Aftet my car got drop off at the mechanic. I received 3 phone call with in 10 minutes to pay the invoice. Trying to explain to the mechanic the problem so I can get back to work.. I will never use the company ever again
My car’s shifter cable unhooked at 11pm last night. My car was stuck in park and I was at a stoplight. I called Santa Fe tow service, and in seconds I was connected with an operator. She was quick to respond to my call. She got me a driver instantly and sent me a link to my tow truck driver’s location. It only took about 15 minutes for my tow truck driver, Brian, to arrive on scene. Brian was extremely professional and got to work quick. He was able to turn a negative experience to a positive one. My biggest fear was the fee, but I was surprised by how reasonable it was. I’m extremely grateful for the operator, Brian, and Santa Fe tow. Thank you
Had an amazing experience with a driver named Patrick! After being stranded from 7pm to 4am because no other tow truck service would show up Patrick showed up within 20 minutes of calling Santa Fe Tow service. Took my car to a dealer for a quick repair. I APPRECIATE YOU GUYS!!!!
whoever the office lady is should no longer be employed she’s very short and rude. Obviously getting your car towed is not a good day to begin with but you can leave it to her and this company to make the experience that much worse! I had all the paperwork for the vehicle but she was still trying to refuse giving it to me because my license was inside the car they towed took almost an hour and a half.

My car was stuck in park in my driveway, so I needed a tow to a place to get it fixed. Tye and Chris were both very friendly and helpful. They first attempted to fix the shifter themselves, and when they determined it would need more extensive repairs, they asked where I planned to have them take it. When I told them, they offered a suggestion for a less expensive shop with a great reputation. They allowed me to ride with them to the shop to discuss the repairs with the owner, and then they gave me a ride back home for no additional charge. Both were personable and expressed a desire to help in the community. I'll definitely call them first when I need any kind of service for my vehicle in the future.
This is an amazing company. They came and toed my mom's car for me and helped her out within 15 minutes after my call. I will always choose this company if I'm ever in need of a tow.
Chris and his crew moved a 22 foot storage container from an auction site to my house. They were very professional, fast, and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left. I highly recommend them for any of your towing or moving needs.
My husbands father has been having some dementia like symptoms and the other day decided it would be a good idea to drive his car behind his apartment complex into about four inches of mud. These guys came out (within 15 minutes) pulled him out of the mud. Not only were they incredibly professional, but they were understanding to his situation and made sure not to worry him too much. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. They were the best part of a crummy afternoon, that's for sure!

My work truck broke down on Shawnee Mission Parkway during rush hour, with a trailer attached. Dispatch was able to get a flatbed to me within minutes, and my driver, RJ, handled the situation like it was an art form. He was great and I'd work with Santa Fe again just because of him. Overall the company took good care of me and my vehicle, quickly, and at a decent price- I'm very satisfied with my experience this morning.
Santa Fe Tow Service helped tow my wife and I after a long exhaustive day spent visiting a relative in the hospital and after still doing our shopping for household goods we were wiped out by car trouble. Bree was incredible. I just had my car fixed and it started overheating a few miles down the road. Waited 6 months for this car to get fixed but she made me feel better about the situation. Xavier called me within ten minutes after I placed a call to AAA. He was to my car within 30 minutes which was incredibly fast especially for a Saturday evening. He was cheerful and helpful and transported our car safely to our chosen auto shop.

My husband and I were stranded in the middle of Kansas on a Sunday with engine trouble while on our way from Southwest Missouri to our daughter's wedding in Colorado. After a long day of travel and two hours on the side of the road in the hot, late June heat, Xavier picked us up and towed us to a Firestone in Northeast Wichita. My sons car had a broken lower control arm. Austin from Kidd Towing was able to get it loaded and up my very steep drive and into my shop. Wasn't sure it would make it but Austin did a great job. Very prompt! The driver was courteous and very knowledgeable about his craft. Carefully loaded my car, hauled it directly to the destination, unloaded it and helped push it into the bullpen. I hope I don’t need them again, but if I need towed, I’ll be using them again!

I've used many tow services over the years with varying results, some even including damage to the vehicle. This was the first time using Overland Tow Service and they were definitely the best I've experienced. They gave me an ETA and price over the phone. It was more expensive than services I've used in the past, but I believe you get what you pay for. Donovan arrived sooner than expected and called me when picking up the car. He then arrived at the destination, even willing to carefully put the car in the garage for me. He took photos of the car before and after, and I was provided a link where I could see them. Overall, their service was very thorough and exceeded my expectations.

Awesome company!!! My husband blew a tire on his way home from work, extremely fair pricing and amazing customer service!! 10/10 recommend this company as your go to!! They are very friendly, the man we spoke to on the phone went above and beyond in being helpful and ensuring he went over the total before setting up the tow!!! We had spoken to another company before hand that couldn't even touch the customer service we received tonight!!!! They're not a company that is going to waste your time, they're right on time and work efficiently! It is 1am and I feel like we received the same care as if it would've been during the day! I had an unexpected battery/electrical issue and made a call to Elite Towing. They answered the call quickly, took my info, and had a technician out in less than twenty minutes (Topeka area). Price was reasonable, Zack was awesome, and we got it all handled in maybe an hour tops. I highly recommend the service and am very satisfied with the experience.

I really wish I had remembered to get my driver's name. He was very good and professional. He deserves some recognition! This was a Nissan Altima pick up off I35 between Wellsville and Ottawa on the evening of 8/21/25. We were originally given a 1-1.5 hrs arrival time by dispatch. They told us we didn't have to wait with the car so we went home about 10 miles away. Before we even got home, our driver called and said he'd arrive in 20-30 minutes. I was super grateful he could get there so quick because we had already waited 45 minutes for State Farm Roadside service to find us a tow, which isn't J&K's fault. Today marks the two year anniversary of my mother's passing so it's been a rough and emotional day. Our driver didn't know that but his professional demeanor ensured that I didn't have any added stress to an already stressful day, and for that I am thankful!

My truck’s oil sensor had gone out (as I later found out at the mechanic) leaving me stranded. It was already late in the day, going on 7pm I believe. This was the only tow service that responded and came out to help get my truck to the mechanic. The tow guy took amazing care while loading my truck onto the flatbed and delivered it safely. If the need ever arises again, this company has my business. Professional, prompt, and available for me when the chips were down. Thank you so much!
Needed a tow for my hotshot truck (1ton truck dodge) and gooseneck trailer loaded, tow truck driver showed up in a semi truck and not rollback, driver seemed like he should've been dispatched an it needed rollback, which they knew I had drive tran issues...after hour of trying get my drive shaft out and calling for help his boss/owner decided to tow my truck in neutral and it running, driver on Speakerphone asked the owner if it was gonna be ok to tow like this an he OK IT 100%...After 8-9 miles in our 10 mile trip the driver noticed the Rear-end was smoking and had to pull over, worried to go on he called his boss again, it was clearly messed up by this point...got it to hotel and got no remorse or anything from company or owner, driver agreed again he should've been towing it an needed a rollback...After getting truck back to my mechanic shop, found out it broke axle only, nothing wrong with rest of rear-end...they ruined my whole rear-end over bad judgment and take ZERO RESPONSIBILITY

I don’t recall the drivers name but I was one of the FedEx drivers that was broke down all the way out in Harrisonville on 9/3. We did have to wait a couple hours but the level of respect and friendliness when our driver arrived was purely amazing. Our driver was very friendly, offered to stop at a convenience store after we were loaded up and in the road so we could get a drink or use the restroom and had several great and interesting tow stories to tell us about, 2 stories from years ago we passed the scene on our way back to Olathe. Until today I had never even heard of Simple Tow Service, but now you will be the first call I’ll make if I ever need towed again.
CJ at Simple Tow was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. Highly recommend!
Sam was very friendly and professional. My problem was minor because I was home but major because my son’s car was stuck in a hole in my driveway (story for another day). Sam kept things light and tried to see if he could could talk my son through the process of getting his car out but it didn’t work. I was impressed by Sam because he didn’t make me feel like “just another tow”. The situation was as important to him as it was to me. Thank you Sam!!!
First of all-I hated the need to be towed in the first place. Having stated this, Simple Tow is as close to this being a good experience as there can be. Sam and his truck showed up within 15 minutes of when I called and the cost of the towing service was very fair. He was friendly and did a great job of protecting my car during the process. Hope no one needs towing, but if you do, call Simple Tow.
We called simple tow and did not feel we were being taken advantage of. The gentleman we worked with was very honest and helpful! Would call again if needed.

I was stranded yesterday, with two foster puppies, on a construction site. I requested service via AAA.They sent a service/battery guy first. I was impressed that he was equipped to check my battery and a had a car code reader. He was polite and kind and it truly felt like he enjoyed helping me out. He ordered a tow. The tow driver was equally as helpful and understanding. Professionalism and excellent attitudes made this the best tow experience I have ever had. I highly recommend them! They will be my first call, if needed, in the future!

DONT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT ALL OF YOUR THINGS STOLEN!!! Almighty Tow Service transported a friend’s car from the accident scene (that was heavily monitored by police) to their lot. Either while in route to the lot, or once on the lot, thousands of dollars of tools were stolen from the vehicle, along with the friend’s wallet. When brought to Almighty Tow Service’s attention, they showed extreme lack of empathy, and took no responsibility. They didn’t even offer to look at their cameras that are on the lot to see if they could be of any help in finding out where everything went.
TIM was absolutely outstanding. Fast service, truly cares about your vehicle and does the job right! I've never had such a friendly, outgoing tow driver in my life! He took a bad situation and truly made the day better knowing my vehicle was in good hands. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!! WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU IN THIS WORLD!!!!

8am Saturday one of our company vehicles broke down. In about 1 hour the tow truck was there bringing our vehicle to our mechanic. Now that is great customer service. Locally and family owned. Will be our go to company from now on. Also had great pricing!!!

⸻ On Saturday I went out to find my tire flat. I called my insurance company for roadside assistance, and they sent Kidds Towing. When Kidds Towing pulled up, the driver was clearly on drugs. He hopped out of the car, did a few spins (literally standing there bug-eyed and spinning in a circle 3–4 times). This worried me, but I figured I could trust a company my insurance sent out. WRONG. He started taking the lug nuts off. About 25 minutes later, when he was taking off the last nut, it started smoking—about to catch fire. The lug nuts were in perfect condition before this. He was extremely rough. After getting the tire off, he grabbed my new tire and used my old tire to hit and beat it in, damaging the rim. When his drill got stuck, he hit it against my new rim as well. You can clearly see the damage. When he finished, he said he couldn’t get the last lug nut in because it was damaged and I would have to buy another one. I bought a new one, tried to put it in, and it didn’t catch. I then went to a tire shop, and they told me the threading was damaged from whoever took the lug nuts out last. This was NOT an issue before Kidds Towing touched my car. Now I will have to get my tire re-threaded. I called my insurance to report what happened. Kidds Towing sent them a photo of the completed work and claimed the damage was already there. But their own photo shows only 4 lug nuts installed when my tire originally had all 5. How is that not their fault? When I called Kidds Towing directly, they laughed at me, said “case closed, we didn’t do it,” refused to provide a manager’s name or number, then hung up on me. When I called back, they told me, “Come up here face to face if you want this worked out.” This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. If you hire people on drugs to work on cars, you are responsible for the risks that brings. You cannot damage someone’s car, deny responsibility, and move on. I just want all five lug nuts in my tire like it was before your guy showed up. I will continue making google reviews, complaints to the BBB, and Kansas consumer protection office. Until I have 5 lug nuts in my tire!! :)
Office workers were nice but business practices are sketchy at best. Company lists on Google they are open 24hrs. They are not. They tow 24hrs, but the office is only open M-F 8a-5pm with different hours on Saturday and closed Sunday. They only accept cash and exact change at that. Most people don't carry hundreds of dollars on them at a time. This seems predatory. No cash or exact change? Come back tomorrow and pick up your property for an additional $30, their daily storage fee. Make sure to call ahead to get a the cost of retrieving your property so you can get the necessary cash. They will not inform you that they accept cash only and exact change over the phone when asking for the total fee, even though such a requirement is abnormal relative to any other professional business. Per Kansas state law, you need proof of insurance, proof of registration, and a valid drivers license for them to release your vehicle. This aspect does not effect the rating given. They cannot control this.
I honestly want to leave negative stars, they make picking up a vehicle difficult for no reason, did not feel my vehicle was safe with them being left on their lot. The worker brought 5 sets of keys and told me the brakes on mine don’t work when they worked perfectly fine when It was towed. The front desk lady couldn’t be bothered to get out of her seat to help at all she would tell her workers to grab papers off the desk and bring it to the customer. It was clear she couldn’t be bothered to get up and help. Said I could only pay in cash and I asked where the nearest atm was and she sent me all the way down the street I made it clear I would be right back. Got the cash and got back a couple minutes before close and they were all had already left and closed down. I’m assuming just in an attempt to get an extra day of storage to charge me. She knew I was grabbing the cash and coming right back and tried to make my experience here very difficult. Just overall a very unpleasant experience felt like the workers were eyeing my vehicle and kept talking about it which made me nervous they were going to try and take stuff from it which is why I was trying so hard to get it that night. Worst towing experience I’ve had.

The guy who owns this place is a really nice guy. He is very friendly and helpful. Professional. The lot is on South Broadway towards the second bridge. So a little bit farther from the more concerning areas down that way. He has a closed lot in the back to keep vehicles safe. If you have a vehicle that needs to be towed, I would highly recommend him.

Suarez was able to respond during our major winter storm, and got me going quickly. I called for a tow after A mAjor compAny first tried jumping it, then cancelled the tow to the dealership on me without communication three times. My roadside assistance told me i could call a different company and be reimbursed. Suarez was able to get there within two hours. Michael wanted to get my car on the flatbed safely, so he put the charger on to get it out of park, and it unexpectedly started. He told me to let it run for a few minutes, then we'd check to see if it started again. He even helped me get the ice off. They were also very fair in their pricing.
So very grateful and thankful to Jared for the extremely quick and professional service. We live in a very rural area, and our call was handled within one hour of notification that we needed our daughters car unlocked. He had to park on the road and walk down our driveway in consideration of our landscaping and had us taken care of in under 5 minutes. I've made reservations with these guys and both times theyve called the day of pickup and told me I had to wait even longer because of someone else needs to be picked up. Even though I called the day before and set up a pickup time. Plus they are over priced compared to other town companies. Unless you're in an emergency I wouldn't use this place.

We had the unfortunate incident of having to call a tow on new years eve of all times, when both my wife's jeep wouldn't start and then my son-in-laws truck blew a power steering hose and was disabled. We called our insurance and had us set up with SS Tow but they never came even though we were getting texts from them. Then they said we never came up on their docket. Everything is closed by now and its cold, we have no heat, so we call the insurance back and then they say the new tow company should be there in 30 minutes and heck if they weren't just spot on their time. Very nice guy Robert did an excellent job and got us back to our house safe sound and warm. Most definitely recommend these guys..Refer them to my family and friends. Thank you Midwest Tow!

TNT Towing stepped in when another local towing company failed miserably. My son had spent 2 hrs waiting to have his car towed & was only told it would be another hour after HE reached out to the towing company for an update (3x). It was 4:00pm & my son needed to be at work by 6:00pm. Our Roadside Assistance service contacted 10 different companies around Wichita that could get to him as soon as possible & tow his car so he could go on to work on time. Roadside called back & said TNT was advised of the situation and accepted the assignment. TNT's driver Sam called us within 20 minutes to say he was on his way, showed up EXACTLY when he SAID he would show up and expeditiously loaded my son's car and took it where we needed it to go. Communication for me is a BIG deal. Doing what you say and keeping your word is a BIG DEAL to me, and if a towing company can't make it when they said they'll be there, no problem....just tell me so I can choose a different service provider. TNT KEPT THEIR WORD and showed up when they SAID they would SHOW UP. I really really appreciated that so much in this situation when my son was already stressing about his car and being able to get to work on time. I will ALWAYS request TNT Towing when I call my Roadside Assistance in the future. Special note of thanks to the driver, Sam. My son is 18 and still in high school yet Sam treated him with great respect and consideration. It bothers me to say not all service providers treat high schoolers with that level of respect and consideration. Sam didn't dismiss him as "just another high school kid". Sam treated my son as the working, bill paying, responsible young man he is, including involving my son in the process of getting his vehicle loaded, teaching him, and providing another opportunity for my son to learn a new skill from another man. We are tickled pink over the excellent service we received from Happy Hooker (Wichita, Ks) after a nightmare of events on Christmas Eve! Our vehicle broke down 1/2 way to Missouri from Wichita and after 4-5 hours of frustration dealing with the vehicles warranty road side service, we finally called my company’s usual towing service (Happy Hooker) and they were so professional and friendly (ON CHRISTMAS DAY!!!) in the way they responded to our very difficult situation. We had to drop off the extra key FOB before they could leave for the approx 2 hour trip to pickup my ‘23 GMC Yukon Denali XL. When my wife stopped off to drop off the extra key FOB, she was greeted with…”Hello… Merry Christmas” in a very sweet, upbeat voice and a huge smile! They let us know what they could do for us an sent a driver out right away! When they found the dealership was closed and gates locked, they called and we made arrangements to bring it back the next day! We have always been happy with their professionalism and great service and when we were in such a difficult situation on Christmas Eve, 1/2 way between Wichita and our Christmas Day destination, they “did not” let us down! We broke down on the side of I-70 30 miles east of Topeka with our F450 and 48 foot fifth wheel, and our Coach-Net service couldn't find a towing company to help us - they tried Heartland Recovery but they were rude and had a bunch of stupid company policies. We ended up calling GT Towing in Kansas City who we had worked with before, and they recommended that we call Taylor's Towing in Topeka and that was the best call we made that day. Tyler and Shawn from Taylor's came out and rescued our family of four, two dogs, our F450, and our fifth wheel! They were prompt, professional, and extremely helpful during a stressful situation. I highly recommend you skip the others and just call Taylor's Towing!
Hydroplaned on the I-70 10 minutes out of Topeka. SUV ended up about 70-80ft down a hill. Tyler and crew came out with his F350 and an extra tow truck to pull out my SUV. He attached his F350 and had my SUV out within 10 minutes. My SUV was was undrivable so they got it on the bed of the tow truck and Tyler personally drove my family and I back home, which was about 45 minutes away from Topeka. This company was very professional and respectful throughout the encounter. I highly recommend Taylor's Towing for any and all towing needs you may have!

This guy saved our weekend. My car died in a parking lot at 6pm on a Friday and I thought all my plans were out the window. I tried jumping the car by myself and had no success, I thought my car was done for. Fortunately Bud Roat’s Towing came down and got my car up and running within minutes. Wait time was better than outstanding. 15 mins to arrive and 2 mins to fix and explain to me what went wrong. I got my car back home after that. I had two small children with me and wait time is very important to me. He was a friendly guy and genuinely concerned with our safety and getting us all on the road again. Excellent customer service. My Vehicle broke down at 96 and Oliver. I called Bud Roat's towing and ordered a tow truck. I was told it would be an hour no more than an hour and a half. After 2 hours of waiting, I called back and was informed by the dispatcher that the driver who was scheduled to help me out was dropping off a vehicle at 96 and Rock Rd. I was told he would be to my location with in 2O minutes. Another hour later, I called again and was told by the dispatcher that she sent him to handle a police involved tow..Not only was I blown off but they didn't even have the audacity to call and tell me that I wasn't going to be helped by them. I wouldn't use them even if it meant losing my vehicle.
Bud Roat responded to my call for roadside, a tow from QT to my mechanic. I was able to ride with the driver who was friendly and professional. 10 out of 10 experience! Highly recommend for your towing needs.
Watch out for this place. They have contracts with several local parking lots. Towed my car while I took tire off to be repaired it was on jack stands. Came back car was towed 2 doors down charged me 168.00.
Happy with how it went. No issues worth mentioning.

Millers towing is absolutely great. My wife’s car was stolen and then wrecked last night. Miller’s was there in 10 minutes to recover it and the driver hooked up power for us so we could get our belongings out of the hatch. We had to go to their lot to get the rest of our belongings and the lady in the office was awesome and walked us to our car to get everything out. I wouldn’t do business anywhere else. He towed both my vehicles to two different shops to save me paying for an out of town tow twice! Thanks Again! Just for general information...... after hours calls out of town are easily 150.00 or more coming from someone that lives out of town. As someone that was a service writer, broken ball joints and other certain problems require the use of a skate (not just a piece of wood) under the vehicle as to not cause more damage than you started with. If your vehicle was towed and it looked easy your driver was experienced and knows how to do his job. If he does additional work to prevent damage more than just hook on and pull your car up he is obviously taking care of your property and feels it necessary. Folks should be ashamed giving a bad review on something they don't understand without attempting to call the business owner for explanation.

Don’t want to get ripped-off and get scammed? Call a different towing places- need my car tow- at first, it is missing one 1rim & 1tire- the lady said, it will require equipment and told us $150 - we were able to get a wheel and tire on- the guy just use a block placed underneath the car, took him less than than 30sec- she couldn’t go down the price and charge us double. Just using a damn block and call that an equipment and charge double. Took Less than 30sec to do, with a small block. Rip-off meters 1000+
They got 1 star only because zero isn't a choice. We had a terrible experience with Ken's Towing that I feel compelled to share. The way they treated us was nothing short of scandalous. After our dirt bike was towed, we encountered numerous obstacles when trying to retrieve it. Their staff was unhelpful and dismissive, making it seem like they were more interested in keeping our bike than returning it. Communication was a nightmare; they provided conflicting information and seemed to change their policies on a whim. It became painfully clear that they were trying to exploit the situation for their own gain. We felt like we were dealing with crooks rather than a legitimate towing service. I strongly advise anyone to think twice before using Ken's Towing. Their lack of professionalism and integrity left us frustrated and disappointed. Save yourself the trouble—look for a more reputable service.

The place he towed me to to get my tire fixed was closed, so he helped remove my tire and told me to to take the tire itself to Walmart. Awesome!
Just had a tow from these guys about ten minutes ago. They arrived 30 minutes before the estimated wait, which was great. Eric was incredibly helpful, and had no problem with helping push the car to the tow truck. Having a car break down is already a bad situation, but Dales definitely made this part much easier! Went in 87th st location and female was smoking outside and saw us go in so had to wait for her to finish smoking then she came in and helped somebody else when we were 1st in and we brought everything she asked for or needed then she said she can't let us get our things out of it without a release which she never told us before we drove there, so after we called travelers they talked to her and they said now we see what your saying and they allowed us to get our stuff and after all that we had to release the car so they can take it. Makes no sense for both to release this or that she was rude and not very good should of been one release not a back and fourth thing. Next time I'll have my own stuff towed at accident if possible, Dales on 87th is no good.

When My truck broke down, my roadside assistance contacted TOW RIFIK to tow my vehicle. I was told to expect them to get to my location in about 30 minutes. They arrived within that window. The operator of the tow truck was extremely courteous and professional. He was kind enough to give me a ride to my house. TOW RIFIK would be my first choice if I ever need this service again.
Friendliest people I have ever met! They were quick and kept me up to date on their ETA. I have had horrible experiences with tow companies and this one by far has been the best!!! Thank you to my new hometown friends!!!

I'm a Schneider National driver my box truck broke down on me at 3:30 this morning so Schneider call tow service towing told me 1 1/2 hours someone would be out Anthony was there on time very professional and Courteous knew what he was doing and have me home in no time thank you man

Not only did they tow my car that was legally parked in a public parking lot. They towed it at the request of someone who didn't have the authority to have a car towed from that lot. There for 2 hours, im literally 50 yards away. Then, the car was just painted still wrapped up with plastic. Another dead giveaway the car shouldn't be towed. They tow it flying down the highway, everything flapping and smacking against the car. Rain, they don't care if there's no windows. And do you think they cared that they shouldn't have towed my car? Basically stole my car. Lol of course not. This place doesn't care about right or wrong. This place doesn't care about your vehicle. This is nothing but a racket, a criminal like enterprise that should be banned from operating. If you're car has ever been stolen. Very good chance your car is sitting on a car lot, under a different name but owned by a tow company. Who somehow legally own your stolen car.

Very rude and inconsiderate. I guess good customer service, things like friendly, helpful staff, quick and efficient services, and basic people skills aren't important to this company. They act like they don't need or want business so just go ahead and call literally any other tow service in the KC Metro....
Charles helped get my car out of a small parking garage that other tow companies weren't able to help me with. He arrived fast, was very professional and helpful and the price was reasonable - about what you'd expect for a tow. I definitely recommend!
I was involved in an accident and had tno access to the title to prove the vehicle was mine. Not to mention there was $4000 worth of tools in it. Michelle Reeves helped me with the process and had a huge amount of compassion and understanding to my situation and I was eventually able to get all of tools back so I could get back to work. In todays world people dont care often about others situations yet her understanding and willingness to help is a huge example of what it means to have respect for your fellow human beings. I will refer them to anyone I come across. As long your polite and respectful....she will help you in anyway possible. I highly recommend there services.
I really hate companies who make it the most difficult to do a simple task. Unfortunately the customer service does nothing to make up for this. I can deal with anything as long as customer service is at the very least.. good. It’s horrible here. Come on guys you can do better!!! Train your people in customer service! a little kindness goes a long way I promise!
The company waits until the middle of the night and tow your car for expired tags. How are you going to FORCE someone to get tags? I literally came to rest before my shift at work. I came to my husbands apartment at 11pm. I had to be at work by 3am. I come outside car gone. Just got the job, couldn't miss a day, but needless to say they took my car and my job! I called and tried to please my case, but dude wasn't trying to hear me. They put a sticker on my car A MONTH prior. Sticker says, if you leave your car unproperly parked for 24hrs, they will tow it. I was parked for 4.

They’ve always had poor service, especially if you aren’t paying them directly and using a service like AAA. If you aren’t paying, then be prepared for a 2-3 hour wait for any service. Not to mention how their drivers act, which is typically rude and like they are doing you a favor, not a service. Perfect example, one of their drivers was completely and needlessly blocking my neighborhood road for a significant amount of time today. He wasn’t towing or hooking up a vehicle. He was sitting at an angle and had his door open so there was no clearance on either side. No wreck, no emergency, just bad parking. He could have easily shut his door or slightly moved his truck to let people get to their homes, but he looked at the waiting cars and decided to do nothing. Not a lot of tow options in town, but there are definitely better operated ones. Wouldn’t suggest “quality” tow, and if AAA sends them then, well, I’m sorry. Your experience is gonna suck
I called and needed a tow from the dealership to my house. Mindy answered the phone and she was the nicest lady I have ever spoke to. She made this stressful situation for me pain free. She was kind, helpful and very professional. She sent my receipt to my email and took my payment over the phone once the job was complete. I felt like I was talking to a friend. Thank you for being so nice. I appreciate Mike the driver for dropping the car off exactly where I wanted it. You guys are wonderful and I highly recommend this service.

We had two vehicles that needed to be towed, which is not a fun situation to be in. However, we could not have had a better experience than we did with Quality Tow. Mindy and Austin are the two we worked with throughout, and they were both fantastic. The customer experience and service we received made the situation we were in so much easier to deal with. I had a flat tire and needed help putting on a spare. When the tow arrived the the service was good. Speedy, efficient, friendly. It costed $92 to replace my tire. I haven't needed this service enough to know if that's a good deal. There was some confusion and miscommunication on where I was at. This led to delayed service. The operator relayed incorrect information about my location to the driver. The driver went to the wrong location and called me. He didn't identify who he was so I mistook him for another tow I called earlier but decided not to use because the wait time was too long. I told him I had called someone else and didn't need service anymore. But I appreciated the professionalism and fast replacement time when he did arrive

ICT was awesome. They were there when they said they’d be there. The gentleman that picked up my 2006 Mustang was fast, friendly and courteous and very professional. We got stranded along I-70 4 hours from home 8am on a Sunday morning. RC was able to get our Explorer towed and even waited with us along the road until our ride arrived. He was quick in being able to diagnose the problems and was completely upfront with everything he found and was doing. He was able to order and replace our motor and have us back up and running very quickly. Really great friendly staff would recommend to anyone. Thank you Ronnie and Staff at RC Towing.

One of this company's business practices is to pick up vehicles and them sell them at auction. They sent me a certified letter indicating my vehicle was recently picked up by this company and was slated to be auctioned. I called to address the matter and they informed me that I had to pay a fine of +$1000 due to storage. I never asked them to pick my my vehicle and found it odd that they had my information and decided to not proactively inform me to avoid the penalty. When I addressed this they said that this was within their right as the vehicle was considered "abandoned". They knew I was the owner yet they are in their right to sell my vehicle because they didn't proactively communicate that they had my vehicle. I am beside myself. I would have been willing to pay to get the vehicle towed back but the person I spoke to had zero consideration for the issue. To me, this company practice lacks integrity and ethics. While I am sure they are an amazing service for towing, I disagree with the way they handle auctioning off other peoples' property.

I would've gave no stars if i could. I stayed at the Radisson Inn at Legends and had my parking pass in my windshield yet i get done with the Tacos n Tequila fest and come back to find out my durango was towed. I find out Sunflower had towed it. I called them and asked them to bring it back and the lady said Why?? I told her my pass was in the windshield. And my house keys were in there which they also wouldn't let me get. I live in St Joseph and the company is closed on Sunday. So i had to uber to the airport n rent a car go home break in my house and return Monday to get my car. I go to get my insurance card from my car. I took pictures of my pass still in the windshield and show them. Some lady in the back said "he wasn't towed for that! He was parked on the curb!" They said they took pictures so they showed me and i said "that's not even my car!!" That's a black durango mine is grey. The guy looks at me and hands me back my driver's license and says "Have a good day." Smh. No apology or nothing!! Come on Sunflower you gotta do better than that.

These guys showed up very quickly. Jeremiah and Gary were very polite, quick, explained everything they were doing. Before they loaded my car Gary helped me carry quite a few Heavy items from my car to my front door. I felt perfectly safe and knew my car was in good hands. I literally could not of asked for better!
