whoever the office lady is should no longer be employed she’s very short and rude. Obviously getting your car towed is not a good day to begin with but you can leave it to her and this company to make the experience that much worse! I had all the paperwork for the vehicle but she was still trying to refuse giving it to me because my license was inside the car they towed took almost an hour and a half.
Used these guys on about half my tows for last decade. Solid, reliable, no hassle, no scamming. Great honest company.

Mr. Martinez was very helpful and hurried to aid me and my flat while on I-70 heading towards Topeka. Reasonable price for towing and tire replacement. Definitely a lifesaver!
I called and he answered phone right away. Arranged for next day pickup of my truck and was able to pickup right away instead of next day. Felt very comfortable leaving truck and responsibility of getting to the shop across town. It was 530 pm when I called and he was cutting his dinner short to come get my vehicle. Customer service is important to me and I will use him again and have my family use him as well.

Our car broke down on 470 toll road coming home after dark. We called two towing services that said 24 hour service and no one answered the phone. We then called Triple M. They answered the phone, were courteous, professional and responded within 25minutes. They not only dropped off our car at the mechanic shop but drove us home. We highly recommend Triple M. If you need a tow, give them a call.
My Harley broke down 25 miles West of Topeka as a huge storm was forming nearby. Michael dropped everything and rushed out to get me. We loaded up the bike (Michael was careful to make sure it was loaded properly and would not get scratched), and skedaddled back to Topeka inches ahead of the storm. NBC news reported that the storm spawned 3 tornadoes and dropped baseball size hail. If it hadn't been for Tripple M's quick response, I'd have been in a world of hurt. They rode INTO the storm to get me, got there fast, loaded carefully, and were friendly and easy to work with. Couldn't ask for more from a tow truck company.

I blew my tire on a Friday evening, and Ryan the tow driver was there in under an hour. Both Ryan and their dispatcher made a really frustrating night way better and made me feel safe in the situation I was in! They will be my go to tow service moving forward and would recommend. 10/10 would high recommend.
I was just loaded up in Kansas City KS with help from Santa Fe I needed 2 heavies to come out Cody and Kyle they treated me with the up most respect ever they came out fast they handled the job very professionally couldn't have asked for a better experience if you every need a heavy wreaker or just a small one these guys here are the best in the business around in the area and some of the best I've had any experience with like I said very respectful and professional thank you again guys and please be safe
Sad that I was in the position to get my truck towed, but happy but Santa Fe was available. It's the only tow company in this entire city that I trust. They are honest, locally and family-owned, and not outrageously priced. They honestly take care of their customers.

The driver was prompt. They said 30 min. It could of been less when he got there. He was very nice and polite. The price was about the same as others would have been. Of course Noone wants to pay 100$-150$ to have their vehicle towed. But it happens. Overall I was very satisfied with the service and the driver. Thank you!

My husband and I were stranded in the middle of Kansas on a Sunday with engine trouble while on our way from Southwest Missouri to our daughter's wedding in Colorado. After a long day of travel and two hours on the side of the road in the hot, late June heat, Xavier picked us up and towed us to a Firestone in Northeast Wichita. Xavier provided ample communication with us and was prompt in regard to his ETA. He and his dispatcher were courteous and professional. I had an appointment for 12:30 PM. Driver arrived a whole hour early when I was not ready and my appointment at the dealership was at 1. When it got to 12:40 and no truck, I called and they told me it would be 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, I was called again and they said it would be another 20-25 minutes. I wish it wasn’t so expensive for the inconvenience it has created. I am now going to be a while hour or so late to my car’s dealership appointment.
Kidds Towing is amazing, the customer service is exceptional! I was upset walking through the door just due to the reason of me having to pay to pick my sons car up out the impound, though he was a victim in the situation. But I tell you those guys got me right, battery was dead and tire was flat. They took excellent care of me, getting the car back mobile and ready to drive out. They went above and beyond when they didn’t have too, that really means a lot. You don’t see that too often now days.No judgement on why my sons vehicle was impounded, just excellent customer service. Again thank you guys! Very prompt! The driver was courteous and very knowledgeable about his craft. Carefully loaded my car, hauled it directly to the destination, unloaded it and helped push it into the bullpen. I hope I don’t need them again, but if I need towed, I’ll be using them again!

I've used many tow services over the years with varying results, some even including damage to the vehicle. This was the first time using Overland Tow Service and they were definitely the best I've experienced. They gave me an ETA and price over the phone. It was more expensive than services I've used in the past, but I believe you get what you pay for. Donovan arrived sooner than expected and called me when picking up the car. He then arrived at the destination, even willing to carefully put the car in the garage for me. He took photos of the car before and after, and I was provided a link where I could see them. Overall, their service was very thorough and exceeded my expectations.

Driver Damaged my driveway. When spoke with the manager Chris. Chris set appointment with me saying he was going to come out and inspect the driveway but never showed up to inspect my driveway since then Chris been ignoring my calls and has never contacted me back even with multiple messages left with the person answering the phone at the office.
Coming up on my dads death anniversary I’m reminded of they released my dads car to someone pretending to be me, without proper verification (I pulled up with title , insurance, and police report) and the. Tried to treat me like I was crazy for being shocked. smh , shameful.
Driver was responsive, professional, and super quick. Office staff took care of getting this set up quickly!

I hired All City Tow Service to load a wrecked quad-axle dump truck onto my trailer at MHC Kenworth. Tim showed up on time (or a little early) in a big blue W990 tow truck and did a fantastic job from start to finish! 5 stars all across the board!!! The phone dispatcher was super polite in answering all my questions and finding where I was located and was honest with me on where his drivers were at and that it would be a 45 minute wait and it wasn't even that! I only waited for 20 minutes tops and upon arrival the tow truck driver was super professional, nice and knowledgeable at his trade. I had a lowered car with a broken ball joint and bent wheel and with a little effort he was able to get my car up with ease and with no real damage at all! The rates are more then fair they are my go to tow company give them a try for all your towing needs and I promise you will not look back.

Yesterday I was locked out of my rental car at Overland Park Regional Hospital. Enterprise rental sent out Almighty Tow. A very nice young man named Devan tried to assist me. He figured out I was trying to enter the wrong car!! We found my rental car a row over and it opened without any problem. I'm very grateful that Devan didn't laugh or embarrass me. He was very kind and forgiving of an elderly citizen. I will always use Almighty for future auto mishaps and hope I get Devan, again. Thanks so much!

Have you ever ugly sobbed, like full wailing, tears of gratitude and relief after a car service technician helped you out? Because I did tonight and it’s all thanks to Will. I’ve had….a rough few weeks. One of those times where everything is overwhelming and it’s always one more thing right? So tonight, when my car decides to stop a mile away from the gas station with low fuel, I almost lost it. Thankfully, I have AAA and they sent out Will. Will had actually already looked at my car last week (remember when I said it’s been rough?), so I literally sighed with relief when I was assigned someone I already knew. I’m panicky by nature, so having a familiar face was so helpful. Will arrived with a smile, some jokes in his pocket, and the best attitude. He helped me get gas in my car with some serious MacGyvering, as we didn’t have a funnel, and did it all free of charge - no gas fee as we did our best to troubleshoot the issue. It’s Will’s job to be a good car technician, but it’s not Will’s job to be a good human being - a nice, funny human being with empathy and compassion that, afterward, had me crying. I am so grateful to Almighty Towing and Will. I feel confident now that we have mostly solved the car issues and I owe Will something fierce. This could have been a panic attack night for me and instead I was laughing about Gatorade bottle/screwdriver makeshift funnels. It worked perfect. Thank you so much, Will - I owe you one!

With as crazy as the day was yesterday you could expect the phone operators to be a touch irritable. However that was not the case when I called to set up a tow. The truck operator was also someone who had every right to be unpleasant but would you believe if I told you the opposite was true? All in all other than the truly acceptable and understandable long lead time it was a fantastic experience if there is ever a need for any other roadside rescues I'll definitely call again.
I experienced a mechanical breakdown in my 69 Chevy Nova headed back from a car show. I naturally had concerns and requests about how the car was winched and strapped down. Todd had the equipment to do it right and I was pleased with the care and consideration given.
Got into an accident yesterday and had to call for towing. The rep on the phone was very nice and informative. She gave me a decent quote and the driver got to me in about 30-40 minutes. Highly recommend their services.
This company is supposed to tow vehicles illegally parked in our neighborhood. Says this on many signs. Called because this truck had been blocking the road and our driveway for hours and was told the management would have to call them. Worthless.

Twisted is rock solid and exceptional to use for towing. The dispatcher was very pleasent, sharp, and got us taken care of super quick. She is a saint in a world of auto answers you have to jump thru beofre getting actual help. Our wait was less than 15 minutes,..every other compnay we tried previousl to Twisted was an hour or more. The driver arrived in 12 minutes, got us transported and was a rock star. Great truck, courteous and very professional. I cannot recommend a business any stronger,.......they are the best I have come across in the towing business.

Do not trust them. My boss tried to talk to them and they high-tailed it away from my job. I only had a flat tire. Less than 4 hours my jobs security tried to call them. Then to make matters worse they stole my medication out of my car. Shouldn’t mess with a 50 year old on hard luck. I plan on filing police report followed by a civil suit on Monday.

Michael was such a great help today! My mom had a flat driving to watch my son’s football game. He was able to get to us as quickly as he could and loaded the car on to the trailer fast and smooth. Very friendly and communicated with us via phone to let us know how far out he was and when he was able to drop the car off at Firestone. Really appreciated him today!!

Update-Francisco and Jared saved the day once again! Due to our vehicle being out of service we had someone deliver groceries to us and she unfortunately got stuck in our driveway! I will use Suarez towing every time! They are dependable, fast, and professional. Jared saved us today and it is a super cold day. He is super professional and thankfully even got to us before the original estimate. He is fantastic. I highly recommend using Suarez towing!
So very grateful and thankful to Jared for the extremely quick and professional service. We live in a very rural area, and our call was handled within one hour of notification that we needed our daughters car unlocked. This company was SUPPOSED to come and tow my Buick LaCrosse after my brakes went out on me while I was driving. My insurance set it up with my roadside assistance. Instead what actually happened is TNT stopped responding to my insurance’s phone calls, and also mine. They sent my calls to a voicemail that’s not even set up. I was stuck outside in the middle of July in the heat for multiple hours trying to organize a tow truck to get me and my car safely home. Thanks for nothing TNT. I’ll recommend you to nobody.

I was extremely frustrated because my brand new vehicle broke down this morning. It was hot and I was running on zero sleep, so needless to say I was GRUMPY. I want to preface this review by openly stating I have not attempted to do any business with this company. However this morning during my morning commute one of your company's flatbed drivers was driving quite recklessly speeding 10+ over the posted limit between Wichita and derby. We have enough wrecks without a tow truck driver causing them. Photos of the vehicle in question tailgating me and everyone else on the road pretending he's some sort of sports vehicle.
I dont know how much this guy makes ......but not enough . Came at exact time he said he would, best of personality, honest, fast, good dude..Albert i believe was not notch, No kiddING. Hope i never need again but if I do I will use them!!! Thanks

15 miles from the RV park we had a leaf spring break on our 40ft 5th wheel. We contacted our roadside assistance and waited for 45 mins. We then decided to contact Taylor Towing. Tyler (maybe Taylor?) showed up within 15 mins, temporarily fixed the issue and followed us to our RV park to make sure we arrived safely. Professional, prompt and the kind of company/people that you want to do business with again.

My daughter’s car broke down in the middle of the road. We called 4 places none of them could get to us for hours! AAA finally came through with Buds towing. The man showed up. He was extremely knowledgeable and lifted our spirits through is kindness and jokes. Had amazing customer service. Got there fast, loaded the car safety an got it home. The experience ways top tier. Highly recommend! Truly thankful for him.

Well, you guys towed my mother’s vehicle from an apartment complex that my brother-in-law lives at and he was using it to move stuff at the end of the day you seen a car that you guys didn’t know and you went ahead and towed it and I guess a drop by mortuary so I get how that can happen but I guess they park this blue Honda there too you guys don’t tow that and you guys damage the front splitter on the humper a police report will be made. We do have photos of the truck just form a few days ago it was not like that

He ensured both my vehicles (1988/90 Honda Civics) were properly and safely moved from one garage to another. Called several places for a tow every company was either $100 and higher one guy even quoted me $250 to move my car less than 2 miles away. I Why are we received a call from Nick and he was fast and efficient got to me in a timely manner and was able to pick up my car with out me having to meet him!! He was very professional and had a couple good looking dogs!!! A real life saver!!!

Miller’s towing was amazing! I was stranded after a long day of work, and they got to me in no time. The driver was extremely polite and made me feel safe throughout the entire process. They didn’t overcharge either, which was a huge relief. I’ll be using them again if I ever need towing services.
Just had my bike towed with a flat back tire and the two guys that showed up were excellent!! I had called the round to multiple places who wanted almost double what Miller's charged me so they are now my go-to tow guys! But the guys that picked the bike up were very respectful and careful with my bike they knew exactly what to do to keep it on the back and I couldn't be happier. Well I could had my back tire not gone flat in the first place but all things considered I will be calling them if I ever need a tow again! Thanks guys!

Car towed by Allied last night. Called this morning to find out where the car is. Allied shared they are closed until Tuesday and we won't be able to find out where our car us for 3 days. Meanwhile we accrue storage fees because we are unable to tell insurance where car is to retrieve it. Nice money maker business for Allied. Horrible customer service.

Discovered a flat tire on our car in the garage. We have roadside service. Requested help with the flat tire and 15 minutes later “Blake” from Allied Towing Service called to say he was on the way. I had a tire blow out on the highway and after trying to get my tire off myself I realized they lug nuts were on too tight. A nice man named Kenny came up and helped me out and got me going again. I really needed help and he pulled up saw I needed help and helped me out without a second thought. I’d recommend his services to anyone. My moms car was hit while it was parked in the road at work. Dale’s Towing was sent to tow her car through your insurance. The estimated arrival time was 1 hour! So I wait, I receive a call from a gentleman saying the other driver was sent to work a wreck but that he was coming and would be there in 10 minutes! 10 minutes later here he comes! By this time I’m exhausted and I don’t really care how he gets the car on the truck I’m just ready to go home! Kenny was amazing! He was understanding, compassionate and honest with us since my mom and I have never had to this before. Kenny made our night better by laughing and joking with us! He drove an hour to get my moms car to her house and still had to drive back to Olathe! Not once did he complain about doing his job and helping us out! Perfect! At my age I’ve had my share of vehicles towed and after having considerable damage done to my f150 due to a bad tow service I can’t help but to be nervous when needing a tow again… Ground up towing set my mind at ease real quick when I seen them on the ground making sure to double check every hook up so that it’s done right . Came on a flat bed tow truck and kept in touch so my Wait for the tow to arrive didn’t seem long at all . I was towed to Lawrence and by the time I was up in the truck and headed to the highway I felt comfortable and confident that my Cadillac was in good hands and it was . The unloading went as quick and smooth as the loading. I recommend this tow company and will always make it my first call when I need tow assistance (Facts!) Also his assistant I seen was about to light a cigarette and checked to make sure I didn’t mind I said I didn’t and that I had quit so he didn’t light it even after I said again I’d be fine he said no I can wait come on man now that’s customer service at its best and that’s what we as customers appreciate most of all is great customer service…

Harley was PHENOMENAL! Very quick, friendly, professional, detail oriented. My dad, Mike Hays, had called Deena and we sent pictures of the 26ft trailer, about 10,000lbs and where we wanted to put it. They said they could do it. Quinton(not sure on the spelling) came with the truck yesterday and told Dad there was no way he could move it. We called again and they sent out Harley. Same rollback. Said it would be no problem at all. Give that man a raise or a bonus! He gets the job done. Also want to mention we've used you guys in the past with Tone! Another phenomenal worker! Charles helped get my car out of a small parking garage that other tow companies weren't able to help me with. He arrived fast, was very professional and helpful and the price was reasonable - about what you'd expect for a tow. I definitely recommend!
I had a flat going into work and no spare. The streets were curbed, so I pulled into an apartment complex around 42nd & Stirling in KCMO, pulled my tire, and left my truck on a jack stand. I returned 19 hours later with a new tire only to find that my truck had been towed all the way to Overland Park. It took me two days to come up with the money for not only the tow, but two days of lot fees, which brought my total to around $450. To add insult to injury, they neglected to use the jack stand I had my truck on and dropped my truck on its axle. (The jack stand was never returned to me). As if this wasn't enough, citing vague "insurance" reasons, they forbade me from putting on my new tire inside the lot. Since I couldn't drive it out, and they claimed to not have any trucks available, I had to call a different tow company to come and tow my truck out onto the street (another $100) so I could put my tire on and leave. There is nothing good about what this company does. I had a flat tire and instead of helping someone who was clearly having a bad day, they stole my truck and my jack stand, took it to another state, dropped it on its axle, then ransomed my truck back to me, rubbing salt in the would the whole way.
I was involved in an accident last Sunday and Jason was sent out to assist. My car was not in the best shape, but the wonderful people at Johnson County Tow helped get me and my mangled car safely home. Michelle was very knowledgeable and kind. I will be using them if i ever have any car trouble

I had a flat tire and needed help putting on a spare. When the tow arrived the the service was good. Speedy, efficient, friendly. It costed $92 to replace my tire. I haven't needed this service enough to know if that's a good deal. There was some confusion and miscommunication on where I was at. This led to delayed service. The operator relayed incorrect information about my location to the driver. The driver went to the wrong location and called me. He didn't identify who he was so I mistook him for another tow I called earlier but decided not to use because the wait time was too long. I told him I had called someone else and didn't need service anymore. But I appreciated the professionalism and fast replacement time when he did arrive

After last night I doubt I'll use this company again. Vehicle wouldn't start called the dispatcher told me the driver was just finishing up after an hour I called her back found out he was in topeka and he had been on AAA tow so I asked her how much longer she said she had no idea she couldn't see the AAA calls/tow only the owner and driver would so I asked her he could actually be on another triple a tow and she would ny have a clue. She agreed. I waited 10 minutes called another company they were their in 12 minutes thank you Hillcrest service. It is absolutely outrageous they don't share this info with dispatch to communicate with other customers! Glad my wife and children weren't the ones stranded definitely a business that shouldn't be!!!!

I cannot rave enough about their customer service! I called them based on a referral from Westside 66's owner, Rich, and if he recommends someone I already know they will be solid gold. We were having a *historic* snow event in town and my friendly driver got me unstuck and out when no one else was even answering their phones. Not only was the fellow who came to get me out professional and kind, he had a great sense of humor in spite of clearly having been out pulling people out of snow drifts for hours and hours. I will call you guys ANY TIME I need help again in the future.

We needed a tow yesterday and they were professional and super helpful. We had been having a rough time trying to get the car off the side of the road and by the time Alex, our tow truck driver, came we were so grateful. He was efficient, polite, and helpful. It was also the nicest and cleanest tow truck I've ever seen. The cost was incredibly fair and reasonable. They also were able to get to our location way faster than anyone else. Thank you Alex!!
After calling Santa Fe tow the truck arrived very quickly. The driver was professional and personable. Over all a good experience. I would recommend Santa Fe tow to anyone that needs their vehicle towed.

I had a dead battery and the driver came out and started my car right up. He was funny and cheerful. He even kept me in the loop to let me know how long he will be before arrival.

Great service provided. Well done! Had the misfortune of my motorcycle breaking down at Oliver & Kellogg. The lady in the office was very polite, understanding and promised a truck within the hour. This morning I got stuck in a snowbank leaving a parking lot. I contacted a third party roadside rescue service. The third party service contacted TOWICT. I contacted Valerie at TOWICT to confirm an ETA. Valerie was polite professional and informative. The driver Josh arrived within approximately 30 minutes. He was kind, professional and quickly winched my van out of the snow. A+ service from everyone!

Wish I could give RC Towing 6 stars! Huge help this weekend with a tie rod coming off that would have required a tow in and a $300-$400 repair on top of it. After looking at the problem, he very nicely offered to repair it instead of a tow, did so and saved me at least $250. Thank you! That is over and above.
They were all good up until they just delivered my car in the middle of the parking lot of Toyota (left it there in neutral) and a lady went to tell them about it and and the man yelled at her to get back in the truck because they don’t get paid to do that
Omg! Everyone here is magic! The guy who fixed my car is magic. I love him! I love his wife! I love everyone I met there! I had my car worked on at my local garage before taking an unexpected Friday trip to Topeka. I expected to return home (in another state) Saturday. When I was on my way home my brakes locked up. I contacted another garage and they could fit me in on Tuesday. Contacted RC Towing to tow my car and he asked me about what was going on. I told him, and he offered to take it to his garage and look at it on a Saturday. He said as long as he could get the parts he needed then he could have me home Sunday. AND HE DID IT!!! He was very reasonably priced, he communicated with me what was going on, and he corrected a mistake my local garage missed. If I lived in Topeka then I would go here for all of my car related issues.
RC Towing LLC was open Saturday evening!! Went there, needing help. He knew exactly where to go and fixed the problem on my SUV and was reasonable with his prices. Back on the road and no problems. Thank You RC!!!

You can definitely count on Sunflower to get the job done. My car was having issues and I wasn’t able to be there for them to load it but it all worked out and my car is safely home. The driver was friendly and communicated well.
They were very professional. The ladies who answered the phone were so sweet and kind and made the experience easy and painless. The driver was nice and professional. He was there quickly and the hook up was quick. I would recommend this business to anyone needing a tow. If I could give more than five stars I would.
I would've gave no stars if i could. I stayed at the Radisson Inn at Legends and had my parking pass in my windshield yet i get done with the Tacos n Tequila fest and come back to find out my durango was towed. I find out Sunflower had towed it. I called them and asked them to bring it back and the lady said Why?? I told her my pass was in the windshield. And my house keys were in there which they also wouldn't let me get. I live in St Joseph and the company is closed on Sunday. So i had to uber to the airport n rent a car go home break in my house and return Monday to get my car. I go to get my insurance card from my car. I took pictures of my pass still in the windshield and show them. Some lady in the back said "he wasn't towed for that! He was parked on the curb!" They said they took pictures so they showed me and i said "that's not even my car!!" That's a black durango mine is grey. The guy looks at me and hands me back my driver's license and says "Have a good day." Smh. No apology or nothing!! Come on Sunflower you gotta do better than that.

We used Sunflower to tow a truck almost 100 miles, and it was good value and very good experience. Our driver, Patrick, communicated well and let us know everything we needed to know. He was a super nice guy and I would definitely use this service again if need be.

I just called them to ask for a quote on their services. As I was talking to someone else with me, the guy I was on the phone with tried arguing with me over mileage when I clearly was not talking to him. Rude and unprofessional just on the initial phone call. Don’t waste your time or money on this company.
I've had the pleasure of using Affordable Tow Truck Service for a number of years now, and I'm always impressed by their level of service. Car broke down on Kellogg and Andover Rd. They estimated 1 hour but came in 30 minutes. She was quick and took extra care to make sure my car did not end up with dings or scratches. Definitely cheaper if you have cash on you but affordable if you use a card.
She came and picked up my Avalanche and I paid her in cash and she wouldn't give me a receipt. So I called the office and the lady said she would send a receipt to my insurance company but not send me one. I have nothing to show that they came and told my Avalanche so I will not use them again ever!
