Cannot express how great the service was. Broke down with my 2 small children in 8 degree weather. Called everyone else and nobody had availability or wanted to charge outrageous prices. Was referred here and he was out to me within 20 minutes. Only sat out in the cold for about an hour. Fast, friendly, and affordable and I’m very thankful that he was available! I called these folks late on a Sunday night and without hesitation they showed up. The communication with the dispatch was absolutely amazing! Brent was great! He showed up in less than 15 minutes and towed my truck to a tire store. When we arrived at the tire store, we realized the issue was a small leak. Brent filled up my tire with air and plugged it right away! It saved me time and money! All around an outstanding guy!

Danno was excellent. Was very prompt to get the run started and he was exactly on schedule. Very professional and confident in his job. My vehicle was loaded, secured, and moving down the road in a few minutes time. By far the best towing experience I've ever had. I look forward to future business with them.
I normally don't do reviews but felt I absolutely needed to. Danno's Towing and Recovery really went above and beyond the call of duty so to say. I want to know how a company granting cheaper prices can afford a great team!!! Fast, reliable, smiling faces, and GREAT communication. We had called other tow companies who had left us waiting without proper service, so I decided to call riddles and I didn’t even know who they were! I’m glad I took a chance! Charles and his team are fast, professional, cheap and safe. My car is my baby I wouldn’t just let anyone mess with it, these guys have been my first call for a tow since they opened. They’ve never let me down.
My car overheated randomly while I was on the way to an appointment, and I was a total wreck about it. Crystal came to the rescue quickly and was absolutely wonderful the whole time. I couldn't recommend her enough for her great service.

I was stranded on I 75 South after my truck gave out. I called several services and was either turned down, or put on hold for a long time. Then I searched for a service near Georgetown. I saw Finley’s had High Marks and great reviews....man was that accurate. I talked to Chris the dispatcher who pleasantly took my call and then told me he would talk with his driver. Before he hung up he told me he would call me right back. In 10 minutes he called and told me who was coming to get me ,and that I would be waiting 45 min. On the dot Aaron showed up with a truck. He expertly put my truck on his bed and we were off. Aaron was a great conversationalist and a super dude! No awkward silence in the truck. Had me at my garage and deposited my truck like a champ. If you are looking for professionalism and courtesy in your time of need, these are your guys.
This towing company is awesome. The owner Chris Finley came right away as our car stopped rapidly in a bad spot along the highway. Came quickly and towed to a dealership for our make/model. Extremely professional, timely and great service. Highly recommend!!!
Make sure they're charging you correctly. The guy that came out to jump my company vehicle said it was $96 for the service which did not match up to what the counter guy said. I called back to get a receipt and the guy behind the counter said I had left a $16 tip. Long story short, the guy who came out put me down for a $16 tip when I didn't give him one. It's $75 to jump a battery with a $5 card processing fee. Normally I'd chalk it up to simple negligence, but the employee told me it was $96 and still asked me for a tip. Would of been a great service if the work was honest.
I had Brody come pick me up when it was raining hard, and my car was broken down. He was very nice, he helped me push my car into my parking spot after dropping it off, and he made sure that everything was good before he left. I was very happy to have gotten a professional.
Chris was awesome! He responded when SF left me high and dry on I-75. He came for a flat tire but I ended up having to be towed due to a faulty lug nut. He gave multiple options and upfront pricing so I was able to make an informed choice. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Really sticky situation far from home, my insurance company dispatched this towing service. Thank you for being so kind and helpful.
They were there when it was needed. They charged me a fair price and when Mikes Towing didn’t want to come out to me after saying they will be right out, it took Keith’s about 15 minutes after the call to get a text saying they will be on their way. Second time they’ve done. Thanks for the tow. I’d recommend them to anyone. The are friendly with the customers and show they care. 5 star review. Don’t think it could been any better out of the worse!! 🙂
I found myself in a situation that I needed towing service & I needed it fast. The entire process was something that I wouldn’t have dreamed of, from the dispatch to the actual driver (Andrew) it was 2nd to none professionalism & respect. After meeting with an agency in town in order to retrieve my truck, Andrew came in, hooked up & delivered my truck to Discount Tires ( free advertising here: any purchase over $500, you get 5 to 12 months, interest free) Andrew & I spoke to one another about my experiences & his in life and we both offered our thoughts & prays to one another. There are times when I post reviews that I honestly provide consumers a snap shot of my experiences & adding a comedic element to it, this is one of those. With the help of this company & its workers I was able to see what true Grace & understand was from folks that never had met me. They provided me with an overall win in a pretty off situation. So to Keith’s towing & automotive repair company, thank you for showing professionalism & understanding.
Such friendly service. Called a couple times to gather information and all times the woman was so nice. Then the day I requested service, the tower gave me a courtesy call to assure me he’ll be on his way and his ETA which was accurate. When he arrived, he was so nice as well! Great experience overall.
Hands down the best experience I've had! Arrived at my truck before I did, but didn't mind at all that i was still on my way to bring him the keys. Super friendly, easy to talk to, got the job done in a timely manner, and talked with me during the whole process instead of us working in awkward silence. He even know of some mechanics that may be able to help me get my truck back on the road again. I don't have a single thing negative to say about this company. They only charged $115 when other companies were quoting me anywhere from $150 to $175.

Driver was nice but they took over 2.5 hours to get to us after saying it would take an hour or less. Very unhappy with all the time of mine that they wasted.
After the 1st tow truck arrived unprepared to tow my Audi * had to contact my insurance again to order another tow and again USAA send the incorrect tow truck (flatbed) but the driver Will with Southeast Towing has an idea that worked. So after waiting 1-1/2 hours from when this started Will got it on the bed another way without dolleys. Thank god for this patriot WILL with Southeast Towing. Man I don't know what I'd done without you today. You saved my ass and I'd recommend this guy for any job not just as a tow truck driver. He went far above what today has become normal. I had a flat tire I was told it would take 60-90 minutes. Jeremy was there in 35 minutes. Very knowledgeable and was quick getting my car to the shop. Highly recommend if you ever have any roadside issues!

Hopefully you never need towing…BUT if you do…Denali is the best. Needed towing of expensive vehicle on Easter evening and Denali took great care of us. Very professional and knowledgeable. After calling multiple wrecker servicer providers K O, not only answered the call, but also provided a reasonable time frame to pick up a vehicle. I was with the non starting stranded vehicle, they arrived before the stated time frame, which was greatly appreciated in the freezing morning weather. The driver was curitious and efficient in loading, transporting, and unloading my vehicle. They accept credit card payment, with paperless receipt, billing was simple. Everyone I spoke with, over the phone or in person was respectful, the customer service was excellent. Highly recommend this company!

Car had major electrical problems on my way to work. Called K O towing and got it towed back to my house for an incredibly affordable price. David was very helpful over the phone and made it easy to give him info by just texting him. And Brian the driver was very polite and showed great patience when he arrived at my house to drop of the car and my girlfriends car was in his way. And allowed to pay with card over the phone. Brian from KO Towing came to the rescue of my two young daughters and I when we were at the Louisville Zoo last night! A silly thing happened with our vehicle and roadside assistance only provided the solution of towing my SUV. Roadside assistance hired KO, but Brian treated me like I was his best customer! He arrived early, called 10 minutes out, came with a great attitude and on top of it all--he FIXED my issue on the spot within a minute flat! No need to be towed at all. Before he fixed it, he expressed concern that my daughters and I wouldn't have transportation, seemed vested in helping us figure that out, and was very happy to do so. If I ever have the need to hire a tow truck, I will call KO without hesitation!

I contacted Lex Tow Towing this morning after trying to contact 4 others that said they were 24hrs, but didn't answer. Keep in mind, this was not the middle of the night, this was 7:50am. Ila answered and I could tell she was busy, but she still took all my information, told me a price that was very reasonable and said my car would be picked up in 45min and she would contact me when it was closer to that time. Right on the dime, she called, said the driver was there and I asked if she would contact me back when it was dropped off and she said yes. When contacting me back, they even sent me a picture of my vehicle to let me know it had gotten there and safe! From start to finish this was a GREAT company to do business with. They didn't try to take advantage of me because I am a woman like alot do and the process was simple and fast. The price was also great because I had a company trying to charge almost 4x what they charged for only a 7 mile tow! I obviously refused that company! If you want a company that stays true to what they say and does what they say they are going to, this is the one to use! I will definitely be calling them again if I need a tow and so should you!

Called for a tow. Pretty expensive for a few mile tow. They wanted 295 dollars to do it. In desperation I agreed. The driver came out and denied picking up my vehicle cause it would mean putting his truck in reverse. They denied picking it up and left the scene. This company wanted to still charge me a cancellation fee of 154 dollars. I didn’t cancel the tow. The driver of the truck cancelled I guess reverse was too complicated and they just wanted free money. They did refund my money but not after a fight. I’m glad they did the refund. I really didn’t want to have to contact my fleet of attorneys and the BBB and the DOT

Very unsatisfied! I called i was stuck on side of road needed a jump. GHRN - CHRIS DEMARSH* was the one who arrived to help. I stated the vehicle online when I put my info in. When he showed up with a little jump.pack he hooked up right away. Im in a diesel that little jump pack isn't gonna work. He refused to use his vehicle to jump mine. Charged me $90 with no help. Will never use this place again or refer them to anyone. So $90 when I could of used my own little tiny jump box.
They were most helpful and would reference them to anyone. Just wish they were a little cheaper then it would make it more possible to tip drivers if they allow that. But you pay for what you get and I got professional quick smart help. Highly recommend.
This place towed my son’s car from the UofL campus by accident with no reimbursement. The driver failed to check to see if he had the right car before loading it on the tow truck.

Called, got no answer, but then got a text asking for my coordinates. I put in the coordinates, and then I got another text asking for a review. Never talked to a person, never got a tow, and now They want a review? It’s a shame I can’t give them zero stars. I’m in a precarious place, and this is the best that I can get from this company? I will pass on these jokers, because they obviously are not interested in taking care of the customer or making money.

Keys locked in truck due to easy distraction of kids. However called few places prior but seemingly Rescue Rangers have never failed me on many occasions. Here we are again. Literally within 30 min from dispatch to driver being here and got me squared away super nice guy Stefan (Lees Lane) late night call as well which why had no luck from the other ppl. Danny P rescued us from the freeway at night when our tire went flat. He was very caring, polite, friendly, professional and efficient. I have only good to say about him. My concern/question is that I asked for a tow, not a tire change, when I called AAA and when I spoke to the Rescue Ranger dispatcher. Danny said he was there to change the tire. After some discussion, we unloaded my fully packed car onto the side of the freeway, located the spare, changed the tire, repacked the car, traveled to the nearest service station for air (the tow truck did not have air), couldn’t get their pump to work, and then got towed to my home….like I’d requested in the first place! I was grateful to be home safely but wish I’d been towed from the start.
Danny P was awesome! He came to our rescue when I hit a curb and busted the oil pan in my car. We have curved drive way and he backed the car in with the tow truck with no problem whatsoever. He's a great guy, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. We couldn't have asked for anyone better in our need.
Was helped today by Stephan K with AAA Rewcue Rangers. I stopped at a gas station on Bardstown road to tip off the air in my tired. Was not informed that the air line had been cut, so the air gun deflated my tire. Roadside assistance told me that my wait time would be over an hour, but Stephan showed up in ten minutes and aired up all of my tires. I couldn’t be more grateful for the assistance. Stephan was happy to help and wasted no time. Good looking out, Rangers.

Beware. I would not do business with this company. They run what equates to booting scams. Response to below: Sir, there is a difference between doing what is legal and doing what is right/ethical. 1) The businesses that you claim you are working for were all closed. None of them open. Not one. So your comment below about parking being available for their customers is not accurate. 2) the signage that is posted in the area says “parking for these addresses” but there is no way to know which address goes with which business unless you park and go up to the door of each business to check the address. The business names are not listed on your signage. I can only assume that’s intentional on your part so that it’s not obvious and makes it more difficult on those trying to park. 3) I parked to get ice cream takeout from greaters for my kids and was only in greaters for 5 to 8 minutes max. In that time you already had my vehicle hooked up. None of the businesses that you claim to serve were open so they could not have called you. I have to assume that means you were sitting in your truck hidden and waiting for someone to park there. Furthermore, you didn’t “tow” my car as stated below. You simply hooked up to my vehicle and forced me to pay you $100 to unhook it. You can make easy money while waiting for legitimate help calls and then go hide and wait for the next person to make an honest mistake. Your actions may be legal but they are predatory and therefore not ethical in my opinion. Not even close. I believe that this practice is a scam and you just don’t like being called out for it. So I stand by my original post. In my opinion, I think you should be wary of doing business with companies who use unethical practices and I don’t agree with how your company handled itself.
Definitely recommend! My car broke down and I was stranded in a parking lot. Everyone I called said 2-4 hour wait with high tow costs. I reached out to Leo’s and spoke with Brian, he was able to offer a 15 minute pickup at an affordable cost. Give them a call if you need a tow!
UPDATE: 8/2023 I am a repeat customer of Leos Towing and they proved again why they are the best tow Company in Louisville. I was stranded on 64, Brian came to my vehicle early am and saved the day Again! Great Service, Great price, professional and timely. Because of the excellent service Leos Towing provided I was able enjoy my Labor day weekend without missing a beat!! Thank you 09/22 - I was in a pickle! (As most people are when they call a Tow Company lol) Leo's Towing made it quick and easy. I called answered a few questions, gave my vehicles location, confirmed where it was going, they provided me the price and once I confirmed within an hour I was getting a message that they had my vehicle and was headed to drop off location. I was even able to make my payment over the phone! Despite my flat tire my experience was made easier because I used Leo's Towing!! I've used Anthony's several times, never waited more than an hour for the driver to show up. The drivers are always courteous and treat my vehicles like their own. You can't beat their price. I highly recommend them.
Saved our Fourth of July trip, the dispatch lady’s voice was like an angel, so nice and courteous Driver’s name was Austin 5/5 conversation with him. I hope I never break down again but if I do, I need Anthony’s towing to be close by. AAA had us waiting for hours Anthony’s towing was there is less than 30 minutes.

Talked to an actual person whi was quick and courteous and helpful. Got an immediate call from the driver, who arrived earlier than he said. Payment was easy and i couldn't be more pleased with their work. Nobody wants to have car trouble, but if it happens, call these folks first.
My trailer got stuck in a ditch while turning, so I called US Towing and Recovery for help. Over the phone, they told me it would cost $250 per hour, with a minimum of one hour. I clearly explained that it was a semi-truck with a trailer, not a small vehicle. They arrived with a light-duty tow truck, completely unfit for the job. When I called back to let them know, the dispatcher admitted they needed to send a heavy-duty truck and said the rate would be $450 per hour. I agreed and asked them to send it as soon as possible, since my truck and trailer were blocking the entire street. They promised to come, but never showed up. I waited over 3–4 hours, made more than 20 phone calls, and received no response. This kind of unprofessional behavior is unacceptable in emergency situations. Leaving a commercial vehicle stranded for hours without communication shows a complete lack of responsibility and reliability. I would strongly advise others to avoid using this company if you need dependable heavy-duty towing service.
Unfortunately my car put me in a situation where I needed their services. Response was quick and the driver was great. Took great care of my vehicle and was aware of the special considerations required given the type of vehicle it is. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this company. Two thumbs up. 👍👍

My car needed a tow after tonight. The owner saw me stranded on the side of the highway and pulled over to make sure I was okay. He then proceeded to sit behind me so he could protect me and my vehicle for the next 30 minutes. After another 2 hrs of my provider ignoring me and refusing me service I gave him a call and he responded. He was there to tow me in 20 mins and was very considerate and professional. Very grateful and super blessed he helped me not once but twice. Thank you so much.

Towing service was set up through my insurance. I received an estimated time frame for arrival via text. Jason and Zack called to verify location and gave me an eta, which was spot on for the minimum time given for arrival, which was a pleasant surprise! I was in need of an emergency tow and literally just googled "tow companies near me". Louisville Roadside and Towing was the option I landed on and I can't say enough about how grateful I am. The tow truck driver that showed up wasn't just incredibly friendly, he was also knowledgeable of cars and the repair companies close to where we were. He was able to help me diagnose my problem before we ever pulled into the shop. He also did what he could to keep the towing fee to a minimum for me. For what I got, I feel great about the price I paid. And I would recommend this towing company to anyone in the Louisville, KY area who is in need of that service. Great customer service!! Paul was great, unfortunately my insurance dispatched him too early and he waited around for 45 minutes and then still was unable to tow my car due to it being blocked in. They were kind enough to send another driver back out after 5:30 to retrieve it. Bobby was super informative on the situation with my car and they got it to the dealership. Crooks.. 1st Said tow to shop from just about 3 miles was 55 bucks charged 155. Asked shop for an estimate to fix alternator. We already knew what the problem was.. Had to call 3 times to get that... then got charged 135 bucks for a diagnostic that WAS NOT approved. We knew what the issue was. Had to pay for the diagnostic to get the vehicle back from the shop.. terrible service lack of communication i had to give 1 star to give review.. so really no stars for this terrible awful shop.. don't use them.. BAD EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY AROUND

Reliable company with a great service
Fast service and super professional
My trailer became stuck in a ditch while making a turn, and I contacted Emanuel Towing for assistance. The company was approximately 15 minutes away from the location. During the initial phone conversation, the owner quoted $5,000, but after discussion, we mutually agreed on a total of $1,500 for the service. Prior to their arrival, I provided the owner with a video clearly showing the condition and position of the trailer, ensuring full transparency about the situation. Upon arrival, however, the owner suddenly claimed that the job was “more than expected” and demanded an additional $200, raising the total to $1,700. He further stated that if I did not agree to pay the increased amount immediately, he would impound my truck and trailer, which would result in even higher charges. Given the circumstances and the threat of impoundment, I felt I had no reasonable choice but to comply and pay the $1,700 on the spot. The entire towing process took approximately 20–30 minutes to complete. I found the owner’s conduct to be dishonest, coercive, and unprofessional. The sudden price increase and threats of impoundment are unacceptable business practices and may constitute predatory towing behavior

Backed his truck up and got my car up there on the first shot and when he dropped my car off he got it placed down perfectly . Took 4 hours to get to me. Asked me to share my location to 3 different phone number. Drug my truck a 1/4 mile down the hillside before finally wenching me out. But.....they did get me out.

Brandon was terrific! My keys were locked in my car and he came prepared and got my car unlocked in a minute flat. After my car was up on the truck I rode with him to our destination and he was very kind. He showed me where I could find the spare tire in my car and what all the tools that came with it were used for. Fast, affordable, and excellent service. 5 stars for Brandon
I just wanted to say these guys are amazing from the dispatcher that went above and beyond to make sure i wasn't waiting forever on 4th of July night to the supervisor that came out and towed my jeep. I was expecting a much larger price tag and a MUCH longer wait time. You guys are great! As someone who worked in the business for years, people like you make peoples bad days better!
Jordan Woods was great! Contacted him to have a vehicle towed that was on my property and he was there same day to tow it. We had stickered it and he was there as soon the deadline was up to tow it. Very professional and prompt!

Had a flat tire while driving on Gene Snyder, one of their service men came out to change to my spare. He over tightened the bolt which resulted in a $200 bill for me at the Ken Towery to fix. When I called Express, their manager SAM was extremely rude to me and blamed the fault on the tire store that did the repair. AAA uses Express as one of their response companies unfortunately.
I appreciate how he corrected all the incompetent work done by several other macanic shops. Thank you for doing job correctly and nicely.

I’m not a review type of girl, but when I tell that Sam did his thing he did his thing !!! He was super efficient and was able to get the spare out of the trunk (issue the other emergency roadside couldn’t do) and on with no issue. He made it clear he doesn’t leave his customers stranded and make sure they are good ! Way to go !

Pinky’s Towing provided prompt and affordable service when I needed my car towed. They were able to give me price over the phone and have driver out to me within 20 minutes. Once Wayne arrived he went above and beyond to ensure the process went as smoothly as possible and even helped me out with talking to the people to release my car for me. He was professional and caring and made the whole experience a lot less stressful by finding humor in life’s unfortunate circumstances. Thanks Pinky’s!!!
My vehicle got impounded because I parked in the wrong spot and the vehicle was not in my name yet. Robert K. Single-handedly saved my day. I found myself stranded about a mile and a half from a charging station in my Tesla and not only were the prices fair but he got to me in a heartbeat. He got the car charging and let me charge my phone while I was waiting. Because I’m not smart enough to dress for the weather he left me a set of handwarmers as he left. Couldn’t have been a nicer guy. I hope I don’t need them soon but I know I’d call again in a heartbeat if I do!!!
We have had to use several towing services over the years. The operator, Zack Hall was by far the best we have ever seen. He was courteous, professional,friendly and truly concerned with our safety. We are from out of town and he gave us a ride to our hotel.

Very reckless tow truck company, , wouldn't trust them to tow a ten speed. I saw 1 of their trucks on the highway and it just pulled into incoming traffic, which was me and mines in an 18 wheeler with loaded trailer. You can't just move over or stop on a dime. Really sloppy driving👎😡. I hope the semi tractor u were driving got to it's location in one piece.. 👎👎👎

Needed a tow and worked with JET (through AAA) to address my flat tire. The service was quick and the tow truck driver, Amanda, was courteous and helpful. My vehicle was safely towed in less than an hour and my issues were promptly taken care of.
Update: They apologized sbout explained the situation in a reply to my review. I vaule that and will continue to be a customer. Thank you. I've updated my review to 4 stars from one. We've always used Mosbys for everything, we have a AAA membership to cover the cost. But today, they failed us for the first time in the 2 years we've used them! We were told it would be a 60 minute wait and right after 60 minutes they changed it to 85 minute wait. We are VERY disappointed that the next time I need AAA, I'm going to request another company be sent out. When I'm told 60 minutes from the start, I expect help within 60 minutes.
We blew a tire in our RV on I-71 in Campbellsburg, KY. We reached out to the North East location and the "boss" (sorry I didn't catch his name) was super friendly and helpful and knew exactly where we were. Josh showed up just 30 minutes later in his heavy duty tow truck and got us hooked up. Josh was friendly, easily approachable, and understood the importance of our home. He took the ride to the tire shop nice and slow and was extremely careful. Their pricing was fair, straight forward and I would highly recommend them.
Brad showed up and was extremely helpful, very friendly and did an awesome job! Definitely going to use Mosbys next time I need a tow, keep up the good work!!
Perfect nothing bad to say. unfortunately had to use them twice in two weeks Jason was perfect the first time. Philip was just as good the second time. Good job I will use them again.

This tow service does not transport stranded motorists! The driver left the motorist on the dark busy highway in 95 degree weather. They don't notify you beforehand of their entire service, or lack thereof. Not to mention the driver insinuated the motorist needed to hurry before "they both got killed"!

I slid off of the road the other week because of the ice and this towing service helped tow me out of the ditch and there was no damage to my car. No other towing service would come out so I was so relieved!! Trust me, this service is excellent.
