Kenny cheerfully gave up time on his one day off, to replace my blown out tire. He made sure the spare had air. He was kind, so gracious, so helpful to an old lady who forgot her phone at home. The price was less than I expected. Usually towers charge well over $100. Thank you, Kenny!

I had my car towed by River's Edge and the service was amazing! The guy that helped me was Dayton and he was nothing but kind and helpful throughout the entire process! I could not recommend this company more!
I think this is the second time I've needed their services, and they knocked it outta the park both times! Jake helped me just today (11/11) getting my car jumped and dropped off at the mechanic - he even gave advice on what the issue might be with my battery that just keeps dying when I asked, plus insurance advice which I never would have thought about. The job was SO fast, I'm thoroughly impressed.
Was driving and got a flat tire, I was unable to change it myself so I called River’s Edge Towing. Thankfully, Connor came out and quickly changed it for me and was able to get me back on track for my day. He was friendly and helpful which I appreciated. Thank you Connor!!
We had called rivers edge to help relocate some of our equipment. Jake and Dayton showed up in a timely manner to help relocate our equipment, both were extremely professional. We will definitely use rivers edge for all of our towing needs.

Bobby was absolutely awesome. He was prompt after receiving the correct location of our vehicle and was pretty quick to get us off the interstate and back home.. Would definitely recommend. That said they were requested via our car insurance so I cannot speak for pricing but the inside of the tow truck was clean and had phone chargers just in case.
This place illegally removed my vehicle from my property. I will be seeking a lawsuit. It’s doesn’t matter I talk to the property and they said that you guys did not put a sticker on my vehicle. Nice way to try to recover yourself. She said that going forward you guys are not allowed to go on the property and remove people‘s vehicles without a sticker which never was on my car. You guys are not the police it’s not your job to enforce state law however I do pay for my vehicle to be on that property and it is not in our lease agreement. Also, we went with crow tow. We never got any updates that they switched to Central towing so keep up the lies.
Bobby was fast and professional delivering a customer's vehicle to Liberty Lockworks to have keys programmed. I always recommend Central Iowa Towing & Recovery for towing services or roadside assistance.
Bobby from Central Iowa Towing responded within minutes of my call, assessed the situation, and was able to jump start my car. I was able to drive to get a new battery without having to tow the car into the shop. That saved me $30 off what would have been a $105 tow charge! I would highly recommend this company and big thanks to Bobby for helping me out!

Mr. Brown the driver was very helpful, awesome guy. The manager/dispatcher, not the most intelligent guy I’ve ever encountered, and that’s an understatement, sent the wrong coordinates to his driver and then blamed me even after I sent him a literally picture of where I was
James was very polite on the phone, and easy to understand. Mike was prompt and competent, took care of me efficiently. I would recommend them.
This is the second time I’ve used G&S Towing in the past couple months. I called them again because the first time they were courteous, efficient, professional and careful and I appreciate that. I was not disappointed this time either. The driver was very helpful, even going beyond the call of duty to try and help me get into my car so I wouldn’t have to tow it. It didn’t work but I definitely appreciate the effort. He took his time with loading the vehicle so it was done carefully and he was polite and courteous when he spoke to me. G&S seems to hire the right drivers, because I’ve had less enjoyable experiences with other companies. This time I found out there was a tow service right around the corner from where my car was but it didn’t make a difference. I knew I was calling G&S from the minute the decision was made to tow it. They will be my go-to for the foreseeable future. I prefer to spend my money where the company does good work, their employees are the best and they stand by their work and that is exactly what G&S does.
Car got towed after my accident. Glad it is totaled... the raccoons got in my car and made potty all over the car and helped themselves to my babies snacks... Can't tell if it was the raccoons or someone else, however 200$ cash is missing from under my driver's side floor mat. The sick thing is they clip into the car... you have to actually pop them up to search.... Way better than Crow Tow though... At least they left me some change. Insult to injury I guess.

My daughter’s boyfriend’s vehicle broke down in our driveway with the ignition completely locked up. Chris was at our Mount Vernon, IA home within 6 minutes of our call to C & A towing. The vehicle was parked in a difficult position and Chris was very determined and helpful, doing research in the dark and working his magic to get the vehicle into neutral and swiftly on the back of the tow truck. He was able to save us some money in the process as well. 10/10 recommend C & A - prompt, polite , professional, and affordable towing… and Chris deserves a big fat raise for his efforts and excellent service.

They successfully towed my vehicle, hooray! They were busy, and told me up front approximately how long I'd have to wait. There was an additional delay, which I wasnt told about until I called wondering where my car was, but it wasnt the end of the world. Just glad my car safely made it to its destination.
Found the issue in a matter of minutes, fixed my car in a matter of hours. Even gave me a ride to work. Sweet, hard working, honest people.
The people at the Company were nice, but we were informed incorrectly at the car dealership. They told us to go through here, to have our car towed and so it cost 250.00!! We would have had it reimbursed by Corporate however the employee at dealership gave us incorrect information and since this is a 3rd party tow place, we were screwed. Then, we were told we might be able to save a little on the towing but that did not happen either.

Had a catastrophic failure with my car. And I was already stressed about what that is gona cost me to fix. I didn't even want to think about the price of the tow. My boyfriend and I were outside of Underwood and we had to call roadside assistance and we were lucky enough to get towed by Tibbz towing. They were easily able to find the problem and got us in and out in three hours and if it wasn’t for them we wouldn’t be on the road right now to Lincoln.
Service was very good! I had a vehicle breakdown and needed it towed 16 miles away from where it broke down. Tina did well at getting my vehicle to its destination point safely, and it was very reasonablely priced! I would recommend this business to others in a bind and needing assistance.
Did an amazing job pulling me out of the mud when nobody else would; I’d give 1000 stars if I could!

Dalton came by and was able to get my BMW towed efficiently. He used sponge ramps to angle the front end properly to clear the tow bed since it had slight lowering springs. He made sure I felt comfortable with the pickup and delivery process as I had mentioned to dispatch it was a sportscar with lower clearance. Very friendly guy, I recommend P&M for quick towing needs, fairly priced. Thanks Dalton!

Car broke down on a Sunday. Called and he answered right away. Best price for a weekend so I gave the vehicles location and car repair location. He was professional and friendly. I asked to be notified when the car was at the repair shop so I knew it reached its destination and was safe as the window was left open when the car died. I also asked if he could fill out the form and drop the key in the drop box. He grabbed the car and took to shop in less than an hour. He sent a text with the car repairs sign and the key drop so I knew he found it and also where he parked the car. Gave me peace of mind. Best tow service I have ever used!

They hire completely unsafe drivers. They treat I-80 like a nascar track traveling at excessive speeds. Then will proceed to tailgate you if you are in their way. Took 2 phone calls to his boss before anything was done about his erratic driving.

If I could give more then 5 stars I would. I'm actually shocked at the level of service I received. Came within the time promised. Driver was friendly, quick, professional. Rate was reasonable. Driver even left contact information at the repair shop so I received a call in the morning before I could contact the shop. Nice surprize! Thank you for making a unpleasant situation bearable. We use Champion Crane on average 3-4 times a month. Great service from scheduling until finished product. Very professional. They are always on time for us. Their equipment us always freshly washed. Best crane operators in the Des Moines area. Champion Crane allows us to be the best at what we do because they are the best at what they do. I wouldn't consider using anyone else.
I have worked with Champion Crane dozens of times and have never experienced an issue. They are quick to respond and are always on time. I will continue to use Champion for all my craning needs. Shout out to Joel Minion for his exceptional service, he does an amazing job.

Paying for a town company (alot of money) to get my car out of ditch (got stuck in snow last week) sucks, amd its never fun. So it would be easy to make a negative review...... BUT..... I must say they were very very professional and did the tow in a timely fasion. Price was about $200 to tow about 5 miles. I thought that seemed High, but checked a few other places, and there wasnt that much fifference. Their customer service was great, and will definitely use this company again.... but hopefully we will not need to use agaim
I was pulled over in Urbandale and unfortunately arrested, and the officer said he was going to leave my truck at the Git N Go where we were, with the key in it, so my ex wife could come get it. It was after midnight on Saturday when my trip to Polk County Bed and Breakfast began. My ex wife went to get the truck within 30 minutes and it was gone. I bonded out before daylight, called Crowtow and Roys and G&S, nobody had it, couldn't get ahold of Urbandale PD until I finally found the dispatch number, they called me back and said that Rick's had it. I called Rick's and they had it, said he total was $181.00. I went to get it the next day after work, and Rick's stayed open a few minutes after closing cuz I called and said I was on the way. That was nice. The total, however, had increased to $329.00. In explanation the girl was trying to say that after the first 24 hrs it was based on calender days, and she counted Saturday as a full day's charge, and said the price per day changes every day, and added an administrative fee that is the same as the daily charge of $49.00. I feel like there was some attempted fast talk in the pricing...EVERY day is based on a calender day, the price per day is constant, that's why they call it "per day". People in the position of getting their car out of impound are already struggling, uf not their car would be legit, then they get took at the impound yard. But it is what it is. As for Rick's, there was no damage to my truck, I had some cash plainly visible on the center console, and it was untouched, they towed another car out of the way of my truck, stayed late, and were very accommodating.
My Ford was damaged in the storm of 8.10, and Ricks was the tow company suggested my insurance carrier. Skylar came out to get my Ford, was on time, was pleasant and professional and super sweet. Based on that interaction alone, I will use them again and recommend them highly!
Man, So worst of all days for me and I'm a freaggin mechanic! Had my wife and I in our 2014 van and power went out. We got our son to pick us up (mind you it was snowing quite a bit). We call around and everyone was "too busy"...ALL EXCEPT Rick's Towing. Man their driver Austin Farr was incredibly awesome to talk to for sure. A great guy to have as an employee because you can see his dedication....plus he was at work. Most places had people call in and what not but he still got to it and likely has made a lot of people happy with both speedy service and overall great attitude. Beyond grateful for these guys taking a risk out there to get us all out of harms way....Thanks Ricks Towing!! VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!

Fantastic Service! They really took care of me when I was in an accident and my car was towed there. They reached out quickly and got me settled, and even held onto some of my belongings that were left in my car for me to pick up later!
Did Job they was asked to, but the way they try to squeeze money from you is ridiculous.... first I had attitude when I asked for written estimate I was told I'm gonna have to wait it till tomorrow, when I told we wait, we got estimate in next half hour with things we did not ask to repair....they took that of the estimate but during repairs start pushing us to do more repairs, talking about safety when repairs not needed to be done....pushy all the way through the visit, very aggressive business tactics... Guys just do the job you asked, don't be greedy.

Driver responded 30 minutes from disconnecting. Call from dispatch that triple. A would have taken 73 hours to respond to. For help. Ing someone within their first car accident. I really recommend this towing company for all of your needs.
Had to have my brand new Range Rover towed because it wouldn’t come out of park and these guys did a great job. Got it towed without any damage even though it couldn’t be put into neutral and dropped it exactly where we asked them to. Highly recommend.

My family members had my car towed on September 5th around 1 AM for $107 dollars with no receipt from 31st to 63rd. Their driver Randy towed my car and dropped it and slid it onto my neighbors vehicle. The owner Adam was cooperating with us at first, but now he is ignoring me and denying this ever happened. I have pictures, emails from him stating he was going to check his cameras, emails of him stating he was going to ask why his driver didn't issue a receipt. I did get in touch with him over the phone ONCE after all this email exchange, and he said he would have me pick between 3 different shops of my choice to get my vehicle fixed, and to resend my photos of my car because he "lost the first set". Now he is not answering the phone, every time I call he's either "busy" or "on a call". He will not respond to emails anymore either. Now lying to insurance that this even happened when my neighbor is involved, my car is involved, and also my family is a witness to this as well. How unprofessional is this? To try and lie when your driver RANDY is responsible for not only damaging my vehicle but my neighbors as well. You're horrible people and a horrible company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Made me wait 2 hrs with a infant for a tow truck to NEVER SHOW UP! I called and he said there were some delays with the previous vehicle (which is understandable) however they NEVER contacted me to to let me know. I had to call after 15 mins past my ETA. The owner Andrez Rodriguez hung up in my face stating “I’m not going to help you if you raise your voice.” This company will never get a dime from me and I will make sure they receive legal actions!

I called Iowa First after Crow Tow bailed on me after assuring me they could move my '78 Pontiac Firebird on a Saturday morning. Pulled my car from a ditch where it was stuck. Over charged me for the service. I called around and I was getting quoted $85 from other company's. When I called Elite towing I was told that needed to look at the job before giving me a set price. My car was just off the side of the road and my bumper was about six inches off the white line on the road. The driver jumped out and was friendly. He grabbed a chain and the cable from a winch. Threw the hook on the chain over the rear axle, hooked the other end over the cable, it pulled right out then he said that will be $150.00. I said wow $150.00 he said I dont make the prices the offices does. It took like 15 min to do. No recept or nothing. Beware of this company and get a price before they do anything. If I would have known this I would have called someone else.
Claude was a very professional and pleasant person to work with he came out in very short. Of time and hooked up my car to the tow truck and drove me over to the auto body shop. I really enjoyed meeting him and allowing him to give me the tow that I needed to get to the auto body shop. I would highly recommend Elite Express Towing.
Called them and their price for a two block tow was too high and then they gave excuses that their trucks gel up due to the heating up process. Got my car home by myself in below freezing temperatures. Bottom line if your a tow company your issues with your engines shouldn't be my problem in an emergency and I shouldn't have to pay for that. I wouldn't even put one star on this rating but I had to in order for this to post. For the record, this place sucks and deserves no stars....
Came to the rescue. Very professional and down to Earth. Gave us potential what needed fixing and estimate what cost to expect. Even had some mechanic recommendations. Really great service. Highly recommend.

My father recently passed away and I was in need of moving a large tool box and a few other heavy items from his house to my home. I wasn't sure what to expect when the flatbed showed up but from the very first moment I knew I was in good hands. It was evident that Troy cared about more than just getting the job done, he took pride in taking care of the items being transported, as if they were his own. It was the small details such as taking steps not to scratch the toolbox and being mindful of my driveway so as to not damage it with the truck. These items are very personal to me and they were personal to Troy as well. He took the time to talk to me also and was empathetic to the situation. There are a lot of companies that can tow and move items but I want to know that the company I am working with cares about the handling of my items as much as I do. Paid for my car to get released. Girl told us we could pick it up later in day. Called to make sure time was OK. Girl said no call back at six called bad at sic guy answers told someone would call us shortly. Lies. The long story short they still have my money and my car and messed me around all day with lies. Would never use if I had a choice. Update: 2 days later made appt. To pickup car. Guess what still no car. They still have my car and my money. This place is a joke. The ladies in the office were not helpful. They jacked around and then the guy sent to get our car out just sat in his truck and did nothing after they forgot we were waiting for a half hour before he even showed up. Do not use this company if you can avoid it They do not return calls and will not give you, your property if, I could give 0 stars, I would.
REVIEW TWO 11-22-24: I needed have my SUV towed following a car wreck. Once again I was amazed at the prompt arrival of your driver Tony. He kindly suggested that I wait in the truck because of cold. Tony's truck was immaculate. Tony had car loaded and towed very quickly. He was professional and kind to me during a very stressful time REVIEW 2 My experience with this towing business was completely positive. Their driver, Chris, arrived extremely fast despite the heaviest fog I've ever seen. After changing my flat, he then went above and beyond by having me follow him on a treacherous country road to the highway. I don't have enough good things to say about this driver.
The main office is terrible. You get there and they will leave you standing for 29 minutes- then get irritated when you try and ask to even be acknowledged. The rudest customer service I have ever experienced, and thats comparing to underpaid fast food workers. I understand if your busy, but at least acknowledge when someone walks in the door.

Marty and his team were awesome! After 2-3 days of trying to search and find reasonable and honest people to help removing a large tree from my in-laws house in Cedar Rapids from the awful storm, I found Marty. On Friday Sept 19th we in Des Moines to celebrate my husband's birthday. The trip was ruined by a problem with the trucks right front tire. Through our insurance carrier we were referred to Roy's Towing and Recovery service. The tow driver, Jessie B arrived within a half hour of our call. We were so relieved to see a friendly face, he was quick to troubleshoot the problem. Within a few minutes he raised the truck on his tow truck and graciously helped us to get in the truck. We were about 50 miles from our home; Jessie was very friendly, professional and put us at ease. The trip home was pleasant and within no time we arrived to our residence in the country. If we ever have the misfortune of being stranded again, we would call your Towing service and hope that Jessie was available.

Called on Friday morning. Was told it would be an hour. 45 minutes later they call and say all the trucks are busy and they just can't come at all. Called Perry's and they were there in 15 min and $20 cheaper.

Scheduled a tow. They told me to meet them in 30 minutes. Got there in 20, saw I wasn’t there and then jus left. I called to see what the deal was and they told me to bad he was already there.
If you need a tow, this is the place to use! They made a tow a fun experience. Extreme quick (they were to me within 30 mins of my call, quoted my $70 from the south side to Urbandale and they were of their word. This is by far the best tow company I have ever seen. I would highly recommend them.

Todd came and towed my car, he was pleasant, professional, and personable . Fixed the same part another garage fixed about a year ago, also put on another part it needed. It was less than the one part the other garage supposedly replaced. Still have more work to do on my car, but from now on will not trust anyone but action towing with my car! If there was a way to give zero stars I would. They told me it would be 2 hrs and when I called them at the 3 hr mark I was told they had no idea when the truck would arrive. The operator on the phone suggested I just leave the keys in the car and they would be along eventually to pick it up. REALLY?!? Worst service ever!! Update! The driver (Daniel?) arrived about 45 mins after I last talked to the operator (about 3.5 hrs total) and was so FANTASTIC that I upped my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. If he had been the only person I talked to, it would have been an easy 5-star rating.
Got in a wreck on interstate vehicle was totaled, Darrah's was great got it towed off the road. They were excellent to deal with getting items from the vehicle after it got towed and dealing with insurance to get it moved. Everyone from front office to guys working in the yard were great to work with. entire crew went above and beyond on everything, and price was reasonable as they had to tow my pick up and trailer off the road. Ten stars if they had more to give.
Every time I have used there service they have been prompt and professional. It's also worth noting that Darrah's is the towing service the city uses as well.

Quick service and very fair priced compared to competition in the area. They will get you taken care of. People only want to bash the place when their vehicles get impounded or sent there by police. They have no control on that they just do their job they are given at set fees. They get a lot of grief that doesn’t belong on them.

My car has a broken windshield because the flat bed operator didn't sweep gravel off the bed of the tow truck. I reached out to pro tow several times with no response. Unsafe company @
i called my insurance company for roadside assistance. they referred me to Protow. Their tow operator did so much damage in the 3 1/2 hours he had my vehicle. i arrived home (where my vehicle was towed to find my vehicle half on a flat bed and the rear of my vehicle on the ground. i called the office at protow and told them what was happening, including the the message i got saying my Services were complete , as i am looking at this man struggle to “complete” my service. the office sent someone out to my house . i surveyed the damage to my vehicle (best i could in the dark) and asked for a refund of the tow and asked how these damages were to be taken care of . after calling the business again , i was treated like i had done something wrong. repeatedly told people lie and try to say the tow caused damages that were already there… not one apology or action to rectify this situation. that was over a week agai. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TOW your vehicle , they do not back up there business and treat customers like garbage. off to court we will go. in the meantime i’m stuck with a severely damaged vehicle and worries i didn’t have before i let this company tow my vehicle home.

Requested a jumpstart. Was told and estimated time. They show up an hour earlier without a phone call. Didn’t even call at all, and when I did it was to cancel my request because my car wasn’t located. I walked a outside and my cars there. I called them yeah because my car was stuck in the middle of the expressway and I was willing to pay whatever and I called 5 times and he answered once and hung up mid call I called back the other 4 times he sent me to voicemail. I called the other number he has on the voicemail and it wasn’t taking calls. Long story short shouldn’t even be a towing company
Unless you want to make a bad day worse, do yourself a favor and select any other tow service in Des Moines. I hired Mid-Iowa Towing after an accident in September. The tow driver asked me for the car keys to help guide the car onto the truck and eventually deliver to the repair shop. I gave him the keys as he requested and stayed until he had the car loaded to deliver to the repair shop. Shortly after he left, I received a call from the repair shop that he didn’t deliver the keys. When I called the driver to ask about the keys he admitted that he didn’t have them although I had given them to him. He re-traced his steps to try and help me find them. When it was apparent he had lost them, he then directed me to talk to his bosses at MIT to get them replaced. When I called MIT they said it wasn’t their problem it was their driver’s, which, as their employee, should make it very much their problem. However, when the driver found out he would be personally responsible to replace them he went from being willing to make things right to blaming me and claiming he never had the keys. I emailed their contact email address, and talked to multiple people at MIT who just shuffled me to others who were supposed to “call me back” but never did – including the owner himself. After multiple attempts to allow MIT to do the right thing it was clear they had no intention of doing so. Bottom line is I just payed almost $300 – almost twice the cost of the tow itself - to replace a key and fob because this company does not stand behind their work or take responsibility for their own mistakes. Dealing with car trouble is bad enough – don’t make it worse by hiring Mid-Iowa Towing.
They towed my 2010 Chevy Truck and when I went to get it out they went through all my stuff my jumper pack and sockset was know where in side the cab of the truck.
Hired them to tow a car for me. I was told they would be here around noon on Saturday, never showed up. I called back on Sunday, was told they forgot about me and would be right out, that was several hours ago. I do not recommend this using this business if you can avoid it.
Our van blew a tire on the highway and I called Mid Iowa Towing as they were the closest to where we had been. I am so glad I called them. They got our van home exactly in the time estimated and the price was lower than expected. Absolutely recommend them for your towing needs! They made a very stressful situation a lot easier on us and I appreciate that so much.

(EDITED TO RESPOND TO COMPANY REPLY)So to start, we were at an Airbnb on a apartment complex and we had our parking pass in the window or dash. At around 3:00 on a Sunday while my car wasn't leaving there for maybe a half an hour. So they towed my car and they were closed at 4:00. So by the time I found it at 4:30 they were telling me I could no longer pick up my car and I'd have to wait the next day. They didn't care at all when I said I had medications in there that I needed and they didn't care at all helping us and actually put us on hold quite a lot. Told us what they didn't like how we were talking and at one point even hung up on us when we raised concerns about the medication. It was only one woman there she said and she refused to let us talk to anybody else or anybody higher up. Now comes a part where the next day and I walk 35 minutes to the tow place and I tell them all of this and even though their toe charges say things like $50 to $60, I was charged $200 because apparently it's a premium toffee off of a private property. Not to mention we had to ask locals for help. So when we started asking locals for help they even told us that croto is a predatory company. They have pending litigations and they do this kind of stuff all of the time. Then I actually get there. Then I actually attached the video because right away I took video of them taking me to my car. And what do you know? I open the door and what had slid down. Maybe a full inch and a half was the pass but it was in there it was in the corner. Yes you couldn't see it all the way but you could see something was there and then when I brought it to the guy I showed him the video. They still were not willing to give me a refund of any kind even though my pass was there. He said if it wasn't visible to the people then they don't. They still can just tow it and you don't get a refund. So even though I had my pass and even though by some awful miracle it actually slid down because it is a paper pass. What do people expect? They didn't give one that actually hangs up or anything and apparently you will get charged $200 if you don't keep the pass completely visible at all times, even though it's a little piece of paper that can slide on a dash when you're driving around makes sense. You'd think they'd at least offer some kind of decency when I have video proof that yes, my pass was in there. Not to mention the hundreds of dollars. It costed me to go to the hospital to get more medication and an emergency. So yes, this is the absolute worst towing place I've ever been. I'm out of state so they also believe that that's why they took advantage of me but I would never recommend them. I think everyone should start putting them on blast so they get shut down because rightfully so it's a predatory company and it's wrong to do to people especially to take advantage of out of state people. EDIT: I COULDN'T RESPOND TO THEIR REPLY SO HERE IT IS ALONF WITH MY RESPONSE: Ms. Huey. Your vehicle was impounded at 230pm. Our office does close at 4 pm. We are open 365 days a year including Christmas from 8-4. So when we close we are done. Your video is very self explanatory as you looked through your car not seeing the pass then found it down inside the dash face down. Looking from the outside no one could see it. The pass has to be displayed for the driver. MY RESPONSE: it's completely predatory and you continue to justify it. So you couldn't see it completely or initially, it's TINY and when I showed it to you, I asked for any refund at all and was refused. I had no problem paying the ridiculous $60 storage fee if you would've refunded the horrendous $140 tow charge. I had a pass. And your company making rounds that's late in the evening when you would be closing within two hours is predatory. Your customer service is none existent, apparent after hanging up on my friend who initially called and inquiring. But thank you for your insulting and pathetic reply.
I have lived 4001 EP True, West Des Moines. You have towed my car while I have parking permit. You also have gotten back my car into old place. I don't know way to tow my car, but with the wheel tracks on the ground, that is big problem. I think the car transmission was wrong. My car is Lexus RX 450h AWD. I need to slove this problem.
Our car got towed from our friends apartment complex. My husband called asking how to get our car back, the owner answered and rudely told my husband that they close in 5 minutes and it would be $260 to pick it up in the morning. Then I called to see what we would need to pick up the car, the owner again rudely answered the phone stating that "he had already spoken to someone about the car" I was simply calling to make sure we had everything to pick up our car that was it. When we got there the next morning the guy at the counter greeted us and was super helpful and friendly and then we went outside to get our car and the guy took us right to our car and again was super friendly. Thank you for the friendly staff for making our experience a little bit better!
One of your supervisors was a tremendous help to us today. My son was in a bad accident and totaled his car. Jesus was looking out for him. Thankfully he is okay. I nor my wife have ever been in vehicular accidents so this is very new to us. Your supervisor, Garrett, explained how to handle our insurance moving forward and gave us very good insight. My son was crying when he saw his car today. Your supervisor comforted him and got us both to laugh by the time we were leaving.
