Fantastic job. Professional, responsive, and excellent quality. Well worth the money vs trying to do it myself.
The crew did a great job! Very professional , will definitely use them again!
Guys were very good, professional. Truck was missing a couple tools. Would definitely call them again
They did an awesome job very professional group of guys
Rented a 50 ton truck crane to fill in for one of our cranes down for repair. Crane was in good shape and the operator was very smooth and safe. Would definitely use these guys again

Well last year when I bought my Dodge Challenger from Vern Eidie Acura and drove it too Worthington, MN went out on the road as a truck driver came back and had problems with it. I live in Sioux Falls, SD I asked them here to help me bring my car home they refused. They said find someone at Worthington to bring it too Sioux Falls. Well Sioux Falls is a little bit bigger city than Worthington and I had a difficult time getting my car to Sioux Falls. When I needed them they weren't there for me... enough said...
My car was stuck pretty good in my own driveway. Overnight it drifted in even more. These drifts were concrete hard. The driver called when he was on his way. He was very careful pulling my car out so the undercarriage wasn't damaged. He was friendly and knew what he was doing. Worth every penny. Will call them again if I need a tow.
Great guy. I went to pick up my vehicle today and decided to park out front in the parking area so my car could warm up. It got stuck and I asked for help, he didn’t even hesitate to help me. First experience here was great.
My call was answered right away and the gentleman on the phone was very kind. There was a bit of a wait time so I left my vehicle to get out of the cold. The driver called me when he got the van loaded and he was also nice. I found the price to be fair and affordable. Overall very pleased with the service and would use them again.
We had our car stolen and Jim and Ron’s was right there for us the same day. Dontae our tow truck driver was absolutely amazing. Very friendly and concerned about our situation, we very much appreciate how he handled things and how well he did his job!!

After calling 3 other companies with an hour out time to get to my driver, these guys dropped everything and went to him! Towed our power unit in to repair and took our trailer on to our delivery! Awesome group of guys!!!
My truck stalled in this crazy South Dakota winter weather and I wasn't able to get it moved due to towing companies being so busy. These guys not only towed it but also got it running in no time. Chris and his team Rocks! Highly recommended for anyone who is done with all of the other rude companies out there who seemed like I bothered them with needing a tow. Definitely now my go to guys and will continue to promote them. Thanks for your time and kindness. Mahalo plenty, Emery!
I use platinum towing quite frequently and I know not ask for a better service always there within 30 minutes, a very dependable service I would say, thank you!!!
BEST TOW COMPANY EVER!! Platinum towing is the way to go! From great costumer service, to reliability and efficiency. Chris is amicable, knowledgable, capable and fully equipped to tackle any job to get you and your vehicle to safety. When you’re in a pinch, he’s your guy!
Very fast and nice to work with needed a winch out and from the time I called to the time I was back on the hard pact was a hour and half.

Jeff from A Plus Towing, responded promptly to our AAA call. He did an excellent job. He tested our battery & saw that it was low. He recommend where to get a battery, gave us information about the special kind of battery we needed. We were on our way in no time! Thank you Jeff & A Plus Towing for keeping us on the road.
I’ve called them several times to come tow a car from my house and recently called them like 3 times within a week to come jumpstart my car after it broke down. They’re always there, dispatch is so friendly. I’m so satisfied with their service and l feel the prices are reasonable. After writing this review, I’ll call them to come tow my brother’s car from the repair shop. I’m confident they’ll be there.
(Car lockout) Great customer service. They answered the phone (which isn't always common now days), they were upfront with the cost, and had someone come out to my lockout right away. I got to go inside and stay warm... they called me and got my keys right out. They were professional, careful with my car (making sure they didn't cause any damage), and nice. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Richard was very engaging. Great guy. Waited, but he made it good. Helped alot. Price more than I wanted to spend but really helped me in a jam. Thanks again Richard. Real asset.
The gentleman that came to tow me out of the ditch after I spun out on icy roads was very professional! Gave me excellent instructions on what I needed to do to help get my car out. No issues over the price and I understand where I was stuck at was high risk to the tow driver (interstate off ramp). All in all it was quick and easy and got me on my way!

Nick came to tow my truck. He was very prompt and professional. I would highly recommend them for towing services.
One of their drivers who was going North on I29 today Jan 7th of 2023 around 3:45pm, nearly smashed into me several times from the adjacent lane. I suspected he was impaired, drunk or just idiotic. And only didn’t when I laid on the horn making him go back. When I surpassed him in my lane, he laid on the horn himself and started following me. I was VERY close to calling the police, and settled with keeping 911 on speed dial, and making sure I had a means of personal protection handy. I then called his company and gave the description of a MASSIVE red semi tow truck, currently hauling a big white box truck. And various logos, decals and location info to his boss. The truck driver followed me for miles until I took my exit 81, and at that time I wanted to ditch him. So at the last second I turned my right blinker on and sharply entered the right turning lane SAFELY. He was stuck in the non turning lane then and I got away. If you need a tow. DO. NOT. CALL. THIS. COMPANY. Their drivers will endanger lives, and follow the victims of their road rage for possible retaliation.
Terrible, vehicle towed and iPad was stolen out of the front. Tracked it down and it’s at somebody’s house now. police report has been filed but probably won’t be receiving it. Don’t trust these guys to get into your equipment. They are no good liars and steal from hard working people. Called service department and they “couldn’t find it”. Also, was never able to receive refund from company. Just no good, lying, criminals!
They were quick to respond to a trailer tire blow-out on I29 and the service charge was more than fair. The service truck driver was fast, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Using Ace again today to pull a rental out to Wyoming so our truck can make delivery to Salt Lake City. they are the best, 30 minutes or less to rent a truck and line up Ace towing. we may be 2 days late delivering but thatnks to Ace we have a happy customer. Thank you Randy Jim with Leroy Prins Trucking

I have used this company twice now, both times the company has been prompt and professional.
Price quotes are higher than other SF companies
They work with my insurance. My wait for the driver was excellent. Super professional tow.
We were very happy with Jake as our tow truck driver! He was friendly as he was helping to get our vehicle from one location to the other.

Yesterday January 18, 2023 about 9:45 am I slid off of Arrowhead Pkwy into a ditch. The best decision I made was to call All American Towing. The dispatcher let me know it could be up to an hour or a little more before they would be there. Clearly they were busy as AAA gave me a 6 hour estimate. The driver Braxton showed up and immediately assessed the situation and began to take necessary measures. Braxton pulled me up from the side of his super truck, then repositioned his truck and "hooked me up" from the back and pulled me out. Braxton is a professional, to took great care not to damage my vehicle throughout the process which took less than 30 minutes. He made sure I was able to drive away safely, was very friendly, and braved the well below zero wind chill without a flinch. Thank you All American Towing, I have heard great things about you from others, I am so grateful for your service and professionalism!
I had a bad tire experience, but a great customer experience with, All American Towing. Trevor was my driver, he went above and beyond in all areas of customer service, a talented and very polite and professional young man. I will use this company going forward if needed due to the excellent experience that Trevor provided. By far the best tow truck operator I’ve ever worked with. Thank you, Trevor, or an excellent experience and conversation. Another great experience, this team cares, they will be my first to call if anything goes wrong.
Do not do business with this company! Same situation as - Ron Vanhoorn - My vehicle was stolen and picked up by this company when found, I live a hour away and called the company before leaving work early to make it in time before they closed to get my stolen vehicle back, they refused to give me the condition of the car. When I arrived and paid $160 to get my vehicle, I realized it was sitting on 2 by 4s, not drivable at all! The whole axel was off, then they tried to get me to pay more money to have the vehicle towed, I requested a refund for my money and for them to keep the vehicle since it was severely totaled! The lady at the desk was very condescending and rude, completely unable empathize in the situation. Her nasty attitude should not be acceptable in a customer service position. The owner I’m assuming (Patrick) after looking at the car agreed to a refund upon receiving the title, made him aware I don’t live in town and would not be able to bring it back right away. He told me when I bring it in, I’ll receive a refund. Once I got time away from my hectic work schedule I called for my refund and exchange of title, he went back on our agreement. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve dealt with, I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Courtesy of my boyfriend, All American is the best. Braxton was so patient and very nice about my situation, especially with my car being difficult. Thank you so much!!
Car starter went out. Was stuck in the middle of cliff ave and 26th and decided to get a tow truck. Redi towing hanged up on us and we called all American, within 30 minutes truck showed up definitely recommend. Tow trucker was awesome to us and they have good prices.

I was stalled on the interstate five miles from my hotel on a cross country trip out west. Tow services in the area was extremely busy—but Eastgate came through with flying colors. The dispatcher was calm and reassuring; Logan, our tech, was polite and incredibly helpful. It was a stressful situation and I was far from home, but felt as though this company cared. Highly recommend!
Their hookers are legal! Great service, the guy who came and helped me out was super nice and he was quick to get me off the interstate. Being my first time outta Iowa and breaking down I was freaking out and they were such a blessing! I accidentally over paid and first thing the next morning they sent me a text about me over paying and had me come pick up the extra cash, which is very suprising, but so wonderful!!! I would recommend them to anyone in the area!!
All about the money not a bit concerned about the customer. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone that might need a little understanding and respect. Was told the owners were very kind and helpful but wasn't even allowed to speak to them upon request! My daughter was denied her car seats and property unless she paid almost 2000$ for a vehicle she was unaware was even in their possession. They can keep it and the stuff inside for that kind of greed. Not everyone in Sioux falls has class or is considerate of a person's circumstances!
Some of the worst customer service. They will also squeeze you for every dollar they can make off you. Definitely recommend finding a different tow service
Vehicles got towed from apartment complex first day after moving in. Understandable situation because we forgot to put parking passes in window the day we moved in. But the tow truck driver was rude and unprofessional. When we paid fee at the shop he said “easy money” as we were walking out, And the lady we dealt with was also very unprofessional. She just laughed the entire time we were dealing with her like it was a joke. $500 dollars for two vehicles that were there for less than two hours. Wouldn’t recommend dealing with these people.

We were stranded on the side of I-90 on a Sunday with our camper and 4 kids. It was Sooo stressful. We had called 3 other tow companies. The first couldn't help us, second was at least 3 hours out. Mind you our trucks engine blew and it was over 90 degrees. Redi was there in a half hour. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. Our kids loved them and thought the tow trucks were the best!
I use Redi for personal and business use. They are always up front and professional about their service. I have used them for about 9 years. I can not tell you how many times they have bailed me out out. I appreciate the work they do.
Took over an hour to locate a vehicle they towed less than 24 hours ago. Charged me for 2 days storage even tho they had my vehicle for less than 24 hours. My vehicle sustained visible damage from the tow which also manifested as mechanical damage- My car shakes violently when driving down the road. My car was in excellent condition with no mechanical issues. After retrieving my vehicle, a local business gave me permission to park it in their lot. When I returned to get it, a truck from Redi Towing pulled in attempting to tow my vehicle once again. The manager of the business gave me permission to leave my vehicle there overnight. Redi Towing was attempting to tow it again simply bc they recognized the vehicle! Absolute crooks!
Redi Towing came to our rescue not once, but twice after our rental RV completely died on us. Several other companies couldn't, or wouldn't, tow an RV. They not only towed us, but helped us find a repair shop and a place to stay. The service from this company significantly improved our stressful situation. Highly recommend!
Thank you! Last night my car lock froze and I couldn’t get into my car in the cold. Other companies were not answering. I was stressed. Travis answered right away, came quickly, was kind and helped! I got in my car and on my way with no worries. Thank you so much!!

Rude staff, will gladly tow your car 24 hours a day but to pick up your vehicle they are only open Monday through Friday 8-5 ( same times most people work) so if you need to pick up your car you have to take time off to get it or it sits for $25 a day. Which is very inconvenient for working people, guess this is how they gouge people out of Money. They are not lient at all about waiting a few minutes after 5 for someone to get there.
Came quickly and winched my truck out, in -45 degrees and white out blizzard. Only one that would help. If I ever need another tow, I will be calling lighting tow! Can't recommend them enough. So grateful for the wonderful ppl there.
I needed to call for roadside assistance (tire change, it was stuck on hub) & my ins company sent Lightening Towing. They were very professional! The driver called to confirm details in advance & was here in less then an hour! Kudos to Lightening & Josh! We are new in Sioux Falls...we now know who we will call in the future! Thx guys!
Great service and a fair price. Operator was profissional and took every precaution not to damage my classic car.Would highly recommend them if you ever need a tow.
They dropped my vehicle off at the wrong address and didnt even try to confirm with me in any way. I called for them to move it to my actual address and they wanted an extra $140 fee just to move it down the street, MIND YOU I already paid $400. They claim gps took them to that spot but the house they took it to clearly says “127”, my house is 122. And yet they did not try to call to confirm they just left.
