Excellent towing company to work with. They answered the phone quickly, sent the driver in a reasonable amount of time that matched the estimated time given, and charged a fair price for the tow. Obviously, it’s never great needing a tow truck but their professional response made the situation easier.
Eddy is a real life superman. Very friendly and professional. Will be the first company I call when I need car help again.
Northwest towing is by far the most responsive towing company I've used. Their customer service is second to none. I've used them multiple times through out the years and they always come through and deliver top notch service. Their crew is working around the clock and always make themselves available. Thank you Northwest towing for always helping me out and getting the job done.
Towing companies I've dealt with in the past have been extremely hard to get a hold of and pretty rude, that is the exact opposite experience I've had with this company. Franklin is a great person, super understanding and helpful. Hopefully ill never have another totaled car but if I do or need any other sort of towing, Ill definitely be calling them first. 5 Stars and will definitely recommend this company to anyone who asks. Thanks again.

Besides my truck breaking down on the highway the rest of this experience was a 10/10. The tow truck driver Robert was able to get to me really fast, not only that but he was also extremely careful when hooking up my truck to the tow truck. He was also very friendly which I'd say helped make a not so pleasant experience surprisingly pleasant. On top of all that, they offered me a really great price for the distance I needed to go. I'm super appreciative for the amazing service I got. If I were ever to have another incident like this, I'll be calling Chicago 24 Hour Towing first.
Service was exceptional! Robert arrived to the location quickly, loaded my van on the flat bed in no time and dropped off the vehicle in less than an hour. I will be using this company again.
I had a great experience with Chicago 24 Hour Towing. Robert, our driver, was courteous, prompt, and incredibly accommodating when my daughter was stranded. He arrived quickly and had our car parked at home within an hour. He was also very patient regarding payment and even recommended that we submit a claim with our insurance for a possible refund. His professionalism and helpfulness made a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend!
Stop looking for other options because these guys are the BEST!!! From start to finish, they made the whole process so easy and effortless. My situation was that trans gave out and I was left stranded in middle of street. Not only that but had to be at my sons graduation within 3 hours. Meanwhile I am 45 at the soonest away. They handled everything; told me where to leave key, took description of my car and any other information that may have been of importance and told me to not worry and to go see my son graduate. Stevan reached out to my to let me know he was on his way, he reached out when he got my car, he notified me when he dropped my car at my home. He even went above and beyond to ask if I want my car in the driveway or street. On top of that left it with consideration of surroundings. Not like how others just drop go and pay me. Seriously, knights in shining armor. Did I mention that they also told me that they were able to diagnose what the actual problem was with my transmission? Now I did.
Absolutely amazing service. Extremely nice and courteous throughout the whole process. Needing to have your car towed can be stressful and Robert made it a smooth and seamless process. His professionalism is like no other

Excelente servicio!!! Muchas gracias.
Great and fast service. Highly recommend.
Very nice, professional, and showed up quick!
Called an auto repair place to get a tow to their shop they recommended this company. I called the guy answered the phone with an attitude I was inquiring about the price and started negotiating with is a part of business. The guy tells me to make up my mind and hangs up on me which should have let me know what type of business this is. I called back thinking it was an error but it was the exact same interaction only worse. I didn’t know tow companies treat their potential customers this way this was the by far the worst experience I’ve had.
We called Garcia's Towing, and a driver appeared just as promised within a very short time. This was greatly appreciated as we were disabled along a very busy freeway during rush hour. It was very stressful! Suffice it to say that this driver's service was impeccable. He was wonderful in every way - he took care of us, offered us helpful solutions to our dilemma, dropped off our car at the service center, and then gave us a ride home. I cannot say enough good things about him and this company. 5+ Stars absolutely!

Deplorable call service personnel! I called 3 different times. 1st time to inform them that my 72-year-old mother and my nephew was at their facility to retrieve a vehicle (which the personnel at this company had previously encouraged my family to go over right away to be assisted). The call center personnel stated that they would tell someone to come and answer the front door; we waited 15 minutes and no one came to the front door. Called back a second time and I was informed that the driver was out on a PD call, therefore we would have to wait until after he returns… the driver then pulls out the parking lot another 15 minutes later (after I was informed about the call), meaning he was available at least 30 minutes prior to the call. Final call to the customer service to inform them of what we just witnessed and the female on the call then tells me that 1: it is after hours and the driver must take a PD calls (nasty tone, and I wasn’t even disputing the driver taking the call). 2: the driver isn’t required to release the vehicle today, we could just wait until the morning (very threatening, like “since you want to complain…”) and 3: she informed me that she had already explained this to someone else (as if I was wasting her time). I then informed her that the information was not relayed to us, that’s why I was reaching out to see if this was normal practice, and there was no need to be rude. She hurried up to end the call and hung up. If this is how they treat their customers, I recommend you try your best not to require the service of this company.
Totally recommend! My son’s car died and I had no idea who to call. I’m glad I called O’Hare! They answered the phone right away, took down my info and told me a driver would be there within 30 minutes. Dustin called me 5 minutes later and said he’d be there in 20. Great communication and customer service.
The people at the front desk is very disrespectful. Talk to you any kind of way just because they got your car hostage
After almost 2 hours, our roadside company couldn't find a truck, so I called O'Hare Towing directly. From the dispatcher to our driver Carl, the experience was professional and efficient. Rarely do I say they went above and beyond, but they did! It was a special antique car and they had the right equipment and experience to move it with absolutely no damage. On top of that they arrived FAST and called ahead to confirm. The price quoted is what we paid and I feel they really cared about our car and being professional. At 12:30am that isn't easy and I applaud them for a job well done!
What we needed was a linch out- our son hit some ice and snow and ended up in a ditch. Rob was completely professional and all around awesome. He took amazing care of us. Customer service agents were extremely polite and gave great care. The entire experience was great.

Best towing company out there. I was stuck in a bumper to bumper jam and every company i called was saying 3-4 hours and Khan towing came in timely affordable manner. The towers were very friendly and happy to help while also getting me out fast!

The driver that towed my car to their shop last Friday (9/20/2024) told me If I came to pick my car up the following day I could just pay the initial tow and get my car out at not extra cost. I tried to get my car the next day(9/21/2024) and they then told me I had to wait until Monday to get it. They then charged me storage fees even though I tried to get my car within the 24hr window I was told I could but again they refused to give me my car back. When I finally got my car back yesterday (9/23/2024) the glove box was wide open (I made sure to lock it the night of the accident) and to top it off they ripped my center console apart to get it into neutral even though they had my key and could have easily shifted it into neutral just as I did when they delivered the car back to me. Definitely would stay away from these guys.
They unlocked my car when others couldn't. I'll use them again in the future.
Hopefully I'm recalling his name correctly but I just had Jake from HAAS come out and tow my Prius C after it suffered a flat tire and dead battery in a tough spot off of I-39/I-20. Not a good place to be stuck! Nonetheless, he was able to come out and safely pick up my car. He had such an upbeat attitude which really helped better my mood and arrived incredibly quick from the initial call. Jake even wished for me to hopefully have a better day especially after such a rough situation and it's really little things like that that make such an incredible difference! My mood improved greatly after getting help from him! Thank you so much for the excellent experience and care for my car! Glad he could laugh at some of my silly bumper stickers I have on my car too! Always fun to find someone with my same sense of humor! :) If I'm ever in a rough situation like that again, I'll definitely be reaching straight out to HAAS! 100/10 service! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I didn't back into my driveway properly by making a sharp turn in reverse, as my car temporarily will only move into reverse. This rainy day made the soil too wet and the front driver's side tire got drenched in the soil leaving the car stuck where it's at (photos included). I called Haas Towing, sent them the pics of how the car is stuck and they sent a driver named "Mack" to get the car back into the driveway. Kudos to Mack! He was awesome! Even included a tip on the debit card. He even took his own shovel to put the new soil back in place. Haas Towing and Mack saves the day.....and the car!!!
Very happy with the service. Great customer support and transparent about the timing. Josh was very friendly and I had a great conversation with him while he was unloading our truck. Highly recommend.

My wife blew out a tire on the highway. She called Alber’s Towing and with in 20 mins they were there! Bob did a great job and had her back on the road in 5 mins. I got there just in time to watch Bob’s magic, as I thought he was on a NASCAR crew 🏆 Great job Alber’s Towing, your a life saver!!!
Called to have a vehicle loaded into a 53' trailer. They came out on time and the driver, Greg was very professional and personable, he assessed the situation and had the car lined up with my trailer in a few minutes and completed the job in short order. Great company to do business with.
The owner has been very kind and upfront as my car was towed and has went far out of his way to help out w storage fees and other things I wish the world 🌎 had more business owners that put people in front of profits God bless u sir
Pat was a great locksmith, showed up in minutes from getting the call and unlocked my car in under 2 minutes. Super fair price and fantastic service, you honestly couldn't ask for a better experience.
Guy brought his wife or girlfriend with him. Maybe I’m old school I just thought that was unprofessional. Then lost the key to the car which Ford ended up replacing. I think next time I’ll call a different company.

Exceptional experience in a bad situation. Car broke down on I-55. I called, was quoted a price and he said he’s be there in 30 minutes. Arrived 28 minutes later, dropped off my car at the repair location and even gave me a lift to the hotel I was staying. Service and pricing was beyond exceptional. Thank you so much!
Absolutely amazing and quick service! Ive needed tows back and forth the past couple of days and I won't be picking a different company again! Such respectable and honest people
The driver was very professional and helpful from A to Z.
My truck stopped in the middle of the road in Joliet. I called millennial towing and arrived in 30 minutes. Took my truck to Chicago at a good price. Would recommend to anyone.

This place is not even a legitimate business. I paid for 24 hours of parking in a self pay lot. They towed my car claiming that I hadn’t paid. I showed the worker the receipt and all she could do was say it was a legal tow. They said their credit card machine was down and forced me to pay cash. It cost me 240 to get my vehicle back. This place is just a predatory money grab. It’s fraud plain and simple. Stealing food from my table.
After hitting a famous Chicago pot hole, Bill was on the spot ASAP and helped get my car to the shop for service. So glad I called A1 Gold Coast! GREAT JOB!
Had my truck get stalled in downtown streeterville, and called A1 tow company. A driver was on-site in 30min, Bill did an amazing job he was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank Bill for your help I really appreciate it.
They got to me within 20 minutes of calling and were super professional. Locked them in the phone now for all future needs.
The A in A1 must stand for AMAZING!! I had a flat in the city and had no idea who to call until I looked and found A1 Gold Coast Towing!! What a truly amazing experience dealing with them! Bill answered the phone and assured me not to worry and he would take care of everything. Ray showed up very shortly after and fixed my tire and got me back on the road in no time. I can’t tell you enough what a wonderful, honest and dependable company I found and will forever be grateful for the amazing service and experience you provided me today!! If you need service call A1 and they’ll get the job done!!

I was originally told on Thursday afternoon someone would be able to jump my RV around mid-morning on Friday. When I hadn’t heard back by 11 am, I called again. Finally after 1 pm someone showed up. He was courteous and professional but unfortunately we couldn’t get the RV started.
On sunday, June 13, we first contacted our regular mechanics at Heart. It was great that, being closed, heart had an emergency number for towing. We were immediately connected to Northshore towing (spoke with a human Dan (I think). He answered all of my husbands questions in a professional manner as we were stuck on the roadside with groceries. He said we could expect a tow in 15 min. In that time our driver Luis came by. He could have simply attached the truck to the car but his kindness and knowledge took over. He thought a simple mechanical problem might be the issue- but it wasn’t. As he suspected our fuel pump died. The whole experience from heart to Northshore towing in a ho Sunday was exceptional. many thanks.
Not happy with the way the operator behaved. I came from Detroit to have lunch in a restaurant located in Devon. Not even 30minutes after I parked, they towed away my car. I agree and I am always delighted to solve the issue. I went to the towing office, and there was a guy who was working there today 28th July Sunday around 230pm, he first refused to shake hands with me and then behaved rudely. I was like it's okay I made the mistake, I apologized and I paid the fine as well. I don't know why he is angry. When I was about to leave, it took some time for me to remove the sticker they placed on my glass, the same guy came and was shouting Go away, I have to close. Please do see to this matter. The operator's number was 1171.
The proficient operator was skillfully operating a large truck, showcasing exceptional ability in maneuvering the confined space on Chicago's roads. The stainless steel cable for the primary winch, despite its sturdy nature, required some strong handling. The seasoned operator, which truly makes a significant difference. I appreciate your sending me an experienced operator with a great skill set. Highly Appreciated Service Thank You Joe.
We were in a bad situation stuck on the side of the Kennedy. North Shore was very responsive. The driver, Juan, communicated with us regarding his arrival, which was appreciated. He was reassuring, very kind, and very helpful. Definitely recommend!!

Great service and customer service was great. They didn't have no tow trucks available for at least 45 min and I told him that I wanted to get my truck home asap. Then he told me if he finds one sooner he will give me a call back. He then called me back 5 min later and told me that there will be a tow truck available in 30 min. The tow truck was from a different company and the tow truck came in less then 10 min later. Thank you for going out your way to help I recommend this company great service.
This towing service is great. I worked with Jose and his guys; they are truly professional. Jose communicates well, he's passionate and cares about getting the job done orderly. They handled my car with care like it was their own. Also, the price of getting the tow under such short notice was affordable, standard and reasonable. I would definitely use them again for future service. Thanks you guys!!!
It was a great experience. They made sure they got no scratch on my lowered Lexus. I appreciate the time they took to come out and help me. These guys are definitely fair!
Customer Service Representative attentively listened to me and she was able to meet my needs. Tow Driver, Dwayne, arrived within the specified timeframe. Dwayne communicated everything that he was going to do before he did it. Dwayne handled my car with great care🙏 Thank you everyone at Big Sky Towing Inc for your help!
Truly appreciated the rescue! The estimated arrival time was <40 minutes and they arrived within 10 minutes. Service was quick, straightforward and they had professional, friendly service. Tow fee was reasonable. I will definitely keep their number saved for future reference! Thank you again.

Lalo towing is one of the bad towing company out there, customers should be careful about this guys. the charge you upfront and after they deliver the car then then charge you extra money.. nobody should do business with this company.
These guys are great! I needed a tow 40 miles away and they made it happen that day with a very reasonable price! They were very polite. 10 out of 10!
I would say Eddie was the man. He picked up my Ford fusion from Pepboys and got it to the dealership on time, with any damages when he offloaded it. I was able to cal l in my payment to his office with no hassle. The price quoted was what I paid. No surprises! I paid under $100 for my towing unlike many of the other know names in the business. If you are looking for an affordable company and fast service. Contact Eddy or his dispatch office today!
I was stuck in the middle of the road and Lalo’s Towing came through. I do not remember who I talked with over the phone, but he was extremely nice. The driver was good to god bless both of their hearts. I will be using them from now henceforth for any towing service I might need in the future. 10/10

I had a positive experience with this company. Hugo helped with transferring my vehicle from point a to point b. The distance was under 5mi and he was happy to help. He was kind and courteous. Used caution when handling my vehicle which made my situation more calm. Overall, very professional, good pricing, fast response time and good communication!
Great service— Very well mannered, kind gentlemen. Suggested I’d wait at home for a call rather than go to our destination and wait perhaps hours; definitely saved me time. Thank you!
Hugo was very accommodating in a very short notice! Gave me fair price on top of it all. Thank you!!! Highly recommend
Excellent service! Hugo was prompt, efficient and friendly. I'll definitely use this towing service again in the future.

I want to thank Naperville Classic Towing for hiring drivers with great integrity. I had the fortune of working with Ben, and this interaction ended up saving me a load of time and headache. If I ever need a tow or can give a recommendation, this company will be my #1 choice.
This company was very helpful. From the gentleman that answered my call to the 2 young men who came to tow my vehicle, Ben & Mike. Thanks for your patience and carefully taking my car where it needed to go. I will call on Naperville Classic Towing if ever I need towing. I also think they were reasonably priced.
They were so professional and knowledgeable! George and Ben saved us a lot of money and also taught us something about our RV. We had been waiting 7 hours for AAA. They never came we called Classic towing and they were here in 10 minutes. I would highly recommend them. Sandy B
Professional and reliable service. I’m more than satisfied.
I had to get the service to jump start and i got a 5* service and it took him a lot of time to get it fixed because my car was not run for three months. He gave me lot of cost saving ideas for repairs and maintenance. It is hard to get such services now a days. Very pleased and will strongly recommend him. I already referred my family members to alwasy use them in future. Please keep up the good service. We need this......

Dennis came very quickly and made sure to take care in loading my vehicle. Very polite and professional. Highly recommend.
My last tow with this company was done by a Driver named Dennis I believe. He was 5 star awesome! He was quick, arriving faster than promised, he was professional (he hitched the car properly) which cannot be said for all tow truck drivers. Not to mention he is a super cool person! I liked them so much that tonight I am calling them again to tow the same car to another place. I am willing to wait a little longer due to the fact that there was another tow in between that I cannot say I was as happy with, as the other company did not hitch the car properly and caused undue damage to the suspension of this car. Update: Dennis came to pick me up again, and as per the car care standard, was right on time, and super professional. Got the car on the tow truck with great care and per his usual self was awesome with a great attitude and turned my crappy time I was having into a great towing experience. Honestly never calling anyone else but car care for tows anymore. Dennis is definitely the best of the best and I’m sure the rest of their team is as well. 10/10 will definitely do again when necessary. I do try to keep the cars off of tow trucks lol.
I really really really appreciate Dennis and his service. He was respectful, friendly kind and helpful. He saved the day!!!
Every time I need to set a Tow up this is the place I use! They are very kind and quick. Not only do they take photos before they pick the vehicle up they also take photos when they drop the vehicle off. Dave has a good eye for finding extra damage on the vehicle and documenting it so there is no confusion later. They let you know if there are keys for the vehicle and if it will drive or not. They are very organized and over all a great company to have in your back pocket. I have been working with Dave for a while now and he wont let you down! Such a great guy!

Great service. Visiting Aurora from out of state and had a dead battery. They were there in a half hour. Resolved the issue so we could get home and I was able to catch my flight out tonight. Thank you so much!

Every Time I call Miguel, he’s right on time! The best drivers and speedy service! I couldn’t ask for anything better.
I have used Ch-City Towing several times over the years. And every single time I’ve gotten great service. The owner, Miguel Rojas, is a great guy and always provides A1 service.
Truly 24/7. Needed a locksmith at 5am and all other so called 24hr services weren’t available till after 8am. Thank you for coming so quickly & Resolving our issue so quickly !
In my T.I voice this tow truck company will be there expeditiously. I called and by the time the call was ended the truck was there. Very fast, professional, and polite.
I've used their services before and they were prompt and professional. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

What amazing community service! They helped us deliver a donated car to campus, and they did it with such compassion and on a time crunch. Thank you so much for your business, and we look forward to working together again!
Service was amazing. He drove many miles, called a place to see if they had tires, and even volunteered to drive us someplace to get food while we waited. Amazing! He really was genuine in wanting to get my family and I off the dangerous highway.
I was very happy with the service that Jay provided. He was on time, courteous, and very professional. I will definitely be calling him again if I need service.
Fantastic service. Answered right away and gave me a realistic wait time. Super nice and friendly - made me comfortable with the entire process. Will definitely call again if/when I ever need a tow in the future. He just made it all very easy and smooth.
Highly recommended for any towing services!!!! Met all my standards!! Very affordable!!!

Travis was quick, professional, and friendly. If my car breaks down again, I hope I'm in range. 11/10
These guys are "preferred" through Mercedes. Wasted 2 hours of my time waiting and kept lying to me about where their driver was so that I can stayed waiting. After two hours of waiting, they cancelled my tow without my permission forcing me to wait for another towing company. An image of our text will show you their professionalism.
Amazing service and fantastic employees. They came out all the way to Ottawa, IL & were able to get my car back to Aurora so quickly. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing a tow or roadside help. 5 STARS! Thank you.
Excellent Service! Excellent communication! Sincere and Compassionate.... a family member was in a bad car/semi accident and Clifford's went above and beyond with our family. Highly recommend!
never ever use the business! Eric is THE biggest scanner and liar. Super unprofessional and misrepresentated the businesses affiliation with the Oswego Police Department after requesting an accident tow. BEWARE!!!

Darrell was awesome. He helped me out when no other towing companies could. I got into an accident and he gave me and my vehicle a 50 mile ride home, across the state line!
I highly recommend Darrell and his auto repair shop. Darrell has always been 100% honest with me and has gone over and above to make sure i went the least amount of time without a vehicle.
Always a five star experience. Darrells towing is the only company I trust to be on time, never damage my cars, and all at the right price!
Highly recommend my ball joint just broke in middle of the street Steve showed up in 10 minutes and got the car hooked up and taken care of in no time literally life saver! Thank you very much for the help and Steve God Bless you sir
Tie rod broke on my car at 8am. Darrell's towed the car, ordered the parts and had it fixed by 1pm the same day! I know what things cost for auto repairs and I dont think any other place could have beaten his price. First time using this shop and not only would I use them again, but I will recommend them to friends!
