Our truck broke down as we were headed out of town. Daniel picked up my husband and the truck and Nick picked up me and my son. They took us to the dealership and the process was seamless. They are super friendly, courteous and compassionate about helping others. Highly recommend them!

I didn’t even have my car towed by this company but I can tell it is run by good people. I am dealing with another shady tow company and I called B&F for advice on how to handle the situation. The owner has been amazingly helpful, especially considering I am not even a customer of theirs. That says A LOT!

My wife's car wouldn't start at the gas station. Michael responded to my call within 10 minutes. I asked that he tow it to the Ford dealer. He asked if he could try to start it. He started it and said that he was pretty sure all that was needed was a new battery. I took his advice and drove the car to a battery shop where they installed a new battery and solved our problem. I am certain that his help and advice saved me hundreds of dollars in dealer charges. Thank you, Michael.
Jonathon Casper was professional and friendly on an early Monday morning that started with a flat tire on I-435. He got my car loaded and towed to work. For a very small fee he put my spare on so that when I got off of work, I could drive home after a twelve hour day. Pricing was reasonable. Would absolutely call again.
I recently used King Towing after another hauling service who had committed to the job bailed at the last minute. I called King Towing at 4pm on a Friday afternoon in hopes they had availability the following two days (Saturday & Sunday). From the first call they weren’t highly professional and willing to help any way they could. They ran trucks throughout the weekend for me despite the short notice. I could not have completed the job without them and after working with them I would not use any other company. Top notch service from start to finish. -Brady

Jordan and Michael went beyond being tow truck drivers trying to help get my vehicle working after they recovered it from being stolen. They sent me photos of the car and of the fuse box that the thief had messed with. I have to tell about the estimated wait times next door at Buddy's the mechanic being over twice what Mike estimated (four days when told two, still waiting). I should have clued in how the towyard mentioned other mechanics rather than recommend Buddy's. They said Buddy's does good work but I don't know yet so if you're willing to wait double the estimated time, maybe Buddy's would be okay. See my review on Buddy's that Mike gets angry quickly. But back to King Towing. They were willing to push my car next door without charge. Their concern for a crime victim was admirable. It makes a difference when people are pleasant and helpful, rather than my experience next door.

I slid on ice on a hill and almost hit a parked car. I was able to stop my car before hitting the other one but just by an inch. I couldn’t move the car anywhere without hitting the other one and they came and rescued me. They are so amazing and I will definitely cal them for help in the future!

They work a parking at City Market for which I legally paid to park. Then towed my car because I had type a single digit on my license plate wrong. My phone number, make, model and color of my vehicle was there, but they felt the error was easy money. Towed my car, had to pay over $350 to retrieve. If there ever was customer abuse and predatory practices, this is it.
The best services Fast , reliable service I called 6 to 10 more services online and most of them did not even send somebody after they gave me time to wait…. Then other scammers on Google gave me other numbers it was hell …. After I called autobot they arrived in less than 15 min , great services , not expensive, no problems
I was involved in an accident on i-70 West. Charles and his team were promptly on site and made sure that all of my property was well taken care of. They even went the extra mile to make sure that my Harley received no additional damage after the accident. Not only that but they helped me loaded into the trailer so I could take it to the dealership for an estimate. I can't express how impressed I was with Charles and his team. If you're in the Kansas City area and need assistance this is definitely the tow service to contact these folks are great!

These people are great! My engine had locked up and wouldn't start for me. So we called them to tow my van to Ford to get it fixed. Chris (the driver) got it to start,, but I had it towed to Ford anyway because he said the starter could probably be bad. At least it wasn't messed up engine type locked! Chris a nice friendly guy, knowledgeable, efficient, and a credit to his company. I will definitely use their service again!

I needed a car fixed that my son had worked on. The tow guy showed up and said a few bolts were disconnected, so he couldn't tow it. That's understandable. He then went above and beyond by calling the mechanic and talking him out of taking the car altogether. Now I need another mechanic and another tow service. It was very unprofessional.

I got a black cobalt car from them years ago. It's been a great little car. I drove it to Wisconsin several times. I got a great deal on my car. I had a choice between several cars.
I know you think every tow company is the same... but they are not. Impact tow, has came out way of the way and helped me more than once. Always better priced than the other tow trucks I call. And they have even helped me unlock my car when it was at the movies. They have earned my business with the right people and attitude, will call them when I need a lift in the future and I always recommend them when I see someone who needs a tow

Out of all the places I called in Missouri, these two gentleman that help run the after hour phone calls came to help my family and I. I had 3 young kids with me, in a state I’m not familiar with, without an exact location to give them, and these two gentleman not only came, they helped fix my tire & made sure we got on the road again. I cannot explain the level of appreciation. They were very professional, respectful, and above all very polite. They were the only two people that came to help, after I called all around. My kids and I couldn’t be more grateful. 10/10 I’d recommend to ANYONE who needs help.
Illegally witheld my possessions while my car was there after they said there would be no problem on the phone. They wasted an hour and a half of my time just to tell me no at the door.

Run away fast unless you like to throw your money away! Was quoted one price and paid twice as much. 200$ just to pick up car and thats after towing and storage. Like 200$ just for them to drive my car from their lot to the street, rip off. Felt like they were holding my car hostage. Gal on phone was rude. Driver was nice but that's the only good thing about this place. Never let them tow your car to their lot.

Better known E & W towing, this company went above and beyond the level of service that i would expect in a tow service. They not only helped me in a critical time in my life with simply applying common courtesy and understanding for my unique situation, i.e. in a wheelchair due to broken ankles and crushed heels. They as a company, no a family, treated me as a member of their own. Sometimes a company does the right thing, mostly they worry about the bottom line to a fault. This company didn't. They did the Old School thing and will always be thankful to them in my time of need for making me feel comfortable and work with me through such a trying time. GOODNESS! This company was a life saver not once but 2 times today. My car died at a gas station. The next morning I contacted All City and they did a lock out & jump start for me. Later in the day I had to have my car towed and called them again. Both times it was super fast, tow truck was ready within minutes - MINUTES!!! Prices are so much better then ANYWHERE! Thank you to the dispatcher & tow truck driver. I hope I do not have to use again but if I ever have a need you will be who I call. THANK YOU.

Forced me to get the car towed back to their yard when I didn’t have insurance and the car still drove, still has in the same condition for 3500 miles since with no work done to it other than airing the tires they deflated when I told them I’d be picking it up from the yard. They also charged me $1000 cash to get it out once I revealed I didn’t have insurance. I’ve never had to get a loan for anything other than the car itself but they put me in such a poor spot on top of the damage to the car. And when I pleaded for them to tow it out because I figured the tires really had gone, they say $1200. This wouldn’t be a one star but they deflated my tires, like I’m worried they did other things to it but I left it there two nights, the second night was when the tires went to 7 and 17 in the front, like my app tells me…. And I’ve driven 3500 miles on ONE air fill up, they are lucky this is just a review.
If you are going to have someone answering your phones when the business is not open he should be professional and knowledgeable. But to talk to someone as if they are stupid because they need answers that you should know is UNACCEPTABLE. Professionalism is a must
I called to get information on a vehicle at like 11AM and I was told to call back at 1PM because I am calling out of state. I called at 1PM they tell me they are at lunch to call back at 2PM. Why would they tell me to call at 1 or even answer the phone if at lunch?
John went the extra mile for us by coming all the way to Whitney Tx in a hurry when he became aware my husband packed his meds in the camper. Thank John and thank you Hookers Tow!
