My son's truck needed a tow later at night after a small accident. Other companies were saying they couldn't get to us for hours, Brent's was there within 30 minutes. Great service and driver was extremely polite, would definitely use again
Shout out to this young man! He really helped me out in a pinch, and went the extra distance to get my car down my driveway! Thanks again bub! Very good price too.
Great experience. Quickest response, friendliest service, and the best pricing out of four other places that I called. Saved his number and will call again if ever in need.
This was the best service in a stressful and frustrating time. I really appreciate him for not only coming to help me but making sure I was straight as far as getting my tire fixed fantastic service keep up the great work
Fast service and took good care of the car. Friendly and would call when needed again.

Great experience! They arrived 30 minutes after we called and gave us updates on timing as they were on their way. Super professional and polite. Definitely priced well, I would recommend to all!
Danno was excellent. Was very prompt to get the run started and he was exactly on schedule. Very professional and confident in his job. My vehicle was loaded, secured, and moving down the road in a few minutes time. By far the best towing experience I've ever had. I look forward to future business with them.
I called at 2 am and was answered right away.. it only took them 20 minutes to get to me and the price was more than reasonable with the exception of the snow and ice and the time I needed the tow! Real cool tow driver. I would highly recommend Danny.. thank you for your help in my time of need. God bless! Don’t forget to tip your driver!!
Danno and his crew are honest and dependable people. I needed a tow for an old car.that doesn't run anymore and to put it in a small garage. They displayed superior problem-solving skills and got things done in short order. I highly recommend these guys.
We got into an accident while moving and needed our enclosed trailer put on a rollback and towed about 100 miles. We called so many companies and no one was able or willing to tow a trailer of that size or to tow at night. We found Danno’s and they were friendly and responsive and willing to do the job for a reasonable price. We must have called close to 10 companies. The area where we live has some difficult roads and the driveway is a hill and they didn’t have a problem. We were very impressed with how well they unloaded and they consulted us to make sure they put it exactly where we wanted. They were quick and profesional. They even went above and beyond to tell us about a company that sold the replacement part our trailer needed. As we are new to the area we appreciated that a lot. They did what so many other companies weren’t willing or able to do and I would use them again if the need ever arose.

Today I called Advantage Towing because I was at the airport and my electric wheelchair lift blew a fuse and wouldn't lift up my cousins 418lb electric chair. They were on the way to help me and I some how managed to get it cranked up so I didn't need their services. BUT, they were so friendly and when I got home, I had a missed call followed by text from them to make sure I made it home safely. That's an A #1 customer service company if I have ever seen one. As a business owner myself in the tax and accounting world I appreciate businesses that take pride and care. So if you are ever in the Louisville area and need assistance. Give this company a call! Thank you Advantage Towing! Mary Ann Stevens 🫶♥️

My car needed a tow and Anthony provided exceptional service. He was quick to arrive, very kind and helpful. Friendly service like this made a huge difference to my experience. Thank you Anthony & AAA!
We used Riddles through AAA while stranded on the highway with a baby and 2 dogs. As soon as I got off the phone with AAA, Anthony was already calling me to tell me his eta! He got to us super fast, he was professional and incredibly kind! We had never had a car towed, so Anthony explained the whole process and was so helpful! 10/10 would call them for any towing needs in the future!
Anthony was amazing! He showed up in record time using AAA and got us home safe. He was gentle with the car, communicated before he arrived and throughout the trip and was kind. We had our dog with us and they became quick friends. Would 10/10 recommend using their service.
I have a car that has been giving me all kinds of difficulty this year, and Riddle’s Towing has helped me out each time and I am so grateful for them! Anthony specifically has been the one to come out the three times I’ve needed roadside help in the last year, and he’s amazing! He communicates very well with regular updates about when he’s going to arrive, he’s prompt, friendly and gets the job done! Highly recommend Riddle’s Towing the next time you need roadside assistance!
Anthony is the BEST tow truck driver ever!! He showed up fast, got my car loaded up, and took it straight to the closest shop. What really blew me away was that he stayed with me to make sure the shop could actually take care of my car before he left. Super friendly, professional, and just an all-around good guy. He turned a stressful situation into such an easy one — can’t thank him enough!!

My car overheated randomly while I was on the way to an appointment, and I was a total wreck about it. Crystal came to the rescue quickly and was absolutely wonderful the whole time. I couldn't recommend her enough for her great service.
Don't call ANYONE ELSE! Best Tow Company in Bullitt County! Immediate response, effective communication and dependable service. They run this company with the utmost efficiency. Definitely recommend Finley's! Called in to schedule a pick up and drop off. Chris, who took my call, was prompted and very polite. Aaron was the driver that came. He was very polite and professional! Finley's is a great team! Thank you both!
I just called the company to tell my vehicle they told me it was gonna be hours. I called Finley‘s towing. They were there within 20 minutes, respectful and treated my vehicle like it was their own.
lowest price in town with the most honest people you’ll meet. the attention to detail alone is worth the cost of the tow itself. will definitely use them in the future & will always recommend them to others. super pleased with their services.
Thank you so much, Chris, for coming to our rescue last night! From one towing company to another, we truly appreciate you stepping in and saving the day after our blowout on the trip. If you ever find yourself in trouble out here in Eastern Carolina, don’t hesitate to give us a shout — we’d be happy to return the favor!
Where to even start with this amazing business, I don't even know. My husband, and myself were on our way out of town one Thursday night for his birthday celebration, when his truck completely lost power steering. We called Chris Finley, and without a split second of hesitation, he was on the way to save us! I will ALWAYS recommend them to ANYONE! Professional, down to earth, caring, & on time!!! I cannot thank Finley's Towing enough! - Morgan Giles

I had Matt tow my car and he was very knowledgeable and nice. His customer service was amazing!! It was a good price too. Thank you Kieth’s Towing!
These guys totally saved me. My truck was stuck in the mud in front of my house and then my son's truck got stuck trying to pull me out! They got there fast and were super friendly.
Keith is the best mechanic around, I was having issues with my Jeep and the dealership was creating problems and not solving them. Keith had my vehicle for 1 day and fixes the issue for a really fair price. You cannot go wrong with this company.

The driver from Merciful Towing was here quick. He was kind and took pictures all around my car before loading it and confirmed my phone number so he could send me a text message once he dropped it off. Would recommend this towing service and AAA 10/10.....
I cannot thank this business enough. I had been waiting for Five hours for a different towing company. After canceling I called Southeast Towing and the young lady on the phone was so very helpful. She dispatched a truck with an ETA of 45-60 mins. They arrived in 12 minutes. The driver was very friendly and super fast and safe while loading my car. I cannot recommend this business strongly enough. In a day and age where true customer service seems lost, this company flat nailed it. I cannot thank them enough for helping me during my predicament. Definitely have added them to the trip books in all my vehicles. Thanks Southeast you guys rock!!
Huge thanks to Will for making a not so easy job, feel easy. Professional and friendly. Best tow experience i’ve had by far!

Car had major electrical problems on my way to work. Called K O towing and got it towed back to my house for an incredibly affordable price. David was very helpful over the phone and made it easy to give him info by just texting him. And Brian the driver was very polite and showed great patience when he arrived at my house to drop of the car and my girlfriends car was in his way. And allowed to pay with card over the phone. They have a great team all around. If I ever need a tow I know to call K.O.
KO Towing made a bad situation seamless and stressless! The lady that answered our call was kind, friendly and extremely prompt on getting a tire truck out. Brian, the driver, was super friendly and respectful!! I can’t speak highly enough of this company. They other 4 I tried to call before getting KO wouldn’t answer their phone or let me on hold forever.
Now this is a company that's serious about customer service they got me out of a jam an very quickly SERVICE with a smile an 100% dependable took direction the extra mile thank you for all that were involved THANKS
My daughter was in KY for a vacation and her car broke down. We called our insurance for a tow the night before and had everything all set up. The insurance company called us at 6:30 the following morning to let us know they couldn’t find anyone to do the tow, that we would have to find someone, um no, we pay extra for towing. As expected I had to handle it myself. I called KO and spoke with Amber. What a sweetheart! She was able to have my daughters car picked up and the driver took my daughter to the repair shop along with the car. She assured me that my daughter would be taken care of. What a relief it was, we live in Michigan. There’s something to be said about southern hospitality! She was beyond helpful and made me feel a little more at ease. Although we do not live I Louisville, I would highly recommend KO Towing.
My husband got stuck on a hill in the snow storm. We called them to get his truck home and they were very professional and friendly. Got it home and delivered and all was good. Being new to Louisville didn't know who to call. Will definitely remember them and will use them again.

Great service. Very reasonable, very prompt and went the extra mile to not only tow my car quickly but to help me push it into a tight garage space behind my house. Will definitely use again.
Very friendly and great price!
Needing help towing my motorcycle and Johnny went above and beyond to help with it. Best price i found but on top of that was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He even looked over my bike and offered to add clutch fluid to remedy the issue. Thank you!
They responded to me very quickly with using the chat option, I mean literally within a matter of minutes. Gave me a quote and a ETA and was here exactly when he said he would be. He texted me the second he arrived, and was fast and friendly. Usually tow companies or roadside assistance is a pain to deal with along with hours of waiting, that was definitely not the case today. I highly recommend!
Johnny came and jumped our battery. Nice guy and very professional! A+++ service! Would highly recommend!!

Walter was amazing. Price was very competitive, half of other quotes. Very fast, very careful. Very friendly. I’ll use Lex Tow every time when needed! You will not be disappointed. Choose Lex Tow!
I had a tire blow out at about 10pm. It was a White 97 Ford Expedition. I wasn’t in a safe spot. They gave me the best price in town, at 60$. They got to my location fast and had the truck loaded up in minutes. When you see the flames on the hood, just know your in good hands. Thanks a lot to staff and everyone.
This was a very scary situation and Lex Towing took the fear out of it. Our truck broke down at the edge of a merge lane onto Circle 4. It was terrifying. He came and took care of it with great skill and calm. We are so grateful. Definitely recommend them if you find yourself in a similar situation.
VERY PROMPT! They understood being stranded on the interstate isn't safe. Offered to take me where I need to go because im from out of state. Great great ppl! I recccommend.

John was great through out a stressful time. Reasonably compared to competitors and made a sucky day suck just a little less.
great towing service i called them and they was fast and to price was good they went and got my car and took it to my home and i was very pleased on there service
I was in need of a tow and John came super quickly! My car was dead with a flat and in a very curvy driveway, but he managed to get it out easily. And bonus: there was an adorable chihuahua named Taco in the cab to make a cruddy Monday SO much better. Both John and Taco were very friendly and make a bad situation quite pleasant.
Thanks to Jon for helping today. I was driving on I 64 on my way to work when I heard a pop. Then my dashboard lit up and my tire was quickly deflating. I called Lilly Towing to take my car to Walmart so I could replace my tire. To my delight he said that he could fix it for me. I’m so thankful to him for his service and delivered it to me to work. Also he saved me 200 dollars in the process.
Fast affordable and professional!!! I highly recommend this towing company.

This is the best towing experience I have ever had. They arrived in under 15 minutes and were extremely helpful. I believe the drivers name was Tim and he was excellent. I will always use this tow company in the future. 5 star service.
It was almost 10pm on Friday 7/29 when our trailers tire blew and when I called AJ’s. My car insurance/roadside assistance doesn’t cover trailers. When I called, the guy that answered, said his partner would call me back since he was out of town. I got a call back almost immediately. Gave my location and said he’d be there within 20-25 minutes. I was worried about the distance he would have to take our trailer & mower- we were still an hour and 15/20 minutes from home. He said it wasn’t a problem. Hooked everything up and off he went. Once he got to our house, he sent me a picture of where he left the trailer and made sure I was satisfied with where it was. I am extremely satisfied with how my whole experience turned out- from start to finish.
Highly recommend AJ’s Towing Service. After waiting for a tow from another service that kept pushing their arrival out, one call to AJ’s and we had a tow truck in front of us 20 minutes later! It was not an easy job but the driver made it happen. I appreciate the quick response and prompt arrival - as well as the drivers professional attitude. The price was very fair for the service provided. Will definitely call on AJ’s Towing Service for future needs!
They were professional, prompt and maintained communication throughout the whole process
My car was stuck in a shopping center parking lot not far from home but it was evening and I was a little nervous. Luckily AJ’s Towing was decent with communication. They texted the pick up time and contacted me when they were 15 minutes out. Two gentlemen arrived, polite, informative, friendly and reassuring. They were absolutely Great!!

I truly wish I could give a million stars. This is by far the best people and company I've EVER encountered, from Dispatch to Owner and all inbetween! I was traveling from Colorado going to Kentucky for a work assignment. I was driving with a packed vehicle including my prized possessions, my boys. My boys are 15 year old Duke and 7 year old Bowie both 100 pd + long haired, German Shepard, and Shepard mix, and just had serviced, my 2020 Chevy Suburban. My car engine blew Friday around 1300 CST while on the road, about 5 hours outside of KY in Warrenton, MO. I was stranded by my vehicle for four hours (luckily in a safe spot). Left my vehicle at 1700 and rode in the back of a pick up truck w/ my dogs to a cheesy urine smelling Super 8 in a scorching heat advisory. Called EVERYWHERE, and couldn't find a rental, not even the airport that could accommodate me and my boys. This is now Friday after 5pm all garages were closed for the weekend, and I start the new job 0700 Monday morning. I spent the next 5 hours trying to figure out the situation once I got to the Pee Pee hotel. After another 5 hours of endless phone calls and trying to come up with a game plan, I ended up contacting 502 Towing and Recovery in Kentucky at 2100 pm. After some figuring out how to do it, Logan and Tommy and the owner, and his team of Wonderful ladies, special shout out to Kim and her pups, (have a feeling their dog loving ways helped my situation!) they came up with a game plan. The plan was to place the owners personal vehicle on their flatbed tow truck and the two guys Logan and Tommy, after working the entire day, came and got me in Warrenton IMMEDIATELY arriving at 0430am. They had that SUV prepared for my boys with the back seats down and the air-conditioner blowing! I offered for them to sleep a little before heading back and they declined, we immediately left and hit the road. I arrived at my rental property, they unloaded my vehicle by 1130 Saturday morning, only 13 hours later than I had planned. I feel that they went above and beyond and was extremely fair in pricing given the situation, and for that I will be forever grateful. It was an amazing deal!! They said they would also give me priority when I called them back to take the vehicle to the dealership, which Logan provided me with so much information and his suggestions for someone who has never been to his state, was AMAZING, not to mention they felt like my BFFs by the end. I am heartsick that this happened to my 2020 vehicle, but I recognize where my blessings are during this whole ordeal. My biggest blessing, being guided to 502 Towing and Recovery!! Would highly, highly recommend and have even told my Agency about them since all of their employee travel to job locations. They are so much more than I can describe, you can't go wrong here, promise!!
BEST TOWING COMPANY IN LOUISVILLE Hands down the absolute best towing company, they are super helpful and compassionate. Will definitely sympathize with you over your situation and help you with your problems. Jacob was the first employee we interacted with and definitely made the best first impression we've ever seen, bonus he was super cute. He was very knowledgeable as well. Definitely will reach out again if we need towing but fingers crossed we won't anytime soon!
Zack was an angel and very respectful. After calling 10 different tow companies he finally was there to help me. I was really shaken up after a bad car accident and couldn’t get anyone to help me. Tony’s Tow company was very rude and even hung up on me. THANK YOU ZACK!!!! Will definitely refer you to all of Louisville
Very unsatisfied! I called i was stuck on side of road needed a jump. GHRN - CHRIS DEMARSH* was the one who arrived to help. I stated the vehicle online when I put my info in. When he showed up with a little jump.pack he hooked up right away. Im in a diesel that little jump pack isn't gonna work. He refused to use his vehicle to jump mine. Charged me $90 with no help. Will never use this place again or refer them to anyone. So $90 when I could of used my own little tiny jump box.
Real nice folks, super helpful. Car was towed by LMPD, they do pay in 4 so I was able to get it out the next day. They pay the bill at the lot and let you pay it back, which is real cool of them. Thanks bros

Andre came to jump my car this morning and I have not received such GREAT SERVICE in a very long time!! Not only did he fix the issue, he was a wealth of information and I appreciated that so much. THANKS Andre!
Prompt & friendly from start to finish. I have an F350 diesel and, while visiting Louisville, one of my batteries went bad. There are 2 batteries in my truck. Driver was able to boost my good one and jump the bad one. It took a couple of tries. He kept at it until he got me started so I wouldn't have to get an Uber to the store for a new battery. I was very happy with their service from start to finish... if this review was helpful, please click the like button.
MIKE was amazing. I called for a tow but Mike was able to hear my problem and solve it over the phone. Not only that, but he offered to to call LMPD to cover me since it was dark out, and stayed on the line until he knew I was safe and fixed. Super friendly guy, turned a complete shit day and night into an enjoyable rest of the night just by being friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Mike.
I Had front and back passenger side tires blown i needed car towed and the spare tire pur on. When the driver shows up he was extremely rude refuse to put my spare tire on. Said he needed my key to put car in neutral and refused to hand me keys back during the tow to house in which he drove 92 mph on 264 highway. When he dropped the car off at my house he refused to put car in front house instead put car front of driveway blocking it. Aggressively drove away almost hitting my neighbors car who was on their porch at the time. The driver acted and drove like they were drugs. Never again will I use rescue rangers for anything. Very unsafe drivers work there. No regards to safety at all.
I had an awesome experience, I got a flat tire while doing a doordash delivery. I used the app to set up my tow which was quick and easy, the dispatcher called and told me everything I needed to know and with in 10 minutes of me getting off the phone with me Danny called and let me know how long it would be for him to get to me, upon arrival he explained how my car would be towed and once he got it on the truck he pointed out that I had another issue on top of the flat. All in all Danny is an awesome driver and really respects his customers. Thank You Danny for the awesome service!!

I called five different towing companies and Leo's Towing was the only company that took care of me, let alone acted like they cared. Even on a busy day, they made sure I was taken care of, gave me a time on when they would be there and stuck to their word. Price was very fair for a battery boost. Quick, friendly service. Note to self: Don't leave your keys in the ignition for 12 hours and drain your battery, but if you do, call Leo's.
Lowe's towing service is great. I was on the side of the road for about 5 hours and no one could help. I appreciate Leo's towing for helping me out. Thank you so much great service and keep up the good work.
UPDATE: 8/2023 I am a repeat customer of Leos Towing and they proved again why they are the best tow Company in Louisville. I was stranded on 64, Brian came to my vehicle early am and saved the day Again! Great Service, Great price, professional and timely. Because of the excellent service Leos Towing provided I was able enjoy my Labor day weekend without missing a beat!! Thank you 09/22 - I was in a pickle! (As most people are when they call a Tow Company lol) Leo's Towing made it quick and easy. I called answered a few questions, gave my vehicles location, confirmed where it was going, they provided me the price and once I confirmed within an hour I was getting a message that they had my vehicle and was headed to drop off location. I was even able to make my payment over the phone! Despite my flat tire my experience was made easier because I used Leo's Towing!! Great on Service, great on Price GREAT on time so all around I will stick with Leo's Towing & Recovery! Thank you again!
Damian was absolutely an angel! He saved my daughter and I tonight. He was very professional and well mannered! Will definitely keep this company in mind if ever need rescued again. Other companies need to get some experience from these hard workers!
My insurance (Allstate) wouldn’t reimburse my tow bc they said the receipt looked fictitious (it was an emailed receipt from Leo’s) The only way to acquire my reimbursement, the owner (I believe it’s the owner) had to take time out of his day to speak to my Allstate claims agent and get specific information like time and mileage addresses etc. Ultimately I got my reimbursement all to this good business man and great customer service. I will be calling if I ever need another tow. Thank you Leo’s Towing!

They rescued my car from I-65 today after a blown tire. Price was fair especially for a 20 mile trip. The driver, Mike was very personable and went out of his way to make sure my lowered car was towed safely. Thank you!!!
Saved our Fourth of July trip, the dispatch lady’s voice was like an angel, so nice and courteous Driver’s name was Austin 5/5 conversation with him. I hope I never break down again but if I do, I need Anthony’s towing to be close by. AAA had us waiting for hours Anthony’s towing was there is less than 30 minutes.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I hit Anthony’s with a big job of hauling 5 cars a good ways away and very little time to get it done in horrible weather on top of that and every single person I talked to/dealt with was SO friendly and helpful with every single thing and my 100 questions I had! I will highly recommend them to anyone needing any towing service!
It was a bad day for me but they made it easy to tow my car and at an affordable price. They charge 75 dollars for a pick up and 3 dollars per mile..I was hesitant at first but the woman on the phone was so sweet to me and the man who towed my car was super nice and friendly. They were honestly the only towing company that would answer their phones so I'm glad i could choose them. They actually got my car towed with in the hour and got my car ready to leave within 5 minutes. I was impressed. Choose these people if you want you car towed at a reasonable price with nice people.
This company is after your car regardless of the circumstances. They are crooks. My vehicle had been cited by my family’s apartment manager to be moved. However, it needed slight adjustments to air struts to make vehicle safely drivable. Tow truck arrived and I was present to move vehicle if need be, all wheels where still on the ground. However tow driver refused to remove the cables so that I could move my vehicle to avoid tow. This tells me that my vehicle was stolen by this company due to the fact that this company violated my rights as the owner of the vehicle and severely damaged my vehicle in the process of being wrongfully towed. The towing company manager laughed on the phone as I told him the driver damaged my vehicle and claimed I was lying. The silver Mercedes is mine, see for yourself. If I could give them no stars I would, but I can’t.

I recommend Hittle's Wreckers Service for your towing needs very professional and quick towing big thank you to driver John.
I work for a company who finds its drivers needing a tow more often than not…especially on rainy or snowy days. I myself have had to use Hittles services on 2 occasions. I must say both times, their drivers were very attentive and knowledgeable. They tried a couple of different troubleshooting methods before outright getting the wench. It’s something to watch! On top of being really good at what they do, the staff I’ve encountered were super friendly! Dalton, I really appreciated your assistance the other night! Couldn’t have asked for better help/rescue if I tried! Thank you Dalton! Thank you Hittles for being there for me, it’s greatly appreciated 💪🏼💪🏼
Dalton came out to my work when I got a flat tire on my lunch break! He was super fast and very helpful! I was able to get back on the road! Thank you Dalton! And thank you Hittle’s Wrecker service!
Thank you John for getting my car to a garage last night after I ran over an item on 65 last night. Very professional and friendly. It is so dangerous on the side of the interstate but he made sure I was safe before he started to hook up the vehicle. Thanks again

So thankful for Wayne. He took great care of us last night. Arrived quickly and got us and our vehicle out of there quickly as well. Highly recommend.
Mike was an excellent Tow truck Driver and operator, extremely professional and helpful. My vehicle was handled with care and caution, and I couldn't be happier!
Mike saved my husband’s truck today after I got it stuck in a deep ditch. He did a great job, showed up quick, spoke to me with respect, and took the time to explain and give me options on how to move forward. We have found our go to tow truck company from now on.
So thankful for Wayne’s help when my car died. He was earlier than the anticipated arrival and was very knowledgeable and helpful! Wayne went above and beyond to get the job done!
This guys deserves less than one star. My car mechanic is next door. I went to pick up the keys from the mechanic so they could tow my car to another mechanic shop. After I pick my keys, they hooked my car in front of their office and asked for $75 to unhook it. I asked them how why u guys tow my car when I came here for business, and I need you guys to pull my other vehicle. They said they don’t care. These two guys are racist, because I have an accent. Please don’t deal with this business if you need good service. Here are the proofs and photos

Danny Pantoja came to me rescue on 8/26/24 my suv was hanging inches away from flipping. He went to extreme measures to ensure that it didn't flip when towing it out of ditch. Not only did he help with this he called to check if i was okay. This system only lets me give five stars but i would honestly say 10 out 10 highly recommend and will only call suruban towing to use again. Thank you from bottom of my heart. For service and his care the was priceless!! If you ever need a tow call them and ask for Danny P!
I made a call to help with retrieving my son’s wrecked motorcycle out of the LMPD impound lot. I was transferred to a Real Gentleman named Scott. I informed him of what I needed and within 45 minutes a truck was dispatched and I was on my way home with my son’s motorcycle. Scott thank you and your wonderful crew for your services God Bless all of you And be safe out here!
I caught a flat on my way to work this morning, driver #68 saved my day. He was very nice.
Tony was amazing! He got my truck out of a very difficult spot, it’s obvious that he is skilled at his occupation. I had a great experience from the phone call to drop off.
Called them at 7:57 pm. Person who answered said hello? When I asked if I had contacted the towing service, he seemed a little unsure but answered “yes.” Then he proceeded to tell me that they were closed and would open in the morning. Well, then update your hours on Google because obviously you are not open 24 hours! Thanks for wasting my time!

I was surprised to find out the owner of the company was driving the tow truck himself so late at night in the cold. Super nice guy! Gave me a ride as well and he took care of everything. He made everything stress free! This is the only company I recommend for towing and repairing your vehicle. Fixed my truck and made it look just like new!

Wayne was a great funny guy and understanding and got to my location very quickly and hopefully I don’t ever have to do business with them again for mine and my cars sake but I definitely recommend pinky’s towing
Wayne was very helpful and professional. He called and confirmed and said I'm coming for you and them words made my whole day so much better knowing someone was coming to help me in the time of need. I am grateful and so happy with this Tow service.
Needed a tow at 10:30pm on a holiday weekend. Taylor at dispatch and Wayne handling the truck both came to the rescue. Wayne went above and beyond getting myself, my wife, and my truck safely home.
10/10 they kept us updated on when our tow would arrive and Wayne was so nice! I’d use them again any time, thank you Taylor and Wayne!
Edit:: this is not a fake review. I wasn't happy with your service or the person you reccomend me to. Your over priced and get over on people.

This place is a true joke. Believe me everybody they treat their employees like their customers. The owners Mike and Tabitha Winchester are a true life bonny and Clyde. Please stay as far away as possible.
Robert was incredibly helpful getting to me within 15 minutes of calling while I was broke down in traffic. They were also able to help determine what the issue was with my car. Would definitely use them again!
They've had my truck for two months. Every time I call to find out what's up they say the mechanic isn't in but he'll call me right back. I don't get called back. A month ago I was told it needs a fuel pump. I called today and they haven't even ordered the part. I cannot understand why the lack of progress or communication. It's very frustrating.
Mike was awesome in responding quickly and helping to get my daughter’s hybrid vehicle towed from downtown Lexington to our home in Lawrenceburg. Would definitely recommend A-1 Winchester’s Towing and Repair if you are in need!
Crooks.. 1st Said tow to shop from just about 3 miles was 55 bucks charged 155. Asked shop for an estimate to fix alternator. We already knew what the problem was.. Had to call 3 times to get that... then got charged 135 bucks for a diagnostic that WAS NOT approved. We knew what the issue was. Had to pay for the diagnostic to get the vehicle back from the shop.. terrible service lack of communication i had to give 1 star to give review.. so really no stars for this terrible awful shop.. don't use them.. BAD EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY AROUND

Fast service and super professional
Professional people to work with.
My trailer became stuck in a ditch while making a turn, and I contacted Emanuel Towing for assistance. The company was approximately 15 minutes away from the location. During the initial phone conversation, the owner quoted $5,000, but after discussion, we mutually agreed on a total of $1,500 for the service. Prior to their arrival, I provided the owner with a video clearly showing the condition and position of the trailer, ensuring full transparency about the situation. Upon arrival, however, the owner suddenly claimed that the job was “more than expected” and demanded an additional $200, raising the total to $1,700. He further stated that if I did not agree to pay the increased amount immediately, he would impound my truck and trailer, which would result in even higher charges. Given the circumstances and the threat of impoundment, I felt I had no reasonable choice but to comply and pay the $1,700 on the spot. The entire towing process took approximately 20–30 minutes to complete. I found the owner’s conduct to be dishonest, coercive, and unprofessional. The sudden price increase and threats of impoundment are unacceptable business practices and may constitute predatory towing behavior
Atienden rápido y buen precio

Awesome towing service! Super polite and prompt with pick-up. Am from out of town, so I asked Tim if he knew a good mechanic and turns out he's an excellent mechanic! My dog and I were out of the shop with plenty of time to hit the Bourbon trail. Cheers to these guys and their awesome business!
Brian was awesome. It was -2 outside when i broke down, and he showed up much quicker than originally quoted. Great company, will use again.
From the moment I spoke with the customer service rep, to the point of Mr. Bias getting my vehicle onto the bed of his tow truck and driving with him to the car care center, the whole experience was handled with care, consideration, expertise, respect and professionalism. Mr. Bias is very skilled at what he does and takes ownership of his work with great dignity. And the young lady who took my call this morning, she was calm, considerate and treated me like she would want to be treated for such a matter. She handled a very stressful time with much compassion and pleasantness. All in all, I would highly recommend All American Towing to everyone I Know and don't know. Excellent experience.
Jamie was dispatched to tow my car due to a flat tire after Hope with Rescue Rangers failed to attempt to change my tire. Jamie had no trouble changing my tire. He was very personable and professional. I will recommend All American Towing to my friends and family.
They were professional, prompt, and maintained us informed throughout the whole process.

My car broke down so my insurance called Lazo. Dealing with insurance is a pain and I needing to change the location and Lazo was amazing! They literally showed up so fast and towed even though we weren't back with the keys yet! This company helped me tremendously and I will recommend them to EVERYONE!
Lazo Towing has help me out many times with towing needs. Great drivers and the Owner called to follow up to make sure everything went as planned. I called them one time at 3 am my son was getting off work and the battery was dead on his car. They came right replaced his battery. Awesome Company. I would use them and recommend to anyone.
Would do 0 stars. But they did pick it up. Had to use this ridiculous company to tow my vehicle through AAA. They show up and canceled my call within 5 min. Didn’t give me a chance to get out of my building to meet them. Then had to use them one more time. Although I didn’t want to but AAA. Both times they didn’t know how to get my car out of park. I had to show them. Supposed to show up around 11am. And didn’t show until 3pm. Called AAA and filed a complaint.
DO NOT USE LAZO! (Alert!!!They have suddenly added a bunch of fake reviews to drown out mine ) I don't think they're insured. An employee dropped a car into our garage today when their equipment failed and the owner refuses to take our call. The owner told the poor hourly worker it's his problem to clean up. Absolutely terrible horrible company. Avoid at all costs! ** UPDATE to their sketchiness: Maria from LAZO said she is "not at liberty" to share their insurance information, once again indicating likely that LAZO IS NOT INSURED. I will be contacting the Kentucky Department of Insurance. Maria had the gall to offer us $110, supposedly to cover the full repair. Nevermind the reputable estimates we've gotten for $2-3k. RUN RUN away from these unscrupulous clowns!!
I was stuck at an intersection and Lazo got me out of there in 20 minutes from our first call. He did a great job and took good care of my car.

Sean at Robert’s Towing went above and beyond to help my son when his truck broke down late at night around 11:00 PM. He towed the truck safely to our shop (GorillaShine Detailing Co.) and, by coincidence, turned out to already be one of our customers. He placed the truck perfectly in our lot and even dropped the keys in our drop box without us having to ask. Very professional, courteous, and dependable service—we couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. Highly recommend Sean and Robert’s Towing! Chris / GorillaShine ~
Robert’s is very responsive and helpful! They always get back to us in a timely manner, and offer solutions to any issues that may arise. Jordan is very friendly as well! Overall a great company to work with. Highly recommend!
Avery drove me to the repair shop. He went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and safe, as well as my vehicle. Avery was very helpful to having a swift drop off. He is a great employee to have at Roberts!
I called Roberts after my suv just stopped unexpectedly. The customer service was professional and service was amazing. My wait time was less than 15 minutes. He transported my vehicle to the shop, filled out the paperwork and dropped the information in the dropbox along with my keys. He then called me and assured me that my car was secured at the location that I asked. While having your vehicle stop unexpectedly is stressful, Robert's made it less stressful with their service.
Everyone is awesome except for the man working the customer drop off to the yard to pick up things from car. I got into the car and he started speaking in Spanish and I said I didn't speak it. He said "Wow - you look 100% Mexican". I was stunned and had to educate him that not all tanned people are Mexicans. He was a different race than me. He was indigenous Mexican (Mayans and Aztecs) and I didn't look anything like him. I'm partially Jewish and Italian but not Mexican or if ingenious at all. He was spewing nonsense the entire time about Mexican Cartls had a more expensive car than I had (Range Rover here) and I was literally in shock about all the things he was saying. Mind you, There were real Hispanic people that were getting rides after me and I hope he wasn't as mean and vulgar as he was when I was in the car with him. I don't know what his problem was. I'm not a Hispanic and don't speak Spanish, it should have ended there. No one cares who he thinks looks Mexican - that's his own opinion. He was about as trashy and vulgar as you can possibly get. Robert's Towing - be very careful. You are running a great business otherwise. Don't let the rotten fruit bring down your business. My wife and I are utterly in shock. Your employee driving the car to the yard was as bad as we have ever seen in our entire lives.

Danny was an amazing guy. Right after I called for service, he was there in less than 15 minutes. Great sense of humor. Told me what could be wrong with my car and it was exactly what he said, the battery. I would recommend him to anyone, cause his customer service is awesome. Great guy!!!
I’m not a review type of girl, but when I tell that Sam did his thing he did his thing !!! He was super efficient and was able to get the spare out of the trunk (issue the other emergency roadside couldn’t do) and on with no issue. He made it clear he doesn’t leave his customers stranded and make sure they are good ! Way to go !
Bryce went above and mind helping my elderly parents with their wrecked car. He had a great attitude and stayed with the car till it was towed. So thankful for him.
Had to have my truck towed. Angie showed up in less than 1hour. She is the most experienced tow driver I have ever seen. Professional, polite, and courteous. Would have her come and get me every time. If you have to have roadside service, Express Towing 24 is the only one to call. And request Angie, you won't be disappointed.
Needed a tow and AAA gave me a three hour window. Next thing I know, I get a call from Danny P. of Express Towing 24, who gives me an estimated time of 15 minutes. Danny got there fast, got my car up quick and even dropped me off at my doorstep. Incredible service, extremely professional and on-time. Big thanks to Danny and Express Towing 24!

car was outside my sisters for 15 mins & they towed my car for not parking in visitors. NO VISTORS SIGN NOTICEABLE. $165 to get it 2 hrs after they picked up
Wayne was my driver to help get my vehicle set up for transporting across the country. He did an incredible job and helped ensure we got it onto the trailer safely without any damage!
I’ve had car trouble three times this month, and each time Wayne came to my rescue right away. He didn’t just tow my car—he showed real care and concern. It’s rare to find someone in this line of work who genuinely cares about their clients, but Wayne goes above and beyond. If you’re ever in need of a reliable and kind tow guy, Wayne is your guy. Highly recommend!
Sorry excuse of a company towed my car (not even my car) as I was visiting my parents apartment at midnight for ONE. HOUR. and currently about to sleep in front of the tow lot at 1am with my dog since I can’t retrieve the car until the thing gets signed off and notarized at 1 am in the morning. Don’t ever plan on having VISITORS at The Rye Apartments in Louisville they WILL get towed.

Nathan got there quickly and got my car open right away. Excellent service and Nathan was awesome! I would suggest this company to anyone.
do not use their service they will do too much extra charges, in addition to that workers of this towing company are too rude
Very professional service! I didn't have to worry about my car being damaged by the tow. I've used Roberts before and they always do a great job.
I was stranded between Hazard and Whitesburg KY and Robert came and picked me up, and drove me all the way to Lexington. Super nice guy, not a dull moment the whole ride! Shared a lot of laughs too. Robert's Towing definitely cares about taking care of your vehicle and making sure your shared trip is comfortable and fun.
Very fast and professional Jarrod Mitchell

They will be my first call from now on. Great service and very reasonable pricing. Daniel from Frankfort was very nice and packed with years of experience.
Excellent service driver paid close attention to detail
I blew a steer on the side of 64EB in Mt Sterling during extreme winter weather conditions 1/19/24. I called Candido's and Paul grabbed my information and said he'd have someone out in 90 minutes. Imagine my surprise at how quick Nate, the driver, showed up after my call. He was moving faster than I've ever seen a tow and recovery technician move especially when you take into account the slick pavement due to snow accumulation. He had me back in Georgetown, with friendly conversation during the trip, and dropped at Fleet Services for my tire replacements in what seemed like no time . If I ever need a tow in the area again I'm definitely reaching out to Candido's.
Looking Professional and Cool!
I called Candido's and Brian Harney called me back and gave me a set time of when he could meet me to tow my semi and trailer from Winchester to Lexington. He was on time, professional and knew what he was doing with a decent price! Couldn't have asked for better service!

This past Sunday we were in need of a tow to move a truck that has been parked for several years. After calling Mosbys the most knowledgeable person came to help. He was courteous and showed a genuine appreciation for the vehicle ( protecting the back window) that belonged to my father in law. Not only did he take great care of the truck, he took pride in what he does. He was very professional and took care of the job as though it was his own business.
My son and I had to call for a tow truck today because our car broke down on the way back from a trip home. When he googled for a tow truck Mosbys was the first one he saw so he called them. We were 40 miles from home stranded in the heat with his 4 year old daughter, my granddaughter and no family to call for help… then along came Jason Hardin. We’ve never met a nicer more accommodating person, and in these days and times those are few and far between. Thank you so much Jason for going above and beyond to help us (and at a decent price I must say!) l wish there were more people like him in the world, it would be a much nicer place. So again, thank you and we highly recommend Mosbys! (and if you get a chance request Jason!) 😊
Perfect nothing bad to say. unfortunately had to use them twice in two weeks Jason was perfect the first time. Philip was just as good the second time. Good job I will use them again.
Terrible people. Charged 95 dollars to try to jump my car was told it was the starter and that it wasn’t gonna start. Asked for a tow was gonna be charged an additional 95 plus 4 per mile. After they were already there. Kicker is they have to pass my house to get back to the shop.
This company was sent by AAA to do a jump start. Decided to have them replace the battery instead in my daughter's car since she was in Louisville and had to get home to Texas. First time she stopped for gas the car wouldn't start. Had her open the hood and found out the negative cable wasn't even on the battery terminal. So she had to attach it and properly tighten the terminal clamp. She finally gets home and I look at it and the battery hold down bar isn't attached and nothing is securing the battery. Don't know if the j-bolt broke when he was changing the battery or what, but this is terrible that he didn't properly do the job. Would never recommend and I think that AAA should drop this company. In the image you you will see the cable off and it looks like the j-bolt is missing on the backside of the battery. This is from when she stopped for gas. By the time she got home, the crossbar was off and laying in the engine bay.

Dakota was awesome, changed my tire in a flash
I slid off of the road the other week because of the ice and this towing service helped tow me out of the ditch and there was no damage to my car. No other towing service would come out so I was so relieved!! Trust me, this service is excellent.
I don’t know the owners name, but he answered the phone @3am when I was stranded out in the cold. He was polite & courteous & his wife is ok too!! A+++++ service will call again.
Got my 94 K1500 delivered quick fast and in a hurry with great respect.
This tow service does not transport stranded motorists! The driver left the motorist on the dark busy highway in 95 degree weather. They don't notify you beforehand of their entire service, or lack thereof. Not to mention the driver insinuated the motorist needed to hurry before "they both got killed"!

Great price. Towed my semi with trailer within 2 hrs of calling. Professional driver knew what he was doing.
Overpriced and rude. Won't give you a breakdown of a price.
Best service I ever had in my life definitely worth every bit of it.
Took my brothers car it cost $380 to get back Everyone has a job to do
Phenomenal service. I just wish everyone else was as transparent, fair, and prompt as these guys are. I also wish everyone was as polite and cool as Randy is, thanks a lot Randy! If you're in the area and need towing, there's literally no reason to call anyone else but Candido's. Decent, straightforward folk, by all means.
