First time I’ve taken the time to write a review on anything. Incredibly fast and efficient. Charged me $80 less than every other place I called and didn’t up-charge me for paying with card. Incredibly skilled and knowledgeable driver who maneuvered the car into a tight tiny driveway with no incidents. Best tow truck I could have ever called. Cheaper, quick and efficient, and friendly.
After 3 failed attempts through my new 1300-mile-old Jeep’s warranty department, I found Mobile Auto Clinic with a few minutes of reading reviews. My garage had fairly low clearance, and the Jeep roadside assistance kept sending standard trucks and finally told me to find my own way to the dealer. Being that this is a smaller company I was hesitant when he said he had another job in front of me. Even with wrapping up the other job, he made it across Boston in about 30 minutes, assessed the situation quickly and professionally, and I was out of a sticky situation in about 15 minutes. He showed me every maneuver he used to clear the ceiling and keep everything safe. Couldn’t be more pleased! Coming soon: a very negative review of Stellantis/ Jeep/ Chrysler roadside assistance, especially now that I’ve seen what a professional can do.

We had a dead battery after grocery shopping. The roadside technician was there within 5 minutes of our call in. We ended up having him put in a new battery and we were on our way 30 minutes after calling in for assistance. The technician was a really nice guy. We are very happy with our service!
We had a very nice young man named Paul arrive in a very short time with a pleasant greeting ,introducing himself and discussed our vans problem! He explained his plan for loading in a tight and difficult spot and handled it like a pro and still with a smile!! We would like to give a Thank U to Paul and Interstate Towing !!
My first-ever tow situation was a breeze thanks to Becca. When my car died on the highway outside of Springfield, Interstate estimated a driver would arrive in 30 minutes, which was exactly how long it took Becca to arrive on the scene, get my car loaded, and towed to the shop. The first shop I called quoted me 6 days before they could look at my car, so Becca recommended the nearby Firestone, who luckily was able to fix the alternator within the same afternoon. She made a stressful situation super relaxed and comfortable - I’m grateful to have had her as my driver!
Fast and friendly locksmith service for my car. The tech was awesome! Really great guy. The receptionist could definitely have been a bit more friendly and helpful but it wasn't so bad that I wouldn't use them again. The driver/tech overshadowed that anyway.

My experience with Interstate was excellent. We broke down at night, two hours away from home with two young children, on the side of I-90. Tyler, our driver, was extremely helpful and professional the entire time. He made sure we knew what to expect so that there were no surprises, and towed us all the way home (2 hours!) Tyler helped us get through a very bad situation. Thank you Interstates, and thank you Tyler for getting us home safe.

The front bumper of my car was being scrapped all the way up onto the towing truck. My car is not on lowering springs. He also wanted me to get inside my own car to align the wheels(I didn't mind helping). But then charge me an extra $20 for a 7 minute drive. I was told $100 over the phone.
I had an issue with my car shifting and they did not hesitate to send someone out immediately to help! He quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and was extremely transparent about the situation with my car, which is very appreciated nowadays! The overall service was friendly as well as professional! I highly recommend and if I ever need a tow again this will be my first call!
Mike got there in no time and made everything very easy. Was able to give recommendations on nearby shops. Overall very pleasant experience. Would recommend!

My car was towed to Todisco Towing after a hit and run accident, they didn't have the service to take my car to Quincy, so I called American Towing. Michael arrived my home to pick me up in 15 minutes, then we went to Todisco to move my car to my car repair shop in Quincy. He was so helpful and efficient, it was traffic at 1pm but everything was done in 2 hours with his help. Thank you for your fast, efficient and professional service, 6 star!

Francisco came to our rescue at 1:30 am when our car unexpectedly got a flat o. i91 in Chicopee. After picking up our car, He stayed with us while we tried to get an Uber, which we couldn’t do at that hour in Chicopee! Francisco offered to give the three of us and two dogs a ride to a local hotel before dropping off our car at a tire center. He was amazing! Super kind, very professional. Highly recommend.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review before so that alone should should speak to how great the service was. I was stranded with a broken down car and a phone on 10% and these guys came in a timely manner and helped out. The driver was great, letting me use his charger and dropping me off at my house (3 minutes from the garage). Overall super helpful would definitely recommend!
I was stranded in enfield after a miserable day and just so happened to ask a kind gentlemen to change my tire. Then the jack was rotted out so he used the truck to raise my car. I am forever thankful and blessed as I have an infant and my 11 YO son in the car. There are still kind caring folks in the world. Very appreciative! He put my spare tire on and saved the day!

Dealt with Kenny G to tow one of my Fleet vehicles. Great guy, kind courteous and respectful, extremely knowledgeable and had my car on the bed and headed to pep boys quickly.
My insurance car recommended me this company, I had to wait three hours for them and then they told me they couldn’t complete the service and before that I called twice to the phone number they have and they never answer
Mr Kenny towed my car was incredibly quick and amazing communication skills and over all friendly one of the best towers I’ve ever had help me
Very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from this company. My husband called for a tow around 10am and was given a quote and was asked to text the pick up and drop off addresses, which he did right away. After that, we never heard back. We called to get an update multiple times but no one answered or followed up. We weren’t in a rush and tried to be patient, but after waiting 7 hours with zero updates, we had no choice but to contact another towing service. A simple call or text to let us know they couldn’t do it would have been the respectful and professional thing to do. Unfortunately, we can’t recommend this company based on our experience.
First experience with these guys great. Second, not so much. 1st the text system did not record my location which I had to call back after an hour to figure out. Second, after waiting another hour, the driver decides to call me on WhatsApp which I couldn’t use due to the settings. I quickly change my settings to call him back on WhatsApp, he does not pick up. Literally within 3 minutes I call the place back multiple times , no answer.

Avoid this company at all costs unless you want your vehicle manhandled, damaged, and then completely ignored when you try to hold them accountable. They towed my car with zero care, left it damaged, and then had the audacity to deny any responsibility like a bunch of incompetent, shameless scammers. Their customer service is beyond atrocious—rude, dismissive, and completely useless, acting like your concerns are an inconvenience to their pathetic excuse of a business. These people have no integrity, no professionalism, and absolutely no respect for their customers. If you value your car, your sanity, or even basic human decency, stay the hell away from these reckless, careless frauds.
We were originally quoted 40 minutes and it took two hours. My wife called after me to get it set up and he upped the price by $20. When I called back he refused to honor the price he gave me. I was also told the driver would give me a ride home. However when he got there, the owner messaged me saying he ‘thought’ I was in the same town as the tow facility when that is not true at all as I told him I was one town over from my current location. So at 930 at night I had to hop out of the tow truck and wait on the side of the road for an Uber.
I needed them last night and they responded super quickly. I highly recommend

Mark M. From Akiki towing is hands down the best response I’ve ever had in an unfortunate situation with car trouble. I had a flat tire and another company failed to send assistance or update that no help was on the way and I was stranded for hours. When a tow finally came with the assistance of local law enforcement, they said the tire couldn’t be fixed tonight. I tried one more time and thankful Akiki and Mark M. were working. Mark M. Response time was quick and his customer service was beyond satisfactory, especially at 4am. Mark M. did what another company failed to do and couldn’t have been more compassionate and understanding. Turned my whole morning around. Thank you Mark. Saved the day my friend.
They towed my son car he’s 17. He just got it . They came all the way from Hyde park to Dorchestor. When we called looking for keys they took my sons keys . He thought they were lost . We were gonna call locksmith. They said tow price was 235.33 at in morning wouldn’t release it unless we had pink slip from police . They did not tell us that on phone. We drove to Roxbury they gave wrong address courthouse instead of police. To up price to 385. Same day and dropped my sons car in middle of road . Drove off horrible
Mark M was exceptional. He moved me from a dangerous location to a place around the corner that was safer so that can change my tire. He showed me that my tires had a lock, which I didn’t know beforehand, and explained that I needed to have my lock handy in order to have my tires changed. I’m so grateful for his assistance. Whenever I need towing or breakdown service, I call AAA and they always send Akiki. They are the best in the business ! Look at their website and the wide range of services they provide. Their drivers always respond with minimal wait time ! Always professional service.

Central Mass Towing is AWESOME! They’re really sincere and reliable company that is hard to find these days. I called this company to tow my car from D towing company(total fraud)to auto body shop and D co.took more than 30 minutes to release my car but the driver from Central Mass towing waited with a good attitude. Called for a tow when I broke down early in the morning. The receptionist was polite and informed me the price. The owner Mike was at my vehicle within 15 minutes which was great as I have waited upwards of a hour before from other companies. Once he was there he did everything he could to get my truck goung.Once is was apparent it wouldn't start he towed it to his shop and let me keep it there till my mechanic could get to it. Everyone who works there is friendly and professional would highly recommend there services to everyone.
I couldn't give any less than one star unfortunately. Horrible experience with this company and will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. We waited over 4 hours for the tow truck to show up and the tow truck they brought was broken and couldn't even tow our vehicle. They wanted us to wait another half hour to hour for them to go back to the shop and get a new truck. When we decided to call another company and have another company tow our vehicle we tried calling them to let them know and there was no answer. When we got ahold of the driver the demanded that we pay for the service call when no services were rendered.

Captain Mike Murphy is a professional in every aspect of the word. He has always been there for us when we called and arrived promptly. A Seatow membership is worth your boats weight in gold. I feel more comfortable taking my friends and family out knowing that if something happens (and things often do while boating), the guys at Seatow Boston are there to help.

Amazing customer service, incredibly quick diagnostic/repair of issue. Armando really took care of me I woke up to a mouse caught in the serpentine belt of my vehicle, causing it to come off it's track. I called AAA for a tow, and they suggested Watertown Towing Auto Repair since it was the same company. After calling the dealership and being told it'd never be finished before the weekend, I went with Watertown Towing to fix the issue. They had the car repaired and road ready in roughly an hour. One of the best experiences I've had with auto repair. Armando is amazing.
Had to use them for a nighttime tow on a weekend. They were super helpful, and the guys at the shop were very fair and honest. For an out of town person breaking down while passing through, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
This company was called through AAA and the gentleman that came to jump my car was informative and kind. His name was Adalberto and he saved me not once but twice. He told me about my battery power, was not condescending and said after the first time to call him anytime before his shift ended (which I ended up needing to!) He was efficient, courteous and a delight—thank you Adalberto!

Our car was in a bad spot so while we’re waiting we had an “idea” how to help our driver. Good thing we don’t do it for a living because he said “I can do it this way”, it turns out he is much wiser than we are when it comes to his job!!! He was very nice and did a fantastic job! Thank you!!!
Well, it is not easy to find towing guys around Boston when your semi breaks down. Red's Towing in Springfield has provided great service with an affordable price. Driver's job is much appreciated, just a real iron man. Highly recommended to heavy duty folks.
We picked up a rollback from another business and Reds was nice enough to let us park it there for a couple hours. My husband works for a tow company in another state and we were both impressed with how nice and professional everyone was.
I was stranded on the side of the road and called Reds towing and Ryan came within 15 min of my call. He was great with his customer service and was very careful with my car. I was on the highway where it was extremely unsafe not much room to walk around the car without traffic almost hitting you. Thank you for your great Service we need more men like you around.

My 2023 Hyundai Tucson car was ransacked before going to this location. The driver failed to take a full inventory of the items in my car. So it is going to be more than likely difficult for me to sort these thefts out in the situation that they have caused for me by their short comings of at Cityside Towing, smdh!!!

Dishonest, Overpriced, and Outdated Payment Practices My experience with G and J Towing was terrible. They initially quoted me $190 for the tow and $35 per day for storage. After 17 days, the total should have been $785, but the OWNER himself claimed the amount due was $853 with no clear explanation for the extra charges. On top of that, they don’t accept card payments—how is that acceptable in 2025? In this day and age, there’s no excuse for not offering a modern payment option. This entire process has felt like a scam. Avoid G and J Towing if you value fairness, transparency, and convenience!
Towed my car then required me to pay cash. No other forms of payment. Charged ridiculous sums for storage per day. After looking up the company, the owner was charged with tax fraud. It's clear why they only accept cash.
The guy in the office was nice and very helpful. But the blonde/red head kid needs training on staying professional/de-escalate situations because not all customers will be happy with your service.
I wouldn't hire these people. Almost run me over and ran me off the road a couple of time. Using their vehicle as a weapon. Doesn't even respect other driver on the road. I remember reading in the news one of their driver rear end a car and killed the passenger.
Was driving down route 1 today and nearly got run off the road from one of these trucks. They were weaving between lanes and going faster than it should given its size. I couldn't see its license plate or I would have called the office to report it.

Charged me CASH upon vehicle pick up, receipt didn't match this business's labor cost and/or other expenses. My windshield wiper was also missing upon pickup.
I called them on a Sunday during the Pat's game and they were there within 20 minutes! Thank you Lovey's! Of course I pulled in nose-first but Eric got me right out. Appreciate the professionalism and getting my car to the mechanic's for me.

Pro-Tech answered the phone promptly and had a flatbed to me within 10 minutes of my initial call. I drive a classic Porsche and the truck driver, Nelson was extremely careful and efficient loading it up. He gave me a ride home and even helped me maneuver the car into the garage. Thank you Nelson and the rest of the team for your professionalism!
I went to an appointment and came out and couldn't start my car, so I called AAA. First AAA sent a battery guy who determined that it was my starter, not the battery, so I called again for a tow. I was 30 miles away from home and wanted my car to be towed to an auto shop in my town. Pro-Tech Towing and Recovery arrived before the ETA that AAA had given me. Kyle, the tow truck operator, first tried to start my car, but was unable to, so he towed my car to my mechanic and then drove me home, a few blocks farther. As soon as I got home, I realized that I had left my house key (which was on a different ring than my car key) and couldn't get into my house. (I couldn't walk back because I have a problem with my foot.) By this time, it was beginning to get dark and the auto shop was closed. I told Kyle not to worry and that I'd call a friend and go back for my key when the auto shop opened in the morning. He drove away, but came back about 10 minutes later with my house key, UNASKED. This turned out to be a lifesaver for me because my neighbors were away and I didn't have many local friends' numbers on my phone, which by this time didn't have much charge left anyway. I was never so impressed in my life! This was by far the best towing experience of my life! Highly recommended.
Since this is a full service gas station, I asked the attendant to fill my tank with premium fuel (as recommended by the manufacturer). After he was finished filling the tank and handed me the receipt, I noticed it showed the price for regular gasoline. When I asked him if he had used premium, he said no. I told him that my vehicle uses premium gasoline. He looked at the gas cap and saw that I was correct and laughed. While he admitted that I was right, he offered no apology. I drive a $120K vehicle. The last thing I need is for something to go wrong due to this gas station's negligence. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this establishment ever again.
I didn't use them for towing, but since it sounds like calling about a complaint won't do any good I'll just post it here. One of there drivers was in a NH town, pulled over on the side of the road (not picking up a car). I'm driving and was about to go by him, when he suddenly pulls out with no directional and almost hit me!
Henry was my tow driver. Very exceptional guy for the job. Very challenging drop off spot that most drivers wouldn't do, he did not hesitate or complain and made it through a tight spot. Thank you

I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Jose, a tow truck driver who went above and beyond during a stressful situation. I had a flat tire and was stranded on the side of the road, but Jose arrived quickly and made the entire experience so much easier. He was not only incredibly cautious and safe while handling my car, but his friendly and personable nature immediately put me at ease. It was clear that he genuinely cared about helping me and ensuring everything was taken care of with the utmost care and professionalism.
So they were meant to handle my jump with possible tow as the servicer for my road side assistance. 3 hours and 34 mins, plus 5 separate phone call conversations with repeated promise that the driver would call, NEVER EVER called or showed up. So 4 hours later I decided to find another company. No genuine concern or proactive effort to call with an update about anything. Don’t waste your time or your money. Can’t tell you how disgusted I am with how they handled themselves.
They tried to tow my friends car and were literally stealth about it pulled up in 10 minutes I’m literally disabled and cant walk very far so we needed to park in place close ive parked here A MILLION TIMES NO ISSUES. then they charged us $60 even tho they didn’t even take the car because my friend chased them. my Daughter’s car was towed by this company. She went to pick up her car from them. SHE THEN NOTICED a huge hole and broken pieces in her front bumper. She calls them and told them exactly what was going on with the car and the gentlemen said “Come back tomorrow” they do not care about your car. STAY AWAY from this place. Very unprofessional and one of the guys slammed her door onto another truck that was by and said “I’m sorry” luckily that was not damaged but these people are just horrible.

So I was hit by a driver who ran a red light the other day and had to get a tow. I was definitely impressed by how nice and friendly the tow driver was (his name is Xavier). I had never had to do this before so he explained the whole process to me while he drove me home. Amongst all the chaos I forgot my wallet and was a little panicked and was politely assured by (I believe her name was) Julie that he would check my car and let me know if they found my wallet. Not only did the tow truck driver go back to my car and find my wallet he very promptly brought it to my house for me. Even though it was pouring rain and I was super upset having this experience made a crappy situation a little bit better. Thank you very much for your courtesy and professionalism.

Car was towed after an accident, they would not tow it to a body shop of my choice. I had to have my insurance deal with that. They also would not let my grandson access to the vehicle to get some stuff out necessary for graduation before I (who is in Aruba) sign a release form. Would not let my insurance pick up the vehicle again until I sign a release form. With all the negative stuff on google I don't understand why the city still chooses to contract with them. If Possible DO NOT EVER do business with this company. Now I have to spend an entire day out of my vacation to take care of getting a release back to the states so my grandson can graduate with his class. Horrible people DIDN"T even try to help a little. Other than tell my daughter they can email the forms. IF its my choice I will never use them I will make get my own car off the road and wait for a better towing company.

Very strange encounter with this unprofessional tow company. Started with a letter in the mail from them stating I owed them for storage and a tow on a car I didn’t own. Called them and a man stated there was a note on the account saying it was sent to wrong address. So I let it go. Fast forward a month to today when I got a second letter from the company for the same car and now it’s over a $2000 bill. So I called again spoke with “Laurie” who stated that she got my name and info from the RMV and that I was the last registered owner of the car. Turns out, it was a car I traded in almost 10 years ago to a dealership in New Hampshire. She tried to tell me I would be liable, even though she said the tow was from an arrest made on 11/6/23. I told her I get her the info from who was arrested that night and she said it wouldn’t matter because I was the last registered owner. I called Everett police and they told me to tell them to knock it off bc I have proof of sales. Either way, it should illegal for them to get my info from the registry. They should have to get the info they need from the police. Looking forward to going there in the morning to share this info with them and let them know if they don’t stop harassing me, I’ll be taking a suit out on them for harassment. If I could give a zero I would got my car towed from the casino and wen I went to pick it up found that the whole side of my car was scratched and dented then the guy was trying to have me go through my insurance and wen I called the cops the cop was yelling at us like we were in the wrong they have many pictures inside of local police looks like they have a very close relationship with them be careful if u get ur car towed here and check thoroughly before u leave this is probably the worst place u can get ur car towed

Nobody cares about their contract with the city of Springfield. They need to learn how to drive on the road to follow the rules of the road they have. They definitely almost hit me and my child on the I 291 highway.
Clyde did great! He had a positive attitude, got to my car within 20-30 minutes and had it loaded up in another 5 minutes. Hopefully I won't need to call back but I'd call him again if needed. Lol
It's never a pleasant day when you have to release your car from the clutches of a towing company, but CJ's staff makes that unpleasant day as pleasant as it possibly could be! Their wit, kindness, and understanding had me smiling the whole time I was at their office. Since my car had been stolen and partially destroyed, they reduced my bill as much as they could without me asking. They even gave me a list of inexpensive towing companies so I could get my nonfunctional car off the premises! Their customer service went above and beyond. I hope you never need your car towed. But if you do, I hope CJ's is the company you call.
City of Springfield has a contract with these thief and corrupt company. allowing this company to over charge people and not allowing civilians to choose another towing company. they keep charging you storage fees even after destroying your vehicle. Disgusting company practices. Also when you ask for a receipt of the balance and pick up date. They say they don’t have give you a receipt of any kind but are quick to still tell you the balance. This Company needs to be investigated. True honest review. Plenty of proof.

These people are disgusting. Absolute scammers, they pull up in the middle of the night, no lights creeping into your backyard. They hook up your vehicle and then tell you. You only have one option of payment, which is cash. 2 losers. Total scammers.
Excellent customer service and awesome repair work! My car was ready earlier than expected and the repair work was flawless. They even did a mini detail on the inside. My car looked brand new inside and out. Would highly recommend them to anybody in need of auto body work.
All of the other reviews reporting that their car was towed for absolutely no reason or “illegal” parking is 100% correct. The towing side of this company literally have people just driving around looking for cars to tow to make more money. They towed my car from an apartment complex on a Sunday claiming “management” called them, but when I spoke to the apartment complex management they had no idea a car had even been towed and told me where I was parked was completely legal. The apartment complex management then spent the next 45 minutes with me trying to figure out where my car was, which they should not have to do. How do you tow a car and not even let the property know? Extremely unprofessional and unethical.
It's unusual to have a smile on your face while dealing with an unexpected tow. Peter was patient with me as I navigated an anxiety inducing situation caused by the city. But it had a happy ending! They answered every phone call, even off hours.Also, they support the helping hands initiative in Quincy, and I will be donating medical equipment to their cause next week. definitely five stars!
Ayers Collision is the BEST! They buffed and painted like magic a dent and scratches on my hood from a flying rock among other scratches on my RAV. Car was towed out of a reserved parking spot that we pay for.. called and was told it was towed in error because we didn’t have a permit visible but we had a sunscreen up. I had a flat tonight, late at night on Labor Day weekend - not good. That’s when the two angels Brian and Raul from Action towing walked into my life at the gas station. They were both super nice and helpful, and they put the donut on for me in two minutes! I couldn’t be more grateful that I didn’t have to wait two hours for AAA to show up! My elderly mother called because she thought somebody was in her parking spot. It was her mistake not knowing exactly which spot it was, but the person on the phone was practically screaming at her. I understand you are working at 11 PM and it might not be where you want to be but screaming at an elderly woman over the phone seems excessive.
Insanely unprofessional service from the man who was working tonight. My car had been towed from my own apartment complexes lot, so when I came out to find it gone and called them confused, he was extremely rude and short over the phone. He also said that it would be $182 to get it out. Upon me asking “what?” He repeated a higher price, which I caught, but he refused to go back to the original number. Upon getting there, he was continuously rude (staring and eye roll when 1) asked about the rate and 2) I told him my wallet was in the car that they had towed). He then refused to give me back my license until I handed the cash through the window (which he saw me take out and was holding in my hand). I understand that this job guarantees a lot of unhappy people coming through their doors, however he was over the top rude and made me extremely uncomfortable as a small woman. By FAR the worst towing experience I’ve had in the several occasions since moving to the Boston area.
After towing my vehicle, an employee of Action Towing demanded that I sign a waiver of liability before I could retrieve my car. I was unable to sign such a waiver without first verifying that my vehicle had not been damaged. Upon expressing my stance, the staff member assisting me displayed impatience and warned that I would not be able to reclaim my vehicle without signing. Such a requirement is not only irregular but also legally unfounded.

Very aggressive driver on the streets of Boston. Does not obey stop lights. Tries to intimidate other drivers on the road by his size.
Towed (or rather, stole) my car AFTER street cleaning hours had ended. Now, Todisco towing cars illegally parked during street cleaning hours is fine (that’s their job). I wouldn’t complain if that was the case. However, I followed the times on the street sign perfectly and yet my car was still taken. I’m expected to pay up when I followed the law?
The staff is extremely rude and never owns up to their mistakes! I have a resident sticker and they still towed my car. They forced me to pay and the employee was very abrupt with no coherent explanation. Terrible service and abuses.
We flew in from Ireland and my truck broke down on the way to the airport, leaving my friend stuck. AAA failed to show up, Mike from Todisco helped us tremendously by scheduling my truck to be towed and ensured I was kept in the loop. He went above and beyond. Highly recommend Todisco towing!
This company is predatory and aggressive. They do not like being called out and they will threaten you with all sorts of claims to try and stop you from fighting them. They clearly violate the involuntary tow laws and every negative review on here speaks volume to their “ethics” that they value.

Quick efficient service.
They charged me $405 to jump start and Tow my car, less than 10 minutes away. They left my car in the parking lot of the repair company and told me they had dropped my keys with them. I called the repair company about my car, and they said it was never brought in, and the repair guy had to walk outside to scan all the cars in the lot before he found mine with the keys inside. When I called about the charge and not finding my car, the lady on the phone lost her mind and started yelling, and hung up on me. I've filed a claim with my bank and if the issue isn't resolved, I'll sue.
Horrible. I call for a personal tow, and the driver DAMAGED my car. The cost of repairing the car was more than the cost of the tow itself. I asked for a refund on the tow. I know they have business insurance, but Worcester Towing24 gave me the driver's personal insurance info instead. The office staff now ignores my calls and emails. Untrained drivers, unprofessional office staff. Beware.

Do not use this business. I would give this zero stars if I could. The woman working here is rude and heartless. Terrible experience for my college student. It wasn’t the towing that was the issue it was the treatment after.

The person I talked to...talked to me like I was a dumbass. Like I didn't know he was completely overcharging me. And completely taking my money. Told me he would tow it to my house. When I called for the tow.... He told me then he couldn't tow it on the weekends....by telling....I mean yelling. I ended up hanging up. I called on Monday. They told me a price. Went Tuesday....told me a conoeltely different price. Then took their time towing it to my house ( two days after I paid them) oh.....and they towed it to my house on the damn weekend.... Such jerks! Have no clue what customer service means.
This place is full of thieves, I had my truck towed the night of 4/9/21, my wife left her wallet with over a thousand dollars in cash on the passenger floorboard, I picked my truck up 4/10/21 around 8 pm to our surprise we couldn’t find her wallet, when we did find it, it was in the center console with no cash in it. It is quite upsetting that a company that is used by the state police would actually steal from someone’s wallet. Of course they’ll beat around the bush and ask if I can prove money was there and yada yada yada. I don’t know what to do, but if the owner reads this I hope you will try to resolve this issue or at least fire whoever the driver was that stole our money.
not even mentioning the price, the tow did more damage to my car than my accident haha. found the rope still tied to FR rim, and that diff is now broken, my accident hit the car on the opposite side and opposite corner. i barely damaged my door but the tow made my front diff commit suicide. only reason not 1 star is because the guy at front desk is funny and a good guy.
My car got towed into their lot. When I went to pick it up. My dashboard displayed back taillight service. I went to check my taillight and noticed someone had cracked my back right taillight. Unfortunately they don’t keep any records of how the car gets brought into the lot. The guy in the office was rude and basically said I was lying and that damaged was already done. Submitting a claim for the damages. Avoid this place.
Needed to get a motorcycle towed bc I broke my foot (unrelated). Called Waltham auto, had some difficulty getting things scheduled like I wanted but the guy (Charles?) that they sent out to help me was a rock star. Showed up exactly on time, went above and beyond to help me out, did a supremely careful job and even helped me get the bike started! All for half the price I was getting quoted elsewhere!

Someone needs to end this entire business. They apparently have a contract with Windsor Gardens. My pregnant sister has lived at Windsor Gardens for about three years now. She had a valid parking sticker that she bought three months ago for a whopping rip off of $13 dollars and it began to peel. Obviously low quality. Due to a PEELING STICKER (IN THE CORNER, NOT THE ENTIRE STICKER) these absolute scum bags towed her car in the middle of the night. She called as soon as she noticed because she is carrying a high-risk pregnancy and had multiple time sensitive tests to take in Boston this morning. The company was nothing but rude and disrespectful to her. On the phone they told her a sum of $170 was owed before she could access her vehicle. She asked to grab her wallet out of the car so she could access the funds (because they ONLY accept cash) and she was DENIED. ??? Then when she came to pay for her car (WHICH SHE SHOULD NOT HAVE) they told her she owed them $250... I do not understand what type of bottom-feeding, bored, lonely, sad, disgusting type of person would look into a car legally parked in front of the apartment it is registered to with a car seat, stroller, and baby toys and decide to tow it for a PEELING STICKER. This company is the absolute epitome of money hungry, criminal, desperate, and in-humane. They deserve to be shut down, and the driver that towed my sister's car honestly deserves every terrible thing that is CLEARLY happening in their life. Better Business Bureau, here I come!
Great service! Came and changed my tire on really quickly with a charge that was totally worth it. When I called for a receipt they sent it while I was on the phone. I'd call them again in a second.
Called because my car was towed the guy who answered the phone was a rude ignorant jerk! I am new out here and needed to get my cat asap I asked for the address and said I’m coming to get my car and was hung up on. I get here to pick up MY car and the guy argues with me that I didn’t tell him I was coming and NO ONE IS HERE! He then hangs up on me again and then blocked my number . After waiting I called the police who then had to reach them, and they were there in a matter of minutes to release my car.
We needed one of our tree trucks towed yesterday.From the phone call on they did an excellent job. Showed up faster than estimated and took care of everything including a reasonable price. It's refreshing to work with professionals. Thanks again from Bransfield Tree.

Incredibly rude. Got towed along with many cars due to unclear signage after my hockey game. I called and they were SO rude. Told me it’s 3 minutes to the garage but Google maps said 14. (A long walk with heavy hockey bags) The lady said “oh by walk?” - of course… you towed my car. She then said “you could uber” … thanks. Incredibly strict on cash only, 170$, incredibly rude, made me uber to a bank to get the cash and come back. Told me “cost of doing business”
Really solid experience! My car didn’t start this morning, so I called D&G. In less than 5 minutes they picked up my car and brought it to their shop. A couple hours later they called me with a reasonable estimate. They had my car repaired and ready by 1 p.m. They’re a very friendly and communicative team.
Incredibly rude over the phone. Got hung up on after being told a “manager” would call me the next day, because I noticed that they ruined my car traction with the way they towed my car and didn’t want to take responsibility for it. Got defensive and began to yell at me because I simply asked for them to repeat my phone number back to me to confirm that they had it. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
D&G Towing was amazing from start to finish. The driver was extremely courteous, professional, and patient. Which is exactly what you hope for when dealing with car troubles. They handled everything with care and made the whole experience much less stressful. I truly appreciate the level of service and attention to detail. My car broke down in Brighton ,an area I don't know well, and I was panicking . It was 105 degrees and that wasn't the real feel. The driver came in about 20 minutes and dropped me off at Dunkins to wait for my ride. Thank you so much!
