The best tow company in Boston! Maybe even the entire country! We got ourselves into a real pickle when our Tesla broke down in a low clearance, underground garage. Mobile Auto was at the rescue, patiently working to find us when google maps was unclear and then going above and beyond to extract our car out of the garage. Highly recommend the friendly service - very competitive pricing as well!

The service was outstanding due to the outstanding service technician who was dispatched to help me. Response was quick. The technician was knowledgeable, pleasant and took care of the problem promptly. He answered all of my questions politely offering additional info that he felt might help my situation. All in all can’t say enough about my experience with Interstate Towing.
We had a dead battery after grocery shopping. The roadside technician was there within 5 minutes of our call in. We ended up having him put in a new battery and we were on our way 30 minutes after calling in for assistance. The technician was a really nice guy. We are very happy with our service!

My experience with Interstate was excellent. We broke down at night, two hours away from home with two young children, on the side of I-90. Great communication to ensure I didn't feel indefinitely stranded while waiting for my vehicle to be towed. Very nice and professional service. Showed up before the promised time, which is a huge bonus.
My sisters' car wouldn't start so I looked up a towing business in Quincy, Ma. I chose AMERICAN TOWING on Adams St in Quincy. I spoke with MIKE who was so pleasant and professional. It was a pleasure to deal with him. I had inadvertently given him the incorrect St name. No problem for MIKE. The end result was that he helped my sister and was such a pleasure dealing with him. Jose was very fair with us and took good care of us, even though we didn’t end up using FJR for our tow. It’s easy for towing companies to take advantage of the difficult situation people are in when they need a tow, and I got the opposite treatment from Jose. If everyone at FJR is like him, it’s a great company.

Dealt with Kenny G to tow one of my Fleet vehicles. Great guy, kind courteous and respectful, extremely knowledgeable and had my car on the bed and headed to pep boys quickly.
Very quick and respectful service. Answered my call quickly and the tow was here in ~10 minutes. Tow driver was super friendly and helpful! Knew what he was doing and was able to get my car on the bed even in a tight spot. The whole thing only took about 5 minutes and he brought me to the shop I needed to go to. Would definitely recommend to a friend!
I was visiting Boston when out car broke down on the side of the road. Being from California my car was definitely not used to the MA weather and conditions. I called Ferry Street Towing and within less than 15 minutes I had Daniel come came to help us. He was very helpful and professional and answered all of our questions. This towing company has excellent service and employees who treat people with kindness and trust. I recommend them.
Unfortunately I didn’t take any pictures but,WJ Towing services were exceptional.Communication was very good,And they kept time.The driver was very patient with me and very polite.I was taking my car for state inspection but even though I wasn’t able to do the inspection because of a missing document,they understood.I asked WJ towing services to have my car delivered at home which they did,I will use their services again.Now that I have found a local towing company I can not look anywhere else apart from WJ towing services.-Lastly their prices are reasonable.very happy client.

They towed my son car he’s 17. He just got it . They came all the way from Hyde park to Dorchestor. When we called looking for keys they took my sons keys . He thought they were lost . We were gonna call locksmith. They said tow price was 235.33 at in morning wouldn’t release it unless we had pink slip from police . They did not tell us that on phone. We drove to Roxbury they gave wrong address courthouse instead of police. To up price to 385. Same day and dropped my sons car in middle of road . Drove off horrible

Best tow company in the area. I own an Automotive repair shop in Dedham and I've been using AKIKI for over 10 years. They never let me or any of my customers down!
I contemplated if I should leave this feedback. 1- tell your employers not to bring their gun to work. If they do holster it properly. He dropped his firearm 1-2 seconds after my son walked by "a 3 year old" . Watching the video back was heartbreaking. 2- train your workers on confirming address and business for delivery. Your driver dropped off my car in the wrong location. Wrong business. Because of his error my car was not looked at today. I had to drive over to the mechanic to find out my car was not there. On my way home I noticed my car in the driveway of another shop. 1 whole day loss. Now the car gas to be looked at Monday. I also have to keep the rental longer.
Mixed feelings. Company policy is you have to sign the insurance release form in person. No text, no email, no fax. Inconvenient. Big 1980s vibes. Join us in the 21st century brother, it's not so bad! When I came over, though, Shawn was great, super friendly and helpful, took good care of me. The guy driving the tow truck after my accident, not so much, pretty rough and rude. So, in summary, it's a tow yard.

I called to get our classic car towed and they came within an hour. Driver was very careful and respectful. I’d use them again.
I couldn't give any less than one star unfortunately. Horrible experience with this company and will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. We waited over 4 hours for the tow truck to show up and the tow truck they brought was broken and couldn't even tow our vehicle. They wanted us to wait another half hour to hour for them to go back to the shop and get a new truck. When we decided to call another company and have another company tow our vehicle we tried calling them to let them know and there was no answer. When we got ahold of the driver the demanded that we pay for the service call when no services were rendered.
Changed the price for a tow 4 times telling my Son 1st, $40.00 then the owner told the driver, $90.00, Then we got a quote for $130.00 from the driver and he told us we could pay with a credit card. When I dropped my son off the owner lied and said he was just the vehicle inspection mechanic. But, he told the driver. $165.00 CASH ONLY. That was the 4th change in price!!! Owner was rude to us and kept telling the driver, who was actually a good person to change the price. The driver looked puzzled that his boss kept changing the price for the two. The owner told us he was the inspection mechanic on duty and for us to go into the front office. His name is John Roberts and he lied to my face. He totally, made all the decisions on changing the tow charges. This kind of business practice is unacceptable and reminds me of past horrific experiences with Boulevard Towing. More people have to speak out and report this thuggish behaviors from these operations. To top this whole thing off, my son was not allowed to go to his vehicle to obtain his personal items he needed for work. After I meet with Worcester/Auburn Police Dept. And go back to get my Son’s vehicle, I’m sure the price is going to surpass, $200.00 and will be the 5th price change. Mike Mahoney, Worcester, MA
Brought our vehicle to Central MA Towing for our inspection sticker. He even stayed open late so I could get out of work and get my car there on time to be inspected. Have since brought my daughter's truck and vehicles to Central MA Towing for repairs and also for stickers. Mike has been nothing but kind and professional as well as going out of his way to help customers. Hard to find good quality service with kindness these days but Central MA Towing certainly provides that! Highly recommend them for both stickers and towing and much more!
I called 3 "24 hour" tow places one said 2 hour wait. One said no driver. The other didn't answer. Then I called this company. Horrible staff
I cannot say enough great things about Sea Tow! We are repowering our boat so that we have more safety and reliability on the water going forward, but getting out this season we found ourselves needing a membership that I have carried for many years and not really used. I will ALWAYS be a member - you guys are clutch!

Haven’t used their service but have had incidents with their tow drivers being very rude and aggressive to me on the roads, highways as a driver.
The young man who towed my car did a marvelous job. He took it from a tight parking spot and pushed it to the garage door so he could hook it to the truck. Everything was a tight squeeze.he was also very nice.
The long search for an honest, affordable, and knowledgable mechanic is over. Armando is the guy you want taking care of your car. I've been to seven mechanics in the area and none is even close in regards to customer service and proactive car care. Great tow company too, if you are lucky enough to get them on a AAA call.
I called to get my Prius towed to a service station. Kelvin M who showed up was quick, courteous and efficient. He was actually 5 minutes earlier than the estimate, and didn't complain when he had to wait for me to meet him. He suggested that I just needed was a jump start, which I didn't realize could be necessary for a hybrid, didn't complain at digging through the various stuff I had in my trunk to get to the battery, started it, saving time and probably money. Thanks, Kelvin, appreciated.
Amazing customer service, incredibly quick diagnostic/repair of issue. Armando really took care of me I woke up to a mouse caught in the serpentine belt of my vehicle, causing it to come off it's track. I called AAA for a tow, and they suggested Watertown Towing Auto Repair since it was the same company. After calling the dealership and being told it'd never be finished before the weekend, I went with Watertown Towing to fix the issue. They had the car repaired and road ready in roughly an hour. One of the best experiences I've had with auto repair. Armando is amazing.

We are beyond grateful for their expertise, professionalism, and ability to do what we thought could not be done. Brendan was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and kind to help us out of a very tight spot. I would recommend O’ Shea very highly and they merit each and every one of the five star reviews they have earned. If I’m ever in a jam going forward, this is the company I would call.
My wife had a flat in Allston and Tesla 'kindly' offered to tow the car to Dedham for a huge tow fee and replacement tire. She took an Uber home and left the car in a parking lot. Brendan picked up our car within 20 mins, took it on a flat bed to Town Fair Tire and handed it off without me having to be there. Tow and new tire within an hour at 1/2 the price Tesla quoted. Trustworthy, great communications, and simplified the whole experience.
I just got a tow from Boston to NH on very short notice with Brendan. He showed up on time, did a great job, nice, friendly, and professional, good price too - I can’t recommend O’Shea’s Towing more highly!!

Horrible!!! Towed my car to "help me" and told me it was totaled lied to me and fixed my car. Sold it for over 20k. Sold me a DANGEROUS p.o.s. car that was never even put in his name so when I got pulled over no names matched anything they towed it and I lost that car too. Bad business and I will be looking into the legalities

Hello! My car suddenly died, so I called Martinez Towing and they promptly sent a truck and towed my car to my mechanic. The driver of the tow truck was a woman, which I thought was great! She did a terrific job. My only "complaint" was that the woman spoke very little English, making it difficult for me to communicate with her. Thank you again!

Our car was in a bad spot so while we’re waiting we had an “idea” how to help our driver. Good thing we don’t do it for a living because he said “I can do it this way”, it turns out he is much wiser than we are when it comes to his job!!! He was very nice and did a fantastic job! Thank you!!!
Amazing service had to move a backhoe on a retaining wall. They sent a great operator (Harold) he was on time and helped out above and beyond his job !

We picked up a rollback from another business and Reds was nice enough to let us park it there for a couple hours. My husband works for a tow company in another state and we were both impressed with how nice and professional everyone was.
Great people, great company, and if you have a mishap with your vehicle, not a bad place for your vehicle to be safely stored. Everyone was nice, professional, and I knew my vehicle was safely locked away. Tim is a great guy, helped me out alot.

If you need a tow then join AAA and use your free tow. It's cheaper than this group and you get all of the other benefits for the entire year. If you didn't ask these guys to tow you but they did it anyhow, be sure to report all damage and make sure they don't get away with haphazardly and quickly putting your car on a wrecker while your not overseeing.
Beat everyone else in eta and price. Gave me a free summary diagnosis because the driver was so knowledgeable. No nonsense service, with friendly local warmth.

Donny & G/J Towing did a great job & were very helpful! We had a non-running forklift in Lynn, MA that needed to get back to Minnesota. Not only were they able to make things extremely easy for us when we sent in our driver for pick-up, prior to getting the tow set up, they went to the pick-up location to check everything out to make sure they were going to be able to get it done. Will definitely use them again if we ever need towing service in the area again. Thank you!!
Was driving down route 1 today and nearly got run off the road from one of these trucks. They were weaving between lanes and going faster than it should given its size. I couldn't see its license plate or I would have called the office to report it.
I had my car towed for a reason that was not my own fault. I’m a 22 year old girl who was stuck 2 hours away from home, I was cooperative and polite through the entire experience. I don’t normally leave reviews but I must say, this dealing with type of person was the kind of person that makes you loose faith in society. Rude and impolite for absolutely NO reason what so ever, but for there own enjoyment, like they got a rise out of my bad situation. The tow driver completely belittled me making snarky remarked the entire time. Truly sickening. I don’t understand how someone could enjoy being so rude for no reason. Please if your going to use a tow company, I suggest giving your hard earned money to people who don’t feel the need to bully strangers. Truly disgusting.

Unprofessional Staff, the “guy's” don’t know anything about what they’re doing and get mad at you when you explain. Crashed my car after hitting a deer on 290 above Shrewsbury, the tow truck driver was kind and funny, but the two guys at Lovey’s were absolutely fantastic. Very courteous, outgoing and helpful.
Trish is the absolute slowest worst receptionist I’ve ever spoken with. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR TOWED HERE. They don’t know what they’re talking about.
I was recently involved in a car accident and loveys took care of my car. Very professional and courteous customer service. 1 star Reviews claim they were missing items from their cars, yet i had 57 dollars in change in my console and wasnt missing a dime when i went to the lot to deal with my car. Very good experience with loveys.
Amazing service. Family member’s car died on the side of the road at 11 pm on Christmas Eve. I called and they were there within 15-20 mins where other tow services were asking for 2+ hours wait time. Super friendly and caring. Out of towners but were still treated like next door neighbors. Highly recommend you call them before anyone else. Thanks for taking care of us!

The people here are very nice but it is so tight maneuvering in there it is very difficult to maneuver a full-sized 18-wheeler. The road going in there does not look like a truck Road and there is no sign.

I didn't use them for towing, but since it sounds like calling about a complaint won't do any good I'll just post it here. One of there drivers was in a NH town, pulled over on the side of the road (not picking up a car). I'm driving and was about to go by him, when he suddenly pulls out with no directional and almost hit me!
Horrible horrible experience. Called through triple aaa. Driver Rubin was rude and uncooperative. They demanded extra payment on the spot and then refused to tow my car when I tried to call triple aaa to confirm policies regarding tow payments. Would not recommend.

I’ve been parking in an assigned garage spot at my complex that I have been paying monthly for the last 10 months. I woke up at 5am on a work day to find my car was stolen. Discovered Rapid Response towed my car from my parking spot that I pay for (also known as stealing) then forced me to pay $215 to get my car back. The owner told me I was “playing the victim” and “entitled” because….well….I actually WAS a victim of this obvious scam they pulled on me. They claim I didn’t have a sticker, yet I had a parking placard which was provided by the complex that I have been using the last 10 months without issue. Scam artists.
We had to wait 3 hrs from call- we called RR at 11:20am-told 12 noon pick up.12:20am rolls around, we call back, and are told 1:20pm, called back RR at 1:52pm, we are told the driver will call us back “shortly” is now 2:15pm! This is not the way to string ppl along RAPID RESPONSE! Totally unprofessional and your company clearly doesn’t care about the issue of someone (in the pouring rain!) needing to get their car to a repair shop and back to work. I’ll update if we wait even longer! Update: RR showed up at 3:00pm. The tie operator then needed my husband to help him back the car out! If this was not a covered service through Geiko, totally would not have used this company! RR tells customers false times to string them along. Your lateness made our day WORSE. I do not recommend this company.

Had to get my white audi convertible towed from geico and rapid response came! Definitely was within the range of the ETA, "J" an awesome gentleman was prompt and professional, even when the original mechanic wasn't able to do Audi's, they were more than awesome to go to a different location. Thank you so much for looking out for my car!
If I could give a zero star I would! Highly unprofessional. Rapid response towing came to pick up my car around 1pm then sent me a text saying the delivery was completed to rate them to say how they do with the pick up and drop off. A representative from the shop the car was supposed to deliver to contacted me around 7pm and told me he has been waiting but the car did not get delivered, I contacted the towing company I spoke with Brian he said he will contact the driver to see what’s going on… then told me the driver said he got to the shop and the shop was closed he had to return with car. I asked to speak with a supervisor, he called me within 10 mn he gave a run around about how the shop was closed when the driver got there then he called me the B word and hung up in my face

DO NOT SEEK A CONTRACT With This COMPANY Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unreliable Service To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with Always OpenTill and the way my contract is being handled. I entered into an agreement with your company specifically to ensure that cars parked illegally in my assigned parking spot would be addressed promptly and without unnecessary hassle. Unfortunately, my recent experience proves that your service does not live up to its promise. When I called today to report a vehicle, I was informed that “the office has all the contracts” and that because there is no readily available listing, your staff were unable to provide service. This explanation is unacceptable and completely defeats the purpose of having a contract in the first place. The entire point of contracting with a towing company is so that I can reach out *at any time—Monday through Sunday—*and receive assistance with parking violations. Instead, I was essentially told, “There’s nothing we can do, speak to the manager.” That kind of response is dismissive, unprofessional, and leaves paying customers like myself without any recourse. This is not only frustrating, but it is a failure of basic service delivery and contract management on your company’s part. I expect a towing company to be reliable, responsive, and consistent. If your staff cannot access the necessary contract information to perform their job, that is a serious internal systems issue that needs to be corrected immediately. Until then, customers are being left stranded, which is simply unacceptable. I am requesting that this complaint be escalated and formally documented. I would also like a written response outlining how Always OpenTill intends to resolve this failure and ensure that contracted customers like myself actually receive the service we are paying for. Let me say this if you need a tow in Worcester CALL THIS COMPANY!! My son's car was stuck in a parking garage on the 4th floor with a 7 ft Max height. We called about eight companies before we got to this one. The first truck they sent wouldn't make the ceiling height, so they sent another... And they got the car out. Other companies either said they had no availability, or blatantly hung up, so if you need a tow I suggest that you skip all the other people and go straight to these guys. They answered the phone, there was no answering service. It went straight to the main guy. Chris. I can't thank you enough as my son's were stranded over an hour and a half away from home. Car was towed after an accident, they would not tow it to a body shop of my choice. I had to have my insurance deal with that. They also would not let my grandson access to the vehicle to get some stuff out necessary for graduation before I (who is in Aruba) sign a release form. Would not let my insurance pick up the vehicle again until I sign a release form. With all the negative stuff on google I don't understand why the city still chooses to contract with them. If Possible DO NOT EVER do business with this company. Now I have to spend an entire day out of my vacation to take care of getting a release back to the states so my grandson can graduate with his class. Horrible people DIDN"T even try to help a little. Other than tell my daughter they can email the forms. IF its my choice I will never use them I will make get my own car off the road and wait for a better towing company.

I would not recommend this company AAA seems to use them a lot. They are very unprofessional they are unreliable I was waiting five hours for a tow when the person finally showed up he called me private at 1:30 in the morning didn't call me back didn't send me a text no way to return the call. He left my car without towing it even though it was an emergency situation. Then when I called back today to have it towed again through AAA, the tow driver Daniel (name on caller ID) was rude hung up on me when i tried explaining keys were left in cup holder. he finally arrives with my car four hours after I place the call he left my car with the keys in the ignition all of my windows rolled down and my headlights on. This is unacceptable and unprofessional, NOT TO MENTION THE FRONT BUMPER WAS SLIGHTLY PULLED OFF BOTH TIMES THIS COMPANY HAS TOWED MY CAR.

I recently ad the misfortune of locking my keys in my car but even bigger misfortune of calling AAA and having Quealy sent out . The first driver who showed up was very nice but not able to open the car door . He had to call for a second driver who was not happy to be called out !!! Mind you my car was located 5 minutes from Quealy in Everett , The driver took out his frustration on my car . He was so aggressive prying the window that is bent the window casing along with chipping paint in my door frame . I called immediately to report this . I spoke with Anthony who was apologetic and offered to fix the car the next day . I dropped the car off and the window casing was fixed but not the paint chips on the door . I went to pick up my car and spoke with manager Laurie . Laurie was extremely rude and would not have the paint chips fixed stating that the driver had no reason to cause that damage . I explained he was frustrated and absolutely caused the damage and could show her video of him causing it . She remained both rude and unhelpful !!!! As for managerial skills she had zero !!! I will never allow assistance from this company again !!!! I have a 1 star rating only because there wasn’t anything lower than!!! Laurie would be much better behind the fence than dealing with customers !!

These people are thieves, they towed my truck and they didn't even call my company after towing till I went to grab my license, that's when I found out. $1851 .10 for bobtail. 12 miles total. I found out 1 signal light was not working they were busy denying that they didn't touch it. Have been towed before for 20 miles with a loaded trailer for $800. Don't even truck to bother calling them if u break down. They're crooks cowards
City of Springfield has a contract with these thief and corrupt company. allowing this company to over charge people and not allowing civilians to choose another towing company. they keep charging you storage fees even after destroying your vehicle. Disgusting company practices. Also when you ask for a receipt of the balance and pick up date. They say they don’t have give you a receipt of any kind but are quick to still tell you the balance. This Company needs to be investigated. True honest review. Plenty of proof.
If I could do ZERO STARS I would.. The soulless/heartless very rude and disrespectful things that work behind that mirror.. Feel that they can treat people like that because they're behind a two way mirror, and you can't see them. That's bad business right there. CJs team was great to us when our car was stolen and then recovered in a chase by Mass State Police.
Worst customer service you could imagine, staff in background talking trash about customers saying are you stupid when they were accused of damaging the car, highly unprofessional and disrespectful, locked the steering wheel knowing there was an issue with key, shoved a screwdriver into ignition to move car off their truck, overheard lady ask what he did to start it. When I told them I heard them they responded “it’s not our fault” so we had to find a tow even though it was operable before they touched it. They enjoy taking peoples vehicles, laugh and talk trash to the customer.

Towed my car in my apartment building parking lot in an unmarked non visitor non resident required, legal parking spot meaning anyone that lives or visits can park there no one specifically labeled. He, Claiming others have said the same thing as I, and they still towed my vehicle even though I was legally parked and still charged me.
If there is negative rating I would give it.Towed my car twice from my apartments. First time he tried towing from my assigned spot even though I showed him proof of the allotted paid parking spot and I paid 60$. Second time today weather is bad and my baby is not feeling well within 5 mins of me taking my baby and grocery into my apartment they towed my car again. I called and asked about my car but the person said office is closed and opens tomorrow.
I received phenomenal service from the Team at Ayers Collision. I could not be happier with the results. I am very impressed with their customer service and the amazing work which was done to my vehicle. John, Chuck, Brian and the entire team were very professional and great to work with. The Team at Ayers exceeded my expectations and I had such a great experience with them, I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto body repair work to their vehicle. This past mother's day around 9 pm They put my car up on the tow truck when it was parked in front of my home. (Parked there for approximately 4 minutes after bringing it down from the garage) Ayers has ~no authorization~ to tow cars in front of my building and that has been confirmed with my property manager. The young kid working for them just wanted to make some extra money so he tried to do an illegal tow. He then said they didn't take cards only cash so my boyfriend had to helplessly borrow money from a neighbor (he didn't have any cash at the moment) just to get our car off the truck or else he would've taken it... He also didn't give us a receipt (how convenient). Our property staff has contacted them but this has been a problem and nothing got resolved for us. We are now out $100 and afraid to park in front of our home to bring groceries up. Thanks Ayers!

Got stuck in the snow in the middle of the night with a jammed front wheel. Really helped me out when I was in a bind -- and when both AAA and AMA couldn't -- and got me and my bike home safely. They are courteous, professional, and highly recommended.
They are very very rudes and slow, they don't know how to solve anything and the owner called Luciano is not capable of solving problems, he tries to make money from people by evading calls. I called 16 times and he ignored, demonstrating that the company is terrible and has horrible owner, as well as employees who are completely unprepared to deal with situations. I would never recommend this to anyone, and I feel sorry for anyone who needs to resolve something with them, as they only think about taking all your money. Definitely disgusted with this company, disgusted with the owner and disgusted with the employees.

Car was towed out of a reserved parking spot that we pay for.. called and was told it was towed in error because we didn’t have a permit visible but we had a sunscreen up. Are we not allowed to do that anymore? How does towing someone’s car in error even happen. Incompetency at its finest. Front desk staff is nice though
They are so stupid!! "I had a bad experience with this towing service. My car was towed from my designated parking spot due to outdated stickers. Why do they even bother about my car sticker in my own parking spot? They are such a cruel people who are hostile and always prey on everyone at each parking lot waiting to see if they find someone to cash in. I attached a pic for reference showing how they wait at the lots for an opportunity to tow someone. Honestly this place needs to shut down.

The driver was fast arriving and was more than helpful. All and all they made what was already a very hard day much better. I would recommend these folks 100 times over.

This place needs to be shut down immediately. The lack of empathy from these employees is ridiculous. They lack customer service skills in every way. I lost my job 2 days ago, and am a single mother of 2 babies. My car got towed by these people while I was parked for 30 minutes on the street where I’ve parked for the past 1 year and 1/2. These people towed my car about 30 minutes before I called and decided to charge me a storage fee as if it had been there long. I asked them to please take off some of the cost as I’m going through a very difficult time. These people were the most rude, intimidating, disgusting human beings I have ever come across. I was in there with my 3 year old child while the “operations manager”, an Asian man decided to come out of the office to intimidate me because I refused to let them get in my car. This man came out yelling saying he was the one who towed my car basically telling me what am I going to do about it. He continuously made rude comments and acted as if he wanted to physically harm me while my child was present. My dad walked in to see what was going on since this man was being so aggressive. When my dad walked in, the “operations manager” decided to make a scene ready to fight my dad. Coworkers were holding him down as if he were ready to beat my father up. My dad simply came in as he saw things were getting escalated. I repeatedly asked this man and every other employee for this man’s name and they continuously refused to provide me with his name. These people are the worst of the worst, completely inhumane and all I can say is God forgive them. I hope this doesn’t continue to happen as I see these workers are labeled as bullies by many reviews. I will be starting a claim with the better business bureau and filing a report with Revere Police.

I had my truck towed to Todisco Towing and I spoke to a night shift personnel called Graciela on the night of 8/4/2025 who was super rude and unprofessional while I was trying to ask questions as to the process of getting my truck out of their yard. As I asked questions as to the process required to get my truck back, Graciela was laughing out loud condescendingly with another male staff on the night shift who could be heard laughing out loud as well in the background while I was on the phone with her. She hanged up on me intentionally at least 7 times while I was asking questions as to the process in getting my truck . Graciela was a complete customer service nightmare to talk to about getting my truck back as she impatiently rush-read me her company email intentionally and told me I was not the only customer so I should not waste her time and she hanged up on me . She hanged up on me multiple times later when I called back and when she picked up, she was laughing out loud with another male staff who could be heard laughing his lungs out while I was trying to ask questions about how I could retrieve my Truck and the process required. This is the worst experience I have had talking to a service representative on the phone. Such unwarranted unprofessional and condescending behavior is never acceptable in any given workplace. I will be reporting this to the proper authorities and to the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (DPU). The bill for a 6 mile tow to their location was over $4,400 USD. This definitely is extremely above current market price for a tow of that distance. Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities (DPU) will definitely be hearing from me about this.
Towed (or rather, stole) my car AFTER street cleaning hours had ended. Now, Todisco towing cars illegally parked during street cleaning hours is fine (that’s their job). I wouldn’t complain if that was the case. However, I followed the times on the street sign perfectly and yet my car was still taken. I’m expected to pay up when I followed the law?
I’m extremely disappointed with the unprofessional and disrespectful customer service I experienced. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and seemed to have no interest in resolving my issue. Instead of assisting me or offering any courtesy, they acted as if I was a burden. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company. I expected better treatment and basic decency—something severely lacking in my interaction with Todisco Towing. I won’t be recommending their services to anyone.

Incompetent, took forever to return my car, and I’ve witnessed their tow truck drivers driving recklessly multiple times, almost causing accidents (maybe to drum up business?) and blowing through intersections and crosswalks. It’s dangerous especially in our residential neighborhood!

We called to get our car towed in a snow storm. They said they could do it and that they'd be there in 40-60 minutes. 90 minutes later I call again (we are sitting in the car this whole time in the blizzard) and they say they can't get to us since it is snowing. THATS THE WHOLE REASON WHY WE WANT TO GET TOWED. They say our address we want to get towed to may not be plowed yet. Information we supplied in the first call. Now they say if we cancel we have to still pay half even though they entered the agreement knowing they couldn't even supply the service. I am not saying it's fraud or false advertising. Definitely not that. We waited 8 hours (we walked home) and they still couldnt get to us. Worst towing company ever. Don't use them for that service and I wouldn't trust a single word they say.
I called and Allison the NEW Office Manager was a true professional. As upset as I was on the moment, she not only met me where I was at, but calmed me down. She treated me like a human. She explained the whole process to me, kept me on hold while contacting the tow truck, and called me back to check in. It was so nice to have a human experience when something like this happens. Allison, you are an asset to Mack and the organization! I’ve dealt with Kim in the past and let’s just say THANK GOD for Allison! I will be recommending you guys to anyone I know in need!! Allison, thanks again!!

BEWARE ! The drivers are not properly trained. The driver left my car in "neutral" and tried to drive away. My car rolled into the tow truck and was damaged. I tried calling many times, but all I got was excuses. I still haven't resolved the his problem.

Super rude. They don't care about anything but taking your car, and money. Tow driver wouldn't even look at me. They wanted to charge me $120 to tow my car to my house instead of their yard. Fyi ur insurance reimburses you. They just want more money for storing your car. Pilgrim is the best. Super understanding for all your needs.
The person I talked to...talked to me like I was a dumbass. Like I didn't know he was completely overcharging me. And completely taking my money. Told me he would tow it to my house. When I called for the tow.... He told me then he couldn't tow it on the weekends....by telling....I mean yelling. I ended up hanging up. I called on Monday. They told me a price. Went Tuesday....told me a conoeltely different price. Then took their time towing it to my house ( two days after I paid them) oh.....and they towed it to my house on the damn weekend.... Such jerks! Have no clue what customer service means.
They are professional, they have a job to do try not to forget that. I'm sure they don't care about bad reviews, but if your worked up and they try to give you some professional advice just listen to it. Because it calmed me down, what you going through sucks and may seem hopeless but where there is a will there is a way.
Family car was towed to this lot after a minor accident. The folks that work there were very friendly and helpful. After the accident I went to the lot to collect my personal belongings and license plates and one of the workers helped me (provided some tools that I needed by did not have). Also, I called a few times and they were very courteous.
Greg and the team did an amazing job replacing my front bumper. My car looks brand new. The repair was done quickly and with great attention to detail. Super professional, trustworthy, and easy to work with. Highly recommend this place!

Bad experience with this company years ago. I was in a car accident in a snowstorm and they towed my car. I had called AAA and didn't know that this was not the tow company associated with AAA until later. The driver was out in the storm actively looking for accidents and cars to tow. They held my car for a long time and my Dad had to call them to get the car released. Insurance paid for it so maybe that was why they held the car for so long. When I went to pick up the car, I was alone in the office with 2 guys. I did not like the vibe. They did/said something I didn't agree with but I stayed quiet so I could get the hell out of there as quickly as possible. If you are a woman take special note to stay away from this business.
We needed one of our tree trucks towed yesterday.From the phone call on they did an excellent job. Showed up faster than estimated and took care of everything including a reasonable price. It's refreshing to work with professionals. Thanks again from Bransfield Tree.
Called because my car was towed the guy who answered the phone was a rude ignorant jerk! I am new out here and needed to get my cat asap I asked for the address and said I’m coming to get my car and was hung up on. I get here to pick up MY car and the guy argues with me that I didn’t tell him I was coming and NO ONE IS HERE! He then hangs up on me again and then blocked my number . After waiting I called the police who then had to reach them, and they were there in a matter of minutes to release my car.
We work with towing companies across the country, and this is by far the worst. We were paying these guys over $3,000 to take a shuttle bus from Boston to Baltimore and they canceled on site because they wouldn't sit for 15 minutes and wait to load....unreal
Horrible experience with Negoshian Towing! I was stuck in the snow on I-90/mass pike during the snow storm. The state police called them and they showed up to tow my car out of the snow and place it in a safe location at the nearest intersection so I can continue to drive. They tricked me into paying them $90 even though they should have charged me ~$36 dollars. the drivers first asked me for my credit card before giving me a quote. Once they had my card, he said it's actually not $30. It's $90 for some non-sense reason. He talked to the manager and manager gave him some non-sense arguments to use against me. I argued and they argued back and basically told me that this is the rate... the DOT has a form which tells me how they are supposed to charge people. They went against that...and randomly charged me $90....Dont give them your credit card. Hated the experience.

Arguably the worst experience i’ve ever had. My car got towed because it was parked on a “street cleaning” day (which is stupid in general and the street still looks bad). I called to pick it up and they said I can come anytime before 11pm and pay $170. I get there around 9:45 and it was a ghost town. I called and they said it would be 30 minutes, it wasn’t. I was outside by myself in a sketchy ally for almost an hour. Absolutely ridiculous. And then to top it off, I had to pay in cash (their ATM is a piece of garbage also) because my plates were out of state which makes no sense at all. This place sucks.
My car wouldn’t start after parking it in a parking garage with a low clearance. I called AAA, and they sent D&G to tow it out. They were able to work with the difficult situation.
These people are criminals. The city of Boston called them to release a vehicle and they refused. They literally said that the city can't enforce it and said call 911. The cops then said that they're a private company and Boston police can't do anything to them. They must be bribing the local police because the city of Boston said that's untrue. They try and force you to sign a paper so they can't be held liable for damages. These people are straight thugs and criminals. Lowest of the low.
Not the best at all. I called about a car parked in front of my parking spot and he said someone is coming out there, called back after 30 minutes with him getting mad at someone else int he background and said it will take another 30 minutes, proceeding to tell me "ma'am park your car on the street and go inside" after I told him I am parked in front of other resident parking as well. Why would I put MY car on the street when i am assigned a parking space in for my apartment building? just nonsense.. and frustrating
Illegally Towed our car while shopping at Walgreens in East Boston. Then held it for Randsom of the 260.50. Why the random number you might ask. Well its 250$ for stealing our legally parking car. Then if you don't have the cash. They kindly provide a ATM. But not so fast you can only take out 200$ at a time. So they turn the screws for every penny of the blood money they steal from you
