Contacted Synergy @ 12:25p and Tonye was pulling up with my car @ 1:22p on Christmas nonetheless. He effectively communicated with me throughout the process and respected any wishes I had for "Scar". ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ absolutely would recommend 👍🏾 Also 🦅🦅🦅

K&S TOWING IS A GREAT TOWING COMPANY. They showed up right away for my tow, there was no long wait. The driver was great at his job. I would DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN!!!
Fast service with knowledgeable and able people. Christian was dispatched who was very cordial , knowledgeable and gave you the sense you are in good hands. He also explained things about the problem and discussed items I didn't know about that are in my policy. The service I received from K&S, Christian and AAA was absolutely excellent and makes the decision easy when considering roadside insurance. Thanks for all your great help, John
Christian came out today for a dead battery in my vehicle - excellent service! He was prompt, professional and very thorough in his explanation of what the problem was, the tests that he would be performing (and then their results) and my options for going forward. He clearly prides himself in excellent customer service and this is definitely one of the best experiences we have had through AAA. Thank you so much!
K & S Towing & Recovery have a great team of friendly, knowledgeable people. Their ETA was accurate and the job was completed safely and quickly.
On a 96° day, we were relieved that Will, from K&S Towing, arrived within 30 minutes after our call to AAA. He was very personable and incredibly competent. He got our truck on the flatbed within just a few minutes, and he made sure that we had someone available to pick us up. We highly recommend K&S Towing. Thanks for making a horrible day less horrible.

Super reliable and was flexible on price all around good dudes
Excellent company!! This company saved us when we were stranded 2hrs from home with two toddlers after an accident! They went above and beyond to get us all home safely. They responded quickly, and provided an additional vehicle to accommodate the car seats. Highly recommend!!
Came out quickly and got my car started right away with no issues. Super professional, prompt, and made the whole process easy. Great service—highly recommend!
Great guys, awesome price, got to me really quickly when I was in a pinch. Major help!
Had the best experience with Tom!! He saved the day when AAA wouldn’t help my husband tow his car. He was a super nice guy and reasonably priced!!

I went to go pick up medication refills that I needed at my CVS on 401 Spring Garden, and parked on the mini mall next door. A guy saw me parking at 325 Spring Garden and walk to the CVS. When i came back not even 10 minutes later there was a barnacle was placed in my windshield and he said my car was gonna be towed if I didn’t pay $150. He said he could cut me a deal for $100. Then he points out to a sign that you can’t even see. How is that legal? According to City of Philadelphia Code § 9-605(11)(d), vehicles on private property cannot be handled or immobilized without a prior police ticket. My car was not ticketed, so the operator’s actions were illegal. (Bill No. 160682). They also have to provide all types of payment, including cards, not just QR scanning. And the signs as per the Code has to be 36” x 36”, with the company name, phone number and information has to be displayed, the sign that stipulates “no walk offs”, with no company name, and is not properly sized, according to the Code. It is facing away from the parking lot and is not visible due to location and improper sizing. This is a predatory company that I will be reporting to the council, the Department of Licensing and Inspection and the Philadelphia Police Department due to not upholding the requirements for the Bill No. 160682. Minimum they could have done was give a warning if they’re sitting out just waiting for people to walk off like they did.
This place is awesome. Came very quickly. Jay was super great as well. Very friendly and gave me some knowledge about cars which I was very grateful for. If you need a quick tow and good service, call Bob's.
Running a scam in the parking lot of SpringHill Suites in Langhorne, PA. They say it’s Bob Sponges putting the barnacles on the car even though parking is charged for guests. They don’t document the guests license plates and then tell the guest to just call the number on the “barnacle.” Many guests had their car booted with the barnacles and they refused to remove them without payment. The sign says it is $175 for towing but then why did the dispatcher say towing would be more than $240? If you look up legality of this business, it has been questioned multiple times. The guy booting the cars worked for his mom and the manager knows her personally based on calling her from her cell phone. This hotel is running a scam with the tow company and it’s disgusting Update after their comment - I paid $125 dollars, not $50. Would you care to explain that discrepancy then? It did not fly out the window yesterday as we weren’t here until last night and it was present in the window this afternoon. You also booted other cars in the lot and were sitting in the lot targeting unsuspecting patrons.
Unlawful, predatory operation. They put a barnacle on my car windshield even though I parked in a legal spot at a convenience store. I had to pay $356 to have it removed. I called and asked for a refund but was told no. My attorney will be reaching out to them next. Google this business and you will see a report on them by 6ABC News and also numerous reviews of the same unlawful, predatory practices.
They’re very nice and understanding with me and my daughter with her car in Philadelphia. Really appreciate all you guys done. Thanks for the driver Mike and the receptionist did a great job. I appreciate all all you’ve done. Thank you Bill Rhodes.

Super fast and friendly service. Was quoted a 2 hour wait time by another company, and Nick from Miles Towing showed up in 20 minutes for the same price to save the day. Thanks, Miles Towing!
Miles Towing saved the day for me! Another company quoted 90 minutes. Which turned into 4 hours. I was standing on the street waiting. I cancelled them and called Miles. The owner promised me under 30 minutes. Nick was here in 10 mins. Affordable, professional service that you can count on. No doubt who I will call when I need help again. Thank you all!
I started the morning calling AAA for help and after waiting over an hour they show up to tell me that they won’t tow my deceased brothers car for repair. I spoke to about 5 people who all assured me there wouldn’t be a problem, long story short I cancelled AAA and have a Miles towing card in my wallet. Nick was courteous, understanding, fast, and helpful making a horrible situation much easier. Would recommend to anyone!
Best towing company hands down. They have the best rates and are quick to respond. Will use again anytime.
Fast reliable trustworthy. It worked like a machine. All I had to do was make the call and it was done from pick up to drop off no hassle.

I recently had the misfortune of my car breaking down on the highway, but fortunately, I called Prenlyn Towing, and they turned a stressful situation into a surprisingly smooth experience. From the moment I contacted them, their dispatcher was friendly, efficient, and gave me a realistic ETA. The tow truck arrived right on time, and the driver was professional, courteous, and clearly experienced. He handled my car with great care and even offered helpful advice about local repair shops. What impressed me most was the speed and transparency — there were no hidden fees, and the pricing was fair. In a moment where I felt stranded, Prenlyn Towing made me feel safe and taken care of. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of towing or roadside assistance.
Called Prenlyn towing and they were able to help me immediately. Very fast and easy. Ray was very nice and called me and communicated through the whole process. Will definitely be saving their number and referring them for all towing needs! Thank you!
Very professional and courteous… The nice woman I spoke with and also the tow driver… Thanks Lionel Richie!!! 🤣🤣
Excellent response and communication. Handled the vehicle with care and would highly recommend if you are looking for a towing company.
Quick service at a fair price. Driver was friendly and courteous. If needed I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again, 5 stars.

Excellent group of people. Professional, courteous, prompt and best prices I've found for recovery and repair so far!! I'm an owner operator who just had to use them yesterday May 5th, 2025 for a tow and if it wasn't for the fact that the part that I believe went bad in my truck was warrantied, I absolutely would've had them perform the repairs. The new shop they advertise that they have is beautiful, big and clean. Hard to beat their hourly labor price as well... lowest I've found to date across the nation.
Great service! Chase we quick, efficient and great cx service. I would recommend using McGann & Chester towing. He pulled in and had my truck loaded and pulling out in no time. It looks easy but the support bars for my bed on of his truck but the way chase maneuvered his truck and and bed was impressive.
Everything was wonderful - professional employee with great service - but arrived 30 minutes after scheduled time.
The guy who come to rescue me it was a professional and hell me to get my truck of the land i think his name was Ryan , he deserve a raise
I can’t say enough good things about this company! They went above and beyond to help our son. The owner personally came out to assist and tried conservative options first which I really appreciated. They are some of the nicest, most genuine people I’ve ever dealt with, and I am incredibly grateful for their help. A huge shoutout to all - especially to Butch and Billy. Thank you!

Great service! Reasonable prices, and didn’t take long at all! Glenn was a great help! I would recommend using his service if your from Pittsburgh and need a tow truck!
Great experience with Glens towing, my husbands truck unexpectedly broke down on a late Saturday afternoon, we found glens number called and he was there within a few minute to tow us. Very reasonable prices and very kind would use them again in a second and recommend them to anyone!
YES, all the positive reviews are spot on! I couldn't ask for more! Arrived on time, friendly, amazing service and extremely reasonable pricing. He actually stuck around to help move the car on dollys and into the car port. Glen, thanks for your help. If there is any more work I need, you'll be my first call.....!
Grade A++ Service that well above and beyond what was expected. Great Value and Excellent Service. Glenn's Towing was able to "extract" an old non-running Chevy pick-up from my driveway on a hill and was able to talk directly with the Shipping Transport company that was hired to move the Pickup truck from Pittsburgh to Las Vegas (not cheap). Let's just say the mega named Towing company in town would not talk to the shipping transport company to determine a hand off spot where the truck could be loaded. Glenn's Towing service was required because the shipping transport company claimed they could not get their tow / shipping vehicles onto my hill to pickup the Chevy Pickup Truck. The best about Glenn's Towing was they were willing to perform the short tow from my hill to Route 51 with practically no warning from the Shipping Transport company, on a Saturday Morning after getting a call from the shipping transport company over a week later after my wife and I contacted them. If I ever had to have a vehicle towed again in the Pittsburgh area, I will be calling Glenn's Towing first. I highly recommend that you do the same if you need something towed in the greater Pittsburgh area, call Glenn's Towing.
I didn't think our car was gonna get out of our driveway, but he got it done. Super nice and very helpful. 10/10 would highly recommend.

The driver know how to talk to his costomer, also he has patients and he arrived on time to pick my car up. He is a good dude.
JMB Towing was quick to respond, straight forward with their pricing, and delivered my truck to it's destination as promised, on time. Via text messaging they also kept me apprised of pick-up, trip time, and drop-off, in prose and pictures.
Super fast and accommodating! Very kind upon arrival, all around great customer service!

!!!!Do not look any further than Stickles Towing!!!! After a long weekend in Pittsburgh my family & I started our trip home. Before we even made it to Monroeville my strut/shock assembly came apart. We limped my car to the nearest exit & started researching towing companies. My husband made the first call. After hearing the man on the other line ask for our current city/zip code I told him to hang up. Being from a small town I know the importance of finding someone local. I happened upon Stickles Towing and the very first review was nothing but praise. I called the number & got a voicemail. While leaving a message I received a text message from the same number asking me if I could call back in a few minutes. I replied with my location & destination address which was immediately answered with an eta & EXTREMELY reasonable rate. Not even 20 mins after the text message exchange the tow truck driver, Jude, called me & said he'd be at my location in less than 30mins. He arrived right on time, loaded my car up & made sure we had successfully contacted someone to come get us. He even gave us recommendations on where to go until our family member arrived. My car was safely dropped off at the location requested & I immediately received a phone call from Jude confirming this. As far as I'm concerned, you cannot put a price on this level of service/kindness. Stickles Towing saved us from an extremely stressful situation (we had a tired 9yr old with us) & I cannot thank them enough!! I will recommend them to EVERYONE I know, should they happen to be in a situation like we were. THANK YOU AGAIN Stickles Towing!!!
They had someone out same day for much less than any other towing companies in the area. Zach (Zack?) I believe was the driver for my tow on a flatbed. He pulled into our angled driveway with ease and had no trouble navigating to the drop-off. He was very polite and helpful the entire time. Would recommend!
My experience was awesome! Anthony was great! Same day service, he came in less than an hour. He was sweet and nice and great conversation. The price was VERY reasonable. My overall experience was really good. I recommend him personally. Thanks again Anthony.
Our car overheated on the turnpike near Bedford on the hottest Sunday of the year. We got a tow off the turnpike from Interstate Emergency Services, who were great, and towed our car to Town Hill Auto, who were also great. Our 'taxi' back to Pittsburgh with Bedford Transportation was another matter completely and left us momentarily feeling extorted. In trying to get our car back to Pittsburgh I talked with 8 towing companies. Some didn't do towing for our distance, others said wait 3-4 days (by which time we'd be out of the country & stuck with storage fees), others wanted $7/mile plus a rath of incidental fees, others were overpriced, delayed and surly all in one. Joe was a real breath of fresh air. He listened to what we needed, quoted a reasonable price, and offered to pick the car up the next day. I kept trying to pay but he insisted on waiting until the car was delivered. He was good to his word and only after the delivery did I get a call and a charge for exactly the amount we had agreed upon. Breaking down on the turnpike is no one's idea of enjoyment but at that moment of helplessness, the many people who helped us, especially Joe, gave me new faith in my fellow man.
Joe was awesome! He arrived earlier than expected, super helpful and friendly. We pretty much had no idea what to do with our situation but he was super easy to work with and really pleasant. Efficient, easy, would recommend for anyone needing a tow service.

These guys ruled. They got me a flat rate estimate that was in line with everywhere else for pricing, came out quickly, were polite and professional and helped me get my dead car across the city with no hassle. Driver was on time, helpful and really nice. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a tow!
Very nice quick service. Punctual. Good communication throughout
I had called another tow truck company that left me waiting an hour and didn’t answer my calls. Then I called this company spoke to the owner, sent him my location he said I’ll be there in 20 min, and there he was on time. He was a great guy, very professional and amicable. Definitely recommend if you ever find yourself in some trouble, give them a call.
What a blessing this company was tonight!!!! So professional and courteous, We had a flat tire at CHOP in Phila and were unable to change the tire. I called this company and the gentleman who answered was so kind and patient. He told me a half hour and they were there sooner. Again such a blessing due to the fact that I have to get my daughter home in time for her meds and feed. These guys are so wonderful and we are forever thankful for their help tonight!!!!
Was recommended by family. I called and was greeted both professionally and promptly. Made arrangements to have my car (white highlander) picked up. My driver (so sorry I didn't get the name!) was extremely helpful, patient, and professional; stayed in contact with me throughout the whole ordeal. Within a half hour, he had picked up my car and was in transit to final destination. Have saved the number in my phonebook, would definitely use again, and will be recommending their services. Again, thanks!

Rick is very good at what he does and is very helpful. He got my car started and followed me to autozone and installed a new battery for me. Very polite and very experienced. Highly Recommend
Rick Sprague Towing, Roadside & Mobile Mechanic Services assisted me when at least one other company was unable to assist via the AAA request late on a Sunday. My car had no brakes due to a slice in a brake line and was in a parking garage in Pittsburgh. I waited for almost four hours for another company to respond. Rick Sprague was quick to respond, had a friendly, and helpful manner. Once my car was towed, Rick called to assure me the car was at the repair shop I selected. So very professional, use this service when you need it!
AWESOME SERVICE. I was locked out of my car in a snowstorm. Jack Rabbit was a no-show. I texted my location to Rick Sprague right before my phone died waiting in the freezing, snowing weather. 24 minutes later Rick Sprague arrived. He came even though my phone was dead. KIND, COURTEOUS AND CONSCIENTIOUS. Can't say enough good things about this company!!
Currently assisting me now, good guy! Very respectable and helped on sight. Greatly appreciated and look forward to doing business again!
Excellent service! Came to jump a battery but addressed a different issue that was causing problems. Thank you.

Fair price, great friendly service, great communication, quick response!
Wonderful interactions by phone and in person. Strongly recommended!
Had a tricky tow with an immobile vehicle in a precarious place. They made short work of it. Nice team. Inexpensive too. Great experience all around.
These guys were great! I wasn't sure who towed bikes (a cruiser) and I didn't have roadside assistance on my insurance policy so Googled motorcycle towing and I didn't see Redline Roadside but I saw a listing for the 30 best motorcycle towing companies in PGH so I hit that and they were listed in there and they just happened to be located not too far from where my bike was. So I called them. They're open 24 hrs so THAT was a huge plus, but it was only about 8pm. I only needed towed about a mile. When I called they told me it would be an $80 hook-up and I asked them to come. Within 5 minutes the driver called me, told me who he was and that he'd be there in 10 minutes or so. His name was Devin. He was there in no time flat with a flatbed and had me hooked up in minutes. While he was doing so I asked him what time he worked until and I think he said 7 o'clock and it had to be close to 8:30 and I thought that was pretty cool that he was working late and still had a fantastic attitude. He said that was his second bike that day. He had my bike home and off the truck before I knew it. He asked me if I wanted the bike in the driveway and I said I'd LIKE to have it in the garage. (My driveway is steep uphill) he said "I'll give it my best" and that dude helped me push that dang bike up my driveway!!! I thought that was awesome. These guys get and A+ from me. He charged me $80. I had to tip that dude, he totally didn't have to help me push that 800 lbs bike up my driveway. CALL REDLINE ROADSIDE and HOPE you get Devin!
My experience with Redline was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. The dispatch gentlemen and technician were very polite. The technician arrived very quickly and got right to work getting my vehicle jumped. I would strongly recommend them and will be using them in the future.

Dennis was truly amazing. Fast and reliable service, and he absolutely will go the extra mile to help his customers.
Wasn’t expecting to be calling a tow truck! But I’m glad I stuck with these guys. Great service and careful with my vehicle. Thanks again
Had my first break down on the freeway and consequently had no clue what to do. Dennis had a nice lighthearted attitude and helped me figure it all out which helped the "break down" feel more like a hitch in the road. Great communication and everything was exactly in the estimated time frame.
When calling, you are connected to a person for assistance immediately. The tow truck took less than 20 minutes to get there. Dennis was the tow truck driver and he was very great at sending ETA updates. Once Dennis arrived he was very friendly and helpful. The car was loaded up immediately and payment was super quick and easy. Very good experience all around and will refer to friends/family if they need a tow company! Thanks again Dennis :)
Worked with Dennis after getting a flat at 3 am. He went above and beyond to ensure he provided the services I needed, and then some. 10/10 recommend. Shoutout Dennis!!

After waiting 3 hours from my insurance company, they failed to tell my boyfriend and I that the towing company that was planning to come had an emergency call. We waited the first 50 mins, then 10, and an extra 20. I called Bob and Joe's Towing after simply google searching 'tow trucks near me' and saw the 5 star rating the towing company had. Gave them a call, and was a bit iffy a first due to the price, however he was willing to work with me about how long it would take, and work with me as far as price. I really appreciate such great service on a Holiday weekend this late at night. If I am up in the area again and have an issue, I know who to call.
I had a very good experience with Bob and Joe's towing. I was stuck on the side of the road with my two young children. I was nervous and alone. I called another company and they never called or came we were sitting there for about 3hours. Then I call Bob and Joes's towing. They sent a nice and courteous man named Mike. Mike was very professional and made me feel safe. He was also there in less than thirty minutes. He tried to fix the car but unable. I was home safe and sound with my children in no time. The rate was reasonable and he was a good driver. He really easiest my worries and I can not say thank you enough. I only have a part time job. Thank so much Bob and Joe's towing, especially(Mike )
Bob and Joe's is the best of the best! Mick and his crew are all very friendly, and always accommodating :) Coming from one "tow company" to another, it's nice to have a friend in the business who helps you out without any questions asked. If I could give them 10 stars I would!
My experience with Bob and Joe’s Towing was excellent from start to finish. Scheduling was easy and everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional. Mike came to pick up my car. He was on time, genuinely friendly, answered all of my questions and I immediately trusted him to take good care of my vehicle. The service was affordable. Highly recommend.
I had a flat tire and reached out to Volvo On Call. Bob and Joe's was dispatched to come and tow my vehicle to the dealership. Mike arrived and he was kind, patient and thorough. He explained everything to me and kept me abreast of his eta throughout the process. I was extremely pleased with the exceptional customer service I received. I highly recommend Bob and Joe's. Thanks, Mike!

Great customer care an amazing service also showed up on time.
Well where do I start. My battery died on my car it's was late and I couldn't get a jump. I went on Google and was blessed to find quick rescue and hauling. The gentleman was very polite and extremely helpful. He went above and beyond to help. My battery in my Honda is located underneath a few things( don't expect me to name them🤣), but this gentleman removed the necessary parts to get to my battery and DID NOT ASK FOR EXTRA! The price was way beyond fair and service exceptional. I am GRATEFUL GOD SENT YOU TO ME🙌🏾 I give them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I will highly recommend quick rescue ☺️
Awesome company fast service and took great care or my vehicle
They were very responsive, and they also responded in the timely manner. My Truck broke down on the expressway, they got me on my way in less than an hour after arriving. I would definitely recommend Them for any time you’re in need of roadside assistance!!

Eric arrived quickly and was beyond helpful when my car needed a tow. Would recommend Eric and north central towing!
Eric showed up at my accident and turned out to be incredibly helpful. He made sure that I was safe until my wife came and I had a ride. He even offered to deliver the license plate and some of the items that were left in the car. I definitely recommend his company.
The experience was amazing! He is a professional and knows what he is doing. The guy Ryan was here to help! I'm more than happy with my services. Thank you again, Ryan

Maurice and TTJ Auto LLC, is amazing. After a day that felt like it was never going to end and waiting six hours for a tow truck. They came to my rescue. Not only were they understanding they genuinely wanted to help and told me the truth and worked with me. They were efficient and explained everything in advance. They called me with updates every step of the way with the time of arrival. Once they got there he made a terrible situation better. Great personality and customer service. Went above and beyond my expectations! Even let me know when my car was delivered to my location! Highly recommend can't say enough good things about this business and gentleman!
I would give zero stars if possible! Honestly, NEVER use this tow company. They will quote you one price and charge you more than double the next day! They are horrible business people and there are way too many tow companies to ever use this awful one! Never been so sick in my life. They took advantage of me during a vulnerable time and I'm sure we'll read more about how terrible they are in the future! Please, take my word for it, and just go somewhere else! TERRIBLE!
Amazing service. Fair with pricing and i couldnt ask for someone better . I thank yall for the help today . He got my car from Delaware to philly in the time frame he said . A person that keeps there word
Best tow company I’ve dealt with and feel like I can call for all of my car needs. Used the services over 3 times. Owner is very helpful and goes above and beyond. First time my car remote died and my car was locked with my dog inside, he came so quick to help. Today, my car needed a new battery and he went and brought the battery himself (of course I reimbursed him) and came to me to install the battery. I definitely recommend this company to everyone!!!!! Oh and prices are great as well.
I have had a hell of a time with my car, unfortunately I didn't catch the drivers name but he was Fantastic! He could tell I was struggling he was calm, compassionate and a genuine person. My car towed from Pa-Nj and I recieved it in NJ this guy was great in the picking up of my vehicle in which I also struggled to get him to the right place. This company also answered right away and we're able to help right away with an extremely reasonable price. I could go on and on but they were literally a ray of light in what has been a monumental headache. Thank you again!!!

Jordan did an amazing job it was the most efficient and easiest time I’ve experienced when having a truck towed. 10/10 recommend this employee
Jordan was communicative and efficient, I’m glad I chose to use these guys. Price was high compared to others though
Jordan went above and beyond to get the car from a salvage yard to our place. Very helpful, polite, and timely! A+++!
Tag Towing & Collision towed my car in Pittsburgh and provided super fast service from start to finish. The driver arrived quickly handled my vehicle with car and made the whole process stress free. If you need reliable towing or roadside assistance in Pittsburgh this is the company to call.

Ferra's get 5 stars from me! 👷🏼♂️ Quick service, repairs done thoroughly and properly, professional automotive staff. After they replaced the fuel pump, instead of towing my truck to the dealership to have the command module reprogrammed and then having to charge me for a tow as well, they explained to me exactly what needed done, what it would cost, and recommended a dealership for me. 💯 Ferra's provides great service a a reasonable labor rate. And they use OEM instead of aftermarket junk. Its worth the extra money for OEM; Ferra's guarantees their work too. I know I can confidently take my truck there for repairs. 👍
predatory towing prices edit: it appears that you dont even know what predatory towing actually means. this actually includes the illegal overcharging of nonconsensual towing.
We were stuck on the side of the road and we called so we can get someone to come out and help. Someone came and tried didn’t actually help us with anything besides tried to then charged us. Then another company came out after and got us off the road quickly.
Time and money well spent. I emailed the shop and received an immediate response and then Brian called and I schedule my 1960 comet for a fuel pump and basic services with an inspection. Completed sooner than expected and for half of what I budgeted. They took the time to thoroughly inspect this car, adjusted breaks, oil, filter, lube, one light bulb and managed to repair my fuel pump vice replacing keeping my car near 100 percent original equipment. Thanks.
Damaged my vehicle's rear bumper, got dirt all in the exhaust pipe, and then tried to claim it was me hitting a curb, whereas I have not driven the car anywhere since January because I haven't been able to register her here in PA. The damage was not there this morning, it gets towed while I'm not at home, and the next time I see my car it has the damage.

Rocco, was amazing!! He reassured me several times that I would be ok. Very fair pricing he did not try to gouge in an emergency. I would highly recommend ARCH!!! Thank you again for everything at 6:30 in the morning!!!!!

Excellent service, great price, friendly staff. if you need towing in the area choose Tiffany's before anyone else.
I had an amazing experience with Tiffany’s Towing! From the moment I called, their team was incredibly friendly and understanding of my situation. The driver arrived quickly, ready to help. The driver was polite and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done efficiently. Their pricing was fair, and the overall service was fantastic! I highly recommend Tiffany’s Towing to anyone looking for reliable, fast acting, professional towing service!
The guy who got my car out of a fairly tricky position of a weird driveway did it pretty fast and pulled it out in a way it was easy for horrible driver like me to back out of and he was friendly and the guy on the phone was very patient with me when we tried running my card number 4 separate times, which didn't work because it was flagged as fraud (which I didn't know at the time).
Fantastic experience all around. Very reasonably priced compared to local competitors. Pete showed up in a prompt manner and quickly got to work loading the car onto his truck. Delivered it carefully and with insane precision onto our driveway. Best in the city!
He was very fast and communicated with me about where my car was going to and even sent me a photo of my car when he dropped it off! 10/10 would recommend if you need your car taken care of. You're in good hands with Tiffany's.

Tow by Joe was very nice and knowledgeable, it was a pleasure to chat with him as I was waiting for the tow to come to a close and he got it back to my house very quickly! Didn't wait very long especially compared to AAA
Tow By Joe is a great company and the owner was really professional, fair and friendly! The whole process was seamless from start to finish. I called before 6:00 pm, as suggested on the website, and he was there the same day and the transaction was done on the spot in a very short time! Excellent!
They came and they towed my vehicle and we’re very fair Drove me to my house and he didn’t even have to. God bless him and his family.
Spoke with someone on the phone and they were very very rude and got smart and hung up on me before even saying a proper goodbye.
I had a van that I needed to scrap. Joe came himself and did the job the same day that I called! You just don't get top notch service like that these days. If you need the type of services that Tow by Joe provides, don't hesitate to call Joe!

Had to report the car stolen to the state police for them to release the car to my body shop. They lied from the beginning phone call stating they would drive it to my body shop. They took my car out of state and would not release the car, they would not send me a bill. They blocked my number. This has to be the biggest joke of a company ever. They lied and said they work with my insurance company. My insurance company doesn’t work with them. They have been holding the car as long as they can without releasing stating they only have one day of the week they can release the car. They just want to rack up a storage fee. STAY AWAY!!
A1auto towing & recovery was a life saver for me. They were very speedy, professional, and friendly. I will definitely use them again in the future and would recommend to others!
Spent all day waiting for a tow from whatever company my insurance used to set it up and they never did. Called these guys and they showed up in 5 minutes and got my car off the street, very nice and professional plus they work with big insurance companies.
They hooked up the car very quickly on the side of a busy highway. They were very professional and helped ensure I had a way to get to the mechanic.
Professional and prompt. Not the biggest fan of utilizing tow trucks, as it means a vehicle isn’t operating. That said, they did an excellent job.

I have had several cars repaired @ Critchlow Auto Body & I cannot say enough about the quality of their work. If there were 10 stars that's the rating I would have chosen - they always take care of arranging for the rental car company to be waiting for you & ALWAYS return the car washed & vacuumed better than I can do it at home! Honestly, I have never & will never go anywhere else......these folks really know their jobs! Thank you AGAIN!
Called at 9am car needed towed. They came about 3pm. The mechanic couldn't even work on the car and I had to cancel my 1:00pm doctor appointment after I had already made arrangements for a babysitter and everything. I am just glad I wasn't on the side of a highway waiting for them. The AAA person I first talked to said Jeff Critchlow towing would be there at 10:15am nobody came until 6 hours later and after nobody called from AAA OR THE TOWING COMPANY TO SAY ANYTHING! This is why you are losing all your valued customers! Once the tow driver got here he was friendily, courteous and put my vehicle on the flat bed tow truck and towed it to the shop.
I called AAA because my car was not starting. Critchlow came out on two separate occasions to help me. Both Woody and Chris were professional, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. They made the process easier and I was confident my car was in good hands. I was satisfied with both experiences and am thankful for their assistance.
I had some insurance work performed on my Volkswagen Gulf. They were excellent from start to finish. Not only did they help coordinate a rental, but they went over and above when they noticed a few things not included in the estimate by attending to them also. When I picked up the car it looked better than when I've had it detailed! I highly recommend Critchlow Auto Body
Through a AAA request for road side assistance for a flat tire I was able to meet Chris. He arrived, changed the tire and was finished within the one hour tme frame I was given for him just to arrive. He was professional, pleasant and trustworthy. Excellent service!!

Even after working 12 hrs, Rob was pleasant and very friendly. Sometimes you don't know what you're going to get from a tow company when they show up. I would be happy to call them again for my towing needs!
It was a cold Sunday morning and R-Line towing was able to have a truck dispatched to me within a half hour, the driver was extremely friendly (his name is Robert) and provided excellent service. I will be sure to give them another call if I ever need their assistance again.
I had a difficult towing job that needed done fast, at least 10 other towing companies couldn’t help me, R Line did not hesitate to help me out. Save yourself the time and hassle and call R Line first
I locked myself out of my car on my lunch break. Justin with R Line arrived quickly and I was in to my car in no time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. R Line made the experience way less stressful. Great company!
We had a company vehicle break down the other day. I called R-line with the location and where to tow it to. We were able to take another vehicle to get to our customers. R-line said their driver would call 10 minutes before pickup to confirm everything. They were on time when they said they would be and everything went perfectly smooth. Thanks for getting us out of a jamb. I grabbed a stack of their business cards to make sure I could hand them out.

I was stranded by a flat tire from a nasty Pittsburgh pothole at 10:00 at night. Pro Towing service was able to come get my car to take to the Toyota dealer in a very timely manner. The driver was very professional and efficient. The dispatcher was helpful, friendly and reassuring to someone caught in a bad situation out of town. I would definitely recommend this towing service.
Will never be using this company again. At first, everything seemed great. Quick response, fair pricing, etc. Paid for tow over the phone and was given an ETA of 30-60 mins. Called back after receiving no updates for over an hour and was told that their driver got called to an emergency and would reach out to me when he is on the way, which could take a few hours. I remained patient and requested for them to call me as soon as they are on the way so I can meet them and give them exact instructions on what to do with the vehicle/keys. Returned to the vehicles location this morning and saw that the vehicle was picked up but I was never notified. Now I have been on hold for over an hour with three different employees at this company as well as their dispatcher trying to figure out where my keys and vehicle were left. Would give negative stars if I could and definitely do NOT recommend! This is beyond unprofessional and feels like a complete scam. I have now been connected to a 'Supervisor' who is telling me that they have no way of knowing this information and no way to track whether or not their drivers are doing their job. This is comical. PLEASE BEWARE!!
I called Labor Day morning just to get a quote to move a vehicle from storage in Etna down to Dormont. The price was very reasonable and they were available right away. We had the whole thing done within a couple hours without any hassle. I'll definitely call them for any future needs

Fairly priced, very nice and knowledgeable. I will definitely call again if I need your services. Thanks again!
Great company they gave me half the quotes from other companies to tow my car from PA to MD. Even helped me take off part of my wrecked car would definitely recommend!
Got into an accident. My insurance company had a helluva time finding me a tow. Finally they found EB&J. Took a while to get to me, but that's because they came from so far away, which I appreciated since apparently no one else wanted to make the trip and do the job. I didn't get the driver's name, but that guy was incredibly positive and upbeat and friendly. Which was helpful after you've been in an accident. The auto body shop where my insurer directed me was hard to find, but the driver was super patient and again very positive. Thank you!
After already being flustered with a host of mishaps during one particular morning, someone decides to go over the speed limit and crash into my car. Being as though it was in a rural area, I’m assuming that it’s going to be awhile before I can get a tow. As the cops called the local tow company, I dialed EB&J towing simultaneously after seeing an Ad they had on Google. To my surprise, EB&J actually came before the local tow company. Ernest was, prompt, polite, trustworthy, and got the job done in a timely manner. His rates were very competitive and he got my car where it needed to go safely. I’d recommend this company any day of the week.

Mike was fast and efficient towing our truck. It was great to also have text communication throughout the process as we had to leave our truck and have it picked up when we weren't there.
Mike was there to help me with perfect timing, reliable and personable service despite the coldest sub freezing temperature of the year this morning.. He was super kind went the extra miles to notify me and returned my ski gloves that I left behind. I couldn’t be happier with his service. Thanks Mike!!

You guys rock. Thank you.
Excellent Service!!!
My alternator went in the middle of a 3 way stop, blocking traffic. Called AAA they strung me along on a 10 minute phone call just to tell me they’d be out in 3-4 hours. Immediately after I Called Frosty’s, Guy I talked to on the phone was well collected and professional. Said they’d be out in 45 minutes, which was a relief compared to AAA 3-4 hour window. Gave a price that I found very fair and was happy to pay. I appreciate that in this business especially because they’re dealing with vulnerable customers, I would have paid almost anything. Driver showed up, also very professional and confident. Stopped traffic and loaded my SUV swiftly and was out of there in less than 5 minutes 🐐 .
Great service, great attitude, very accommodating
VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!! The driver was courteous, on time and an expert driver (grass intact, no damage to my lawn, etc.). I would not only use this service again, but I highly recommend them to anyone with towing and/or salvage needs.

My fuel pump stopped working while I was driving on the parkway. Stuck on the side of the road with hundreds of cars whooshing by, AAA told me that Advantage would be on the way. Within minutes the dispatcher had called me to pinpoint my exact location. Erico the driver was there. He strapped my van up and we were on our way. From break down to home in about an hour. That's what I call service. He was very nice and professional. I appreciated so much being helped out by "Good People". Thanks
Do not use, and if you call AAA make sure that a advantage truck is not the one coming. So I spent over an hour trying to get a tow after this company was already there and was given the ok for the tow by AAA. I was with my boss picking up materials for a job we were on at the local hardware store where the car was to be towed from. My boss called AAA and they told him I could be a stand in for him and he could leave me there so he could have materials transferred and delivered to sight with a different truck, and i could stay and have car towed to the local dealer. The truck showed up and refused because I didn't have my ID. My wife was there by that time and had hers, we also had the registration that had my name on it that my boss Marc gave to AAA. I explained to the guy with my boss on the phone that I could run up the street and get my ID, and it would only be 10 min, I also informed him my boss could meet him at the dealer as he was close by. The driver tells me he can't wait but to hold on while he calls his boss. About 10 minutes go by and I approach the driver and explain that I could have been back with my ID by now, at the same time I am in communication with my boss and AAA, and AAA is giving the drivers company permission to do the tow. So a few more minutes go by, and the driver says to call AAA back and get permission to have it towed with nobody there, and I say ok. The driver leaves. So AAA is called and they ask "why did he leave?". We get permission again to have the car picked up with no one there as AAA said this company is wrong and they dhould just pick up the truck as they gave the ok. So now the truck driver comes barreling back in the parking lot and gets into position to pick up the vehicle. He gets out and asks again for my ID he knows I do not have. I give him my wife's ID because I figured now he wants th make sure we are not trying to steel the broken car I have the keys to. He said he don't know if he can except her ID and goes back into his truck. I again contact AAA and my boss and are given the ok for the driver to tow. It's been an hour at this point and the driver says they are canceling the tow and leaves us. I call AAA and they say they can't guarantee the company that will do the tow. Having sat that long already, I called Glen's towing to get out of this mess. They had me picked up in 10 minutes, did if for a great price, and gave me advice on how to get money back from AAA. My advice if you see this company coming up, wave them by and get another.
The company was dispatched to my vehicle via AAA. They were very responsive and able to get to me in less than 30 minutes. Although I did not end up needing the tow, I really appreciated their understanding. They did not get irritated even though they had already made the drive to reach me. If I do need the service moving forward, I will request theirs, and also recommend to friends and family.
Blew out my left front at exit 69A on 376, right on the bend. They were quick to get there from AAA, the driver was great and was so upbeat even though he hadn't had power for 2 days due to weather. Great Job guys!!!!
My car wouldn't start. I had to call AAA who sent Advantage Towing. The technician, TIMMY, was awesome. He got there so fast, knew just what to do, and had it done in minutes! I needed a jump and I was surprised I didn't need to sit there for awhile afterwards before driving like in the old days. Timmy was so professional, yet very friendly and nice. He really made my day. If you need help I highly recommend Advantage Towing and I hope you get Timmy!

10 out of 10 Highly recommend..... They get the job done and are able to work with you ... Very nice understand people and if you have a sense of humor don't be afraid to show it... they did a really good job on my car and I definitely will be returning when in need ..... Thank you guys ......
Absolute worst service. I contacted them at 4:16, was told a tow would be en route within the hour. Called back at 6:05, was told a truck was having some trouble, a tow would be there within an hour. At 8:30, he said he would find out where his driver was. He then hung up on me when I called back at 9:05 and ignored my next call back. Calling back from a new number at 9:22 he said he just spoke to me and told me the driver was coming, which was not true.
I had a flat tire due to potholes. He responded in great time actually had a replacement tire for my car. The gentleman was fast efficient and very polite and a great personality. 👍 I would highly recommend him for any services based on my experience.
If I could give a zero star review, I would. Would not recommend this company to anyone. They told me they would be at my wife’s car in 20 minutes after two hours went by and multiple excuses and them telling me they would be there shortly multiple times. They said their truck was stuck in the snow. Terrible communication, left my wife stranded on a busy highway for hours.
This place is GREAT!!! Any bad review listed here is not the fault of Anthony’s Towing and Collision. No way Anthony would mistreat anyone. He was professional, generous and beyond accommodating. Very few people I have interacted with are as honest as him. We were traveling from several states away (Michigan) when we broke down. He saved us from being stranded on the left side of the highway, worked long hours to repair our vehicle and even drove us most of the way home to a pick up point to get us home when our vehicle wasn’t finished. Class act all the way. If you can’t trust this guy, you can’t trust anyone.

Had my nissan rogue and towed by this co. They used no dollies when towing it now rear differential is messed up. Didn't know any better even though I signed the receipt they lied how it was towed beware using this co and know before hand how your car is suppose to be towed . And even if your frustrated about your car being towed WATCH THE RECEIPT YOUR SINGNING!!!!! They offer no help to right there wrong.😡😡😡😡😡 I give them no stars.but it won't let me
This Place is crazy bro. I called the lady asked what time they open she said “ 9am but I’m at the bank right now”. She’s stating she’s at the bank at 9:30am but they open at 9am while I wait for my car that they’ve towed over three times already from my apartment building. They’re just unprofessional and should be closed down, if you’re going to take people’s cars at least have the decency to pick up the phone when they call or bare minimum have the gate open on time. Do better. ( Had to edit, just look at the their reply to my review lol, my Point you guys are not professional.)
It was Fourth of July weekend & here I was broken down in the middle of traffic for 2 hours.. I had called 3 other towing companies who's prices was almost $200 before contacting Hooked Inc.. The price I was given was very reasonable and affordable. Doug gave me a 30 min wait time but he arrived even before that, he was very professional and quick. I think the entire towing process& driving to my front door was 30 mins & Doug was gone in the wind! Thank you again for all your help
Having car trouble is the worst! Hooked made it all easier. Ruth in the office is fantastic. She confirmed our tow and called us back to made sure we were in a safe area. Doug was our tow guy. He called with an ETA when he was leaving the office. He called from around the corner and started on the phone with me until he arrived. It was POURING! He said to stay on the car while he took photos and filled out paperwork. Doug knew where the car was going and had no problem with a 27 mile ride. He called me when he arrived at our mechanic to let us know that the truck was safe and the keys were in the night drop with my name, number and make and model. You cannot get better service than Hooked, Doug and Ruth. Thank you!!
Despite the fact I was getting my car towed on a rainy day, I had a great experience with Hooked. The operator, Andre, was very professional and nice. He explained everything and made the process run smoothly from the time he arrived until he got me to my destination.

Horrible service and chipped my rim. They was denying this with new damage to my wheel once he drop the car off and I noticed this obviously is new damages with chipped paint showing it’s damages that just happened. Look at the paint chips on the wheel still showing paint particles on the wheel.
Professional, friendly and punctual.
Thank you so much to Robert the tow truck driver. He arrived super fast after two other tow truck drivers left me sitting on the side of the road for hours before canceling. My battery was on 4% when he showed up and my sanity was on 1%. Robert saved the day! He ensured that I got safely to my destination and went above and beyond. Sometimes a good person comes along after a terrible incident and saves the day and that was Robert. Thank you so much Robert!
First I will start with the positive. They responded quickly. The driver was very professional and pleasant. But that is where the story ends. When the vehicle was dropped off, the emergency break switch was not longer there, Somewhere between being put onto the flat bed and the dealership, the button disappeared. I called Countywide and left a message. An hour later still no call back. So, I kept calling and calling and calling. Finally, I just tried pushing extension numbers. This worked...EXT 402 answered right away. I advised the "gentleman" who answered the call of the issue. He IMMEDIATELY went on the defensive. He wouldn't even let me describe the what happened. Demanding that I needed to prove it was there before they took the car. Well if I had my crystal ball I could have taken a video of the switch prior to the incident. But my crystal ball was in the shop. He then stated that "you are not the customer" and demanded to speak with the elderly woman that I am helping. She is too frail to be subjected to his strongarm approach. He wouldn't even have a rational or reasonable conversation. Just yelled and dtried to assert authority over me. I do not respond to such arrogance and returned his fury in a like manner. Undoubtedly, he will be hearing from someone who may be a little more influential and may lear that this is not how to treat a customer. With an attitude like his I cannot imagine how this company has such a high rating. If you need a tow, avoid this company. If you are using roadside assistance, make sure they are not assigned to your tow. ******UPDATE****** Mike from countywide towing is not happy with my review, calling me a liar. I do need to make one correction, they did call me back after leaving messages, three days after the vehicle was returned from the dealership. Then Mike has been calling me and calling me. After the fourth Harassing phone call, I have decided to seek legal assistance and press charges for harassment. Mike is very aggressive, unreasonable and would not let me explain the situation, or even answer his questions. He’d ask a question and talk over me. Too bad he’s the owner because if he weren’t I would be having a talk with his boss.
