Soo Respectful. He Went Above And Beyond To Try And Help Me. I Have Used His Service 3 Times And It was Great each time !
James was friendly and professional. He arrived when he said he would and ensured my vehicle was connected properly before leaving.
We've been using 417 Towing for several years now and have never had an issue with damage to vehicles. James always is great with communication to us and to the customers, and vehicles have always been picked up in a timely fashion and brought to our shop for repairs.
I would recommend James 100 times over. My car was in a ditch and within minutes he was there to help me. Very reasonable rates fantastic customer service.
417 towing was quick, friendly, and got my truck moved with ease! I intend to use them for any future tow I might need.

I popped two tires and called for a tow. I didn’t get his name, but the tow driver who picked me up was incredibly kind and clear with instruction. He was helpful and effective. He was a delight to ride with. He arrived quickly to pick me up and was kind to my kids when he dropped the car at my house. He allowed my daughter to check out the truck and engaged with both of my children in a fun and age appropriate way. I hope that you guys relay this and celebrate him. He was a great and polite person who also accomplished his job efficiently.
Dylan is amazing! We had a great conversation. When we got to jiffy lube and they were not helpful. He took me to a place he recommended with no issue. It was just great to have him by my side while dealing with just wanting my oil changed.
Your employee was so nice. I have used your service in the past you always arrive quickly and take care of everything so nicely. I highly recommend them. They answer any questions or concerns you may have.
Truck battery died when we were in KC from out of state. The woman who answered the phone was helpful and the technician that gave us a jump start was awesome. He provided us with a reference where we could get our battery replaced. Prompt and courteous and very much appreciated. We highly recommend. 👍🏼
I was in the emergency lane of a highway so a bit dangerous. The Truck driver got my car on two bed right away and at drop off the Tire plus was busy throughout the day. My driver Tye, called Goodyear across the street and now it’s only a 1-2 hr delay. He has been my angel today, for I have a long road trip to finish with hotels booked along the way. Huge thanks again !!

Fast and friendly and most of all affordable! I saved there information so if I need a tow I will call them!
Such a great experience for a tow company. The driver was on time and quickly took care of getting my car to the repair shop. Thank you for all. Price was a little high but can’t complain whatsoever.
I made the call to Jim’s Tow at 4:58 pm with a blown out tire on the side of the road. Jim arrived so quickly and gave me the best customer service I’ve received. I was driving away with my spare tire at 5:15! Could not recommend them enough, customer service is absolutely everything!!
Called needing my car towed from my driveway to my mechanic. They were promptly there within the hour. Loaded up with no issues, delivered with no issues. The driver Isaiah was pleasant and very friendly. I would highly recommend Jim's!
Driver was very professional and courteous. Made a bad situation seem not so bad. Thankyou driver, my hats off to the Toe !!

The guy was funny and a safe driver. 5 stars without hesitation! Would use this service again
Service was responsive, kept me informed and updated as I waited for my tow. The driver was helpful and arrived quickly. Would recommend and would call them again if needed. Trustworthy company, reasonable prices, nothing hidden etc
One of the nicest drivers that I’ve met in a longtime that didn’t have an attitude of dragging him away from his family. I’ll be using them again

As he was setting the car up to be towed he took extra precautions so that no mishaps would happen which I really appreciate!! Dereje was such a helpful person definitely deserves a raise!!!

He was 40 min earlier than my insurance company stated he would be. He was very kind, polite, informative, and helpful in a stressful situation. I will definitely use him again and refer my friends and family. Thank you, again!

Ryan helped us change a tire on a busy stretch of interstate. He was so fast and extremely nice and personable. He truly cared about making sure that we were safe. Thank you Ryan!!
Ryan was very prompt and took care of me very quickly where other services take their time and don’t seem to care that you or your vehicle are stranded. The price was very reasonable and affordable. I truly appreciate Backwoods Towing!
They were quick to get to me, my vehicle made it to my destination smoothly, they also stayed and tried to help fix the problem. I had an amazing experience and would call them again if I needed a tow! Thank you guys!
On my way home my car breaks down. I can’t find anyone who can help. I called Ryan literally in the middle of the night after 10pm he came out dealing with my tears and all got me back home safely. Thank you for being awesome. Will be recommending to everyone possible.
This gentleman that did the Repo for my Camaro was outstanding very informative very understanding and on time and got his job done. I would highly highly recommend them. They are awesome.

Possibly the best experience I've ever had, Timely, fast, and so very friendly. Maximus was absolutely amazing, speedy, and very friendly! Will absolutely use them again!!
Great tow service! The woman who took my call was very helpful. I received almost immediate text updates which allowed me to follow the progress of my service. The tow technician was wonderfully pleasant and kind. Pay-by-text was also handy as I was able to pay the bill on my way home. Would definitely use again (although I hope I don’t have to for a while)!
They came quickly. Driver was great. Had a tire blow out in front. He did not think safe for donut spare to go on front so he took back tire off put it up front and spare in back. Great job
Great Job Alex M. You made the rest of my day better! Curbs are not nice! Thank you so much!
I am so grateful someone was close and able to come quickly. It only took a minute ( or less!) to get my battery charged and car operating again. The technician was polite and helpful as well, which was a blessing.

I tried to comment with your scan but it wouldnt work. Jonn operator #88 ..very profession. Very friendly and courteous. Thankful for his desire to help. Thank you John. A+ for your service. Thank you Henry's. We have always used your company. Excellent service.
Robert, (operator #41) was so incredibly helpful when my toddler and I had some issues with our vehicle and were stuck out in the heat. He went above and beyond making sure we were able to get back home. I appreciate everything he did to help us.
We had an amazing driver Named John , very professional, friendly, and helpful. He made sure my 72 yr old mother got in and out of the truck safely. Also excellent driving as well. Thank you John for being so kind and helping me with mom !!
Update! Mike helped me today and again I had excellent service this is a 8-24-25 update. Logan helped my son and I get our van home. He did a really great job and made us feel safe. He was very professional. Highly recommend!
Getting my car out of the garage was no easy feat since the shifter cable broke, but Joe and Jesse made it smooth and easy. They're both super nice and took great care of my car plus their competence eased my anxiety about getting it pulled out the door without damage.

Had some vehicle trouble coming from 3 hours away out of town. Got connect with Whitworth Towing, luckily. I didn’t end up needing a tow, but he provide good advice on what I could do to fix it and provided information to the closest auto parts store. Thanks!!
This man is awesome. A rental car got stolen from the resort in Branson MO. It had the handicap car seat, Ramps and power wheel chair in the car. This wonder man got the car, that was abandoned, and the equipment. We went back to MO , from PA, and he let us have all the things we needed and was just great. My 14 year old granddaughter finally got to go back to school and she has her power wheelchair. Thank you for your kindness.
Our 15 passenger van was stuck on river gravel on a week day so no one else was around. He was up front with how much pulling us out might cost but came down to the river to check the situation out. He was able to pull us out using the 4 wheel drive on his wreckerand charged us the service call price when he could have stayed on the road and charged us for a lot more to winch us out. I highly recommend them.
While on vacation in Branson, MO, we were at Silver Dollar City. And I lost my key fob. Larry Whitworth came to the rescue. He was absolutely fantastic!! He goes above and beyond! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Had Will as our towing guy and have to say I will definitely be back to use him for our towing needs! Has great personality and really helped during a crazy situation!

We ended up stranded, 3 hours from home or family, and this place really pulled through. They had some technical issues going on, that nearly ended up cancelling their ability to come tow our vehicle. But they managed to get to us and make sure we got taken care of. Above and beyond service. These guys were so wonderful and sweet to our 5 year old twins throughout the entire process. Cannot thank these guys enough because they helped save us during a very stressful situation. - They made sure we got to where we needed to go, safely, and that we could get to our hotel to stay for the night. I cannot express the amount of professionalism and kindness we received from them.
The folks at Around the Corner Towing handled our stressful situation with kindness and care. Our vehicle was swept up in flood waters and when the flood waters receded, Around the Corner Towing took the time to not only find our vehicle, but worked diligently to get it out. It was imbedded in a fence and sitting in mud off a small road with little clearance. We knew the vehicle would be totaled. A.C.T. knew this, yet still handled our truck and contents with the care you would expect if it was a high end sports car. They kept us up to date on their search and progress, plus delivered it and put it where we wanted it. The rear wheels wouldn't budge and they worked hard to offload it while calming our concerns. It's rare that anyone chooses to get a vehicle towed. It's usually for something unexpected. This experience was THE BEST because of the quality and care we received before, during and after the tow. If towing can ever be a great experience, I'd say this was great!
I broke down with a flat tire right out side the gate of Exotic animal paradise zoo on interstate 44. Call my insurance company Root insurance and I believe they sent the best company around to help. Thank you to the driver who delivered outstanding service got to me in a faster time that insurance company said and off the highway and down the road to where I needed to. Thanks again for your service.
I needed my car towed and they were able to help me they were more affordable than any other place in town and also the person that came to pick up my car was very nice and took pride in what he does. Thanks for your help if I need a tow I know who to call.
App said the wait was 2 hours. The driver that showed up i do believe his name was Tyler..was super helpful..professional and was only 40 mins away. My differential broke as i turned to get on the on ramp from Mount Vernon. He was so helpful and just eased the worry that my truck was not as broken as bad as i thought..def will be using them again if i need a tow..and we were 3 hours from home..this company was on it!!!!!

I had to get my car towed to my apartment. The first tow truck was too big to get it into the spot that I needed it in. Tod tried his hardest to get it into that spot, he eve tried to jumpstart it but it didn’t work. So then he called another guy that drives a snatch truck to come and move it. His name is Brody and he is very detailed and meticulous about how he works. He did it so fast and so easy. And after he was done he even prayed for me to get through this situation with my car. He is a good man and that is a good towing company!
I had an excellent experience with Finley River Towing, and I can't recommend them enough! Brody was fantastic. He showed up earlier than expected, which was a huge relief. He kept me updated on his ETA throughout the process, which made everything go smoothly. On top of that, he was kind, respectful, and truly professional. He handled everything with care and got the job done quickly and efficiently. If you’re ever in need of towing services, I highly recommend Finley River Towing and Brody!
Brody came to my home to take my vehicle to the dealership for repair. He got there much sooner than expected and was so friendly and genuinely cared. He even prayed with me before he left. He is amazing and if I ever need a tow again I would definitely request him! Thank you Brody for your kind words and making a stressful situation better!
I had a vehicle that wouldn't start and needed a tow. I got in touch with Finley River Towing and they were awesome! They communicated when they would be there, they kept me informed. Ryan came to help us and was so very nice, he loaded up the truck and took great care of us. Thank you all so much for helping us!!!
Brody was the best tow truck driver I’ve ever had. He was super understanding and he towed the car all the way out to what is essentially the middle of nowhere. I couldn’t have asked for a better tow truck driver.

Towed my truck to Springfield and took great care of it. Ray is the nicest and most courteous driver that I've ever met. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Ray was absolutely amazing! I’ve used him a few times and he’s always right on top of it, very professional 10/10 highly recommend!
Great service and super friendly!! They answered the phone right away and got a driver headed my way immediately. I would highly recommend.
Awesome experience with this team! We were on vacation and our car was leaking oil. We needed it towed from the airport in Hollister(where I rented a vehicle) and instead of waiting for the next day they were right there and towed it to the dealership in Springfield that night so the tech could look at it in the morning. When all things go bad some go right! Thank you for putting in the work guys.
Really helped me out in a pinch...my car broke down in kirbyville and he was out super fast! Top notch customer service, reasonable pricing and altogether very kind work. We appreciate you! Doing some kick-ass work and providing a much needed service. Got it to my mother-in-law's to get back on the road. Thank you so much 😊

If you're looking for a reasonable, reliable, family friendly tow, call B&F Tow aka Nick and Maurio! We had just dropped our daughter off 3 hours away😢 (back with the Air Force after not seeing her for a year), had plans to celebrate our 13th Anniversary when we returned, and then brokedown 20 mins from home. They showed up, were super nice to our family (we had our two youngest with us-one of which left his own review), and worked with us on getting home. Couldn't have ran into any nicer folks! Needless to say, no Anniversary dinner for us, but they made our anniversary have a better ending than we thought.
I called Mick on Sunday, he was able to be at my location in less than 30 minutes! Amazing service, quick response and locally family owned!
Our truck broke down as we were headed out of town. Daniel picked up my husband and the truck and Nick picked up me and my son. They took us to the dealership and the process was seamless. They are super friendly, courteous and compassionate about helping others. Highly recommend them!
I needed a vehicle moved, and after some shopping around noticed the high reviews of this service and decided to call for a quote. The person that took my call didn't try to BS me, and he had to repeat the quote because I didn't believe him the first time; very reasonable pricing, especially with there being no hidden charges or fees or something else. He told me the rate, and later when my operator Nick arrived, he was personable, worked with competence and consideration for the property being handled, and the cost was exactly as quoted, no surprises. Everything I wanted with a service no one ever wants to need. No regrets, would hire again.
Great experience during stressful situation. Able to pick up and tow to home on completion. Communicated throughout the process. Definitely recommend!

July 13th, 2021 I Called Dynamic Towing to Haul my Truck in For Repair. Driver Winched it on Flatbed and Just Before it was all The Way up the Chain Snapped from the Winch and my Truck Rolled Off Down Backwards 25 Feet and into my Barn. It Pushed my Back bumper Into the Bed of My Truck and Tailgate. Cody Said That there Was NO charge for the Tow and He would pay for the Repairs to my Truck. The bill came to $250 and He Kept Saying HE Would Pay Me and to Be Patient. Their Company Goal says They Want to Treat People the Way They Would Want to be Treated. Is this How they Would Want to Be Treated? Four Years Later and He Still Hasn’t Paid Me.
We are from Illinois, ran out of gas on the highway, called everywhere and no one could help,Smitty came so fast with a smile that put our worries at ease, you guys are awesome!!!!! THANK YOU!!
Dynamic saved my class A RV with a blown out tire in the Aldis parking lot, really fast response time, great help when we needed it
Had Cody and his team tackle a tough towing project for me and my wife. This one involved moving a very large tiny home for us. Cody was great at communicating, planning, and executing this project. It could not have gone better. His whole team was professional and they knocked it out of that park. Highly recommend for all towing needs!
One of the fastest tow companies I’d seen, Nick was here in 20 min and was super helpful, traveling across states and he really saved my head!

My girlfriend remembered the name of the tow service from when she got gas. She thought the man was really nice, so when we needed a tow, she told me to call them. We were not disappointed. Nice, friendly, professional.
They didn't charge me to tow my car and keep it on the lot after a bad accident, and Sean was very nice and comforting to talk to in the midst of the car accident chaos. Thank you!
I wound up in a ditch on a clover and Scotty with Integrity tow and Recovery came and helped pull me out, he was very friendly and very quick. I would definitely call and request for him if I ever need! (Hopefully not though) Thank you! (4/20/23)

Makayla quoted me on a towing price & told me that I could decide if I wanted to get a tow through them after I called a few places. I decided to go with a cheaper company but Big Boys showed up first, without calling in advance, and it had been about an hour since I called originally. She told me she could have them drop my car back off and I could recall the other company. Terrible customer service and attitude from Makayla after she made the mistake. The man who towed my car was very kind and I’m thankful the company worked with me on price, but the lack of communication and Makayla are the reasons I won’t use this company again.
Outstanding services. They show up on time and the driver kept me informed of his whereabouts while waiting. Driver very cordial and very safety oriéntate. Highly recommend theirs services.
I’ve never had to call a tow truck before but for my first time it went so smoothly. Super fast and friendly!
A BIG shout out to Jesse! He came out and rescued me early this morning to help change a tire at 1:30am. He was very professional, and informative. Instead of calling Henry's, I'm calling Big Boys! Thanks Jesse!
I had family coming to visit, and they lost a wheel off of their jet ski trailer. The receptionist and driver did a fantastic job. Josh (driver) was professional and kept safety at the forefront of everything. Ensured we were satisfied with his service. I will continue to use them and ask for Josh!

Fast, friendly, and professional ! Having vehicle issues when you are far from home can be a frustrating ordeal, but thanks to Stauffers Towing and recovery, I was able to get my van to a shop and fixed the same day. Often, I've spent hours wondering when a tow truck would arrive, but they were headed to my location as soon as I got off the phone with them. They took great care when loading my vehicle and coordinated where exactly to drop it off when they got to the auto repair shop. They work with many roadside assistance companies, including progressive, so I had no out of pocket cost or paperwork to do. This was the first time that a roadside assistance issue went smoothly. They knew where I was and got there right away, and they knew where the garage was I was being towed to. Friendly, fast, and professional! Highly recommended.
Marlin and his staff at Stauffer Towing are the best! I was recently involved in an auto accident. I was three hours away from home. Marlin allowed me to sit in his nice waiting area while I waited for a friend to pick me up. Since the accident, he's gone above and beyond to help me. I truly believe that Marlin and I were meant to cross paths that day!
I had waited for over 3 hrs to hear from my insurance company about a tow, then the sheriff's department called Stauffer's and they showed up immediately. They were courteous, professional and took the time to make sure my car didn't have further damage from the tow. I would use Stauffer's again and I recommend it to everyone!
Overcharged and then gave permission to go in property then charged extra for doing so while he wasn't there. Overlooking the car they also damaged the back end of the car unnecessarily with the winch. As pictured. He did accomodate an early pickup on the car before hours. But Wouldn't recommend.
These guys have saved the day a couple different times for me and always done so with over the top professionalism and courtesy! Definitely would call again

Worked with Andrew. Got the car out from between two other vehicles and was he was also able to get it right inside of my garage at home.l as well. Great service! Would recommend to anyone.
These guys are fantastic! While in Kearney Mo., the lower ball joint broke on my car. These guys collected my car, towed it to their shop, and replaced the ball joint. Then towed it to my home in Raytown. This all happened between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM on a Sunday. I could not be happier. Thanks!!!
Chris, the super hero without a cape I got to meet tonight, arrived very quickly and was really responsive and a great driver overall. Kyle the owner is extremely generous and a good person to have on your speed dial if you've got a lot of vehicles. Call these guys first and you won't regret it! Best spot in town.
Had my car up on the trailer within 10 minutes. Super fast and had incredible pricing, only charged me $75 for in city limit towing. Also gave me some helpful tips and advice for my next steps with my car that has a blown motor. Went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of and knew where to go from here. Would recommend!
First class service!! My husband was broke down on the side of the road, they were there very fast and helped us while it was 98 degrees plus!!! Thank you so much!!!!

The young man that picked my truck up from Kearny and brought it into plattsburg was so respectful.and kind. I will always carry this company's card
Can’t recommend enough. Called CTS from the side of the road while my insurance roadside assistance was searching for an available tow. I don’t know how he managed to get there so fast! My car was picked up and gone before my insurance company found a tow. Price was exceptionally low. Next time I have an unexpected car debacle, I know who to call!
Andrew, from CTS, was our hero tonight!🥰He showed up sooner then he said and totally helped us out of an awful situation. Thank you Andrew!
came through for me and my brother in the middle of the night on a monday, while every other company i called said they were unavailable or were too far away. great guy that towed the car too, will definitely use you guys in the future
Around July 11th I ended up blowing a tire in the middle of heavy traffic in Gladstone.. Well, of course I called my tow truck guy, Andrew & a rescue ensued! He's never been 1 to let me down no matter my circumstances or his current situation. I cannot say "thank you" enough for always coming through for me!! ... No matter which company he's worked for or whatever the task might be... He always, always shows up with a smile on his face & pride for his line of work inside his soul. I've never seen a more hardworking, driven, & skilled individual who puts in a huge amount of effort & gives it his all. You're an amazing person, Andrew. Thank you for all you've done for me. I appreciate you & all you do! 🙏🙏

The company is truly generous of their time and they take care of their customers. They truly turned a stressful situation into a blessing. Monday my tire went flat and with the size I have, I called several shops looking for all terrain tires with little luck. Many wanted double the price or promised to get me and didn’t. We called Hillbilly’s/ATI at the end of the day after being let down and the guys worked late and found me the best tires to meet our financial needs as well as our requests, they ordered them, and got them on the truck and installed the next day in less time than they quoted us! We are so grateful for the kindness showed but the owner and will continue coming back!
Had a blowout in the middle of the night on my way home with no spare and Hillbilly towing was quick to arrive. Sawyer got it fixed in no time. Thank you Sawyer Kuhs!
Great guys & gal over there. They help in every way possible, really going above and beyond the norm. I won't use anyone else for my towing and/or recovery, & light maintenance, fluid changes, tires, & state inspection. Wonderful place
We were stranded over an hour away from home on a Sunday evening & Wyatt responded quickly to save the day. Outstanding professionalism with unmatched customer service. Highly recommend for any/all your towing needs.
Had blow out just North of Marionville they came right out did great job.

Great service! Memphis, the driver, was friendly, courteous, and a real pro. If you are in need of a tow and are 500 miles away from home, you are having a rough day. The attention and concern for my family that he provided really took the edge off of the situation. If you have gave your car break down, do so in Springfield 🤣, call Floyd's, and hopefully they send Memphis.
Had to wait about three hours for someone to come due to only one person working. Then the driver got my number and texted my phone number saying “Hi miss samyia this is James with Floyd’s wrecker service your 2003 chevy has been delivered and I am sorry for getting frustrated when picking up the vehicle I should not have acted that way, especially in front of a beautiful girl like yourself” which I thought that was unprofessional.
When I say JR is top tier customer service. It's means alot coming from me. Floyds towing is definitely my recommended and go to for towing. Thanks alot JR!
I’ve had my Tesla towed to Kansas City a few times by Sean from Floyd’s Towing and Wrecker Service, and I have to say, he’s the best! Sean is an absolute expert when it comes to handling Teslas. He knows exactly what he’s doing and treats my car with the utmost care every time. Sean is not only skilled but also incredibly professional and friendly. He’s always punctual, and his attention to detail is top-notch. It's clear that he takes pride in providing excellent service. If you need a reliable towing service and want someone who really knows how to handle a Tesla, ask for Sean at Floyd’s. I couldn’t be happier with the service I've received!
I called AAA at 530 in the morning and never heard anything back so I called back to AAA at 615. They advised that Floyds wrecker service had my call and would be there in 45 minutes. I waited 30 minutes to hear a update from my driver with a ETA and never got one so I called Floyds and was advised the driver was currently waiting to tow a car to Strafford then I'd be next. I called back at 7am for a update and got no where so I gave up told them to cancel my tow I'll pay someone else out of my pocket to get my service taken care of faster. 30 minutes after I canceled a driver named Memphis called me and said he was 15 minutes away! I advised him that I had canceled my request earlier and his response was it would have been nice to know. Like it was a inconvenience to him that nobody gave him a heads up before he got to me. I don't understand how people can work for a company have zero communication or care about a customer who is waiting when it's 18 degrees outside. AAA should really find better providers.

Super nice and informative best tow experience! If you go through anyone go through them
Thank you AAA for assigning our towing needs to Roadside Services Towing! We could not have had a better experience, nor been treated any better by the office staff and driver, and will definitely request this company again should the need arise for another tow. I made the request through the AAA online assistant, and was advised the driver would be at the pickup location in 15 minutes. I was unable to meet at that time, so called the tow company to see if we could push it back about an hour. They were very accommodating, and rescheduled for the later time. Upon arrival, the driver, Rifkin, warmly greeted us and confirmed the location of the repair shop the car was being towed to. The car could not be started because the oil had leaked from the engine, so we pushed it into the street, which was in a very tight and cumbersome cul-de-sac. Rifkin was a pro at getting the flatbed truck in the tight space, worked quickly and efficiently to load the car, answering our questions along the way, and made sure the car was safely secured for transport. At the dealership, Rifkin maneuvered around the very busy and crowded lot, and unloaded the car in the designated area in what seemed like a matter of minutes. We were very impressed with his professionalism and concern for the well being of our car. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Roadside Services Towing and Rifkin, and highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services!
I got the chance of working with Michah today ! Thank god for that because man I was in a jam when he came. He was the only person able to get my truck out of drive, and stayed patient through my whole hour and a half problem. He was super respectful & held great conversation. He made me thankful to have my membership with AAA.
Micah saved the day. Literally had a driver drive right past us and continue on the complete opposite way, stopped answering phone calls, and went out to eat while saying he was on the way. When AAA decided to cancel and get me a different driver I got Micah and he was the best !! Fast, efficient, and very friendly.
This company knows what they are doing. They are amazing. The dispatch team the drivers everything! I'm beyond happy with the service I reviewed. The drivers name was Jeremy and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The dispatcher that helped me with my call went above and beyond to help me get service during this weather. She is extremely wonderful and I appreciate her for helping. I was stuck on the side of the interstate and it was super cold. Jess (the dispatcher) made sure I got service super quick and kept me updated.

This is the 4th time I use there servicess 1 - moving a storage container in 2020 2 - picking a car from a car auction, 2020 3 - moving a bobcat unit that was stuck and flipped over in a ditch, 2021 4 - most recently stuck on the highway in December 2023 Most recently, I believe his name was Leo, the driver who helped me and him and the other previous times I was helped out it was always a good experience. I've kept coming back because they have been very dependable. Whenever I need a tow I'll keep calling Jackson County Tow Service.
On our last tow by Jackson County Tow Service, the driver called and told me he was going to "reverse tow" our truck (hook to the rear of the truck, and tow it backwards). He called a short time later, and told me that the left front hub had caught fire, but he was able to immediately put the fire out, and asked me where I wanted him to tow the truck. I arranged a service place, and Jackson County Tow Service charged for another hookup (2 hookups for 1 tow). When I tried to explain it was just "1 tow", they told me that they were charging for 2 hooks anyway. We will not use Jackson County Tow Service again.
RED (driver) with JaCoTow is a beast. Was able to literally thread the needle with his semi onto my property and drop off a 40' connex. 11 out 10 service. Bravo.
Love love ❤️ Jackson county tow my family have their number on speed dial:). They are honest, quick and great customer service. They have serviced all our vehicles Hummer, Benz, Saab and 75 Cadillac. We just call They service and bill our insurance company directly. They turn a stressful situation into hassle free. So happy we have found a dependable friendly tow service for life. Thank you Jackson county tow.
I live in the state of Washington and was on day 22 of a 45 day trip to the Midwest when I broke (2) leaf springs on my 8500 pound travel trailer and ended up on the side of a busy Kansas City highway during rush hour. After several calls to towing companies, finally found Jackson County Tow Service who made their way to me with a big truck, capable of winching my disabled trailer onto their flatbed to take it 25 miles away to a repair station. Despite a pretty terrible trailer experience, the day ended better. The dispatch at Jackson County Tow found a way to squeeze me into their busy schedule and Zach and Tyler (brothers) both came out to get it loaded. The axle was also compromised which meant that it wasn't as simple as pulling it straight up onto the flatbed. They needed to do all sorts of things to get it on there straight and SAFELY. Then, they worked together to get it to the repair center and then worked together to gently get it off the truck. I think they have a thankless job. Usually they are interacting with people who are angry that they are broke down and I am sure that after a long day of that, they may have had their days fill of rude people but they were communicative, polite, empathetic at the terrible situation, and they treated the camper like it was theirs, not rushing to get it on the truck to get home. Not sure the experience could have been better!

They came out Christmas Eve night to help load our motorcycle that broke down on the highway. Excellent service very friendly would highly recommend!
Awesome guys! Great shop! Driver was helpful and honest! Chevy yates helped me get pictures and helped me through the whole process. Awesome to work with. They went back to the wreck spot and got a dewalt tool that was brand new that flew outta the car and broke the windows. I didn't even know it was missing went back to my car to look again and they had it already in there for me. Didn't even have to ask. Never even brought it up! Amazing place will be the only tow company i will ever use! Made a bad day better just by meeting such helpful nice guys! Thanks alot!!
We just called this facility and the guy who answered the phone was completely rude and disrespectful towards me for simply asking for an invoice for a tow what was done he wasn’t helping in anyway and then hung up on us and refused to answer our call afterwards

I got locked out of my car at a gas station and the nice ladies at the counter called Gann's. He was there so fast and was very friendly the whole time. This is the first towing company I've worked with that didn't give me that side eye of "how did you do this to yourself?". Best experience with a towing company ever!
Justin is good, honest people. Great communication. Showed up on time and was flexible to ensure I was taken care of.
Called on a Sunday afternoon while travelling through the area, broken down with an alternator issue. Just looking for a tow to a garage that would be able to get me in the next day. He said, "Let me see if my service guy is available". Service guy was available and in about 2 hours, in a gas station parking lot, I had a brand new alternator and was on my way for the same or less money than I would have paid for a tow & a next day repair. 10/10 would break down and call Gann's again.
I highly recommend Gann's towing. They towed my car after I hit a deer. They were very quick to respond and went above and beyond helping me to get insurance to pay for the tow. I will definitely call them again for any towing needs!
Overall a awesome person to have towing your vehicle he went above and beyond when he towed my vehicle highly recommended

Was AMAZING! Our car broke down, downtown and my husband was stuck in the hot weather they were very professional and the driver was super nice and respectful! Good pricing also! 10/10 recommend!
Quick service, friendly. Reasonable
Danny was very helpful. We had a truck breakdown and he was there immediately to assist. Even after seeing he didn't have large enough equipment to haul our truck and trailer he gave me the number of a company that could and waited on the roadside with my drivers until the other truck arrived. I would definitely use him. It's not that often you find people that go above and beyond for you like he did. Thank you for everything.
Wonderful customer service experience during a scary situation. Thank you!

Absolute wonderful experience! My car quit working and I was stranded on the side of the road. I called around and Shoemaker's was the cheapest by a long shot! Ryan and Chris were amazing! Very professional, easy going and made me feel much safer in an area I did not feel comfortable in. They took my car to an automotive shop I use AND took me home at no extra charge! Thank you so much Shoemaker Tow!
We had been waiting several hours for AAA service after being told the tow truck would be contacting us shortly. Scotty from Shoemaker Towing drove through the parking lot where we were waiting. I approached him and asked if he could help us. 45 minutes later he had extracted my daughters vehicle from the median of a very busy and dangerous highway. Thank you Scotty.
Had a gentleman named Lee come out to help my daughter and I with a tow. He was very kind and got it done quickly. Absolutely recommended these folks!
We had a situation at the field today, I called Ryan to inform him of my situation and within no time, Lee showed up, we assessed the situation, came up with a plan and in 20 min or so we were fixed up and ready to run. Thanks for the quick response time.
I had a catastrophic breakdown in the middle of nowhere on a hot day with 3 children while on a daytrip. My roadside assistance people contacted these guys and they came quickly. The driver would not leave us alone along the road waiting for our ride. He stayed with us for almost 30 minutes until he knew that we were safe. If you need help I certainly recommend that you call these guys.

Top tier service!!!!!!!! I was stuck in Aurora, Missouri for a week dealing with a mechanic that I did not trust, so I finally decided that I needed to get back home. One phone call to these guys and without any hesitation I was headed back home to Texas….. I just wanted to thank Austin for taking the assignment, being such a cool guy, and I’m forever grateful for the great conversations that we had….. Salute and well wishes to you and your love ones….. IF YOU'RE EVER IN THE AREA AND NEED THIER SERVICES, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!! 🫡
Just had a ball joint bust so needless to say I was in a bind far from home. Matt showed up quickly and was very professional! He actually saved my car from alot more damage. He was really quick and knew exactly what he was doing! If ur ever needing a tow call these guys!
My suv broke down between Monett and Granby on a Tuesday evening around 5 pm.. the towing company was busy but they still got us a tow with 30 minutes. Matt came out and was very helpful. When I told him we were from Lincoln, Nebraska and had no idea what service station to take it to he said he would call Friendly service and see if Danny was still at work and get us in. Danny got us back on the road that night! Thank you Matt!!
I don't usually do reviews but wanted to one this time. Just used Tom's through my AAA membership after locking my keys in my car. Driver came over within minutes on his day off and got it unlocked for me fast. Super service and great driver. Highly recommend and would use again if I ever need to.

Not to mention how quickly and how genuinely empathetic and helpful the driver was. The rates were surprisingly Fair. They absolutely delivered a five-star experience! Thank you all so much!
Braiden was super helpful and nice! I was stuck broken down on the side of the highway and he was there within 15 minutes. Very professional. Towed my car to my house and was cool enough to help me figure out what was wrong. Highly recommend!
James is my new favorite super hero. So kind and professional. He pulled my car out of a ditch that if done by anyone else, it would cost me thousands or completely total my car. He was very knowledgeable on how to get me out of the ditch with little to no damage. Thanks James at the Belton location!
Huge shout out James w All City Tow! He saved our butt today after my husband and 2 kids popped a tire on the highway. They were quick, and James blessed our family. My husband said he was so helpful and so kind, they had great conversation. Would highly recommend!

If there’s is zero star i will give them zero star they are fraud because they charge 8000 dollars only pull out my truck from ditch only spend 15 minutes to do it and forcefully towed my truck to their yard and try to make extra bills and my truck good for drive and still they forcefully towed it
These guys are absolutely AMAZING! During the middle of a 6 hour road trip, last night at 9pm, I was stuck on the highway with a flat and no spare. Every place I called was closed, except these guys. They came out with a tire in their mobile repair shop and changed it for me. Not only that, when we discovered it wasn’t the correct size ( my mistake when telling them on the phone) they towed my car to their shop and put on the correct size tire. They went above and beyond for us and not only that, I didn’t have enough cash to cover the repairs and he told me to pay him when I got where I was going! I have never seen more hardworking, compassionate, and competent individuals! If you’re ever in need, these are the men you want to call!!!
Duste w/ Stop & Shop very Nice and Courteous to our driver on the early morning of Feb28, 2024. He had to winch out the truck and trailer. His prices were reasonable and very flexible tow service. Would recommend to any Fleet Service or Breakdown Dept. for the Trucking Industry
Cody Lee was amazing he helped us get my Brothers car home from the side of I-44. Service was fast and friendly
Duste was amazing. Thank you so much for coming out in a storm to a busy highway to help up and fix the problem. Definitely one of the best shops around.

Called these guys after waiting for over am hour on express tow... they were very nice, very helpful and we there on about 30 minutes! Definitely would recommend if you or a loved one gets stranded. Also very cheap compared to company I called before them and much more responsive.
Incredible experience. Customer service was outstanding, and my vehicle was picked up at the exact time anticipated over the phone. Now let’s talk about the price. If you don’t use this company to tow your car, you’re getting robbed by the $300-$400 I was quoted by other companies. They have Costco prices, and don’t skimp on their shining customer service. I’ll never call another company again for a tow, unless I’m way outta town. King Towing is the Royalty of Tow Companies, in my opinion.
Norman went above and beyond any tow truck driver I experienced!!! He is the best! Even showed us different features on my own vehicle! Friendly, knowledgeable, and great customer service!!!Tow price was cheaper than the other places I called! Highly recommend King's Tow!
Best towing company I've used! Only company working in the storm, got to us quicker than expected, great communication. Michael is awesome, did a great job, and just a very nice guy.
Definitely recommend this company. Firstly, Kings Tow has a great flat rate of 85 bucks up to a certain mileage point, compared to the other tow companies that are charging upwards of 129 bucks; plus, they were there and had me hooked up in a few minutes. The best part was the driver, Michael, was awesome. I am completely awestruck by his skill and his willingness to help us beyond what was necessary. From the first call with Jordan at their dispatch to the end of my experience with this company, these guys are top of the line in terms of customer satisfaction and quality of care. Thank you guys!!

This crane company is amazing. They were always early ready to show up. And hard workers. Always had every safety measure in place. Worked well in what we needed. Awesome crane company for cell tower work too! Will definitely be calling again.
Personally I have never been here, but I ran into an employee at my job and he was super friendly and driving a fantastic truck with the best logo ever, " DO YOU EVEN LIFT BRO".
Nice Crain on time grate to work with
Got to watch these guys in action today. Definitely masters at their craft!!!
