We had just returned after a long flight very late at night to find our car battery dead. We called Jay's Towing, and despite the late hour, he came quickly to help start our car. He even called to update us on his timing while we waited for him, so we knew exactly when to expect him. He was friendly and professional. Jay's Towing can't be beat!
Had to have my daughter's car towed. Gabe was there very quickly and was very professional and helpful. Went out of his way to ensure the car, that had a busted window, did not get more damage while being towed in the pouring rain. The customer service we got from Gabe and the dispatch on the phone was fantastic. These guys do indeed deserve your business!
I had waited for my insurance to send a tow truck to come pick up my car after someone had tried to steal it for four days. I called Jay's Towing myself and they were able to come in 15 minutes to pick up my car. They were able to get it out of the parking garage very easily and were super friendly. Gabe made sure to let me know what was all going on and I really appreciated that. I'd definitely recommend them!
Great company. Broke down on the highway and jay picked us up within 10 mins and brought us to his shop. Highly recommend desiel is a hell of a driver over an hour and a half through straight fog but got us there.
We called Jay's Towing early Sunday morning for assistance on the road side (tire wouldn't come off the car) and Adam arrived within 10 minutes of the call to save the day! He was quick to act and knew what to do to assist us. Thank you for the excellent customer service in a stressful situation, Adam. We recommend Jay's Towing and will use them again if needed!

Stoked to have this super friendly driver. Appreciate his support and time to even talk to my boys and show them a few things. Used AAA but regardless- would 1000% highly recommend. So cool! Thanks again! -🌙
I had a flat tire. They were out there in no time andFixed it fast! courteous friendly absolutely no problems.
Matt was very friendly and helpful. Gave me good advice and made sure I made it to the an open shop with a tire in stock. Would definitely use them again.
Excellent service! I was given a 90 minute arrival time and Francisco arrived way before that! He was extremely helpful and such a nice man! It was a pleasure meeting him. Thank you for helping me. I would highly recommend there services.
I had a fantastic experience with Finishline Towing AAA service. Shane was pleasant, knowledgeable, and fast. He showed up quickly and made my life easier by handling everything needed to get me back on the road safely without requiring a trip anywhere else. His professionalism was evident throughout the process, and he efficiently changed the tire. I highly recommend Finishline Towing and Shane for their excellent service!

Had my car towed by Dj. He was very professional and got to me right away and got my car loaded and we were on our way. I would definitely call the next time I need a tow and I will let other people I know about you guys. Thank you for the great service.
Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I scheduled a tow 3 days ago & informed my Machanic it would be dropped off… they haven’t came too pick up my car yet !
Great experience, had all 4 tires slashed and he inflated two of my tires, plugged them, and got me out of a tight spot in a back alley on a snowy day and got the job done quickly
I really appreciated the quick service! My car was victim to some amateurs trying to steal my Kia Soul. He was able to help us late in the evening when most places were closing/closed. Was kind enough to take me and my friend to the auto shop as we didnt have a car as well. Thank you!
Nice young man who really know what he’s doing . I can trust him to take my vehicle with no problems or complications ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I scheduled a motorcycle tow for a 2019 Harley Davidson Ultra Glide with VM Towing. They were on time, got the motorcycle to the location I needed it towed to. VM Towing was so easy to work with - they did a great job!
Service was excellent very respectful and genuine personality. I would truly recommend this service
Was stuck at midnight during snow storm and they came to the rescue! Towing Always available at any time. Quick and friendly service. Best towing service in town. Also great auto service available tune ups, tires, etc
VM towing was the 3rd tow truck company that I called & paid for services, yet VM was the only company that succeeded getting my car where it needed to be, they were patient while friendly the entire process, charged me the least and were all finished the quickest. Thank you VM towing I will recommend you to everybody I know.
Just had one of their tow truck drivers drive past me going 90 in a 55 with a blue Kia soul on the back so if that’s your car, I would talk to the driver about it

AJ Towing was outstanding!! Today I needed my truck towed from Germantown to Milwaukee. I called about 5 or 6 different towing companies before I called AJ. Every place I called gave me price quotes between $200 to $300 for a tow. I knew it was going to be a little pricey because I have a big Chevy suburban truck but AJ Towing was by far the cheapest price. Only $150 he was extremely fast and got to my truck in 20 minutes and took it to where it needed to go. This guy is awesome he even gave me recommendations for a mechanic shop and he would've taken my truck there! I saved his number in my phone bcuz I will be calling him whenever I needed these services again. I wish I could rate this guy 10 stars because a 5 star rating isn't enough. Thank you AJ Towing!!!
Probably the best service I have received from a towing service. The driver was in touch with me right away, professional and friendly. Even helped me push it in my driveway. Will definitely be my first call from now on.
Where do I start? If only I could give them a billion stars as opposed to just the 5 star. I have used AJ Towing both for tows as well as vehicle repair and both times was left wildly impressed by their work. As far as tows go, I must have called every towing company in greater Milwaukee trying to get my inoperative vehicle removed from my apartment’s indoor parking structure, with all of all of these places telling me that the parking garage’s structural height was way too low for them to fit their trucks into, thus unable to help me. I called AJ Towing after a full day of failed attempts calling other places. Immediately, I got a foreign voice on the line, informing me that he would come to my place and figure it—I was skeptical and wasn’t getting my hopes up. When the man on the line came out—as it turns out the manager—he resourcefully thought outside the box and after only a few minutes of brainstorming had my vehicle successfully transported from the parking garage by way of this specialized dolly structure he had in his chest of random odds and ends in his truck. It gets better from there: Not only were they the only towing company in greater Milwaukee to be able to get the vehicle removed out from the parking garage, but this foreign-voiced manager’s white male mechanic, Logan, who does the car fixes is genius. Logan is very personable and has spent his whole life fixing vehicles, and it shows in his amazing work. I was left with a great tow and a great car repair. The two of them make an unstoppable team. I should note that they do ask that you make the final payment in cash and because of their integrity and the fact I want to support them because of their work, I don’t mind doing that at all and pay them whatever they deem fit. Please support their business and pay in cash and pay them what they are worth. Great towing companies like this will go out of businesses if people do not do everything they can to support. Logan and AJ, you are a brilliant team. It’s also fun talking to them because they have fun personalities, and Logan is filled with great stories about his life. To my knowledge, I think it’s only Logan and AJ and they are a smaller business, so during busy times of year when there are lots of accidents, may be hard to get in. Not sure on that because I’ve only needed them when it wasn’t busy. Whatever the case, this place is gold.
I was all in about my experience until you lied about having a mechanic available all of a sudden. There was one available when we spoke earlier this morning, but now since your driver says you miss understood the whole conversation changed. Shame on AJ the person I spoke with. Have a great day
Please don't trust good reviews for this company. They towed car to shop and it was easy fix and because no knowledge about cars they broke main engine computer and cover their mistakes they take main fuses out and broke rest fuses and all this they changed me for parts was not broken double. Was big mistake to use them it cost me few thousand to bring car back to running. Please stay away very rude driver and owner is very unprofessional and big layer .very bad people all they need your money .very sad people like this live in Milwaukee

I’m really glad I called top speed towing, the young man helped me out more than he had to. He even went out the way to take me home, and I forgot my keys to my house, so he went back and I got my keys. I would give him ten stars if I could. Thanks young man!!!
Eli was fast, price was fair, my car wasn’t further damaged and his customer service was genuine. I would definitely recommend and will call him first next time (and im sure there will be lol) my car needs a tow.
Eli was speedy and great customer service
He got to me in 10 minutes and towed my car to the body shop after my accident. Pricing is very fair and reasonable
Officially using Top Speed for all my towing & roadside assistance needs! This isn’t my first time using this company but the level of service is consistent. He is reliable when my Honda isn’t!!!!! Great job!

Had a quick phone conversation about getting the IID (iid)AKA(breathalyzer) in my car. that's all. But the man was very nice & informative and polite! Thanks a lot!
Very Dependable. I would recommend this company to anyone! Nice people! Dependable equipment and drivers! Overall great service!
Phones are answered professionally and courteous, dispatchers are very understanding and helpful. Drivers show up when they are asked to do a tow within a reasonable time. Drivers are very professional at their job and know how to get the job done and keep a happy customer. Rates are also reasonable. Feel very comfortable with this service and would suggest it to all of my friends. Overall very good experience every time I've used them.
This towing company is the most professional, reliable, and dependable company you can hire. I have used several over the years, and NONE of them compare to 24 Hour towing & Recovery.I have used them for a few times for personal and my business needs and I have never been disappointed. Two occasions stick out....July 4th weekend my Escalade blew the transmission, downtown Milwaukkee just leaving summerfest....called 24Hour Towing&Recovery they were there in minutes, even stopped to let me get cold water for me and my grandson who had been sitting in the hot sun.... Driver was incredibly professional and kind....don't see that much anymore!!!! 2ND occasion...my son passed away suddenly and I wanted to get his custom Cadillac Low Rider to the funeral home...this was my sons pride and joy.I spoke to the owner Jay explaining the situation. The day came and the driver Jay sent was AMAZING!!! I have never seen such compassion from a company, and I'm not just talking about a tow company...Got my son's car to the funeral home and STAYED there to watch it till it was time to bring it back home..The owner Jay himself even came there to make sure everything was done to my wants and needs....Holy cow who does that???? I would RECOMEND this company to everyone!!!!and I do...I wish there was more than a five star rating they deserve it. If you need it towed 24 Hour Towing is your best bet! Affordable, and Professional....👍👍
Shaun was the best guy ever! We are very sorry to have woken him up but we are glad he did and came out to help us! We hope he sleeps well! Thank you Shaun! (Shawn, Sean)

They charge me $380 for a tow that’s just expensive never paid that much then $65 a day for storage this is robbery so if your ever in a car accident please don’t let them tow you 😔
If I could give 0 stars, I would. Called these guys to get me unstuck, went from $200 over the phone to $1,000 when they had a guy come look at it, claimed they need a skid steer. I said “no way that cost $1000” and the guy goes “oh well see if you can get someone else to do it” and walked off, just like that. I called later when I thought I ran out of options, they said they could send someone out, and he now said “it could cost $1,000, maybe even more” I said “how much more then $1,000 can it get” to which he responded “well, call someone else then” and hung up. If you want to charge somebody $1,000 dollars, the least you could do is explain where my 1,000 will be going without getting offended and hanging up. They are aware I’m in a bind, and just trying to see how much they can squeeze out of me. Wouldn’t be surprised if they charge you $200 to jump your car. Wouldn’t touch these guys with a 10 foot pole. Found a guy who brought out an f250, Hooked onto me and had me out in 20 mins, most of which was spent just finding my cars anchor point because I almost bottomed out. They know they are one of the only people in this area who offer this service, and think they can charge outrageous prices, stay away from them.
The driver was very professional and courteous. He had towed me in the pass and was very pleasant. His truck was awesome and the kids loved the truck, and was given him high five.
Have had them repair trucks since working at 2 different companies, good experience both times. They will come to you if you can't make it to their shop. Quick response times and repairs are done quickly as well.
Our work truck broke down at a very busy intersection in Franklin, WI. We called Homers, they had a tow truck down there in less than an hour. Jon, the service tech, had the truck lifted and towed in less than thirty minutes, even in the midst of heavy rush hour traffic. With service like that, they earned a customer for life. Thanks Homer's!

Highly recommend, very helpful and kind. Anthony towed my car from a tough spot where it broke down to the shop for me.
Driver provided for my needs was a great guy. Very open and personable. Seems to have good values and cares about his kids.
Friendly and helpful staff, helped me out quickly when I needed it, hoping to not need a tow again but if I do they'd be my go-to!
I can’t say enough good things about Tommy! Breaking down on the side of the road is stressful, but he made the entire experience so much easier. He arrived quickly, was professional, and treated both me and my vehicle with the utmost care. What really stood out was his kindness—he went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and informed every step of the way. Reliable, friendly, and efficient, Tommy is the kind of tow truck driver you hope for when you need help the most. Highly recommend this company MKE Towing best in the game

Great family owned business. Great friendly competent service. Very clean and dependable
Working with Mark at Ray's Towing was an excellent experience. His kindness and thoughtfulness is unmatched, and he provided a truly exceptional experience to me during a difficult time and situation. I would recommend Ray's Towing to anyone needing towing services. It's clear they've been in business so long for a good reason - they treat their customers well.
Hydroplaned and crashed a vehicle on the highway not even a mile from their shop on a Sunday. Police contracted Ray’s to tow it. Expected to pay around $150-160. Ended up costing me $285 to pick it up on Monday the next day. $155 for the tow, $80 to store it overnight, and $35 to bring it back onto the street off their lot. The office staff i spoke with were entirely unpleasant to deal with, and I overheard another one mocking a woman who had called in with a car issue saying her car was stuck in drive and she was sitting in a parking lot with foot on the brake. There is also a 10% upcharge if you pay with a card -- bring cash, and lots of it if the police called your tow.
CALL RAY’S! I would give ten stars if I could. I had a flat tire. Two Good Samaritan men by me tried to help but the lugs were stripped and they couldn’t unscrew them so I had to call for a tow. I called a different company (NOT RAY’S) after brief Google search and they essentially delayed and delayed and no-showed. I then came across Ray’s when looking to call another company. They were the kindest men (one on the phone and one who performed the tire service) and the arrival and then service were so fast! The date I used this company was 6/25/2022. The man I spoke to on the phone when I initially called was kind, thorough, and honest. The man who arrived in the truck, his name was Jaime, was awesome. So personable, knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuine. If I ever again have car trouble, I will immediately call this company. I will also encourage any friends and family to utilize this company.
Superior service from the initial call with Chris to the amazing, professional service from the tow driver Joe. Chris said he was sending out one of his experienced drivers that may save me the need for a wheel/dolly tow as my all wheel drive car wouldn't start and the e-brake was on. Joe said he would treat my car like his Corvette and he did just that, used a technique to get the rear wheels off the ground and get the car onto the flatbed with no damage or issues, something a Progressive roadside driver had no clue how to get my car moved the previous night. My car arrived safely at the dealership, was repaired and back on the road again today. Highly recommend any towing needs to call Rays, will use again and very pleased, thank you Ray's!

Marvin arrived quickly, was friendly, and handled everything with care and professionalism. The tow truck was spotless and well-maintained, which gave me a lot of confidence in the service. Marvin made what could have been a stressful situation easy and stress-free. Highly recommend him and would definitely call again if I ever need a tow
Patrick is the best and made a really bum situation as smooth and pleasant as it could be. This was my first car and first car problems are scary, but Patrick reduced my anxiety significantly. I never thought i would be laughing and joking as my car, Lady Landboat, got towed to the shop but here we are. 10/10 would recommend. Honest, great prices, and reliable as heck.
Sean was amazing! Super helpful and super fast!
Best tow company ever was there in 15 min good pricing too
One of the best tow services I've ever had. My call was answered, they were polite and courteous, they hooked me up with a driver right away and had a price quote for me immediately. The Driver, Pat, showed up in below zero weather and took care of everything for me, made sure i was warm and gave me a bottle water. Took me all the way from Greenfield to Racine and had a great time talking to him. If you want an excellent tow service with reliable drivers, look no further.

Phenomenal company! My nephew got in his first accident three weeks ago. All City Towing responded very quick and professionally. The driver was very concerned for my nephew safety which made him feel more comfortable in the situation. When we arrived at the office it was impeccable. The owner was amazing all the people in the office made us feel like we did not even lose a car. Thank you All City and I will recommend this company to anybody!
Like another person in this post, I was in a car accident, and all city showed up to tow my truck. It was required by the sheriff so even though I had my own tow service available , all city was there first to clear off the road which I get to keep traffic moving. Everybody on the staff the guy who towed my truck, the gentlemen and woman at the office were all super nice and helpful. A+
March 20th 2025 894W Loomis to 45N driver road within spitting distance of a White Wrangler after cutting me off. He was visibly agitated. Driver then proceeded to move to far left lane before cutting 2 lanes over into right lane. 0 signaling. Management needs to rethink their hiring process.
The driver was so fast and the person on the phone was absolutely professional. They made sure i knew the prices and what i was paying for and they knew exactly how to hook everything without damaging my car. It was amazing how fast and generous the guy was. I got a business card and i would be happy to hand it out to anyone who needs a tow!
All city was great ! I got rear ended on 41 by a dump truck and it totalled my work van. These guys were out there so fast. They got there, looked at what we working with and went straight to work. We had zero issues of any kind with the tow itself or with dealing with their office. Good tow company you can trust.

He was super fast with it. Literally came within an hour. Told me a price and gave me 50$ more. Super friendly. Highly recommend!
He helped me when I was in an accident in June and was very helpful and affordable.. And fast I definitely would recommend..
Was told to wait 75 minutes, then another 45 minutes after I already wait 75 minutes , then he canceled. Not okay.
What a trash establishment. Zero communication, Zero reliability. The absolute worst I've ever dealt with. Hope they're out of business soon so nobody else has to deal with their subpar and bottom of the barrel service. Good riddance!
I had a truck stranded on i794. I called in and within 15 minutes I was taken cared of; not the first time using them! Highly responsible and responsive!

Don't call these people for a tow I called to get my Lexus towed they took down all my info told me they would be here in 40 mins then never showed and stopped answering the phone also they overpriced someone else came and did the tow for 15$ less
Very experienced great attitude.
The mechanic is very unresponsive took 2 days to hear back about my car, then when i did i get a ridiculous quote. So i decide to pick up my car the next day at 10am nobody is there but one girl who is of no help only job is to answer phones. She tells me the mechanic played hooky from work and isnt answering the phone so she had to call someone else to come move the cars blocking mine but they apparently live 20mins away. Do not go here unless you want very slow, untrustworthy service. My car is the one being blocked by the tan and sliver car. Its took 40mins for them to come move the cars. Also they will lie about what they told you on the phone they claim they quoted me $90 for a diagnostic test but they didnt they never told me that on the phone and the girl in front is clueless about who she talks to or not she doesnt even know i didnt speak to her about bringing my car i spoke to a guy who never mentioned anything. Just don't trust them, i honestly wouldn't trust them to tow my car either So save ur money go somewhere else.

Great service! Constant communication regarding eta to arrival. Fast, efficient pick up and drop off. I recommend them if you need towing services for drivable or non-drivable vehicles. Very courteous driver!
I had a great experience! Price was great, fast service and the service provided was very pleasant!
They use after market parts to fix cars that don’t work. I don't Understand how you can put in the wrong fuel pump into a car and just clear the check engine light- you guys should be shut down.

They make up rules on the road and hit you with the most fines. I was told they’d drop my car for $75 and they wouldn’t touch it the rest of the year. They let a little time pass and came and got it. The man who originally dropped my car said he didn’t want to do the extra work since my car needed something else for them to hook it to the tow, then he proceeded to say to be careful cause the tow men love looking for these cars since they’re able to charge double for “special equipment used” . Legally you’re not suppose to charge more than $300 for a tow, but they use a loop hole “special equipment” to nearly charge $500 plus. They’re unprofessional, will cuss at you, hang up in your face, they refuse to give their name incase you want to follow through w a lawsuit, they make illegal tows and make up rules that sound good to customers to get away with their illegal activity. I hope someone gets to sue them to shutting down. Or buy them out completely. GET THESE ILLEGAL Tow trucks off the road! They’re making up their own rules and regulations to fit whatever addenda they got. If I could rate 0 I would. Absolutely terrible people . Especially Mike the manager. They’re money hungry and will make things up.
I was charged a special fee of 150 dollars and It was a compact car a 2011 Ford sedan. Not a 4x4 I asked was Promised a Call back after I had to Pay $450 for basically 1 working day and a half. I still Haven't heard from them as of Yet. ***I Didn't need a special tow period
Would give 0 stars if possible. Picked up my car not even a full 12 hours after they towed me. Still got the $25 "storage fee". Like other reviews I thought $150 isn't too bad but then I was charged $388! This place looks scummy because it is scummy. Special equipment is another way to say "up charging the poor people in this place" I'm calling a lawyer about this "special equipment fee" I drive a Toyota. Have gotten tows before and was never hit with this fake equipment fee. I hope everyone at this business feels ashamed how they charge people just trying to get THEIR property back
Literally towed my vehicle due to being on the lot literally for less than 15 minutes and I didn’t have a sticker as of yet … told the guy my situation how I was involved in a hit and run accident about a month ago which my older vehicle with the valid sticker was totaled and I literally just scrapped up on this new car and hadn’t had the proper opportunity to go and get my new sticker… mind you it’s the weekend and the main office of my property management isn’t open until Monday … no leniency, no warning, no nothing just straight savages … Just remember God don’t like ugly and everyone has there judgement day …..I will just leave that there …..
Sad to see apartment management and tow businesses 🫱🏻🫲🏿 take away from hard working people in the community allegedly... They are not the police and cant check your vehicles records or validity in any systems so if you forgot to put your sticker on and park on your apartment lot which works hand in hand 🫱🏻🫲🏿 💰 with this company supposedly lol you get towed away even if you actually live there, ...but management made the call supposedly😭... probably need to revise rules n cameras etc.. when did they tow it? in my experience the time was a lie! And the strange fees additionally crazy! Common and poor people vampires hand in hand. This operation is nothing new. You can use a search tool from U.S. PIRG to find out about your state's consumer protection laws for towing.

They towed my car I cried calling about seizure medication. And they hung up on me police would do nothing
This company is a complete scam they have no problem towing your vehicle 24/7 but can only release the vehicle 9am-2pm??? They also illegally overcharge $325 for a tow even that the state law states they can only charge $150 max for a tow less than 20miles. Oh also the fact that they had their towing license removed in December 2018 for illegally towing vehicles. The employees like to show up to work in pajamas and late to work and their office is a old RV parked in the tow lot. So while your waiting for the guy to do the paperwork you can freeze outside in the cold. Overall this company should not be in business.
Scam artists that's all they are

This place need to be shut down this is a unprofessional place! Who take peoples money for no reason and charges more than the city! This man literally is unprofessional and a scam I will be reporting this company or wanna be company to the city to get his company shut down All these bad reviews are ridiculous!
Stole my car and ripped me off for $ 320 .
This place is Terrible! If there was a way to put Zero stars that’s what I would rate! This place needs to be shut down! Very unprofessional and rude! These people, the owner in particular (Mohamed, by the way I had to get his name by research because he wouldn’t provide me with it) are a disgrace to the business community. We should never have a licensed business with customer service this horrible. This man tows your vehicle for no reason, hangs up in your face, jacks up his prices and as he is throwing out outrageous numbers his wife (who came with him to the site) begins to laugh as if its funny that they are trying to get over on hard working people that have more to do with their lives than to scam people for a quick fix. This business needs to be took to court and shut down. These people should not be able to keep getting away with treating others terribly after towing their vehicles. These people towed my vehicle after I arrived home, I was only in the house for maybe all of 45 minutes. These people come and wait on hard working people to park their cars and tow them. Anyone who has had terrible service with these people please report your story! That is the first step to getting this place shut down!
ON TIME.....FRIENDLY....AND KIND..... ....I WILL BE CALLING AGAIN
This is a horrible company I will be taking this to court. With the picture I have with no signs prohibiting me from parking in a parking lot. I’m a teacher and I had to do a home visit for one of my students that lived in an apartment building. I came out of the home visit and seen my car being put on the tow truck I stopped the man and identified myself with my badges he said he don’t care he not taking the car down Incase I give him $50 ge said he don’t take cards only cash he told me where the atm was to get the cash which was two blocks away me and another teacher left to get the money after 5 minutes I came back and the car was gone and now they said I have to pay $347 to get my car back
