I attend the crane school at paradise crane consulting. It was a one month class, and in that month I earned multiple certifications, and learned many valuable skills. Including a lattice boom crane certification, boom truck crane certification, and a rough terrain crane certification.not Only was I trained and certified to operate cranes, I was also trained and certified to operate a forklift, operate a hydraulic scissor lift, in fall protection, and in rigging. All of the instructors were very knowledgeable about the industry. Scott and Gary made the classroom setting, super lighthearted and fun and kept us all very engaged, well-being, super informative and teaching us the information we needed. Chris was the instructor for the physical hands-on training of operating the Cranes and other machinery. Chris worked one on one with each student making sure they got the information they needed to both run the Cranes efficiently and safely and understand all the working components of the crane. After I completed the class they worked with me to help me get a career in the industry. Overall I would recommend paradise crane consulting all of the staff was extremely personal, and knowledgeable.

We called after closing, and Dave said he was busy, but would come out after 1-hour if still needed. We ended up getting the car going, so we didn’t make him come out after hours. I’ll definitely call Uptown if I need another tow.

These guys are amazing! They arrived when promised, were careful loading and unloading the car and easy to work with. When you have been through a traumatic event like wrecking your car it is nice to deal with kind professionals. We would definitely use N&Y towing again.

AAA set me up with N&Y towing because my vehicle wouldn't start. Lorenzo came out to my house in far south Valencia County. Lorenzo got my vehicle started but still followed me to O'Reillys for a new battery. When they wouldn't help me put the new one on Lorenzo stayed to help me. Lorenzo wasn't able to change my battery because he did not have the right tools but I appreciate his willingness to try. I offered to pay Lorenzo but he declined and said AAA covered. Andres showed up early to tow a 12 foot long 4500 Lb. toolbox for me after the "other guys" gave me the runaround. He was the definition of professional and handled the out of the ordinary task like he had done it every day for years. I will not call another company again. They were fast, fair priced (actually too low if you ask me), and very good at their job. If you need a tow truck, stop looking and call Jose at Macy's towing you won't regret it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!!!!
I was in a snow bank and needed some help. This wonderful gentleman answered the phone on a snowing day and came 45 min to come help me out of the snow. It was amazing. I would highly recommend this company. Their help was perfect after I had called lots of people that couldn’t help me because they didn’t have 4 wheel drive. This company gets my 5 stars.

Had a sensor go out on my exotic car while on base, while most other tow companies made excuses about getting on base and really didn't want my business. From the time I called Macy's, they didn't have any issues getting on and had my car on a flat bed within 30 minutes of making the call. And on top of it, gave me an awesome deal to take my car very far away during rush hour traffic. George was great and treated my lowered car with the upmost respect. We highly recommend Macy’s towing. Our rental car broken down during our road-trip in a remote area. Several local towing services turned our job request down. Despite being out of the local area, Macy’s towing accepted our request overnight and dispatched a driver early the next morning. Ryan showed up on time and was able to load the car quickly even though it was completely shut down. He also gave our whole group a ride to the car rental to get a new car as there was no Uber available in the area. Thank you Ryan and the Macy’s team for helping us get back on the road safe!

They were very efficient here, my car had only one lug nut left on the tire, which was worse than I originally thought and they still safely got my car home, without damaging it at all. They worked with me on the pricing and came to help me the moment they were done with another customer. I had it home in less than an hour, even with the problem of only one lug nut.
After two other companies failed to show up. I called Platinum. I should have called them first. They were very prompt, professional and kind. Never call anyone else again!
Do not use this business, they are armatures. They towed my 40' motorhome 18 miles and charged $1000.00. They had to disconnect the drive shaft, as is done in all heavy tows, and once at the repair facility, they dropped the unit in the lot and did not reassemble the drive shaft. They also left the unit on blocks. The repair facility had to reassemble the drive shaft, lift the unit off of the blocks in order to move it to the shop for repairs. When Charles dropped the unit, it caused an additional repair bill of $150.00 to me to have the drive shaft reassembled and the unit lifted off the blocks. When I questioned Charles, he told me they never reassemble drive shafts, although they do disassemble them to tow. How much sense does that make? I called 3 other tow companies in Albuq. and asked if they reassembled the drive shaft when the let the unit, all 3 said of course. $1000.00 tow bill for 18 miles and an additional bill of $150.00 to correct their error. Beware if you call them.

Wish I could give better than 5 stars, outstanding service from the moment I called. I got into an accident and needed my car towed. Tino & Lonnie were such great help and arrived within 15 minutes of my initial call to the dispatcher, they even gave me a ride home. Will 10/10 recommend them. Don't hesitate to call! I also found out they participate in Christmas Parades and give candy out to the kids, which is amazing! I love that they are also part of the community!

Literally no words can explain the genuineness and kindness this company is. I happened to lock my keys in my car today, and by the grace of God, All Pro Towings employees, Lonni & Carlos were there at the gas station I happened to be at. Johnny diagnosed the problem in my car not even a minute after seeing it, and it was fixed in no time!!! He’s a very respectable mechanic who knows what he’s talking about. I saw the towing company owner assisting a neighbor retrieve her keys from her locked vehicle. He did it quickly and she she was pleased with his response time after she initially called. I got his number and called him for pricing in case I lock my keys in my vehicle. He was very courteous a n d answered all my questions. I put his business name in my contacts just in case I need towing or keying service.
First, Arizona and NM your I40 is horrible! It will keep guys like Sergio in business. I can’t say enough good things about his towing service. Excellent communication and service. Really went above and beyond after drop off. Tried to look for me a replacement rim for my Mercedes AMG due to lack of highway maintenance on a weekend. BEWARE! This is not a reputable company. Showed up in a personal vehicle 3 hours later without tools and tried opening my car with a pry bar and screw driver. DAMAGED and DENTED vehicle in process....yet to hear back from Sergio or anyone at statewide. In the process of repairing door and door frame out of pocket! Save yourself the nightmare and verify your tow company people.

2/15/24 UPDATE! When I say Moe at Hook Em Up towing in ABQ is a God send, I truly mean that. Moe towed my jeep and me home the night before, with a plan that i would drive to the dealership 5 miles away in the AM. My vehicle could not make it even though i made it 3.5 miles. I ended up on the side of the road in 35degrees. I decided to call moe on the off chance that he would pick up at 715am. He picked up and came right away! Towed to the dealership and when I asked for an invoice or venmo he decided to bless me knowing everything i went through the night before. This man and his company deserves their flowers. Absolutely dependable and reliable! GIVE HIM A CALL WHEN NEEDED. 2/14/24 I wish I found Moe and Hook em up sooner! My car overheated, and I was in a new city that I am not used to. My insurance could not find a driver, so I googled towing in Albuquerque. Unfortunately, I was connected with basically a motor club that is like a kayak for quotes for drivers and towing companies . When Moe finally arrived, he assured me that not only does he know about cars, but that he would get me home safely as well as my vehicle. And once Home, he took a look under the hood. Honestly, if he had his tools on him he would've been able to fix the problem. Mind you this was really late at night. Moe is reliable with great quality of service! I just wish him and his company would pop up first on Google.

We needed a flat bed to transport a 1947 Cadillac. This was the first place we called and they arrived within 20 minutes. Giovanni was very pleasant on the phone and Adrian (the driver) was very good at getting the car to our home quickly and safely. We are very satisfied with the customer service, and response time. It took less than hour from pick up to drop off. We will definitely be calling them back soon for another old vehicle to transport. However because of their huge mistake we are having to fix additional problems with our vehicle. The tow truck drivers error in operating his own truck at drop off caused significant damage and they are refusing to respond and make repairs. Again go with anybody else because these guys have no intention to correct the problem that they caused in the first place!

I was up until 3AM waiting on a tow/winch in a very rural area in a creek bed. When the original company finally told me the driver turned around and was headed home (?!), I gave up and waited until morning. Despite our agreement to try again in the morning the company ghosted me (and the insurance agent). Insurance then found Freddy at Anytime Towing. He was responsive, helpful, and I was pulled out in a matter of minutes. Upon arrival he was friendly and reassuring that it wasn't that bad and then talked me through what to do. Great Customer Service, Great attitude and Fabulous Professionalism. 5 out of 5 for sure!

Didn't actually end up getting a tow because I got my vehicle running before they arived but they were incredibly friendly and professional about the entire situation. If I ever need a tow and am in the area I'll definitely call these guys again!
We broke down in our motorhome in Santa Rosa, NM. Brett drove out there, almost 2 hours away, got started hooking up right away. He was extremely meticulous in everything he did to make sure the trip to Albuquerque for our 40' motorhome was safe and secure. We drove our car behind him all the way to Albuquerque. He was an incredible driver, so safe, I was thoroughly amazed. Brett is the kindness, courteous young man who does quality work and works hard for his company. Randy‘s Towing is the best. I had my car key stolen on a Sunday night. Sierra was the tow driver. He came and helped me out quickly. He also gave me plenty of information about how to be safe in Albuquerque and how to avoid having your car stolen. This was an invaluable advice. He even gave me a ride back to my hotel because he knew I didn’t have anyone in town to help me. He’s a great guy and I will always use Randy’s towing.
The tow truck came quickly, flipped my truck back right side up, and even had things cleaned up quickly. Also, great customer service!

My son took the car to soccer practice and something broke on the rear shock. I called Allstate and they sent Lobos Towing to come help. I am so happy they sent Lobos!! The driver called me when he was on his way. My son was in Ventana ranch and I was in Los Lunas. The driver got to my son before I got there. He called me to let me know he was there and had a look at the car. By the time I got there he was ready to load the car up. The driver's name was Sierra, I think. He was amazing! I had a great experience with Hugo, who was the tow truck driver picking up my car. Because I went through another company that hired them, I can't speak to anything else with this tow company. But if I ever need one in or around ABQ, this is who I'm gonna call. For context in case people need it - My car had broken down and wasn't worth the repair. I sold it to a company called Wheelzy who then scheduled a local tow company to take the car to their local yard, IAA. Hugo was the individual who took care of the towing. He communicated with me the night before sharing the time he expected to be at my house to pick up the car. He gave me a heads up when he was about 20 minutes out. He provided me with the check from Wheelzy and took the title and keys. Hugo had a wonderful personality that made it such a pleasure to work with him. The only negative comment I have is that I reached out first to check for an ETA when Hugo had not arrived within the hour scheduled. I am not letting this affect the amount of stars I give because I understand this happens and is sometimes just part of the process. It is not always something that people can control. I am sharing though as I know people sometimes might make a fuss out of this or really need to know this information when scheduling something. So if you do hire a tow company for a scheduled time, plan to be available the entire day and understand that set backs happen with jobs prior to yours might happen. Show the individuals serving you some grace.
Terrible driver. Stopped completely over and beyond all pedestrian crossings. None of the seatbelts work including his, mine, or the kid's (he had a small child with no seatbelt) and he took the highway. USDOT 2533125, NM PRC # 53815. Terrible communication too. 2 stars because they did get my car where it had to go.
It was in the evening and I needed my car towed asap. I called around, and this service quickly came to my aid and at fair price. The tow guy was very friendly.
Thank god for this place being the only place to take my call and come tow my Kia off the road and home 3 miles. My tow truck driver Juan was so amazing and so helpful I truly couldn’t be anymore grateful for the service he did for me. After calling places for hours and finally getting a driver sent, they said 45 minute wait (no problem) and I waited significantly less. An absolutely amazing experience and Juan totally made my day better with his amazing attitude and stellar service.
Called to arrange a tow at a specific time and place. I explained that I would be busy and needed to have a driver there at the agreed time. They did not show up. Their response was that they called 30 minutes before the agreed time but I did not answer. I tried to remain pleasant (even though they had wasted my time) and asked them to send a truck as soon as they could. They said someone would be there in 60-90 minutes. Three hours later, they called back and asked if I still wanted a truck to come. I canceled. Very poor communication, likely to make job times convenient for them at the expense of their customers. No accountability for their promises. Will not call again.

Be careful. This tow company will steal parts off your car from the accident and leave your car further damaged from when they pick it up. Be aware and make sure to take pictures so they cannot steal your parts they want and not damage your car even more.
The woman told me 20 minutes turned into 3hrs! Each time I called for an ETA I was given an excuse! 1st one was that the guy they just hired was not all there..non-professional answer..next..the emergency brake didn't work so the guy had to go and exchange the tow truck..guy arrives and doesn't have a jump start! He wants to drag my all wheel drive up on the tow truck! No! Cancelled and sent him back. Called Bones towing company and they arrived in 20 minutes and had great servive5with them..will never call Madrid Towing service again😥
Dangerous and hostile drivers and dispatch. On the Highway had a driver following super close at 80 mph and turned his lights on then proceeded to drive recklessly and flip me off and follow me. Dispatch treated me like I was stupid and should know they have different color trucks. Rude people!!!

I want to make it clear, I did not use this service, so I can't speak to that. But I had to drive behind one of their trucks and they had left on a rear facing flood light that was blinding and distracting. Picture was taken by the passenger.

Quality has been going down with customer service ever since they got bought by barnhart . They make it very difficult to pay bills and when it used to be simple and they would charge right after the service . Now where stuck waiting over a month for a receipt

I'm here in Seattle, WA with my parents stranded between Cuba and Negazi, NM at 7pm on a Friday. Our roadside assistance through insurance said they would find a tow. After two cancelations and two hours, nothing. I decide to take matters into my owns hands. List of every towing company within 100miles of Albuquerque created -- Grok rocks. Call #1: Acme. Acme has a deal with local govt where they must respond within a strict timeframe. My parents are way outside this frame. Instead of hanging up, he said he gave me a list of folks he thinks are within range. 5 names and 5 numbers. We end up finding help. About 30 mins later my phone rings -- private number. It's Acme, just checking to see if I've had luck or if he should jump on the phones with me. This type of character is rare. The type you only stumble upon once in a few years. The man behind Acme is the real deal, he cares -he is selfless. I remember when I use to carry this character around. I'm taking this lesson as a reminder. I need to be more selfless.

I would like to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had with a towing company that I believe reflects poorly on their professionalism and customer service standards. Having been involved in property management for the past ten years, I have interacted with numerous towing companies, but I have not encountered such a negative experience until now. Recently, my brother was arrested, and the company is currently withholding his personal belongings, including his ID, phone, social security card, and keys to another vehicle. Their refusal to return these essential items is alarming. Moreover, the interaction with their staff was disappointing. The representative who answered the phone was uncooperative and spoke over me while I was attempting to ask straightforward questions, displaying a lack of courtesy. When I requested to speak with the owner, I found that his demeanor was similarly unprofessional and unyielding.
WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! AWFUL DRIVERS.THE OWNER IS INCREDIBLY INCOMPETENT. This driver began to scream at me while following another car and then This driver punched my window for no reason, he then Began to chase my car with bits of broken vehicles and threw them at me while threatening me and my children. Once the driver was aware I was taking photos he THEN left me alone.(photos show him approaching my car for the 2nd time) The owner justifies his actions and even promoted his actions as right. The owner stated “it’s not his problem”. And then proceeded use fake customer service while advising the police are the only ones who can handle anything regardless of his employees actions.

Had a great experience. Super friendly but professional Cuban man he picked up my car in the other side of town on his flat bed tow truck on a Friday during rush hr and had it safely parked in front of my home. Will definitely use him again.
Called to get a tow today. Was told o would get a call. Waited an hour and called back with no answer. Called Macy's towing and they were there in 15 minutes
If could give no stars I would the wet back, he sent to Tow my vehicle illegally out of my driveway broke my steering column and whatever keys they used never came back with my car the main problem I have is I'm the only person with copies of keys to my car so what did they use to break my steering column the other problem I have is I never authorized them to touch my vehicle in the first place.
Rick towing was one of the only companies to answer when I called for an emergency tow. Even though Rick Towing was not able to help I was immediately connected to a driver that was available. Great customer service and a fair price for an emergency tow.
Super helpful, great guy. I'll call him the next time I'm in a bind for sure.

Have used them many times they are
Had an estimated time for tow service, but they did not show up and would not answer the phone when I called them. Insurance company also called and they would not answer. Insurance company had to redispatch to a different company.
Was the only person who would tow at the time and I was desperate, did not show up on time. I was told that they would be only 30-45 minutes and the fee was going to be 108 and some change. An hour later they aren’t here, and I get a call saying he’s between 15 and 20 away. The receptionist was polite and respectful enough but honestly, it’s not worth the money if they aren’t going to be on time. I asked for a discount because it was double the original wait time and all she did was take off the tax.

The desk man was 'OUTSTANDING' as it pertains to assisting us in our situation
All my personal belongings were stolen, yes stolen, typical of a tow yard. They also said that the attending officer to my accident had my belongings. I have spoken to that officer. Officer said nothing in my vehicle was removed by him. Someone is lying. But when I got to my vehicle... it was vacuumed out. Super clean!
Drivers like to use their cell phones while driving and don't pay attention to the roads. Even almost hit an emergency vehicle that had their lights and sirens on
Unfortunately got my truck towed and came back to an absolute disgusting mess. I barely grabbed my steering wheel and found it was full of grease and the interior was covered with black marks on the suede, was super dirty on the floor and my headlight somehow is off its bracket now. Along with the scuff marks and scratches done to my chrome bumper; And on my brand new rims! Terribly unprofessional and the guy I spoke with said "we'll their tow truck drivers so they don't even try to be nice about it." What does that mean?... hopefully this isn't expensive to fix.

Our farm in Northern New Mexico just worked with RMS Cranes out of Albuquerque and they were solid. It was a complex job with two very large cisterns getting placed in some tight spots around our farm. Brandon made us feel confident that it would get done well from the beginning and worked with us the whole way through. The crane driver Demitri(?) was also very good and professional. The price was very fair and the job finished at the budget quoted. I would highly recommend this outfit for any crane needs in the area.
Brandon and his crew are outstanding! I love these guys. Jake and Elvin, Sean, Byron and John, Abraham, nothing but professionals .I enjoy every minute working with you guys. Top notch always.
Brandon and his team saved my butt on a project and were absolutely wonderful to work with. They are incredibly responsive to any request and are just generally awesome. Fast mobilization, great at last minute requests. Work with them if you can!

A few days after this horrible accident CAR STOP TOWING, LLC contacted us about signing a release document for my vehicle so the insurance could view the damage. I proceeded to the place of business ( CAR STOP TOWING, LLC ). We conducted business in a professional, proactive, customer service manner. CAR STOP TOWING, LLC has an awesome business edict and are very understanding with their customers. Thank you.
BEWARE THEY DIDNT TOW MY CAR BUT THE DRIVER TOOK MY KEY. REFUSED TO GIVE IT BACK. CHARGES PRESSED WITH APD. DISPATCHER AND DRIVER SPOTTED LATER TRYING TO DRIVE THE CAR AWAY AFTER DARK. Thieves. I’m not the first and probably won’t be the last.
Beware if your is towed and stored at their location for any reason. Son’s car was towed and he was not able to retrieve his backpack I picked up his car and his backpack, which contained his wallet was missing.

Car was towed due to an accident on I-25. Complete ripoff, $255.00 for a 4 1/2 mile tow. Then they wrote down a wrong address on the tow slip so I had to call to find out where they were located. MAYBE TELL ME ON THE PHONE THAT IT'S CASH ONLY! Seriously? Awful ripoff artists. Also the hours say 7:30-5:00 I was there at 8:15 AM and it was locked up.

Driver attitudes are awful. Go with someone else
17 September 2024, 10:25 AM on Eubank heading north, whoever is in the flatbed tow truck needs their license revoked. License plate 691TST, this driver cut off three vehicles with their turn signal on, sped up to block them from getting into his lane, he is swerving back-and-forth across two lanes of traffic, IDK if he's drunk, but he sure driving like it. Turn right onto Candelaria, immediately gunned the throttle, and came very close to hitting the white SUV trying to get away from him. Whoever is driving, I don't think the owner or management would like how he's representing their company.
Tow dog stole equipment from my trunk. He left the air compressor and folding chair that had melted plastic on them. Took the valuable things like real life is GTA. The compressor still worked, BTW, but it's a tow company so management knows what business they're in and who they hire.
I was connected with Eagle Towing through my insurance and their roadside assistance program, and service was great! The driver, Bryan, contacted me right away to get the details and location and arrived sooner than expected. He was quick and professional and helpful and it made a really awful situation at least a little better.
I was stranded on the side of a difficult road in a rural area very late in the day. After calling several other companies who were unavailable for the area, and time of day, weather, etc. They were the only ones that were able to come tow me out. The dispatcher was very kind and understanding, and the driver was very prompt and knowledgeable. Affordable rate considering the weather, and condition of road. I will definitely use them in the future!

Best customer service
Everyone here so far have been really rude. I called and the lady who answered today didn't even give me a chance to ask what junk yard they sent my car to and she hung up on the Insurance Agent who was assisting me! I hope nobody has to deal with this. Hanging up on people is rude! It'd be more professional if she asked if I had anymore questions before hanging up the phone!
UPDATE: I apologize for my negative review prior. In the moment I felt as if my mom was being done wrong. However after calming down and my mom getting her truck back I want to apologize to this company as they really did help my mom get her truck back. Paula honored her word and took half of the total price off of what my mom had to pay as well as released her truck to her when she didn't legally have to. Thank you for helping my mom. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My moms truck was stolen from Roswell. When the truck was pulled over in Albuquerque they had it towed by this company. She is a disabled Vet and the company was not going to help her at all until I filed a complaint with the Department of transportation. My mom is on a fixed income and only gets money 1 time a month. They told her they would take off half of the fees and put a stop to any additional fees until yesterday. But they still wanted a little over 400.00 dollars. She was finally able to come up with the money but has no way to get there. The lady told her if she cant get there today to get the truck to not bother contacting her again they will just keep the truck. The tags on the Truck just expired and they will not release the truck to her unless she gets new tags wont accept a temporary tag (3 day). They legally cant do anything with the truck until the 26th of this month. They are making it impossible to get this truck back and are rude to my mom. My mom is the victim. Her truck was stolen and now this company is doing very little to help my mom. How is that fair or ethical. A disabled vet on limited income and this company refuses to do anything but lower the bill a little bit? This company is no better than the man that stole my moms truck in the first place.
Didn't use this service, but whoever was driving a tow truck with their logo on it shouldn't have a license. Ran a red light, no turn signles going in and out of lanes, went forward in a right turn only lane to bypass a few vehicles, camped in the left lane on Broadway and wouldn't let anyone pass, except when the right lane finally opened up a little, the tow truck driver would speed up and not let anyone pass until the truck drived finally turned right somewhere.

Other than the amount I'm being charged to get my car out of impound the employee was helpful & nice. It was easy to find & get to only if you have a ride because the bus doesn't go all the way. If I were to rate the price part of Star Towing I'd give it 1 star. They should offer payment plans or work with customers so we're able to get our vehicles out of impound. I paid $5500 cash for my 2011 Nissan Juke Turbo SV & now I'm having trouble getting it out of impound. The point I'm at is I need to sell it so I'll have money to get it out & hopefully find another vehicle I can buy. I used my car for delivering with UberEATS & now I have no job, which means I have no money. APD really screwed me & my family by impounding my car. Because APD did that my family & I are homeless on the street! Winter is around the corner & I'm scared & worried about what's going to happen to us. APD did not have to get my car impounded they chose to do that. Star Towing could work with people like me but they choose not to. Now my loved ones & I are homeless sleeping on the street. It's unbelievable how in 1 minute everything's fine we're not homeless but the next minute my life & my families life are completely messed up & we're literally sleeping on the street! Such a sad & stressful situation to be in. I feel like I'm stuck in a hole & instead of climbing out I'm getting buried alive! 😭
Crappy people working at the office reception....they are there to make easy money only, using common sense is work for them and that lady does not want to work.
I gave a friend a ride to get their property out of the car. they weren't able to get it because of a cracked licence. don't know if it was good or bad but it was definitely annoying (for them). there isn't a clearly marked entrance to get to the office we jus happened to get there at the same time a tow truck was going in the gates. the best thing about this place is it was very easy to find.
Had my Pontiac Grand Prix towed to a dealership and the driver was excellent. Very courteous, respectful and very professional. Awesome job!!!

THE WORST!!! I got my car towed last Sunday for “parking in the wrong spot” when it was a visitor parking. I drive a 2021 dodge charger, mind you it is rear wheel drive where you CAN NOT TOW THE CAR FROM THE FRONT. my car is also lowered and by law you can not tow a car if you cannot get underneath it. The guy who towed my car said “well I drive the same car you can tow it” BS!! This company high profile vehicles. No wonder they had a trial in 2023, I’m about to give them another one in 2024.
Sucks getting towed but they made it a simple expirence. Was able to get my car within an hour of it being towed and the dude helped me as much as he can
The odyssey ridge has a 24 hour notice before towing. Answer your voicemails because your driver refused card payments and illegally booted and loaded my car and I’m going to need contact names. The sticker I have said “12-hours” so either you’re illegally towing or they’re illegally letting you. Thanks.
my boyfriend had his car towed at my Apartment complex and did not live there , although it’s not a great and happy situation. I can tell you these people are still respectful they are not rude , they answer all questions and help out as much as they can . We were still able to get our Grey Buick in a timely manner . I’m grateful . They worked fast to get us in and out . We paid $325.00 towed over the weekend they do except money orders, cashiers checks and cash . You can’t be mad at them doing there job and Bottom line there keeping the city and your location safe . 🙌🏽

I know that towing companies get a bad reputation, and it is because of the miserable people working here. Had a car towed after we were in an accident. Documents they provided had massive errors and typos, even their address and contact info was way off. Needed to get access after to retrieve items. Would not let more than 1 person access the car, would not let them even have a phone on them. Turns out we did not need to bother, as the employees stole everything that was not bolted to the car. Slow support and processing. Fingers crossed that the new apartments getting built near them applies pressure to get this place shut down.
The people there are so friendly and nice as long as you go in knowing everything you need ahead of time you will have no problems at all. Definitely made me feel better about my car getting towed and gave me great info on what was needed to get my car back.
These people are the rudest people I have ever delt with. And there flipping rules to get stuff out of you vehicle is absurd. One person, no phones, and then they get all pissed off to actually have to let you in. They were the two company APD had on rotation that day and we offered to pay out of pocket to have it taken to our automotive shop and the driver said he'll no I have other cars to get. So we were forced to use these rude people anyways if you can avoid them when you need a tow I would recommend it!
READ the reviews before you hire is the lesson here. Had we read the reviews prior we wouldn't have used Mak Towing. I would give a 0 if that was available. We were broke down on a two way street and were unable to swap trailers safely . Both of our trucks were in the same location. We needed a tow under 200 miles to the nearest shop. We asked Mak Towing to help us swap trailers where we wouldn't have to drive 200 extra miles out of the way to swap. My two drivers helped the tow truck driver unhook and re-hook up.
