Towed my car which was my mistake, but it is 2025 and I don't understand why I had to pay cash, why don't you all take card or tap n pay. I had got drooped off by my landlord with my 1-year-old it was 90 degrees I asked could I at least cash app any of the employees. They had my car since it was towed, I couldn't even drive to the bank, and I didn't have my baby stroller or car seat because it was in the car. I was told I could walk to yallo express which might have an atm that's a far walk in the heat with a baby. Finally, I was able to have somebody bring me the cash. I was charged 158 for having my car from 11AM-4PM not even a full 24 hours.
The staff was amazing great experience they helped me through the entire situation good people in all. Heather, Kristin and jeni treated me with the upmost respect , and the all around customer experience was exceptional !
Cody was awesome at his job. Very professional and polite. Made a bad day much better. He's a good person and you guys are lucky to have him. I will highly recommend this company to others because of him.

I had to call multiple times to get updates. I was 20 mins. An hour went by and I called again then I was told 45 mins. Another hour went by an I called again. Dispatcher said he was enroute and could not give me an ETA because the GPS was not working. My EMS crew had to wait over 2 hours to get a tow. I will never be using this company again.
My clutch stopped engaging and I was stuck blocking a lane of traffic at an intersection. I tried using my AAA membership but would have had to wait for 20 mins on hold before I could even speak to someone. I looked up the nearest tow company and Millennium came up. I explained my issue and that I needed an emergency tow and someone was out immediately. I think the driver’s name was Todd but he was very prompt and professional and I was able to get my car towed, a ride home, and some recommendations on some Indian food as well as places who might be able to fix my clutch!
I needed a tow after an accident. Millennium's dispatcher was thorough and so easy to deal with. Issac showed up very quickly, and was friendly, kind and accommodating. Not exactly what I expect from a tow truck company and driver, so I would highly recommend them!
This place is a little pricier than most but a pretty awesome place. I was told it might be 2 hours before they could get to me, which was the wait time for all the places i called, but he came a little over an hour early. Todd was a really cool guy and very personable. He also did me a favor by taking my key and info to the mechanic for me so i didn't have to wait for my ride to come get me and do it myself.
Millennium towing was an absolute god send when me and my wife got stuck in Cincinnati after getting a flat tire. Price was reasonable and no hidden fees. Driver was extremely nice and knowledgeable and even went out of his way to help us with extra things free of charge. I don’t know if I’ll ever be back to Cincinnati but if you are in Cincinnati and have car issues. Millennium towing is the perfect tow company to use🙏🏾

Waited 45 min for a truck to show. Finally, received a call to inform me they dont have a driver for the correct truck.
A homeowner in the area called to have a car towed. While performing that tow my property, as well as, my neighbor’s property was damaged. I called the towing company and the employee refused to let me speak to a manager. The employee acknowledged the damage was caused by the towing company and refused to fix it. I was met with an extremely rude attitude and excuses such as “he was driving a big truck, what do you expect”. I did not call for a tow so I would not expect my property to be damaged in the process. Since it was damaged, I would expect the company that caused the damage to fix it. Total lack of professionalism all around.
Fast and reliable service. I got in a accident and I called them and they were immediately out to get my truck. Very friendly and respectful.
on my way to work and this truck almost completely wiped me out. did not check his mirrors AT ALL before merging over THREE LANES and almost squashing my car. Even after honking at him driver proceeded to force his way in front of me and if my brakes were not good i would have been done for. White man with light brown/maybe ginger hair. license plate on the truck is PJZ3185. would not trust him with my car if he cant drive an empty tow truck without being a danger.
On 8-4-2024 we called AAA for a tow on our car at 11:30. We were told North Gate towing would be coming to us. At 12:15 we called again and were told that North Gate came, waited 7 minutes and didn't find us. We gave specific directions as to where were in the parking garage at Hard Rock casino and they never called us to find where we were parked. We decided to drive our car to North Bend road to eat at Taco Bell. As we got off the exit the car started to smoke. So we pulled into the Taco Bell parking lot and let the car cool down while we ate our food. After finishing we tried to start the car and the car wouldn't start so we called AAA again and were told that North Gate towing would be out at 3:30. It was about 2:30 when we called. We waited until 3:45 again with no call, and called AAA again only to find out no one could get to us until 6:30.. So we left keys in the car and and took Uber home. Very disappointed with service provided by North Gate towing
