First of all we were very satisfied doing business with them! Best communication whatsoever! It was pretty late when we needed service and they made it happened! Javier had alot of patience because we were back and forth with the situation! I was the middle person trying to help my cousin out,so there was alot of confusion but Javier stayed firm and helped us reach our goal in getting my cousins truck to the dealer. Definitely recommend 💯 Plus the price was affordable specially because it was already late evening.

We called after closing, and Dave said he was busy, but would come out after 1-hour if still needed. We ended up getting the car going, so we didn’t make him come out after hours. I’ll definitely call Uptown if I need another tow.
I was waiting 2 HOURS for AAA only to find out they couldn't find a tow truck near me! I called Dave (pretty sure his name was Dave) and he was there in 20 minutes! Super cool guy, very professional and good service. Got me and my car home quick.

N&Y Towing made my bad day better. Want to say thank you to Ricardo Caballero for making the tow process quick and simple. He was very communicative whether it was updating me of his ETA or making sure I was fully aware of what he was doing in order to get my vehicle on his flatbed. I honestly would never want go through this experience again, but 10/10 do recommend Ricardo👍

AAA set me up with N&Y towing because my vehicle wouldn't start. Lorenzo came out to my house in far south Valencia County. Lorenzo got my vehicle started but still followed me to O'Reillys for a new battery. When they wouldn't help me put the new one on Lorenzo stayed to help me. Lorenzo wasn't able to change my battery because he did not have the right tools but I appreciate his willingness to try. I offered to pay Lorenzo but he declined and said AAA covered. Such a kind respectful young man

I was referred to this tow company and they did not disappoint. My call was answered at the first ring and was able to get a driver to me within 15 minutes. Miguel arrived on time, was courteous and was able to tow my lowered car. His expertise made the loading and unloading a breeze! Jose came to our rescue and towed our 5th wheel when our truck broke down. We're in the middle of moving the RV to our new home out of state and our truck broke down and will take a couple weeks to repair. Jose came quickly and towed it to a storage facility so it's safe until our truck is ready. He was so conscientious moving our rig and got it there safely despite the difficult parking spot and 44ft size of our rig. We are so grateful and highly recommend him.
I high centered my 4x4 off road in a difficult location for most tow trucks, also known as, the desert. Jose was able to quickly find and wench me out, before the desert sun cooked my daughter and I. After a long night of trying to dig myself out, and reburying my truck, he was like a knight in shining blue truck. I highly recommend this company for both regular and special tow circumstances.

First off I would like to say thank you to Charles for helping me out multiple times, he went above and beyond everytime. If you live in Albuquerque and you have a Class A RV/motor home and get into a bind like myself than you'll wanna make sure to give Platinum a call. I have AAA and pay the extra for the RV support, sadly they don't have anyone under contract in the Albuquerque area. After dealing with AAA (for over 4 hrs) trying to locate a provider able to tow my 42ft Fleetwood Bounder they finally decided to go outside of their network and we found Charles with Platinum. Charles came to my rescue 🛟 and I'll forever be in his debt.

Had my car towed today had a little bit of a wait but got my car towed. Ryan the driver was very professional and really helpful. Would definitely use them again and the price is one set price for the ABQ area. Appreciate the help and good customer service.
All Pro said they would arrive in 30 minutes to tow my disabled car from ABQ airport. Waited an hour and they didn’t show or call. My calls for status went right to voicemail. Called Macy’s Towing, they were there in 11 minutes.
It was a little pricey but you get what you pay for. They did a awesome job loading and unloading my mercedes s550 that was slammed on the ground due to the air ride suspension malfunctioning. So I would definitely say that I would use this company again if needed.
My mom's car died today on the side of the freeway. My 'usual' tow company wasn't answering their phone so I decided to call All Pro based on their reviews. Glad I did, they are great! Truck came super quick, like less than 15 minutes *mind blown*. Driver was super nice, courteous and professional. And the price was really affordable which is much appreciated in these tough times. Johnny diagnosed the problem in my car not even a minute after seeing it, and it was fixed in no time!!! He’s a very respectable mechanic who knows what he’s talking about. Disappointing experience. I waited over 4½ hours for a tow that was originally estimated to arrive much sooner and never arrived. I understand delays can happen, but there was very little communication during that time. A Realistic timeframe would have made a big difference or just simply rejecting the request would be good.

HUGE KUDOS to Discount Collision for the great experience and service I recently had with them in getting my vehicle repaired. Discount Collision is very professional and attentive in meeting their client's needs. They go over and above explaining all work/repairs that are going to be done, answered any/all questions I had and provided me with options that were available to me for the best outcome. The staff at Discount Collison were mindful and meticulous in keeping me informed/updated at every step of the process in repairing my vehicle and it was finished and ready for pickup at the time it was promised. I called for a tow for multiple vehicles and was willing to pay their expensive price and they said they were sending a driver to us and no one showed up three hours later We’re still waiting for them when they said 1 hour and now we have to do everything ourselves. Do not recommend going with this towing company unless you want to be waiting on the side of the road for hours for them not to show up. And not answer the 10 phone calls I’ve made.

My old girl broke down in the middle of the road, blocking traffic (which was very embarrassing and stressful for me), but Giovanni was super helpful and kind and very upbeat about having to tow my car. He was very skilled in getting it onto to the tow bed from a VERY awkward and hard-to-get-at angle when I had to have it pushed into a nearby convenient store parking lot and he did so without any hitches (pun intended 😜). My day was going VERY wrong in every possible way, but Giovanni's positive and upbeat attitude made my day much better. I'll definitely be using this towing service again if ever I need to have my car towed again

We had an eventful car issue recently and we called tow masters for help. They were absolutely WONDERFUL, the dispatcher said 40 minutes and they were at the location at the exact time. Timeless is huge for me and I was grateful. This happened on a Sunday evening and most places are closed but they are 24hrs which helped tremendously in this type of situation. I will definitely use them again if I have to.

GOD SEND!!!! I had called every company on the list and they all never responded leaving me stranded at 6 months pregnant! I called him and within 10 minutes he got to me and got me home safe! His prices were amazing and I am broke broke! Please don't bother calling anyone else just call him! Let me ride with my vehicle home and was kind and understood that I didn't have much to pay!

All I can say is they are great—not just once, but twice! We needed them when our RV engine died while I was on my way to California from North Carolina for a big meeting. What could have gone wrong did, and that was with the RV. Knittle's Towing came out quickly to help with the first breakdown, allowing me to get back on the road with the car rental. Weeks later, I had to tow it from one shop to a Ford dealership, and once again, they responded quickly, professionally, and with a friendly attitude. It was the same guy who towed us again. They were a great service to use simply because as soon as I called, they had someone come tow my car in less than 20 minutes! Would definitely recommend!
Their drivers are maniacs. November 12 @ 7:00 I was returning home to the meadows in Rio rancho and one of their lovely drivers cut me off not one, not two, but 4 times and almost ran me off the road. Once in the sub division the driver was going at least 10 miles over speed limit. Tried to call and let someone know but apparently they don’t have any type of message device. Go with Anya.
My car got stuck in the dirt roads by Rio Rancho. They came to help very quick and pulled my car out without doing any damages. I'm happy with the service since they didn't hurt my baby.
ETA: 60min. Actual time: 28min. Very friendly 10/10 would recommend. After waiting 2.5 hours for the previous company, I booked these guys and they saved the day.
This place is extremely disappointing. The driver was extremely rude. The level of professionalism was bottom tier at best. He even went as far as to cancel the service request and lied about it. Save yourself the headache, go with ANYONE else. Hire new staff A&M.

Randy‘s Towing is the best. I had my car key stolen on a Sunday night. Sierra was the tow driver. He came and helped me out quickly. He also gave me plenty of information about how to be safe in Albuquerque and how to avoid having your car stolen. This was an invaluable advice. He even gave me a ride back to my hotel because he knew I didn’t have anyone in town to help me. He’s a great guy and I will always use Randy’s towing.
Sierra with Randy's (A.K.A Lobo towing) came to my rescue. It was only a dead battery. But after a jump he followed me to Auto Zone. He stayed untill he was sure I was taken care off. I will use them and recommend them again. Thabk you

I had a great experience with Hugo, who was the tow truck driver picking up my car. Because I went through another company that hired them, I can't speak to anything else with this tow company. But if I ever need one in or around ABQ, this is who I'm gonna call. For context in case people need it - My car had broken down and wasn't worth the repair. I sold it to a company called Wheelzy who then scheduled a local tow company to take the car to their local yard, IAA. Hugo was the individual who took care of the towing. He communicated with me the night before sharing the time he expected to be at my house to pick up the car. He gave me a heads up when he was about 20 minutes out. He provided me with the check from Wheelzy and took the title and keys. Hugo had a wonderful personality that made it such a pleasure to work with him. The only negative comment I have is that I reached out first to check for an ETA when Hugo had not arrived within the hour scheduled. I am not letting this affect the amount of stars I give because I understand this happens and is sometimes just part of the process. It is not always something that people can control. I am sharing though as I know people sometimes might make a fuss out of this or really need to know this information when scheduling something. So if you do hire a tow company for a scheduled time, plan to be available the entire day and understand that set backs happen with jobs prior to yours might happen. Show the individuals serving you some grace.
The employees at Discount towing will rush you into making a decision. Every time I call they'll leave you on hold 20 minutes then make you feel unimportant as if they are too busy to address the issue. They gave me the wrong info then then get hotty when you ask for clarification. That company is such a mess. They are very difficult to work with.
Terrible driver. Stopped completely over and beyond all pedestrian crossings. None of the seatbelts work including his, mine, or the kid's (he had a small child with no seatbelt) and he took the highway. USDOT 2533125, NM PRC # 53815. Terrible communication too. 2 stars because they did get my car where it had to go.
Hugo was awesome. He got there on time, he was super professional and made a stressful situation feel a whole lot better. He didn't waste a single second and I was home and he was on to the next very quickly and safely. Price was outstanding, do not change your business model! How you are doing it works! Will 100% recommmend!

Dangerous and hostile drivers and dispatch. On the Highway had a driver following super close at 80 mph and turned his lights on then proceeded to drive recklessly and flip me off and follow me. Dispatch treated me like I was stupid and should know they have different color trucks. Rude people!!!
If 0 stars was an option, I’d be rating it. Everything about this towing company was horrible from the minute the dude handled my vehicle all the way up until I was able to pick my vehicle up the following day because the main office lady never got back to me. ALSO to mention; if this place ever has to tow your vehicle make sure they allow you to grab your possessions & turn off your hazards. If you leave your lights on, they will stay on until you retrieve your vehicle and you’ll receive your vehicle with a dead battery.
David was very professional and courteous. Took good care of my BMW and towed it to my house without incident. will recommend to anyone who needs tow and reasonable price.

I'm here in Seattle, WA with my parents stranded between Cuba and Negazi, NM at 7pm on a Friday. Our roadside assistance through insurance said they would find a tow. After two cancelations and two hours, nothing. I decide to take matters into my owns hands. List of every towing company within 100miles of Albuquerque created -- Grok rocks. Call #1: Acme. Acme has a deal with local govt where they must respond within a strict timeframe. My parents are way outside this frame. Instead of hanging up, he said he gave me a list of folks he thinks are within range. 5 names and 5 numbers. We end up finding help. About 30 mins later my phone rings -- private number. It's Acme, just checking to see if I've had luck or if he should jump on the phones with me. This type of character is rare. The type you only stumble upon once in a few years. The man behind Acme is the real deal, he cares -he is selfless. I remember when I use to carry this character around. I'm taking this lesson as a reminder. I need to be more selfless.

I would like to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had with a towing company that I believe reflects poorly on their professionalism and customer service standards. Having been involved in property management for the past ten years, I have interacted with numerous towing companies, but I have not encountered such a negative experience until now. Recently, my brother was arrested, and the company is currently withholding his personal belongings, including his ID, phone, social security card, and keys to another vehicle. Their refusal to return these essential items is alarming. Moreover, the interaction with their staff was disappointing. The representative who answered the phone was uncooperative and spoke over me while I was attempting to ask straightforward questions, displaying a lack of courtesy. When I requested to speak with the owner, I found that his demeanor was similarly unprofessional and unyielding.
My 1/2 ton truck was recovered on the top of nine mile hill after being stolen a few nights ago. Acme towing was the on call tow company for the day as the truck was missing the 2 left side wheels. The area was soft sand and a bit hard to get to. I decided to go to the scene myself to see the damage. When I arrived, I saw a standard tow vehicle buried in the sand up to the frame. It appeared the driver tried to move to the downside of the hill and got stuck. A not so smart move to begin with given the terrain. Fortunately for the driver, I arrived in a 3/4 ton diesel with a winch, and with some trial and error was able to pull them out of the sand. I will say again, I was able to rescue them, or they would STILL be buried. During the trial and error time, my wife and I were digging around their truck, crawled under it, around it and did what we could to try and speed that recovery up. Both the driver and trainee of that truck stood and watched both my wife and I as we worked to get THIER truck ready to recover. Once this ordeal was over and they were able to begin to recover my stolen truck, the idea of getting 2 wheels on the back of the vehicle became necessary to make the extraction easier. The tow truck had already positioned itself in front of my truck. The driver decided to try and use the boom to drag over the top of the truck to the rear and try to lift the back to secure a wheel. This was a very bad idea, because one the cables dragged on the top of the truck leaving marks and also used the tailgate for leverage as he tried to raise the truck. This folded the tailgate and destroyed it. Once again, this was never a good decision as it could have been dragged to a better spot to allow a jack to get under the truck to secure a wheel. This was eventually the plan that worked to get it on more solid ground. The next problem was getting them to stop as they planned to drag my truck minus wheels on the left side over a mile on a hard dirt surface to the waiting flatbed which would have destroyed the suspension. I had to cut them off to get them to stop. I then said we needed to put a tire on it now. He was very put out about me stopping him and said he had been out here too long already. I had to remind him that he would still be out here had I not have shown up to pull him out. He agreed and I had to jack the truck up myself while they decided to finally slide a wheel onto the truck. I was later informed that they would not take care of the tailgate damage as it was incidental to the tow. This was pure negligence on their part and these 2 had no business even being involved in a tow business or being employed by one. I would never let them touch another one of my vehicles. I would sit and wait for another tow company first. I apparently have to rate at least a star to create this rating but am leaving a 0 star rating in text.

On time and helpful got car to destination
This towing coming are the worst people/company I have ever worked with. They came to tow my vehicle, I walked outside to see if they needed my assistance and the driver stayed in his truck. I had my door open to make sure once I saw him I can meet do what I needed to do. Well he stayed about 10 minutes, left THEN called and said he was here for 31 minutes and was knocking for 10 minutes. We called the company and told them the situation and they refused to take any credibility or even apologize and refused to come back, told us to find another towing company and hung up. The receptionist is a young girl and very disrespectful and inconsiderate and they are a lying and lazy company.

I don't know if this is the same AAA SOS operating in Frisco Tx but here is my review ......Today was a Sunday when folks were supposed to be celebrating veterans day. I had to call AAA because my car wouldn't start and the tow driver arrived within 20 minutes. He helped me jump my car and gave me some pointers on where to have the mechanics look for the problem. We drove to two different shops because Pep Boys refused to work on my car because I bought my own battery so he towed me to another shop. The driver come to find out is a Vietnam veteran and cancer survivor working on a Sunday because he enjoys helping people. I wanted to commend his customer service he was an awesome tow driver! I forgot to get his name but he works for SOS and grew up in the area.
Hands down best tow in town and the price us unbeatable. Amazing customer service!

Our farm in Northern New Mexico just worked with RMS Cranes out of Albuquerque and they were solid. It was a complex job with two very large cisterns getting placed in some tight spots around our farm. Brandon made us feel confident that it would get done well from the beginning and worked with us the whole way through. The crane driver Demitri(?) was also very good and professional. The price was very fair and the job finished at the budget quoted. I would highly recommend this outfit for any crane needs in the area.

Car was towed due to an accident on I-25. Complete ripoff, $255.00 for a 4 1/2 mile tow. Then they wrote down a wrong address on the tow slip so I had to call to find out where they were located. MAYBE TELL ME ON THE PHONE THAT IT'S CASH ONLY! Seriously? Awful ripoff artists. Also the hours say 7:30-5:00 I was there at 8:15 AM and it was locked up.
We had a terrible accident and the City of Albuquerque PSA contacted CAR STOP TOWING, LLC. A few days after this horrible accident CAR STOP TOWING, LLC contacted us about signing a release document for my vehicle so the insurance could view the damage. Could have been better My friend's car got stolen and she had to pay $370 to get it back
I was connected with Eagle Towing through my insurance and their roadside assistance program, and service was great! The driver, Bryan, contacted me right away to get the details and location and arrived sooner than expected. He was quick and professional and helpful and it made a really awful situation at least a little better.
I called for a friend,they were quick to help.
These people will try and steal your car by saying if you don't have a current registration they will file a mech lein. I make car payments and my car was stolen from our garage. It was put up because I wasn't driving it. These folks should be charged for this kind of robbery. I'm suing them so I'll update this post with the results.
Brian came out to help me in the middle of the night when my car cut out on me and I got stranded at a gas station in Central. I had called for a tow, but he put in the extra effort and checked my car out anyway. He's a good guy, very friendly and knowledgeable, and got my car and me back home quick!

Just had a call as my car was towed. I called them , they picked, said “hello” and started hearing racial slurs. So not professional. Get your car towed even with the handicap sign is difficult. Super rude people! Apparently this is their “professional behavior and conduct business with respect “ . Update: we came in to collect the vehicle- the lady was professional and she said she will look into the recordings. That was a ray of hope.

I know that towing companies get a bad reputation, and it is because of the miserable people working here. Had a car towed after we were in an accident. Documents they provided had massive errors and typos, even their address and contact info was way off. Needed to get access after to retrieve items. Would not let more than 1 person access the car, would not let them even have a phone on them. Turns out we did not need to bother, as the employees stole everything that was not bolted to the car. Slow support and processing. Fingers crossed that the new apartments getting built near them applies pressure to get this place shut down.
Horrible drivers in public parking lots putting people at risk
This place is disgusting and should be shut down. I think they have some stuff they may be hiding. They wouldn’t allow me to take photos of my vehicle, take my phone to the back with me, or have my friend help me gather my things from car as I was just in an accident. Online it states that I have the right to do so in the state of NM or they need to provide pre towing photos and they wouldn’t allow any of that. I called APD non emergency line and as soon I stated which place it was they were no help. Something seems off, don’t trust them!!! They also don’t have any human decency and told me I only had one load I was allowed to do to gather things from my vehicle. DISGUSTING!!
