Vic and blue hill are absolute LIFESAVERS, we were stranded in Brinkley with a rental, no ubers or lyfts avaliable and without them i have no idea what we would have done. Vic especially was so kind and really went out of his way for us. Can't possibly recommend their services more strongly!
Was out of my area and hit something in the road and blew a tire. My tire had locking lug nuts and I called Blue Hill to come help. The dispatch was friendly and accurate on ETA. They sent Nick who showed up in 30 minutes and got right to work. Went above and beyond to help load the blown tire in the back of the SUV. Appreciate you guys! I know it was hot and a Saturday but you showed up anyway and one a great service!
5 STARS! We blew a tire on 530 and needed some help. I searched for roadside assistance and started calling with the closest. The first 2 guys were jerks that would take at least an hour and a half. Next call was to Blue Hill Towing. I did not get the name of the polite and very professional gentleman that took my call. However, in just a couple of minutes he advised that help was on the way. Just a very few minutes later Vic called me and, in just few minutes more he pulled up behind us. Vic is a courteous and qualified professional, who is willing to do whatever it takes. Now, of course one of my lug nuts was boogered, prior to Vic’s arrival. He took his time at first, not wanting to do any further damage. I told him that he could do what he needed to…and he did! He had to make a couple runs at it, but he was not going to quit. A very capable young man! Whatever y’all are paying him is not near enough. Thanks Vic!!!
I highly recommend Blue Hill Towing! I had a very stressful morning dealing with my car breaking down, but thankfully, Vic came to our rescue!! He was a very nice guy who helped in such a short amount of time and was all around very helpful with our situation. Thank you again, Vic I can’t express my appreciation enough. You guys are awesome! This company has caused serious harm to my business and operations. They are currently holding my truck and trailer, and they refused to let my other driver take the trailer to make the delivery. At first, they quoted $1,500, but then suddenly changed the price to $2,600. The woman who works there has an extremely bad attitude, and their payment policy makes everything worse — they only accept cash or EFS, no debit or credit cards. It has been a terrible experience from start to finish. They are not allowing anyone, not even a mechanic, to see or repair the truck, and now they’re trying to charge $3,400. This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, and I’m preparing to take legal action against them. Avoid this company at all costs.
Paul Aldridge truck #90 is a blessing! We lost turbo on our 2500 Dodge Diesel Pickup Truck while camping in Maumelle. We were camping our way to Nashville from West Texas to meet up with family. We were three miles from our campsite and had to call for a tow to transport our truck to a diesel mechanic. Paul was prompt, courteous and so kind to offer us a ride back to our campground! He dropped us off right at our RV site so we could remove all of our gear/belongings from the back of our truck and make the best of our camping trip! Thank you Paul & God Bless You!
My car broke down yesterday and I needed a tow. Preston was the driver and he was awesome. He greeted me with a cold bottle of water and said I could wait in his truck while he loaded my car. Huge shout out to East End Towing! Cruddy end to the week but Timothy came FAST and took care of changing this tire. I didn’t know my car was missing an appropriate tire tool or jack to fix it. I can't remember the guy's name that picked up my car. He was very tall and had tattoos out of the NLR office. He was very sweet, funny, professional, and made me feel comfortable releasing my car to him. He was gentle with my car and assured me that he will take car of my car. He was very quick. Needed a gas run off the 40 Sunday night at 8 PM. Many companies would/could not do it. Said they’d be there in 30 mins and got there in 20 mins. Got some fuel and paid in 10 mins. Reliable and friendly. Highly recommend.

I'm typing this message on 3/5/2025. This morning around 3:30am, I was traveling on hwy 70 to the I30, and I was traveling through the construction work, and the driver behind me was blinding me because of having on their high beam lights. Long story short, I drove off the road into the ditch right before entering into I30. The tow worker, was so nice! He arrived in minutes! Service was fast and pleasant. My car is in great conditions, no mishaps! And I was able to make it to work! Very reasonable/affordable pricing! I highly recommend. Thank you C&T Towing!!!

I was in a car accident and my vehicle was towed to this shop. I set up an appointment with Statefarm so the vehicle could be towed from the tow yard to where I wanted it repaired. We called yesterday and Statefarm tried to get the charges so my vehicle could get picked up. He told us to give him a call back later. State farm has been calling to get the charges, the tow company they use has been calling and then Statefarm reached out to me this morning so I could call and still no answer. They are delaying the process of me getting my vehicle picked up and fixed. This company is disorganized and unprofessional. This is my first time using them and most assuredly the last! Update: After posting this review the owner called me and after speaking with him I could see there was some miscommunication between all parties. My car got to where it needed to go with no further issue so I decided to delete this review and even told him that I had. The business I needed taken care of was handled and I was satisfied with that and had no other issues with this company. To my knowledge this review had been deleted, but this morning 12/15/23 the owner texted me about this review and made commentary about my other reviews and tried to tell me how I should go about things which I felt was unprofessional and overstepping. Any review I make I base solely off of my experience and perspective. I can't speak for anyone else or their experience, but I can speak for myself and can do so how I see fit. You can't tell me how to feel about your company and not one thing I said was a lie. If he had a problem with this review still being up he could have simply said "Hey, I saw your review was still up and was just wondering about it since I thought we had resolved those issues." I would have fixed it with no issue because I did say I would delete it. After being contacted today with the message I was sent, Instead of deleting my review I'm changing my final rating from a 1 to a 3 . The work I needed done was taken care of. There were some hiccups in communication between myself, Statefarm and the owner, but after the issues were spoken on everything went a lot smoother. It is not higher because of communication and because the owner contacted me today about this review in a way that I felt was overstepping. I have also asked not to be contacted again which I'm stating here for a second record.
I got stock at the scale with Ower weight on trailer axle I called probably 5 different towing companies they pick up phone at first time and not getting back to you but I found Sure Repair Diesel & Towing LLC and explain what I need they told me will be there in 45 min and they show up on time was very surprised I was not expecting that quick,and by the level of services, and price. Very kind and honest guy. Some other shops were charging me list 2 times more for same services .”and plus at and he wave the storage fee it was nice to working with people like Sure Repair Diesel & Towing LLC. Nice person Thank you.
Great experience. I broke down coming from Oklahoma and headed to Florida. The team at sure repair had me going in just a couple hours even though it was a Saturday. I’ve recently called Jacksonville Towing & Recovery twice to have the same vehicle towed. Herbie (the Love Bug!) arrived in less than 30 minutes!! He expertly loaded my vehicle onto his truck from very tight quarters, one of which was a pretty full parking lot. I swear he’d win all competitions! And I told him so!! Thank you very much Herbie!!! Great, reliable company!
Great experience overall. Prices can't be beat. They also work on batteries (search Jacksonville Starter & Alternator - same guys). I originally thought the problem was the battery, so they brought it to their own shop. Since it turned out to be a non-battery related problem, they towed it to another shop and gave me a discount on the second tow. All in the same day! Saved me a lot of cash and headaches.
I called JSand Tow when my truck broke down, I couldn't get it in gear, on a dead end road in the woods. Herbie said that he would be there as soon as he could get there. He was there in 30 minutes. Replaced my shift cable and got me back on the road in no time and didn't charge a arm and leg. Repeat customer for sure.
This business is pure honesty and integrity. I needed a new alternator for my Pacifica. The van had been spraying oil in the engine area which made removing the alternator slippery. The part was dropped a number of times as a result during the removal. After the new part was installed, the air conditioning wasn’t working. They referred me to Jason’s Auto and they paid for the air conditioning plugs that got damaged and I had the valve cover gaskets replaced to stop the oil spray. They drove me home and kept in contact with me during this repair. As a result, I was introduced to two great businesses in Jacksonville, AR!
These guys are all very kind. Thank you for making a very stressful day a whole lot better.

Although the name suggests that the service is a "50 Dollar Tow," it's not factual. This charge doesn't include trip charges or taxes. I used the same service, twice in a day with different prices and prompts for tips. Overall it's still a good service and efficient.
I am from out of state. My water pump went out and I called this wrecker service around 1 o’clock. They stated it would be about an hour till they could pick me up. An hour later I called to check and they said it would be another 45 minutes. I waited another hour and called them again and they told me that it would be another hour. Understandably wrecker services are in high demand. But when you have somebody from out of state who is trying to get a car to a specific dealership before they close and make lodging arrangements, this was unprofessional. They had my number and could have called to keep me updated that the Destiination time kept changing. I had other tow companies that could’ve picked me up sooner but was waiting for this specific company. Save your money and go to a better, more professional wrecker service. And the woman that kept answering the phone was extremely rude. She told me on my last call that I could just cancel the tow and hung up on me
I just had my Sierra picked up and taken to the transmission shop. The driver was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He was very friendly and we had a great conversation. You can tell when you’re around somebody who knows what he’s doing and I recommend $50 tow to anyone out there. Five star all the way around!

I can’t say enough about this company. I was traveling alone and in an unfamiliar location when I had to have my rental car towed. Jerry came to the rescue and calmed my nerves with his jokes and talking about grand kids. He even helped me argue at the rental place when I picked up a new car when they were giving me a hard time. Had to have my Corvette towed. The tow truck driver was very concerned about not doing any damage to the car. Their price was lower than most towing companies I've had to deal with in the past. Will definitely be using them again.
The truck operator that towed my car has an awesome personality. He is resourceful and informative. I love his jokes. This is reason for exceptional service. Excellence!. Because if you don't have a outgoing and fun truck operator then your experience of getting your car towed wouldn't be fun. I loved his attitude!!!. He also teaches moral lessons about leaving your keys with your vehicle for truck operators to do their job correctly :-). This is the reason for good service. 😀

The photos are from the driver the night of the tow and what my sister found the following day. I requested a late night tow while working so communication was discontinuous. Initially I thought it was a hit and run but NO impact damage. Accidents happen I completely understand. But they still billed me without notice of the BOTCHED JOB. I had to call 365 towing for them to blame the auto shop saying my bumper was loose already. Regardless it was intact until the towing was completed. That excuse is INVALID with their LACK of accountability. I had to FORCE that information out of them. Believe 365 towing is family owned so they’ll cover themselves before admitting any WRONGDOING. BAD BUSINESS

My truck front wheel bearing gave out on I-30 in Benton Ar. Called Newcomb Towing who responded fast and took my truck to a repair shop. Professional, polite and a GREAT price! Would highly recommend Newcomb Towing!
Very quick and efficient! I was traveling from out of state in the Benton area when my car broke down. Not knowing the area very well, and having no one I knew near, Newcomb towing made it easy for me to get my car to a repair shop that would be open the following day (Saturday). Everyone I was in contact with at Newcombs was very polite and extremely helpful!

Very greedy company, my car got towed and I asked for a same day release and was told no. Once I got the vehicle they upcharged me a few hundred for her reasoning of no. Lesson learned.

Really need to work on their customer service and attitude towards customers!!! I JUST got off phone with them. I had a car accident yesterday. Chris told me that towing to their yard would cost me nothing. There was no others comments than it would cost me nothing. Nothing about insurance, payments or anything else. Well, after calling tow yard today to pick it up they said I had to pay tow bill and denied all claims of Chris ever saying something like what I claimed. The person on the phone got increasingly nasty while insisting I was wrong and there's no way I could be right. Thank God my insurance will pay the tow yard for me. Nevertheless, they REALLY need some work on customer relations.
I dealt with metro towing on Nov 21,2016. The driver Joe towed my vehicle from baseline rd to Jacksonville Ar. I was told id be out of around 180. Dollars. When he towed my vehicle to the location the bill was 270.00 dolls. Didnt appreciate that lie .Talkin about there was a 175.00 hook up fee.Never heard of such . was charged 3.50 per mile , which was exactly 20 miles tow. I could hav lived with that which came out to 70.00 bucks but the unnecessary. 175.hookup fee.thts ridicolous. Wouldnt recommend metro towing to anyone!!!! They are a RIPOFF to society!!!!! I wouldnt even rate this company with a ONE star!!!! Call Eastend tow or Adams L.R. metro Area. Please . You'll be more pleased and save more money!! Then the driver had to call back to metro tow and ask them to figure the taxes. Then all they have to say is"Sorry you had a poor experience with our company, please give us another chance". Thts bull. They say they have a promo" if you donate an unopened toy for a child for Christmas theb you get a free tow".wonder how many trurhts or lies to this story. Well can i get a refund for the hidden hookup fee of 175.00 tht i wasnt told about up front, when i donate an unopened toy.yall advertised that the offer is good til Dec1,2016. Why didnt the driver make me aware of this deal?
They were very pleasant and willing to work with me when I was pushing it trying to make it before they closed. I’m not gonna say I’m happy about the price but that’s with any tow truck company. Overall, my visit was friendly, easy and convenient. Hopefully I never have to deal with another tow truck or a tow yard but if I do, I will be using this one.

I locked my keys in my van and gave these folks a call. They were extremely fast at getting to my location, very courteous, and extremely fair on the price! Thank you, Ivy Hall!
They told my girlfriend she had to pay all the fees for her car that was towed there after an accident in order to get any personal items out of her car. According to Arkansas Code § 27-50-1208 certain personal items are excluded from possessory lien. When we called back to advise that we were aware of these rights and wanted to get the items, the belligerent trailer trash on the phone began yelling then hung up on my girlfriend.
If you're needing a vehicle towed I recommend you give Ivy Hall a call. They been around for over 50 year's and take care of your vehicle.

I have been waiting extra time to get a vehicle for a flat repair. I thought I called Lucky's. Turns out the phone number was Blue Hill. After I talked to them and found out they were twice as much as the service I am waiting on. Even though I have emergency road service. I thought I will wait for the other service. After all they only have to haul the vehicle a little over a mile up to the garage.
Travis was very helpful and made sure everything was good, they even followed us to make sure everything was ok. Thanks guys.
Lucky's towing is stand up, class act! We needed a fire truck moved from our volunteer fire department and they came out and picked it up and moved with ease and professionalism. Terrible place that towed everyone car on the block using an ordinance from 1996. The city council meeting stated that they should have given a 30-day notice to everyone on the street whom car Clark stole/towed. Im looking for an attorney now..

Beware the actions of this company are criminal. They displayed racist behavior as well. I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing incident that occurred on May 5th and 6th, 2024, at your tow facility involving one of your employees, Peggy. The events that transpired during this interaction were deeply concerning and necessitate formal action. On May 5th, 2024, at approximately 12:00 noon, my vehicle was towed and brought ot the facility at 257 Front Street, West Memphis Upon contacting the facility l encountered Peggy, whom the driver informed me was the owner. Unfortunately, our interaction quickly devolved into a heated exchange characterized by Peggy's rude and abrasive demeanor. Despite my attempts to communicate calmly and resolve the situation, Peggy adamantly refused ot release the vehicle that day, insisting that ti could only be retrieved on May 6th, 2024 after speaking ot her. The folowing day, May 6th, 2024, upon returing to your facility, Ionce again attempted ot reason with Peggy and provide the necessary documentation to secure the release of my vehicle. However, Peggy continued ot exhibit uncooperative behavior, refusing ot acknowledge my status as the registered owner and disregarding the sales contract | presented. Instead, she resorted to cursing and verbally abusive language, ultimately escalating the situation to a threatening level. She engaged ni physical aggression by chest bumping me and brandishing a bat while threatening violence. At this juncture, Ifelt compelled to seek assistance from the West Memphis Police Department. Upon their arrival, Peggy continued to be uncooperative and hostile, making unreasonable demands for payment in cash only. She initially stated the cost would be $250 on 05/05/2024 and later advised when the officers arrived that the cost would be $448.54. This entire ordeal, which should have been a straightforward transaction, was needlessly prolonged to an egregious extent, lasting three hours due to Peggy's belligerent conduct. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on al tow truck owners ni Arkanasa but also poses a serious risk to the safety and well-being of your patrons. Ifirmly believe that Peggy's actions during this incident are entirely unacceptable and warrant immediate attention. It is evident that her behavior is not in alignment with the standards of professionalism and customer service expected by the Arkanasas Towing anbd Recovery Board. Furthermore, her actions represent a significant liability to your organization and undermine public trust ni the services provided by alitow companies in Arkansas. Inlightoftheseconcerns,lurgeyouot conductathoroughinvestigationintothismaterandtakeappropriate disciplinary action against Peggy. Additionally, I request that she issue issue a formal apology for the distress and inconvenience caused by this unfortunate incident. As a responsible member of the community, it is imperative that actions are taken to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Itrust that you wil address this matter with the seriousness it deserves and take the necessary steps to uphold the integrity of al towing companies and ensure the safety and satisfaction of al citizens. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Peggy claimed to be the owner but refused ot provide any further identifying details. Additionaly, cameras within the establishment recorded the incident.

He was extremely professional, and a very sweet and kind man and I thank him with all my heart 🥰💖
Showed up through an insurance claim to jump my car off. Ended up towing me home after they couldn't get it running. Gave me a great deal and saved me from the side of the road at 1am. Couldn't be more appreciative than I am now. Thanks for everything you do! Definitely my go-to from now on!

Do NOT recommend this place what so ever ! This is a long one . I sold a car to a friend of mine who ended up getting incarcerated July 28th her car was suppose to be at her home PARKED until she got out December 20th ! Well she gets out December 20th and comes home and doesn’t find her car so our first thought is of course it was stolen so we call Around and look at her security system and indeed figure out it was stolen so we make a police report and call around to different tow yards we call Ryno towing (THIS TOWING COMPANY) and she lets us know she’s out of the office to call the following day and she will check her inventory we indeed do that and as far as we can tell from her security cameras the car was stolen about 3 months ago (again something she didn’t realize because she was in jail how would someone know something like that when they’re incarcerated right?!) so we call again the following morning give the information on the car and a round about of when the car was stolen (again security cameras show it was 3 months prior so we give her that info) so she says her computer system is down give her all of the info and she will call back within the HOUR as you can expect we didn’t receive a call back so we call again 3 hours later again she says “she has to take a look” and she will call us again no call back (we started calling @ 9:02am they opened @ 8am and didn’t close until 5pm she gave us the run around ALL DAY until they finally closed then of course they don’t answer the phone so TODAY comes and we call first thing this morning @ 8:02am and she confirms they have the car and have had the car 51 days and wants 2,541.00 (keep in mind we have already made a police report and the police came out and even told us since it’s stolen vehicle she will NOT have to pay for it ! She was incarcerated the entire time We are continuously explaining to Teresa Hensley (the owners wife) what happened and we have proof of it all and she becomes VERY rude and says “yeah I get it but I checked DECEMBER 11th and the car wasn’t reported stolen .. well of course it wasn’t she didn’t get out until December 20th how can she report something stolen that she wasn’t even aware of at the time anyways she just keeps repeating herself so we offer to come up to the tow yard with all proofAND with our officer who told us we would NOT have to pay to get a STOLEN vehicle out of impound and now all the sudden (yall can’t come today we aren’t in the office over the weekend) how convenient right? And I explained to her we’ve been calling you since she got out on the 20th trying to get this settled because we knew once the weekend came. This would be the story that we get. And she kept saying “well you said 3 months ago we’ve only had it 51 days well security camera shows the car was stolen out of the yard 3 months ago so that’s what we had to go by anyways she was NOT budging we plan to go there next week with a police officer because this just isn’t right and we will also be filing with the better business bureau I would also like to add that she also held the argument that she sent the previous owner a Letter in the mail to an old address (this was NOT the owner of the vehicle) we then asked her to check her system and see if that letter was ever received and of course she confirmed on her end that that letter was never received because that is an old address, and Sarah Otts is no longer the owner of that vehicle again she wouldn’t listen, even though we have all legal documentation it’s two days before Christmas and this is the game they decide to play With a single mother of three little boys, who is already having to start all the way over With this, which isn’t even her fault like the officer said what they should be doing, is releasing the vehicle to her and going after the person who stole the vehicle, but again that’s too much for them to do … I would avoid this place at all costs and record any conversation you hold with them like we did their reviews speak for themselves for sure

Really bad customer service attention. As a customer, you expect to be helped and not yelled at. You are already dealing with the downs of a breakdown in the middle of the road, and you getting that service and attitude is not acceptable.

We had a truck pulling a trailor with equipment on it . and the trailor flipped over and machines were all flipped on tbeir sides. And Jhooktowing and his crew went above and Beyond to help . It took hours and they did such a great job i would recommended this company to each and everyone out there that needs help. The next day we went back so they can load a piece of our machine on our trailer . Brandon and Ben were so nice and polite they did an amazing job . UPDATE.. I had to redo. Where my daughter had a great experience, my other daughter had an accident and it was still drivable but the tow truck was taking it anyway. Then they didn't let the boyfriend get their food which was just picked up and fresh. Out of the car and when I called to go get our dinner out of the car I was told it would cost 100 and that doesn't include what I would have to pay to get it the next day. When I got there the lady was pleasant and one of the guys was as well but someone took our food out of the car. Who steals food out of someone's wrecked car??? So 220 to get the car and 30 of food missing. Yall do better.

Fast and reliable My First Choice every time
These guys are awesome! Came to pull me out of being stuck in mud while it was pouring down rain. Got me out in less than 2 minutes, then checked my car to make sure it was OK and had me back on my way.
