I’ve been having issues with a work vehicle and was needing it towed for the third time in about 6 weeks. The normal place I use tried to increase the price about 25% and then acted as if I was a jerk for questioning them. I called 417 Towing, and they bounced right out. Upon normal inspection, they realized the battery was not connected properly and they fixed it and charged me a small fee. Props to them for their integrity and service!
When you need a tow, the odds are pretty good that something not so great has happened. If you’re lucky, it’s just a breakdown, if you’re unlucky, it’s something worse. We recently found ourselves in the “something worse” category after my daughter was in an accident. Thankfully, she is okay, but her vehicle is not. These situations are stressful for the driver and their family. Our daughter lives in Springfield, MO, but we are over three hours away, so rushing to her immediate aid wasn’t possible. When she was finally through the process of police reports and towing and made it back to her apartment, we were able to talk to her at length. She was understandably upset, but one of the things she shared through the tears was how nice her tow truck driver was to her through the whole incident. As a parent, hearing that someone treated your child with respect and kindness, especially during a stressful time, is heartwarming. When I finally had a chance to talk to the driver, James, on the phone, he was every bit as polite and helpful as my daughter had described. He asked how she was doing and, in spite of it being late at night, gave us access to the location where her vehicle was stored so that we could clean it out and remove the license plates. I honestly don’t have enough good things to say about 417Towing and James McCullough. He helped make a stressful situation easier and did so with uncommon empathy. No matter how hard you try, you can’t always be there for your children, but it’s nice to know that when you can’t, there are still others who care.
Spoke to James. He was super nice and professional. I ended up having to use another company due to postings but James was understanding and extremely nice! I would use them every time.
Very easy to work with. Showed up when he said he would, and was very professional and pleasant to talk with. I was pleased enough with the service that I will be calling back tomorrow to have the same vehicle towed to different location. Highly recommended.

I left a 5 star review before I noticed the damage on my vehicle. But we called our insurance, asked too help unlock our car as I left my keys in the vehicle and the vehicle was locked. And noticed damage on our vehicle. Damage includes door not being able to shut properly, 2 dents on the top of the vehicle door which can lead to rain getting inside of the vehicle which can attract mold. Been trying to reach someone to help fix our problem but we have had no phone call as we have called multiple times and said the owner would be giving me/us a call.
Outstanding response time. Was able to get my trucked loaded and home exceptionally fast. It was dropped in my driveway perfectly without obstruction to the other side of garge.
I popped two tires and called for a tow. I didn’t get his name, but the tow driver who picked me up was incredibly kind and clear with instruction. He was helpful and effective. He was a delight to ride with. He arrived quickly to pick me up and was kind to my kids when he dropped the car at my house. He allowed my daughter to check out the truck and engaged with both of my children in a fun and age appropriate way. I hope that you guys relay this and celebrate him. He was a great and polite person who also accomplished his job efficiently.
The truck arrived within a hour of calling. The driver was courteous and got me promptly to my shop to get my battery replaced. I’ve used Lazer towing in the past and have appreciated their services!

I needed a tow for the first time in probably 10 years or more and they delivered. I called and was easily able to schedule a tow from my home for a blown out tire. Not knowing much about it, they were savvy enough to bring out the flatbed because of the location of the flat. Kelly came, he was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and other than the constant Sanford and son ringtone :-), he was absolutely amiable and a wonderful, professional, knowledgeable service provider. I have used Lucky's tow several time before but this time was very special to me. I was involved in traffic accident and my truck was damaged extensively and required tow but I was transported to hospital and had to leave my truck in parking lot abandoned. I was so worried about the truck being towed a d no way to take care of it and I didn't have an account with them. I called them and told the dispatcher my problem and she told me don't worry they went and picked up my truck no keys and damaged and took it to my house and put it in the driveway and told me to come by the office and pay for the charges when I got released. I had a wonderful experience having my car towed to my home. The driver went above and beyond to help my car go safely in to my garage. He charged me a reasonable price. He gave me a geteroid and water in the hot weather. I definitely will recommend his service!
I was having a stressful day after my car was stolen and taken to the city lot 50 mins from where I live and this experience was the smoothest part of the whole day. After so much bad news, my driver showed up 15 minutes later and quickly got my car to where it needed to go and had such a good attitude the whole time.

Wow! Ryan the owner was amazing!!! We were in an electric car (accidentally rented from Turo). We were stranded in the middle of nowhere Missouri at 3:20 am! I called all the nearest tire shops to see if someone could help me loosen the lug nuts on my tire because they were too tight. None of them were able to help. One of them suggested backwoods towing. I called and asked if they could help me out and he immediately agreed. I couldn’t afford the initial price he quoted for a full tire change so I asked if he could get it on the Jack and loosen the lug nuts and I do the rest how much would it be and he quoted me 30 over the phone. When he got there he changed the tire completely and made sure it was aired up as well and gave me tips on how to make it to my destination safely with my donut on the car all for the 30. He helped me out when I could have ended up stranded. Definitely reccomend. Very kind man. It was Ryan. Thank you Ryan.

Shout to McCain! My daughter decided to curb check my car at her dad's house and blew a tire. After 2 hours of trying ourselves to change out the tire, we called Santa Fe tow. McCain arrived in about 30 minutes and had the tire changed out with the spare in like 15 minutes. Definitely would have saved us our time and sanity by calling Santa Fe Tow first. They had some technical issues going on, that nearly ended up cancelling their ability to come tow our vehicle. But they managed to get to us and make sure we got taken care of. Brody was the best tow truck driver I’ve ever had. He was super understanding and he towed the car all the way out to what is essentially the middle of nowhere. I couldn’t have asked for a better tow truck driver.
Fantastic service! We had a call from their dispatcher just minutes after we got off the phone with our roadside assistance and the driver arrived within about 20 minutes. He was obviously very experienced, super thorough, and had us loaded up quickly and safely on our way home. Our driver was a super friendly gentleman and we enjoyed visiting with him on the ride home. Would absolutely use them again if we need them!
Brody was absolutely AMAZING. He truly went above and beyond. Even with some curveballs thrown his way, he stayed professional and efficient and figured out how to get the job done. Jon totally rocks. I had a blowout at the side of Highway 65 and he was there quickly and saved me a lot of time and aggravation by actually just changing the tire rather than towing the car to a safer place and changing the tire. I urged him not to do it but he did it anyway and I really appreciate his decisiveness, professionalism, and courtesy. He is a credit to your organization.

After getting stuck on an icy road, we worked with our insurance company, Auto Owners, who were able to get B&F out to our stranded cars and towed them both to our house. They were quick to arrive and handled everything great. Highly recommend!
Arrived earlier than the estimated time, was quick on the pick up, and took into consideration the direction of my car to avoid the chance of me getting a parking ticket after drop-off. My car couldn't exit park and, even with that hurdle, had my car fully off the truck and disconnected in less than 5 minutes with zero damage to my car. Definitely gonna be my go-to tow service if I need it again.

July 13th, 2021 I Called Dynamic Towing to Haul my Truck in For Repair. Driver Winched it on Flatbed and Just Before it was all The Way up the Chain Snapped from the Winch and my Truck Rolled Off Down Backwards 25 Feet and into my Barn. It Pushed my Back bumper Into the Bed of My Truck and Tailgate. Cody Said That there Was NO charge for the Tow and He would pay for the Repairs to my Truck. The bill came to $250 and He Kept Saying HE Would Pay Me and to Be Patient. Their Company Goal says They Want to Treat People the Way They Would Want to be Treated. Is this How they Would Want to Be Treated? Four Years Later and He Still Hasn’t Paid Me.
We had a flat tire and were stuck on the shoulder of I-44 about 6 miles west of Lebanon. I called my roadside assistance number and waited about 20 minutes and they had not found anything. I found Dynamic on Google and they were there in 15 minutes. Driver hauled my car where I wanted it and gave my family plus our German Sheperd a ride to the hotel I choose. Nicest guy ever! I highly recommend them.

All good experiences from Danny Moore at Integrity Tow and Recovery. I rear ended someone on my birthday (lol) and Danny was there to help take care of my totaled car situation. He was so patient with me as I had no car at the time. He even went so far to help me with selling my car. Integrity Tow definitely lives up to the name.

Van died in the middle of an intersection. Nice person helped push me out of the way of traffic. Called the first towing company I could think of. After being on hold for over 5 minutes, I noticed across the street a Big Boy’s truck. Hadn’t ever heard of them, but ran over anyways to ask them for help. Got a card to call it in, and was answered immediately. Super polite, and extremely professional. Got me home safely! And was cheaper than the company I was on hold with earlier. Thanks again!

This is my second time using Big Boy's Towing, and it only further cemented my decision to only ever use this company. Every person there is courteous, respectful, and professional. Tyler, one of their technicians, was able to tow my car backwards perfectly into a parking space like it was nothing. There is no company I would recommend more.
Well, they made a killing off a crap situation. We finally got someone's car out of impound who wasn't able to do it themselves, which took several calls, runaround, and so forth while the car racked up $900 in fees... most of which could have been avoided if we didn't have to follow up multiple times after being told we had to pick up the form, but later it could be emailed, then multiple calls to get the form, or any of the other steps. And once that was all finally figured out from out of state, the guy said "we only take exact cash, so I'll just keep the extra $10." Uh, no? The one star is for taking off a few days of fees from over the holidays when it wouldn't have been able to get picked up anyway, so it didn't top $1k... thanks?
Justin from Big Boys Towing arrived within 45 minutes of calling. I was so thankful, as other companies estimated they would arrive in 2-3 hours. Justin knew exactly what he was doing! He explained how he would get the vehicle back to safety and he did just that. Exactly how he explained. Super duper professional job. I was so impressed!

Hi u doing if I can give a 0 starts or less that will be great I have been towen the police of the city and this towing company r scammer because they work together scamming truck drivers don't give any rice until they hook u up and they appear with exorbitant prices of 750 dollars just for the hook price and the officer calls and charging u for milles from their shop until they come back to the shop no just what Im been tow for they double the milles on u and on top of that they don't give u no prices at all until u get hook and been towed to the other place I want to go and after that they tell u have to pay or we town ur truck to our yard and on top of that when u pay with ur card they enforced u to sign that u r agreeing with the price and service but I have no choices other wise they don't even let u pay and they just told u if u don't check that box we just tow ur truck to our yard and have to pay way more so I will like the city and the state of Mo to do something on this scamming system between towing and saymor police station thanks I will talk to my lawyer this Tuesday coming up because this is no going to stay like this this is an scamming system and I don't play around

Silverado to the rescue! Recently had a serious accident with my motorhome and tow vehicle. A passerby (Thanks, Rusty!) stopped and asked if I needed a tow, I did. He said there was one nearby and left to inform them of my situation. Within minutes, Nathan showed up with two vehicles, quickly assessed the situation and got to work pulling my motorhome and Jeep out of the ditch. Top notch and friendly service! Can’t recommend enough. Called CTS from the side of the road while my insurance roadside assistance was searching for an available tow. I don’t know how he managed to get there so fast! My car was picked up and gone before my insurance company found a tow. Price was exceptionally low. Next time I have an unexpected car debacle, I know who to call!

Andrew did a GREAT JOB! He called to tell us how far way he was, how lomg itbwould take for him to get to us and kept checking in. He had the right tools and got yhe tire changed quickly. I had a great experience with driver Avione Turner. The pin I sent him to locate my car was incorrect. He worked with me to get him to the correct location and did so with a great attitude. Never got frustrated and even went inside the first location to see if maybe they had the car towed. I grew up in a towing family in Springfield MO. My parents owned Henry's towing, so I know a little bit about customer service in the towing industry. Avione was awesome and I will definitely request him the next time I need a AAA tow.

Quick response to an emergency situation. Traveling from Dallas to Wisconsin. Kansas City is the midpoint after 8hrs of driving and after a twelve hour day in rush hour traffic. I make it on the flat to where I'm headed and call for service. He comes out from 30 minutes out after service hours have already ended and gives me the fairest pricing of all time and tries to help but my tire is shredded beyond help and would not charge me as a courtesy. Long story short... Kind human... Great communication.Thoughtful response. You're in good hands and can expect respectful and beyond fair treatment. Thank you for being awesome. On our last tow by Jackson County Tow Service, the driver called and told me he was going to "reverse tow" our truck (hook to the rear of the truck, and tow it backwards). He called a short time later, and told me that the left front hub had caught fire, but he was able to immediately put the fire out, and asked me where I wanted him to tow the truck. I arranged a service place, and Jackson County Tow Service charged for another hookup (2 hookups for 1 tow). When I tried to explain it was just "1 tow", they told me that they were charging for 2 hooks anyway. We will not use Jackson County Tow Service again.
This review is Long overdue. I set up Jackson County Tow to move my Hot Rod from a shop in Independence to my home in Grandview. This was the second time that I had used them to move my baby. This project has been a long term expensive project. The first time all went great even though its not an easy vehicle to move , low no brakes and not running (yet) . The second time the driver showed up and I meat him at the shop to load the truck every thing was great , still low and hard to load. Each time the drivers new exactly what to do and how to over come all obstacles. When we arrived at my home and began to unload a safety hook failed and the truck got loose with the bed tilted and the truck side swiped the garage door and hit a pole in the center of my garage. Thankfully no one was seriously injured. The driver got a strap burn trying to hold the truck back. After the initial shock of how fast the truck rolled into the garage wore off I saw the damage to my baby that just happened. I had not even fired the new engine for the first time and it had already been in its first accident. I was speechless and said very little. (apart from the first few anguished swear words) I got the driver an ice pack for his hand and he immediately called the office to explain what had just happened. It seemed like only a matter of a few minutes two guys from the office showed up at my house and arrangements were made to return the truck to the shop it had just left and to have it repaired. The truck was repaired and returned to me this time with no problems. And all the damage repaired. I did not even have to pay for the tow. It was just great to see a company do the right thing for the right reasons with little to no involvement on my part. Even though it was my baby that got hurt I will never use any other tow company. Thanks for being that company that can turn a negative into a positive.

I have been having my vehicles serviced by EB's Tow and Auto Sales, LLC for over 10+ years. I SE to go anywhere else for service. He's Fair and Honest you can't say that for most mechanics.
I used EB's towing this morning. When he took over getting my vehicle ready for the tow truck. I reminded him beofore he started doing anything not to move it, he said "oh he wasn't going to" he started it, I assumed to put it in neutral. He then started to move it. I said "don't move it" he continued moving it, but then stopped. He said I have to move it. I reminnded him of our conversation this morning before I hired him. He seemed to get upset. This was not what I wanted. He told me he knew what he was doing. This is beside the point, I had set up the towing service based on he not needing to move my vehicle. He was disrespectful of my concerns, and gave me an altimatum of hiring someone else. Believe me I wanted to, I had paid him, and even though he said he would refund my money. (I know how that goes) Customer service was disregarded. I didn't catch his name. I've called the phone number a couple of times to get it with no one answering my calls. He's the one that proclaims, his illterate when it comes to being Tech savvy, and that "he's not as old as he looks" Thin man, bushy eyebrows, with graying hair. ***Also when he pulled up to my home, I waited for him to get out of the truck, but didn't. Instead he hollered at me, that I would need to come to the truck to do the paperwork. I did so, because it was cold. But the manner in which he hollered, instead of getting out of the tow truck and professionally addressing me. He continued taking calls, and texts. I asked him if he would be able to tow my vehicle soon; he did stop taking calls, texts and started the payment pocess. (I had ask him when I had called, if he could hook up my vehicle without moving it. I was concerned because of the seriousness of the problem with my vehicle, he assured me he could take care of it without moving it) I encourage you to try EK towing, I called this company afer EB left. His starting price was quite a bit lower, and seemed professial.

Not happy with a business, that survives on info from complex on which cars to keep eyes on close to expiring. To make matters worse, I was hospitalized, management called 911 for me. Vehicle was towed 8/31 at 6:20pm. So 20 minutes after close if business in a holiday weekend. Tow Bill Over $300. Car registration. $37.00. Oh yeah towed out of my personal Disabled spot on private property.
Came in clutch with an evening tow from Kearney to South Kansas City. Highly recommend Jerry in particular if you're having a rough night. Solid.
I was on the side on the road stranded, called them and they were there within 30-45 minutes. Fantastic service! They will be who I call should I need another tow in the future!

I don't usually do reviews but wanted to one this time. Just used Tom's through my AAA membership after locking my keys in my car. Driver came over within minutes on his day off and got it unlocked for me fast. Super service and great driver. Highly recommend and would use again if I ever need to.
On our way back to Oklahoma on Labor Day, my electrical system in my car shut down. A sweet woman stopped to check on us and recommended this company. When I called, the woman I spoke with (I cannot remember her name) was so nice and very helpful. She sent Brandon (sorry if this is the wrong name. rough day). He was wonderful. He tried everything, service wise, he could before having to tow it back into Oklahoma for us. I highly recommend this company due to their empathy and compassion. Thank you for being so wonderful in a stressful situation!

All City Towing showed up quickly, helped me get my car out of a ditch safely, and has very reasonable prices compared to others in the area. Southland towing quoted me $270 at MINIMUM, and All City towing charged me half that much when it was all said and done. The driver, Braiden was professional and friendly. I recommend this company to anyone in the belton, raymore, peculiar area
Mike took good care of us when tire blew at 11pm on highway 350. Towed my car to dealer and dropped us off at home after. Much appreciated.

Called and they were there real quick. Joe was very friendly and professional and took of my car quickly. They were cheaper than all the other towing company's I called. Would use them again and would recommend them to anybody needing a tow.
I highly recommend if you get in a bind and you need a tow that you choose All City. It's never a good situation when you got to make that call but I've never felt so relieved as I did when they showed up. Not to mention how quickly and how genuinely empathetic and helpful the driver was. The rates were surprisingly Fair. They absolutely delivered a five-star experience! Thank you all so much!

Best experience I’ve ever had with a tow company. I was stranded on the side of the highway without the right tool to change a trailer tire. Dallas pulled over, jumped out, and had my old wheel off and the new one on and inflated in 2 minutes. Thankful for good honest people today. I cannot say how thankful I am for these guys!!! I was stranded on the side of a county road after hitting something that was in the road and my tire exploded. I am not from this area and was over 60 miles from home. I called these guys and the nicest man was on the phone and sent someone out immediately to help me get my donut on. When the young man named Harrison arrived, he worked hard in this awful heat to get my tire off that had melted to the concrete!!!!! I was able to get it to a repair shop in Springfield because of Harrison's hard work. Please know you are greatly appreciated young man!!! Thank you!!!
We called Good Sam at 6:30 am. They couldn't find anyone. So called Stop & Shop to help my wife a nurse headed to Freeman. They had 2 men there in 20 minutes. Fast to show, great service, and fairly priced. She can't Thank you enough. Shaune LaPee

Called these guys on a whim and got nothing but excellence service. Quick, easy and cheap if you stay in the city limits of independence. Norman was easy going and smooth
Norman did a FANTASTIC job getting my car back to me. Not only did he stop by and pick up my keys, but he called me when he was at the pick up before mine to give me a timeframe of when he should be there and was still here 10 min earlier than expected. He handled my car with great care and made sure that the front and back of my car had plenty of clearance while loading and unloading. My drive way is also a pain to squeeze into and he made it look easy!

We did not end up using Absolute Crane LLC's services for offloading a large delivery, however, I was still very impressed by their responsiveness and courteousness. They were very easy to work with via phone/text. We're definitely keeping these guys in mind for future needs.
These boys know how to lift stuff. Big or small, high or low. They get the job done professionally at very competitive prices. Family run business established by word of mouth. Now they got 8 cranes that can pretty much lift anything you need lifted.
Got to watch these guys in action today. Definitely masters at their craft!!!
