Second time back to Crane U. I love this place, the instructors and supporting staff are all fantastic. Highly recommend checking them out for Crane and Rigging training.
Excellent experience. Everyone was very friendly The classes were very educational and thorough. They all took the time to make sure that you understand the criteria taught. They really care and take pride in what they do. Your success is important to them.
Everyone here is awesome! The entire staff is more than helpful and beyond willing to work with you individually to help you. Extremely knowledgeable in all areas, and if they don’t know the answer, they will find it
I highly recommend this school. The instructors are full of knowledge and are eager to help you in anyway. No matter how many times you ask the same question they are always respectful and there to help. It’s a family owned company and you feel at home everyday you are in class. I will definitely be going back for further training.
Came here to recertify. Great staff. Extra helpful. Very knowledgeable. Well maintained equipment. and plenty of computers for practice test. Great school. Highly recommend. Will return for any other specialist i need added or to Recert again.

Honeycutt was a great towing experience. They were able to get my truck relocated quickly and efficiently. Will definitely be using them again!
Don’t bothering calling another tow service. I shopped around and these guys were the most affordable. Two companies didn’t even answer the phone. They came quickly and were responsive.
Arrived in reasonable time. They provide great service. Friendly customer service. Will use again.
He was on time. He was polite. He was reasonable. He moved a car without destroying our yard. We will definitely use his towing services again!
They had the best price for how far I needed my truck towed. They gave me a time their driver would be there and he was on time, and they let me know when he was 10 minutes out. I couldn't leave work to ride with him, but they sent me photo confirmation of when it was delivered. Great company and driver

They showed up very fast and helped me get out of a tough situation tonight. Very thankful for them and I’ll be using them for anything else I may need in the future!
Great service, came out to tow at private property.
amazing tow truck company ! really a great part of the community. he will get the job done.
We had a terrible accident on I-65 around Calera. 4 cars involved - 3 were totaled. Everyone was traumatized and in shock. Our granddaughter was with us. Our Bluelink service called law enforcement as well as roadside service. Terry and Lisa from South Calera Towing came immediately. They were very calming and efficient. Helped us gather all of our belongs and then gave us a ride to their office so a family member could pick us up. They walked us through the process of contacting our insurance company and made sure we had everything out of the car before we left. Such nice people. Just what you need in that situation. Thank you Terry and Lisa.
The best towing company in Calera, Al. I called and they had my car delivered to my yard in less than a hour. The price was amazing. Very nice & reliable people!

Amazing guy, came and rescued us in a Clanton Alabama and brought us to coffee county, over 2 hours one way. We had our truck and a trailer, he knew what to do and did it amazing. Thanks
Got a flat tire on I65. Billy' truck was broken down but he still drove out to locate me, called the tire shop to find me prices on a tire, and had another local company come out and get me. He went above and beyond for a stranger on need. God bless Billy! And thank you!
Our vehicle overheated after dark while on a 1000 mile road trip. Mr. Billy added coolant to our system and monitored it for over an hour then found us a hotel for the night and gave us a referral to a garage to have our issue fixed. He was knowledgeable and kind and made us feel safe during a stressful time. We appreciate him very much.
We called Billy this morning to move a disabled truck, tractor and farm equipment and lawnmowers to another location and he was fantastic! He basically spent all day helping us. He was so helpful and understood our situation and urgency. He had great knowledge of the equipment and had great recommendations with contacts to help us further. We highly recommend him! We couldn't have done it without him!
Broke down on the way to Hurricaine clean up in our Company truck F550. Truck blew a turbo hose. No cabs, no hotels, no anything around for miles. Except gas stations. Billy came over and removed the part. Next morning after sleeping in truck he picked me up and took me to breakfast. Then proceeded to hunt down the part to fix turbo. Billy drove me all around and then when we returned to the truck... he installed the part also! Not for Billy I would of been lost. His services are very professional and I've made a friend for life. He made sure I was good at all cost.

Mike was fantastic to work with, very customer focused. He showed up on time texted me when the car was dropped off at the dealership to be repaired. I highly recommend them
It is hard to find people that actually care about you. Mike at B&C Towing was just that. Mike made me feel secure and confident that my vehicle would be safe. When he delivered my truck to the shop. He called to assure that my vehicle was delivered. He also took time to call and show his appreciation for using his service. Thank you Mike and we need more people like Mike.
Very professional service from the beginning to the end. An initial contact was made, it was communicated when they were on their way, and I received a detailed update with pictures when and where my car was delivered. I highly recommend this company!
Mike was an awesome driver. He was very courteous and kind was honest and straight to the point he really helped us out. He actually even gave us a ride to our hotel after dropping the car where it needed to be dropped.
We were in an accident south of Birmingham on I-65 at 3:00 on a Saturday. We live in Florida, and were headed out of town for a trip. Michael the owner of B&C was so helpful, not just in telling us what was going to happen to our car, where it would be kept, etc….but actually taking us to the airport to get a rental, since all local places were closed on Saturday afternoon. Both his daughters had a dance recital that day, and most people would have said, no. Not only did he take us to the airport, he lowered the car so we could get our belongings, and he removed our tag for us, as he knew we would have to turn it in to the DMV. We of course did not even think of this. As he said, “I treat people like I would want my family to be treated.” Outstanding company and owner. If you need tow service, you will not find better.

We had to request roadside through USAA, Rocket City Towing arrived quickly. The driver called us to verify the location and was very professional/friendly on arrival. He got our car loaded up and dropped off very quickly. I recommend this tow service to anyone needing it.
I was connected to Rocket Towing and Recovery via my insurance company after an accident and couldn’t be more grateful. Tim contacted me immediately and towed my car to the shop faster than any other tow company I have ever used. He communicated continuously on his status and even sent me pictures at pick up and drop off. Highly recommend them!
Unbeknownst to us, our 2014 Chevy Tahoe had a none operational battery, and would not keep a charge. We had to get it towed last minute, as we're in the process of moving, and Paul from Rocket City Towing came through. He communicated thoroughly throughout the process. Not only did he arrive in less than an hour from the time I called, but he followed up once the drop was made. I can't say enough about the professionalism that was shown and the timeliness of the transaction. I recommend Rocket City Towing for all of your towing needs. I almost forgot, they were 100 less than what another company quoted me. Give them a call today. Ask for Paul... He'll come and will handle business!
I have had to have my car towed twice in 7 days due to road debris and Rocket was great! Drivers were kind and helpful both times! Highly recommend! *Driver Brenton was professional and made things easy to get to tire shop and back on the road!
I was referred to Rocket City Towing and Recovery by my insurance company USAA. The person that came to assist me was Brenton Humphrey. Brenton called when he was 10 minutes away and was here right as expected. He was very customer service oriented and hilarious. He knows his job very well and provided excellent service with a smile and laughter. I would recommend this service and especially Brenton as your service technician. I will use this company again in the future because of Brenton

Jeff is the best!! I called him and he was at my house in 5 minutes!!! Yall will never regret him! He’s very polite and great customer service! Thank you again JEFF! 💕
Called this place because it has almost perfect reviews and was not disappointed. Called him and he got to me immediately, gave a discount and towed my car safe and sound. Thank you!
This company is the only one I will ever use again!!!! This man is fast, respectful, informative and provides all around above and beyond service!!!! I am literally sending this company to everyone I know!! Affordable, courteous, pleasant, 10/10. Life is hard, dont let your tow man make it harder. Jeff's is the best!!!
I had a great experience with Jeff’s Towing in Tuscaloosa! Jeff was on site in under 20 minutes and couldn’t have been friendlier or more professional. It’s never fun being in a situation where you need a tow, but Jeff made the whole process quick and stress-free. Highly recommend his service if you’re ever in a bind!

The driver loaded my truck with no problem and kept me advised of when he would arrive. He arrived when he said he would. I’m very satisfied with this company.
Took awhile to get there but that is to be expected, I was not without a sense of humor. Driver and service was great. If I would have had some cash on me I would have given him a $20 tip.
The technician was fast prompt and very courteous. His bosses should give him a raise or at least buy the guy lunch!
Prompt, courteous, efficient response altho texted ETA of 5 minutes was actually closer to 25. Would definitely use again.
Once I called AAA for a tire change on the interstate. The technician was there within 10-15 minutes. I was very impressed with the time and quality of work that the technician performed. I would highly recommend AAA to all my family and friends

Chris & his brother towed my van after an accident this week and I couldn’t have asked for better service. They were both super friendly and helpful during and afterwards to get things settled up with the insurance. Hoping I don’t require their services again anytime soon, but would definitely call them again if needed.
No one likes to be broken down on the side of the road..but I must say the driver of Wise Towing, Chris Wise, not only came to my (my dads) rescue but it was all his qualities that I was highly impressed with. Mr. Wise was very proficient and knowledgeable of the technical duties and completed them in a timely matter. He went above and beyond. However, it was his customer service qualities that impressed me. He was extremely polite and made me feel everything was going to be ok...I had questions regarding the whole ordeal and his patience was outstanding and not once did he speak in a condescending manner. If Chris Wise depicts the character of Wise Towing employees, I would recommend Wise Towing and Recovery the only company to call !
Great group of guys. They do an incredible job and really take a lot of pride in their work. Top notch customer service. Also the best in the business if you lock your keys up in your car. Highly recommend for towing, repairs, or locksmith work! Reasonable and Reliable. Thanks again for all the help Wise crew.
We were stuck on I22 and we found Wise Towing. Chris came out helped with wheel, stuck spare and all local info for new tires and a rim. I wish all businesses were as accommodating as these guys. Gotta love Alabama
My name is Brasher I was in need of help getting into my car or else I wouldn’t be able to make it to work I gave Wise Towing a call they came out very informative on how to prevent my problem from happening in the future and even helped me with some methods I can carry with me in the future about getting it open I will be using them in the future for my other vehicle needs thank you!!

I would recommend this towing company & will use John Knight again. About a week ago I had a flat tire at my home. John came as requested. My spare was also flat. John left to take care of my tire and returned promptly & put it back on. Very professional & very nice man.
Had a Client who was locked out of his vehicle, John was very professional and even came out in a thunderstorm to unlock his Vehicle. I highly recommend his services. Look no further if you need a car locksmith or a tow. Thanks John, you have earned a customer for life!
We were in need of an urgent tow the day after Christmas. They were prompt, courteous and made us feel very at ease in a stressful situation. I highly recommend!
They were amazing!!! I managed to get my 10’ UhAul stuck in the mud and tried for hours to get it out by myself. When I finally gave up and gave them a call they came within minutes, quickly got the vehicle unstuck and all at a great price. I can’t recommend them enough!!
Excellent service. Called mid-morning for a tow. He was at shop within 30 mins. Fair price, would highly recommend John Knight for any towing concerns.

Jay with Gibby’s Towing is a great guy who helped me out tremendously tonight. I got a flat after a pair of needle nose pliers got lodged in my back tire on Broad Street. He arrived 30 minutes earlier than expected (thank you!) and got me to Pep Boys just in time for them to fix my tire before they closed. Jay is very polite and professional. So glad he was working tonight.
This black owned business is AMAZING!! My bf & I got stuck in AL after having car troubles & they saved the day! Eddy was so kind & very helpful. I had a great experience with this company! My car broke down and they arrived quickly after I called. The driver was professional, friendly, and handled my car with care while towing it to the repair shop (3OG). The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Definitely recommend their service to anyone who needs reliable towing! THANKS AGAIN 3OG
I used Azteca Towing LLC today and had a mixed experience. The driver, 30G, was simply amazing—super helpful, professional, and kind. They went above and beyond to assist me, and their effort deserves 5 stars alone. However, my interaction with the owner was a completely different story. The owner was extremely rude, which left a sour taste after what could have been a perfect experience. Azteca Towing might be worth considering for the great service from their drivers, but the management's attitude could definitely use some improvement.
3OG came very quick and was very professional! Would definitely recommend!!
3 OG took great care of me. He came to my shop so fast loaded up my truck got me in and out I will always use there services
30G was the absolute best! Best arrival time, best customer service. Top tier driver! He even parked it exactly where I needed it. Thank you 30G! Thank you Azteca Towing.

Wydemon Towing does an AMAZING job at being efficient, affordable, professional, and so friendly! They offer excellent service and always make you feel safe and understood! Love what they do! Super thankful! :)
INCREDIBLE! Where do I start!?! Epic, brilliant, innovative, kind! I had gotten my vehicle in quite the jam, Wydemon Towing was there in less than 15 minutes and legit rescued me and my daughter. They were incredible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
He was so quick and helpful. I had a dead battery this morning and he jumped my car and told me where I needed to go to get it taken care of. He also told me to call/text him whenever I need him. Overall, awesome service!!
The absolute best! My car wouldn't start up and I couldn't for the life of me figure out why. The gentleman that came not only helped me get my car to the shop but was able to diagnose as well! Most definitely my new go-to going forward.

Daniel came to save the day!!! He went above and beyond to get us back on the road and back home after a long day of trick or treating!! Daniel was so kind and understanding and worked fast on this cold evening!!! I appreciate Daniel!!! Thank you!!!
My 3 year old and I broke down less than a week ago after a very long day of running deliveries. I called roadside assistance and was quoted an hour wait time, but Daniel K made it there in 20 mins. My son is obsessed with anything that has wheels so to see the flashing lights and loud engine truly made his whole day and night! For myself, seeing a friendly face in such a timely manner and his professionalism helped turn a stressful situation into a cute memory for me and my son who still talks about it with as much enthusiasm as if I has taken him to Disneyland! Very please with the service, and thanks again!
The experience overall was great! Daniel was quick to get to the car and even contacted me that I had left something behind! Daniel was very great to work with and had excellent customer service! If I’m ever in need of a tow again I will be contacting Daniel!
Outstanding Service from JSN Towing – Huge Thanks to Daniel! I had an amazing experience with JSN Towing, and I can’t say enough good things about Daniel was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. He arrived right on time, handled everything with care, and made a stressful situation feel so much easier
Daniel was fantastic! Daniel was communicating all the way from beginning to end ! Sent his location when he was close so I knew to be waiting for him! Daniel hooked the car up no problem dropped it off no problem! Thank you so much Daniel!

Quick to the job, reasonable prices, was able to get to me quickly and even gave me some numbers to help fix my vehicle. Recommend.
I'm so grateful for Night Rider Towing and Robert!!! My truck broke down while I was in town for a meeting and I know no one in the area. I called Robert and he immediately put me at ease. He towed my car to another city where I had found a mechanic. He even gave me a recommendation for another mechanic that he uses and trusts in case the one I found didn't work out! If you ever need a tow, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Night Rider!!!! Competive pricing, and trustworthy!!!
He’s very professional and reliable. We were broke down 4hrs away from Mississippi & he came & towed us (late night). Thanks for your services & for your support.
Fast and immaculate service!! Easy to communicate with rapid results. He was a game changer on 1-20 late night! Nobody was available but him! No complaints!!

5 Stars – Outstanding Service! I had a tire blowout yesterday on I-20 near Exit 110 and called King Boyz Towing for help. The lady who answered the phone was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful—she had a tow truck dispatched in under 15 minutes! Robert, the tow truck driver, was amazing. He was a true gentleman who helped me and my two kids into the truck and made sure we were safe and comfortable, especially since we were far from home. When we arrived at the repair shop, he made sure they had the correct tire for my car and didn’t leave until it he confirm that it will be installed asap, and we were taken care of. That level of care and compassion is rare. I’m so grateful for Robert and the team at King’s Towing. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. May God bless you all!
Very quick towing service, and delivered our vehicle to the requested location promptly. Robert was our tower, he did a great job and was very friendly!
My husband and I were stuck on the freeway and called King Boyz for a tow. The receptionist was very nice and professional. I usually don't write reviews but always rely on them. Our tow driver was Jason, and he's the reason why I'm writing this review. Jason was very nice and professional. He seems to enjoy what he does and was very friendly. People like him makes you realize that there are still good people in this world. Thanks Jason for making our "bad day" better!
I had hit a muffler section in the middle of the interstate and had a flat tire. I had been waiting for 5 hours for a tow service from our insurance company. They finally changed to King Boyz towing and they came out in 45 minutes. The driver was the best and his service professional and excellent. I will recommend them any time.
Robert was quick, and gave multiple updates on the status of the tow job.

Semi with loaded trailer broke down on I 65 at 10:00 p m. Called Hurst wrecker service and night service person, Chris, was the most accommodating person I’ve ever talked with. Had a wrecker to us after calling in a tow driver to assist us. Lake came with SUPER TOW TRUCK, worked very hard in sweltering temperatures, and in no time we were at a truck repair shop. These two men are an asset to any company, but HURST TOWING AND WRECKER SERVICE, have them. On a scale of 1-10. They are at 100! Thank you all for your kindness and appreciate you.
Broke down in Birmingham Al. Ryder had Hurst come out and bring me to nearest location. Quick Fast service!! I really appreciate these guys!! Thanks Bobby for the lift!!
I just want to say, I highly recommend hurst towing! The team they had treated me with the best care possible, and really accommodated my concerns and request. I really like to shout Amanda for her willingness to go over and beyond for me, and it was such a great experience. Thanks so much! I couldn’t been more satisfied🙌🏽
I was leaving a concert around 12pm and I finally had my biggest fear..I caught a flat tire on the highway! I called 911 and they sent a police out to assist me, the police recommended Hurst! I called Hurst and spoke with a nice guy to ask how much was it to tow me to a hotel or home which was an hour away. The guy on the phone quoted me a price to take me home, I was destined to make it home because I had work at 6am! The guy at hurst called me back 5 mins later and informed me my driver DJ would like to see if he could plug my tire first before I hit the link to pay for towing. I didn’t know they offer that service, which I love that they offer me that because that goes to show they care about what’s best for the customer!! Mr. DJ arrived and he was the most heaven sent person!!!! He was sooo sweet & nice and he answered all my questions without getting irritated, I’m sure he knew I was nervous by being on the side of the road! He patched my tire up & inform me I ran over a metal piece. He followed me to the next exit to make sure the tire was going to be good for my hour drive; he rechecked it & told me to be safe! Him being there made me less nervous and i was very thankful! Let me say DJ arrived under 20 mins for when I initially called them and he patched me up quick as well!! I made it home and was able to make it to work, I just started and didn’t want to miss it! DJ texted me the next day to make sure I made it to my destination and that alone warmed my heart to know it’s still good people in the world!! My biggest fear turned out not being so bad after all!!! ( I had my mother on the phone and she 10 out of 10 recommend them!!)
My experience with Hurst Towing was exceptional! Buddy Lawson was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. He handled my vehicle with great care. He arrived less than 20 minutes after my initial call. I highly recommend Hurst Towing for your towing needs. Buddy Lawson was awesome as well.

It is so sorry when a company does not know what an itemized statement is. When you are dealing with an insurance company, they need more information than a name, amount, and how it was paid. How am I supposed to be reimbursed if my insurance company doesn't have the information? Is your company going to reimburse me for what I paid? Your dispatcher was so rude to me as well as someone else. That is very disrespectful. This matter could have been taken care of professionally. There is no excuse for a company that has a rating of 4.7. As far as the driver, he was very respectful. Thank you, sir. I will never recommend your company to anyone. If anything, I would appreciate it if you could straighten this matter out.
Twin Creek Towing is the best towing company in the area. Eddie Horsley, the driver, from Twin Creek towing was amazing. The service I received from Eddie, was prompt and efficient. He was very courteous and made sure that me and my daughter were okay as soon as he got out of the truck. I would highly recommend them to everyone in the area. i hope I won’t have to utilize them again but if I ever need a tow or roadside assistance there’s no doubt in my mind about you I will call!
I pulled into Oxford and my transmission went out on my car. I called AAA and they sent Josh out to tow me to Sunny King Ford. Jos was very respectful to my situation, as I was waiting on him to arrive, I called and reserved a rental car with Enterprise car rental. I bit later, Enterprise in Anniston called and told me that I didn't have a car there. I started calling again and no one had a car. Josh took me to Ford, he walked in and started talking with the service manger. The service manager made a few calls and talked to a local car rental (Bama Auto Rental) and they reserved me a car last minute to go home. It was great working with Twin Creeks, Sunny King Ford and Bama Auto Rental. Highly recommend all three, they made my situation less stressful. Thank you!
Driver of tow vehicles in the accident I witnessed were excellent! And then when my car wouldn’t start when time to leave, they brought in another tow truck, assessed the problem and pulled my vehicle out of ditch area. Then then checked out my vehicle and let me know it was safe to drive. My electronic systems on my vehicle had shut down because I was parked on an incline making the car slant to badly, the gasoline registered as empty. AMAZING JOB AND INCREDIBLE MEN! Thanks for the rescue!
5-STAR REVIEW Jeff and his crew are absolute pros - they show up EVERY TIME, no matter the situation, and will help you out anytime. Their dedication to their customers is unparalleled, and their expertise is unmatched. If you're ever in a bind and need a tow, look no further than Twin Creeks Towing Company. They'll get you back on the road in no time! Thanks, Jeff and crew, for all that you do! ❤️Talladega Creekside Resort

David with Tony’s Towing saw I was driving on a VERY flat tire trying to make it across the Causeway. He was doing a shift for ALDOT, but contacted his company at my request and secured a tow truck quickly and safely. The world needs lots more David’s. Thanks, my friend!
Daniel was courteous, professional and did an excellent job towing our rv to our storage facility. Tony’s Towing is reasonably priced and a dependable and professional company. Thank you so much Daniel!
Went above and beyond when my boyfriends transmission went in his truck. Great people. Great service. Highly recommended.
These guys are the absolute best! Although my car wasn't towed by my choice, they were very professional and polite. If I ever need to be towed I will definitely call them. Thank John for being so nice and helpful. I appreciate you more than you know. MB
Daniel came to my rescue after a breakdown on the causeway in inclement weather. Speedy service. A++

Thank you to the staff at Weil Wrecker Service! Interacting with the tow driver made my tow a pleasant experience. Got both my semi-truck and loaded trailer to safe locations. Thanks again!!!!!
Very nice and polite. Patient and helpful. Usually I have anxiety and I was especially jittery after my tires blew but the guy didn't comment or acted like I was annoying. Would definitely call this service again if I ever need it.
Great experience. Courteous and arrived quickly and towed to the garage with no issues. Highly recommend
We called Weil Tow at 3:30 a.m. out of Birmingham he was hooking up to us at 4:53. People pay the extra miles to get them out of Birmingham it’s well worth it. Professional dispatcher, professional driver and great Tow equipment. 5 Star + rating from this customer. We broke down @mile marker 31 on I20 E at 8 P.M. at 2 a.m. the tow company we called had not shown up. We had tried calling to get a ETA, Nothing. Cancelled at 3:20
Very Polite, he also stayed and helped get the car parked exactly where I wanted it! Will be my go-to from now on!

PROFESSIONAL, KIND, RESPONSIVE. Every aspect of my interaction with Chandler Towing & Recovery was positive. The dispatcher was concise and understanding; the towing technician was AWESOME, arrived quickly & took care of my dilemma- he even consoled me so I wouldn’t feel stupid about getting my van stuck. GREAT DUDE! Easy, EXTREMELY affordable transaction and I was on my way.
DJ was very informative, DJ let me know every step of leaving to go get car, when he dropped car off. DJ was awesome! Chandler Towing is very professional and service phenomenal! DJ you rock!!!
Dj was very prompt, call with the eta and arrive exactly on time. Dj was very knowledgeable about his job, very respectful and professional throughout. I will definitely use this company again
So, I had two techs to originally come out. But the person who actually completed my request was DJ and he was EXTREMELY helpful AND patient. The car that I needed towing was one I lent out and I really didn't have eyes on the situation (BIL took point) until after the first individual came and left. But when I finally got there and actually got eyes on everything I quickly realized that it was going to be a lot tricker than I originally thought. But again DJ worked with me and together we ended up coming up with a solution. Being someone with anxiety it helped to see the person performing the job remain calm and levelheaded even in tough times. I have dealt with this company multiple times and never had any issues but this go around was exceptionally better. Thanks DJ for your patience.
The “ office manager” in the office is very rude her name is Elena poor customer service rude attitude. The workers here and the mechanic are very rude I asked to speak with the manager she then proceeded to say no I could not speak to him and then said you go through me. Highly upset with my experience

Great people, go see alex he will take care of you.
Alex has the best customer service in the state of Alabama! I needed a tow, had been waiting for State Farm to find me a towing company for the last FOUR days and I just decided to call a company on my own. I called Alex and he was at my apt in 10 mins! They are always on time, affordable price and their is done in a professional and respectful manner.
The driver got to me really fast, but all tow companies are a bit pricey. No way around it

These tow truck drivers dont know how to drive properly. Constantly ignoring traffic laws. I've had multiple instances where they almost hit me through either running a red light, stop sign, or yield sign when myself or another driver has right of way. They are also extremely rude when called out after the fact.
The man showed up in a reasonable amount of time and had us loaded up and headed home in an even more reasonable amount of time. Would definitely use again in the future.
They picked up a car for me and delivered it to my house without me being with the car! Exception service, very helpful and polite driver. Would definitely recommend !
This review is for Brandon that works there. What a great guy! We were stranded at Loves in Clanton Alabama and he came with his wrecker to haul our 44,000 lb Class A Motorhome to Freightliner to get repaired. I can’t believe people can do what he does. It’s a very involved process and we are grateful for his knowledge and skill. Thank you Brandon! We have had the best experience with the people in Alabama and couldn’t be more grateful.
These guys were great to work with. Their service was outstanding and their pricing was fair. I would use them again in a heartbeat. I called him one day and they were there the very next day to load up my container and drive it 600 miles north and drop it off the very next morning. Everything went without a hitch. The driver was knowledgeable and professional.

Merkel's picked up an old (not running) tractor from a tight spot in Alabama and delivered it to Louisiana. Great price and no issues! Thanks so much!!
Blew the brakes on my h3 during my first time off-roading on USFSR 600-1 and thought I had lost steering out right. It was a great experience over the phone and they had someone sent out right away. They came in a jeep to diagnose the problem and see if they could get a tow truck on the trail. They diagnosed the problem and we realized all I had lost was my brakes, but they could not get a tow truck due to the state of the trail. They guided me out without brakes and when we had finally made it off the trail we got a tow truck to take it to a local auto shop. Didn’t charge me for taking time out of their day to come up the trail and drive me out, and the tow was well priced. Long made short, I met a great man who helped me out of my first off-roading experience and made what could have been a bad story into a great story.
Merkel's moved my large tool box twice and both times provided excellent service at a great value. The driver (Bobby) was extremely professional and it showed in his attention to detail and care while loading/transporting/unloading my equipment. One of the moves was tricky due to location but you'd never guess by how smooth it went. I would not hesitate for a moment to have them move a car or motorcycle after seeing how well my challenging load was handled.
My car broke down as I was pulling into work. Another company refused to come inside the gate where I work. These guys didn't hesitate. They were quick, nice, took care of my car and charged a reasonable fee. I'd recommend them ahead of anyone else in the area.
Excellent service! The gentleman that towed my vehicle Bobby was so nice and up for conversation which was so great! The lady I talked to on the phone was really sweet and helpful through the whole call!

This was the best experience I have ever had with a towing company !! I am very pleased with them . I had called a few other companies before settling with 24 towing . When I called around everyone gave me estimates , leaving it up to me to figure out the cost it would take to tow my car . Although , I did find cheaper options (not by much ! ) I decided to go with this company because he was straight to the point giving me the exact price ! He was extremely nice and came off very trustworthy so I was more than willing to pay the extra 20 or so dollars . He communicated with me throughout the entire process , told me he was 30 minutes from my car and showed up exactly then !!! I didn’t even have to be present in order for him to tow my car , he also took pictures of my car to confirm it was the correct vehicle and brought it right back to my house and I was able to give him cash for his service !! I will definitely use this company again if I ever need another tow and will be referring them to friends and family !! I highly recommend using them !
Had to tow a vintage car from our garage to our mechanic downtown. They were very quick and careful while handling the vehicle. Delivery had no issues. Reasonable Pricing Thanks!
They were able to help me and my family. They hauled our truck an hour away to our house and the gentlemen was extremely nice. He also went out of his way to give me and 2 other family members a ride back to our home because we couldn't find anyone to help us. Highly recommend! And to the gentlemen that helped us thank you so much! Your kindness and generosity did not go unnoticed!
Couldn't be happier with this company! Alex helped me help my daughter when her truck needed a tow and I'm 8 hours away in Ohio. Incredibly prompt, excellent communication and thorough documentation. Zero reservations. Thank you so much!!!
Awesome customer service! They were able to pick up my car in 45 min on a holiday weekend. Really nice and helpful people

I called and paid over the phone, without a hassle. When the driver got to the destination I asked him to deliver to, he called to confirm where I had requested the vehicle be dropped. All encounters with this company was very pleasant
Browns is the crappiest tow company I have ever seen or dealt with. First off I came from the tow life since I was a child we had our own company until my dad passed. Browns came to the scene of my car accident in Madison Al. Tows our car to their lot. Within 15 days had a hold on our title in the system which we all know is an Illegal act. It’s past 30 days then you may file for abandonment of a title for a car. Our insurance (Alfa) moved our vehicle to the auction lot. Where we now discovered our Amp & Speakers from the trunk have been stolen. Title has a hold that they had NO BUSINESS applying. Has nothing to do with them. They wasn’t keeping our vehicle.
Brown's recently moved a shed for me. They were very kind, and waited longer than they had to for us to come by and make some adjustments to our fence so they could fit through with their truck. Great service and reasonably priced!
Poor driving… you know when your tow truck is basically a rolling billboard for your business and they drive like they don’t care about life and nearly run folks over .. it doesn’t look good on your business.
They are a Wonderful Towing Company that has been around for years. I had to use them twice in one week. They came and took great care in my vehicle each time. Had to different drivers and both polite and helpful.

Terrys Towing was nice and done a great job I highly recommend them
Mr Terry was very professional, extremely friendly and he delivers the most honest and trustworthy service. I'd recommend him to anyone! Thanks Mr Terry!
Very quick and reasonable priced...Answered right away no waiting on a dispatch !
Had a flat tire on the side of I-65 on a Friday afternoon. Interstate was packed. Every minute sitting there was a risk of us getting hit. After calling several places unable to come right away, we found Terry and he jumped in his truck and came to help us. He towed us to a QuickLane where we got a new tire. Fast, friendly service! Thanks to Ace Towing for their service today. Rocky had another call before mine due to it being evening rush hour. He called several times to keep me to date. He was very professional. I will definitely recommend Ace Towing to anyone needing a tow.
Tim was super helpful and responsive! He was there to get my car within 10 minute of calling and provided prompt and curious service. Highly recommend!
Jerry Pence at ACE Towing Service was not only an expert and very professional but he was caring and ensured I had peace of mind that our vehicle would be taken care of. He responded as promptly as he could once receiving the call when finding out that AAA asked another company twice to take care of me, and they declined, leaving me waiting 2 hours. Jerry ensured the repair shop was informed and all was safe until they could service the vehicle. None better than Jerry! Thank you!
I have never IN MY LIFE experienced a better service experience than what Kari with Ace Towing LLC provided to me on December 13, 2022. I rented a vehicle from Avis in Nashville, TN. When it started giving me warning lights for a transmission issue, roadside assistance set up my service to make it right. They made it so wrong and through multiple channels of difficult communication with Avis, I met Kari, who was my towing coordinator. I asked if they were an Avis towing hub and why they had to travel so far and she said it was an easy process since I was coming to Huntsville. (I wasn’t). I broke down in sobs from confusion and worry and she told me not to worry about a thing and she would handle it. All she had to do was say sorry about the mix up and I hope you figure it out, but she didn’t. She made all of the calls and fixed everything that Avis had messed up. She saved me. She is the greatest care provider I have ever met. If I ever find myself needing a tow in Huntsville or anywhere else nearby, I’d call her every time. They are a 5 star business who provides 10 star experiences. PS: she even followed up hours later to check on me. Thank you for the best Christmas gift, peace of mind and the ability to visit my family on time after my work trip.
Always fast and dependable! I've had to use Ace Towing over 5 times and every time they've done a wonderful job! From getting my stuck car off Green Mountain to towing it in the heat of summer when it won't start- they've done it all very well. Thankful for a dependable and reasonable tow service.

I needed my SUV towed from the mechanic's back to my house. (Blown engine was cost prohibitive for repair) I was told they would be by around noon and and almost exactly at noon; the driver, Alan, knocked on my door to deliver my vehicle. Their trucks are clean, polished and look professional. Alan was also courteous and positioned my SUV exactly where I wanted it in a matter of minutes. Their fee was super competitive and met my situation perfectly. Alan gave me a business card and you can bet I placed it in my wallet so I can call them again; if I ever need their services in the future. 5 stars!
My car broke down on me at Cracker Barrel, and I needed a tow to my machanic. I Googled towing services and checked out the customer. They had a 4.9, so I called them. I'm glad I did. I could not have asked for a better response time or better service. The driver was extremely nice and even called me to let me know that my car was safe at the shop. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Now I know who to call in a towing emergecny.
This towing service is great! They do a professional job and at a timely manner. They care about customer's!!
Hero’s towing did an outstanding job getting my motorhome unstuck!!! Kudos to these guys they did not give up until they got it out. I highly recommend them
A HUGE shout out to Hero's Towing and Recovery. I was looking at a 475.00 parts and labor bill from one of the big names companies in town. I took a chance with Hero's and boy did they come thru for me. Turns out, I didn't need the alternator that I was told was needed. Eugene Thompson and Mr. Alan found what the real problem was and it turned out to be a 40.00 repair. They now have a customer for life. Thanks again Hero's for being honest.

This company is truly the best. Big Mac not only worked with me on getting my vehicle but he also came after hours to meet me because I work so far from home. When I got there I noticed he had covered my vehicle up to keep the rain out due to cosmetic damage and then he gave me information on someone who would give me a good deal to fix. By the time I left, I felt like we were family.
Friendly, fast, professional service! They go the extra mile to give you the best experience possible. Wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicles.
Extremely predator practices. Car was towed there and stayed 2 days. To get my car back is 775$. Only to go up daily. No one has that type of money just laying around. Sounds like someone at these small town police dept. Are getting kickbacks.
Terry, Jimmy, and Horace are wonderful guys to work with, very professional, prompt, and courteous. I'm proud of the relationship between Big Mac Towing and Coosa Valley Auto Sales. They have been an integral part in the success of my business. We look forward to many years of a continued successful partnership with Big Mac.
Several months ago my vehicle was needing to be taken to the shop. I called Big Macs and the owner, Terry McCleland, came to my house in a torrential downpour of rain. He didn't mind at all and never complained, even after telling him it can wait he worked through it and never skipped a beat. Very professional and courteous. Will use again if needed.

My fiancé was having trouble with his car and we decided it was best to call a tow truck, the dispatcher was super friendly, got all of our information and gave us a time estimate on when the driver would be there. The driver was there right on time and was super nice and helpful! Thank you Tow monkey!
Worst towing company I've ever dealt with. They are ripping people off and I'm not the first one either. Taking to small claims court and I don't care if it cost me triple what I paid, it's the principle of the fact.
Truly a remarkable company. It's hard to find honest people anymore. His prices are great, and he's an exceptionally great guy. You can't go wrong by calling him. He's fast, friendly, and does a great job! He towed off 3 vehicles for me today, and I won't ever call anyone else to tow my vehicles. Highly recommend!!!
ToeMonkey Towing provided an outstanding experience, thanks to Travis. He was incredibly polite, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure exceptional service. His efficiency and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend ToeMonkey Towing, especially if Travis is on the job!
Had a little problem with my truck and needed a tow. Travis actually figured out what was wrong with it and got it running again. Turns out I didn’t even need to be towed. I’m not saying you should expect that if you call these guys out. All I’m saying is they’re honest people. Awesome company!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!Not only were they fast in arrival time! The driver took the time to show my 4 year old son how to operate the truck! Which he abosolutely LOVED! Such a nice early birthday gift for him! I cant give enough praise, I truly cant! Family friendly and I would recommend them to all my family and friends.! Thank you so much for making such a stressful moment for me, so much easier! God bless <3
Lappdag was really helpful. They were very fast and very reasonably priced. They towed an old non-running car and carefully unloaded it thru a gate. The driver was hard working and courteous. He went above and beyond. Great job.
Service took a little while (about 45 minutes) to reach me when they were near by. Otherwise, the driver was courteous and helpful. The lady at the office was incredibly rude though. She alone kept the rating from being 4 stars. I will say that if you have to deal with her at the office, then you should go somewhere else. Besides that, the towing service was good.
I ran across this business while looking for another tow company. I previously had triple A service and they gave me the run around and made me wait 2 hours late at night due to drivers denying their job request. I am done with triple A and will be using this service from now on. Quick and friendly service!!. Prices are affordable and the driver was very professional and treated my car with great care. I will recommend this business to all my friends and family.
These guys are great! They're reasonably priced, quick to respond, and they care about you like one of their own. Give them a call if you're stranded on the road and need a tow. We use them regularly for our business's fleet.

Mr. Doug Merkel got me out of a jam when my semi truck broke down. He Got my truck & trailer where it needed to be. Great work ethic & character. I will keep their contact info, and use them if I need to in the future.
absolutely amazing is all i have to say. one of chelsea towing’s workers, Mr Don Bailey, was in the parking lot of palm beach where i stupidly hit a curb and put a slash in my tire. he saw this happen and parked beside my car and with me already going into the store, was trying to fix my tire. i came back out he asked if i had a spare and i told him my husband could come but he insisted on helping me. i felt horrible as i didn’t have any way to pay him but he did it for absolutely nothing. this company and worker specifically needs a million graces. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!
Fantastic people. Above and beyond
Good group of people

I called to be towed to a nearby tire shop due to having a flat tire. I was told at that it would take an hour and a half max which I am ok with and I expected it When the hour and a half passes by I then receive a text stating that they can no longer complete the job. No reason given, but yet they are “open 24/7”. Edit: 15 minutes after this review I received a call from an employee named Jason cursing me for the bad review and blaming the cancelled tow service on my insurance. Unprofessionals all around at this company.
I am thoroughly impressed with how great these guys are. I called and let them know we needed a tow. They told me to send my location right over, rates were great as well! Ended up that our car wouldn’t go into neutral so Dylan called us back to let us know it would be extra since it wouldn’t go into neutral. I guess he could hear the stress in my voice and told me to just hang tight and he would be to us shortly. 5 minutes later he pulled up and was able to get it in neutral with no problems! He actually saved us money and was the nicest guy! As in typing this, not even 5 minutes after leaving from Where he picked the car up from, he had taken it to their shop, looked at it and talked to his boss.. called me and said they would have it fixed tomorrow!!!! This is the only car we have and I cannot express to you how much it means to find someone who is honest, kind, caring and dependable!!! If you need a tow, work done to you car or just need it looked it.. CALL THESE GUYS!!!!! I am truly thankful for the help Dylan and the owner gave to us!
Great prices, quick, no bull. Will definitely use their service again if needed! Great work
Highly recommend. Even gave us a battery charge for free
Very dishonest. Contracted Dylan for a roll back move, agreed to price. Was charged TWICE! Called back spoke to Jeremy the owner. Gave them the emails and text messages showing price and now they refuse to answer phone or emails and refund the money.
