I would give 6 stars if possible, fast, responsive, and efficient towing service. Very friendly as well even in stressful situations. I had a tire blowout overnight traveling from Indiana to Arizona. I stayed overnight and decided to give him a call first thing in the morning. He managed to get me to a tire center safely and quickly to get me back on the road for a very low price. I definitely would call this guy if you need a tow. He’s been a lifesaver forsure. 💪
I called them to tow my BMW to the shop. They are located about 30 minutes away and arrived in about 30 minutes. Extremely professional, clean cut and polite. Very polite! Performed the loading of the vehicle efficiently and quickly while keeping it very safe. Called me after they had dropped it off to let me know everything had gone smoothly. While the price was average, everything else about the service was superior. I would recommend highly

I had called another local towing company, explained that my BMW X3 was completely dead and I needed it towed. They told me special equipment was needed if it couldn't be put in neutral. I called Neptune, they texted me back, asked what I needed, where the car was etc. They had a truck to me in 30 mins, the driver was one of the most friendly people I've come across. Beyond helpful, he got my car started and I set out for the repair shop. I got 5 miles before the car died again, in the middle of Yale on a Friday during lunch. I called the driver, told him what happened, he said he hadn't gone far and would be right there. He was there in 7 mins, got my car loaded on the flat bed in no time and towed it to the shop, all with a smile on his face. Couldn't have asked for better customer service. I highly recommend Neptune, they will take great care of you.

There’s a reason these folks are so highly rated. Great customer service, fast, careful… I needed my SUV towed and it was in a tough spot to pick up. As a relatively new and maybe sorta nice SUV I wanted someone to use a little care and concern and not just jerk it around. I didn’t have to ask, Remi was awesome. Can’t recommend Neptune enough!
My truck got stuck in Neutral at about 4:00pm on a Friday. I called a couple of other towing services, and they all told me over an hour before a truck could pick me up. Neptune quoted me 30-40 minutes, I said go ahead and send a truck. The driver arrived in a little over 20 minutes. While driving to the repair facility, he was super nice as we talked about what was wrong (potentially) about my truck, his time in the business, etc. The tow truck was clean, smelled nice (didn't smell like cigarettes or body odor). When we got to the repair facility, he took the time to wait for the technician to move a different car so he could unload mine straight into a repair bay, instead of just dropping it off and leaving. Nobody likes to have to call a tow truck, but if you do, This was by far the best tow truck experience I have ever had.

The first time a used Fat Alan's towing was February 2022. The insurance company had given us another towing company. They had promised 2 hour wait time which turned into 5. So we called Fat Alan's and was out there in 30 minutes in that bad snow Strom. Today my daughter's car needed a new alternator so we had them tow us it took them 1 hour to get to us. After being fixed we were taking the car back to her when our second car lost power on the highway. So we had to call them again. This time 20 minutes wait time. That's twice in one day that you had helping us out. THANK YOU!!!!! Glad we don't have any more cars 🤣.

Shawn and Melissa ( I'm sure everyone is these are just the two lovely people have dealt with) are amazing. Melissa was very polite and respectful but fun to deal with on the phone knowing that I was having a hard day she made me laugh in the midst of this storm. And then Shawn showed up earlier then time frame quoted with a fast and secure knowing that my car was going to be in good hands and get to its destination in one piece. This is the second time we’ve had to use their service for our Tesla X. Unfortunately both times we ran out of battery within a mile or two of the supercharging station…this time we ran out of power on the off ramp during heavy traffic with my wife and son in the car, while on our way to OU during labor! Daryl & Trevor came out almost immediately to get us to safety and the supercharger! Both gentlemen are great, professional, and took extra care with our vehicle. Thank you to both of them and the whole team at Allways Towing! I do recommend their service to anyone who owns a Tesla, as they have the dollies at hand , and anyone else looking for great, fast, and efficient service!

Trevour came out and got one of vehicles loaded up and brought to our shop after it broke down. Was patient with us while we did a quick check to see if it needed to go to our mechanic and then took the time to make sure we got everything we needed out of it before taking onto the final leg of the trip. Great customer service and attitude!

Alpha towing got my car moved with zero issues. I have the front axle and suspension out due to parts on back order, and where as other tow truck companies wouldn’t even take the job, alpha towing took it on and got it done in less than an hour.
Alpha Towing is the only towing service I will ever use again. I tasked Mr. Ukonu with a difficult tow and he delivered, despite the very late hour. Before that emergent tow was over, I engaged him to haul a restoration project to its temporary home. I highly recommend Alpha Towing - dependable and hard-working with fair and reasonable prices. The tow truck driver made promise to myself before arriving to tow my vehicle that my family could ride with him and that he would make certain that they would be reunited and safe with me. Yet, shortly after he left with my family in the tow truck he noticed that Enterprise set up the delivery of my rental vehicle to a different location other than Enterprise where I was. Therefore, he took my family back to the original location and left them stranded without a ride or a vehicle. Leaving me and my family separated for hours instead of driving less than 10 minutes out of his way, as he initially promised. Poor customer service!

Hunter set up my tow and was so polite and helpful!!! Literally within MINUTES OF MY CONVERSATION, Hunter had already given me how much my fee would be and a possible wait time. I go to the ATM to get cash. BY THE TIME I GET BACK, I was 5 minutes away, Eric was already there and waiting on me. I thought this experience was going to take HOURS. I didn't mind waiting, I was calling on such short notice, but they handled me with care, patience and overall very FRIENDLY PEOPLE. Eric was my tow driver and he was freaking quick as all get out and super informative. I'm a curious cat so I ask tons of questions and he had no problems answering. ALSO HE HAS A CUTE DOG NAMED JACK! So please give Jack a pet if he'll let you, he's a great dog. Overall, 10/10, would recommend if you need towing.

Company was friendly, timely, and did a good job with the tow. I emailed them and I was called back within 24 hours. The person on the phone was very friendly. We discussed the cost of the tow and what time the driver would arrive. He told me the driver would arrive about 9:30am and he arrived around 10:00am. When it came time to pay, he asked if i was paying with cash or card. I told him I was paying with my debit card and he informed me there was a service fee to use the debit card. The driver secured and towed my truck without any issues. I have never paid for a tow before. I did not shop around for prices, but the price seemed high for a short tow. I also wasn't aware of a fee to pay with my debit card until the driver arrived. Having said that, Tuff Truck Towing did a great job and I would use them again if needed.

I called Sergios after waiting over an hour for Tow Mate to send me a truck. Sergio was quick, responsive, way better at communicating and making it less stressful for me. Also arrived within 30 min. It was also 100 degrees and I had been sitting on NW expressway for 2 hrs. So glad I found Sergio so I didn't have to wait another hour or longer.

Called to tow a company vehicle, Paul met me within 30 minutes. He was professional, friendly, explained what he was doing, and seemed very knowledgeable! Got the vehicle towed over to the Chevy dealership no harm no foul. Very impressed!
It’s hard in a small space to say enough good things about Paul’s Towing of Edmond. Wife and I live 90 miles from Edmond and had a doctor’s appointment there. It was a Friday afternoon. I needed to find a towing company fast as our vehicle broke down. I read some quick reviews on my phone and immediately called Paul’s Towing of Edmond. Paul answered and said he could be where I was in 4-6 minutes. He kept his word and tried to assist me in getting back on the road with some minor diagnosis which he was accurate on, but my truck needed more than what could be provided without a shop. I asked him if he could recommend some auto repair places on a Friday afternoon. He not only did that, but called 3-4 places for us until one said they could fix it if we could be there by 2:00. Paul towed our truck and dropped us off after introducing us to the shop personnel at 1:40. We were immediately worked in and back on the road by 3:30. Thanks Paul for all of the assistance. We know this could not have come together without your assistance and determination. We are very appreciative of all your help.
Totally impressed with every aspect of my Paul's experience. Provided a reasonable quote over the phone, stuck to it, incredibly professional (and a very pleasant conversationalist too), showed up right on time on a very cold morning and towed my vehicle 13 miles (including some somewhat rugged and unavoidable rural terrain) with the greatest of care. What can I say! My beloved Jeep decided to break down in the turning lane on Memorial and Rockwell. Not only that, but it was getting dark, and my hazard light stopped working. We blew a tire and was stranded 1.3 miles from the hotel we had reservations for the night, no taxi service and Uber is a joke . So I called Paul's towing and he came within 30 minutes and towed our truck and gave us a ride to the hotel which is important as my wife has some medical issues, I would recommend him for anything, I couldn't ask for more.

I had a tire blow out on me on the way home from work today. Tony picked up the phone right away when I called. He was kind and transparent about pricing. (No hidden fees.) He arrived within 15 minutes of my phone call and was professional from start to finish. I rode with Tony in the tow truck because I needed to follow my car to Discount Tire. Pulling into a privately owned gated community and they almost hit me. I understand people should pay their car payments but when you tell them to drive more carefully and that I had kids in the car. And his response was. “Lady I’m trying to help a paying customer. Call someone who cares.” Shows how professional they are. 10/10 would never use them.
My husband and I were hauling our pontoon boat from the lake back to Tulsa when we experienced a tire blowout on the boat trailer. We were on the Muskogee turnpike. With the help of our State Farm insurance agent, we finally found someone who was willing to come out ASAP and that someone was David with Swift Recovery and Towing. He arrived within 15 minutes and everyone else quoted 3 hours or longer. He removed the tire and headed to Tulsa with phone in hand trying to find a replacement tire. He was back within 45 minutes and quickly mounted the tire and we were on our way. He was an angel in our eyes: fast, professional and courteous!!!

I did a dumb thing and got my truck stuck in the mud in my back yard, lots of rain and lots of mud. Anyways we have used Bronco towing before so I called them to rescue my truck. They got out really fast. So polite and respectful and friendly! They charged me a more than fair fee, you can not beat their fees anywhere in Oklahoma in my personal opinion! If I have an option I’m always going to call on Bronco towing to help me. So if anyone wants a fair, fast and reliable company they should call Bronco Towing!!!!
Wow! Who said customer service was dead? I'm currently out of state, but needed a vehicle moved. Keith understood the situation and took care of the issue and kept me posted throughout the process. A+! Won't hesitate to call again in the future.
Went to get my daughter's belongings from her car . I drove to where it was and was confronted by a gentleman that said he was the owner . He told me to get out of the back area but not in a nice way . He proceeded to scold me even after I said sorry I didn't see a do not enter sign . I explained that I was just trying to get my daughter's stuff and he was just plain rude . I would just say that a little respect would have gone a long way. Treat others the way you would like to be treated.

10/10 would get winched out of the mud again. I bought a bus outside of Lawton tonight (yesterday) and drove it 2 hours through tornado weather and back roads. Less than 3 miles from home, I slid it off into the mud. No way I was getting it out myself or with a pickup truck. Called Bronco Towing after catching a ride home—they were at my house in under 10 minutes. Picked me up, took me to the bus, pulled it out, and followed me home. I called around 10:30pm and was home with my bus in an hour!! Affordable as hell. I didn’t catch the guy’s name, but he’s a damn lifesaver. Angel? Super patient (it was my first bus driving experience). Saved me from a full-blown panic attack-ugly crying and all. I almost ugly cried when I got home safe. Can't thank them enough.

Cool dude pick up my poor cobalt who hit the BIGGEST oklahoma hot hole ever. He even recommended a really nice place to get a car, even took us to the auto store where we fixing the car for free. Respond pretty fast too, like say 30-40 minutes after call.
I had been on the phone with my insurance for an hour and a half already and decided to just call and pay out of pocket. Owner didn't have any drivers but threw on a jacket and came to help. Price was reasonable. We had tried to jump the car previously but it didn't work with my husband's vehicle. He asked if he could try his jump box and it started right up! Josh towed my bike just yesterday. The bike arrived safely and without a scratch. And if I might add, on one of the coolest motorcycle tow rigs I’ve seen out there.
Shoutout to all the motorcycle riders; Iriving Tow, you want the number on speed dial! Josh helped me transport my '83 Harley; arrived on time and with ease, made sure everything went smooth. He is both extremely knowledgeable and helpful by guiding me on further mechanical repairs.
Josh is fantastic! He was precise, and put all of the attention into protecting the bike with care. I will be using him again in the future.
Met Josh and his wife today at Fort Thunder HD. Great people and Josh was putting air in peoples tires for free. And Josh rides motorcycles too so he knows how to properly secured the bikes and get them where they need to be safely.

If you have the misfortune of locking yourself out of your vehicle, pray Billy is on duty! He turned an irritating inconvenience into a pleasant situation. He called me with his ETA, arrived on time and smiled the entire time. He was very organized and efficient. His equipment was stored neatly in his van and every piece went back to its proper place before he left. I especially appreciate the cheerful conversation while he worked (which did not slow the man down at all). Although he worked very quickly, he didn't make me feel like he was in a rush. He also gave me pertinent information about my vehicle door. Best of all, Billy let me feel useful by allowing me to hold his flashlight! Thank you Billy!

Sooner Towing & Recovery received a notification at 9:42 this morning from AAA to pick up my daughter’s car. The notification said the driver would be there no later than 12:30. My young daughter called AAA at 1 o’clock asking for an update, as she was scared, stranded on the side of the road, alone in the middle of nowhere, no food, no water, and no way to protect herself! AAA said they spoke to the driver, and they had gone home for the day. No phone call, no text message, didn’t give my daughter even the courtesy of saying they weren’t coming! I tried calling the company myself however, I guess it’s after hours. You will be hearing from me on Monday as you just pissed off Mama bear!!
NOT! fast towing service 😒 Called AAA at 12:15pm they said 90min, it's now 2:42pm...no call, no show for Cameron. Maybe AAA doesn't pay them enough for them make their calls a priority. 3:18pm Now and all of sudden they don't have a truck working. Why did Cameron say that he was on his way, when CLEARLY he was not. Very unprofessional! Now AAA has Brown and Son's coming to help me. We should have started with them to begin with...a lot better service! Thank you Brown & Sons! Won't EVER recommend Sooner Towing in McLoud! Don't know why AAA even using Sooner Towing 🙄 Update...AAA told me it was Sooner Towing in McLoud, OK.

Very responsive towing service. My car wouldn't start at work and they helped tow it to the mechanic in a timely manner. Appreciate the help.
Van overheated in the middle of a long drive. They towed us to the nearest shop and even gave us water while we waited. Really thoughtful.
Picked up the phone to place a tow order and they arrived right on schedule. No problem.
Called for a flat tire and ended up requiring a tow. They did both efficiently and professionally.
It seems lately like towing is an easy field to get into. I've had a couple times recently where a guy shows up an hour late and barely knows what he's doing. Not these guys. Roadside Relief told me "about an hour, maybe less" and showed up in 45 minutes. He handled everything right, good equipment, careful with my car, fast load and unload, you name it. All around great job.

Called for a tow when my transmission died. Not only did they tow it, but the driver also gave me a solid recommendation for a repair shop.
After a slight crash, I called for emergency towing. The dispatcher was calm and quick, and the truck got there faster than I expected it would. I thought it would be harder than it was.

Reached out to manager and he was rude and tone was disrespectful when asked why he said that’s how I talk. Had an issue with my vehicle not starting - Bus came over and assisted me so quickly I wasn't sure if I had even made a call yet! He made sure that I knew what was going on and reassured me on what sort of things would likely need to happen to make my vehicle run smoothly again. I couldn't be more secure entrusting the safety of my vehicle and I to Bus and A-Z towing!

Great guys. I live 2 hours away and had to have a vehicle towed. Gave them the information and location to drop it off. They delivered it and called to let me know it was there. Paid over the phone(like I said I'm 2 hours away) and took care of it. Quick service and very polite.
I want to preface this review by saying this is a real review. I'm not exaggerating, my life could have easily taken a turn downward but it didn't... I didn't choose A-Z but I'm very grateful that they towed my RV trailer. My trailer was at a local rv park. The monthly payment was due on a Tuesday. I spoke with park management and told them I would be in around late lunch time. I'm a mechanic and had a customer waiting so I couldn't leave. At 4:00 pm the park manager had my trailer towed. I accept responsibility for being late to pay that person. However I can't help but think the park manager over reacted and their actions were disproportionate to the offense of being 2.5 hours late with rent. Not one day and 2.5 hours. Just two and a half hours late and they had my home towed. The costs I've incurred far surpass the amount of rent that's $650.00. and I've had to sleep in my car several nights to conserve what little money I had left. Now on to the great service I've received from Marcus and Trevor at A-Z. I just bought the trailer a month before it was towed. I hadn't had time to register it yet. I had tbe title but it wasn't in my name yet. My license expired in February. An oversight that is completely My responsibility but it delayed my ability to pick up the trailer Trying to get into DPS turned out to be difficult. After three days of getting there early to put my name on the list, I finally got the identification issue corrected. Since my only home is the rv trailer and it was in their yard, I couldn't sleep in it. I had my children on the weekend and needed to stay in a hotel. After 5 days of no home, I was running out of money rapidly. All the money I had was earmarked for the one month space rental at the rv park. At this point I didn't have enough money for the registration and the towing fee and storage. I spoke with Marcus, the owner and told him that I'm a veteran. I also told him of my situation of now not having a home or money to get my home back, Not to mention space rent at another park. I was rapidly going into a financial hole that could ultimately cost me my trailer, leaving me homeless for good. Marcus is a very proud American and Patriot. He's an advocate for veterans and is not just a person of words. He puts those words into action! He made arrangements with me to help me get back my home while he still protected himself and his company from not following the rules for release of vehicles in the state of Oklahoma. I don't want go over details of how he helped me but, I will say, he's a very generous man. Trevor, one of his employees, whom I can say is a very compassionate person, Was incredibly nice and helpful during a very stressful period in my life. I had to pick up some personal items more than once. He was never anything Except kind and understanding, even when I was a few minutes late and he had to wait on me after normal business hours. Hes a young man with maturity beyond his years and I am incredibly grateful. He could have easily gotten frustrated with me and required me to come another time but he didn't. He just expressed how bad he felt for the position I found my self and said it was the least he could do to help me. I can't express how grateful I am for the kindness that Marcus and Trevor have shown me. In the grand scheme of life, These little inconveniences that I've had to deal with will probably seem rather small to most, including myself at different times in my life but I'm not in those different times in my life. I'm right here, in this time and rght now, these little problems that life sometimes throws at us, could have been life changing for me me in a dramatic way, negatively. Now they're problems that have been minimized due to the great people and service at A-Z! Thank you Marcus and Trevor. I can't express my gratitude enough. I won't forget it and I'll tell everyone I know to only use A-Z. Sincerely, Carson. Update that’s long over due! Unfortunately I have to change this review from 5 stars to one! They released my RV to someone that wasn’t on the title!

What shall I say about Jonathan??? He towed our big rig to the Freightliner dealership in the scorching Oklahoma heat with quiet authority and minimal fuss. I sat in the cab with him and in the short ride we spoke of the importance of hard-work, family values and taking time to decompress. We recently had our semi with trailer stuck on soft ground on a property and we called A&W Towing. It was Saturday. Daniel picked up, gave all the information with curtesy. He asked for details and photos. I sent him a few photos and and a video of the situation we were in. He reassured us that he can get the truck out and can be there in 1-1.5 hr. And he did. He arrived from Sapulpa after 1 hour and with precision pulled the truck and trailer out. It was a quite costly call, but Daniel was very professional, very precise with his work and knew exactly what and how he needed to do it. We hope we never need the towing again, but if we did, this is the company to turn to. Daniel was awesome, very skilled and professional.
Had to have a small camping trailer moved from Sapulpa to Fort Smith. The person we had lined up to do the job canceled the morning of. Called A&W and they said yes they could do it. A guy showed up (Scott), got it on a flatbed and off it went. We got back to Fort Smith and in less than 30 minutes, he showed up. It was unloaded in no time. I'd recommend them to everyone. Super professional and friendly.

The owner Nick broke the driveway of my childs home and now doesn't want to assume any responsibility he is quick to say its a bad foundation but no thats not the problem he broke a area if the driveway so he needs to fix it but he doesn't want to fix it. He's quick to charge but only wants to do things on his time when he was supposed to have towed the vehicle that day but waited almost 2 days later that is not acceptable either. He will fix this driveway!

I called dispatch at Mike's Towing one afternoon when my vehicle broke down. They had a driver take me and my vehicle to a repair shop quickly for a fair price. I will definitely call them again if I need a tow truck.
Called him on A cold night right after the little snow storm we got. Daughters car broke down. Called other tow companies and it was 3 plus hour wait and very expensive. Called Mike and 25 minutes later he was there and at a very affordable price. From now on he is the only one I will call first!!!

Bob Rodgers Towing took care of my truck back in March within an hour after contacting them - they even informed me of what was wrong with it! Huge thank you guys!!
Called to pick up one of our trucks when it broke down. Got us to where we needed it to go in less than an hour. Person on the phone was really friendly and even called us to let us know when the driver was done with his previous job and on his way to us. Driver was also friendly and great at his job. 100% would recommend.
I was broke down in the middle of a downpour and hail storm, thinking a tornado was going to take me and my van at any moment. Brandon showed up with his tow truck just in time. Hooked me up, and got us the gosh darn heck out of there, just in time. It wasn't 10 minutes later, an f3 tornado took out the bridge. The bridge that I was under. I want to say thank you to the driver who got my uncle home after his wreck. I know it took a little longer than usual but that would be due to the wreck happening by a construction zone and 5 o'clock traffic. The whole front of the car was messed up but they got it to the house with no more damage caused. They were reasonably priced for the distance they had to drive also. The way the driver was able to get the car in the driveway and NOT hit my motorcycle give that man a raise.

Called and got a quote and before I could book it the guy hung up on me. Sounded like he was asleep. Called back and told him I need that tow truck and he gave me another number to call. Called that number and it went straigh to voicemail.
Redd was here when he said he would be here, and kept in touch when he was getting close. Super cool dude, and easy to communicate with. Will definitely use him again if we ever have to… hopefully we won’t have to.

Great experience overall. The gentleman was prompt, efficient, economical, and overall provided a great experience during a tough and frustrating time. He did not try to gouge like the competition and was more readily available as well.
I called to havet our older truck towed and he was very nice, gave a time that he was avilible and was prompt and very helpful. Would definitely use again.

Eugene was awesome and able to get out to me and had my truck loaded in no time. He was able to put it right where I needed it delivered. This guy enjoys his job and isn't like the other companies around ill be using his for me and my wife's vehicle in the future.

I wish I could give zero. They have the WORST customer service they are very rude and will damage your car and not take responsibility for it. They stole a pair of shoes and money I had in my console. When I asked about it they lied about. Who opened the center console I didn’t if I did I would have taken my money. It’s my emergency gas money. I’m not sure what they was doing to break my headlight. It had to get hit pretty hard to brake. If you value your property don’t use them.
Tow Mate did an excellent job for me !!! They were extremely fast and very professional. My truck was in real bad shape with only 3 wheels on it lol and Logan got me off the highway and dropped it right at my house, THANK YOU Logan and I will absolutely recommend them and use them in the future...

Wish I could give 0 stars… whoever answers the phone is incompetent… called the body shop to see what appointment times they had the lady tells me. I tell her give me 5-10 minutes I’ll call back. Call this company ask the lady if we can setup a tow I need my car at the shop at 1pm. She says that won’t be a problem and takes my info gives me the price. Mind you the shop opens at 9am I called soon as they opened then called the tow company. 12:30 comes around no text, call or anything. No problem 12:40 hits I call and ask the lady about the tow she tells me she thought I said I needed them there at 1. Still not a problem they have a 2pm opening at the shop can you get it there by then. Oh well it’ll be an hour to an hour and a half until we can get to you. What happened to the 1pm pickup that you wrote down how does it go from I thought you needed us there at 1 to we can’t get there until almost 2pm…. Just cancel everything including your business license just terrible
The tow driver was excellent! But whoever the lady I spoke to this morning to get a link to pay the tow driver was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. I kept telling her that I haven’t received a link, and even verified my phone number with her, and she assumed that I was the one in the wrong. I had to call the tow driver to apologize, because I didn’t want him to think that I wasn’t trying to pay him. He ended up telling me that the service they use to send the links to pay usually don’t work most of the time and they always have that issue. The lady had poor customer service. Note to self: don’t use the link to pay, please save yourself the hassle and take out cash!!

Absolutely terrible place. One of their drivers smashed into one of my customers vehicles causing significant damage. The owner of the vehicle and I have been trying to get them to pay for the damages for a few months now. They admitted fault and everything it's just the lady I am dealing with seems a little off. Best to avoid.
One of their drivers pulled out right in front of us almost causing a wreck forcing me off the road and then thought it was funny. I called and requested a manager to call back twice, but never heard from them. Must not care how their drivers represent them in public! The city should go back to Storey! They always seemed courteous when doing their job!
Allied towing did a great job towing my driver's box truck. They got there on time, and towed it quickly. When they got to the drop, the mechanic said the box truck was too tall for them, so they towed it an extra couple of miles free of charge. Thank you Gary and Sean for the amazing customer service and help!

When I contacted them for roadside assistance, they proved to be reliable and highly professional. They quickly sent a tow vehicle and driver to the location, who was both respectful and efficient. In no time at all my car was being transported away by the helpful driver, who expedited its arrival at a local service facility.
I was extremely impressed with their service. The team was prompt, professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They arrived quickly and safely towed my car to the destination I requested. Great job!
Don't try this place if you do make sure you they complete the services first before you pay
For starters the price is double everywhere else in the city, second I call to place a tow and then cancel two minutes later to be met with a 90 dollar non refundable “work order fee” absolute garbage. I will gladly spend time out of my day telling other people about my terrible experience.
Called because my car has been stolen and I wanted to make sure non of the towing companies around had found it. Person on the phone was extremely rude - just said "were a roadside assistance company" and hung up on me. Complete lack of professionalism or compassion. If ever I need roadside assistance, I know who NOT to go with.

They let me get all my mom's stuff from her wrecked van. So that was nice.
I never write reviews, and the tow truck isn’t even out of my driveway yet, but this was hands down the best service I’ve ever received. I had a tire blown at 545am on the highway. The car was picked up and delivered by 745am. Once my car was dropped the driver offered to put my spare tire on. We noticed I didn’t have one, and yet he offered to take the tire off and take it to get repaired if I needed it! I greatly appreciate the consideration and efforts Young’s went through to ensure my vehicle was delivered quickly but also went the extra mile to try to get me back on the road! Thank you!

Our driver was respectful and very good at his job. Had my vehicular back home in no time without issue. I would recommend their service any day very pleased with how they handled the situation and how quickly they responded to my request for a tow. I had the wife and my dog with me because we were headed to the veterinary office when we broke down. I didn't hear one complaint from either of them the whole time so I have to say Speedy's service is exceptional.
My car was towed by Speedy’s because of miscommunication between my apartment complex and myself (which was infuriating in and of itself), and my interactions with Speedy’s personnel because of this was mixed at best. For a first impression of Speedy’s, it was negative; their tow truck driver (an older man) was extremely rude to me. And look, I can understand a lot of people beg/plead for their cars, so some emotional distance is called for in this business, but flinging cigarette ash at me and telling me to call the # on the truck is NOT peak customer service. A simple, “I’m sorry for the inconvenience, there’s nothing I can do at this point, please call the business number and they can help you” would’ve gone a long way. Whereas my call to their line, and their secretary, was more positive. She listened, gave me their address and said she would call right back when my car was in their system, with the cost. In about an hour I got the call and was quoted a price of $289.88, their hours, etc. This is where another negative aspect pops up, as I have some serious qualms with their business practices. #1: Despite saying they’re open 24/7, I was told after 5 pm, they give a surcharge price of $80 on top of what was quoted. So if you have no way to get there before 5 (like, say, you have a regular 9-to-5 job… or everyone you know does), you’re paying extra. That just seems scummy. #2: Likewise, if you decide to try to pick up your car the next day during regular hours to avoid that surcharge… you still pay extra. So no matter what, you’re paying over the quoted price. So that kicks the scum factor up by a factor of 10. #3: Was told they’re cash only and can only do exact change. Um, in this day and age, WHY IN GODS NAME ARE YOU CASH ONLY? AND WHY EXACT CHANGE ONLY? It feels like it’s that way so if there’s any miscommunication of the price, it allows Speedy’s to keep the car longer and then charge even more money from you if you pass by an arbitrary time limit. So kick up the scum factor by 50 at this point. But, like I said, the gal on the other end was nice, understanding and relayed all this info (including I’d need License, registration, insurance, etc). So thank god I had a friend who could A: take me to the bank to get exact change and B: drive me to the place so I can get my car back. And here’s the kicker: you know how I said the whole “Pay exact change in cash” thing seems like it could be abused? Well, after getting there with the exact amount I was quoted over the phone (for reference, it was $289.88), I was instead quoted $291.54. It was evidently a gas-per-mile Oklahoma towing law or something they tried explaining to me as I did everything I could not to scream. Thankfully, my friend actually did have some cash on him and made up the $1.66 difference… but I can just imagine someone being told that, trying to rush to the bank to get out that extra bit of money, only to not make it back in time. So kick that sleeze and scum factor up to 100. I will give the people behind the window credit though, they were kind to me and everyone who was there, plus I overheard them talking about how the whole situation with my apartment complex was messed up. Also, the man who took me to my car and showed me out was kind and funny. The phone secretary, the people behind the counter and the man who took me to my car are the sole reason this place is getting a two. I was temped to give a three because of them, but the guy who towed my car (and was more dismissive than he needed to be) and the overall business practices of Speedy’s are definitely one-star material. It comes off as exploitative, sleezy and scummy… and I can’t give a score higher than a two based on that.
Buyer beware: this business sells stolen vehicles before they allow the original owner a chance to legally reacquire them. Owasso PD will send them the stolen car for holding and the tow company will charge the original owner an incremental cost to get it out without any regard to the legality of it. We have it on record from the Owasso PD that this is not standard procedure but it was done anyway. They sold the car before the weekend was up and refuse to do right by the original owner. Don't do business with this shady company, spread the word.

I was driving across county, out in the middle of nowhere and my fan belt broke in my truck. I was stuck. I tried calling a few different places and Interstate was the only one that answered. Don came out to me and saved the day for me. Had me back on the road in less than a hour. Thanks again Don!
