Had an emergency..... car broke down. Called Balt. Tow. Within 20 minutes roll back was here taking my car to the dealership. Prompt quality care ! The roll back was clean and in tip top shape Driver was polite and helpful. Being a former tow operator myself for many yrs, I can say these are professional folks !! 100 percent! Ron Peterson Balt. 21222
Spoke with Joe on the phone and was quick on getting a driver to my location. Everything went smooth from the call, to the pickup, to the drop off.
Great communication! Arrived in 20 minutes, and easily picked up my truck They knew exactly where to take my truck for a tire repair in an area I was not familia with. I highly recommend them.
Great quick service at a price lower than any others around. Had a driver in route in 20 mins. Will definitely only use these guys in the future.
Called and within 30 minutes of dialing the phone the car was on the flatbed. Teddy was fast and communication was excellent.

Excellent service from tow driver, John!! Unfortunately, I had an issue with my vehicle on Monday evening. My insurance company dispatched Priority Towing to assist with my disabled vehicle. A company rep called me and assured me a driver would reach me within an hour. As promised within an hour, driver - John arrived. He was punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Although this breakdown was a terrible ending to my day, John made a "not so pleasant" situation stress-free. I highly recommend both John and Priority Towing for reliable roadside assistance.
Absolutely horrible. Called my insurance company due to a roadside assistance situation, Priority Towing was dispatched to my location. I had an hour ETA, never came. I called for an update and they had the wrong address but also 2 minutes down from where I was on a straight road.. at the end of the day I was on the side of the road for 7 hours till they showed up. Kept giving me the ring around of 30 minutes out, something came up, one hour out.. for 7 hours till they showed up. And never even called to say hey something came up were on the way.. terrible..
They went out of there way to take care of me. Towed my wrecked truck to my house. Perfect and on time
Exceptional customer service . The truck came in no time and I am so greatful and so happy to be safe at home .
Tow truck guy was very nice. He allowed me to bug him with lots of questions…. He was amazing! Fine too 😉

Mike B was fantastic. He was polite, friendly and arrived in 1/2 hour. Highly recommend this company. Thx for making this experience a positive one !
The 2 stars are for the lady who picked up my car, very respectful and polite lady. Otherwise, people in the office are rude and unpunctual. This is how my vehicle got delivered. I told the driver to put it in a parking space or the driveway. My vehicle almost towed by the landlord. I had to drive to the shop on a Saturday night to try and move it. For the price I would expect better service.
Jerry from the office was great to work with, he was professional, friendly and helpful. Sam the drive was friendly, fast and efficient. Thank you for the quick responce and affordable solution to getting my car unlocked!
I was out Owings Mill on the 16th and I seen the driver having road rage. This white man driver was screaming racial slurs out the window and told this woman he hoped the whole family died. How this acceptable for a company. Racists ain’t got no place here. This should be on the news and the owner of this company should be held accountable for hiring people who think this is ok behavior. Shame on Priority Towing
I don’t think i have ever seen any towing company like Priority towing, honestly from start to finish and the driver was extra amazing believe me he was very nice respectful and kind, I’m a mechanic at Gaithersburg Auto Clinic and starting from today any customer that needs towing i will definitely send them straight to Priority Towing! Guys thank you so much 😊

Waleed is the best, sociable, helpful tow truck guy I met him on 695 highway. I got resonate price and excellent customer service from him.
Fast, friendly, and professional! They arrived quickly and got the job done with no hassle. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
In a tough jam with my vehicle at 2:00 in the morning. Catonsville till met me at the vehicle in 20 minutes. The driver convinced me to tow it to a local repair shop instead of the dealership which saves thousands in the end. Very honest and professional team. Thank you!
Saqib was very professional and easy to talk to. He was timely and towed our vehicle with care. We will definitely use their towing service again. Thank you!

Hello, in today's society you come to expect to be treated as if you're begging for a favor when you're paying for a service. However, today was a different experience for me. After being stranded and trying to get help and no one showing up untill Mr. Erick did. Well, the day ended with sunshine and blue skies anyway. Mr. Erick, thank you for your excellent service and the smiles. Got you'll locked in my contacts. Thanks, Barry (green Saturn).
Awesome experience. Would certainly recommend this service
Great service. Eric helped me when I was new in town and my moving truck broke down. He went above and beyond—directing traffic and helping me park in a safe spot so I could still move in. Friendly, professional, and a real lifesaver during a stressful day

Buen servicio y muy buena atención al cliente, llegó rápido. Se los recomiendo👍
Eduardo provided efficient and excellent service. As a AAA customer, I waited for over 3 hours for towing service to arrive. I decided to do an online search and immediately made a telephone call. As promised, Eduardo arrived in 20 mins and my vehicle was towed to where it needed to go. Fast forward to a few days later, I needed another tow and immediately reached out to Eduardo. I set a time and location to meet and he even arrived early, before I did!! I have this companies telephone number now saved in my contacts for any future needs. The service was efficient, effective and fast. Eduardo was professional and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle made it safely to my driveway. I would absolutely recommend!!
I have a great experience with this tow truck company. Pinachos was very nice on the phone, he came to tow my SUV in less than 30 mins, fast and professional service, reasonable price. Will definitely hire him again!
Very respectful , got the job done on time and stays updating and quick in response , I would definitely work again them 10/10 service
I have nothing but excellent things to say! When I was in a difficult position, they went above and beyond to help me in the stressful situation. Highly recommend!

Let's just say I've had AAA for over 20yrs and never a problem till now. It took 2weeks with them to work on my situation to no avail. Sam came over once in his car to fix mine and when that didn't work came back and towed my car to my mechanic. Nice guy. GREAT job! What more can one ask for? He's in my contacts. Big THANKS!!!
This is my second time using this company and have had pleasant experiences. This gentleman is knowledgeable, fast, on-time, courteous, and all of the above! I highly recommend this company to anyone!
Great service, came out to my house within 30 minutes to tow my car to garage. Friendly and helpful and fair pricing.
Sam at A&A was excellent, they had a reasonable rate and helped me get my car to a collision center! Thanks so much.
My car caught a flat in the middle of the road. Called A&A. And the gentleman. Came as soon as possible. And was very professional. He recommended a good tire shop because I didn’t know any shops in the area. And we got it fixed. Highly recommend their services.

Outstanding Service from Halftime Towing – Fast, Reliable & Professional I recently had the pleasure of using Halftime Towing, and I can confidently say they exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I contacted them, their customer service was prompt, courteous, and reassuring. They clearly communicated the ETA and kept me updated along the way, which I truly appreciated during a stressful situation. The driver arrived on time and was both professional and friendly. He handled my vehicle with great care and made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Whether it was the way he explained each step or how quickly he got everything done, it was clear I was dealing with someone experienced and genuinely dedicated to helping. Halftime Towing offered fair pricing with no hidden fees, and their service was delivered with honesty and integrity—qualities that are rare and refreshing these days. If you're looking for a dependable towing company that values customer satisfaction, look no further than Halftime Towing. I highly recommend them for their efficiency, professionalism, and top-notch service.
They gave me the best service I’ve ever received from any towing company. A black owned business where customer service is top notch. Brian was very helpful, cool and well mannered. He made sure I was squared away and my tow went smooth. I had a lot going on and they accommodated me. Tyson came out to service my vehicle and he is the best. Personable, patient and knows what he is doing. He was great. My overall experience was excellent. A 10 out of 10. The pricing was fair and better than other companies I had contacted. I hope I have no more issues but if I do I know who to call. You should too!
Tyson provided Excellent customer service. Patient. Considerate and very helpful during my car situation. I appreciate the assistance with everything.
Tyson was super professional and attentive to my needs! I was in a terrible accident and he took his time with me.. thanks Tyson!!
I was in need of a tow truck inside a low clearance garage and I reached out to halftime towing and they got out to me within the hour and was very communicative throughout the entire process. The driver was pleasant and very professional. If I ever need a tow again I’ll definitely be using halftime towing and would recommend them to anyone who is in need of assistance . Thank you so much

This is the best towing service in Anne Arundel County - This gentleman went above and beyond to help with towing my car- what is actually more impressive is that his prices are reasonable and very affordable compared to others
Very convenient and affordable. Friendly and helpful. We resolve everything from contact to drop up within 1 hr
Super quick ETA and a fair price. Very professional and made the whole process smooth. Highly recommend!
I had this company tow my 50,000 mile 1989 Mustang. The owner/driver took great care both loading and unloading my car. He even was willing to help me get the car in the garage. He really went above and beyond. I really appreciate it and will definitely use this company again.
We used Abbasi towing &recovery tonight to tow our car which broke down on the side of the highway 50 miles away. The operator was very nice and gave us a good quote immediately. The driver showed up promptly and was very friendly and polite. He provided great service and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The price was also good compared to calling a few other local services. I highly recommend using this service if you need a tow.

Thank God, thank God, thank God! My battery was dead and I was stuck trying to find someone to give me a hot shot. I had cables but no one was willing to help a stranger(not that I blame them) This gentleman just happened to be driving by in a tow truck and asked if I needed help. He didn’t even blink an eye, got my car started in literally no time! 10/10 service because he could have kept driving but he went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. I didn’t even get his name but thanks a million.
Mr james is a life savor. I was stuck on the road for hoursssss waiting for tripple A,, and Mr James was riding pass me to drop a car off and he told me he will come back to help,, And he did just that. He came back and changed my tire in less then two minutes. He is definitely a blessing ,, Thank you so much
I was stuck in perring and coldspring trying to get my son to school when my car cut off while I was driving. He pulled over and tried to help immediately when he saw me. He even went back to his base and got his jump box to come back to help me in my time of need. We are very great full for his help and patience with us!
Mr. Fitzgerald was more then polite. He was very patient and kind his customer service was extraordinary. I would recommend Jgf towing to anyone who need a tow because I was the epitome of satisfied!!!

My experience was great, they arrived well before the stated time. Ritter was professional and considerate in dealing with my car. He provided pictures of the car at it's final destination as I did not accompany the car on it's journey. Ritter, made me feel as if the car was in good hands, I would recommend TriGun again based on my experience.
Top notch services. Got a tow today from my house to the shop. Ritter was very professional. He arrived very fast. His service was great and I'm very pleased with my experience. Tow prices were responsible and cheaper than anywhere else in the DMV area that I called. Will definitely use them again if I ever need tow service.
Edwin Borjas was amazing! He was fast, efficient, handled my car with care, and explained the process thoroughly. My tire blew out at a very late hour and he got to me quickly and safely. I recommend this company to anyone who in need of assistance in the DC/MD/VA area. Ask for Edwin he's the best.
They did a very excellent job. Im so thankful that I choose their towing service. First time I did and I choose the right one. Everything went smoothly with my car claim. I will recommend them to all of my friends and fam. God bless yall 💛✨
After they leave, they are gone for good. I called Ritter the owner back for a change of receipt but they kept dodging my calls. I wanted a call to have my insurance pay for the towing. I even tip the owner but they still refuse. They do not like customer service.

Blew a tire out on my way from work, struggled so much to get any tire repair service. Finally got put in touch with Windsor Towing at some point, they sent Tyrone out to pick up myself along with my car. Tyrone got to me in a VERY acceptable amount of time. Although there was a slight kerfuffle with the insurance call, Tyrone made it his mission to take care of me and my car and gets us safely to a tire shop where I could have my wheel/tire repaired. Tyrone was awesome, and certainly helped turn my terrible afternoon into a better one! Definitely go with these guys if you need a tow, if you're lucky enough to get Tyrone you won't be disappointed!
This was exceptional service. I filled out the information online upon hitting submit. The tow driver was calling me within minutes. The tow driver was very pleasant and took no time in correcting the situation. The vehicle was towed to the destination immediately. shout out to the tow driver!
Once Windsor picked up the job from the roadside assistance company they showed up in a very reasonable time, exactly as estimated. Driver had me out of the parking garage and at the dealership in good time. Unfortunately, not sure of the driver's name.
Let’s be clear this rating is for the driver because when he did finally arrive he did an amazingly outstanding job. He was very knowledgeable and was very fast and efficient. The company itself has a horrible communication problem, while I do understand things happen and that accidents happen and that we get busy, however, communication is key. Other than that the driver and my insurance company did an amazing job.
The gentleman that came was very efficient, professional & pleasant. He went above & beyond making sure everything was good. My situation was a little challenging . However, he was patient & took great care of my car. The dispatcher was the same. If I ever need another tow, I really hope I get them again.

When out of town I was in need of a special type of tow and Double J was the only one that could do the job. He sent me pictures of my car on the flat bed and when he dropped it off at the dealer. I would definitely recommend!!
Jay was very nice and attentive and he got to me so quick. If you are ever in a bind definitely give them a call.
Shout to Double J Towing & Transport!!!! They are the best!!! After a terrible experience with AAA, and waiting two hours, I reached out to them. He was familiar with the area and knew exactly where I was. He came in less than 25 minutes. Immediately picked the car up and got it to the auto shop. He knew exactly where to go and didn't need any direction. I could not thank him enough! I greatly appreciate him!!!!! I will recommend Double J Towing & Transport in the future.
Worked with me and helped me out. Good service
Double J towing company very fast, prompt and wasted no time towing my car to a safe location after my car was involved in an accident. I called and spoke with the owner and he said "I will be there in 15 minutes" and to my surprise he was there before 15 minutes and ready to go with his service. He knew what he was doing and even had his partner drove the other big towing truck for backup to tow my vehicle to their location. He also arrived less than 5 minutes after the owner arrived. I was very impressed with their courteous customer service and their service was extraordinary exceptional. I will recommend Double J's Towing to anyone.

Towed a company van out of a tricky spot with no hassle, no struggle, fair price, and extremely friendly office staff and driver. Hope I never have to call again, but I sure did enjoy this interaction.
These guys were very professional and understanding. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area
I don't usually write reviews, however....A+++ service !! My friends vehicle needed towing out of a "bad area" in Baltimore city. The driver had do deal with threats and harassment but he stood his ground and got the car out. Didn't get the drivers name but, without sharing all the details, he really went above and beyond. Hats off to the guy. No question White Huff towing will get all my business in the future. Thanks again !!
Great service as usual, I have been using White Huff for years and will continue to do so.
I was very pleased that Geico sent Phil from White-Huff Towing to tow my disabled vehicle. He was fast, responsive, and extremely helpful, and an outstanding communicator. Thank you Phil!

Anthony was amazing, he helped me tow my car from a lot, efficient and worked with the people to have it released since I couldn't be there! He was very fast and friendly. Thank you Anthony!!
Quick and efficient amazing service
Anthony was great: arrived when he said he would, did a good job, was nice to talk to while we drove to the shop. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone.
Great small business and a really nice guy! Anthony took me halfway around the beltway for a reasonable price. Support small business, use this company

Bro's Towing really helped me when I was in a pinch! My insurance company has made a mistake on my account, and had cancelled my tow package. This was annoying because I had stopped at the store to get something for dinner for my family. Bros explained all the fees to me and came right away! They showed concern and care for my situation. Thank you, Bro's!
Very fast service - I requested a tow from a collision center to a body shop, they were on it almost immediately, and finished within 90 minutes. I was able to handle the pickup and drop-off by phoning both ends, which helped a lot as my household was down a car. They offered payment via credit card (+4% to offset charges) or Zelle (no fee).
Professional and reliable towing service! 100% recommend them if you ever need a tow !
Found ourselves stranded on the roof of a parking garage after a weld blew and punctured our radiator. Bro’s Towing was there quick and took great care to make sure the car got down the crowded garage and to the shop without a scratch. Really appreciate it!!
I've personally used Bro's towing twice now for two different cars and have even called them in three times that relatives have broken down; so a review was well overdue. Service has always been reliable and trustworthy. I'll say this, as my mother-in-law's favorite son-in-law, I have a reputation to keep up and I was more than confident in sending Bro's Towing over for her and her daughter when they were broke down. 1000% reccomend.

Very poor customer service .. please ask them about their rate before you let them pick up your car.. I was charged $217 for 2miles
I had a great experience. They arrived quickly, handled my vehicle with care, and provided outstanding customer service. The driver was professional and courteous, making a stressful situation much easier. Highly recommend their reliable and efficient service!
I highly recommend this company. J arrived quickly, was professional and very friendly. The fee was reasonable
I wanted to leave a positive review for this company. I was stranded with h my son after another tow company tried to snatch my vehicle from a parking lot. I called the police to report Prince George’s Towing company located in Beltsville Md. I called Double J towing and the tow truck driver was professional and courteous! He used the proper equipment to tow my SUV and got us home safely!!!!
I would give ZERO stars if possible. The owner of this company, "J", employs dishonest business practices and I will be reporting him to the BBB. J originally quoted me $225 to have my disabled car towed to a local repair shop. I told him that I preferred to wait until morning so that I could speak to my insurance company about coverage. He stressed that as long as I had coverage, my insurance would "cover everything". So against my better judgement, I agreed to let him tow my car to his lot. What I didn't realize was that J was roping me into paying for two tows, one to his lot and then another from his lot to the repair shop. Then to boot, because he was out of the country for a few days, we couldn't get the details worked out with my insurance company and the car wasn't towed to the repair shop for 3 days. Long story short, I get a bill for $650. He was charging me for 2 tows @ $225 each, along with 4 days of storage @ $50/day. After paying the bill (what choice did I have?), I submitted the receipt to my insurance company who promptly rejected the claim stating that they only cover a single tow and don't cover any storage fees. This meant that they would only be reimbursing me for $225. So much for J's claim that my insurance company would "cover everything". When I called J back to discuss, he gave me nothing but attitude stating that I was being rude to him. I mean, what did he expect after blatantly lying to me and tricking me into paying for 2 tows? I will say this about J. While my experience with him was terrible, my couple of phone calls with his son, J Jr. were nothing but pleasant. J Jr. was respectful and polite and apologized several times on behalf of his father. I think pops should take some pointers from his son on how run a business IMHO.

Hey jerk, why don’t you slow down on Route 50 going 80 mph without using your blinkers just changing lanes like crazy. Unreal, should be fired. 7/27/23 at 12:34pm
Recommend above others for towing of luxury and electric vehicles due to flatbed towing requirements and quality service provided. A friend recommended Alleycat Towing and Recovery and identified them as the best compared to a couple of other companies they personally used before. When I called for towing service, there were no drivers available and I was called back within the hour with notification that a driver would arrive within 30 minutes. The driver (Breaker) loaded my electric vehicle on the flatbed and treated it like it was his own. Breaker’s professionalism and competence about Tesla’s was evident; he was aware of activating the towing feature on the screen to prevent the alarm from activating during the tow. Soon after he loaded my vehicle, I paid with my credit card over the phone without any difficulties and no surcharge. As soon as Breaker arrived at the Tesla certified collision center, he called to confirm arrival.
On February 15,2025 my Honda Accord was stuck in mud and we called AlleyCat Towing the lady who took our call was very nice she said that the driver would arrive 30 minutes or less and he arrived less than 30 minutes and his name was David K #30 he was so helpful and it took him less than 10 minutes to get my car out of all that mud. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about what he was doing. I really appreciated his help. If you’re ever in a situation like I was please give AlleyCat Towing & Recovery a call and get DAVID K # 30. Thanks again David K
I live in a complex that they are “SUPPOSE” to ride through and check for PARKING STICKERS EVERY NIGHT, and they DO NOT!!!! I have to call almost EVERY SINGLE NIGHT to ask for someone to come out because I have nowhere to park. 2/100 times they will come. It’s ALWAYS cars parked in our parking lot with NO STICKERS….. OLD STICKERS…..DEAD TAGS, and they NEVER COME!!!! I’ve reported this to the rental office PLENTY of times. I’ve NEVER known a tow company that DON’T want to do their job that MAKES THEM THE MONEY!!! Then they ALWAYS LIE and say they came, but I have a camera that says OTHERWISE!!! I can’t WAIT until the property manager finds another REAL tow company that WANTS to do their job, to come around EVERY night to make it fair for EVERYONE that live here has a parking space. ALLEYCAT TOWING ARE LAZY LIARS!!!! You don’t want to do your job, you SHOULDN’T HAVE SIGNED THE CONTRACT!!!!
David K, driver #30 is an absolute master of his craft, and an absolute live-saver. He came in at a moments notice on an RV deal that I was negotiating through, double checked to make sure everything was legit with the purchase, and pulled an absolute miracle tow. This company has me as a customer for life for the amazing service, but if you can help it, DEFINITELY ask for David; I would entrust him to tow absolutely anything. He is one of if not the most genuine, kind, humble, professional, and honest people I've ever met, and will definitely be a returning customer in the future. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!

My car died in the most inconvenient spot. I called 1st Stop at 12:45 and by 13:45 my car was hitched up and on its way to the shop. These guys are professional, fast and don’t price gouge you. Can’t recommend them enough. They really did save the day.

Pro2Tow was fast and professional. The driver was very professional and reassuring that I was in good hands. I normally don't post reviews, this is an exception for Good Quality Service. This company will always be the first one I call for a tow, hands down. If you want good service, by all means give them a call.💯👊🏾👍🏾
No one wants to be involved in a tow situation and you certainly may not be in the mood to give any accolades, well this company is a huge exception. The attendant, Kahlil, Was very professional curteous, quick but very safe in loading my vehicle. He even unloaded it in my driveway which is on a narrow street which I was content leaving it on the street level, but he went above and beyond! Thanks!
Car wouldn’t start and they got to me hitched up within a half hour, maybe closer to 20 minutes, with a call to let me know when they were on the way and about how long their ETA was. Really friendly tow driver, I’ve never had a towing experience go this quickly!
I called Pro 2 Tow a couple of months ago when my car broke down and needed a tow. The driver called me as soon as he was on his way and arrived at my location within 45 minutes . He was so professional, friendly, helpful and quick. I’d definitely recommend them and use them again in the future!
My tow driver Shaun was excellent and extremely patient through the process which had to be followed for him to enter the parking garage on my secure worksite. My vehicle was parked in a difficult spot but he was able to hook it up and secure it. I highly recommend him and would call him again in a heartbeat!!

They were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. My bus was parked in a tight corner besides other vehicles, but he was able to pull it out without any issues. I was very satisfied with their their service and would highly recommend them.
John was the driver that assisted me. I feel he really went over and beyond to help me. Such an nice guy and would recommend this company for ANY of your services needed. I really don't know what i would of done if he never stop to offer his assistance. Life saver!!
My car had been on the side of the the road in a highly acclaimed neighborhood I DC with two blown out tires! It was difficult for my Insurance company to get a tow truck company to come up to the area and with a fair price. Sitting in my car for 5.5 hours not wanting my car to be towed. I called Jay at around 11pm he had a guy out in no time gave me good deal not on towing they had the tires I need. The next my car was ready and the even dropped my car of at my home, no extra charge. Best service I have seen!

Stupidest place ever. Do not recommend dealing with them. Filling law suit for damages on vehicles handled without care
Delonte was friendly and professional. He took great care of my vehicle and delivered it to the right location as requested. Would definitely recommend.
The service was excellent! I would recommend this company to anyone who's looking for a tow truck. Carlos was very helpful with any questions I had. When it was time to pick up my car. He was moving like he had a purpose.
Best tow experience ever. After all the struggles is getting through rush hour traffic on 495, the driver was still incredibly courteous and quick. He took care of everything for me, even loading the motorcycles into their new home and returning the keys to my door step when I had to leave for an emergency. Great price, and great service.
This company took my call after midnight, when I was stranded on a deserted road in MD. I am thankful and the drivers care.

I was from out of town and used them due to their excellent rating. They recommended Brown Toyota for my Prius repair which was a great recommendation. Glens Towing was courteous, helped me over the phone with locating other services and didn't take advantage of me because I was out of town. I hope I can pay it forward.

Awesome service best in the city thanks again elevated towing and recovery
This team is spectacular offering friendly and efficient service!! I absolutely recommend them for roadside needs!!
Driver came to our place of business with no regard to the operations of the location. Blocked a single lane road rather than asking where tows are dropped, a road used by our customers, staff and suppliers with no respect and complete disregard for the business. At that particular time 3 staff members had to either wait or find another egress per his inconsideration. I did not want to give any Star.
I just wanted to put this review here to say thanks to Elevated Towing and Recovery for their quick response in getting me out of jam. The customer service was great, the driver kept me calm and they arrived sooner than the ETA! I definitely recommend.

Darnell was very helpful and quick to respond. He also new of a local tire shop that was open late on a Wednesday. They patched my tire fairly quickly, and the overall experience was not too bad. Also the price was reasonable.
Scott is the most efficient, effective and actually caring tow truck driver we’ve ever dealt with. Quick service, safe, concerned about our own safety, connected boat back, inspected our tow hitch/trailer connection, recommended adjustments, switched out our pin for a safer/sturdier one, followed behind us to make sure all was well... can’t say enough good things about him and his service. Don’t call anyone else in the area. Thank you Scott!
Simply amazing! I own one of DC's "tiny houses," but despite the moniker, these houses aren't so tiny when towing. I got the 13.5'-high, 25'-long house on wheels jammed into a pretty tight yard, with sharp corners and leaning trees and no experience backing up a trailer. After 5+ hours of getting nowhere, I called Scott's, and pretty shortly thereafter, Darnell arrived with a big smile and a positive attitude and a wealth of knowledge. He got behind the wheel and had the house extricated in no time, safely towing it to its new location and expertly backing it into a(nother) impossibly tight space. Other tow companies had refused the job, and there's no way I could have ever made it work myself. Darnell quite honestly saved my house. With that in mind, you can feel safe Scott's Towing will have no trouble with whatever you need. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and the (really difficult) job was so fairly priced. And, once again, Darnell was just amazing. For as long as I remain in DC, I can confidently say I'll never use anyone but Scott's Towing again. These guys are the best. Thanks again!
Completely Unprofessional lol. I called because I DID NOT receive a receipt from the driver who towed my vehicle. He most likely took my cash and pocketed it! I called to ask for them to pull up the tow information and was told that they DO NOT have records or keep paperwork of the vehicles they tow but if I had a "TOW TICKET" whatever the hell that means, that they could look it up. HUH?!!?! The old dusty man on the phone was rude and kept contradicting himself I suggest you DO NOT call this jankey ghetto place. LOL
I had the best tow person and his name was Darnell. He was very professional, nice, friendly and overall there to help. Because of him I will continue using this company whenever I need service.

Absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Level 1 Towing! From the moment I called for assistance, their team was incredibly professional and attentive. They arrived much quicker than I expected, which was a relief in a stressful situation. The driver, was not only friendly but also went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was safely loaded. I appreciated how they took the time to explain the process and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. What truly stood out was their willingness to help beyond just towing my car. They provided valuable advice on nearby repair shops and even offered to follow me there to ensure I arrived safely. I can't recommend Level 1 Towing enough! If you ever find yourself in need of a tow, this is the company to call. Five stars all the way!

Glen my towing guy was amazing he came in less than 1hr and positioning my car correctly behind my house when triple A said they couldn’t. Just all out great work would recommend to everyone.. fast, easy, and cheap
I'm not one to leave reviews much, but this service was so bad I have to help others who may be in need of towing. I simply contacted this company for tow service and every aspect of it was bad. I wish I would've read the reviews before contacting them. I would NOT recommend this company.
Great towing company. Glen is very skilled at towing. He also made me feel comfortable about the towing. He took pictures and when he got to the garage, he called me to let me know whom he gave the car key to. Very good experience over all.
The starter in my vehicle quit working while parked in a 7'0" underground parking garage in Baltimore. After coordinating with the provider, Robert from Whitelock responded in a timely fashion with an appropriate tow truck to extricate my vehicle from the garage. Robert was also extremely knowledgeable about my type of vehicle and how best to tow it without doing any collateral damage to it. He was friendly and professional and a safe driver while we towed it for 39 miles on I-95. Not that I'm in the market for towing companies, but if you ever need a safe reliable tow from a driver you can trust to do a good job, Robert is the guy. A respected professional who takes his job seriously.
Real genuine guy, he looked out for me. Got up out of bed 4 am in the morning and took me 25 miles to my location. Highly recommend for anybody needing towing. Very professional

The person that drove the tow truck for me last week was quite nice. He saw that I was stressed and made an effort to explain things clearly. Service that is quick, cheap, and really cares.
I've used their towing service a few times now, and they've always been reliable. When something goes wrong, I always call them for help, whether it's a flat tire or a tow.
When my tire blew out on the road, the staff saved me. Service that is quick, effective, and cheap.
From beginning to end, my experience with this towing service was great. The driver was nice and professional, and the dispatcher told me the appropriate time. You can tell they really care about the folks they help.
I wasn't sure who to call when my automobile broke down late at night. This towing service was dependable and professional. They kept me in the loop the whole time and got my car to the technician safely.

Very expensive service I do not recommended to any one
Had to use his service last night, not what I wanted to be waiting for at 4am but he was great, friendly and fast. Was very careful with my car, even helped diagnos what the issue was. Definitely recommend, very professional, and knowledgeable.
Cost is too high for one day.($315.00) Then if it goes in for two days $100.00 to $150.00 more.
Had the best experience. They picked up my car from Beamer Auto and delivered it to my home within two hours of me calling. The towing fee was very reasonable. Thanks again, I really appreciate your services. I highly recommend them.👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
Great service and reasonable prices. I had my car towed off a Military Base with no problem or hesitation at all. The driver was very professional and made my situation a lot easier. I recommend this towing service because the driver kept constant communication with me and made sure my car made it safe to its destination.

My car broke down in heavy traffic, and this towing business saved my life. They got there faster than the ETA, helped safely detour traffic, and transported my car to the repair business. I couldn't have asked for better service.
