Just got my car towed by Shane! He was professional, courteous, thorough and direct. I would highly recommend his services and I will definitely use him if needed in the future. Thanks a lot Shane!!!!!
I'd like to commend Shane on his extremely prompt and professional service. The care he took loading my vehicle onto the flatbed was amazing. Also, Shane made sure that he verified all information and made sure I had no questions. I felt very confident that my vehicle was in good hands and would reach it's destination safely.
Shane came promptly and was very courteous. I appreciate him and the company for giving me a great deal and getting me somewhere safe. Plus, I heard it is Shane's anniversary so, again Happy Anniversary!!! Reliable and worth the business. Thanks again!!!
Dashan very caring with my car. Took photos prior to loading. He suggested a shop for getting my brakes done and save me over $300 instead of taking to a dealer. So very pleased with the service
Big thanks to Shane from MC Towing for the exceptional service! After our motorcycle incident, Shane provided prompt and professional towing to the HD shop. He was extremely polite, courteous, and made sure our bike was securely loaded and transported. His attention to detail and care for our motorcycle is greatly appreciated. Highly recommend Shane for any towing needs. He's a true professional!

Got into a car accident and Kicos Towing LLC had my back. They showed up fast, handled everything like pros, and made a tough situation a lot easier. Solid, reliable service! I’d call them again without hesitation.
Shannon was great when I called. Quick, efficient and caring. She had my tow scheduled right away. In minutes Tom called and said he would be there in 15 minutes and he was. Tom was great. Very friendly and explained everything throughly. He took many pictures of my car and was quick and careful loading it up. I will use them again if the situation arises. Thank you so much for everything.
Shannon answered immediately and was kind, helpful, and compassionate. Steffon was quick to arrive and safely towed our vehicle back to our home, checking in for where to place it and consideration for our newly laid driveway. Highly recommend
Thank you Kico's Towing LLC. so much for Paul I didn't get his last name, he met me at the garage and was so polite. He treated my car like it was his own, he is very nice and smiled and kept in touch with me till he got here. Thank you again Paul and thank you Kico's Towing LLC.
Best and fastest wrecker service I’ve ever had! Tony went out of his way to help guide our truck in as well! Thank you!! Oh and your recommendation on brunch hit the spot!

Splendid job, called AJ Towing and gave me great price on the phone right away for towing my vehicle. Guy knew what he was doing, especially when my vehicle was AWD .. Will recommend this towing company to others..

Super nice and helpful. Not overpriced and reliable. Will definitely use again for any towing needs
Can't thank Al enough fast and very reliable, we were almost 2 hours away from home and he towed us and my truck. Very nice and friendly thank you 😊
Very good service & was kept in the loop every step of the way! Definitely keeping his number on hand & would highly recommend Al's to family & friends!!
Great experience. Rented a car to attend a wedding. Had a flat tire, the rental company was very difficult to deal with, but Al showed up to change the tire. Realized we were at a wedding, told me to get back to the festivities and he’d take care of the tire. Extremely impressed, the rental car company/AAA are very lucky he’s a part of their network!
Dawson with Al’s Towing was amazing!! He went out of his way on Lobor Day Monday to get our boat tire swapped to a good rim and get us back on the road quickly! Fast, friendly, terrific service all around! Would highly recommend Al’s Towing and Dawson!!

Couldn't recommend liberty towing enough. The driver was there quickly despite it being a Sunday and went above and beyond to help us out. He was very knowledgeable about the area and very accommodating as well. If you need a vehicle towed I would not hesitate to call Liberty Towing
When you're broke down at night, and quick help that is professional, courteous and friendly is a what you want, these are the guys to call. The dispatcher Aaron was right on the ball and our tow driver Jose was great! He took extra care to make sure a difficult hookup was done right so there would be no damage to the car's undercarriage.
Fantastic and extremely fast service for an extremely fair price. Got lucky and called when it wasn’t too busy, and Taylor met me at my vehicle in less than a half hour. Super quick, respectful, professional, and kind- Taylor also gave great advice to confirm the issue and how to solve it. He also took the extra time to help me turn my van around so that I can work on it easier and stay out of the road while making my repairs. 10/10, would call again.
My car broke down, and I was able to limp it into my parking space which is in a tight, Madison style back lot. Even though it was Sunday, Taylor at Liberty arrived quickly after I called and he was able to extract my car safely and efficiently, with no risk to surrounding vehicles, plants, or buildings. He then met me at my mechanic and placed my inoperable vehicle precisely into a parking spot for repair. They charged me a very fair fee (flat rate for under 3 miles).
First time ever needing a tow truck if I ever need another one I don't know how they could live up to the experience I had today. I was so scared stuck on the on ramp to 90 and Taylor was so calm, helpful efficient and safe. He was there so quickly and went above and beyond to get me off the highway.

Thank you for helping the whole parking lot with our vehicles were vandalized. We gave us all the deal and completed the job. Thank you Jay towing MKe towing company in Milwaukee.
Fast, friendly reasonably price service that was done by Adam. He did a great job and took care of my vehicle like a professional. I appreciated the kind friendly service at such a stressful time.
Arrived within 20 minutes of calling. Danny helped me and was a great guy alone, but he hooked up my car speedily and was extremely professional. Great service, great guy, reasonably priced. I'll definitely call Danny again next time I need a tow.
I called and Jay picked up right away. I let him know where I was and he was able to arrive in 15-20 minutes. I was locked out of my car in a tight parking garage and Jay was willing to walk into the lot carrying his equipment!! A+ service!
Great service! Got to us quick and even helped us find our ride to get home. Super great price for how far we got it towed as well. 10/10 recommend these guys.

10/10 service. Communication was above expectations and showed up a head of schedule. Zero damage to my vehicle unlike past experiences. I will be calling when ever needed!
Have had multiple vehicles towed by Gessler’s, great group of guys. Very knowledgeable, they have always treated every one of my vehicles like precious cargo and they are always professional. 10/10 would recommend.
Had gesslers move a tool box and some other various shop items for me. His driver was accommodating and careful when loading/unloading the toolbox. Also had them come tow my sisters car after she had been in an accident. Always friendly and great customer service. Will be using them again!
I can't tell you how many times that I've had to call Gessler towing and they are always there in less than an hour. Kyle and all of his employees are so helpful with quick response times. I will always recommend people I know to Gessler Towing.

Good response time and reasonable price. Will call again when I need another tow. Family owned and great to work with!
By far the best towing company towed my tow truck twice best price around will use them everytime for towing if I could give them a 10 I would
We had what may be a sudden case of fuel contamination which stopped an odd classic car. Rob, your representative, came super quick – I mean really fast! He assured us at the start that his priority was our safety and to keep the car damage free. He was extremely professional and handled the odd tow requirements with ease. He very politely waited just a bit while my wife and I attached the special tow equipment our car needed to clear the roll pans. Rob then expertly backed his tow rig up to our garage and we rolled the car right into its stall. It was one of the best service experiences we’ve had – including doctors, waiters, dentists, you name it. So quick, so smooth, and most importantly not a speck of damage to an exotic car. Rob is a top notch tow truck driver who is peasant, friendly and was a calming even upbeat influence for an unpleasant car problem. Thank you. Larry and Joan Velk, New Berlin, WI
Mitchell was GREAT!! Super friendly and in time. Complete came recommended from the shop we have all of our vehicle services done at. I also had a car seat and a little with me, not a problem! Mitchell strapped it in and made sure it was secure. We buckled in while he finished up! Susan who was dispatching was super too! So helpful, friendly, and nice! I’d recommend them to anyone, anytime! Thank you!
This company was efficient, easy to work with and very understanding in my situation. They were fast and friendly as can be. Prices were excellent and they took great care of our van A+

Fast tow service from the Grafton shop. Great customer service. I’ve forgotten my tech’s name (on duty Monday 4/14/25) - he was kind, knowledgeable and quick.
Brett was a great service definitely will use them again!

Best tow service I’ve had! I didn’t remember his name but I blew a tire on the highway at night (scary right!) .After I put my request in with my insurance and waited to find a match he was there in 10 minutes. Very friendly and got my car home quickly and safe. I appreciate you very much
Dominic picked up my car early on a Saturday morning. He was so kind and let me ride along to my repair shop. Having to get towed isn't awesome, but he definitely made it an easy process. Would use again.
I have always changed my tire when I needed to.. It's how I was taught. But this time I was 7 days after a Major foot surgery.. I attempted to change it but with out both feet to force the lug nuts I couldn't. I was embarrassed as this basic skill was beyond me. Literally in 10 minutes they had the kindest guy come and change my tire. Best experience ever..Now u are my speed dial. Thank you!!
Wonderful experience!!! If you have a low profile vehicle I highly suggest using them!!! They’re extremely experienced and have wonderful customer service!!!
So fast and professional thank you for saving the day!

As a trucker I often deal repair shops that are dishonest and rude especially when you're stranded and in need of repair far from home. Not Jerry's! They made my day and got me back on the road faster than I had hoped and I didn't have to sell my kidney to cover the cost. Tom in Service was a life saver! Super professional and kind gentleman! Thank you!
It was great. Very professional staff. Excellent at fixing the issues that my semi had and friendly as well. They also helped me understand exactly what happened. I can't thank these guys enough and would highly recommend them if you need any help with your semi truck or need a tow.
Late Saturday night 10/4/25 my son was alone traveling back from Minneapolis Sneaker Con., and was side swiped by a semi in a brand new 2026 Kia suv. These guys answered the phones after hours (a beautiful, over and beyond helpful lady named Jen), several calls through several hours to do the best possible to seeing my son was safe. They had to tow twice, and ultimately had to impound for insurance while my som was about 4.5 hours from home with large amount of inventory. Of coarse nothing was open to help, and roadside assistances/full coverage is no longer a 24 hours as it all use to be, and was in fact useless. These guys hurried, with police, as my son was being harrassed by the guys that hit him. At first it SEEMED ok as he was not hurt, however disabled, stranded, the guys got to him on that freeway saying how sorry they were and if he was ok. They went to LEAVE while I was on the phone and heard we needed all information, then it all changed. Guys were not leaving unless my son said he was at fault. Turned from bad to worse while being alone and far. This tow company didnt just tow (twice) they made sure police did come for safety, was fast, and gave names/numbers to try to get farther help. I appreciate them. Nothing like a moms stress over her children being safe and it doesnt stop once they are full grown. These guys helped ease some serious upset this past Saturday. Thank you. Highly recommend these guys if in need. A+ Thank you Rory.
Gave a time and matched that time. Brought the car to the destination independently and dropped the keys at shop as promised. Tow Operator was friendly, efficient and professional. Would be happy to get towed by them again 🙂
Very happy with our service from Jerry's Towing! We were broke down on a Friday night after 5, blew 3 of the 4 tires on our trailer. Didn't know what to do so we called Jerry's. Our driver answered the phone the first time to which I was asking for assistance changing tires on the spot. He guided me to Fleet Farm since Jerry's or any other place in the area did not perform that service. We tried to get a hold of Fleet Farm but did not hear back in time. Called back and the operator helped us with a quote to tow about 15 miles. The driver was to our location within an hour of us breaking down. We had the trickiest situation but the driver handled it exquisitely. He made getting the trailer and skid loader on his truck look so easy. Towed it to our house and dropped it right where we wanted it even though it was very uneven. We are very impressed with the service from Jerry's and they will be the first we call if we ever need them again.

Driver was very prompt to get to my vehicle and friendly. He took time to make sure the vehicle was secure and was extremely helpful. I would recommend 100x over.
Very reliable and trustworthy, as well as as fast response
I was stranded for 4.5 hours when another towing company cancelled on me he came out quick. Very professional made sure my car was towed safely!!
Nenad went above and beyond to tow a family members vehicle! Quite the ordeal for him, but he followed through with every step! Highly recommend! This man gets the job done! Excellent 5 star service from Nenad! I am beyond grateful for all he did for the situation we were in!

Jake was awesome. Speedy and friendly when he arrived. I have NEVER had a towing company show up so fast. The wait time was maybe 10 minutes.
Well, I'm not surprised to see so many excellent reviews? Considering what I just experienced, it's apparent: you guys really ARE awesome. Dead battery in Kenosha... ope! Joe S. rolled up a good ten minutes sooner than AAA's estimated time? Well, we're off to a good start... and Joe had us charged up & on our way in no time! Joe was also able to tell us exactly what was wrong: he tested the starter and the alternator as well as recharging the battery. Safe travels to Joe & the entire Finish Line crew! Now, while I certainly hope to NOT need services in the future? I am going to request that AAA send you guys, should the need arrise. This is THE best roadside service I've received in the Kenosha area... and while I'm struggling to end with a good pun about leaving your competition in the dust? You guys deserve a victory lap, today!
Dealing with a transmission issue can be frustrating! My call to finish line towing went perfectly! The dispatcher was professional, soft spoken and gave me accurate information. The driver was also amazing he called me when he was 10minutes out. Upon his arrival he smiled and introduced himself. He was cheerful and up beat. He handled my truck with care while loading it up on the flatbed. I will definitely recommend and use Finishline Towing again.
Finish Line Towing was dispatched by my insurance company to pick up my car after I hit a deer a week ago. They arrived far before the estimated arrival time, and the driver was great (I regret that I did not get his name). All good things to say about the service.
Outstanding experience! Prompt, courteous and professional. I was sent to them through AAA, and will save their info if I need help again.

Great Work From , Rich Very Understanding and Respectful… Also gave me pointers on Whats wrong with the car
Milwaukee Towing and Roadside provided excellent service. They arrived quickly and handled my Jeep with great care and the driver was incredibly professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing towing services!
Mad excellent service and easy going people. Good rates.
Milwaukee does not plow their streets well. Because of this I got stuck. No amount of shoveling and pushing was getting my car out. I am new to Milwaukee and googled tow services. I made a few calls and was astonished at the prices people were asking. Finally landed on Milwaukee Towing. They were so kind, understanding and quick. The sweetest young man came and had my car out in a jiffy. I really appreciate the speed of service, the kindness and the reasonable cost.
This service is a true gem. Rich is a quickly response to his friendly demeanor. He made my experience smooth and stress-free. He also quickly transported my car to the auto shop and exactly helped me exchange the car battery, all at reasonable prices. Highly recommend for anyone in need of reliable towing and service assistance. Rich is the to-go guy you can trust. Thank you!

VM Towing just did an amazing job getting my car unstuck!!!! He didn’t have a lot working room and the space was awkward to maneuver BUT VM Towing MKE got it done and Im extremely PLEASED! Thank you for your great service!
Screw in our tire threatened to de-rail our entire day. Called them after a quick Google search. They were there within 10 minutes! Fast, friendly service. Only had to go a few blocks to the nearest tire shop, but it was great. I will definitely be saving their number to give to friends and acquaintances. Fast and definitely affordable. Thanks for your help!
My usual tow guy was unavailable found VM Towing on google and glad I called. Beto went above and beyond to tow my BMW from my job, to the shop to get quoted and to my house. My experience with Speedy Peedy was nothing less than perfect. Matt responded promptly and professionally. When needed I will be using them again. Highly recommended!!
I would 10 out of 10 recommend! Alan/Allen blessed me today with a quick, fast, and reasonable tow off a busy highway after my alternator went out at 6:30am. The sheriff was ready to push me off the road due to slippery roads and for safety purposes. I called Alan/Allen back and he was there in about 20 minutes and got my van off the road and everyone was in a safe position!!! I am from out of town and this was my first experience I must say it was beyond GREAT 💜 Thank you so much Alan/Allen 🤟🏾
I cannot say enough great things about this towing company! I urgently needed a tow for my vehicle. The towing technician arrived within 20 minutes of my roadside request. The technician was wonderful helping me with making the whole experience easy! Friendly and professional every mile! I highly recommend Speedy Peedy's Towing Service.
Second time I needed a tow and exactly the same great experience. Ball joint snapped on my passenger side, While I was sliding on my broken tire I already knew who to call and had them on the line before I stopped. If you want excellent service and a great time please call speedy peedy towing and ask for Sean Hougue!! Last time I got Gary Grace I asked for him again because I knew the service would be stellar but it seems like every tow driver they employ here at Speedy Peedy is 5 star and on the ball! Sean was professional, skilled and really funny. This is the only company I will ever consider calling! Thank you Speedy peedy towing and your excellent team!
I cannot say enough about Speedy Peedy! They are so personable and responsive. The 1st time they were able to respond immediately and were able to help get my car started to be able to drive to the dealership. He went above and followed me to make sure I arrived safely. I recently had to call again and they made sure I was safe and had a ride. They kept me informed of my car being towed through their text service and even sent a picture of it at the dealership. If you need a tow- call Speedy Peedy. You will be taken care of.

Service was great! Neil was so kind.
I needed my battery replaced, so contacted AAA and got Frank as my technician. He was probably the friendliest, most efficient, hard working individual that I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with! He got to me within 15 minutes of my request and even called me ahead of time to let me know he was a few minutes away. He walked me through the whole process and made me feel assured that I was receiving the best care possible. If Frank is your future technician, you’re in great hands!
Service was great! Driver was very good with communication and friendly.
0.00 I have video of them beating my car because they treat people’s property as trash. They laugh at you on the phone and refuse to have a conversation regarding their scathing customer service. Mind you while a family member was being rushed to hospital for a brain injury. Still think it’s totally hilarious. Bummer I have video and three willing witnesses and contacted the building they contact with. I’m just getting started. Nobody especially a business should contact with these people UNLESS THEY ALSO WANT TO BE FINANCIALLY LIABLE FOR THEIR UNETHICAL WORK PRACTICES!
Our tow truck technician was great with his communication, excellent with his service and overall friendly and knowledgeable. I would certainly use them again

Absolutely amazing. I called them to get wrenched out of a ditch. They came fast and quick on Christmas eve. I couldn't ask for better professionals or better service
They were very fast and efficient. The prices weren't bad either! I hope I don't have to use a tow truck again, but if I do I will use Berniers again! They towed our suburban this morning from our house to a shop and they made it an easy transition without having to worry about how we were going to get our car to the shop. Thank you!!! Very professional and kind people.
While I hope I never need towing services again, if I do, I’ll be calling Bernier’s. The woman who answered the phone was very pleasant and fully understood what I was needing. Within 20 minutes, the truck was on site to tow my car to the mechanic. Gabby did a great job with my vehicle. She was attentive and professional. I would definitely recommend Bernier’s to anyone in Beloit or Janesville needing towing services.
They were able to come rescue us sooner than expected & were able to take my children home. Very impressed.
Great service and friendly people. Had two cars towed. Came to pick them up. One car needed to be scrapped. So they paid me for that car. I ended up making money. I’m new to the area. Will be coming back here again!!

Friendly dispatch, friendly driver, Steve.. knew his stuff and was quick. AND great price in comparison to the other popular place I called that hemmed and hawed.. Finish Line will be the place we call from now on.
Jason with Finish Line towing met me to tow my car from Waunakee WI back to Madison and was incredibly friendly and helpful. He actually arrived earlier than the scheduled time, but kept in touch with me to let me know he was on his way and when he would be there so I could make sure I was there to meet him. Once I got to the repair shop I was having it towed to, I realized I may have given him the name of the wrong place because there are two shops on that street with similar names. When I called him to verify, I had in fact told him the wrong place but he didn't show any frustration and headed over to where I was. Having to have your car towed can be extremely stressful, but Jason really helped calm my nerves and I just really appreciate how friendly he was.
5 hundred stars!! Checked the health of my battery and installed a brand new battery in minutes-in the cold!! Klaus was very friendly and helped me understand how to practice better driving habits to benefit the life of my battery. I would highly recommend Finish Line Towing for towing and light service needs!
From the beginning to end. Smooth transition. Had a transmission linkage issue. Daniel picked up my vehicle. Called several times to confirm. He was not only very professional, friendly your company is very reliable! I highly recommend you guys you made the experience so much less stressful on me. Thank you! 🤗
My tire had a metal shard in it.Super nice guy arrived literally in minutes. Unfortunately, I didn't have a tire lock key thing. Who knows where that went. So the tire couldn't be changed. He looked, I looked, still no key thing. He did put in a plug and we were good to go. He even recommended where to go for new tires. Highly recommended!

There are two locations. One in elkhorn and one by Big Bend. Have only really had dealings with the elkhorn shop. In the past there had not been any issues and they did good work. However more recently there has been issues with time. They have had one of our trucks for over 2 months. What work we have had done has been good. Wish they were better at prioritizing jobs. Get our truck done!
Incredibly friendly staff and speedy response times as well as fair costs. Will definitely be adding AM to my contacts.
Stuck in a parking lot with a flat tire and 2 grandchildren. AM Towing came out within the hour as promised and politely took care of removing flat and mounting the spare.
Can't recommend AM Towing enough. Helped us when we were desperate and did an amazing job. Driver was extremely helpful and reliable.
Great team. We use them for our business and personal trucks!

Excellent service. A tire popped on 94W at 7 am on a Saturday. I called this guy first and he said 20 minutes. My husband reminded me we had roadside assistance (RA) through insurance so I told him I’d call back if needed. AJ checked in on my later and warned that RA would be slow, to call if I needed him . Anyway, he was right about RA and when RA said it’d be 90-120 min, I texted AJ back and he was there in 20. Popped spare on, checked air pressure and pointed out a few different tire shops off of next interstate exit. He also provided receipt and instructions on how to submit to RA/insurance for possible reimbursement. Great service. Incredibly helpful. Highly recommend.
I give this 2x 5-star reviews: Once our van was dead in our (very narrow) driveway. AJ was the cheapest and fastest, and the driver was scrappy & innovative enough to figure out how to tow that thing out. Second time calling them I'm at the airport with a dead car. I had called 2 other two companies, one wanted $250 and the other wanted $660 (!!!!) to tow it out of the garage, and it would be a minimum 2 hr wait. When I called AJ, the gentleman on the phone strongly recommended I ask airport security for a jump start even though I was sure it was not a dead battery. If thats not it, he said, call back and he'd have a truck out right away. Well it was a dead battery (even though lights were turning on... Deceptive old car.) He didn't make any money off me today but I SO MUCH appreciated his help and will call the next time one of our cars leaves us stranded.
Please don't trust good reviews for this company. They towed car to shop and it was easy fix and because no knowledge about cars they broke main engine computer and cover their mistakes they take main fuses out and broke rest fuses and all this they changed me for parts was not broken double. Was big mistake to use them it cost me few thousand to bring car back to running. Please stay away very rude driver and owner is very unprofessional and big layer .very bad people all they need your money .very sad people like this live in Milwaukee
Where do I start? If only I could give them a billion stars as opposed to just the 5 star. I have used AJ Towing both for tows as well as vehicle repair and both times was left wildly impressed by their work. As far as tows go, I must have called every towing company in greater Milwaukee trying to get my inoperative vehicle removed from my apartment’s indoor parking structure, with all of all of these places telling me that the parking garage’s structural height was way too low for them to fit their trucks into, thus unable to help me. I called AJ Towing after a full day of failed attempts calling other places. Immediately, I got a foreign voice on the line, informing me that he would come to my place and figure it—I was skeptical and wasn’t getting my hopes up. When the man on the line came out—as it turns out the manager—he resourcefully thought outside the box and after only a few minutes of brainstorming had my vehicle successfully transported from the parking garage by way of this specialized dolly structure he had in his chest of random odds and ends in his truck. It gets better from there: Not only were they the only towing company in greater Milwaukee to be able to get the vehicle removed out from the parking garage, but this foreign-voiced manager’s white male mechanic, Logan, who does the car fixes is genius. Logan is very personable and has spent his whole life fixing vehicles, and it shows in his amazing work. I was left with a great tow and a great car repair. The two of them make an unstoppable team. I should note that they do ask that you make the final payment in cash and because of their integrity and the fact I want to support them because of their work, I don’t mind doing that at all and pay them whatever they deem fit. Please support their business and pay in cash and pay them what they are worth. Great towing companies like this will go out of businesses if people do not do everything they can to support. Logan and AJ, you are a brilliant team. It’s also fun talking to them because they have fun personalities, and Logan is filled with great stories about his life. To my knowledge, I think it’s only Logan and AJ and they are a smaller business, so during busy times of year when there are lots of accidents, may be hard to get in. Not sure on that because I’ve only needed them when it wasn’t busy. Whatever the case, this place is gold.
Mohan is literally the best person! I have had my fair share of scam artists and people lying about their professions to people who know nothing about cars for a quick dollar, but he was honest and matter of fact and knew exactly what he was talking about. I will never call anyone else for a tow and I probably will become a customer of their shop in the future! Thank you so much!

Ron was the driver who picked up my car and towed it 84 miles. My car is 90 years old. Ron took extra care to see that it was safely attached to his truck, and made sure I removed anything that might detach at towing speeds. He even offered me snacks on the ride home. Ron is definitely an asset to this form.
Unreal response times! I submitted my Roadside request on the AAA app and they called me back with an update in less than FOUR minutes. I’ve needed Klement approximately 3-4 times in the last 10 years or so and they are like Jimmy John’s……freaky fast response times!
I called for a quote on how much it would be to get my car towed a long distance. In the end it was not worth the price since I was trading the car in. However I need to write a review anyway because he was very honest and fair about his pricing, and even offered me advice on what to do in my situation. I could tell he had a lot of integrity, and I respected what he had to say. If you need assistance in the fort Atkinson area definitely give them a call.
93 degrees out, Father’s Day, traveling with my family and the trailer tire blew out. No clue who to call as I was on 94 east of Johnson Creek. The first 6 towing companies I Googled all said they could not help. I called the 7th - Klement Towing & Recovery. Ron, the owner, came out and helped us. Very reasonable pricing, and a good guy. Don’t hesitate to call Klement when you’re stuck on the side of the road and need help!
Absolutely awesome!!! Very good customer service. I have a hard time getting someone to come on the weekends, and they got here promptly. The owners wife was so nice on the phone. The service truck associate was nice and friendly.

Officially using Top Speed for all my towing & roadside assistance needs! This isn’t my first time using this company but the level of service is consistent. He is reliable when my Honda isn’t!!!!! Great job!
He was fast, I was 25 miles from my destination and he got to me, on the freeway in 30 min. He was the lowest price by far from any tow company in Milwaukee and Milwaukee area. He was nice, friendly, and extremely helpful.

Great experience using express. Tim was super chill and made the process super easy.
Wonderful customer service! They helped me when I was rear ended in Oconomowoc! Tim B. Is the nicest guy and very professional!!!
The driver could not drive. He didn't like the slow driving of the car in front of him, so he swerved into my lane without checking his mirrors and nearly forced me off the road. I guess you hire anyone
Great Towing company! They are so polite and very professional. Thank you Jim, for helping me out with towing my van from the side of the highway.
I love working with family owned businesses! Express towing in hands down the best. Alli was so helpful when it came to understanding my bill. Simon took great care of my car and was so nice to work with!! I will definitely use them again. Although, I pray I don't need ta 😉.

10 of 10 highly recommended going with Precision! Very impressive response time accompanied with the upmost professional customer care! These guys truly lived up to their name as they precisely removed our 26ft box truck out of a sink hole and were able to drive it away!
Excellent experience with Precision Towing and Recovery! After calling for a tow, King arrived in less than five minutes, which was incredibly fast and reassuring. He was professional, friendly, and provided amazing customer service from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to his quick response and helpful attitude. I highly recommend Precision Towing and Recovery for anyone in need of reliable and exceptional service! Thanks again.
We talked with Mark to help us get our Tesla (dead battery due to extreme cold temps) and he was super helpful, professional, and kind. Our driver arrived on time and provided excellent service. Highly recommend!
My car needed to be towed out of my underground parking garage at my apartment building. My car would not start. FYI - There is only a 7’ clearance to enter the garage. Long story short the first company that Roadside sent said they were not aware that my car was in the low clearance garage hence they couldn’t tow it. Roadside said they told them low clearance, we will let them battle that out. Roadside set up another tow company to come out. That company never showed up. The tow company set up to come was Precision Towing. Once I had their contact information I called to ensure that they were aware of the low clearance. They said they were aware and arrive shortly after we talked. They arrived with the flat bed & a smaller tow truck. The smaller tow truck would not clear the low clearance garage. But that didn’t stop King & his coworker to get the car in neutral, pushed it out of the parking stall, then pushed up to the exit garage door, backed the flatbed down to the garage opening, attached the wench to the undercarriage, carefully wenched it out if the garage right onto the flatbed. Any tow company like the first one that did show up could of done the same thing that King & his coworker did which was think out of the box as to how to get the car to the garage exit so they could load it on the flatbed. So call Precision Towing they go above & beyond with caution, professionalism and very positive friendly personalities.
It is usually a stressful time when a tow truck is called! That was me yesterday when I called Precision..the woman who answered the phone was pleasant & responsive. They kept me informed of the time frame..when Beau arrived he was pleasant & helpful & knew what he was doing.I would recommend this company & if I am in this situation again I would use them.

I have membership in Good Sam’s which I’m canceling. After being on hold for 30 minutes I hung up and called Bill’s. Not only was the phone answered by dispatcher- she was delightful in understanding our problem. Our help arrived within 30 minutes and we were on the road shortly. Best service ever!
I had a flat tire and thought I'd be able to change it myself. I couldn't get the spare to drop from underneath the vehicle, so called Bill's. Their team were very cordial and professional. Lexi was very assuring and their driver (Chet?) had me back on the road within 30 minutes of the initial call. Excellent service
Professional and Caring Service! A few weeks back I was towing my travel trailer north on I-39 for a long awaited vacation. North of Stevens Point, Wisconsin, a warning message came on my dash: No Oil Pressure - Shut off Engine Immediately! What do I do? Of course, call Bill's Towing and Auto Repair. I talked to the dispatcher, Leah, who was compassionate and caring. She put me at ease and said that she would get me help immediately. She kept me informed of the tow driver's progress and in what seemed like no time the tow truck driver arrived. Charlie quickly and safely evaluated my situation and secured my truck and travel trailer on and behind the tow truck, taking care not to harm the vehicles. Again, in no time, we were on our way back to Bill's main office and shop in Lodi, WI. My truck was quickly repaired by the technicians at Bill's Towing & Auto Repair. Although my vacation plans were cancelled, I had a fantastic experience with all the personnel from Bill's Towing & Auto Repair. They are professional, caring, compassionate and kind. They got the work done and done right. I will not hesitate to use ANY of their services again!
I rolled my truck and was in a bad accident, called bills towing, they got on scene fast, professional and got my truck home and safe. Can't thank them enough, wonderful people, wonderful company. Thank you so much bills towing family!
Needed a tow after my trans went on a stormy afternoon & I remember someone mentioning Bill’s Towing. Kody came out and was very polite, courteous and professional. He got us up and off the road in what seemed to be seconds. Thanks Kody!

The person who drove the tow truck was nice and told me when they thought they will get there. Good communication.
I had never used a towing service before, but I had to call one on a Sunday when my car overheated. This business picked up the phone right away, and within 30 minutes, I was being towed to the closest repair shop. They took all the tension out of it.
My automobile overheated on a scorching day, so I needed a tow. The driver was polite and took care of my car, and the whole thing went smoothly and quickly. Very highly suggest.
My car broke down on a busy street, and this towing service came right away. The guy was competent and took good care of my automobile. They made a hard situation much easier to handle.
I hit a pothole and bent my rim. The driver brought air equipment and even checked the other tires before towing. Very detailed.

Very quick to get us back into the car once they arrived. We had a 2 hour wait (no fault of 5 Star Towing) because AAA had sent them on a call in IL first then to us in Waukesha. Driver was very apologetic about the wait and was quick and professional.
Fantastic service from AJ today. In the middle of a NIGHTMARE with another tow company AJ found our car despite being given the wrong address, found our keys (in a puddle!), and got the car to the body shop before they closed for the long weekend. So grateful for these guys!
AJ was very helpful and truly saved the day. Our car had died at a very busy intersection and AJ quickly and calmly got us out of there. He turned our day around for the better.
Hi THANK YOU AJ you did above and beyond what was promised after AAA let us down and didn't produce a tow for 3 hours! You were quick responsive helpful and most of all very professional taking care of loading our vehicle as if it were your own vehicle. Prompt service will DEFINITELY use you again have taken your number from side of truck door and placed it along with your name in my phone for future use. Thank you for outstanding service above and beyond!
Anytime my friends' vehicles get in a pinch, I send 'em the info for the fellas at 5 Star Towing. Super friendly staff and excellent service. 10/10 would recommend.

Adrian (driver), is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. Roadside assistance dispatched this company to me. First issue, they go to the wrong address and then call to ask where the car is. Second issue, two employees show up both unmasked during a pandemic in which there’s a mandatory state order to wear a mask in order to operate or patronize any business! Third issue, I requested a flatbed, they showed up & opted to use the wheel lift portion of the flatbed. Fourth issue, tow truck did NOT drop the vehicle off at the address requested instead he opted to go down the street & leave the keys in the vehicle. Even after being asked to move the vehicle he RUDELY refused & said to me “you can do it yourself!” If I ever need a tow service/ lockout/ tire change and this company is dispatched I’m requesting a new provider IMMEDIATELY. I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! ........ From reading some of the more positive reviews I can tell that these aren’t actual customers but rather people who have been asked to give a rating to boost the reviews, because nothing about the service I received would even remotely suggest Professionalism, Value or Quality service!! They were too comfortable with speaking disrespectfully & not adhering to my requests (I mean after all without the customer there is no revenue nor need for the business!)
My experience with 24 Hour towing was uplifting. The native American driver assist me with changing my thought pattern from feeling sad, to being blessed. Ty for uplifting my spirits. God bless
Great customer service. The tow truck was very nice, clean and advanced technology. The driver was very nice experienced and kind to us during a stressful situation. Dispatch was professional.
Always Towing has always been a professional prompt service that I would recommend anyone to use. There 24-hour operation has made them the go to company in the industry I highly recommend them for their professional and prompt service
My auto rescuer was great, I Wish I had his name for reference however It was cold as heck outside, and He kept a smile on his face the entire time. I didn't quite understand why he was taking pictures of my entire car however once he explained the policy I totally understood! They rescued me extremely fast, my wait time was short, and they took very good care of my vehicle! Allstate for my next tire change send this company my way!!! I give them 6stars!

Very pleased with the service from the AM Towing crew at Walworth County Fair demolition derby. The team recovered and loaded my truck onto the trailer in a quick, professional manor. I would highly recommend their services for any situation.
Cole was awesome! Highly recommend going here if you need to be towed. My insurance company, won’t say names but that little green lizard is a liar, was dragging along as I was stranded on the side of a road for 3 hours in the middle of nowhere, telling me there wasn’t anyone available. Called them and had me towed in and dropped off in less than 40 minutes from initial call. Again can’t reiterate how much I appreciate Cole and AM towing, you don’t find good customer service like that anymore these days.
Had a wheel bearing go out on my pickup at corner of 11 and 120. Called AM Towing up after reading some reviews. The positive reviews were spot on. Cole came out right away and got me loaded up and dropped off to a nearby dealership. He was super friendly as was the person at the shop who took my call. Would trust and recommend them to my grandma, if she were still driving. Call them with confidence.
John recovered our pickup truck from the accident scene. Dropped it at our house. Reasonable price, we had to pay him inorder to drop. Two days later insurance had it back in my account.
It was going to be 2 hours for the tow assigned by our insurance roadside assistance. AM was recommended by Larry’s who was unavailable. Wonderful experience all around. So appreciated the quick arrival and fast, kind service! Thank You!

And he was actually educating me on the issue that was going on with my tractor! I really appreciate you rescuing me in a timely fashion and he was professional as well.
Billy was great to work with! Got my truck up and running and was just a down to earth dude !
Great company and even better people always there to help us whenever we are in need.
The driver was very professional and courteous. He had towed me in the pass and was very pleasant. His truck was awesome and the kids loved the truck, and was given him high five.

I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a tow, I had my upper arm break on my vehicle and needed a tow, from the photos you can see the before and after, from when they showed up, and the worst part is they never told me about the extra damage to my vehicle, they just said that I needed to call another tow company because they couldn't do it, and thought that was weird and went to my vehicle and saw what they actually did, and they didn't say anything until I called them and confronted the owner about, but then he just played it off like oops that's what happens, even after no damage agreement was signed, and what should have been a tow and maybe a $400-$500 repair ended up cost me over $2500 in damages. After the damage, Kicos towing came out and towed my vehicle the correct way with care and respect towards someones vehicle and did a very good job, i would recommend them, Would not recommend MKE Towing!
If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband’s vehicle was towed by this company, and when I contacted them to obtain the legally required information about where the car was being held and how to retrieve it, I was met with profanity and aggression from staff. The call was abruptly terminated, and my number was blocked. When my husband called directly, he was told that if his “attitude” did not change, he would have to wait until Monday to retrieve his car. This is unacceptable, unprofessional, and raises serious legal concerns. A towing company has no authority to hold a vehicle hostage based on a subjective judgment about a customer’s demeanor. Because the company refused to provide the vehicle’s location, I had to contact the police department to obtain that information. This kind of obstruction is a clear failure of both customer service and legal responsibility. Consumers should be aware of these practices. No one should be subjected to aggression, profanity, and refusal of service when trying to retrieve their own property.
Great service…The dispatcher didn’t let me know about the taxes and fees at the end of tow is my only negative…The driver was professional and courteous and he was on time…
My driver Jeremy came fast to get me off the side of the highway... Good job keep up the good work👍👍
Jeremy Adams was a big help came on time drop my car Off at the location to the shop on time and also show great customer service. I definitely appreciate and will continue to go through MKE towing.

I gladly give these guys 5 stars. Hector and Christian showed up quickly, were extremely helpful and made a potential unpleasant experience a good one with there knowledgeable, professional, great service. Thank you. I have already told many friend about your great service.
Great customer service and didn’t keep me waiting long. No issues at all every other place I called told me hours of wait time and the prices was outrageous as well. Very decent and reasonable price I would recommend them every time
Great service and very reasonably priced!
The driver was very helpful during a crazy, busy time. Appreciated that he called when delayed, was able to get my vehicle running, and followed me to ensure the car made it to the shop.

Great experience (my car dying aside), the driver Kyle was great, he was friendly and professional. The next time I need a tow I'm definitely calling Ray's again.
Superior service from the initial call with Chris to the amazing, professional service from the tow driver Joe. Chris said he was sending out one of his experienced drivers that may save me the need for a wheel/dolly tow as my all wheel drive car wouldn't start and the e-brake was on. Joe said he would treat my car like his Corvette and he did just that, used a technique to get the rear wheels off the ground and get the car onto the flatbed with no damage or issues, something a Progressive roadside driver had no clue how to get my car moved the previous night. My car arrived safely at the dealership, was repaired and back on the road again today. Highly recommend any towing needs to call Rays, will use again and very pleased, thank you Ray's!
Working with Mark at Ray's Towing was an excellent experience. His kindness and thoughtfulness is unmatched, and he provided a truly exceptional experience to me during a difficult time and situation. I would recommend Ray's Towing to anyone needing towing services. It's clear they've been in business so long for a good reason - they treat their customers well.
CALL RAY’S! I would give ten stars if I could. I had a flat tire. Two Good Samaritan men by me tried to help but the lugs were stripped and they couldn’t unscrew them so I had to call for a tow. I called a different company (NOT RAY’S) after brief Google search and they essentially delayed and delayed and no-showed. I then came across Ray’s when looking to call another company. They were the kindest men (one on the phone and one who performed the tire service) and the arrival and then service were so fast! The date I used this company was 6/25/2022. The man I spoke to on the phone when I initially called was kind, thorough, and honest. The man who arrived in the truck, his name was Jaime, was awesome. So personable, knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuine. If I ever again have car trouble, I will immediately call this company. I will also encourage any friends and family to utilize this company.
The most awesome service from a towing company I've ever experienced. They made my experience as painless as possible. My morning miracle!

Amazing customer service
I have never experienced such a whiplash or service this company quickly went from a place I would certainly recommend friends, family and others to use to a company I would never want anyone to work with. They will find every reason to charge you extra and add fees, they will do nothing to work with you and act helpless to make any adjustments. Be sure to look for signage when in the store when it comes to different costs and Fee's versus taking them at their word.
My car battery died as I was on the way to get an oil change lol. The man who came was beyond wonderful and helpful! Came in the amount of time he told me, was super friendly which is awesome cause I hate taking to car guys since I am a typical clueless woman lol. The price was great as well as the service. I ended up being able to drive to sun city garage after he helped start the car and decided to get a battery as well as my oil change and he was so fast! Definitely did not feel like I was getting played in any way and he also took his time to explain everything to me. Sun city is my new go to!
Victor is always so kind and professional. He truly cares about his clients and business. I would 10/10 recommend Sun-City Towing to anyone.
It was everything you could hope for in a tow. They got there fast, very friendly and completed the entire process quickly. We waited more than 19 hours for a tow truck before calling here. For it being Christmas Eve and in the negatives with windchill, I cannot say enough good things about their service!

Car broke down on Hwy 69. I had my family on the side of the road on a 90 degree day. Jerry was super nice and sympathetic to our situation and made it a point to help us quickly. Jerry showed and narrated some cool stuff with the truck to my young son who was intrigued by the whole process, which was a welcome distraction to an unfortunate situation with our car and the heat. I highly recommend Road Rescue Towing.
Jerry is great. We had a car that needed to be towed, but it was in a driveway with a very tight turn. He was extremely careful and made the corner with no problems. He was very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend Road Rescue Towing.
Jerry is a great person! He will also tow your vehicle correctly and with respect. Has fair prices.
They were quick about on time what she said but highly overpriced exploration mark average pick up from my area is $90 they charge to 150 The Owner is a nice guy! Overall expensive
The owner is a credit to his trade. He's friendly, efficient, knowledgeable in car repairs & gave some good advice as to getting my car fixed. Very prompt, in spite of me having to call him in the early evening. I've used his service before & recommended Road Rescue many times.
