Called for a tow tonight because I was stranded 30+ miles from my house. The driver arrived quickly and was very professional. I highly recommend doing business with One Source!

Professional, on time, great service. Driver was awesome
Excellent Service! I left a handicapped sticker in my rent a car. The people at One Source Towing sent it back to me promptly at their own expense. I offered to pay however they didn’t take my money. Not many companies would do what they did. Thank you One Source Towing!

Best crane company in ct
A&A moved out our old hot tub and put the new one into place. I have to admit I was dreading having this done thinking I was going to be hit up with some extra surprise fee for being out in a rural area. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly and within the exact budget A&A was. They made it look easy - although I know it wasn’t.
I've been working with John and his guys for several years now. His equipment is well maintained, and his guys work great with my crews. Our arborists feel safe flying into the canopy of a hazardous tree with his operators at the wheel. I highly recommend!
Needed a crane for emeegwncy service they came down with in the hour got the job done and I could have not asked for a smoother transaction.Pricing was also very competitive . They have newer equipment and the operator Greg was awsome.

Service was excellent called him up he was there in 15 minutes definitely will be using again and letting everyone know the prices are amazing and also conversation was good as well highly recommend
Fast and professional service! Sam picked me up when my daughter and I were stranded in the freezing weather - he even beat the police to my location. Transported my vehicle across the state safely. Excellent company. Highly recommend! A++ service. Thank you!
These guys are awesome. Helped me out and super fast! Got me off the Merritt and changed my tire, definitely recommend them.
Absolutely amazing! The QUICKEST and most friendly service. I will choose Big Sam’s towing over AAA any day. 5 stars is truly not enough!
my battery died 3.5hrs from home at midnight. i waited over 2 hours for 2 diff roadside services and no one ever showed. i called Big Sam after finding his business on google. not only does he show up within 30 mins, he brought me a used battery to get me to where i was going 7 hours away BUT he also checked in within periodically over the next 7 hrs to make sure i was ok. other than paying him and hugging both him and his son, the only thing he asked for was an honest review on google to help promote his family owned business. the most common reaction i recd from my friends/family after telling them my experience was "i was a good person and i deserved to have a good person help me when i needed it" there is nothing else i can say about this man and his son.. other than thank you ♥️

Great service, they showed up promptly, communicated well, and placed the vehicle where I wanted it for a fair price. They seemed like great guys and I would 100% use them again!

Amazing Tow Company AND Auto Repair which is what a friend of mine needed. I found them online. They came and Towed her Mercedes ML350 after a broken serpentine Belt and was VERY fair with the Tow Price and Auto Repair work. Susie at the office helped arrange everything and gave a fair price.
Excellent customer service, fast and efficient towing service. The car was fixed in a timely manner. Very satisfied with service received.
Excellent Customer Service! Punctual, safe, effective & affordable delivery of vehicle. Best wishes for a successful continued growing business. Very professional & much appreciated towing service!

Best company in the area I call at 3:20am they came to my location so quickly I really appreciate their customer service I really recommend to anybody, A7 towing they cover the whole Connecticut area.
Dispatch took wrong info after I told him multiple times he head the wrong place, told him he was over charging me for a less than a one mile tow. Paid for the tow gave driver correct info then driver refused to come. Took 2 hours for refund
Very fast and reliable service. They showed up quickly, loaded everything carefully, and made the situation much less stressful. I really appreciate how professional and respectful the driver was. Highly recommend.

Great mechanic! Easy to talk to, explained things well. Super fair prices too. This is now our go-to spot.
The only shop I trust to tow my cars, they are meticulous and are able to tow lowered cars with ease while other shops wouldn't even try to do it. Slava and his team are the best around!
Called for a tow and was here within 15 minutes. Owner is a very helpful!
Quality work, honest pricing and overall great service. Been taking my cars and trucks to Slava for years.
Absolutely outstanding service, they went above and beyond from start to finish professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and delivered high-quality work at a fair price.

The best towing service around highly recommended. If you need a tow call them and they will take care of you
Highly recommend Mike's Towing! My son was in a motorcycle accident and Mike's Towing had to tow the motorcycle to Orange PD for investigation (procedure because he was unconscious at the scene) and when it was released Mike's Towing had to pick it back up from Orange PD. One of the first things that Mike asked was how my son was doing! (He was banged up but home the next day!) . The motorcycle had no damage at all from towing two times and was sitting in his garage bay when I picked it up. They said they would help me load it up onto my trailer and they did it themselves! The pricing was good especially since they have great service and caring employees! Thank you!
Great group of guys
Quick response and efficient service.
Will at Mike’s Towing was super prompt and extremely helpful. He was super kind and professional and was able to solve my problem quickly. Mike’s Towing will definitely be my go-to towing service from now on.

Do NOT recommended. Priced a tow for our company and agreed to do it then ghosted us!!!! It takes 30 seconds to answer a phone call/text and simply say “we changed our minds and we’re not going to do it” but instead ignored all calls/text.
Best tow ever, three trucks came out to help me and couldn't do the job, KT Towing got me hooked up and towed in under 5 minutes!
Had to have my car towed this morning. Already stressed this gentleman showed up very calm told me to relax get in the truck to stay warm. He had a great personality and was extremely helpful told me the closest garage and tried to make me as comfortable as possible in a bad situation. Great service and company!!!!!
Overall great experience. Quick, efficient and friendly. Highly recommend KT Towing CT to anyone that needs service.
My car broke down around 9 in the morning. Two other companies said they were coming, still haven’t heard back! (It’s 6pm as I write this.) Called one tow company after the next until I got to Mike at KT, he came 26 minutes after I called! I wasn’t at my car when he arrived due to a much needed bathroom break, so when he called I was completely unprepared. He waited patiently towed my car and was very reasonable! Highly recommended! I only wish the google algorithm would put KT towing to the top of the search list. Just the best!

I highly recommend Danny’s Towing and Auto. I drive 300 miles every week so wear and tear on my vehicle is expected. Broke down in CT-15 and Danny and Team did everything to get me back on the road! Exceptional service replacing alternator and damaged wiring. Towed vehicle , repaired and back to 100% within reasonable time. Fantastic fees on labor and parts, comfortable lounge as well!
Great service with fair prices.
They claim they're 24 hours so I tried calling at 1.30 am for an emergency tow but they just said they were closed. So, false advertising.
A family member car needed a jump. They convinced her that the alternator was bad when in fact the battery wasn’t properly charged. They towed her car and when the car was returned she was missing her alarm/horn and cup holder. I do not recommend this place .

If you're looking for a great service. Superior delivers great towing and mechanic services. I would definitely recommend them !
Had my car towed by them through triple A a month ago. They tried pressuring me into getting it towed to their shop. I told them I had another shop that I use and would like it towed there. I handed them the key and the shop called me the next day stating the windows were left down and my car was full of rain water. Very displeased with their tow service and I would not recommend them to anyone.
BEWARE!! This company WILL overcharge you for towing/storage, as they tried to do to me. Call CT Dealers & Repairers if they do the same to you!!! They illegally overcharged me almost $150 for an unauthorized tow, lied about the charges, and tried to charge me for made up fees. A wait time fee for the PD to process paperwork? ILLEGAL, NOT REAL. They even tried to change the wording of the bill after the fact and it still wasn’t legal. They gave me my money back because I threatened to call CT Dealers & Repairers. Consumers, please be aware of State rates, they are publicly available online. Do not let these lying thieves get away with taking your money. If they try to, file a complaint with CT Dealers & Repairers. This company needs to be investigated as they are in violation of so many laws, they don’t even have the accurate towing/storage rates posted. Don’t get scammed by them, do your research.
Used this towing place in June 2023 because of Triple A, and the shop convinced us to let them take a look at my car which needed new hubs. The head mechanic was interested in purchasing my Jeep so he convinced us to leave the car there over the weekend so his wife could take a look at it. On Tuesday, he said they were not interested and the car was towed back to my house by Superior. Upon arrival, I noticed a huge dent in the back driver side door. I immediately took a picture of it and spoke to Ruben, the lead mechanic at Superior about this dent, since there was NO dent when my car arrived there. He asked me to send a picture of it which I did and communicated a few texts to me then went GHOST. I’ve followed up a few times and he brushes me off. I’m beyond angry as my car did not have any damage to the outside of it before going to Superior so it is very clear that it occurred over the weekend while there. This business is extremely unprofessional, and now I’m left to have to deal with the body damage on my car. Completely unacceptable.
Our car was towed there because it was in an accident. They wouldn’t allow us to look at the car until we paid them $250 and give them the title or $500. As soon as we told our insurance about the issue, we signed the RELEASE to the INSURANCE company, not superior. When the insurance company received the car, the stereo was stolen from it (this stereo had a back up camera with it) and the 2 front tires (which were only about 6 months old) were replaced with someone else’s tires. I’m pretty sure they didn’t think we would look at the assessment from the insurance company. However, the picture of what the insurance company sent us, spoke volumes. This is a horrible company that claimed that the stereo wasn’t stolen from the car…when it was at their facility for 3 days and then the insurance company picked it up. What a bunch of frauds! BEWARE!! A picture of the stereo in the car the day after the accident. A picture of what the insurance company received.

I had a blow out on the highway on Sunday afternoon. I was having a difficult time finding an operator that could come out within a reasonable amount of time and be willing to flatbed my car back to my town. I got a hold of Orange Auto Towing and they responded immediately. The operator, Gil, arrived much sooner than I was realistically expecting. He was very personable and very experienced in the industry. My car was loaded quickly and taken to my choice of service vendor. I was also dropped off at my house which was an added bonus and saved me a few dollars on an Uber. Additionally, the rate for the towing service was much less than what I would have expected for a Sunday afternoon emergency. I felt very fortunate to have come across Orange Auto Towing and was beyond pleased with the service. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thanks guys!
Truly caring people. ❤️
Price is reasonable nice guy Frank

I've never dealt with a more dismissive business owner than Tony. He was very rude on the phone, and showed zero compassion or knowledge regarding the status of my car before hanging up on me mid conversation. They were also negligent with my car. Is it necessary to park it so close to another vehicle?
Went their with my brother a great location next to the highway and close to downtown but a little pricey for gas ..mechanical work or a tow
Talked with Sabrina and she was very nice and extremely helpful. My car got towed which was completely my fault and I couldn't find it. I called Tony's and they had it because the PD called them. Went and paid them and got my car within a couple minutes quick and easy
1-11-19 Do not trust these people with anything, they steal everything of value you leave in your car. Then say their workers wouldn't do anything like that. Never again. If by chance the police calls them take everything out before they leave because you won't see it again
It came on time good service loved it

My Car was towed today October 6th illegally. The claim the car was in a handicap parking spot and it was not. I have pics and video to prove it. I am here now and they are prolonging the situation because they seen it was a new car and just decided to take it. With my permit sticker on and not in handicap they should’ve never towed my vehicle. In the picture below you can see that I am not in a handicap stop and other cars was in handicap spots in the other pictures. If I could rate it a zero I would.
I used this towing company to help with a customer who needed a JS, spoke with Teresa who was the most sweetest person in the world and was so helpful. We originally gave them the wrong information of where the customer was located. After the customer called and gave the correct info of where they were. Rather than advising they could no longer do the service like most providers do. Teresa and her driver were still willing to work on the service and help the customer out. They went above and beyond for my customer and I appreciate that so much. Best people in town to use, they have good prices, great service, are the sweetest people, very helpful and willing to help. I highly recommend using them if your needing a tow service. Keep Up the AMAZING work Teresa and I appreciate you and your team for what you guys did for me and my customer.
Do not hire these people. Extremely unprofessional, rude during a stressful time being stuck in the snow. The office people are extremely rude. Their prices change. Their drivers are very unprofessional. Driver left us stranded, Driver pulled up, backed up into my car, and then took off without even the decency to tell us where he was going or why he was leaving , left us in the middle of the road, stuck , causing chaos by the traffic behind us. Owner did not care as we tried to explain what his driver did. Owner became extremely rude and unprofessional. These people have zero empathy. It’s always a stressful situation when you have to call a tow truck they only Whatever money they can get they have terrible reviews. Terrible recommendations. There are other companies in town that are 100 times better and treats their customers with dignity and understanding
The owner tersa and jack Was absolutely Wonderful!! I called them and they were there Less than 5 minutes I am absolutely pleased with the service. I will use them again. Thank you so much!! for your Excellent Timing and service.
I would give 10 stars if I could. After an accident when our car was totaled, Teresa was a godsend and helped guide us through what we needed to do and expect. She explained everything and then stayed in touch after our accident to check in on us and help us gather our items from our car. I am so grateful for what she did for us and want to recognize how she went above and beyond to help. She is a true professional. Thank you, Teresa!

Mid-town is wonderful, in the span of using their towing services 3x in the course of 2 months, they have been very nice and informative and very helpful when I needed them. And their customer service is top notch. Thank you guys 😊
Very rude and unprofessional towing service. Today my client was force to get into her car while her truck was hanging off a cliff she told the driver she was afraid to get into in and put in on Neutral but he made do it even while neighbor who by the way is a fireman offered to take her place because he saw the fear in her eyes. the tow driver refused to let him help her. After calling the company to speak with the manager to complain about the situation he was very rude to me who by the way I am from the dealership that my client bought her F150 from. The manager hung up on me instead of apologizing to me for his staff unprofessional inconsiderate behavior. I suggest anyone who needs towing services to stand clear from this company.
David is the best!!My family came to visit from New York and her vehicle wouldn't start. David informed my family that are car was not safe to drive after testing it. David was professional with a pleasant attitude. Excellent customer service is what David should my family. Thank you David for making a bad situation better. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
They towed my car, when I got it back there was literally a GASH in the side of my tire. Somebody didn’t do their job right and they take no accountability.
"I met the owner Mid-Town AUTO BODY INC, Dustin in May of 2023, when I had a problem with my Dodge Grand Caravan it was badly damaged on the front left side and no one would take it? Dusted not only took it fixed it straightened out the frame and it works perfectly fine! Dustin the owner is a trustworthy, and really cares about your vehicle! I take all my vehicles to him because I don't trust anyone else! He's an honest caring and the best customer service that any owner of any shop is! He picks up my vehicles he repairs them he gives me a great price on parts and labor and he'll personally bring it back himself? The tow guy named "Diaz" was rude, disrespectful, and racist. He was supposed to tow my car to my home and instead he towed it to the lot because he said he does not feel sorry for "my kind" and he wanted to make certain "people like you" pay extra money since it goes right in his pockets. I have been trying to get a hold of the owner named Mike but nobody has responded. The receptionist also sounded as if she was being bothered answering the phones and answering my questions in regards to payment. This was the WORST tow company I have ever dealt with. Completely unprofessional and racist.
They are abaolutely HORRIBLE!!! Awful customer service, dismissive, ive seen qnd heard horrible things about how employees are treated "less than", and things go missing from customers cars even before being impounded. Prices are way too high!! Never will i go to this joke of an establishment again!!
I just spoke on the phone to locate my vehicle and the SUPERVISOR told me it wasnt there when I have paperworks proving the car is there. Then I spoke to another person there and my car ended up being there. Now I'm ready to pick up my plates and the same RUDE SUPERVISOR was being more than difficult telling me shes not the one that totaled my car so my concerns dont matter to her. I was so disgusted at this treatment. Do NOT GO HERE.
They are the worst towing company ever. My gold chain given to me from my deceased grandfather was stolen out of the car. And they charged me 500$ to get my car out. They claimed they had to use special equipment which they didn't. Never use them.
Can I give less than 1 star? Worst experience ever! Always get a name of who you speak to and anyone who needs to talk to them like insurance adjuster, etc. Have them get a name too. No one knows where anything is and will check before telling you the wrong information.
