Car problems happen at the worst times, like when you are on a date, out to eat, hanging out Downtown Naperville. Lucky for me, someone said to call Tow Recover Assist and they will take care of me and take care of us they did. They had someone out to unlock my car door and jump start my battery within 30 minutes. Fair prices, great customer service, friendly technician, highly recommended.
They did a spectacular job! I had a squirrel literally eat the top of my battery and I recently had a major surgery so I couldn't replace the battery myself. I called them at 10 A.M, had my new battery by noon. The were very courteous and straight forward. Price was reasonable and would recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys!

I contacted these guys from out of state to assist my 83 yo MIL. There are other services out there but I believe none could top the type of service received from Corey. He was attentive and friendly, offered intelligent troubleshooting and had a willingness to do whatever it took to get the job done right and he did it in a very timely manner - during a huge snow storm. He even scraped her windshield and got her car over the large snow pile behind it. He's top notch and I'd contact him again and again!

On February 1st, they towed our car and damaged the suspension. Since then, it has been extremely difficult to get in contact with them. They finally provided their insurance information, but their insurer is also having a hard time reaching them. Every call results in a runaround. This company is dangerous and unreliable. We are now seeking legal counsel and the Better Business Bureau as our damages exceed $15,000. Beware! Update it's now April and they STILL aren not cooperating with the insurance company causing further delay.
My son needed some assistance dislodging his car after an unfortunate run-in with a curb. Dispatch was courteous and helpful. The truck operator was great and took care not to damage the car as we got it unstuck. Would definitely use them again.
These guys are awesome! We were almost 2 hours from home when the car broke down. We called Naperville Classic Towing for a tow. They said someone would be out in 30 - 35 minutes, and 20 minutes later they arrived! The driver was friendly, professional, and helpful.
The towing experience was excellent. The tow truck driver showed up within 20 minutes and had my car hooked up in no time. He was very pleasant and professional. The gal on the phone, I think her name was Farrah, was also very helpful. If you ever need towing service in Naperville, don't hesitate to call Classic Towing.

My rental vehicle was towed by Kit’s and obviously it could not be released to me and I get it but Justin & Kevin’s demeanor towards me was worse than my rental getting towed! I would never personally use their towing service. Yes, you do have to pay in order to retrieve your vehicle out of a towing facility but it doesn’t cost a thing to be just “NICE”
Had to get my car tow because of two flat tires. Jeremy was fantastic, was get to me in fast. And was also able to get me to the repair shop before they closed. I would 100% recommend Kit's towing and also Jeremy.
Only tow service out of 7 or more that we called and this was the only one willing to help and take us back home if needed. Best tow experience by far! Thank you so much Jeremy you are the best tow truck driver my boyfriend and I have met! I don't think we would have gotten our car home without you're help!
My car wouldn't start when leaving work last night, so I needed a tow. It took my insurance company a while to find a tow company (which I have no complaints about, I just needed my car to get to an auto shop). Around 9:30 PM my insurance called me, told me the company they had lined up was Kit's Towing and gave me their phone number in case I needed it. I immediately called because the parking area my car is in is an obscure one, I wanted to let them know where the keys were located, and I had left with my family who came to pick me up (which my insurance company had told me was okay). I got a hold of Jeremy who after a bit of confusion, very condescending attitude towards, and telling me insurance companies are "just out to screw over tow companies", I was told that he had declined the request for tow due to not having the right equipment available (which is fine, I am not upset that they had to decline it). However he acted like I was somehow at fault for the mixup my insurance company made by telling me Kit's Towing was scheduled and giving me their contact information. After that I told him that for future reference he might want to consider changing how he addresses customers, because his customer service was terrible. He yelled at me about how his company doesn't do customer service, called me sweetie/babe/sweetheart in a mocking fashion, angrily yelled at me that he's very kind, he's the manager, told me his name, and I can look up his reviews. He ended up hanging up on me while I was in the middle of telling him I hope he gets rocks stuck in his shoe and calling him a 4 letter word. Not the most constructive behavior on my part, but this guy was a big jerk to me. I spoke with my insurance company and let them know that Kit's Towing might be a company they use as a last resort. This company does have quite a few positive reviews which I am sure they've earned while doing the job well. But if you look at their negative reviews you'll see a trend of poor customer service/ communication. You'll also see that they make a point to reply to reviews (good and bad). On the negative reviews they seem to try to shift the blame onto the customer to make themselves feel better, and to not try to reflect on an important aspect of their business that they need to improve. If you need the tow job done, and don't care about being treated in a respectful manner, I will recommend this company. However, if high quality customer service is important to you, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere.
Kits Towing was out to get my car less than an hour after contacting my insurance company, who then had to contact Kits, so I was expecting a long delay for the pick up. Bill was polite and helpful! I was extremely happy with both Kits and with Bill.

Bob is quite literally the best ever! He literally knows everything and saved me thousands of dollars! Words can’t explain how grateful I am for Bob. Yes, they’re a tow company, but Bob is so knowledgeable and saved me big time. Bob should get a major raise!
My car was stuck on the 5th floor of a retail parking garage during Labor Day weekend. The battery was fine, but it appeared the starter was shot. I called around to find a towing company who could transport my car to a local Firestone for service and not charge me an unrealistic price. After making some calls to other companies who were not impressive, I made arrangements with NAR Towing to meet me the next morning. Josh arrived 15 minutes early and called me to say the clearance of the entry to the parking garage was 8” too low to get into. He took the elevator to the 5th floor, where I was waiting and he checked the starter to confirm the problem. He made a call and decided to push the car out of the spot and got behind the wheel and alternately coasted and manually pushed the car throughout the journey to the ground level. He drove the truck around, hooked up the car and took it to Firestone, some 5 miles away. I am sure that wasn’t what he had in mind when he started his day, but he made it work. Josh was a Godsend! He was very professional. I am truly grateful to Josh and NAR Towing! I would highly recommend them.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Horrible! Was told my wait would be 1 -2 hours which led to waiting over 7 hours until I called Moe's towing service instead. Was told other calls came after mine and apparently I was not a priority in the line up for $450 tow! I requested a discount for making me wait and was also denied that. Moe's jumped to my rescue in less than 30 minutes.
Terrible service! Their prices seem to change depending on their mood — no clear or consistent pricing at all. We scheduled a tow with this company for a specific time. At first, everything seemed fine, but then the men kept delaying — first saying he’d be there in 20 minutes, then 30, then another 20. It went on and on. In the end, he showed up 3 hours late! Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Absolutely no respect for the customer’s time. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
The worst tow truck service I've ever known. And no, I'm not exaggerating. Prices are changed and they charge you extra fees if you ask too much questions or make them lose patience by simply asking things that they should explain to you. I particularly lived a situation in which they yelled at me and treated me badly not only, but among themselves they shouted in front of me regardless of whether I was a client witnessing all that. Bad attention, very rude and take advantage of the situation, if you call the police they will only tell you that they can't do anything because it's private property and they can't handle the owner's prices. A waste of time, patience and money to go to this place

I accidentally locked my keys in my truck. I thought I would have to wait a long time but superior towing to the rescue! Jacob Odonnell was super quick and professional!
