Great mechanic! They got my car in quick and they fixed my brakes and changed the valve cover. The car feels so much better now and runs smooth. The price was fair, and they didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. Fast, honest, and friendly service. I’ll definitely go back if I need more work done. Highly recommend!
These guys super great and respectful guys. Had an accident and needed my car towed and fixed. They arrived to get my car 25 minutes after I called! I needed the axel, rack n pinion, control arm, and break lines. They kept me updated the whole time. Needed the car back quick. They got my car in the shop same day. Got it back in less than 36 hrs. Car drives absolutely great.
We used Ramirez tow service and I can’t thank him enough we really appreciated him today! We had him tow our car to a mechanic and once we arrived the mechanic said they couldn’t take us (after they already took or money) he ended up making a phone call and taking our car to another mechanic that works on or specific type of car without charging us extra . That was very helpful! Also not to mention he gave us the BEST PRICE ! Good people for sure !
I was blown away by.Ramirez Towing. They were punctual and are very fair priced. They are very skilled. My tire came off and they are able to block and slide my car around. My driver, Louise was also very good about giving me solid information about how to fix my car not alone. He was very polite and very easy to talk to. I wouldn’t use anybody else but this towing company if I were you., You’re in good hands with Ramirez towing trust me.
I broke down in OKC and was looking for a shop to fix the issue and tow. They towed and fixed my Yukon on the same day for a great price. They were nice, professional, and honest.

First time user. They were absolutely amazing. Both operators I spoke to were extremely nice and very helpful. Also the driver that showed up was just as great.
We scheduled a tow! Not only were they not late!! They were early. The driver was professional and polite, even with my many questions he had patience to reverify everything. We will use them again!
Had my car towed this morning and they arrived within 30 minutes of calling! Shakil was amazing & incredibly respectful to my belongings & integrity of my car! Hopefully I don't need to call a tow truck again but if I do it will definitely be them!
This company was absolutely amazing and kind during one of the most stressful days for myself. I believe the gentleman who towed my truck name was Carlos (loved his 49er hat and support). He had a great easy going attitude and was patient with me and my son and even made it fun for him too. I cannot express my gratitude towards him and this company enough. Hopefully I never need another toe again but I know if I do they'll be the first ones I call.
These guys showed up on the weekend and helped get my lowered vehicle moved with no issues. Professional and knowledgeable and very reasonable on prices compared to other companies. I definitely recommend them for your unexpected tow needs an will be using them again guaranteed!

Trevor did a great job getting my ride out of a tight spot and to the shop. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in town.
Service was exceptional!!! Driver showed up quickly and took great care of my vehicle. I have used several tow companies before and none have beat my service with Allways!
AWESOME company. The tow truck driver Tracy showed up quickly, and he's a really cool guy. He got my truck home safe and sound. I totally recommend this company 24/7 for any of your towing needs. Great rates also 😁🤘
Great service driver was great and very helpful definitely the best towing company out there
Trevour came out and got one of vehicles loaded up and brought to our shop after it broke down. Was patient with us while we did a quick check to see if it needed to go to our mechanic and then took the time to make sure we got everything we needed out of it before taking onto the final leg of the trip. Great customer service and attitude!

I am in Houston Tx and my daughter is in OKC because her Preemie baby boy is still in the hospital. On her way to the hotel she had a blowout on Hwy 74 and called me in a panic. She has no one to help her in OKC so she called me. I googled her location and searched for a roadside assistance close to her. The 1st company I called did not answer the phone, so I called Alpha Towing. Alex answered And told me they could help. They were on the Scene in a matter of 15 minutes and had her car loaded and off the freeway. Her tires in the rear of her car were shot. Alex even sent me pictures of the tires so I could verify what he was telling me. He took her car to a discount tire and unloaded her car as we had discussed (again sending me pictures). He even went so far as to inform the Discount tire manager that they needed to call me( all the while while I was on the phone with him). Alex went above and beyond in helping with this situation and I just wish I could give more then 5 stars. If the need ever arises where I am in OKC and I am in need I will be sure to call this company. From a very grateful father thank you very much!
Good experience with Alpha Towing. They were able to set up my tow same day with no issues. I would use them again.
Very friendly and showed up when he said he would! Price was lower than other places I checked. Would use again.
Alpha towing got my car moved with zero issues. I have the front axle and suspension out due to parts on back order, and where as other tow truck companies wouldn’t even take the job, alpha towing took it on and got it done in less than an hour.
Very good service came Very quickly and took great care with my Car my baby the price was very fair compared to others great customer service on the phone Very polite great company. This was my father's car and it ment a lot to me im fixing it up to honor him and thus company took great care with my baby

The driver was amazing and the service was super fast to show up and take care of my needs. I will definitely use them in the future if I need towing service
The tow truck driver made promise to myself before arriving to tow my vehicle that my family could ride with him and that he would make certain that they would be reunited and safe with me. Yet, shortly after he left with my family in the tow truck he noticed that Enterprise set up the delivery of my rental vehicle to a different location other than Enterprise where I was. Therefore, he took my family back to the original location and left them stranded without a ride or a vehicle. Leaving me and my family separated for hours instead of driving less than 10 minutes out of his way, as he initially promised. Poor customer service!
Super friendly and efficient!! Very nice and knowledgeable driver. Travis made sure everything was hooked up great and made sure my vehicle was towed properly!! Definitely will recommend this company to everyone!!
The driver was outstanding!!! He arrived in a timely manner. He was very professional. He turned a bad day into a good one.
Driver had a little bit of a hard time locating me and my vehicle but he was patience and eventfully found me. He dropped it off exactly where I needed. I would use them again if needed.

After a nasty phone call with another local towing service in town, I called Sergio's to help me move a car that I bought on Copart to my house. The price was fair, the service was friendly and quick. Customer service over the phone, as well as in person, was incredible. I'll always use Sergio's, and recommend them to others!
Super quick and helpful. Thank you Dominic!
Dominic was amazing, we was stuff in weird place, and he helped us get our car out. I would definitely recommend him. He was amazing 👏 🤩
I don’t leave reviews unless the service is exceptional. Today my van broke down in the middle of NW Expressway with no shoulder. Called Sergios due to proximity hoping someone could come quick. Tow driver was immediately dispatched, and the owner himself came and parked his truck behind my van until his guy got there so other drivers wouldn’t rear end my parked van. As a business owner, I understand that is going above and beyond, and I would give 11 out of 10 stars if I could.
Fantastic experience with this company. They showed up in the time frame they provided to me. Jay was polite and helpful, he answered a few questions I had and took care of everything quick!

Mr. Ali was very professional and explained to me everything i needed to know about the process and what my role was as well. very passionate about his work and incredibly helpful. 10/10
Guy was fast and friendly but they charge you to drive 2 you and where you drop off at. $420 to drag truck 7 miles a little much
My car blew a tire at night in a part of town I didn't know. I was scared and trying to get home. I called them at 8pm, and their operator was so nice! She let me know it would be 15 minutes when the tow truck would arrive. The tow truck driver called a minute later to let me know he was 14 minutes away, and would be there soon. He asked how I was doing and reassured me things would be taken care of and I was safe. This man was a complete professional! He even told my husband to sit in the car with me. I hope this young man gets a raise cause I am now only calling 5 Star Towing from now on!! Thank you for a company that still uses real people who care about the customer!!
This company is the best of the best. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. They are truly a great group of guys. They are fast and efficient. They deliver 5 star quality at a great price.
The company lives up to its name; I had no issues. Mohammed Ali was honestly incredible. He was professional in both correspondence and ability, as well as punctual. (And he was handsome lol) As far as the company, I had no issues with someone answering my call. They even enabled me to set an appointment. No complaints.

They show up but prices are a little high
He was very helpful. My ac stopped working in my truck. He fixed it in 5 minutes. Honest guy. Highly recommend him
A's Towing and recovery is hands down the best towing company in the OKC metro area. I've used other companies in the past, and will never again. A's towing took care of my daughter when she had an accident. The driver was quick to respond and very friendly. The next day I went to look at my daughter's wrecked car, and had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Jerry Allen. He's a great guy that really cares about his customers. I recommend A's Towing to anyone that needs their car towed.
They came out on a Sunday and said they could fix it locally. Saved me 1300 in a tow. Then for the parts and fixed it and they did not take advantage of me. They knew we were traveling thru and didn’t overcharge us. Highly recommend them
Jerry is the best guy I ever met!

I had to have my van towed to get it fixed since it wouldn't start. The tow truck came quite quickly, and the man was polite enough to inform me what might be wrong. I appreciated how honest and professional they were.
It seems lately like towing is an easy field to get into. I've had a couple times recently where a guy shows up an hour late and barely knows what he's doing. Not these guys. Roadside Relief told me "about an hour, maybe less" and showed up in 45 minutes. He handled everything right, good equipment, careful with my car, fast load and unload, you name it. All around great job.
I always call this firm when I need to haul something. They are always dependable, cheap, and professional. If you need help on the road, I suggest them.
I had a flat tire on the highway, and their roadside help staff got there so quickly. Before I departed, they helped me change the tire and checked the spare's pressure. It's good to work with people who really want to help.
Called for a flat tire and ended up requiring a tow. They did both efficiently and professionally.

Special vehicle towing for my modified truck was handled with care. Very professional.
I locked my keys in the car and didn't want to break a window. They came right away and opened it in a few minutes. Helped me a lot.
I phoned them because I had a flat tire that couldn't be fixed. The technician quickly put my car on the flatbed and took me to a business nearby.

I bought a uhaul truck and broke down south of i-35. I called them to tow and not only did they charged me too high but called uhaul company to report a stolen truck. They picked up the truck to the address I asked them to and instantly a uhaul tow truck picked it up without me being present. I tried so many times to reach this company to give me contact details of the uhaul tow truck or the number they reported to but no one ever responded to me. I had to call multiple uhaul departments to get this error fixed and they gave me back the truck after several days. Won't recommend.
What shall I say about Jonathan??? He towed our big rig to the Freightliner dealership in the scorching Oklahoma heat with quiet authority and minimal fuss. I sat in the cab with him and in the short ride we spoke of the importance of hard-work, family values and taking time to decompress. He shared pictures of his beautiful wife and children and expressed his pride. His mechanical acumen is evident. I am so very glad he was our recovery agent. His quiet, self-assured mannerism was comforting. Bless you Jonathan and thank you Farrington Group. I hope to not have to be towed again, but I would not be disappointed if Jonathan was at the wheel of that Peterbilt!
Jonathan from Farmington was professional, and fast. He got the truck lifted within 20 minutes, in a dangerous highway. Also, he can back the trailer and truck in no time.
I didn’t use their services but, I called on a weekend looking to get RV towed just a mile down the road to fix a flat tire. Very thankful for Jason lending a helping hand in my very sticky situation. He was very helpful and kind. If needed in future, he’s absolutely a reference I’d turn to. Thank you Jason!
Early morning during the snow storm, Jonathan @ Farrington Towing helped my drivers to pull the truck and trailer out of the median of the free way. Hi is very considerate, kind, and professional. Also, he cut some hours on my bill. I think they are kind of honest of where the tow truck comes from and how long it will take to get back. As reviewed by others on Google, Farrington Towing and Recovery did a good job. Thanks for the service.

Never showed up after a 2 hour wait and still tried to charge me
So after I give up with my car, I call them to take it back to my place from an autoshop. With no insurance help it only cost 200(which is cheap and they are 24/7) AND very fast. Im talking they take it and tow it to my place asap. Very gentle with my car and very nice.
I'm so thankful for Silver Towing Oklahoma City's amazing tow truck service. They were there for me when I needed help the most. After my car broke down in the middle of rush-hour traffic, their team was fast and efficient, arriving quickly on the scene and then safely towing my car away to my chosen mechanic. I'm appreciative of their incredible work!
I chose to give a nearby towing firm a try after my car broke down on the side of the road. And I'm so glad that I did - they showed up right on time and were really helpful in getting me out on the road again. Bravo to the gentlemen, they really brightened my day!
Quick, friendly and affordable. Other wrecker services quoted me $150 more than what I paid today. Driver was polite and was able to get me on the road quickly.

Good guys fast unload
In May 2024, Northwestern Crane placed a 19-foot swim spa in our backyard and had to hover the pool over our home. It was a seamless process. The crew was very professional. I often work with construction, drilling, and civil contractors for work. The Northwestern crew was the most safety conscious and professional I have worked with in close to 10 years in the industry. Well done and apologies for the late review.
Manager came to office and personally apologized for the problems we had. It was not his fault nor was he involved but he still came by to personally apologize and try to make things right which goes along way in my personal opinion. We do appreciate that he did that.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Unprofessional! Cael Lorenzo did such a sloppy job. If he couldn't do the job correctly then he could've simply said that. My car is crooked, the back end is almost in my yard and the front end block me from parking in my driveway. He almost hit my carport and was well on the way of tearing my car up. He was a complete headache. He had the nerve to curse at me and hang up in my face because he is inexperienced. I will stick to TowMate. Exactly what Cael lazy/bad driving behind said he couldn't do, they did! Refused to fix it or give me at least some of the money back. Then told me that it was none of my business who his boss was. He honestly just showed how miserable and ignorant he was. He can keep the little $140, people like that always get what they dish out.
Fast and very friendly

I’d give negative stars if it was possible. I’m still on the side of the road as we speak 4 hours later . I was sent to this company through my roadside assistance provider. Original time estimate was 90 mins. They called about 45 mins into the wait time and asked for the vehicle specifics. No one ever showed up. I called again asking for an arrival update to which the said it would be an hour. Over an hour passed and I called again. They gave me an additional 30-45 minute update. Another hour passed and finally my roadside assistance company called for a status and they tried to say they needed another half hour. My company cancelled it and is finding a new company as we speak to come get my vehicle off the side of the road
Told me it would be 30 min before he picked me up, took almost 2 hours. We get to Hibdon tires plus and the technicians were looking at it while it was on the tow. I went inside to check in my vehicle with the company, as the techs and tow truck driver look at my van a little. I come back outside and the tow truck driver let my van roll into a ditch over a curb
Worst company in the state!!! Pretty sad that you had to change your name because no company wants to deal with you!!! It's now called head 2 tow, which is the stupidest name for a company, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. They'll damage your vehicle and when you call to ask they get very violent with you and constantly hang up on you and cuss at you very unprofessional service I would give them zero stars if I could.. do not waste your money call a better company... P.S Just because you have multiple Google accounts with different names doesn't make you a better COMPANY, you guys are seriously the worst company in the STATE OF OKLAHOMA.
I wish I could give zero. They have the WORST customer service they are very rude and will damage your car and not take responsibility for it. They stole a pair of shoes and money I had in my console. When I asked about it they lied about. Who opened the center console I didn’t if I did I would have taken my money. It’s my emergency gas money. I’m not sure what they was doing to break my headlight. It had to get hit pretty hard to brake. If you value your property don’t use them.
Worst towing company in the state of Oklahoma!!! Waited 6 hours for a tow!! No phone call, didn't answer the first few times i called!!! Then when i did get ahold of someone, i get yelled at and cussed at!! I'll definitely never call this company ever again. Save your money go somewhere else. There's plenty of other companies in this town that'll treat you better.

I am truly glad that I chose the roadside assistance service. It is heartening to know that there are kind and professional folks out there who can help you in times of need. I'm grateful for the way my car was fixed quickly, with minimum fuss. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need help again - they really do go above and beyond!
My insurance chose this company for my roadside assistance request. They did not call to say when they were coming. They did not call as requested to confirm the vehicle had been dropped off at a repair facility. Two times when I called, they couldn’t even confirm if they were supposed to even pick up my vehicle. This place’s customer service SUCKs. I would push my vehicle before I let this place touch my truck again!
After my car battery died, they told us that it would be an hour and forty-five minutes. Two HOURS later and counting, no towing truck has shown up. Told us that a truck driver will give an ETA, and no one called. Called several times on an ETA. Gave us the ring around on when he will show up. Hundred sixty-five dollars down the drain of sheer incompetence. Use the genetic and robotic "we're sorry" in their reviews. DO NOT USE IF YOUR LIFE DEPEND ON IT. If I could, I would give them a zero star.
When my car broke down in Oklahoma City, I called Sheridan Bros Towing OKC, and they were a total lifesaver! If you need towing in OKC, these guys are fast, professional, and super friendly. They arrived quickly (in zipcode 73102, no less!) and turned what could’ve been a nightmare into a surprisingly easy experience. They clearly know Oklahoma City like experts, and their pricing was fair compared to other towing services. Whether you’re stuck downtown, on I-44, or anywhere in between, Sheridan Bros Towing OKC is the team to trust!
These folks took over twice as long to arrive as they quoted, and when offloading the car at the garage, they damaged both my car and someone else's in the lot! They took no responsibility and left but thankfully the garage told us the truth. They had the audacity to charge me for the tow service when they just caused more than the tow in damages. Absolutely outrageous. Use literally any other tow company that stands by their service.

Friendly and reasonable.

Just had a wreck off the highway. The black gentleman that came to our vehicle demanded that he tow our vehicle first since he was on rotation. He wasn’t closest to our house so we said no. The man that stopped on the side of the highway to make sure we were okay was extremely kind and respectful. We told the cops that we insisted we stay with express wrecker service because of how well he treated us. I’m very disappointed that the black mans only concern was getting money and not asking how we were and if we were safe like Justin from express did. I definitely recommend going elsewhere and not to Young’s.

I was driving across county, out in the middle of nowhere and my fan belt broke in my truck. I was stuck. I tried calling a few different places and Interstate was the only one that answered. Don came out to me and saved the day for me. Had me back on the road in less than a hour. Thanks again Don!
I can’t express how grateful I am for the top-notch service provided by interstate towing! My husband was in a tough spot while driving in OKC with a heavy duty vehicle break down, they came to the rescue. Thanks don
After calling 8 or more towing companies in okc for quotes, Jim had the most transparent and honest pricing. 10/10 recommended. Their facilities are clean and professional. His crews know what they are doing. Justin made it look easy.
They brought our Sweet Selah home to us! She’s a 25k pound bus. Great service great price

Unprofessional. If you need a receipt, make sure you do NOT let him leave or you won't get one! Bad business. Just take note of how they do not want to take responsibility. All we wanted was a receipt for our services and when we did not receive that receipt we had to call and text several times. And of course it is the customers fault. Wow! We finally received a credit card transaction slip from them and not even a receipt for services the next day and only after I had placed a Google review. And they also claim we wanted a fraudulent receipt for a personal vehicle? This makes no sense as the vehicles registered to the corporation. And it doesn't matter anyway because it isn't fraudulent when a business owner makes a purchase. Very classy. Notice how self-centered and condescending they are to think that we would even do business with them again. Lastly, Look at the negative reviews they received and their responses to those reviews. It is always the customers fault of why the customer left a one star rating. What a shame. I also hope you realize we don't go out of our way to slam any business for a silly reason. I'm just saying beware and use this company at your own risk.
Called them because my Jeep broke down, it was blowing snow and they were there in 25 minutes! The guy was super kind and got the job done quickly!
Haven’t ever used this company before, and don’t think I ever will. Was trying to drop my daughters off at their mothers, which they have to be home by a certain time. Tow truck driver blocked the road, instead of being polite enough to pull forward letting my car and another go by. A dude who smelt like a damn sewer gets out after turning on some bright lights toward my car and says “I’m gonna need you to move.” I do so. He pulls forward enough into a driveway where I then try to go forward. He quickly backs up blocking the road again, instead of being polite to let passerbys move along. So coming here, I see how they respond to unfavorable reviews. That’s a sign of bad customer service as is. When customers have bad experiences at the hands of a company, it’s not up to a company to berate them. If there is more than one tow truck. Hopefully they don’t act like this. If they do, I imagine it won’t be a good look.
The gentlemen were professional and got me home safely. Since it took longer than expected to show up they also discounted the original price. I would recommend them as your first choice when needing this type of service. Thanks for saving me at the post office on Heffner and getting me home again!!!
Ben was excellent and let me know he could tow my van and trailer. En route, I was told the trailer may not be covered by my AAA premiere; it was not. I was told to pay for the tow already dispatched, it would cost $520 to tow the trailer 43 miles.

I have a customer in need of towing her car to Reno & May. from Penn Square . Talk on the phone I was told the towing rate would be $ 75. Taking the car to the destination, the driver asked for $100, I called the man on the phone and he says because the driver had to hand-push the car out of the parking spot which he did when the car was on neutral ! You judge ;-) To me it's just ripped-off ! Of course I get rid of their tel # on my phone :0 Never make that mistake again !
Friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I was bumped for emergency which is understandable, yet could have been explained prior that may happen. Aside from the minor inconvenience, I was very pleased with the overall service. Thanks
If there was an opportunity to give negative stars, I absolutely would. I won't go down the path of name calling, airing his dirty laundry, and all of that. Lorenzo held on to a vehicle for 9 months. Was paid good money to fix it by the insurance carrier. Extended deadlines every month. Abided by his rules and he still couldn't get it done. Upon receiving the vehicle, it came back worse than when it went in. Please please please please... do not use this company.
These guys came to my rescue! After another towing company gave me the run around for almost 8 hours, they showed up, had to deal with an unfriendly driver for another company, transfer my car from that truck to their truck, and then they brought it home. These guys were very professional, very kind, patient, understanding, I could keep going on! Will definitely recommend them!
We had to get a tow on a semi. They did not mention anything about not reconnecting the drive shaft and left us hanging. We had even tipped the driver a nice chunk for his work. After we called they said they had not charged us for an extra hour as the driver was waiting for payment. We have everything time stamped and confirmed payment was done within minutes. I don't feel they are forthcoming in their business practices and I am not sure if I can trust them.

Worst company with very unsafe equipment!! Completely unprofessional to say the least. The dispatcher Geary will not inform you of anything going on the day before the job and has a horrible attitude. Don’t count on getting anywhere to fast with any peace of equipment. You will be broke down asking for a mechanic to come help only to find out he’s broke down too. When I left 1 out of 6 crane were able to be dispatched. 0 out of 5 stars for this company, I had to put at least one or I wouldn’t be able to leave a review. Keep looking elsewhere for safety especially..
They are self insured... and you can't get them to pay for broken items. Do not use them. To much to lose by using them. I used them for rigging services after I bought some items that needed transportation. I was charged $1000 per pallet to according to the quote, "Palletizing, securing your equipment for transport on pallets, wrapping in plastic and loading said pallets for your carrier to transport". There were 5 items, Dock Plate, Semiauto Pallet wrapper, and 3 date code printers. For the 3 machines, they put each on a pallet with ONE metal strap across the base to hold the item to the pallet and some shrink wrap around the mechanicals. The item broke because it was not supported correctly. They claim it was the trucking companies issue, but the pallets themselves arrived fine, just the unsecured items broke. I asked them for pictures of the items after they were loaded on the truck and they never provided them to me. I called Kyle to ask for their insurance company and policy number and he refused. They said they are "self-insured" to a point. So it makes it impossible to make a claim if something happens. I still have not heard from their management or legal counsel after several phone calls. All I want is my money back, much less them to replace the items that broke during transport. My next step is to send them a letter from my lawyer.
