Driver was on time respectful and enjoyed what he did. I’d get a tow from these people any day.
Very fast friendly and convenient service I was quoted 45 mins and my locksmith arrived in 20 mins thank you so much for making us laugh and feel comfortable throughout this inconvenient mistake we made and also thank you for the fast service as we were able to continue our day quickly and accordingly as planned thanks!!! Awesome!
Your driver was professional and extremely personable. I enjoyed the ride back with the car and highly recommend him again
My car broke down on the side of the highway. Jonathan made sure to arrive as soon as possible and helped us tow our vehicle. Jonathan really took our troubles into consideration. He was Very professional and a genuine person.
Amazing handled my car with care, took off a star tho because I was quoted 20 min and it took about an hour and a half…. I get it was morning rush hour but why lie…

Thomas was just phenomenal! Got the job done quickly in this awful cold, but thanks to him everything was okay. Super fast and reliable, 5 stars!
This place is a little pricier than most but a pretty awesome place. I was told it might be 2 hours before they could get to me, which was the wait time for all the places i called, but he came a little over an hour early. Todd was a really cool guy and very personable. He also did me a favor by taking my key and info to the mechanic for me so i didn't have to wait for my ride to come get me and do it myself.
Lost a wheel hub on my boat trailer yesterday after buying it. Called them and I immediately felt like I had made the right call. The dispacher was helpful and very understanding of my situation. They had a truck there within 45 minutes and their driver was an absolute pro! He flat bedded the boat and trailer to a repair shop and sent me pictures of it in a secure area there. Highly recommend!
Hey Millennium Towing & Recovery. As of 10/3/2025. My car got towed from where I stay and thank God I was headed home to use the bathroom, when I noticed my car had been towed. Well the company helped me through the whole process of my unexpected situation, I had the pleasure of speaking with a lady on the phone named Christian, she was very nice and understanding and went above and beyond to make calls to a gentleman named Tony, who was a pleasure and a beautiful person to meet, who helped me from the time he called me to let me know he would meet me at the Colerain location to help me recover my vehicle.... He was so modest and caring to my unfortunate dilemma. I mean, when I say.... At this year and time of things going on in the world, he was a Bright soul to meet. I appreciate people like him.... I hope Millennium Towing Recovery know that they have a very knowledgeable Man on there team.... Thank you so much Tony, I pray that you are favored and blessed everyday for your kindness.
I unfortunately don't recall the driver's name, but when I needed a professional hauler for my "baby," he stepped up and did a great job. I have a lowered, highly modified Wagon that wouldn't start; Millennium got there within ~20 minutes, loaded up my vehicle with impressive care and attention to detail, got me home in a timely fashion and even helped me push my car into the garage afterwards. Great guy, good company, fair price. They will be my first call for a Tow from here on out.

Northgate towed my husbands car and damaged his rear drive train. The repair shop said this damage could have only been caused by a tow truck improperly connecting our truck to the tow. When I called for insurance they didn’t respond to multiple calls and finally gave me attitude and refused to give me their insurance information! The woman on the phone was very very rude even we have proof of the damage being their fault. Watch out if they tow your vehicle. They don’t know what they’re doing and aren’t accountable when they do $1300 of damage to your car. Shame on them.
Driver that was on Bobolink Rd on 8/26/25 at 4:25pm is an idiot. Parked in the middle of the road and just sat there. Didn’t turn on hazards. They let a car pass, then started going, then stopped again, let a car pass then started trying to go again while other cars are trying to pass. What is happening? Get your people under control.
I requested a tow through this company and had a small trailer attached To my truck. I asked Northgate if they could get the trailer as well with the truck. They said they could, I waited for two hours till someone was dispatched to me. The driver tells me they don’t even have a hitch on their tow trucks to haul both. I told the driver I wish someone would’ve told me that or I would’ve had arrangements for someone to come get the trailer as well. I asked if they could give me time. For someone to come and get the trailer. Even though it was their fault, they told me they could not wait for me. They then canceled the tow. Then wouldn’t take my phone calls afterwards. I was very respectful to the dispatch driver when he told me this information. But deep down I wasted five Three hours or nothing. Do not use this company they will leave you on the side of the road.
Steve was fantastic. He was courteous while introducing himself, went above and beyond by evaluating the battery before towing, and even engaged with our kids while moving the car to the flatbed. Thank you, Steve!
The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid. No hidden chargers. They arrived sooner than I was told. Driver Chris and his partner are very professional. I would recommend they to friends and family as well as use their service again.
