The driver was very professional and on time. I even had to change the drop-off location, and he handled it smoothly. After dealing with a damaged tire and not having a spare, it was such a relief to have a good experience and reliable service.

Picture it: easy peasy tire change on my daughter's car at 9 pm on a Sunday. I'm on the ground wrenching lugnuts. Of course they're all rusted and OF COURSE the last one is stripped. I try every which way; every finesse turn, every angle. NOPE. Reluctantly call roadside assist and they send Salty. Salty shows up and asks the issue - within literally minutes he's ripped the stripped lugnut off, jacked up the car and put the spare on. We are good to go. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable and perhaps above all friendly. Great guy. Thanks again Salty!

They arrived very quickly to tow my car when it broke down on the side of the road late at night. Agero, the driver was very friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond sending me a detailed video of him dropping my car off at the body shop I requested and making sure my keys were safely deposited in the right location. He made it obvious he cares about helping.

Salty towing was cheaper than the other towing companies I called and the driver was incredibly polite and kind. He went above and beyond in service. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I have been having issues with my truck for a few months and have had to have it towed now 3 separate times. All three times I got my truck towed by Salty Towing and Recovery. The first two times, Mohammed came and recovered my truck within 30 minutes. The third time I needed a tow, Ryan came and towed my truck, within 45 minutes given where my truck broke down. Both of these gentlemen are consummate professionals, arriving quickly, safely loading my vehicle and getting my truck and I where we needed to go. The pricing is fair and their service is faster and far superior to other companies in Northern VA. Both Ryan and Mohammed are extremely polite, considerate and personable. I had my sons with me on two of the three occasions and these gentlemen treated us all like family. Thank you both for your help and kindness during these tenuous situations.

Worst ever. My car was towed here after I was rear ended. It’s been a nightmare trying to get t stuff out of my car (like my registration so I can sign a release with the police). I called twice to inquire about retrieving them. I was told (with relation to retrieving my items) that they were open 24/7. I get here, through much rigmarole, (they are 25 minutes away) there is no marked door. I have to wander around trying to find a door. Finally I call again and I’m told they won’t be here for another 30 (probably) because they’re doing a tow… I’m hoping you can follow the logic in this because I can’t. I called twice. They said they were open 24 hours…then the lady I speak with is rude. Don’t use them if you have a choice in the matter.

It took a while for the technician to arrive but he was able to diagnose the problem very quickly and make a temporary fix. He also gave me a recommendation on where to get the problem permanently repaired.

Michael was so professional and so kind. He really took the extra mile to ensure my truck wasn’t going to get damaged. I really appreciated his attention to detail!

Well it was hot, the vehicle would not turn over. Made the tow call. Cost was given and they arrived within 10 mins of the call. Tow truck driver was very professional and courteous. I was actually shocked with how quick the tow truck arrival was. Great service

Overall the service was top notch. Only issue is the bait and switch experience. The Google ad stated $125 plus $3 mileage fee. The receipt says the first 5 miles free. After a tow no more than a mile away from pickup, i was charged for 12 miles to get to me and 14 miles to my house. Total of $181.65.

Very nice guy. Professional. Was available to tow my vehicle 43 mi away at like 8:00 at night on a Sunday. His tow truck and equipment All seem to be well maintained which I personally feel is important when towing a vehicle almost 50 miles.

I was on my way home for work when my low tire pressure light came on. I was close to Broad and James and when I arrived my tire was close to being totally flat. It was almost time for them to close for the day when I got there and they said that they would take a look. About 30 minutes later they came out and said that it was fixed and that I was ready to go. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for taking care of me.

Broad and James has always been great for me. They are fast, efficient, reliable, and honest. They have frequently been on the lower end of cost estimates with the ability to get it done quicker. Jim especially has always been very open and honest, often giving me the most economical option and telling me how to save money. Nobody has ever been pushy, they get my vehicle in fast, and I have not had a single issue with their work. I recommend them often to people and will continue to take my vehicles there as I am able.

Just like mechanics, car dealers, and pawn brokers, I expect to get scammed when having to deal with towing companies. Dash is the exception. Fast, friendly, and 25% cheaper than every other option. Had a tire blow out and needed in town towing. Ended up paying $110 and Dash showed up within the hour. The other 4 companies were $175-200+ and said it’d be atleast 2 hours. Next time the unexpected happens, they will be the first I call.

Locked my keys in the car at 6am. I called anyone I could think of, police, sheriff and nobody could help me. Called these guys and they were like, “Not a problem be there in 30min and in 2min you’ll be on your way”. Can’t thank these guys enough.

My tires were losing air at the gas station while on the way to visit a passing family memeber; my tire guage was not working properly. I asked the driver who was also at the gas station for assistance. Without hesitation he checked all of my tires and filled them with air. He would not take any money for assisting me and I am forever grateful and appreciative for his help.

Without any hesitation I will use my tow every time in the future, not only did Travis go above and beyond anything you can expect from a tow company he was genuine, friendly and kept in contact the whole time when my truck was an hour away on the side of the road. You don't see to many company's anymore that care about a person more than they care about making a buck even then they came faster than other companys projected and he was further away at the time of the call. Worst service and owner/staff attitude I have seen in the industry.Had trucks towed many times across the US along the years but never had I ever been mistreated and overcharged like Wold Truck did. Had one of our units towed fro 9 miles from a truck stop to their yard(after a police impound)Arrangements were made with Wold Truck and they were notified that I will be flying next morning to pick up our unit.Arrived in Columbus next morning to go pick up my truck.After at least 10 phone calls and 2 hrs in-front of their closed gates they finally told me that for safety reasons they need to send 2 employees to open the gate and they don't have 2 employees available to send on Sunday.Bill at this point was ~2600$(that is to toll a running truck for 9 miles and keep it at their yard for a night,mind you truck wasn't even in a ditch or in need of any kind of special service,an employee of ours just decided to steal company equipment and was captured by police and tractor unit with empty trailer was towed)However they did not allow me to take my truck that day so next day I had to get Columbus police department involved so I can go to their premises as they felt that I was too aggressive and sent me an email that I am not allowed at their property.Very convenient for them to play their little games and drag on releasing the equipment them as the bill went from 2600$ to 3983$ overnight.I was also denied any other payment options than cash so for my safety one of the police officers had to give me a ride to the bank where I could do the 4000$ cash withdraw(what century are we in?).If I were you I would twice before using their services.In my opinion they are over priced,rude,unprofessional that goes both for staff and the owner Mike that doesn't even show up in person to try and resolve issues but hides behind a telephone line and acts like he doesn't want to hear what you have to say.All he kept repeating was cash only.Beware of their rates,do your research first.Their 24/7 service also doesn't mean they are open 24/7,you may end up paying additional storage if your towing falls on the weekend.Worst experience ever,would not recommend.

Great experience. Had to have a quick tow, and the response time was within an hour. Had to move a stored vehicle from one place to another. Pleasant to deal with. And as an added bonus, care was taken to get the vehicle positioned perfectly in its new spot. This saved me a lot of beer money having friends come and help me push. This family run business cares and works with you. They answered and called back fast, gave suggestions and tips on the phone, but also came out and helped me figure out the issue without needing a tow. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would recommend anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy team of people when you are in need of it to use this company. 10 out of 10 if I could.

Very helpful and friendly. Got my car towed back home quickly and gave me advice and what I could do mechanically to get it fixed.

Stuck with a flat on my ebike in the middle of the night, I was so grateful that Marcos was called to the job. He lifted the heavy bike onto the truck and hitched it securely, thoughtfully using a cloth to protect my bike from scratches. It was so relieved to have both myself and my bike home safely after the long evening. I can't recommend Olmos Towing highly enough!

Absolutely awesome service! Totally knew how to load a low riding VW Golf... major bonus. Also send drop off pictures to show the car made it in one piece as well as actual coordinates of the shop in Portland. He dropped off the keys with my information so I could stay at Luvs in Troutdale so I could stay dry and warm until my ride showed up. Not that I want to be towed again, but if the need arises, I will definitely call him again.

I cannot recommend Olmos Towing LLC enough. They were super communicative, professional, and punctual, and truly went above and beyond to help me out. After dropping my car off at a Les Schwab, they even help us transfer our things from our car to the tow truck and drove my wife and I home afterwards. They turned an inconvenient afternoon with a flat tire into a reminder that there are kind, awesome humans out there.

I had a flat tire on my vehicle and it needed to be towed to a dealer who had the particular tires I needed. Kirsten was the tow driver. She was very capable and efficient getting my car loaded and made the experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend JA Towing and Kirsten in particular if you need great customer service.

Dylan was prompt and courteous. He also took extra care to make sure the car was safely towed despite it being on a hill and took care of all the details for it being dropped off to the mechanic after 5. I think it's our first time using JA Towing and I would definitely call them again.
