Absolutely awesome service! My car battery died at home, and Tow Recover Assist provided quick and efficient onsite car battery replacement. The mobile battery replacement service saved me a lot of time and hassle. Highly recommend this company for any roadside assistance needs!
After my son was unsuccessful at jump starting my car and being told my battery was corroded. I called road side assistance. I waiting for a tow provided by my insurance that never showed up. I decided to call a shop to tow my car to replace my battery. I googled search battery replacements and "Last Chance" "Towing recovery assistance" popped up. I read the reviews spoke to Cody whom gave me a good, fair price! I did not have to pay for towing, Cody replaced my battery where my car was stalled. Five stars from a single mom that tired of being ripp me off! Cody was timely, efficient and most of all Great price for the parts and the services provided for. THANK YOU CODY!
I contacted these guys from out of state to assist my 83 yo MIL. There are other services out there but I believe none could top the type of service received from Corey. He was attentive and friendly, offered intelligent troubleshooting and had a willingness to do whatever it took to get the job done right and he did it in a very timely manner - during a huge snow storm. He even scraped her windshield and got her car over the large snow pile behind it. He's top notch and I'd contact him again and again!
I am very pleased with the service and professionalism! Despite it being 4° outside, the technician Jay arrived quickly and changed my tire within 5 minutes. He even went above and beyond and checked the pressure in my spare and aired it up for me. I am so thankful and grateful for his kindness and efficiency! 5 STARS
Needed a last min tow for our son’s car. Found them on Google, called and the truck was there in less than an hour!! Very smooth process and the pricing wasn’t bad either. Great experience.

I had to get the service to jump start and i got a 5* service and it took him a lot of time to get it fixed because my car was not run for three months. He gave me lot of cost saving ideas for repairs and maintenance. It is hard to get such services now a days. Very pleased and will strongly recommend him. I already referred my family members to alwasy use them in future. Please keep up the good service. We need this......
I had a very good experience with Naperville Classic Towing, and would recommend them to anyone. The customer service is excellent and the wait time was not long. Jake is very friendly and passionate about his job. He definitely helped make my bad situation easier to handle! Thanks again!
Tony and the guys at NCT have helped me on two occasions recover some freight due to a mixup with our customer. They were reasonably priced and super helpful. Made it to the delivery on short notice. 10/10 would recommend.
On February 1st, they towed our car and damaged the suspension. Since then, it has been extremely difficult to get in contact with them. They finally provided their insurance information, but their insurer is also having a hard time reaching them. Every call results in a runaround. This company is dangerous and unreliable. We are now seeking legal counsel and the Better Business Bureau as our damages exceed $15,000. Beware! Update it's now April and they STILL aren not cooperating with the insurance company causing further delay.
This company was very helpful. From the gentleman that answered my call to the 2 young men who came to tow my vehicle, Ben & Mike. Thanks for your patience and carefully taking my car where it needed to go. I will call on Naperville Classic Towing if ever I need towing. I also think they were reasonably priced.

Jeremy gave me a tow when my car broke down. He arrived quickly, took extra care while loading the car up, and even took care of delivering the car on my behalf to a mechanic. Awesome guy! would highly recommend Jeremy and Kit's towing!
Bill was fantastic! Really calmed a small young woman, standing out in the foggy slush! I got a flat on my way to the shops, and called my insurance company, they sent Bill. Friendly! Calming! An expert tow driver! I was very impressed at how he could squeeze in between two cars to deliver my car off the bed! I couldn't do it if I tried! I worried this was going to eat up my entire day, he was fast! He knew and was confident about working my compromised car into the bed and we were at my tire shop in no time flat! Bill is a model employee! Thanks again Bill!!!!
Bill from Kits Towing did an amazing job when towed my vehicle. I can say he is a guy that you can talk to easily, makes the costumer feel at ease. Works in a professional manner, Definitely calling Kits again for towing needs, reliable Company.. Thanks Bill !!!
Jeremy towed my car to the mechanic shop I suggested. He was super helpful and very efficient. He maintained calm and made sure the car was backed into the right slot. Great job and thanks so much!
My rental vehicle was towed by Kit’s and obviously it could not be released to me and I get it but Justin & Kevin’s demeanor towards me was worse than my rental getting towed! I would never personally use their towing service. Yes, you do have to pay in order to retrieve your vehicle out of a towing facility but it doesn’t cost a thing to be just “NICE”

Bob is quite literally the best ever! He literally knows everything and saved me thousands of dollars! Words can’t explain how grateful I am for Bob. Yes, they’re a tow company, but Bob is so knowledgeable and saved me big time. Bob should get a major raise!
I had a terrible experience with NAR Towing recently. They towed my car wrongfully, and to make matters worse, they stole my catalytic converter. I trusted them to handle my vehicle properly, but instead, they took advantage of the situation. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable, and I would strongly advise others to avoid using their services.
Went twice to have no one at the window. Also no where in there facilities stating cash only. Also very unprofessional to ask if I was arrested by the agent and I have never been. Mike was cool and went over everything
Of course the day my car decides to stop working is a day it’s 10 degrees and 50mph winds! I called Maserati Roadside and they put me in contact with NAR towing. Josh, from the towing company, reached out to me in less than 10 minutes. Even though there was a small miscommunication with Maserati Roadside, Josh called me and asked my location and said he was on his way. He arrived in less than 30 minutes, and stayed in constant contact with me. Once he delivered my car to the dealership, he communicated the car was at the dealership and thanked me for my business. He was prompt, professional and the communication was excellent! He saved this stranded girl who was freezing! Thanks Josh!
Terrible service! Their prices seem to change depending on their mood — no clear or consistent pricing at all. We scheduled a tow with this company for a specific time. At first, everything seemed fine, but then the men kept delaying — first saying he’d be there in 20 minutes, then 30, then another 20. It went on and on. In the end, he showed up 3 hours late! Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Absolutely no respect for the customer’s time. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I locked my jeep wrangler unlimited at work and called Superior Towing for help. The driver showed up in a timely manner and introduced himself. Jacob O'Donnell was friendly and professional. If I ever needed my car unlocked again or any other Tow Service I would definitely call again. Mitch
S/O to the Superior Towing driver Chris Meeks he took such great care of me and my vehicle. It was my first time in a tow truck and he made me super comfortable. His truck was very clean which definitely made the experience even better. I heard so many negative things about Tow truck drivers but he completely changed that. I most certainly will be using Superior Towing again in the future.
Great experience with Superior Towning. Thank you Jacob O'Donnell for fast and friendly service and having a clean truck to make customers feel comfortable in. If you ever need a tow dont hesitate to call Superior.

Could have just told me to move the truck but instead they just snuck by and took my truck money hungry Company
Love these guys.
Hired by HOA to clear cars illegally parked in fire lanes. Called two separate nights. Garbage truck couldn't get through last week. Never did anything and never came out. Too lazy to do their jobs
