Midwest Towing and Recovery is MARVELOUS. Low and behold, 4AM I was attempting to leave the UNL Innovation Campus for a 9 hr drive and my 2021 Tundra wouldn’t start. Dead. No dome lights, no dash lights, NOTHING. Needless to say, I requested AAA out(I’m a member) and it was going to take over 2 hrs, after filling out the online form to request service. (not a slam on AAA, just that 2 hrs was killing my schedule) Ended up Googling Midwest Towing & Recovery. GLAD I DID! The phone was answered at 4:20AM by a HUMAN. Joe(I believe was his name) an overnight driver was on-site within 20 minutes. Joe had a long non-stop overnight shift! We chatted and he jump off my truck with a portable battery. Polite, courteous, friendly, and pleasant. All at 4:40 AM. Payment over the phone with dispatch and very reasonable for the service Midwest provided. My experience with Midwest was marvelous and I know who I’d call in a heartbeat if myself or a family member needed a tow or recovery in Lincoln or surrounding area. Thanks Joe!

Driving across country, we broke down outside of Friend, NE around 10pm one night and, thankfully, we were able to get in touch with Meyer towing. Not only did they send a tow for us but when we let them know we were not from around that area and needed to be towed to an auto shop next to a hotel, they did the research and found one for us. The driver, Tayler, was very polite and professional. He let us, and our little dog, ride in the tow truck with him and after taking the vehicle to the shop, he offered to drop us off at the nearby hotel. He was so friendly and helpful and made an unfortunate situation much better than it could’ve been.
A situation where you have to be towed is RARELY the result of any pleasant circumstances, and a positive attitude from the folks helping you out can make the difference between that situation spiraling into cursing, or making it one of the best experiences of the week. Earl, the recovery driver from Meyer who came out to tow me to Lincoln, showed up quickly and wasted absolutely no time in getting my rig hooked up, inspected, and on the road. The 70 mile ride back to Lincoln was made in a tow truck that was VERY clean and comfortable. Earl made for some great conversation and, in my opinion as a professional driver, represented Meyer well with his professionalism and positivity. These guys are absolutely the go-to for heavy duty towing in and around Nebraska if you're looking a safe, quick, and quality tow.

I had an awesome experience with B&C Towing. First off they were able to quickly come get my car. Several other tow companies were too busy and none of them could match the price B&C quoted me. I have a really low profile HiPro Mustang, so not all tow companies have the equipment to safely tow it...but B&C was able to easily. They were easy to work with and were able to grab my car and take a payment without me being there on site. I would definitely use them again!
I have been using b&c towing for about a year now. They are fast reliable and have great communication to let us know exactly what they are doing. If you are looking for a professional towing company for your property I recommend them highly.
Worthless company. Will nor return items crucial for my fiances job. When it wasn't even her car that was towed. Won't ever recommend anyone use this company because they "legally" steal your stuff! Little update. Now the business has graduated to calling and texting my fiancé's phone leaving threatening messages. All because they are, by Nebraska law, required to return property in a vehicle that is towed. By Law! They also don't like this bad, truthful, and 100% accurate review.

Brayden with lonetree was super nice he was promt and friendly. We have used them in the past and will continue to have them be our wrecker service company .
Brayden helped us out when our family hit a deer on the way home. His professional and kind attitude made the entire experience significantly easier to deal with. I will use Lone Tree for all of our towing for all of our equipment and auto transportation in the area.

Have had awful luck with my vehicle the last month. Tried to drive home after being told my engine was basically failing, and my check engine light began flashing on 144th and Blondo. Called these fine folks and was given a 30-45 minute wait time. Andrew was there in 20 minutes at most! He was wonderful, friendly, and we had a good chat plus some laughs on the way to Bellevue. He is a gem of a man, incredibly kind, and is great at his job. I hope management sees this and gives him the recognition he deserves!! My car broke a ball joint and I was stranded on the side of a highway, gave Scott a call at Scott's towing and he dropped the car off at my mechanic shop and gave me a ride there as well. Very personable guy and showed up very quickly. Made the day just that much easier having someone prompt and easy to work with like that.

I had to have my SUV towed because it became too hot on the highway. The driver was courteous, fast, and made everything clear. They carefully loaded my car and brought it to me safely. If I need to be towed again, I'll definitely call them.

Nice crane company
We saw this sitting in town this morning. It sure did make Carter's morning. He was so happy. The guys were super friendly and outgoing. HE EVEN GOT TO WEAR THE HELMET. A heartwarming encounter brightened a morning in town. Friendly individuals created a special moment for someone. Their kindness and outgoing nature left a lasting positive impression. Acts of generosity, big or small, can truly make someone's day. It's wonderful to witness such positive interactions within the community.
The overall work with Barnhart has been excellent across various sizes jobs. Both of the project managers I've worked with have been responsive and visited the site in 0-1 days to confirm measurements and overall workspace. The crews on site have been professional and friendly. The 3D lift plans are great they really help our Health and Safety stakeholders understand the lifts. Overall, only good experiences with Barnhart to date, thanks, Matt O'Brien, Field Project Manager.

My Jeep decided to test the skills of my 15-year-old self, by blowing a ball joint! Yay! I was able to keep the car on the road until a driveway, and pulled in there. Keep in mind, this was at S 84th st. and Pioneers, in Lincoln, Ne, a very busy intersection. I called Wiestar Towing at the recommendation of my uncle and grandpa, both of which are local mechanics, and own/used to own their own shops. I'm sure glad they did! Took some work to get the wheel off and onto a block, but we were able to get it on the flatbed, and out to my uncle's shop. When it got dropped off, they took cash OR card. Thanks for all your help!
You count on Roadside Assistance when your car breaks down 61 miles from home on the interstate. But after waiting hours for Roadside Assistance, then having them tell us no tow companies were taking calls, we called Wiestar Towing. Luke showed up when he said he would and worked quickly to help us get out of the rain and back home. Very easy and pleasant to work with!

Poor customer service! Felt like I was bothering them by requesting a tow. Save yourself some disappointment and choose a different provider.
For truckers- Really nice guys. T680 coolant sensor lost it's mind. Picked us up at TA...one tow truck for the tractor and another for the fully loaded trailer. Dropped at Kenworth. Friendly, efficient, and competent. Thanks John and sorry I didn't catch the other guy's name.

Worked with john for towing my corvette. No other company wanted to touch my car because it was too low and its hard to winch. Neff towing came through and saved the day without any damage to my car and a great price!
Had to get my truck towed for a massive air leak. Got great service from Neff. Dispatcher gave me the rate over the phone, I was able to leave the trailer behind, thus only requiring one truck. At a time when quality service is rare, Arrow Towing is one of the few companies that still cares about doing a good job and taking care of their customers. My transmission died just off of 168th & Center. They got a tow truck out quickly, and we're professional every step of the way. I felt the towing fee was very reasonable. Great customer service, especially for 6am on a Saturday. She took down all my information and sent out Tony within the hour. Very happy after being stranded in the middle of nowhere. Meeting Tony and riding with him was great as well. Glad to make a new friend on the road.
Anthony was amazing. He arrived to pick up my daughters car at 9pm on the interstate. He arrive about 15-20 mins after we called. He got everything up on the truck bed in about 15 mins and we were off. Very professional, super knowledgeable and helpful.
Call on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 looking for an 8 mile tow had to tell the dispatcher twice where I was and was then quoted $250 plus tax to go 8 miles. I have used arrow towing before and was not charged that ridiculous amount for a much longer toe. In fact the last toe was $175 to go from the same location to 67th and L St. in Omaha $175 plus tax This time 8 miles $250 plus tax a little on the ridiculous size for a Ford Explorer not some big semi or anything like that for a Ford Explorer to go 8 miles very disappointed
They accepted my tow and kept me up to date on the service. They answer the phone and are polite even during chaos and storms. I ended up needing to cancel because a friend could help, but I will use them if I need a tow in the future. I recommend them because of their excellent service.

On 8/15 I had a towing issue with another company and this company showed up and even answered every call I made to them and they were nice and sounded like they were happy people, which you don’t come across often Driver was friendly and even made my other tow who came 4 hours later reverse all the way back down the street so he could tow my vehicle as he knew I was not in the best mood with the other towing company. I appreciate you guys!
L&I towing was wonderful to work with! Of course it was a FRIDAY that my son blew a tire and they were able to get his car towed before 4:00p and to the shop by 4:30p so we could have the tire replace before the weekend. Super friendly and nice, very quick pick up and tow. Will use them again.
This company literally waits till after apartment office hours to go to apartments and look for cars to tow so you cant call the apartments. Also, apparently your lease doesnt matter either they just do whatever they want. Have pictures to prove. My lease very clearly states we get a notice before being towed even if we have a sign out that says otherwise. My boyfriend got warning when he didnt get his permit right away due to not having a plate yet, but my brother helps me bring something inside for 10 mins and I came back outside to it being towed. The visitor parking lot was to far to carry what we were carrying, but the tower said that doesnt matter and the lease doesnt matter. The tower threatened my boyfriend but wouldn't repeat himself when we told him too then tried telling my brother he wouldn't even be able to get the car back at all. As he was driving away he then decided to take a picture of me. NOT okay.
Where do I start. Waited 3 hours for AAA to show up. THEY DIDN'T. There AI assistant just puts you off. L and I was amazing. At our house in 15 minutes near Bennington. Very reasonable and super friendly (gentleman with long beard, didn't catch his name). I will never go anywhere else. Don't make my mistake with AAA. Call real professionals L and I towing is the best when you need emergency roadside assistance. Thanks Guys!!!
One star because you don’t have to be a nice person but sometimes it really helps. The man who was here “patrolling” my apartment complex yelled at myself and two teenagers because we asked him to leave the car they were towing because we were moving. He was very disruptive and ignored us as we were taking to him and proceeded to yell at us as we were children. It felt unsafe. This is not the first run in at this complex.

He's very detail oriented and does not keep you questioning or guessing for answers. I called around 430pm to have my car towed to the shop. He was there in less than an hour. Very quick, very efficient. It was easy to communicate to him my needs and he followed through perfectly. Once he picked my car up, he took full control and it was great to have the stress off of my shoulders. They are miracle workers here!!! Great team! While dealing with car troubles, I googled and called Auto 1. I am so glad I did. The lady I talked to was so nice, even though I had to call a few times to change the drop off location and where to find the keys. She was so nice and friendly as well as helpful. They was able to get the car within the hour.

I picked up a nail out in the middle of nowhere and needed to get back to Lincoln pretty late in the day (8pmish). I had no idea where to even have my car towed to and it didn’t look like any tire places were open that late that I could see. I called the first tow company that popped up (Ten Tows) and they towed me into Beatrice AND patched my tire, allowing me to get home the same night. They were super friendly and helpful. I cannot thank them enough!
We were stranded in Beatrice around 11pm on a Friday with a shredded trailer tire. We called and they came out within 15 minutes with two options for us, and in just a few more minutes had us back on the road (and avoiding a repeat occurrence). WAY faster and more reasonably priced than the only other help we could find. 100 percent recommend, would use them again!

I forgot my keys in the trunk. I contacted for help with towing, and the guy came within 10 minutes, used the appropriate tools, and opened it without any trouble. No judgment and real relief.

Driver was perfect , communication and was very helpful , reason it’s 1 star is to whatever girl is on that phone is not valid customer service sounded like she had a attitude n was not helpful at all in asking questions .

I called and asked if they could came out, gave them my address. They told me they were on their way and then called me back and told me that I didn't schedule for them to come to my house so then I had to wait another 40 minutes. Had my daughter with a flat tire and AAA couldn't get the tire off. They dispatched Only Tows to get her car to a repair shop. The guy driving the truck went the extra mile and got the tire off instead, saving us the effort of taking the car in right away. They came earlier than AAA said by a long ways, too. I have no hesitation recommending a company that goes above and beyond, and is punctual too. If you need towing services, give them a call.

Absolutely the best experience I've ever had. I recently had my battery replaced and suddenly my vehicle wouldn't start. When Only Tows came out, he asked if he could take a look. It ended up being loose connections on the battery. He tightened everything up and it worked. He saved me a trip to the auto repair shop and possibly being without a vehicle for a few days. It really saved me a LOT of distress in my life. I really can't thank them enough. He was super nice and personable as well. What a great experience when I needed it most!

From the moment that we walk through the door, it was nothing but absolute respect. It had been a rough day. We'd been in a car accident. First question asked was are we okay? Then Lizz was extremely helpful with information and helping us understand the process. When we were cleaning out our vehicle, she lent us gloves to keep from cutting ourselves on glass. She really went above and beyond for what needed to happen. And really meant a lot to us after a really long hard day.

I just wanna thank this place and give them a shout out for potentially literally saving my parents' and niece's lives when the recent ice storm left them stranded in their vehicle, when nobody else could or would help them. The worst moneysucker towing company. They towed my car on saturday evening. I called them immediately, they told me to call in the morning. They will release it. I called them at 9, next day. They replied, they are closed! Fine, I went there on monday morning at 9 and they charged me for 72 hours storage fee. I mean, what's wring! They literally had my car for less than 48 hours and they are charging me for 72!

Quick service to get a vehicle moved to repair shop across town in snowy conditions. Very professional and helpful. Reasonable pricing and prompt service. Dispatch and communication were excellent.
The guys at Midwest towing were fantastic. Very professional, communicated clearly on pick up times, etc., and got my car safely to its destination.
Nsp had Midwest tow my car no issues there at all. However charging storage fees while not being open is ridiculous. I could go get my car today on Saturday but they want me to miss some work and go in on Monday at 8am and charge storage fees while being closed when I could just get it today and save money. I’d advise everyone not todo business with this company as they don’t have the consumers best interest in mind.

Ridicules pricing, just to pull the truck which wasn't half a mile from them asked for $1600
I just got back home after a road trip with my sister. We went from northern California to Eastern Ohio in the beginning of June 2020. Our car broke down in Nebraska about 16 miles from Lincoln. We contacted this tow company for assistance, and even though it was a long. hot wait, we immediately forgot our misery when the driver showed up. His name is Josh, and he is a awesome young man, and our saving grace that day. He went above and beyond his job duties to help us with everything, which I won't bore ya'll with the details, but just know it was very kind and considerate of him to help us so much. Little things for some are humungous for others, so I'm very happy we were sent Josh and not some stuffy, dull driver that would've been uncomfortable to deal with. My family was involved in an accident. They gave me a ride to the vehicle and helped me retrieve my stuff. Even though it was close to midnight when I was able to go. Thank you all so much for your kindness to me and my family.
Treated like family! While towing a loaded U-Haul trailer from Iowa to Colorado along I-80, the front-left tire wheel bearings on my Silverado shot craps. We limped along the shoulder to the next available exit where we discovered Meyer Automotive located right at the exit! As it was nearly closing time on a Saturday afternoon there was nothing that could be done until Monday. Billy Snell, the sales manager, took us under his wing and drove us to each of the three hotels in Seward until we found one with availability. The next morning (Sunday) there was a knock at our hotel door. Thinking it was the maid service, I opened the door and there was Billy with a loaner car that he brought for us to use while we were in town! My wife and I were absolutely stunned and extremely grateful. Monday morning we checked out of the hotel and went back to the dealership. Billy was there waiting for us and advised us that he already had the Silverado in the shop, but the news wasn't good. Although the necessary parts might be available by that afternoon, there were a couple of other jobs waiting in front of us and it would likely be Tuesday or Wednesday before the truck would be ready. We desperately needed to get to Denver to deliver our kid's belongings to their new home, so we began making arrangements to rent a truck that could pull the U-Haul trailer. On our way to pick up the rental truck, I got a call from Billy that he didn't want us to have to spend all that money to rent another truck, so he arranged with the service department to have our vehicle moved to the front of the service line and promised to have the Silverado ready to go by closing time that evening. True to his word, and with the amazing assistance of the parts and service department, we were back on the road at 5:30 that afternoon and arrived safely in Denver early Tuesday morning. The service we received from the staff at Meyer Automotive in Seward, NE., and from Billy Snell in particular, was nothing less than stellar. They treated total strangers like members of their family. We will never forget them.
