Shawn was polite and professional. Picked up my car before the estimated time and drop off at the repair shop in a timely manner. The communication was excellent, thank you 😊 I would highly recommend Shawn 2.0 Towing to family & friends .. 10/10
After a scary situation where my van’s electrical system went haywire and turned off in the middle of 86th street during rush hour, Shawn (owner of Shawn 2.0), came to the rescue! He was able to tow my van within 15 min (expedited because of the safety risk and blocking traffic) to a suburb location. I was able to ride comfortably in the tow truck to the location. Shawn is professional, informative, and always had a friendly smile! You can tell Shawn takes great care of his customers and takes pride in the business he’s built from the ground up. Thanks for helping make a bad situation much better!
Absolutely incredible service! Angela was awesome and took very good care of my car. Pulled up in a very clean and beautiful looking truck and drove very safely. Best towing company in or around Indy!!
Found Shawn completely random as recommend by a fellow towing co that didn’t tow cars. Fantastic service from Shawn. They came faster than indicated and the owner himself happened to service me. He was very professional and knew exactly where to take the car which went from Whitestown to Tom Wood Lexus. I was lucky as Shawn was running a promotion which saved me over $100 - good grief in light of the car problem.
Shawn came and personally changed my spare tire since my lug nut was stripped. He was extremely nice and was able to get to me within 30 minutes! 10/10 service!

Roy is incredibly professional and goes above and beyond. The quality of services is on par && financially reasonable and affordable. You won’t regret doing business w him.
Roy was a friendly face when he dropped off our daughter's car. He was kind, efficient and didn't stop until we were satisfied with the placement of the car. He had a tight spot to drop the car and he did it with skill. We would highly recommend Roy as he was friendly, timely and affordable. He was also the only one who actually wanted to help us! You helped us more than you know. We will use him again if in the need for a tow. Thank you, brother!
I ran over a median during a storm and instead of waiting 1hr and 30min for an employee, the owner himself came out and helped me in 20min. Excellent care, great service!
Roy was awesome! Showed up super quick. Very professional! Wouldn't accept payment until he dropped it at its destination! Best customer service I have had from ANY company in a very long time.
Roy is who I call every time. He's towed my car, once jumped a battery for me.. I've recommended him to others who call him first as well. He's a good guy, helpful and fast.

Today, Oz from Ward’s towing company provided me with exceptional service when my car was towed to the dealership. His professionalism and clear communication throughout the process were impressive, from his advance notification of arrival to his diligent care of my vehicle. I would highly recommend Oz for any towing needs, as his service was truly outstanding, worthy of a 10/10 rating. Great job!
My husband slid off the road waited 3 hours for a tow. This guy came a saved the day. Thank you OG 🩷Wards Transportation
Jo was very professional and upon arrival he explained to me the best way to load my truck onto the flatbed due to me having a broken rear control arm. He was prompt and all and all an awesome driver. I will definitely be reusing and recommending the company for all my towing needs. Also the dispatcher was amazing and quoted me an awesome quote to get my vehicle to the shop.
Oz was nice quick and professional. Also knowledgeable. Had good suggestions for what the problem could be.
Oz showed up on time, was very courteous and very efficient. I appreciated his professionalism.

My friend and I locked the keys in the car after work and Paddack's came to the rescue! We had to wait a little while but they called to let us know they were on their way. The gentleman was very pleasant & professional. He had us back in the vehicle and down the road in less then 2 minutes! Thank you Paddack's for another great job! I highly recommend Paddack's if you need a tow truck or lock your keys in the vehicle. You will be glad you did! 😊
This guy was so professional and nice! The rate was reasonable at $145. I was stranded on 69, with a tire blowout and had no idea where I was and he came quickly! Way faster and cheaper than another company I called that was going to be $269. I would highly recommend this company’s services! Pretty handy when you’re in a pickle!
Excellent service. Their crews are always intelligent and careful. Today Jake did a great job. He was good about handling the vehicle with care and double checked everything before he headed out. Thanks Jake for braving the frigid temps!
Oh, unfortunately I picked up a nail off of interstate 65 in my Tesla, and needing to get back to Louisville by 6pm…. These folks were simply amazing, they were at my vehicle within 35 minutes and was able to get me towed safely to the big O tires in Lebanon. - the professionalism of the driver, and how clean the cabin of the tow truck was super impressive. I would highly recommend these folks in the future. In these times is refreshing to find folks who are kind and considerate when you’re dealing with adversity, this driver certainly was.!
One of my rears went out on I-70, Called Paddack’s about towing me to a repair shop, from the guy answering the phone and sending over a truck, very professional and polite. 30 minutes later tow truck shows up and Jake was awesome! Had me hooked and at the shop in about an hour! These guys are on point.

Driver called with an ETA. Got my car hooked up pretty quickly. Drivers name was Tony. Very down to earth and good guy. Would recommend.
Took a hot minute for the tow truck to arrive, but once she was there, Ashley did a fantastic job. She hooked the van up quickly. She didn’t drive crazy. Went the extra mile to make sure my van was positioned correctly in front of my house. Interactive. Polite. Pleasant. Excellent experience.
Service was quick and driver was good. The driver scared the devil out of me. The whole way he was tailgating the car ahead of us , with in 10 feet. On the freeway he was weaving between traffic and becoming agitated at the speed of the traffic flow. We were unrestrained in the cab. This whole drive was an accident and a law suit waiting to happen. As I said the driver was very courteous but I felt my life was in danger just riding with him. Time is important, but safety with passengers should be #1 priority.
Fantastic place friendly staff they will help anyway they can to get you going
Very unhappy with S-R Towing They were instructed by the service number of roadside assistance to only change a tire at the Louisville international airport parking garage So simple easy to access and after my agreement I was being charged $195.00 for 10 minutes of change a tire and waiting 45 minutes for them to show up, I was charged a extra $100 because they Could not drive a high profile vehicle in a parking garage, on top of that it appeared they didn’t have the right size socket to take lug nuts off so they beat the socket onto the the wheel nuts (remember this is a Chevy car 2 years old Bottom line is charging $295.00 to change a car tire after it was agreed to pay $195.00 The next day I took my tire the was flat to a local Tire repair facility and was charged $15. To repair the tire and take the spare off put the original tire on . I wouldn’t recommend S -R to anyone

I called around to different companies & got quoted out for a 2+ hr wait & $300+ given my location. Guerrero’s got to me on the side of the highway within an hour at a fraction of the price. The son was super friendly, extremely efficient & patient with where I needed my car dropped off. They’re saved in my contacts should I ever need them again & I will 10/10 recommend them to anyone!
Eddy was great help and got to me in 15 minutes. He was also friendly with the pricing and I recommend him to everyone.
Eddie and Jr came and dug me out a sticky situation! Professionally done, id use them again...definitely going in the company's call list!
Slid off the road got stuck and locked keys in the car these gentlemen were at the gas we asked them for help and with no hesitation they came and helped us!!! They were able to unlock the car and pull us out for a reasonable price !!! I highly recommend them!!!
I absolutely love this towing company. They're very kind, considerate, patient, and go above and beyond for their customers. If you're looking for a great towing company that's reasonablely priced, I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed

Great guy! Helped me out straight forward fair pricing! Very experienced wrecker my was locked out and he still managed to drop it to Tesla!!! Guy is definitely recommended
Yovani was an absolute professional from start to finish. He arrived quickly, got my vehicle loaded without any hassle, and made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy. In the cab, he was kind, talkative, and genuinely made the ride enjoyable. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. If you ever need a tow, ask for Yovani — he’s the gold standard of towing!
Great job, they called, to ok early arrival. Took photos before they towed car to repair shop. No complaints.

I called in for my tow, and within 20 minutes the truck was here! The driver handled my truck with care. I was confident that he would get my truck to its destination safely! I didn’t go, nor did I follow, I trusted the driver.
Ahmad was very helpful and professional, I request for battery issue Ahmad came and towed me off the highway and even tried to jump start it again still wouldn’t work so he towed my vehicle all the way home with no problem!!! And gave me snacks ! 10 out of 10 service I definitely recommend using Yaffo Towing for your next roadside issue !!
We received excellent and prompt service when working with this tow company. We had broken down nearly an hour away from home and the first towing agency the insurance company sent never showed up. Yaffo however showed up quickly, communicated well and made the process super easy for me, my wife, and our dog. Would totally recommend to anyone in the area in need of a tow!
Awab saw us on the interstate and stopped to see if we needed help. We had already waited two hours for another service sent by AAA. He said Yaffo Towing was also AAA-affiliated, so we called and changed to Yaffo and he had us to a tire shop in less than 10 minutes. Very nice young man!
Arrived within 5 mins of my call & AK was very knowledgeable, prompt and helpful. He made a potentially stressful situation quick and seamless. AK was very personable and courteous on the ride to the tire shop as well. Overall great experience!

The whole team was AMAZING! Great customer service, very helpful. They not only towed us on a weekend, but got the parts we needed and did the work right then. The driver was very kind and respectful, the mechanic was kind and efficient, and the owner and his family were very accomidating and pleasant.
This is great Towing company, reasonable, immediately respond, and on time. In my case, their flat bed too big and can’t put my camper in correct position, because they don’t want to drive on neighbors’ lawn. Owner Cody made a second trip without extra charge and get it parking in right place. Can’t say enough for thanks. Definitely will use them again. Honest business
I received a return call within an hour and four hours later, my camper was successfully parked in the driveway. Everything was great from start to finish. It was difficult finding a service who could tow a camper or trailer in addition to vehicles and that is another big plus. I told Cody and James, there is nothing better than getting the job done right the first time. I definitely recommend this company which is family owned and will use them again.
Hook em up towing, let's gooo!! Thank you so much guys for this short notice and crisis on my plate today, yall are a blessing🙌🏾. Customer service guy help me FIND MY CAR omg I couldnt thank him enough for all the tears i shared with him over the phone lol, but I hope he knew those were thankful tears. The driver was very polite and patient with me while I was a little late meeting him, to another tow company😮💨. I will have you guys in my phone and telling all my friends and family.
these people are scammers They are supposed to make car body repairs but they steal the good parts of your car I had an accident, I took him with them. and they just left my entire abs system damaged and pay for a broken front glass They never refunded it, they stole 270 dollars worth of glass and then he didn't answer my calls They stole my money I had to take my car to another shop where I spent 1000 dollars more in repairs. When ipaid these people 3600 to repair it be careful with this class of people If you don't want to have a very bad experience and do not leave valuable things in your cars if you do not want to lose them since these are good at stealing

Dude was a jerk. He shows up, key is outside, he doesn’t knock and starts to move the car to load it and I record from my window. He blows up asking why I’m recording him at the same time he’s taking pics of the car with my house and possibly me. Plus, he has an underage girl helping him with the vehicle in MY yard yet he’s blowing up about being recorded! Terrible entitlement attitude. Just recording the loading of a vehicle from one’s yard is normal and advisable for posterity. What an unprofessional guy!
First off, I want to give a huge thank you to Brandon! He is very professional and always provides the best customer service. My day didn't start off so well, hence the reason I needed to use Mosley's Towing, but he came and brought some humor in my day. This was my second time using the company. Brandon makes sure to communicate with you during every step, all the way up until your vehicle arrives at its destination. So, if you need a good, reliable towing company then definitely try Mosley's.
Brandon was as professional as they come! Extremely sympathetic & down to earth and just an overall gentlemen. The tow was like tying his shoe and he was absolutely courteous through the entire experience! Even gave me and my girl a ride back home after we figured out we couldn’t even get our car worked on when we got to where we were being towed! CERTAINLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE and will for sure use his services God forbid I need them again but I won’t even care if I know Brandon taking care of me!
No office or storefront at the address given, and the surrounding business owners haven't heard of this place. Nobody answers the phone. Our insurance provider assigned Mosley for a tow, and nobody called us for 2.5 hours while we sat in 93-degree heat (could not leave the vehicle unattended since we had to limp it into a private apartment lot with signs threatening fined tows) - but someone with Mosley DID manage to inform our insurer they would need to add another 3 hours to the wait time after that point despite their business address being less than 5 miles away. Anyway, our insurance agent couldn't even reach Mosley's by phone to cancel (we ended up calling another tow service, and that driver not only called during the trip to advise he'd be a few minutes later than estimated, he was coming from 40 miles away after another tow and still managed to arrive in under an hour). As Mosley's does not appear to exist, if you need a tow, call Roy's Towing in East Indy instead - I've used him twice so far and he's been responsive or given good ETAs if he had to finish another job first. Best of all, he answers his calls.
Brandon came fast and efficiently and came and towed my trailblazer. He was very polite and professional. I’ve used the towing service 2/3 times lately and every time Brandon has been exceptional and I’ve received exceptional service from the company. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Brandon and Mosley towing !

I blew out my tire and damaged my fenders and wiring. I had a f250 super duty. I was worried I would have to call a mega wrecker truck in to get a tow. After calling Chuckles towing on memorial day weekend they arrived in 30 minutes. They towed my vehicle safely home. I would definitely recommend them. I called several other tow services only to get a voicemail. I was so happy Chuckles came fast and took care of my vehicle. Thanks again for saving my memorial day!
Absolutely amazing service! Called as 1 of our work trucks would not start after replacing the battery 3 days ago. Spoke to Chuck and he stated he would assess it but if not starting, it might not be the battery. Gave me a quote for towing to mechanic and said it would be about an hour to an hour and a half. Came within about 45 minutes. Got the car started and did not have to tow. After getting it started, the keys got locked in the truck and he got it open. Very professional and friendly. Hoping we don't have to but if we do, we will DEFINITELY use them again!
This is a very reliable company. Chuck loaded my jeep with broken tie rod so safely and easily. 3 other companies turned me down said they couldn't do it. Chuck was so thoughtful. He was running later than he had estimated so he called to let me know.....Much appreciated Chuck!!
I had an accident during all the ice and snow the other day and needed my car towed to the shop. Because of the weather, all the towing services were backed up a couple hours at least. I called Chuckles and he was about 2 hours out, so I told him I was going to try to find someone who could get there quicker since I was on the side of the road. Not surprisingly, I couldn't find anyone who was really under the 2 hour window. About an hour later, Chuck actually took the initiative to call me back and said he had finished up his other run and was nearby to where I was and asked if I had found another tow. I told him to go ahead and come get me and I would cancel the other one (who was still an hour out at least). Chuck was there in a few minutes and got everything taken care of. He was friendly and professional and I appreciated that he took the time to check on me and see if I still needed help. I was very pleased and will definitely be calling him in the future if I ever need a towing service again.
Chuck was great. He quoted me below what I thought fair market for the tow would be, and arrived within a half an hour. He was friendly and professional, and took a lot of stress out of a stressful situation. I would highly recommend that if your car's stuck, you call Chuck.

If you are looking for a tow company, stop right here! I tell you what you won’t find a better one so don’t even waste your time. These guys are awesome, so down to earth, and very good at their job. I personally will never recommend nor use another tow company as long as they’re in business! Thank you guys for being there when some of us are having our worst of days you guys make it a little bit better, with a fast and friendly tow service, unbeatable prices, and the experience to get any tow job done!!! Once again thank you for your help!!!!
Incredibly professional and courteous. These guys do it right. They even explained to me what issues towers might have with my car and how they would handle the situation to give me peace of mind. Great service - would recommend and use again. Very communicative the whole way.
Steve is a consummate profesional and lives by the simple creed of “do what’s right.” You won’t be disappointed to work with these knowledgeable experts.
Steve's towing was recommended to me by David from Southside Tire on Keystone and Carson. When I called Steve's towing, they were very polite and knew exactly where my car died at and where Kevin's repair was. They were there when I was told they would be there and talk about reasonable!! Compared to the other 3 companies I called they were the best!!!! I felt comfortable trusting them with my car and reassured that they were not taking advantage of my misfortune. Thank you so much Steve's Towing...

Best tow company I’ve ever worked with, Austin is extremely personable, friendly and kind. Above and beyond service from him. He needs a big fat raise.
Towed my car a little over 60 miles when broke down on the interstate. Super nice guy and he even helped me jump start the car after dropping it in my driveway so that I could try to figure out why it was over heating. He also had the most reasonable rate from other people I called that gave me a quote on what it would cost to tow it
By far the best tow service in all of Huntington County!! Always fast to respond and always friendly!!!!! Me and my family always have used them!!! And will continue! So if you want a reliable tow service these are your guys!!!

Dalvin is amazing and really takes pride in his work. I always know my car is safe with him. He’s towed my car multiple times and remembered me. Thank you so much. I appreciate your quality of work.
We got stuck with a flat from a pothole across from Lilly. We called another company that was recommended by the tire shop down the street, they were rude and wanted to charge a lot and take at least an hour to get to us. I hopped on Facebook for recommendations and Superior Towing was recommended. Called them, SUPER NICE on the phone, was way cheaper than the first company, and Bobby brought the flatbed and hooked us up within a half an hour! We were really impressed with our driver Bobby. He had no problem getting our truck up and to our house. He even dropped it up the driveway for us! Great company and friendly service...even better price! Will definitely recommend this place!
The name says it all. I have had Superior Towing move a box truck for me several times this last time being the furthest (over an hour away) trip. They have always been on time and made things easy on me! Their pricing is more than fair for such great service. I have had to call on several towing companies and Mark Sr and Jr and their team at Superior are amazing to work with!
I just wanna say 10/10 service and compassion. Our daughter that leaves outta state got stuck in snow and Chuck helped her when we couldn’t be there. That man is a blessing protect him at all cost.
Superior Towing truly lives up to their name! They went out of their way to help me when I was stranded, and their service was absolutely top-notch. The response time was quick, and the driver was professional, courteous, and made a stressful situation so much easier. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. If you ever need a tow, I highly recommend Superior Towing—they’re the ones you want on your side!

Rob , the tow driver was wonderful, kind an very professional,, I will be telling my friends an family what great service this company has
Customer Service straight out of a reality show Got a call on 11/4 that our company van had been towed. Not thrilled, but hey — rules are rules. What really set this experience apart was the woman on the phone, who apparently thought “rude and unhelpful” was part of her job description. She refused to give her name, wouldn’t confirm the correct address (pro tip: the one on Google is wrong), and spoke like doing her job was a personal favor. After a 6 AM drive to the wrong spot, I finally made it to the right lot — and the gentleman there was awesome. Super polite and actually seemed to care. Maybe let the lady know Lizard Lick Towing got cancelled years ago — time to drop the TV attitude. A little kindness never towed anyone’s reputation.
Fast and affordable service. Andres was really friendly and went out of his way to help me. If I ever need towing services again I’ll be calling OTF!
Called when even my insurance was putting me on hold. Got right through and they told me a tow truck would be to me in 60-90 mins. 75 minutes my hero Daniel pulled up in his flatbed. Got our car loaded up and made it to the tire shop before they closed so that I could get my tire repaired. Best towing experience I’ve ever had
We used them to get a tow through Allstate insurance ! Mindy took the time to answer my call early in the morning & sent a driver to us first thing. Even though Allstate messed up and didn’t send them a timeframe. She moved stuff around to make sure we got a tow! Paul was AMAZING. He was very professional and so friendly. They made what was a bad situation with the car; way better with their friendliness & above/beyond actions.

Broke down an hour away from home. Called Two Brothers Towing and they were there within 30 minutes. Great price for having to tow my car an hour away. Would use again!!
Extremely helpful when I hit a patch of black ice and ended up in a ditch. Already had a car in tow, but was able to quickly and safely pull me out. Would highly recommend.
This guys are amazing came to get me @2 in the a.m when other companies were not answering at all ..100% recommended !! Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Reached out to Two brothers towing and recovery for what I thought would be an impossible job and they made it happen fast and with the best service. Will 100% keep them as my #1 choice for anything towing or recovery.

Very Rude dispatcher lady , we used to give them a lot of business but not anymore just because of her loud and smart mouth ..
Impeccable customer service. 10/10 would recommend!!! They were fast, helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond.
Pleasant communication with both dispatch and the driver. Appreciate the efficient and friendly service during a stressful situation.
I called at the height of the icy roads here in Avon. I had a flat tire and did not realize it until I was in the middle of the street. Neighbors tried to help get the car back into the driveway, to no avail. When I called OTF, they handled my call as if I was their only customer of the day. They made sure to let me know the cost of my tow up front and that did not change. They also let me know how long my wait would be. When Daniel arrived, he patiently waited for my neighbor to move their vehicle so that he could get ro mine. He was very friendly and professional. He took great care with my car, getting it to the tire shop safely. I would 100% recommend OTF to anyone needing a tow!
Daniel was very helpful and also very polite. Called to let us know he was on his way and to make sure we were in a safe place.

Didn't catch the guy's name, but whoever came out to jump my bike at 4 in the morning was great. Friendly, great service, good knowledge, and came an hour and a half faster than progressive said he would.
Always prompt any keeps updating progress of arrival time. Very professional and courteous.
Called for a tow very professional on the phone ask for address telephone number they would be there in between 12 and 1pm they called back and they could get me in at 10 AM so I was excited about that. The gentleman came very courteous and polite. Ask questions what was going on he helped me jump my car it started so I could drive it myself without being towed so that is a ++ for me. (He was problem solving on site.) I think that show a lot about a company..
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. They drove my truck to their facility and tried to charge $2500 dollars for absolutely nothing. Put a flat bed fee and rotator fee on the invoice which they didn't even use. Then when we called to try and question it they said we "Insulted them" absolute low life's of people at this facility...
Great Experience. Art was beyond professional and professional. Super friendly dude. Blue Eagles prompt service and response time were outstanding.

I'm a rider coach for MSF, we had a tractor trailer on our range. The company paid these guys to come out, which they did expeditiously. The driver was courteous, professional, and got the job done fast. Good work
WORST COMPANY HUGE SCAM!! WILL NOT DISCLOSE ALL FEES AND CHARGES UNTILL YOU DEPOSIT A $319 FEE WHICH YOU WILL NEVER GET BACK! Dropped my truck and didn’t fix back my shaft. WHAT A SCAM AND WASTE OF TIME.
Worst company to tow your car. Insurance uses this company and they give them ETA of 1 hr. After 1 hr when you call them to get update they will tell you they are waiting for drivers to come back. There was an accident and drivers were busy there. This is my 2nd time getting their service. On average they take roughly 2-3 hrs to tow your car. Poor customer service. I wish car insurance company hires other towing companies who provide fast and reliable service . I wish no one has to use their service . If you do God bless you and get ready to wait for their tow truck to arrive at your location in approximately 2-3hrs.
You guys are awesome! Your wrecker operator was quick, efficient, polite, and helpful getting us to the garage where we got our truck repaired! Thanks and we will definitely recommend you!
Interstate Towing has amazing service. Called dispatch at 4 am and they were right there and answered the call. They provided a quick dispatch within the hour and called several times with updates while we waited on the side of the road. Matt the tow truck driver is a professional in his field. He was excellent in taking care of my vehicle and making sure we got safely home. Matt had exceptional customer service and I would highly recommend Interstate Towing.

I have not used their service, but they left two bags of candy and some cups at my door after the Harvest Homecoming parade and it really made our day. Thank you for that!
Did a good job, sent a photo of my car when they had it towed and dropped off which I really appreciated. Locked the doors to the car, communicated, good fair price.
I had accidentally locked my keys in my car and couldn’t get ahold of anyone. I have roadside assistance from my insurance and I couldn’t even get them. Called Shaffer and they came out and helped me immediately and were so understanding and so nice.
Initially, I thought Shaffers was doing a good job repairing my car. They even allowed me to get my own parts to minimize the mark-up. They gave me a price for their work. It was high, but probably appropriate since it's a Mercedes. I arrived and the price was $1,000 higher than what they told me. When I got the car back, I couldn't get the key out of the ignition without forcing it, which is still a problem. The work they did caused the alignment to be off so much, it disabled my skid control which stopped my cruise control from working. I had to get my front end re-aligned to be able to get the skid control and cruise control working again. Shaffers may be good with American cars, but they had no idea what to do with my Mercedes. I'm thankful they were able to fix it enough so I could drive it, but they sure messed up a whole lot more in the process. I won't be back!
Scheduled braked service three times. Schaffer FAILED to honor the request. The scheduler got mad and indicated that I didn't schedule. I have proof that I called and requested service. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with Schaffer Repair

Great Service quick fast reasonable prices for towing
Good service.
I’ve taken my car to many mechanics, and this place exceeded my expectations and is the best by far. They installed my transmission quickly, and it was finally done right. They even took it to get it swapped at the vendor when the initial transmission was faulty so I wouldn’t have to arrange drop off and pickup. Their customer service is great as well. They keep you updated via text. They also do towing! If you come here, you won’t regret it.
Very friendly and professional and arrived exactly on time

Found us quickly and had us going in under 30 seconds! Well done!
We were stranded on the interstate broken down and they not only dropped me off and fixed the car, but Corey was super helpful. Quick, nice, and helpful.
We were broke down on the interstate, they were quick with dependable service. Everyone is helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond where other places would have told us to come back they got us back on the road!!! I can’t thank them enough for their extra kindness. Definitely the best, hands down!!!
My wife and I were going to Lanesville fest and had a blowout on SR 64 just before the Lanesville cut through. A-Boss was there within minutes. They gave my wife and I a ride to our house, very nice family. My wife has a prosthetic leg, so it's uncomfortable sitting in a car for long periods of time. They picked up our car, took care of everything and a very good price. I still knew them as New Salisbury Towing because I have their old business card, but they are A- Boss. If you're in need of anything towing, please give them a call. They are a great company.

Called three other places and this spot was $100 cheaper
I priced out a few and this guy was the best, by far. First guy quoted me $180, then dropped to $150 when I was t interested. 2 other guys were $130+. Garza was $95. Nicest guy. Quick service. I'll keep them saved in my phonebook for the next time I need a tow.
Ben was a life saver and a nice guy. I was waiting for my insurance company to send a tow truck for three hours, and they never came. I found Garza Towing on google, and within 30 minutes he came and got my car on a flatbed truck. I will definitely use Garza Towing again, and recommend them to everyone.
Very prompt and great customer service. Like others have said, when they give you an ETA they are spot on. The price was very reasonable. I would recommend contacting Garza if you need a tow.
They are barley starting there towing company but they are very nice people and their prices are very good. I really recommend their services !!!

Everybody hates to get there car towed but it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would and she doesn't charge daily for weekends. She met me at the lot so I could get an item from my car and was very nice.
Absolutely amazing! My alternator went out on my car (I think) and coasted to a stop. I called them crying (I just got off work) and they came and got me and my car and made sure I was ok and made it home safely!!
Arrived within minutes to tow to my car. Very kind, very patient not rushed and good price. Shawn was very professional and polite. I will use them again. Highly recommend
I can’t say enough good things about Tony the tow truck driver! We were 5 hours away from home. He made sure we were taken care of. He went above and beyond! He even called us later in the evening to make sure we got our tire fixed and were ok. This company is fantastic! You just don’t come across people like that very often. When we called in the lady was super nice and helpful. Thank you Again Tony!

Today I was serviced with a jump for my baby sister’s car that had stopped on the 465 South on ramp. I was there putting gas in her car on the shoulder. I had my 2 children with me in my vehicle. The guys that helped immediately ask when I was going to move the car. I said in a few hours because I don’t have someone to drive it and my kids are with me. They immediately as a courtesy for the safety of my children they drove my sister's car to my home nearby. I am so grateful. ☺️ I will always recommend them.
Bruns man is the man! Towed my low profile car with no issues. Professional and super friendly. Highly recommend 🙏
Super helpful and friendly! Will definitely recommend to others! Great price for tow as well.
I was charged over $100 than I was told over the phone. Solid work though.
I live in Japan now. Last saw my friends at Bruns over two decades ago but will never forget the quality of service and integrity of the crew, so I’m here to let you know that I’d time my vacations with needed car service if I were on the same continent. Love these guys.

After an unfortunate accident we were towed from the scene and our vehicle stored by Whitlow's Towing. Our truck was well cared for in the lot and the folks there were super nice and allowed us free access to get our personal belongings out of the vehicle. Best of all? Jason in the garage was kind enough to remove our trailer hitch and seat riser--and didn't charge us a dime!!! Old fashioned service like this is almost unheard of nowadays and it was awesome to be treated so well. Highly recommended.
We had to have our vehicle towed on 03/04/24 from a not so friendly location on the interstate. I cannot say how much I appreciate the assistance and hard work of the guy that came to help! I recommend this company 100%! Again, Thank you!
The guys who work here are very friendly and willing to help. My vehicle left in exactly the condition it was towed in (it was impounded), which is more than I can say for other lots that I've had to deal with! Thank you guys for your help and for taking care of my vehicle while it was there.
The best in the business in my opinion. Amazing towing service that is prompt and professional and the best mechanic shop with Lexi and Bobby that I have ever dealt with.
Best customer service I have seen!!! Treated my car with great courtesy and expertise. Whitlows phone number is now programmed in my phone permanently! I highly recommend.

Front and back brakes. My son lives in the area local. I wanted to pay for the back brakes as a gift and a surprise to him. I was able to pay for the back brakes from Michigan I’ve the phone and know that this place was trustworthy. Being able to know and feel that you can trust someplace over the phone to give your credit card is a rare thing. Rates are fair, service is dependable, fast, reliable, and customer service is better than the chain auto repair stores. Jones auto repair is a Jem! If i could rate 10/10 rating I would. Thank you Brent!
Whenever I have any issues whatsoever I bring my vehicles as well as any loved one friend or family to this shop. Always does an excellent job no matter the issue. Very reasonable if needed. You might as well bring your vehicle here and get the excellent work done for a fair price than to take it elsewhere for an expensive price. I feel like family here.. especially Mrs. Jones, Trent's mom was my 4th grade teacher. I absolutely love this place and the people. Please believe me that they will treat you right, regardless of who you are. One thing I didn't mention was since I've been coming here my vehicle has never stayed no more than 2 days at the most. Honestly, if I was to bring it today, then tomorrow Trent would be calling saying it's done😀. We must protect this business in our neighborhood at all costs lol. I can guarantee you that for majority, if they don't know any auto repair/towing shop, they know Jones auto and towing. Oh..towing is excellent and the best price in the whole city. I work 3rd shift out of town so if I need Trent, best believe he's coming ASAP, and tomorrow the best phone call of the day would be Jones Auto repair/towing calling saying your vehicle is ready. Keep in mind that if you see this loooong post review, then know of course I'm feeling very appreciated and happy. Thank you Jones Auto repair and Towing from the bottom of my heart.
When I needed a tow and repair, they were fast and friendly. My car was repaired the next day and the price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend their business!
This is my first Google review ever but I have to give a big thank you to Jones Auto. This past Saturday afternoon my car had a radiator hose pop off and was unable to be driven after parking at the Coliseum for the circus. I was looking for a tow truck and saw that Jones Auto does towing and repair and gave them a call and I am very glad that I did! My car was towed out of the Coliseum parking lot within 15 minutes and they then repaired the hose and refilled the antifreeze that afternoon. If I would have had it towed to another garage, it would have been at the earliest Monday that I would have gotten my car back and probably would have cost a lot more as well. I really can't thank them enough for getting my car back to me that same day on a Saturday afternoon and at a great price!
My car was in need of urgent repairs, and I was worried about the potential downtime. However, the team at Jones Auto Repair Shop quickly put my concerns to rest. They not only listened attentively to my car troubles but also provided a clear explanation of the necessary repairs. What truly stood out was their commitment to timeliness. They promised a swift repair, and they absolutely delivered. My car was back on the road in no time, running as smoothly as ever. The quality of their work is evident in the flawless performance of my vehicle. I highly recommend Jones Auto Repair Shop to anyone seeking efficient and reliable car repairs.

Great service....arrived quickly to do the tow and got it loaded up efficiently. All for a much cheaper fee then the first place I called. Would definitely recommend!!!
Great response time with a very friendly driver/operator. Had my guest taken care of in no time. I'll continue to call and recommend 24/7 Towing.
Joe always does a great job and doesn't do so in exchange for your arm or leg.
Great service. Got my vehicle to my destination and was very professional!
My son wrecked his vehicle and this company was called by the officer. The customer service was horrible! I would never recommend using this company. They are way over priced and lied about their fees, told my son it would be 35 per day storage and we wouldn’t be charged for the day of the accident, but then charged 60 per day storage and charged for for the initial day. Very shady practices at this place. They told me “you wouldn’t be in this position if you would have carried full coverage insurance.” What does my insurance coverage have to do with your overpriced fees? Customers beware

Thor is a great guy and came to my rescue when AAA couldn’t find a tow for me. The flatbed tow for my van to a dealership was cost effective too. One of the last things Thor said to me was that even though his business depends on people’s cars breaking down, he’d still prefer to see customers with reliable vehicles. Obviously he’s a good guy and took care of me quickly. Also, I’m now sure if it’s a service the two company offers or if it’s a side hustle but he said he can make minor repairs as well.
Fast and friendly, knows what he is doing. Took great care of my friends vehicle. We will definitely call Him in the future.
Excellent, friendly, and prompt service. I will most definitely be using them again and recommend to everyone!!!
Very affordable and fast service. Great customer service as well! Highly recommend and I will definitely use again for further towing needs.
I highly recommend Thor Elite Towing, I was provided amazing service all the way through and have zero complaints. Communication, service, and affordability were all astounding.. definitely couldn’t have called for a better towing service and super appreciative I found Thor Elite Towing when I did.

A-1 replaced my fuel filter in less than 30 minutes while I waited. They were busy when I arrived with my 2 month old daughter, but the wait was pleasant in their air conditioned waiting room. They only charged me for the actual time spent instead of charging for the whole half hour. My total charge was $10. When my debit card was declined, they took the cash I had on hand, which was about $9.50 and told me not to worry about the change. Now that's some amazing customer service! They were courteous and friendly and I would highly recommend them! Thanks A-1! :)
Nice people
After stopping for lunch on my road trip home, my car was completely dead. Charles and Jordan from A-1 came to the rescue, 30 minutes earlier than originally estimated. They assessed the situation, and decided a new battery was all we needed, so he took us to get the new battery and installed it and we were back on the road in no time. Charles and Jordan were so friendly and helpful, I really appreciated all they did to get us back on the road. Thanks guys!
Had my car towed here after hours. I called at 6:30am and was just going to leave a message but the owner answered the phone as busy as they are, they got my car in and fixed for so much less than expected and much sooner as well. Highly recommend them!!
Wonderful people to be around. They have worked on three of our vehicles and have been upfront and reasonable about their work. While Ford said they would charge quadruple the price to repair both ball joints on my car (when only one of them were bad), A1 promised to do to the bad one for a fraction of the price. They got our durango running, after having major sludging issues, and they were honest when they said more work needed to be done, but they did what they could and charge ONLY for what they did. They worked on my car a second time, replacing a transmission. The guy was worried about the transmission I ordered, asking how many miles that was on it so that I wouldn't have another blown transmission shortly after replacing this one. They tell you how much the repair costs BEFORE doing it and are always looking out for your well being. They can't do it all, but they can do alot that won't cost you an arm and a leg, and they will recommend the best places when the rest is out of their hands. I would go here for ALL of my car issues. And they do towing for a reasonable price.

One of your drivers cut me off & I nearly missed my turn. He then proceeded to tailgate the driver in front of him and had to be doing close to 80mph on the highway (all while a vehicle was on the flatbed). Very unsafe and unprofessional driver. I've never used your service and won't in future with such reckless drivers.
Had roadside service through Sams club. My tire was flat and couldn’t get it off. Sams forgot to put my key back when they serviced my tire last. Called to get car towed. Riverside was supposed to be here in 75 minutes. From 10:30 when I called. At 12:00 I got a text from them saying eta 75 min. At 1:30 no one showed up. Called driver. No answer. Calling roadside service. He called driver. No answer. Tried getting different companies. No one was willing to tow my car. And riverside service couldn’t even let me know they weren’t going to show up. I will also be rating Sams roadside service agreement.
Charles came to our rescue this morning! He was very professional, polite, positive, patient and understanding. We need more people like him in this world. He is an asset to this company! Reasonable fee as well. Would recommend in a heartbeat!
Towing mechanic Jedediah helped me out quickly efficiently and professionally. Gave me great tips and reccomendations on what to expect when I was dropped off with my car. Great experience, great driver.
The tow truck driver Chris is very polite and friendly he also knows about his job and he takes very good care of the customer property. I would have to say his customer service is 100%

Respectful, professional, kind and friendly. Very easy to work with, communicates well, and explained everything instead of waiting for questions that you don’t know what to ask. I would recommend them for all towing needs!
Troy and bob helped my family in desperate time of need. They are honest professional people
After being hit by an uninsured driver B and D towing has been there to assist every step of the way. Bob and Troy have been a blessing in a super unfortunate situation and I could not recommend them enough to anyone in need of towing services!! They truly are a local business that cares about their customers!
Bob was very nice and professional he understood the situation and worked with me I appreciate you more than you'll ever know
Great service, owner met us on a Sunday to retrieve our things from an accident we had on Saturday. Their tow truck beat the ambulance to the scene and they were very efficient.

Super easy to work with, solid pricing and excellent communication. Glad I found them and will 100% recommend. I hope I never need to use them again, but in the event I need a service, I’d go with them. 🫡
Hadley’s towing is the best and it’s not even close! The customer service is top notch! Jimmy is one of the drivers. He called me on his way to pick my car up then called me when he got to my car. When he dropped my car off at the tire shop he sent pictures! Top level white glove service!
This company has come in clutch for us a few times. I am glad I call them first everytime. Great job
Kevin at Hadley towing did a great job with my vintage vehicle. He took the time to do it right and handled the job like a pro.
