We used Ramirez tow service and I can’t thank him enough we really appreciated him today! We had him tow our car to a mechanic and once we arrived the mechanic said they couldn’t take us (after they already took or money) he ended up making a phone call and taking our car to another mechanic that works on or specific type of car without charging us extra . That was very helpful! Also not to mention he gave us the BEST PRICE ! Good people for sure !

Luis was incredible! So was the young man who came to help tow our car! We were at our wits end trying to decide what to do with my non-working car since we were moving, these guys were originally going to help us load it onto a U-Haul tow trailer, BUT Luis came out and made us an incredible offer on it instead. This team was awesome from start to finish and I have no complaints whatsoever. From the initial phone call, I was treated with respect and professionalism. I was given an ETA of 90 minutes but someone showed up in about an hour, which is awesome. Carlos was so nice and willing to jump in to get things handled. It was originally a tire change but we ended up needing a jump. When we popped the hood, wasps came out. Carlos was able to knock those out and keep pushing through. Talk about going above and beyond! Unfortunately, we weren't able to get her running but Carlos was able to push her out and get her hooked up to tow to the nearest mechanic. All in all, I found them incredibly helpful and priced very competitively. I will definitely be recommending them if ever needed.

This company was absolutely amazing and kind during one of the most stressful days for myself. I believe the gentleman who towed my truck name was Carlos (loved his 49er hat and support). He had a great easy going attitude and was patient with me and my son and even made it fun for him too. I cannot express my gratitude towards him and this company enough. Justin answered the phone the first time I called, I needed to have a vehicle moved from one location to another. He was ready to meet me within 30 minutes and actually waiting on me when I arrived. He quoted me a price over the phone and it was much less than I expected for short notice. He wasted no time getting the vehicle loaded and on the way to where I needed to have it delivered. I had scheduled a 2 PM pick up and decided to switch it last minute to morning pick up, in decent time the driver (Anthony) was there had my 20 ft boat on the flat bed. At one point the trailer was going to bottum out just slightly, i informed Anthony to just go ahead and send it. The tow truck driver made promise to myself before arriving to tow my vehicle that my family could ride with him and that he would make certain that they would be reunited and safe with me. Yet, shortly after he left with my family in the tow truck he noticed that Enterprise set up the delivery of my rental vehicle to a different location other than Enterprise where I was. Therefore, he took my family back to the original location and left them stranded without a ride or a vehicle. Leaving me and my family separated for hours instead of driving less than 10 minutes out of his way, as he initially promised. Poor customer service!

I just want to give a shout out to a's transportation services. I called so many towing companies and no one would work with me paying cash. I needed my toolbox towed. Shawn wrapped my box to ensure it would be delivered in great condition. Their service was very fast. I would recommend this company all day. I appreciate everything a's transportation did for me.

Got hit on a hit and run told officers I would find my own tow truck service considering my bumpers were bent inwards I wasn't able to turn all the way not enough clearance did take awhile to get out there but they had awesome customer service definitely weren't just there to squeeze the money out of you they had affordable towing rates BUT seen that my truck was drivable if my bumper was pulled out of place and saved me some money! This company has some serious integrity. We had a hiccup on a very complicated transport and things honestly didn't go as anyone planned. But, these guys got it figured out and treated us well, and that is more than deserving of a 5 star review. This is a third party call center that contracts tow trucks around the city. I called for a tow and only ended up needing a jump. The technician was great but isn’t affiliated with this company as they are a third party. I received a bill for the tow that I didn’t receive ($205), so I called to get that cleared up as well as an itemized bill to send to my insurance. I had to call several times before I was able to get ahold of someone, explain what happened, and get my bill emailed to me ($115 for a jump — last jump I got was $50). After being told on two separate calls that it would be emailed to me and I never received it, I called again and was told it had “already been sent” and then they sent it while on that call. They were quite polite when I called needing a tow, but everything afterwards became an unnecessary hassle. Hanging up the phone without ending the conversation, lying about having done what they didn’t, and the priciest jump I’ve ever had. Overall poor service and wouldn’t recommend. I recommend calling an actual towing company.

I needed a tow truck near me right away after a small mishap. This OKC towing firm saved my life. Their wrecker service is dependable, and their prices are reasonable. They are without a doubt the greatest in the area.
Time to wait wasn’t bad but I’m not sure how getting my car towed less than 5 miles cost $184.00. The guy said something about it being cheaper if under 5 miles but I can’t find any documentation of that. I also don’t have a receipt to go off of either so I feel a bit ripped off.

Worst towing company in the state of Oklahoma!!! Waited 6 hours for a tow!! No phone call, didn't answer the first few times i called!!! Then when i did get ahold of someone, i get yelled at and cussed at!! I'll definitely never call this company ever again. Save your money go somewhere else. There's plenty of other companies in this town that'll treat you better.
if i could give 0 stars i would. this company towed my gmc yukon on a dolly to the destination to have a electrical issue fixed. upon picking up my vehicle my rim was cracked through, my vehicle wasn’t moved when it arrived at the shop. i called and complained to the tow company, called twice and was told the manager is busy she will call me back. now it’s been nearly a week and i called and the manager answers she states she’s been on vacation. i explained what happened and she began yelling, telling me i have no common sense and they aren’t responsible for anything. if they had cracked the rim the tire would have been blown. she then proceeded to hang up on me. EXTREMELY unprofessional and refused to let me speak wit her superior. beware
I wish I could give zero. They have the WORST customer service they are very rude and will damage your car and not take responsibility for it. They stole a pair of shoes and money I had in my console. When I asked about it they lied about. Who opened the center console I didn’t if I did I would have taken my money. It’s my emergency gas money. I’m not sure what they was doing to break my headlight. It had to get hit pretty hard to brake. If you value your property don’t use them.

My roadside assistance set me up with this company. They were the most readily available to assist my vehicle in a building that had a low clearance (7 feet, 10 inch ceiling). The garage was in an obscure location difficult to describe, but the driver Jeff made the effort to find my location. The service arrived around the estimated time of arrival. This professional driver Jeff is reliable and my car reached the towing destination safely with no damages .

I can't say enough good things about Sheridan Bros Towing OKC! When my car broke down on I-40 at 11 PM, I panicked until I called them. Their dispatcher was incredibly kind and reassuring. Towing service did not call back on ETA and finally SHOW UP AFTER 3 HOURS and was told TWICE 1 and half hour, and was told non refund $165 BEFORE service is scheduled. I had to call 10 times for ETA. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND SHERIDAN BROS TOWING. It's a scam for a nonrefundable $165 for less than 10 minutes towing. If I could, I would give it ZERO STAR.

I never write reviews, and the tow truck isn’t even out of my driveway yet, but this was hands down the best service I’ve ever received. I had a tire blown at 545am on the highway. The car was picked up and delivered by 745am. Once my car was dropped the driver offered to put my spare tire on. We noticed I didn’t have one, and yet he offered to take the tire off and take it to get repaired if I needed it! I greatly appreciate the consideration and efforts Young’s went through to ensure my vehicle was delivered quickly but also went the extra mile to try to get me back on the road! Thank you!

I was driving across county, out in the middle of nowhere and my fan belt broke in my truck. I was stuck. I tried calling a few different places and Interstate was the only one that answered. Don came out to me and saved the day for me. Had me back on the road in less than a hour. Thanks again Don!

The gentlemen were professional and got me home safely. Since it took longer than expected to show up they also discounted the original price. We must deal with towing companies on regular basis but this one stands out by doing the following. - Refused to release our cargo. At first, they told us we need to pay them- we agreed. Then they told us our customer will not want the product –they wanted it in the condition it was in. Lastly, they admitted they were too exhausted and simply didn’t want to do it. We asked if we could hire someone to transfer the product, but they refused to allow us to do that as well. - At the time of them towing our truck they couldn’t find 5 min to explain the condition of our truck and freight (we are aware it couldn’t have been exact) - When you talked to them you get a feel, they don’t want to talk to you and extremely rude. One minute conversation is a whole minute too long. - Hard to get a hold of All the communications and emails are saved can be provided to anyone at any given time. We never left a bad review on a towing company in the past but in this case their lack of professionalism warrants one.
Showed up on time and care of my car. The driver was a great guy. I called a different company the day before and after waiting for 4 hours I called and canceled. All towing companies charge the same rate. Getting one to be on time was nice.

Scam artist at Miracles Collision & Towing pulled my review.. On Sunday, July 14th around 10 pm, tow truck driver from Miracles Towing DPS-53440-W, made an illegal tow to my vehicle while it was parked in a old "handicapped" spot and was not in compliance with R7-8. There hasn't ever been a handicapped sign in this spot and the painting looks very faint, almost painted over. The driver of this tow truck was very aggressive and abusive, and caused significant damage on the vehicle. I walked out and he had my car halfway up the flatbed, but dragged my car my it's front bumper, and severely damaged the rims. I have pictures and videos of the incident as well as the damage. Had the driver done this tow legally and carefully, he could have easily done so without causing damage to my car. The video shows his incompetence in his towing ability. This Business is refusing to work with customer or give insurance information. Update :They lied to the BBB and State attorney general. The tow was illegal, unauthorized and the complex & okcpd stated there wasn't any violation.

Another one of my customers, I deliver propane to.
Awesome customer service
I decided to have my skid loader repaired at belger cartage. The cylinder that goes to the user had broken. (350 part with an hour of labor for the average mechanic which added up on his bid) I was quoted $450 and also asked the supervisor to see what was going on with the hydraulic pressure. 2 weeks later I get a call that it's done an the total is $1,541. Clearly there was a jump in price and this seemed odd to me. Being in the landscape business I inquire some fairly large expenses. I don't love them but I don't mind spending when quality work is being done! All that to say, when I went to pick up the skid loader, the cylinder had been repaired however the hydraulic pressure check costed almost $1100. Nothing was fixed, just checked. The supervisor explained to me how I didn't really understand this machine and how they had to take off seals and bolts to check the pressure. When I looked under the seat at the pump, none of the areas where touched. Also he claimed that I would need to replace the hydraulic pump and that he was 100% positive. When I took it to my regular mechanic, he cleaned out the lines and there was quite a bit of condensation and junk. I didn't get any reports for this company on the $1100 check other than that pump was at 1100 psi and should be at 3000psi. Nothing about any of the dirty fluid or any of the actual reasons why it wasn't running at 3000 psi. When I discussed why a) it jumped up so high in cost and b) why it wasn't fixed now? He explained that it's possible that multiple employees could have been clocked in at the same time on the job. The cylinder repair was also subbed out so what the "Hydraulic Check" appeared to be is a way to make some money on a job that was subbed out. I generally don't have bad experiences like this but I genuinely would feel bad if I didn't write this honest account of what took place there. In summary: I won't be doing any business with this company again and would encourage anyone who is considering them to be cautious so you don't end up getting the short end of the stick as I did.
