This towing company is by far the best service I have ever received in regards to towing. They were beyond professional and showed up on time and made sure I felt comfortable and was safe. They kept me updated on their eta and made sure they filled me in on the step by step process. Make sure to use them if you are ever in need of service
This towing service and body work was excellent. There were updates since the beginning from when my vehicle was towed from the scene of the incident to the body shop, all the way up until when my vehicle was fully repaired.
Synergy Towing showed up when I had an accident in the middle of the night. They took care of my truck and my belongings. The owner, Tony, helped get me home and was sincerely concerned about my well-being. He followed up twice with me. Once to make sure I came by his lot to clear my possessions out of my truck, and again to drop off at my home a pair of sunglasses that I left behind. While I hope to never repeat the situation, I am glad that Tony and Synergy helped me that night.
Synergy Towing and Transport provided me with exemplary service during my time of need. Service was professional, fast and efficient! Outstanding tow today; prompt, professional and SKILLED! Keith maneuvered the tow truck in a tight space with inches to spare, and got my Maserati out and on its way with ease. Absolutely recommend.
I had called AAA one day and four tow truck drivers gave me varying excuses on why they couldn’t tow my car. I gave up. The next day I tried again. They said it would be an hour. Bill from K & S showed up within 15 minutes and knew exactly what to do. He was more than prompt, friendly, careful with my vehicle, and knowledgeable! He answered all my questions. When he took my car to the dealer he said good eye and went to leave before I could tip him - not like others who wait for one. I caught him and tipped him. He was gracious. I have used many tow truck drivers over my years and he was the best by far. I called his place of employment so I could let his bosses know. And they said if I liked I could write this review. Let me tell you, Bill is the only tow truck driver I ever want to tow my car and will ask for him and your company by name in the future. Thank you and my advice would be to pay this man well!

Tom & Lexi are the best! I had an issue with my rental car, and was super-frustrated with the rental-car company. However, when Tom Coop LLC was assigned to bring me a replacement car, everything improved.They kept me informed, and arrived very quickly! I am so grateful for their help, and would highly recommend this family-run company!

This man is a SAINT sent from the heavens above to help buffoons like me. I hit a pothole on Liberty Ave at ~6pm on a Wednesday and blew out my tire immediately. As I tried to get the spare tire on, the car rolled off the jack and slammed on the ground (yikes)! I was in a rush and needed help fast because I couldn't get the jack back under the car. So I called Tom, who happened to be the first Google result for a tow. He was literally just down the road and got to me within less than 10 minutes of calling. He knew exactly what to do. He used his MUCH BETTER jack to get my car up and put the spare tire on in maybe 1-2 minutes. I was back on the road and was still EARLY to my appointment. He saved me a world of headache and I could not be more appreciative. I'm keeping his card in my glove box and calling him if anything ever happens again!

Quick service. Thought I needed lockout service but ended up just needing a jump. Lockout quoted was very affordable for someone who's tight on funds and experience unexpected car issues. Great Customer Service from beginning to end. Tow was also reasonably priced and I didn’t feel taken advantage of as a woman.
This place is awesome. Came very quickly. Jay was super great as well. Very friendly and gave me some knowledge about cars which I was very grateful for. If you need a quick tow and good service, call Bob's.
The worst service ever, NOT ONLY WAS the price 150$ to go from Bridgeburg to Wissonoming. Tow driver was 2 hours late, Arrived to the site, said I needed to email a release tow form. Instead of calling me to notify me that lot didn't receive it, he calls his office to cancel the tow 30 mins prior to lot closing. Will not recommend or use their services again.
My service was fast and courteous. The dispatch attendant was super sympathetic to my situation and immediately sent Edward out to tow my daughter’s car. Ed rode around tirelessly near the drop point looking for a convenient, safe and easily accessible place to leave the car for our mechanic. Thank you both!!

Chris came out to fix my trailer when the landing gear wouldn’t go up. Everyone had told me it was likely going to need a full replacement, and at first, Chris thought the same. But instead of giving up, he said he wanted to check a few more things. He kept working, and eventually, he got the landing gear up and functioning, allowing me to leave with my load. That meant a lot to me—because now I can keep moving and making money. He could have just collected the fee for showing up and left, especially on a Friday, but he didn’t. He stayed until the job was done, and I truly appreciate that kind of dedication.
Was very professional and very surprised at how quickly he arrived. Would recommend them very highly. Thank you for the amazing service. Billy you probably remember me? It's been years. I happened to be in their neighborhood and my car died in the middle of the road. They took my call at 2:34 and I was home by 3:14. Absolutely the best towing experience ever. Thanks to Ryan who was quick and friendly. Made the experience of getting a tow less painful. Cost was $160 which is not bad considering how quick the response was. Highly recommended!
I am extremely impressed and grateful for the service I received! The person on the phone was very kind and patient and the two people who moved my car were prompt, polite, professional and efficient. It was the middle of the night and I called FOUR other towing services repeatedly to no avail. THEY WERE THE ONLY ONE WHO ANSWERED AND THEY HAD SOMEOME TO ME IN LESS THAN 30 MINUTES!! What made matters even more urgent was that I was on my way to give a family member their medication!!! I had a truck stuck up a steep gravel driveway with absolutely zero brakes and would not start and needed to be turned about 60⁰ also needed towed about 70 miles. After a few chains a some back and forth with a wench little help from gravity unbelievably Glen got it out of there! Two other drivers declined I 100% recommend this man!
Dude is a complete weirdo. I called him for info a couple days ago. Told him I'd get back to him when I was certain when I could be around for him to pick my car up. I just called to get it picked up. And he just has an attitude talking about I blew him off. Then just hung up on me. Never had any arrangements for him to pick it up or anything. I simply got my price. Not really pleasant.
On our way to the doctor my aunt's car broke down, she called Glenn's Towing because her friend had recommended them. It didn't take him long at all to get there, and he took very good care of her "baby" (she loves her car). She said the price was very affordable. After seeing their great service, I'm recommending them to all my friends.
Got sideswiped on 51 and blew a tire. Called Glenn's Towing, he was upfront and clear with the fees and time frame. He showed up quickly and got my truck loaded up and hauled over to the auto shop. Very professional.
Glenn was very accommodating. Had a set time to work with and he met it down to the minute. If I ever have issues in the Pittsburgh area, I will be calling Glenn and you should too. The price is more than reasonable. I've seen private and public rates and Glenn is very competitive with anyone in the Pittsburgh area.

Our car overheated on the turnpike near Bedford on the hottest Sunday of the year. We got a tow off the turnpike from Interstate Emergency Services, who were great, and towed our car to Town Hill Auto, who were also great. Our 'taxi' back to Pittsburgh with Bedford Transportation was another matter completely and left us momentarily feeling extorted. In trying to get our car back to Pittsburgh I talked with 8 towing companies. Some didn't do towing for our distance, others said wait 3-4 days (by which time we'd be out of the country & stuck with storage fees), others wanted $7/mile plus a rath of incidental fees, others were overpriced, delayed and surly all in one. Joe was a real breath of fresh air. He listened to what we needed, quoted a reasonable price, and offered to pick the car up the next day. I kept trying to pay but he insisted on waiting until the car was delivered. He was good to his word and only after the delivery did I get a call and a charge for exactly the amount we had agreed upon. Breaking down on the turnpike is no one's idea of enjoyment but at that moment of helplessness, the many people who helped us, especially Joe, gave me new faith in my fellow man.
Really appreciated Stickles Towing. Was out of town and needed a vehicle picked up from an auction and held till we returned. They were able to do this for me no problem and all at a super reasonable price. They also filled up our tires for us before leaving without asking. Great service. Will remember them for the future and would definitely recommend. Thx guys!
Car broke down at a gas station in West Mifflin, PA when my husband stopped to grab something to drink on his way home. Stickles Towing was the cheapest price by far, and they had it towed in no time. Would use them again if needed!
I called 5+ towing companies to tow an ambulance for me, the other companies were too busy or were not able to tow it. Stickles came out and got it done like it was easy, including backing it in first try to a super tight driveway, and they charged $100 less than the one other company that attempted to come get it (but was unable to) quoted me. Everyone in the company that I talked to was friendly and professional (Pretty sure it was Joe and Ben). Just look how the owner replies to google reviews, that's a great indicator of the quality of the company. I would definitely used them again if I need another tow. Ben also took a lot of extra time to provide input on repairing the ambulance after I told him my intentions, from walking around and pointing out the lights that needed to be removed to be legal, and giving advice on getting the engine going again after sitting a couple of years.
!!!!Do not look any further than Stickles Towing!!!! After a long weekend in Pittsburgh my family & I started our trip home. Before we even made it to Monroeville my strut/shock assembly came apart. We limped my car to the nearest exit & started researching towing companies. My husband made the first call. After hearing the man on the other line ask for our current city/zip code I told him to hang up. Being from a small town I know the importance of finding someone local. I happened upon Stickles Towing and the very first review was nothing but praise. I called the number & got a voicemail. While leaving a message I received a text message from the same number asking me if I could call back in a few minutes. I replied with my location & destination address which was immediately answered with an eta & EXTREMELY reasonable rate. Not even 20 mins after the text message exchange the tow truck driver, Jude, called me & said he'd be at my location in less than 30mins. He arrived right on time, loaded my car up & made sure we had successfully contacted someone to come get us. He even gave us recommendations on where to go until our family member arrived. My car was safely dropped off at the location requested & I immediately received a phone call from Jude confirming this. As far as I'm concerned, you cannot put a price on this level of service/kindness. Stickles Towing saved us from an extremely stressful situation (we had a tired 9yr old with us) & I cannot thank them enough!! I will recommend them to EVERYONE I know, should they happen to be in a situation like we were. THANK YOU AGAIN Stickles Towing!!!

Was recommended by family. I called and was greeted both professionally and promptly. Made arrangements to have my car (white highlander) picked up. My driver (so sorry I didn't get the name!) was extremely helpful, patient, and professional; stayed in contact with me throughout the whole ordeal. Within a half hour, he had picked up my car and was in transit to final destination. Have saved the number in my phonebook, would definitely use again, and will be recommending their services. I was having an engine problem with my car that made it not ideal to drive, but I was hesitant to call a tow truck. However, I'm SO GLAD I decided to call Mo because he was absolutely fantastic. He is incredibly responsive, reliable, professional, and warm. Upon arrival, he had the car towed to be repaired in 5 minutes without issue. If I ever need a tow again, I will definitely call Mo's Towing again and would recommend him to anybody!

I was at 5th and vine and got stuck on the bridge called him when I drove down to 5th and vine . I’m pregnant for one and had my kids with me as well . He was the best thing to happen to me that day because I was just done I thought one tire was messed up it turned out to be 3 (lord help me ) he kept me at ease and took great care of me . Even offered to ride in his truck . And it was very hot that day . His price was reasonable and the tires as well . Not only does he tow but also get you rite with the tires . I was amazed . Was quick to pick up and great service
Called Redline after another company ghosted me and they were here in less than an hour. The driver was very careful with my car and made sure the chain wasn't rubbing the underside of the front lip, going as far as to take the chain off to readjust after he saw it might. I was truly impressed. They also charged me less than the original company. I will not hesitate to contact Redline if I need another tow.
Got me out of my driveway after the snow for 150$. They came in about 25 mins from initial call. Very nice and professional. Will definitely be using again!
Had a tricky tow with an immobile vehicle in a precarious place. They made short work of it. Nice team. Inexpensive too. Great experience all around.

TOP-NOTCH! I got my car stuck on a gravely hill. Golden Hook came within 10 minutes and assessed the situation and began to arrange to pull me up the hill. Then a neighbor moved their car which allowed me to drive my car up a less steep and less slippery part of the hill. I wanted to pay the driver his normal fee but he said he believed in KARMA and that I did not need to pay him ANYthing! So kind! He made my day!!!!

DO NOT use Bob & Joe's Towing. I am NOT a competitor! I am a business owner that got price gouged by Bob & Joe's Towing!!! I was charged $500 for a service call during the US Open! Bob & Joes normal rate for towing a heavy weight vehicle after hours is $175. I was charged $500 and was NOT towed!! They declined my appeal to review the bill and reconsider!! My company had a booth at the Philadelphia Auto show this year and we secured a high performance vehicle for the display. We used Bob and Joe's to transport this vehicle to and from the show. J from Bob and Joe's was excellent!! He was experienced, professional and did a great job for us! We were one of the first to get our vehicle into the show and one of the first to have our vehicle exit at the end of the show (anyone familiar with move in and out of this show knows- that process can be a lengthy process). Thanks to J's proactive attitude and professional conduct everything moved smoothly right along ! Highly recommended !
They answered right away and were polite and friendly. I asked for estimate of tow and provided right away without any issue since it would ve long distance tow. The other companies I called either didn't answer or extremely rude since it would be a long distance tow. They provided the driver name and arrival time right away. I don't like to leave reviews, but they need to be recognized for their amazing service.
Called tonight, dispatcher was pleasant on phone and assured me truck would be out in 30 minutes or less. Much to my surprise the driver was there 5 minutes early and had the car loaded and on the way to repair shop. Price was very reasonable and service was great. Use bob and joes, and you won't be disappointed.

I told him my mechanic shop wasn’t answering his phone which it was the day after Thanksgiving. He referred to To mechanic shop that he is familiar with I was so happy about that. To make a long story short, I always have him for my towing service. Such a blessed young man.

Time and money well spent. I emailed the shop and received an immediate response and then Brian called and I schedule my 1960 comet for a fuel pump and basic services with an inspection. Completed sooner than expected and for half of what I budgeted. They took the time to thoroughly inspect this car, adjusted breaks, oil, filter, lube, one light bulb and managed to repair my fuel pump vice replacing keeping my car near 100 percent original equipment. Thanks.
A wheel broke off of my trailer on the highway. Sam was able to help arrange a tow, and Josh the tow truck driver was able to secure a single axle 4x8 trailer with one wheel to the flatbed and get it to the repair shop we found. Excellent service and expertise.
I cannot recommend this place enough!! I was stranded driving through PA a few weeks ago and the people at Ferra's were so wonderful. The tow service was super quick, and their services were incredibly reasonably priced. They got my car back to me as soon as possible since I was from out of town, and the whole time they took care of me! Seriously, this crew saved the day when I broke down. It was absolutely the best towing experience I’ve ever experienced in my life if there is such a thing. The gentleman, by the name of John, was courteous, friendly, willing to do anything that I asked him to do or needed him to do. Not only did he toe me to the dealership I wanted to go to, but he had me sitting in the truck with the heat on in this cold weather and asked me if I needed anything and it was just 100% perfect. I’m from the cranberry Township area, And I wasn’t sure if I had a ride home, And this gentleman offered to ride me home all the way from Etna, Pa. Fortunately, I was able to find a way home with a Rent-A-Car using his advice. I would recommend Ferra’s 1000% to anyone who is looking for a professional, honest garage or towing company.

Amazing service. After speaking with more than 10 tow truck companies, I found Tiffany’s and they were able to get the job done. It’s incredible how many tow truck companies don’t have the right equipment. Highly recommend them.
If your car was towed by Tiffany’s Towing, call the Robinson Township Police BEFORE you pay them. Under Township of Robinson Code §394-19, a vehicle can only be considered abandoned or removed if it has remained on private property for more than 48 hours without the consent of the property owner. Tiffany’s Towing routinely removes vehicles from private property without proper authorization or waiting the legally required 48 hours. This is a violation of the township ordinance. If this happens to you: 1. Call the Robinson Township Police (non-emergency line) before paying any fees. 2. Ask for proof of written consent from the property owner authorizing the tow. 3. Document everything — photos, time, and names. 4. Do not pay until the police confirm the tow is lawful. Their actions are predatory and exploit people who don’t know the local code. Spread the word so no one else becomes a victim.
Superior customer service!! Came to tow my X3 due to a flat (no spare). Upon arrival, instead of just towing it, they attempted to inflate the tire so that I could just drive to the tire shop. Not only did they get my tire to inflate, but they left the pump with me so that I could continue to inflate. They didn’t tow me unnecessarily AND they didn’t charge me a penny! Will use them for ANY future tow needs!!!

The guy who got my car out of a fairly tricky position of a weird driveway did it pretty fast and pulled it out in a way it was easy for horrible driver like me to back out of and he was friendly and the guy on the phone was very patient with me when we tried running my card number 4 separate times, which didn't work because it was flagged as fraud (which I didn't know at the time).

Towed my car to an illegal spot which isn’t allowed and wouldn’t do anything about it and lew blum gave me my car for free because they felt so bad how I was treated and for the mistake they made.

Took my car here after a drunk state trooper and his buddy took out three cars on my street. I had damage from every end of the car, only the passenger doors weren't effected. It took about a month to get finished because they're so busy but it was so worth it. They did an amazing job and answered every question I had. Hopefully I never have to see them again, but I'd definitely choose them again.
Critchlow responded to a AAA request I made for a dead battery. Zach, the man they sent, is exactly the kind of guy you want to see show up when you're stranded somewhere. He very obviously knows what he's doing and he did his work neatly and efficiently. Zach was friendly and personable and had a good sense of humor. I enjoyed talking with him while he replaced my battery. Additionally, the vehicle that Zach drove was clean, in good repair, and neatly organized inside (from what I could see). I think this speaks well of the overall quality of Critchlow and the service they provide. Coming out of a store to a car that won't start is a crappy, crappy experience; Zach (and, by extension, Critchlow) made it much less so.
I had to call AAA because I not only had a flat tire but my car was also over heating and leaking antifreeze. I was so upset because I was coming from my 1st job and on my way to my second one when this happened. When my driver Damian arrived he was the absolute sweetest about the whole situation, very light hearted and optimistic. He turned the entire experience around for me and not only that but he made my day. He made sure I got to my next destination safely and I couldn't of appreciated that more. I had such a good experience with him and this company, thanks a million.
I haven't had any towing experience but this is the place we trust to get our car fixed. They save us money each time (even when they don't know they're doing it.) My friend was given a $800 estimate from another place, so I told him to get one at Critchlow's too. He didn't tell them about the problem or the previous estimate. They pointed out the same problem and gave an estimate of a little over $400. That experience solidified my trust. If I ever lose it, I will update this review.
I have had several cars repaired @ Critchlow Auto Body & I cannot say enough about the quality of their work. If there were 10 stars that's the rating I would have chosen - they always take care of arranging for the rental car company to be waiting for you & ALWAYS return the car washed & vacuumed better than I can do it at home! Justin just left from transporting my classic car. I have dealt with a lot of haulers over the years, but I can honestly say Justin was the friendliest and most careful hauler I have ever met. He treated my car like it was his own and even helped push it in to the garage. All at a fair price. If you need a haul, these are your guys.

Got into an accident. My insurance company had a helluva time finding me a tow. Finally they found EB&J. Took a while to get to me, but that's because they came from so far away, which I appreciated since apparently no one else wanted to make the trip and do the job. I didn't get the driver's name, but that guy was incredibly positive and upbeat and friendly. Which was helpful after you've been in an accident. The auto body shop where my insurer directed me was hard to find, but the driver was super patient and again very positive. Thank you!

I can't say enough good things about Hot Wheelz. I found myself on the side of the road in a strange town during 100 degree temperature on a Friday afternoon. I was from out of town, Maryland, and did not know anything about anywhere. Hot Wheelz was contacted through my Amoco Motor Club membership and boy were they heaven sent by God. William, the tow truck driver, could not have been any nicer. Not only did he take good care of my car but he calmed me down and saw that I was able to get back to my hotel. Being from out of town, I had no idea where to tell them to tow the car. I suggested a few commercial places but was instructed by Jose, the owner, that I would be charged twice a much for any needed repairs. William was instructed by Jose to have the car towed to the Hot Wheelz location. After I described what had happened, Jose said he thought the problem was my alternator and battery and if this was the problem, he offered to have it fixed on Saturday. Hot Wheelz is usually closed on Saturdays but they made an exception for me. Jose said if that was not the problem, he would make arrangements for a trusted mechanic to take a look at the car. The problem did turn out to be the alternator and the battery. All day Saturday Jose kept me informed about what needed to happen and at what price. I WAS BACK ON THE ROAD BY 5PM SATURDAY EVENING. I firmly believe that Jose is an angel sent by GOD. The service I received could not have been any better or more professional while also being personable. May God bless Hot Wheelz Towing.

VERY PROFESSIONAL SERVICE!!! The driver was courteous, on time and an expert driver (grass intact, no damage to my lawn, etc.). I would not only use this service again, but I highly recommend them to anyone with towing and/or salvage needs.
The driver was young, but well trained. He got my SUV on the flatbed and dropped off at the mechanics without any issues. They took a little longer to get to my car than quoted, but all other towing companies either didn’t have a driver available or didn’t pick up. It was 8:00PM, in a nice neighborhood. I’m glad Frostys was able to help. Cost was $150.
Called them and gentleman said he will call in an HR or 2. Never called me back.

My boyfriend’s car needed a tow today after the starter randomly failed 30 minutes from home. Tim called from the road to confirm his arrival time, showed up earlier than expected, verified before towing that the car couldn’t be fixed, jimmied the car out of a pretty tight spot to get it up on the flatbed quickly, was pleasant to chat with all the way home, and even helped us push the car into the garage once we arrived. Told us he has 14 yrs experience and it really showed… this job would have been a nightmare for someone without superior skills at their job. Great job, Tim! If I ever need help with a tow I hope you’re the guy they send every time.
I've had some real horror stories with AAA providers, but advantage was really great.They communicated every step of the way, were honest about timelines, and showed up when they said they would. My driver Rizzo was friendly and skillful in loading and unloading my poor car.
Demetri was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to replace my battery quickly to get me back on the road. My car was fixed within the hour I called AAA.
Do not use, and if you call AAA make sure that a advantage truck is not the one coming. So I spent over an hour trying to get a tow after this company was already there and was given the ok for the tow by AAA. I was with my boss picking up materials for a job we were on at the local hardware store where the car was to be towed from. My boss called AAA and they told him I could be a stand in for him and he could leave me there so he could have materials transferred and delivered to sight with a different truck, and i could stay and have car towed to the local dealer. The truck showed up and refused because I didn't have my ID. My wife was there by that time and had hers, we also had the registration that had my name on it that my boss Marc gave to AAA. I explained to the guy with my boss on the phone that I could run up the street and get my ID, and it would only be 10 min, I also informed him my boss could meet him at the dealer as he was close by. The driver tells me he can't wait but to hold on while he calls his boss. About 10 minutes go by and I approach the driver and explain that I could have been back with my ID by now, at the same time I am in communication with my boss and AAA, and AAA is giving the drivers company permission to do the tow. So a few more minutes go by, and the driver says to call AAA back and get permission to have it towed with nobody there, and I say ok. The driver leaves. So AAA is called and they ask "why did he leave?". We get permission again to have the car picked up with no one there as AAA said this company is wrong and they dhould just pick up the truck as they gave the ok. So now the truck driver comes barreling back in the parking lot and gets into position to pick up the vehicle. He gets out and asks again for my ID he knows I do not have. I give him my wife's ID because I figured now he wants th make sure we are not trying to steel the broken car I have the keys to. He said he don't know if he can except her ID and goes back into his truck. I again contact AAA and my boss and are given the ok for the driver to tow. It's been an hour at this point and the driver says they are canceling the tow and leaves us. I call AAA and they say they can't guarantee the company that will do the tow. Having sat that long already, I called Glen's towing to get out of this mess. They had me picked up in 10 minutes, did if for a great price, and gave me advice on how to get money back from AAA. My advice if you see this company coming up, wave them by and get another.
Over an hour wait for a battery jump, longer wait just for a technician to test my battery, no understanding of hybrid vehicles. Shame on AAA for having them as the only option. Stranded for over 3 hours and no one else available but them. Still waited and used someone else.

Called them 5pmish on a Wednesday for a tow/roadside assistance. No callback/no show after primary contact, luckily Penndot came by and pulled the van off of 79 and down to a Sheetz. No answer Thursday am. No call back. Thanks for nothing, Anthony!!

My car started overheating tonight, (on a late, dark, rainy Sunday evening). I had to pull over on the side of the road in West Mifflin, PA. There weren’t any businesses/homes around me. Many other places were closed/unavailable. I called Pittsburgh Towing Services, and they arrived and had my car towed within 30-40 minutes. The workers were very friendly, professional, and efficient. My car was towed 10-minutes away from my location to a shop. The driver (was given permission from his boss to) let me ride with him to the shop. I’m very grateful for them because I wasn’t left alone in the dark and rain. :) I 100% recommend this business and plan to use them again in the future.
Used them multiple times now each and every time was a great experience super good people to deal with would highly recommend you call them for any of your towing or recovery needs they also do roadside service if you ever run outa gas or need a jumpstart or lockout they will get you taken care of
Tried to get a tow for a car needing repair. Was told 40 minutes. Called back an hour and fifteen minutes later. They said they would call back shortly. Waited another 30 minutes (1 hr 45 mins total) and decided to call another company who showed up in 30 minutes. Find another company to call for a tow. They never contacted me back.

Car was towed from an establishment parking lot, the number isn’t answering and the location listed to retrieve my vehicle is not an active location it states permanently closed down! I made a police report and at this point my car is stolen.
It was Fourth of July weekend & here I was broken down in the middle of traffic for 2 hours.. I had called 3 other towing companies who's prices was almost $200 before contacting Hooked Inc.. The price I was given was very reasonable and affordable. Doug gave me a 30 min wait time but he arrived even before that, he was very professional and quick. I think the entire towing process& driving to my front door was 30 mins & Doug was gone in the wind! Thank you again for all your help
This Place is crazy bro. I called the lady asked what time they open she said “ 9am but I’m at the bank right now”. She’s stating she’s at the bank at 9:30am but they open at 9am while I wait for my car that they’ve towed over three times already from my apartment building.They’re just unprofessional and should be closed down, if you’re going to take people’s cars at least have the decency to pick up the phone when they call or bare minimum have the gate open on time. Do better. ( Had to edit, just look at the their reply to my review lol, my Point you guys are not professional.)
All I Can say is the staff, especially Ruth made the best out of a very bad situation. Of course your car being towed is such a horrible and frustrating time, but the help and service was fantastic which made it easier. The speed of service and assistance with my car was awesome. Sorry my car was towed but the help and staff were so great and I cant say thank you enough.
This place was absolutely amazing they had me in and out the lady that took care of me was also very polite! If your car gets towed here just know they will work with you to get it out :)

Stranded on the side of the road. Called and they had someone there in less than 10 minutes. Got me where I needed to go for a fair and reasonable price, with friendly and excellent service.
I was driving my mothers car and broke down and needed a tow and countywide towing came out - the driver Don, was very nice, respectful and got my car to the garage without a hassle!! Thank you countywide for your fast response and all your help!! I highly recommend countywide towing!!!
This company was contracted by a constuction company to relocate my car to a legal parking area. Instead, they dropped it off in a "no stopping" zone where it received two parking tickets and was towed to an impound lot by the Philadelphia Parking Authority. They could not even tell us where they parked our car, didn't retain any paperwork on the cars they moved. We searched for hours. When we found out they towed it to an illegal parking spot, we called and their unprofessional response was, "Welcome to Philadelphia, sweetheart." Both the police and construction company were very unhappy with them. Do not hire this company. This is a "no star" rating. The post wouldn't go through unless I highlighted a star.
Horrible service and chipped my rim. They was denying this with new damage to my wheel once he drop the car off and I noticed this obviously is new damages with chipped paint showing it’s damages that just happened. Look at the paint chips on the wheel still showing paint particles on the wheel.
Excellent experience. Professional, polite, quick response time and he even texted me a picture when he delivered my vehicle.
