Absolutely amazing. I had waited for 3 hours for another tow company that never showed up. called the second tow company they wanted money up front I didn't do that. I called and dealt with Greg with Hawaii Towing company he came within 45 minutes I think it was half an hour. It was a pleasant and professional experience. he drove my vehicle where It needed to go, answered all my questions on the phone before he even showed up, was very professional and clean. I would recommend this company to anybody who needed a tow truck most definitely five stars I wish I could give 10 Stars.
Me and my brother were visiting the island when our rental car got a flat tire. We called around, but this company had the best towing options (including flat bed which we needed). George was helpful immediately on the phone, giving us wait times and was extremely responsive through text! Initially we were told the wait would be around 1 1/2 hours, but ended up only waiting for a short 30 minutes. George was very kind throughout the entire ride which really made a huge difference and was very appreciated. He even let me borrow a phone charger. I would give this business 6 stars if I could! If you ever need a tow on the island, I definitely recommend this one. God bless!

I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in need of any sort of vehicle tow. I had called him regarding a vehicle that wouldn’t start and needed to be towed from one side of the island to another as soon as possible. Have used them once so far , it was for a used replacement tire on my truck. It was about 70 bucks, all in. The tire had decent tread depth to it left so i felt it was a decent deal. Apparently they've been around for around 2 or so decades and has decided great service for the local Kaneohe community the only reason why I gave them four stars is because after I got that tire replaced my truck got towed so I was kind of salty about it LOL. I will update the next time I have to use their services.
Needed to replace my front passenger tire. Turnaround time upon arrival to departure took less than 20 minutes. This involved removing the rim off my old tire and setting it on my new tire and jacking up my car to replace the spare with the new tire. Balancing of the new tire was included in the price which was very reasonable. I almost went to a different establishment which I would have had to drop off my car to wait until a mechanic had an opening to work on my tire, not to mention what I would have paid would probably have been double the amount what I paid at CJ's.
Impeccable communication and prompt service from a very polite family run company. I've used them many times and never been unsatisfied. Perfect for help on the East side of the island!
I cannot speak highly enough of CJ and every person working there. I have taken several of my own cars to them, as well as recommending them to friends and family. They are extremely honest, communicative, and do great work. After a very frustrating encounter with another shop with my sister, I saw CJ pull up in the tow truck and knew I didn’t need to stress anymore. They are the best!

Great Service and I highly recommend Freedom Tow Hawaii. The technician 'Tho 'made me feel secured and comfortable from the time I contacted him for the towing service. My wife pumped diesel into Honda accord at a gas station around 0900 PM. I knew I had to get it Tow to the nearest Mech shop but they were all closed. i contacted Freedom Tow Hawaii and he told me to show the receipt that my wife purchased the diesel to the cashier and persuade them I am the customer so i can park the car over night. we agreed to meet up in the morning 0600 am. 'Tho' arrived on time but I was late 20 mins, he waited for me patiently and once we met up he hooked up the car and drove to 'Oscar Auto Repair' mech shop of my choice. All this coordination happened over 3 phones call and during that time "Tho" was very professional and recommend few mech shops and cost to get to different location right. he was very honest with me and he let me ultimately decide where I wanted my car to get dropped off. I am very thankful for his service
Tho towed our car to A&A’s to get it fixed. He’s very genuine and helpful. He dropped off the car and offered to take us to the nearest car rental place. Now that’s customer service!

Can not say enough good things about these hard working and amazing people at Freedom Tow. Had both driver side airmatic suspensions fail on my Mercedes. The car was basically sitting on the ground and not in an easy place to get to. Pull in Freedom Tow and let go of the worries. Very professional, explained everything going on with the equipment as he went through his routine. Hooked up and gone very quick. Fair priced and amazing attitude!! About two hours of calling two different towing company to see if they were able to pick up my car at the UFC gym because for some reason it wouldn't start at all, none was able to provide service or if they could it would be an additional hour to two hours of wait. I was already having a bad day sitting in my car trying to figure out how will I get my car to the auto shop, thats when I found out about this towing company. As soon as, I called Tho answered and told me he was able to come. Surely less than 30 minutes later, Tho arrive and he was very knowledgable about what could possibly be wrong with my car and why it didn't want to start so suddenly. He was very friendly, he explain step by step what could possible go wrong while he did a quick diagnose on my car. He then found the cause and told me that my starter gave out. Tho somehow quickly got my car to start and he followed me to the auto shop. I will definitely be relying on Tho Towing Service in the future very cheap, yet quick!

Terrible company, I do not recommend it to anyone!!! We ordered them yesterday, agreed on a certain time at 11 am. No one came. They told us at first the price was $250 and then called us back after we were late and said to wait another hour and the price would be $520.
I would like to express my appreciation to Jonathan for the exceptional care he provided to my husband's truck yesterday. His patience, understanding, and professionalism were greatly appreciated when towing my husband's vehicle, which was experiencing a starting issue. We are very thankful for his fast response and overall proficiency! You made the experience and the situation less stressful because we knew we were in good hands, so thank you again!
Thank you for a great and friendly service. The best part was that I was supposed to wait 1hr for an available Tow truck but Braddah show up within 15mins got me and my SUV to our destination safe and quickly. I will be using you guys from now onward. Thank You Very much!!!
I called needing a tire change. The dispatcher let me know it would be about 40 min until service. The driver Cedric arrived in 15 min. Service was super fast and he helped me get my tire changed and ready to go. Would definitely recommend.
Called another tow company...several times. They never showed up. Called O'Sung who arrived between 10 to 15 minutes later. $80 for the short tow to there shop. Was going to Honolulu Ford which is near O'Sung. Driver looked at my issue, took pictures, called his boss. They said they could repair quickly and much less than the dealer. Repair completed in less 24 hours at a fair price. Price was lower than the Ford dealer and time in shop shorter. Expected Ford to keep truck through weekend about 4 or 5 days total. Shorter time in shop saved me on truck rental cost. Plus Enterprize Car Rental across street from shop. They offered a discount on car rental while in shop. Car rental was half price of what was quoted online. I was looking at $500 for a rental over 5 days. Paid only $48 for one day. That in itself is a huge savings. Highly recommend O'Sung.

Lopez towing was the best choice I made. Michael is professional, caring, and has your best interests in mind. Safety was his first concern. He is very knowledgeable about vehicle. My car broke down on Nimitz Highway when I had my two kids with me. It was a pretty scary experience and when I called express towing he came so quickly and towed my car all the way to the north shore. No one is ever happy about having their car break down, especially when the problem is the engine. But everyone at Empire towing from the dispatchers, to the tow guy himself was amazing, professional and so kind. We even decided to change the tow destination after our driver was dispatched to us and they were so great about it! Every time I use Roadside Assistance with my insurance company (3x this year alone), empire towing always answers the call. Sometimes the waits are long (because of hawaii traffic of course), but they are amazing with the communication from the dispatcher to the driver. Super fast response. I called and they answered right away and wasnt put on hold like the other companies I called. Even said they will come within the hour. The other company (VIP Towing) had me on hold for 30mins and then told me that they couldn't come until late in the day and couldn't even give me a set time just a "we'll be there between 12-5pm. Needed a car towed so checked alot of tow co. On yelp and only Integrity towing had 5 star and all positive ratings.so of course this was a no brainer. scheduled an appointment and sure enough like he was right on time, easy to talk to,professional and told me how to do the paperwork. My vehicle was parked on private road in Salt Lake and this tow company towed without land owner being present to show if hes the actual owner of property. My vehicle was removed and the person who wasnt even a homeowner on property, was the one who really called and met with tow company in person. My registration safety and insurance exp in March and with the Coronavirus shutdown I couldnt get it updated. So he towed it anyway and charged me $300 from 8am to 11am same day tow $50 everyday after. Then he gave me attitude and said "you know what I going crush the car you no come pay the fees. No heart, no good spirited people, just a company out to take your money. My cars means so much to me cause it's the first car my son learned how to drive in

A local business w/true Aloha spirit!!! With the hustle & bustle of our world today, it's VERY rare to find/work with a local company that embodies the Aloha spirit. Like any other day for the past 5 days, I went to Kuakini Hospital to visit my mom. I'd visit for 2-3 hrs. go home check on our fur-babies & head back to the hospital & visit until visiting hrs. are over. Yesterday (Feb. 12, 2025), I stopped at Long's before going home to check on our fur-babies. I get in the car to leave Long's & my car wouldn't start. So, I waited a few minutes & tried starting the car again. It did not start. After the 3rd try, I started researching roadside assistance. I know next to nothing, lol, about cars, so I thought I just needed a jump. The first company I called, let's call them "Ridiculous Towing", quoted me just for a jump start $185.00. Um, excuse me . . .? The second company I called was APM Towing. The lady who answered the phone, Paula, was courteous. I explained my situation & she gave me a 'starting at price', which was extremely lower than Ridiculous Towing. At that moment in my head I heard HALLELUJAH! Hallelujah Halle-lu-jah, lol When Rob came, he checked my battery & there was nothing wrong with it. He tried starting my car & the results were the same as mine. So, I asked how much it would be to tow my car to my residence . . . I thought, I live less than a block from Long's so it shouldn't be that much. Even that price was lower than Ridiculous Towing. As we were towing my car Rob asked if I had a mechanic to take my car to. I didn't. Rob gave me the name & number of the mechanic that AMP Towing uses. I was/am so grateful to both Paula & Rob. They were very forthcoming, respectful, understanding & very genuine. Their mannerisms said a lot about the type of person they are as well as the kind of company they represented. Rob even offered to take me back to the hospital. To which I, although grateful, respectfully declined. From beginning to a little past the end, lol Paula & Rob, they were TOP NOTCH! So I’ve been a member of AAA for five years and today they really dropped the ball. To the point that I think I will cancel with them. I made a request, had confirmation with a 25 min eta that came and went - two hours later I call in to be told I have to wait until 5 PM which is almost 4 hours after my initial request for roadside assistance. Did a search, APM Towing shows up, Made a quick call and within 20 minutes I have someone helping me. Professional, easy to pay options. And they finished my service in the time I spent writing this review THANK YOU!

My Benz blew a tire on a Friday night going westbound near the ewa exit, I called around who would be cheapest and fastest, I was looking all over when the answer was right in my backyard,(mililani tow company) fromthe time I called till I was towed home 1 hour 40 minutes that's the fastest wbwr in the whole northern hemisphere they got me right n get me done..... thank you much mahalos
Had circumstances and my son was stuck all the way out there and they wouldn't be able to get my car to the repair shop in time before the shop actually closed. They were understanding and held the car at no charge and dropped it when the repair shop monday morning.. They didn't have to do that, they could have said... too bad so sad... where to you want to take it now... An afternoon on a Friday?? There was no place to take it.. This company has great customer service! I had a tire blowout on a weekend so I gave this company a call after I couldn't get through to a couple others. They identified a driver (A.J.) and gave me a couple destination suggestions where I might be able to get the tire I needed, since I was lacking a spare. After I confirmed a shop with the tire, they had a truck on site at my location in super short order, after which A.J. had my car hooked up and towed to it's destination in no time. They're up front about the costs and gave me an accurate ETA (of which they were actually ahead). Would recommend!
Your driver was outstanding. He treated my car with great care and quickly got in and out of very dangerous traffic. If I ever need a tow again I will definitely use this company.

Isaac was GREAT! He called right away to let us know he's coming, unlike AAA (not a single phone call from the tow driver and the call center guy said he'll call dispatch to find our tow, but never called back) and came within 15min. It was a bit pricey but AAA reimburses with this company anyways so that's not a problem. Isaac was nice and really cared about our frustrations.

I called about 10 different tow companies to get a quote to haul my broken down Ford E450 dump truck from Kapolei to Kailua... Dugonz was the best price I found, and he stuck to the quote without adding extra taxes or fees on after the job was done like some places do. He was on time, got the truck loaded quickly, drop off was also quick and simple. Great service overall, would definitely recommend.

I got the owner on the phone and spent 10 min arguing my point. They did conceed and I paid $250.00. Get your cost upfront on the phone all companies know what the cost will be. Atleast know the rates before they dispatch. I won't use them again.

Possibly the worst experience I have had! Told truck was coming in 30 minutes at 4pm now 5 and a half hours later still no truck after they called every 30 minutes to say they were "on their way just around the corner". Wouldn't trust these guys at all, tried to call them back and now just blatantly refusing to answer me

Great service at a reasonable price I would sincerely use Robert's towing services. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and a pro. He came to jump start - he knew it was the battery or the alternator -- so I arranged to tow my car to my mechanic. He too thought battery or alternator. Thank and praise the Lord -- the battery.

Towed my car while it had a valid permit; then intimidated me and bullied me into paying 150 to get my rental car out of their possession. The private property did not know they had towed my vehicle.

Got locked out of my car by my dog after I finished work at 3am. Car was on I was having a smoke with my wife. Then my dogs big head hit the all lock button on the passenger side. I called everywhere and they wanted payment up front seemed sketchy. These guys was fast dependable and super solid. I take full responsibility that it was my fault I forgot to put my sticker decal on my vehicle for my apartment complex parking stall. The lady/ladies in the office were not rude at all but strictly business. After explaining my situation about not being the registered owner and that the owner was off island she kindly explained to me that there are ways to work around it to get the vehicle out. Long story short, she was very professional and not at all rude. My vehicle had no dings or damages and my tires are fine. It was my fault for not having my decal on. I'm glad it was this company that towed my car and not another.

One of the rudest and most unprofessional ladies I have ever met in my life. Absolutely disgusting place, she also blatantly broke the law by not providing a itemized invoice before I paid. I told her that she was breaking Hawaii state law, and she did not care at all. This is how they get people to pay absurd amount of money because they don’t tell them what they are paying for exactly before they give them money.
People I dealt with were friendly and gave good service. Seems others may not have but my experience was a relief.
Our family member was careless to park a car in a no parking area. Our car disappeared and we had to cycle to the agent. it was simple to receive the car.
if you witness illegal smoking call 911 or take pictures and report to tobacco enforcement unit. I was forced to be exposed to the smoke from the illegal activities because they had my property. I am considering a lawsuit.
Yesterday, the company towed my car. During this time, the brakes were damaged, the rearview camera broke, the check engine light came on, and there was another error on the computer that I cannot identify. My car is a Mercedes, and I requested to speak with a manager to understand how the company plans to compensate me for the damages. However, the operator spoke to me in a raised tone and then hung up. I am planning to take legal action, considering that these repairs will cost me thousands of dollars.

Honestly this is the worst tow company on the island. The reps are rude and they’re away an excuse on why the can’t tow. My insurance company keeps forcing this company on me!! It’s extremely frustrating! If you have any other towing option take it!!
This towing company towed my car from a city and county road. Which they have no jurisdiction to enforce and tow from. They stated it was someone’s property and there’s signs stating they can tow but in the pictures I have I don’t see any but police and city officials said no that’s city roads. The building next door has tow signs but I wasn’t on their property I can prove it too I also have a video of the area where my car was parked and the building next door . In all you should not have touched my car let alone tow it. I had to pay you $250 to park on city roads with no tow away zone signs as well parking meters. I want my money back and you review your authority on towing before you touch another vehicle.
They towed my car at 7:40pm but when I called them around 8pm to get their address, they said they are closed at 6pm. However, they tow cars 24 hours. When I went to get my car next day, they told me to show my ID and pay money but my phone and cards are inside the car. They still did not let me go get my card.
Once I realized my car was towed I googled the business, which states is open 24hrs. I called the number on google (at 5:30am)a grumpy man answered and told me to call back at 7am. I explained the situation and he was very rude to me. I then drove to the address stated on google (since it states open 24hr) but didn’t see the business. I called back and he said the address and hours on google are wrong. I looked back at the sign with the towing company info on it and realized it was a different number, so tried calling that number. I was the same man who answered and he gave me the “correct” address only after cussing me out and said I can come after 7. He then called me back, from an 3rd new phone number, and said to bring $200 cash. I drove to the address he told me and couldn’t find the business, called him and he gave me a new address (3rd address at this point). Finally got the car but he sure gave me the run around. Only leaving 1 star because there’s no option for less. So if you’re looking for this business the final address he gave was 802 Lehua Ave, hard to find but you have to go far down the dirt road to a junk yard where you’ll find an office. I only found it because Eli helped me (who was very nice, thanks Eli!)

Not good service. Unsafe location, workers don't even try to care for your car. My car was parked in handy cap, with the placard up and visible. There was no sign where I parked stating "private parking only" Come back, my car is towed by whom 🤷♀️ the nice USPS worker said VIP and gave me the number to call. Mind you I missed a call from my friend that's works at the Vape shop I parked by, she tried calling me at 11:26 a.m. I arrived at VIP 1006 Mikole Street at 1:51 p.m. Tina the VIP office worker was very rude and very short tempered. Hours later I can finally look at my VIP bill. 1. Charged $25.00 1 day (a day is 24 hours) 2. OVERTIME charge: $15.00, really VIP OT hours on bill says M-Th 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. Fri: 6 p.m. - Mon 6 a.m.

Then when I arrived she closed the window in my face, and made me wait well over 10 minutes when they weren’t doing anything. I see all the other ratings say the same thing. Not a good way to treat someone who isn’t from Hawaii! Place is no good! I would give less then 1 star but I can’t.
Witnessed this company tow a maintenance guys vehicle that was parked in front of my neighbors home. Super trash to do to someone that is conducting business at a home. They are causing financial hardship to residents by illegally towing vehicles. We asked if we could get the maintenance guy to move his truck and the tow driver stated that he would still tow. SMH this company has absolutely no aloha and have been preying on those who live in our community in Ewa to meet their end of the month quota. Such a shame.
This is a predatory towing business that will do everything in its power to get your money. If you found this review because your vehicle was towed halfway across the island, and are heading there to pick it up, do not hesitate at all to contact Honolulu Police if you feel at all intimidated or at all coerced to pay cash. The gem working at the "office" (essentially a small trailer at the far end of an industrial park) falsely claimed we could only pay cash (illegal in the state), and held our license and vehicle registration hostage until we called the police to the scene to sort things out.
The worst company ever The lady who answers the phone keeps hanging up when asking to speak with somebody in management, she is extremely rude and unprofessional this company towed my car and did not allow me the opportunity to get it back and said that they sent a letter for me to obtain the vehicle to my place of residence, which was never received They sold my vehicle and never notified me or the lienholder
