They followed my instructions. I got their phone number from them to make sure that it went to the right place and yeah, it did! Much better than the first place badger something that came and just left for no reason.
Brian came out and towed my car and took it to the shop I needed it to go to. He got to my house within 20 mins and was so kind and even when he had to block traffic, he made sure people could still get around and would wave them to go. I am very very impressed.
Finish Line Towing truly came in to save the day when I needed them most. My driver, (Matt - Racine/Kenosha area) was BEYOND phenomenal. In situations where your anxiety is already high due to car issues, it makes it better when someone who knows what they're talking about comes by to help. I was able to communicate with Rich to get a a quote online. Then he worked with me to set a time because I wasn't available until later at night. He told me because of my vehicle type I didn't need to be there. Then the tow person, Keith maybe, picked up my vehicle and put it in my garage. Made payment over the phone. Price was awesome and both people I was helped by were friendly and professional. In my line of business I get a lot of requests for recommendations on many things including towing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! This company must not do driving backgrounds on its employees. I watched one of their company trucks on the interstate cut off oncoming vehicles merging onto the freeway, swerve into vehicles if the vehicle wouldn’t let them into the lane they were trying to change into, and drove way too close to the vehicles in front of them. If they drive like this I can only imagine the even worse service they provide.
Auto Zone on 01/13/2024 arrival time 7:57 pm within minutes. I don’t remember the tow person name he was very respectful, informative with excellent service..I received the tow for my vehicle. We arrived to my destination I told him my key fob was not responding to my push start. He basically showed me how to use my undetected key fob by placing the key fob directly to push start button to start my vehicle I called my vehicle company for assistance hours ago before my tow they did not tell me this technique they wanted me to pay for additional service fees for remote start service $12. 99 on top of a monthly note. I just want to thank you and appreciate information Mr. tow man

AJ Towing was outstanding!! Today I needed my truck towed from Germantown to Milwaukee. I called about 5 or 6 different towing companies before I called AJ. Every place I called gave me price quotes between $200 to $300 for a tow. I knew it was going to be a little pricey because I have a big Chevy suburban truck but AJ Towing was by far the cheapest price. Only $150 he was extremely fast and got to my truck in 20 minutes and took it to where it needed to go. This guy is awesome he even gave me recommendations for a mechanic shop and he would've taken my truck there! I saved his number in my phone bcuz I will be calling him whenever I needed these services again. I wish I could rate this guy 10 stars because a 5 star rating isn't enough. Thank you AJ Towing!!!
My car needed to be towed from inside a parking complex. This was a difficult and risky job for him. He was able to safely break into the car and push it into a serviceable position. He carefully maneuvered his truck into the garage where it had less than 1 inch of clearance. Very grateful to AJ Towing for taking the risk to help me out. Terrible place to get your car fixed . I had a 2013 Chevy Cruze and I got it towed to them using they towing service , they had my car for 2 weeks , told them to fix timing chain , they fixed timing chain and destroy the engine . The boss is terrible with communication and letting people know what’s going on with the car . DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE !

Julio was the driver I had show up. The wait time was acceptable, from call to tow. Towed the car to the shop, even filled out the drop off form. The truck had a issue with brake fluid & Julio thought to chock the wheel. He was fantastic!
Contact these folks and returned my call within 5 minutes. Had the truck out in my location to tow my car and a professional gentleman worked through my problem. Cost wasn't bad either. I would recommend them to everyone.

Homer’s towing service is absolutely the best towing service in the German town area. I was involved in a car accident on the 26 of June 2023. Needless to say it was an extremely, stressful experience. However, the driver of the towing service was so professional and kind that he eased my anxiety . He told me not to worry, that all would be taken care of and that I should just concentrate on getting well. I also would like to mention the owner Joe Schultz. He was courteous, very nice and very accommodating to an old man like me. He handled all the details and was attentive to my needs. Again this is the finest towing business in Germantown.
I got stuck in a parking lot on January 14th and they couldn't get to me until the 17th because if the number of calls they were getting. Owner himself called and apologized for the mixup and delay. They also have a washout place next door that does a good job.
I’ve personally never been towed by them but man do they keep their trucks clean. The drivers at homers know how to drive damn good as well.
Have had them repair trucks since working at 2 different companies, good experience both times. They will come to you if you can't make it to their shop. Quick response times and repairs are done quickly as well.

Great service…The dispatcher didn’t let me know about the taxes and fees at the end of tow is my only negative…The driver was professional and courteous and he was on time…
They kept giving me different arrival times and just never showed up or called. Left me stranded for 5 hours until I just had to call a ride and leave my car where it was. Worst experience I ever had with a tow company. Will NEVER use them again.

CALL RAY’S! I would give ten stars if I could. I had a flat tire. Two Good Samaritan men by me tried to help but the lugs were stripped and they couldn’t unscrew them so I had to call for a tow. I called a different company (NOT RAY’S) after brief Google search and they essentially delayed and delayed and no-showed. I then came across Ray’s when looking to call another company. They were the kindest men (one on the phone and one who performed the tire service) and the arrival and then service were so fast! The date I used this company was 6/25/2022. The man I spoke to on the phone when I initially called was kind, thorough, and honest. The man who arrived in the truck, his name was Jaime, was awesome. So personable, knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuine. If I ever again have car trouble, I will immediately call this company. I will also encourage any friends and family to utilize this company.
I just want to say that Ray's Towing far exceeded my expectations yesterday relocating my Corvette. I called to schedule the tow and voiced my concerns about a careful tow. I was told that they have a operator who's specialty is moving classic cars and Corvettes. Then and there my anxieties were put at ease. The operator, Joe, was the perfect example of professionalism. He called to let me know he was going to be at the pick up location on time. He let me know when he departed that location and that he was enroute to the drop off location. Joe even helped us get the car into the garage. I was absolutely impressed with the service, care and expertise of both Joe and Ray's Towing. Like another person in this post, I was in a car accident, and all city showed up to tow my truck. It was required by the sheriff so even though I had my own tow service available , all city was there first to clear off the road which I get to keep traffic moving. Everybody on the staff the guy who towed my truck, the gentlemen and woman at the office were all super nice and helpful. A+
All city was great ! I got rear ended on 41 by a dump truck and it totalled my work van. These guys were out there so fast. They got there, looked at what we working with and went straight to work. We had zero issues of any kind with the tow itself or with dealing with their office. Good tow company you can trust.
Staff I found pleasant and helpful. Any towing outfit open 24/7/365 I will keep in mind, just in case. Also, I think it was cool and fun to give away (to anyone) some diverse and odder shards of The (Milwaukee Lakefront) Boat the company finally ended up with.
ALL CITY STOLE MY CAR!!!!!!! All City Towed my car in error which shouldn't make sense right because you have to check to the vin and plates before loading the car onto the trailer complete idiots. Very unprofessional didn't even reach out to me to let me know they towed my car In error. my wife is 72 years old and almost had a heart attack thinking her car was stolen at 5:30 in the morning when she had to leave for work. I reached out to Kevin the manager to resolve this issue and he has yet to call me back when we spoke on the phone days ago. Very Unprofessional and do not recommend the lazy incompetent so called employees they have.
Got an eta of about 1 hour. Called 15 minutes after eta to check in. They told me he will be there in 20 minutes. 40 minutes later i called again to cancel. This time they guaranteed he would be there within 20 minutes. 25 minutes after that, i called and cancelled. The truck pulled up as i was on the phone with another tow company. The driver did a good job and was friendly, but if i would have known it would take over 2 hours i wouldve gone with another company

Great service great people this is my goto for all my car needs
After waiting an hour and a half for the driver to show up he lowballed be $50 less than what we agreed upon over the phone. The driver said he could drop the car right there at the curb and I could get another company to pick it up if I didn't want to take the loss of the $50. This was at 5pm on a Friday night so I kinda got strong armed into taking the lesser money as it would hard to get another company to pick it up at that time of day. Beware of this company's shady business practices. Not reputable.

Don't call these people for a tow I called to get my Lexus towed they took down all my info told me they would be here in 40 mins then never showed and stopped answering the phone also they overpriced someone else came and did the tow for 15$ less

Great service! Constant communication regarding eta to arrival. Fast, efficient pick up and drop off. I recommend them if you need towing services for drivable or non-drivable vehicles. Very courteous driver!
So back in January I had a tow schedule through triple A for my car. Because my drivers side axle broke upon pick up from a company called RC TOWING which is a shop as well as a tow company the owner offered to fix my car since he was located in the area I lived in it was more convenient and I thought cost less for him to fix it. Now fast forward to today my axle pops out of the socket and breaks my control arm because it was a previously used axle and a worn out control arm, not new like what we agreed upon. I call the owner of the shop Cory and I ask him can I get the information for my warranty as well as the receipt that i never received for my supposed to be brand new axle he says he has no information everything is deleted out the system after two weeks. It’s been confirmed from another shop it was a junk yard axle that did not fit my car. I’m paid $300 for parts and labor. My experience has been horrible with this shop he showed no remorse. And lied about it being a brand new part the shop is located at 7419 W Bradley Road The owners name is Cory . I would not recommend letting that shop work on y’all cars. He’s out here scamming innocent people.

Make you stand outside because they take one at a time. So be prepared to wait. Oh they close from 12 till 1 and not taking any customers at that time. Horrible company. Charges you $360 just for towing your car that you didn’t ask to get towed Smdh and that’s just the starting price
The man provided initially friendly service upon arrival, however the woman that that I talked to after him had a horrible attitude, getting angry with me for asking why it's taking 30+ minutes to pull a vehicle from their lot. Also, while waiting for 30 minutes for them to pull our vehicle, I snapped this wonderful photo. "Rules for yee, not for thee!"
My daughter messed up, parked in a non parking spot, got towed. Went to Always Towing to get it back, looked up beforehand what we would need to get the car back. We were prepared, nobody was there, in and out in 20 minutes. I was a little nervous to go based on the previous reviews. Honestly, if you own up to the fact that you made a mistake and parked somewhere you shouldn’t have, the process is a lot smoother. Sure it sucks and it’s a hassle, nobody wants to pay $300. I know my daughter has definitely learned her lesson. Being rude and blaming the tow company people does nothing. The man that helped us was super nice and professional. This is a real review, not someone the tow company knows. Lol. Just play by the rules guys and you won’t have to deal with situations like getting your car towed.
They towed my brand new car, got it back with scrapes and gashes all over the wheels and still have not done anything to fix it. Horrible place.
Sad to see apartment management and tow businesses 🫱🏻🫲🏿 take away from hard working people in the community allegedly... They are not the police and cant check your vehicles records or validity in any systems so if you forgot to put your sticker on and park on your apartment lot which works hand in hand 🫱🏻🫲🏿 💰 with this company supposedly lol you get towed away even if you actually live there, ...but management made the call supposedly😭... probably need to revise rules n cameras etc.. when did they tow it? in my experience the time was a lie! And the strange fees additionally crazy! Common and poor people vampires hand in hand. This operation is nothing new. You can use a search tool from U.S. PIRG to find out about your state's consumer protection laws for towing.

Trash Company. I called to get towed and they were extremely rude and disrespectful; they were of no help at all and said that I should ask a police officer to call a tow truck for me instead.

This towing company lies about being able to accept credit cards on Sunday’s. I didn’t have all the cash to pay for tow, so they agreed to run my card for remaining $25. They try to force customers to pay upwards of $300 in cash, by saying the credit card machine doesn’t work on Sundays. I wonder if the IRS would be interested in this business tactic?
This company is a complete scam they have no problem towing your vehicle 24/7 but can only release the vehicle 9am-2pm??? They also illegally overcharge $325 for a tow even that the state law states they can only charge $150 max for a tow less than 20miles. Oh also the fact that they had their towing license removed in December 2018 for illegally towing vehicles. The employees like to show up to work in pajamas and late to work and their office is a old RV parked in the tow lot. So while your waiting for the guy to do the paperwork you can freeze outside in the cold. Overall this company should not be in business.

I don't like this towing place I told our car even though we was in the fire lane we've been parked in there for almost 4 years never got told before his other people parking in the fire lane around here and don't get towed the guy at the place is very rude to me when I asked him why is it so much I had to pay $320 they claim they ride around at Ogden properties but to me our car was the only car towed
The mechanics are real friendly and real attentive to the customers needs. They show you the old parts that they removed from your car. They also let you bring in your own parts.
