We had issues with our vehicle not shifting gears, so Shawn came to pick it up. He was extremely punctual, polite, and professional. He drove the car to the repair shop, dropped off the keys, completed all necessary paperwork, and provided our information—handling everything seamlessly. Shawn made such a great impression that the repair shop told us it was the best experience they’ve ever had with a towing company and encouraged us to leave a positive review. I am not one to write reviews, good or bad, but I feel like I MUST write one about Shawn 2.0 Towing. I was driving up Zionsville road and I felt the clutch give way in my car. I was able to pull off to the side of the road and gave Shawn a call, literally just picked him off of Google. I'm glad I did. He was extremely professional. He kept me updated of his progress up until he got to the car. He was really friendly. He was just really great to talk to as he was putting my car on the truck and as he gave me, my wife, and our little dog Lucy, (pictured and tuckered out after her big adventure) who we had with us, a ride back to our house with the car. Really friendly, the price he quoted us was extremely fair, and he was informative throughout the process. I have already told people in my men's group about his towing service as I got home, and I will continue to give him a shout out any time anyone I know needs a tow! Give Shawn a call!

Roy was very fast and professional. What was supposed to be a quick flat tire change on the side of 465 turned into a tow back home due to missing the spare tire in my vehicle. Roy handled it all in stride and was quick and fair with quoting a price for the change in plans. 10/10 will use his company again if needed.

The driver of this truck was amazing!!!! He moved a couple large radiators for me. I had a different crane service earlier in the day and I was nervous the whole time. This guy came after hours for a fraction of the price. He put them back in place so fluid like. Was extremely polite…informative during the process. The only way I could be happier is if he paid me

My car broke down on my way home from work. When I called, they not only told me they could assist, they gave me a timeframe & called back when they were about 12 min away from my location. The young man who showed up was kind and very helpful. I don’t live in the area that my car broke down, but for those who do, or like me and find yourself away from home and needing assistance, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this group! They delivered my car to the repair shop we use in Louisville and a friend picked me up & drove me home. Very grateful!
This company was recommended by a tire company I called. 1st good sign. Also took care of my mother very well. 71 on the side of the interstate while Im two hours away is nothing short of terrifying. She came and tested out the donut to find out it was unsafe and took her to a place all the way in Louisville because everywhere was closed by this point. And made sure they put on a good used tire and didn't scam her because of her situation. Good Christian woman with a heart! God always provides! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
They are absolutely amazing. My work uses them all the time and they've been great. Had to get my car towed while I wasnt there and they were so understanding. The person who picked up my car communicated everything from when they picked it up to how long it should take to when the car was dropped at the new location, to where the keys would be placed at the new location WITH photo proof. PLUS they can take card with a link or manually punch in the card itself. Such a reliable service. Thank you so much.
Service was quick and driver was good. The driver scared the devil out of me. The whole way he was tailgating the car ahead of us , with in 10 feet. On the freeway he was weaving between traffic and becoming agitated at the speed of the traffic flow. We were unrestrained in the cab. This whole drive was an accident and a law suit waiting to happen. As I said the driver was very courteous but I felt my life was in danger just riding with him. Time is important, but safety with passengers should be #1 priority.

After waiting what was supposed to be two hours for AAA, it turned into four, and I decided enough is enough! I decided to go with Guerrero Towing because of all the great reviews I read and I was not disappointed. My tow operator Jose Gutierrez was very informative, prompt, and friendly! Night and day difference from AAA. It was 5am and He said he could make it in 45 minutes but he actually made it in 30. We were on the road before I knew it and everything was professional and prompt by Jose. I would highly recommend this company 10/10. I should've went with them from the start!

Jake provided excellent service when I called him for a lockout on behalf of a woman who spoke very little English. He was fast, he was patient and professional, and he treated all of us with respect even though we were probably a little annoying trying to help. I will absolutely call Blackout again.

The driver was awesome! He was thorough and called to make sure he had the right information. He was super professional and kind. When we got to the repair shop he took took the car off the tow truck bed while I managed the paperwork in the office.

Update: If I could give 0 stars I would at this point. We have been waiting for a tow for 3+ hours. We originally called at 6:40 & we gave up on them at 10:17pm. Now we get to wait another 2 hours on a dark road in a jeep that has no doors or roof. The dispatch guy kept saying driver is on way & will be there any minute. Then when we call again, they say 45 mins. Today is the hottest day of the year so far & we keep waiting. They answer the phone & the guy only says, let me call my supervisor but you can’t talk to him. It went from day light to night time. I asked would you let me speak with the driver so that I can get a ETA since nothing they have promised is accurate. They took our money & now we do not know what to do. We were originally quoted 30 mins wait time. We are on a residential road, no restaurant or gas station around. It’s a dark neighborhood with no street lights. This is getting scary! Plus there GPS system/texting system has told us they arrived 2 hours ago. The dispatcher just called us & said the driver took another tow & he should be here any minute. Mind you an hour ago, they promised us he would be here any minute. It’s now 10pm & nothing It’s 10:15 & pitch dark & nothing. We gave up & called another tow company. Now have to wait another 2 hours. The tow company advised that this is the 2nd time they have heard this today about this company. It’s a problem, take my advise do not use them!

these people are scammers They are supposed to make car body repairs but they steal the good parts of your car I had an accident, I took him with them. and they just left my entire abs system damaged and pay for a broken front glass They never refunded it, they stole 270 dollars worth of glass and then he didn't answer my calls They stole my money I had to take my car to another shop where I spent 1000 dollars more in repairs. When ipaid these people 3600 to repair it be careful with this class of people If you don't want to have a very bad experience and do not leave valuable things in your cars if you do not want to lose them since these are good at stealing

So I am presently stranded here in Indy with a completely broken down diesel truck. Dude was there in about 15-20 min. Guy was very polite and we discussed possible causes of my problem and potential solutions. From time I called AT&T to the time I was in the mechanics parking lot was less than a half an hour.
Brandon was as professional as they come! Extremely sympathetic & down to earth and just an overall gentlemen. The tow was like tying his shoe and he was absolutely courteous through the entire experience! Even gave me and my girl a ride back home after we figured out we couldn’t even get our car worked on when we got to where we were being towed! CERTAINLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE and will for sure use his services God forbid I need them again but I won’t even care if I know Brandon taking care of me!

Chuck is THEE best tow truck driver I’ve ever dealt with, unfortunately I’ve had a lot of tow services in my life. He went above and beyond to help me and my pregnant girlfriend get our cars to where they needed to be. He showed immense care, professionalism & experience with each specific problem our vehicles had. Mine was stuck at a Walmart hers was stuck at an apartment complex, he took care of both that also had to be towed to two different areas in no time. I don’t usually write reviews but service like this needs to be appreciated. It wasn’t just a “job” to get through I felt like I was a family member he needed to help out of a super tough situation. I would recommend his services 1000% of the time I wish he was in every state I typically travel to. He cares about his clients & his business. Also the price was better than any competitor we called previous to calling him, needless to say he’ll be the first and only call I make when I need a tow service again.

I was traveling from the Cincinnati area to a campsite in Western Indiana. As luck would have it, my tire went flat in Indianapolis. My boys and I waited for several hours while our roadside service tried in vein to contact an available towing company. No one was responding so we were stranded at a gas station in the middle of the night. Chuckles towing, responding to another stranded car, saw my boys and I with our flat tire and immediately jumped in to help. He was cheerful and professional despite the late hour and refused to charge me any fee for his impromptu service! I blew out my tire and damaged my fenders and wiring. I had a f250 super duty. I was worried I would have to call a mega wrecker truck in to get a tow. Above and beyond outstanding, they picked up my GMCTerrain on time like they said, Rob who was the tow Driver was the nicest person that you can possibly meet and so helpful. I wish I could’ve took a picture of my car being towed, but comments are a lot better. Customer service was a godsend. The woman that spoke to me on the phone. I forgot her name, but she was very nice to me and very helpful and informative. I will be using OTF Towing in the future. My daughter’s car wouldn’t start so we scheduled a time to have it towed to auto shop. A few minutes before we were to have it towed, we tried to start the car and it started right up. Contacted Mark the driver and told him what happened. Mark was awesome telling us not to worry. I called at the height of the icy roads here in Avon. I had a flat tire and did not realize it until I was in the middle of the street. Neighbors tried to help get the car back into the driveway, to no avail. When I called OTF, they handled my call as if I was their only customer of the day. They made sure to let me know the cost of my tow up front and that did not change. They also let me know how long my wait would be. When Daniel arrived, he patiently waited for my neighbor to move their vehicle so that he could get ro mine. He was very friendly and professional. He took great care with my car, getting it to the tire shop safely. I would 100% recommend OTF to anyone needing a tow!

This is the most unprofessional establishment-due to their operator- I have ever had the displeasure of working with. My car was wrongfully towed on a Saturday evening by a company downtown (thats another review for another day). I called blue eagle to ask if they had my car, through heaving sobs. The "operator" on the other end scoffed at me when I told her I was confused because I was given permission to park there and I didnt know why this happened. She then said, "well you shouldn't park in stupid spots then". I asked her how much this would cost me and when I could pick up my car. She told me it would cost me 205$ and that they can release the car monday morning. I said thanks and hung up. Flash forward to monday morning. We get there at 8am, only to be told they are CASH. ONLY. we could've gotten that over the weekend had we been told. It is also NO WHERE on their website they are cash only. The way she spoke to my husband when he picked up the car was reprehensible. Now as I look over my receipt I was charged for storage (80$ for the weekend, 5$ for gas, 20$ for after hours, amd then 100$ for flatbed usage). I would never use this company for emergency services after being treated this way by their operator. While I understand they were hired by the other agency to do this service, it does not change the fact that their patrons deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. I wish I could give less stars for this interaction with her.

This company is TOP NOTCH! We had a mishap with a car coming off the car dolly we were renting one wheel landed in the middle of the Dolly while the other was in the wheel well. When we called at around 7:30pm, we were asked to send pictures of the situation. Then we were told they could get someone to us but it would be a little wait….A couple guys from Blue Eagle came to our rescue! We couldn’t have asked for a better company! VERY professional, caring people who definitely knew what they were doing! Thank you so very much!

Semi truck broke down in Fair Oaks, and my company called them to pick me up to bring to Indy. The driver and commination from the office was great.
PLEASE DONT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY !!! I came here to look at a truck they are storing for a repo company the truck was run and drive but at beginning of inspection the truck would not starts just needs a small jump no big deal. I asked for help and was immediately met with opposition we’re not authorized was said. I called seller they said it’s authorized, now the problem is they want us to pay , ok $50 for a jump sure no problem nope they want 2 hrs charge please some other fees $300 for a jump for a truck on their lot 🤯. I tried to reason with owner but just like his employees rude and a I don’t care attitude. The seller offers to pay full price for the jump, so I go back, I get in office receptionist with a bad attitude said you gonna have to wait. I wait 5 min she ignored me then says it’s gonna be a bit sit down. The owner walked by shyly and says I better remove my review off google. I wait another 20 min then when I get up and ask how long it would be they tell me owner don’t want me on property I have to leave. This owner is utterly disrespectful and rude He has no business etiquette please I beg you all don’t use this company you will regret using them!
I didn't get his name, but one of your drivers that was at the love's on 31 in Tipton Indiana gave me a moment of his time and let me borrow a tool to get a stubborn bolt out. Called out for a simple tow. Driver hits the boom into the bumper. I imeadiatly stop him and say you just hit my bumper. I was then told I have been doing this for 30 years and I know what I'm doing. Keep in mind the bumper on the truck is only 2 weeks old. I said no I just watched you put the boom of your truck into my bumper. Once again I was told I have been doing this for 30 years..The dealership stateted that they also hit a truck on property 2 weeks earlier and was caught on camera and yet still tried to deny that as well... I wouldn't recommend this company if it where the last towing company on earth.......

The driver was friendly and competent and got our car unstuck quickly even though it wasn't built with an obvious place to attach the chains. We were charged the lowest amount of the approximate price range quoted over the phone. I wouldn't hesitate to call Shaffer's again if I need a tow in the future.
Scheduled braked service three times. Schaffer FAILED to honor the request. The scheduler got mad and indicated that I didn't schedule. I have proof that I called and requested service. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with Schaffer Repair
Initially, I thought Shaffers was doing a good job repairing my car. They even allowed me to get my own parts to minimize the mark-up. They gave me a price for their work. It was high, but probably appropriate since it's a Mercedes. I arrived and the price was $1,000 higher than what they told me. When I got the car back, I couldn't get the key out of the ignition without forcing it, which is still a problem. The work they did caused the alignment to be off so much, it disabled my skid control which stopped my cruise control from working. I had to get my front end re-aligned to be able to get the skid control and cruise control working again. Shaffers may be good with American cars, but they had no idea what to do with my Mercedes. I'm thankful they were able to fix it enough so I could drive it, but they sure messed up a whole lot more in the process. I won't be back!
If I could give a 10 I would, they deserve it. Excellent and dependable company. Tow truck driver made a 25 mile trip on I-64 and back to haul our broken down pickup to their shop. Then worked overtime to replace the water pump and hoses to get us back on the road. They could have left us standing waiting till they could get to it, another day, like a lot of places would. Thank You It was greatly appreciated
GREAT GROUP OF PEOPLE! My wife had some car trouble while traveling with our son and dog. With the help of another towing company, she was able to make it to Corydon late in the evening and got a hotel. Her alternator was bad. I called around early the next morning to find a shop that would install the new alternator. Shaffers was very kind on the phone and said they would reserve a bay for her until she arrived. The price was extremely reasonable, the staff was incredibly friendly and personable. What could have been a very costly, time consuming, and scary experience for my family turned into a minor inconvenieince. My wife had nothing but great things to say about how she was treated while she waited. Shaffers towing took excellent care of my family in my absence and I can't thank them enough.

My wife broke down on I-469S after merging from I-69N... she was in a really hazardous location due to the volume of traffic and the merging taking place. She had called AAA, and Roadside was coming to help her; they dispatched a different tow company from the area. After the first wrecker arrived, and without even knowing the situation, Cody of the K&P New Haven yard just pulled up behind the scene... and he sat there for over 30 minutes - not because he wanted the tow, but just because it was the right thing to do. (Law enforcement had been requested for scene control, but they didn't arrive for over 30 minutes after being called.) If this is the standard of their company towards doing the right thing... then I will use them EVERY SINGLE TIME, no questions asked.
Drove a friend there to pick up her wrecked car. Staff was polite, professional, and helpful. There were many charges, surcharges, and taxes added to the cost, and payment had to be in cash.

Called whitlows today to get my Truck towed. They did an excellent job upon arrival. Jonah was very professional and pleasant to deal with.
The only reason this is 2 star instead of 1 is the kindness of the employees. I have never in my life left a review before but I have to. I got my toolbox towed by them and it was strapped down so hard it bent the top of my box inward in 3 different spots, causing some of my drawers to barely open. Keep in mind this is a 50,000 dollar toolbox. I sent the owner an email and haven’t heard back in a week
Life savers!! I called at 10:40 pm on a Sunday when we were stranded on Ronald Regan in the dark. They picked up immediately and CJ was out to us in less than 30 minutes. This is my first Google review ever but I have to give a big thank you to Jones Auto. This past Saturday afternoon my car had a radiator hose pop off and was unable to be driven after parking at the Coliseum for the circus. I was looking for a tow truck and saw that Jones Auto does towing and repair and gave them a call and I am very glad that I did! My car was towed out of the Coliseum parking lot within 15 minutes and they then repaired the hose and refilled the antifreeze that afternoon. If I would have had it towed to another garage, it would have been at the earliest Monday that I would have gotten my car back and probably would have cost a lot more as well. I really can't thank them enough for getting my car back to me that same day on a Saturday afternoon and at a great price!

Johnny-on-the-spot! Told us it would be about 20 minutes, they showed up in 15. Waited patiently until we figured out the spot to drop the vehicle. Highly recommend.
We are from out of town and called them to see if they could help us or had any recommendations on another place to call. They said they couldn’t help us and told us there was no one locally that could help us. Turns out there was a GREAT guy who owns Vogleman’s Towing who had exactly what we needed and was only 10 minutes away from our location. I would NOT recommend anyone give their business to 24/7 Towing. No good man would sabotage people who are in need nor friendly competition. Instead you should give your business to Vogleman’s Towing they went above and beyond for us, was very reasonable, and all around good people.
They said they would do a job and kept bailing on me. The weather this, too busy today. Said wait until the rain cleared, too wet. Wait until the ground freezes, too much snow. Wait until snow melts, too wet again. They agreed to a job and left me hanging. I understand waiting based on weather but at this point its inability and refusal.
He was very courteous and new what to do and was there quickly. We only waited for 15 minutes for him.

Thor is a great guy and came to my rescue when AAA couldn’t find a tow for me. The flatbed tow for my van to a dealership was cost effective too. One of the last things Thor said to me was that even though his business depends on people’s cars breaking down, he’d still prefer to see customers with reliable vehicles. Obviously he’s a good guy and took care of me quickly. Also, I’m now sure if it’s a service the two company offers or if it’s a side hustle but he said he can make minor repairs as well.

After stopping for lunch on my road trip home, my car was completely dead. Charles and Jordan from A-1 came to the rescue, 30 minutes earlier than originally estimated. They assessed the situation, and decided a new battery was all we needed, so he took us to get the new battery and installed it and we were back on the road in no time. Charles and Jordan were so friendly and helpful, I really appreciated all they did to get us back on the road. Thanks guys!

Very professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. Their driver has only been towing for about a year, but he performs his job very well, just like a seasoned pro of 20 plus years. He took very good care of loading and unloading my SUV. I will recommend Riverside to anyone and I will use them in the future in the need arises.

Chris wenched my vehicle out of a deep ditch. He arrived in less than the promised time. He kept me updated on his location en route. He's the friendliest, most personable man! He was concerned about any injury that I may have had. He also helped me inspect my vehicle for any damage. This man EVEN went to the extent of following me as I test drove my vehicle to make sure it was drivable, and that I didn't have any problems. Also, his company's services include billing AAA, so I didn't have to go through all of that hassel. He was there sooner than AAA could have been. There is nothing more that I could have asked for during this service. He went over and above, even during peak times. Thank you SO much, Riverside Towing!

After being hit by an uninsured driver B and D towing has been there to assist every step of the way. Bob and Troy have been a blessing in a super unfortunate situation and I could not recommend them enough to anyone in need of towing services!! They truly are a local business that cares about their customers!
You really never want to get your car towed — but if it has to happen, I couldn’t recommend the folks at B & D more. They treat you like you are human and know the process / how to work with insurance. They also treat your belongings with respect. I hope I don’t have a lot of business for them, but if anyone asks me who to use for a tow, B & D is at the top of my list.

Would give 0 if I could. Owner is extremely aggressive and foul language. Had to repeat multiple times to get off my property while continuing to use foul, nasty language while in front of a child. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN.
B&D came to our rescue when our battery died while out shopping. They were here in no time to get us up and running, and were so kind! Will be my go to if I ever need services in the future.

Blew a tire on the interstate today and Hadley’s Towing saved the day! The driver went above and beyond to ensure our safety and got us to the nearest dealership to have our tire repaired. He was informative and got there as soon as possible. We are so thankful for Hadley’s Towing’s hospitality and work!
Kevin Knight came to my house to tow my car to a mechanic for repair. After questioning me about the problem, he said my battery needed to be replaced. No need to tow to a mechanic. I appreciate his help, and his honesty. I would call Hadley for my towing when needed.
We had a very good experience both times that we’ve used Hadley! The drivers arrived quickly and were kind and professional. All of the employees that we have interacted with were very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to call them again any time I need a tow!
Driver was very nice but when lifting the bed after drop off it was still under my car and he scratched up the front of my car. I called the same day and was told to send pictures to a number and did they said they’d get back to me and never did. I had to call again Friday over a week later and they said they’d get back to me again and “try to find” the pictures I sent. Wouldn’t recommend. Hopefully this will jog your memory on what pictures you’re looking for.
This company has come in clutch for us a few times. I am glad I call them first everytime. Great job
