They were right on it the best tow service I’ve ever dealt with and hoping look forward to doing business with you guys in the future for our salvage and dismantling company
Great experience during stressful situation. Able to pick up and tow to home on completion. Communicated throughout the process. Definitely recommend!
Took a while to get there however friendly service. Cheaper than most AND the only one that answered at 3am. Ty B&F Trucking & Tow Service.
I want to say thank you again for your service! I would absolutely recommend this company a thousand times over to anyone and everyone! They were fast and efficient and got the job done without any hiccups.
I didn’t even have my car towed by this company but I can tell it is run by good people. I am dealing with another shady tow company and I called B&F for advice on how to handle the situation. The owner has been amazingly helpful, especially considering I am not even a customer of theirs. That says A LOT!

Called these guys on a whim and got nothing but excellence service. Quick, easy and cheap if you stay in the city limits of independence. Norman was easy going and smooth
Micheal is always very helpful and has had to tow my various cars several times. Always appreciate their pricing and friendless.
My car lost its serpentine belt and alternator pulley on my way to work. King’s tow went and grabbed it and brought it to my house. Their customer service was excellent and they worked quickly. Plus the price was good too, paid $85 for a 8 mile tow. Thank you!
I couldn't ask for a better tow experience!! Norman was very helpful and very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my car. Needing a tow is a stressful situation but they made the whole experience as easy as possible. Thank you so much
Car was stolen from Wyandotte County and found in Independence MO. They picked my car up within 5 minutes of my call and delivered to me within the hour. Michael, the truck driver was wonderful! He was very professional and explained everything to me. His understanding and personal attention to to my issue was much appreciated. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Call for a tow sent tee Man dude was amazing fast if I had to describe him I would just say TOWGOD but that would be a understatement 😉
I got stuck in the snow the other day, went through my insurance and got someone from this company. After waiting for 2 hours he gets there. Tells me my insurance won't cover the wench, and offered to do it anyway for $200. I didn't pay him, so he left me stranded in the snow. I then got a message from my insurance saying the guy couldn't find me. 🤔
I called for a battery jump on my semi. Amber dispatch service within 20 mins and above all their price is the most affordable. Call them, you will not be disappointed.
They sent a certified letter saying that have vehicle. Go to clear it out because they lied on the letter and refused access to the vehicle. They essentially stole our vehicle.
Great service and communication. Cody arrived before the estimated time of arrival and got us and my car where we needed to go! Made a stressful situation a lot easier!

Highly recommend this tow service. They came to my rescue when I broke down & went above & beyond for me.
Expert tow has rescued me several times now and each time they were very professional, friendly, and communicated well throughout the process. I really can't say enough good things about this company!
He quoted me $75. So I gently asked even if it's going a block down the street? He said we don't have trucks available and hung up in my face. His competition is now receiving my money.
My husband broke down on 40 highway after the Chief's game. As you can imagine it was a very stressful event. I called Expert Tow and they were prompt and reasonable. The driver was great and towed our car to Landmark. Thank you so much for the awesome service.
The owner tried to steal my RZR. Told me I couldn't get it out of his lot without a title. Thing is they don't issue titles for UTV's in MO. I was able to get it out after getting the Independence police and highway patrol involved. It was illegally held racking up 3 days of "storage" and making it a very expensive tow. Very shady practice here, they do not deserve to be contracted with the city.

Out of all the places I called in Missouri, these two gentleman that help run the after hour phone calls came to help my family and I. I had 3 young kids with me, in a state I’m not familiar with, without an exact location to give them, and these two gentleman not only came, they helped fix my tire & made sure we got on the road again. I cannot explain the level of appreciation. They were very professional, respectful, and above all very polite. They were the only two people that came to help, after I called all around. My kids and I couldn’t be more grateful. 10/10 I’d recommend to ANYONE who needs help.
Impact Towing and Recovery is one of the more legit, and reliable tow services in the Greater Metro. Its not your typical machine ran company. You can find compassion and understanding with this company. Dont get me wrong. Just like any company that puts their money into being a successful operation, they require a return on money coming in the door to stay open for business. The owner Josh, he has children and a family. A big family at that. I've never known this company to not work with a customer somehow, some way. No offense, but if they won't work with you, you must be a real piece of work. My advice to anybody looking for a genuine and legit tow service. Just Impact it! Or get ratchet! A.J.B.
He can getcha out of a ditch in the snow but as a neighbor and person not so great.
He might be able to get you out a ditch but he's deathly afraid of pitbulls
Their tow truck came and damaged our deer guard. And even without our authorization because we never called them.

My car was towed there after an accident. Melissa was awesome. Very(Independence site) professional, friendly and welcoming. I was having a bad day and she made it so much better. Got my car released with no problem. Thank you so much Melissa 😊
All City Tow knows exactly what they're doing, and whom they can serve in the world. They have patience enough to walk anyone through the step by step process and legal paperwork needed to successfully leave with your impounded car quickly and efficiently. All City Tow comes highly recommended, serves a large area, and is flexible on most anything they can be. They truly are the right for the job.
Arrived promptly and had excellent customer service. Very friendly and thoughtful throughout the process. Will definitely be using them again for any further services needed.
Make sure you have your paperwork, and the process should be quick. Had a car accident on the road and had my vehicle towed here. The staff is straightforward and informative.
I was the victim in a hit and run, we got the car back to all city tow yard and the tow truck driver was nice let us grab all of our stuff and showed me what I am being charged, $260 for tow and $30 per day in storage. My car wasn't there but 4 hours I get in to pay and the lady at the front desk was very rude and disrespectful and demanded $415 after the tow truck driver showed me a $290 bill. Stay away from this place they will take advantage of you.

If you are going to have someone answering your phones when the business is not open he should be professional and knowledgeable. But to talk to someone as if they are stupid because they need answers that you should know is UNACCEPTABLE. Professionalism is a must
Id give this tow company 0 stars if possible, this is a predatory company be warned. They towed my car and were delaying to release it so they can charge more money and they are rude af. They kept me waiting in the cold for their driver who showed up about 40 minutes late. These people will try squeeze out every dollar they can get from you. Very pathetic!
Andrew was very helpful during a very difficult situation. I appreciate straight to the point transparency!
Joey was amazing at helping me get my car home safely after a flat tire
White wrecker with gray ford fusion on wheel lift was doing 20 over with no straps, light indicators on car. I attempted to call the office to inform of concerns, immediately after answering front desk person said he was in route to wreck and would not listen to my concerns about this driver possibly getting someone hurt, just completely blew me off.
