Kenny is the man when it comes to bailing you out of a bad situation! My bike had a rear strut blow out and I was left stranded. Did a quick search and saw Kenny's Towing and Unlock listed as being able to tow motorcycles. Gave him a call, and my bike was on the flatbed in no time. Price was way affordable, and the man even gave me some info on where to source new parts for cheap before he hauled it home! If your ride gets stranded in Council Bluffs, call Kenny to get it picked up!

On the worst day possible. My transmission went out on I-80. I walked to the gas station and made a call to Rivers edge towing. Jacob showed up in less than 30 minutes. He made sure I made it home safely. He was professional and went above and beyond his duties as a tow truck driver. I highly recommend him and this company. They have earned my business forever, thank you again.

David saved the day in the Walmart parking lot. He got our car unlocked in record time! Very kind and helpful guy.
Bobby from Central Iowa Towing responded within minutes of my call, assessed the situation, and was able to jump start my car. I was able to drive to get a new battery without having to tow the car into the shop. That saved me $30 off what would have been a $105 tow charge! This place illegally removed my vehicle from my property. I will be seeking a lawsuit. It’s doesn’t matter I talk to the property and they said that you guys did not put a sticker on my vehicle. Nice way to try to recover yourself. She said that going forward you guys are not allowed to go on the property and remove people‘s vehicles without a sticker which never was on my car. You guys are not the police it’s not your job to enforce state law however I do pay for my vehicle to be on that property and it is not in our lease agreement. Also, we went with crow tow. We never got any updates that they switched to Central towing so keep up the lies.
Called these guys last minute to move 9 scissor lifts. Was a little nervous at first. The guys showed up knew exactly what they were doing got them all transported no issues. Couldn't have been happier with the work. Will definitely continue using them. Great job guys!

Car got towed after my accident. Glad it is totaled... the raccoons got in my car and made potty all over the car and helped themselves to my babies snacks... Can't tell if it was the raccoons or someone else, however 200$ cash is missing from under my driver's side floor mat. The sick thing is they clip into the car... you have to actually pop them up to search.... Way better than Crow Tow though... At least they left me some change. Insult to injury I guess.

When my car died on a hot day, I found C&A from the many positive Google reviews. I have to agree - Chris was very helpful and efficient with the tow. Beyond that, he offered to get me water (a kind woman whose house I broke down in front of already gave me some while I waited, but it was a generous offer) and made sure I had a safe ride home - even driving me a short distance to a Culver's when my ride was meeting me so I wouldn't have to walk from the dealership after we dropped off my car. I hope I never need a tow service again, but I now have C & A's number saved in my phone in case I do!
I'm so glad I found these guys ! We had been calling multiple places but everyone said it would be a couple days before they could squeeze us in for a tow which was so weird to me! I read C&A's reviews and knew this was the place for us ! My husband called and dispatch said he would send his driver back out he would be there in about 30 minutes because he had to go back to the shop to get truck when the driver showed up he was very friendly, nice and very professional! I wish I would have caught his name but to enlighten the situation I had some fun ! The driver backed our car out of the spot and drove it right up on the flatbed as he was going up I said weee and started laughing I didn't think he heard me but he must have because he smiled I was just trying to make light of having to get a tow to avoid crying we will definitely use c&a again and I will recommend them to everyone thank you so much y'all are amazing!
Nice guys to work with, polite but also strait to the point when setting up the tow with a very fair price. Response time was very quick, Chris (the driver) was very friendly and hooked up fast and showed genuine care and concern not to damage the vehicle. Gary was amazing. He came in and was very professional but understood that it wasn't just a car he was towing. It was our livelihood. He joked and made us feel 10x better over a bad situation. He was the best! Highly recommend Perry's towing and make sure you ask for Gary!
Mt daughters vehicle wouldn't start after getting gas in the worst gas station parking lot. Todd was the tow guy for Perry's who was assigned to pick up her car. He had to deal with inconsiderate people at the gas station while trying to get her cat because it was still at the gas pump. As well as my daughter making things more difficult by locking the key she left for them in the car. Smh. I live in Texas and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get her car picked up and taken to the shop. He communicated with me EVERY step of the way and got her taken care of within an hour. When you need a tow ask specifically for Todd if you want an awesome worry-free experience. I'm extremely grateful!!!

Service was very good! I had a vehicle breakdown and needed it towed 16 miles away from where it broke down. Tina did well at getting my vehicle to its destination point safely, and it was very reasonablely priced! I would recommend this business to others in a bind and needing assistance.

Very fast lock-out service. Got carry out from Panera and was barely able to eat my sandwich before they arrived. Once on-site, it took 4 minutes to unlock my pickup. Highly recommend.
Our car broke down unexpectedly while we were on the other side of town. He was able to arrive within an hour, which was great because we had the baby with us. P&M are professional, fast, affordable and kind. I would recommend using their services and would call them again!

I went with Riggs because another towing business who couldn't do it recommended them AND because of all the great reviews! I was stuck in a pretty bad spot. Other tow companies said no due to the area being muddy, o put a post on Facebook asking for help and Alex was able to get me unstuck in just 10 mins, that's counting him hooking up and winching me out. Yes I was being dumb and didn't think it thru till it was too late but Alex was very very helpful, kind, and very good at his job. I give this company 5 stars because they came out and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Thank you Alex for helping me I really appreciate the expertise and in minimum time 💯

The gentleman from Hooker Towing was my hero. I was at Donutland and managed to lock myself out of my car with the keys and my phone in it. When the gentleman stopped at Donutland for donuts I asked him if he was a provider for my roadside assistance plan. He was not but unlocked my car and refused payment. Highly recommend

Had a Porsche picked up in Cedar Rapids and dropped off in iowa city. I requested a roll off truck and within minutes they were there and getting it loaded up the right way. Great service at a good price.

I had another company bail on me when my family car broke down. So upon the recommendation of my community- I called Rick’s towing. A very nice woman answered and was so friendly and helpful. She even offered a tow within an hour, and I had to push back due to work schedules. However, before noon- my car was back home and secured. I had originally planned to walk to where it was located about two miles down the road, and she immediately said, we can pick up the keys, assess the charge and then take payment. Without a hitch, Rick’s towing did what others claim they can do and don’t. I for one, am extremely grateful for the professionalism of this outfit. Ryan, the driver came with a “GREAT” attitude and friendly demeanor. It was a comfortable and pleasant experience. Love supporting small businesses -and I am more than thrilled to say, this is a top notch business. Highly recommended. This is definitely a A++ business! Thanks guys for helping my family. I was pulled over in Urbandale and unfortunately arrested, and the officer said he was going to leave my truck at the Git N Go where we were, with the key in it, so my ex wife could come get it. It was after midnight on Saturday when my trip to Polk County Bed and Breakfast began. My ex wife went to get the truck within 30 minutes and it was gone. I bonded out before daylight, called Crowtow and Roys and G&S, nobody had it, couldn't get ahold of Urbandale PD until I finally found the dispatch number, they called me back and said that Rick's had it. I called Rick's and they had it, said he total was $181.00. I went to get it the next day after work, and Rick's stayed open a few minutes after closing cuz I called and said I was on the way. That was nice. The total, however, had increased to $329.00. In explanation the girl was trying to say that after the first 24 hrs it was based on calender days, and she counted Saturday as a full day's charge, and said the price per day changes every day, and added an administrative fee that is the same as the daily charge of $49.00. I feel like there was some attempted fast talk in the pricing...EVERY day is based on a calender day, the price per day is constant, that's why they call it "per day". People in the position of getting their car out of impound are already struggling, uf not their car would be legit, then they get took at the impound yard. But it is what it is. As for Rick's, there was no damage to my truck, I had some cash plainly visible on the center console, and it was untouched, they towed another car out of the way of my truck, stayed late, and were very accommodating.
When my son's air ride went out I Googled the nearest tow company and called Rick's for my 1st time ever. I was impressed with how quickly a straight-forward quote was and how smoothly everything went. I was advised my driver would arrive in 1 - 2 hours and about an hour and a half later the driver called as promised and showed up with a positive attitude and I knew I could trust my vehicle would he handled with the appropriate care. I had my vehicle towed to a shop 35 miles aways by choice and given the distance, the cost was fair and the entire process was top notch. IF I ever need a tow again, I will be calling Ricks!

Your semi driver just passed me speeding on 100 street. This is a very dangerous situation especially with a company vehicle and a semi hauling a load. You probably ought to have a driver meeting. Accidents can cause injuries or death. Update that's why we have the internet to let companies know about bad experiences with employees without having to call and wait on hold. Apparently you seen this fast enough.

UPDATE 03/11/2025: After getting in touch with management at MAD J Repair & Towing, Inc. and upon reviewing the invoice, it was discovered that the invoice was erroneously prepared and tendered for payment. Management was super quick about revising the invoice, and sincerely apologetic over it being issued that way in the first place. The invoice was promptly corrected, and the refund issued. Mistakes can happen, and I certainly do not hold that against any company. Honesty and integrity is rare in the towing business, and their willingness to make it right earned them the extra 4 stars. They've gone from the DNU list to a preferred vendor. Thank you MAD J Repair & Towing, Inc. for the services provided. Would definitely use again. [ORIGINAL REVIEW 03/05/2025] I can't say they did not do their job, but they are exceptionally predatory in their pricing. The unit in the picture was winched out about 50 feet, off flat, frozen ground, unhooked, and the driver was able to drive away. There was nothing special about the tow. Driver was simply stuck in the snow in median after avoiding the the rest of the carnage on the road caused by blizzard conditions. The charge, $3,847.38 USD. Unfortunately for us, this tow was called in by Iowa State Police, and we did not have the opportunity to select our own tow company. Competitive quotes for the same tow were less than $800.00 USD. Our insurance captive (ARU) has added them to the Do Not Use list. I absolutely would not recommend this company if you have a choice.
We were towed to MAD J.after a very scary accident on 35 with our small RV. We were so thankful for the kindness of your tow driver He showed great concern for our comfort and welfare. He allowed us to stay with our RV so we could take care of our dogs. We also needed to find medications etc in the interior jumble of our camper. Alert ‼️ 🚨 staye away rip off Sent trailer for air bag change after confirming they have time and parts Understandable there multiple type of air bags Truck check in 10:30am They fixed and billed by 1pm Till charge 4.5 hrs labor Total charge was $1515 for 2 air bags After little argument they took 100 and no credit cards fee Still bill was 1400 If I have choose petro cross highway their bill would be lot less. After argue manger said they charge by book doesn’t matter even it get fixed in less time, when they started didn’t gave no estimate didn’t mentioned they don’t have parts took advantage of trailer in their shop. This repair in their shop not on road not after in regular business hours. I don’t know how they have 4.5 reviews that’s what I fall into 😂 those reviews seem fake.
I run a medium sized fleet for Sysco. I had heard Mad J was a good reliable and viable option for towing. The winter of 23/24 was bad for us. I tried Mad J, they came thru in our time of need over and over again. I then found out they have an excellent shop. They do work for us when we have too much and can't get it done. They have helped us out in more ways than I can mention. Mad J is my go to for towing and road call repairs. This is a great company, they will have your back, even when you don't.

I called Capital City because I needed 6 semi's towed from my business. They were able to get all of them off the lot in a little less than 3 hours. Yes that's right, 3 hours!!! Katie from the office called me while this was going on and offered to put tow signs at all 3 of my entrances and had them up that day. They also offered to come by after business hours to make sure that no one is parked on my lot. I can't say enough good things. Seriously. I would recommend them any time for quick and easy service. 0/10 does not recommend. I needed a tow today and arranged it through my insurance’s roadside assistance. I have a 4x4 that won’t turn over (ignition/starter/plug issue one of these. Currently waiting for the tow to get it fixed.) These details were noted in the tow request. The guys at Iowa First Call took the job immediately. I called to verify that they have a flat bed as there is only one that services my area. The guy on the phone insulted me, told me that ‘it would be fine’ every time I tried to verify the use of a flat bed, while confirming that they would use a normal tow truck to tow my 4x4. When I pressed him that a flat bed is important and if he doesn’t have one, that I needed a different provider, he told me that ‘most people know how insurance works.’ Knowing how roadside assistance works and them using a flat bed to tow a 4x4 are two things that have nothing to do with one another. He hung up on me for noting so. He was more interested in trying to bully me into accepting his services than to make sure the tow was done correctly. I was trying to save us all time and headaches by calling to verify instead of his company wasting his time to only be sent away. Which is exactly what happened the last time this vehicle needed a tow. Called my insurance and had the tow changed. Waiting for an actual flat bed now. Pro-tip: Many women, as well as men, are mechanically inclined and have a working knowledge of the vehicles they own. Treating people like they are stupid and know nothing about their own car because they are female says a lot about the person answering the phone. If they cared about the business they are doing and were capable of doing the tow they would have taken the time to tell me that they have the proper equipment to create a makeshift flat bed by using the wheel cups, I forget the name, which act as wheels during towing so that you don’t destroy your drive train. But none of that happened. He just tried to treat me like I’m too stupid to understand the towing needs of my 4x4. Edit; Reply to owner: Your lack of personal responsibility is on par with your lack of attention to detail. I noted that there was one incident when a company without a flat bed tow truck showed up to tow my 4x4. One. You are attempting to paint this as this happening many, many times. Second, you did nothing but speak over me and tell me ‘other people know how insurance work’. When I asked you to listen to my words, you hung up on me. As stated above. Third, if you had a flat bed to tow my Jeep, then you should have said so. Not told me “it’ll be fine” every time I tried to confirm if you had a flat bed. You talking over me about ‘most people know how insurance work’ has nothing to do with me asking you if you have a flat bed. I also asked you if you had dollies when we were on the phone. Again, instead of confirming you had proper equipment you just said, “it’ll be fine,” over and over. Take some personal responsibility for your own actions and stop blaming everyone else. Final note: Agero isn’t insurance, it is the third-party provider which sets up roadside assistance directly with the towing companies. For those reading this who are not aware.
Even though there was a long wait they were very polite and once the driver got there he hooked it up and took off in 2 minutes. Very nice people

I just got my van and trailer today, and trying to back it up, I got stuck, I mean stuck stuck in my neighbor’s yard 🤦🏾♂️. I called @Elite Express Towing and man them boys made my day. They were affordable, fast, patient, and cool. I was like I don’t want to be stuck again, but if someone get stuck, definitely hit them up!
Called them and their price for a two block tow was too high and then they gave excuses that their trucks gel up due to the heating up process. Got my car home by myself in below freezing temperatures. Bottom line if your a tow company your issues with your engines shouldn't be my problem in an emergency and I shouldn't have to pay for that. I wouldn't even put one star on this rating but I had to in order for this to post. For the record, this place sucks and deserves no stars....

This place is AMAZING! Our daughter’s car broke down in Omaha (we live in Kansas City) and we weren’t getting very good responses from other companies after she had waited 2 hours for one to show up. She left her car, so I looked up Council Bluffs companies and found Arrow. The dispatcher was so kind and proficient, then the driver Daryl let me know as soon as he had our daughter’s car and was able to deliver it safely to her grandma’s house. My mom said he was super friendly and I am very grateful. They were professional, polite, and extremely reasonable especially for late at night on Halloween and doing business long distance. If we ever need tow service in the Omaha, Council Bluffs area again, we will not hesitate to call Arrow!!!

When my car wouldn't start early in the morning, the towing service came to my aid. Fast response, courteous service, and the driver was really good at loading my car carefully. For sure, it's reliable for emergencies on the road.
The driver that towed the car was very patient and professional, and he or she explained the process fully. They came on schedule and made sure my car was locked up safely. I highly suggest.
The towing firm was really quick to respond and got there faster than I thought they would. The guy was nice and took care of my automobile. I liked how easy everything was, especially since breakdowns can be so stressful.
I called this towing business while I was stuck on the interstate. They came immediately with the necessary tools and helped me move my car to a safe place. Trustworthy, kind, and quick.

Scheduled a tow. They told me to meet them in 30 minutes. Got there in 20, saw I wasn’t there and then jus left. I called to see what the deal was and they told me to bad he was already there.

Super inexperienced, took over 8 hours for a simple tow. Spent more time trying to fix my truck to get my wheel on then they did towing it. Wouldn’t have got the job done if me and my employees didn’t help the 3 of them. Good news my truck made it to its destination. I’m not happy with how long it took or the price it cost. Very disappointed in my 1100 dollar tow bill
Just saved me and my 2011 Camry from being high and dry and in the middle of a Beaverdale snow dune in -6 degree weather. Super nice and a good price. Course that is in the eye of the beholder but even with a tip pretty damn reasonable considering he had to dig a bit just to wench it.

Excellent service. Had a dead battery following deep freeze spell. Right after holiday. Came within one hour and safely maneuvered my truck to a repair location without any problem. Offered me a ride back home. Will keep his business card in my wallet to rely upon again, if necessary.

Absolutely great , locked keys in my 2020 truck and called them , guy said " I'm not the one who does this but I'll give it a try , after a couple tries he had to take another look cause windows are tinted 5% so I said can I try one and I got it really quick from. Watching him try , but regardless he said I'm not gonna charge you . I said thanks and I had to give him 40$ just because he came out and I would not have got it without him showing up and on top of that he was only gonna chargee 45$ for it , that's really good considering the other prices I got were all over 90$! You guys are awesome

Darrah’s towed a car that hit my car from the scene without calling the police or notifying me as the owner of the car. This aided the individual in the hit and run that caused severe damage to my vehicle. We had to locate the car that hit mine and back track with the police to find out Darrah’s had towed the vehicle from the scene. Their tow truck drivers should know and understand that accidents are in fact crime scenes and the police should be called!! This was not done aiding in a drunk driver getting away with drunk driving and a hit and run. Very shady at best and definitely not aiding in public safety!! This drunk driver could and still can kill someone and this company is aiding people like this to continue to offend !! Also noted and stated by the police that Darrah’s was not cooperative with their investigation !!

If there was a way to give zero stars I would. They told me it would be 2 hrs and when I called them at the 3 hr mark I was told they had no idea when the truck would arrive. The operator on the phone suggested I just leave the keys in the car and they would be along eventually to pick it up. REALLY?!? Worst service ever!! Update! The driver (Daniel?) arrived about 45 mins after I last talked to the operator (about 3.5 hrs total) and was so FANTASTIC that I upped my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. If he had been the only person I talked to, it would have been an easy 5-star rating.
This place is a total rip off. If you get in an accident and you don’t make a lot of money. Don’t let the police send your vehicle here. 250 ish for the tow, 60 dollar fee for something to do with police calling it in, taxes, 20 dollars a day after impound. They will put your car on auction if you don’t grab it in time. They gave me 21 days to get it. This type of business should not be legal. The amount of money they make off this scheme is incomprehensible. Shame on this company and the people that own it. Also you have to have car insurance if you wanna go look at your vehicle. You can’t look at it unless you are paying to take it off the lot. ITS MY CAR, this place is a joke. Police must get commission off of sending your cars here bc I didn’t have the option of doing my own tow service.

Spoke with a very nice professional receptionist who was extremely helpful. As well as the individual who towed my vehicle forgot his name, but I was in a tough spot unable to get my keys to vehicle, he was able to work around that no problem and towed my vehicle to the correct destination... would highly recommend this company.
i called my insurance company for roadside assistance. they referred me to Protow. Their tow operator did so much damage in the 3 1/2 hours he had my vehicle. i arrived home (where my vehicle was towed to find my vehicle half on a flat bed and the rear of my vehicle on the ground. i called the office at protow and told them what was happening, including the the message i got saying my Services were complete , as i am looking at this man struggle to “complete” my service. the office sent someone out to my house . i surveyed the damage to my vehicle (best i could in the dark) and asked for a refund of the tow and asked how these damages were to be taken care of . after calling the business again , i was treated like i had done something wrong. repeatedly told people lie and try to say the tow caused damages that were already there… not one apology or action to rectify this situation. that was over a week agai. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TOW your vehicle , they do not back up there business and treat customers like garbage. off to court we will go. in the meantime i’m stuck with a severely damaged vehicle and worries i didn’t have before i let this company tow my vehicle home.
My car was towed from it's location without my permission or knowledge or warning. When zi tried to get it back, the wanted $1000. I didn't even have a chance to get it towed to a garage to get fixed.
Great service. Easy to work with. Quoted 75 minute wait time and called to say on their way 15 minutes later. Flat hourly rate. {Same rate a competitor gave me for only 30 minutes of service!} Quite easy to deal with. Highly recommend!

absolutely shady company will quote u different prices . Get quoted $150 and some how the next morning when we are ready to hire the price jumped to $300 during the day not during late hours where that would make sense . Take your business to someone who doesn’t take advantage and play games with their customers.
No issues, needed them this morning, Mike was there within about thirty minutes, very professional, got my car loaded up and delivered to the repair center and then was able to drop me off at my home.
Our van blew a tire on the highway and I called Mid Iowa Towing as they were the closest to where we had been. I am so glad I called them. They got our van home exactly in the time estimated and the price was lower than expected. Absolutely recommend them for your towing needs! They made a very stressful situation a lot easier on us and I appreciate that so much.
They are very rude, purposely would not release my car so they would be able to charge me for three extra days....not even though I had my only child, my son, who recently passed away at 27 unexpectedly, we had his graveside service the following day, they wouldnt even let me get any of my property out of it. I had to borrow a vehicle.to get to the service, unbelievable!!!! Made an appointment (due to COVID19) and then they didnt show up on time, had me waiting 45 minutes and then called the police because my friend told him $363 was outrageous for a 5 mile tow. Lied to police and said my friend pushed him. Just very unpleasant and unprofessional. This was a plain case of price gouging, in my opinion. Wish them the best but would never use them.
Our son's car was towed and impounded with mid-Iowa Towing. I have never experienced such an unprofessional and unscrupulous business in my life. First they wanted $1,600 to get the car out of impound. And the nightmare got worse from there. I would not recommend them to anyone for anything!

Very bad service! We tried to pay with three different cards, and all of them had money on them, but they said none went through. We waited for almost 40 minutes, and the guy was rude and unprofessional. He told us to just “call another company” — no good customer service at all! If you’re in a hurry or want fast and reliable service, do NOT call Crow Tow. Worst attitude, no professionalism, and no respect for customers. Never again!
Completely belligerent and hostile front desk worker over being unfamiliar with how tow lots work. I had taken two steps towards the lot to see if my car was in fact actually towed here and that I had the correct place, when the woman at the front desk comes out screaming the rules at me. I simply asked her a question and she claims I started yelling, then slams the door in my face. I attempted to deescalate several times in the office, but this individual had too much pride and wrongful conviction to deescalate with me and instead continues being incredibly disrespectful towards a paying (obligatory) customer. I would highly recommend getting a friendlier or even just a not outright nasty individual to greet customers in a healthy and positive manner, rather than immediately being suspicious and hostile towards two young individuals that clearly aren’t trying to get away with anything and simply are unfamiliar with tow lots. Seems to be the manager’s wife. Look out if she’s working.
My mother was in a car accident. When I arrived the cops had already called crow tow. I was worried about the car getting trapped in thier lot, as I am aware of crow tow's reputation. So, I called them and requested they bring the car to the house to avoid the hassle and all the extra fees. We were told the vehicle was already being moved, so I didn't have the option to use a different company. The only way they would take the car to the house, instead of thier lot, was if I met them and paid in person. They would not accept a phone payment, online payment or let me go to pay at their office. So, I left my mother at the ER and went to the house across town to meet them as that was the only option they would give me was to pay in person to avoid it ending up in their lot. So I waited at my mother's, far past the agreed upon time. After calling them they told me the tow truck broke down and the car was still across town. Finally, after I started getting way upset, then they let me pay over the phone and acted as if they were doing me a favor. So, then I was able to pick up my mother who was done and waiting at the ER. I had requested they push the car back in the driveway as far as possible and warned them the driveway was narrow at the back. The driveway is a double with plenty of room to adjust at the front. This is how we found the car left by crow tow. The driver door is completely blocked. The driver didn't care enough to try and straighten out. The driver just left the car crooked and not pushed back in the driveway, there is a whole car length it could go back --- if only they had tried to straighten out. We needed in the driver door to find my mother's glasses that came off in the accident, which was terribly difficult without access to the driver door. Also, they couldn't give me a straight price when asked. They just wanted the car at their lot which I was doing everything to avoid. Finally, once they agreed to let me pay by phone, as the car never showed up, they asked for my credit card number. At that point, I had to tell them I needed the price to give them my credit card. It was $145 which seems fairly reasonable. The hassle was not reasonable at all and I will continue to avoid this company when possible.
Very prompt response and extremely helpful, polite, efficient, and professional. Made such a meaningful difference in helping me deal with a very inconvenient and stressful situation after getting two flat tires due to debris on the interstate. Our car got towed from our friends apartment complex. My husband called asking how to get our car back, the owner answered and rudely told my husband that they close in 5 minutes and it would be $260 to pick it up in the morning. Then I called to see what we would need to pick up the car, the owner again rudely answered the phone stating that "he had already spoken to someone about the car" I was simply calling to make sure we had everything to pick up our car that was it. When we got there the next morning the guy at the counter greeted us and was super helpful and friendly and then we went outside to get our car and the guy took us right to our car and again was super friendly. Thank you for the friendly staff for making our experience a little bit better!
