Me and my brother were visiting the island when our rental car got a flat tire. We called around, but this company had the best towing options (including flat bed which we needed). George was helpful immediately on the phone, giving us wait times and was extremely responsive through text! Initially we were told the wait would be around 1 1/2 hours, but ended up only waiting for a short 30 minutes. George was very kind throughout the entire ride which really made a huge difference and was very appreciated. He even let me borrow a phone charger. I would give this business 6 stars if I could! If you ever need a tow on the island, I definitely recommend this one. God bless!
Great experience. Our vehicle broke down over the weekend and needed to be towed to an authorized dealer. We changed our pickup time about three times and they were flexible and understanding of our situation. We finally settled on 6:30am and George was there exactly on time. He was professional, easy to work with, and efficient. Definitely recommend.

I would definitely recommend his services to anyone in need of any sort of vehicle tow. I had called him regarding a vehicle that wouldn’t start and needed to be towed from one side of the island to another as soon as possible. I was beginning to give up hope that it was possible to get this done on such short notice. Amazing Job and skills of Hawaiian George Corpus! Actually he saved the nite for us! State Farm could not help us to get towed and we waited 4 hours, on the H-2! We were tired and cold because it was raining! State Farm will get their review! Besides it being the quickiest towing service I've ever received, George was so very courteous, friendly and professional! I had left messages for other towing services, and no one ever called me back, whereas Hawaii Towing answered when I called. George was also able to send me a receipt immediately so that I could submit it to my insurance company for reimbursement. I highly recommend Hawaii Towing!

I cannot speak highly enough of CJ and every person working there. I have taken several of my own cars to them, as well as recommending them to friends and family. They are extremely honest, communicative, and do great work. After a very frustrating encounter with another shop with my sister, I saw CJ pull up in the tow truck and knew I didn’t need to stress anymore. They are the best!
I had the absolute BEST experience with CJ Service and Towing. I cannot say enough great things about the service I received there. They are so friendly and helpful to work with. I only wish I knew of them sooner but I will absolutely give them all of my business going forward from now on. I had a bad flat due to a screw in my tire and desperately needed it fixed in a timely fashion as I had to get my mom to the airport for her flight. Every other place I went to in Kaneohe either told me they couldn’t help me without an appointment or that I would have to wait 2-3 hours (time that I didn’t have). By the time I got to CJ I was almost in tears. These guys sat us down, offered us cold water to drink, and immediately squeezed us into their schedule and went to work on the car. They patched my tire in a matter of minutes…literal MINUTES…when every other place in town was telling me several hours. I will never forget the kindness they showed us in our time of need. Highly recommend these guys for all of your car/towing needs!!
Our delivery van got stuck at a stop light, would not go into gear. Called CJ's and I was towed in less than 20 mins. Driver asked what was wrong and I explained it and he said, oh, I can fix it for you, just get a part over here at the auto parts store. On the road again in 15 mins!! Over and above service! CJ Towing is the best! I was able to get my car towed within an hour from contacting them. Mr. Charlie towed and I so enjoyed talking story with him! I was truly appreciative he had so much patience to wait in line with me so he can gain access to our military installation. I’m truly grateful since I had contacted at least 15 other companies and he answered and came on out. I must say his daughter (collector) was extremely nice as well when I made payment . They did not rush me and both were extremely polite. I will definitely contact again for services and I highly recommend them! I can honestly say after talking story with Mr. Charlie I totally forgot about being upset getting runaround with my insurance company and not being able to find anyone else that would tow. After waiting for over 3 hours and having trouble with another towing company, we called Freedom Tow instead. This guy was a superhero! He showed up so fast, was friendly and funny, and got our car unstuck quickly and safely :) Thank you!!
Tho and his crew are fantastic and very fairly priced. I had a collectible BMW that I purchased online, towed to the Port of Honolulu for transport via ship to the mainland, and he handled my new purchase with great care and took extensive photos for my records and was very patient with the port when they were taking longer than expected. Highly recommend them to anyone!

My headlight went out while driving at night by the airport, so I called AAA who connected me to O'Sung Towing. Matt came and instead of towing my car (which would have cost $$$) he was super cool, assessed the issue, and ended up fixing my headlight for me. Really exceeded all expectations and did a great job helping me out when I was having a rough night! Thank you Matt!

I was connected to O’Sung Towing through AAA after my car wouldn’t start. They came quickly and helped diagnose the issue fast. Turns out my battery terminals were corroded causing a bad connection. Ridge helped me clean the area, tested the battery to ensure it didn’t need to be replaced and stayed with me to make sure the car started properly before taking off. Probably the best towing service I've ever had. I was notified on very short notice that I needed to move my project truck out of street parking in 2 hours or less by construction workers. I called Lopez Towing, and realizing the urgency of the situation, Mike was luckily able to assist within 30 minutes and quoted a very fair price. Overall, great customer service, great professionalism, and great pricing. I will be recommending and utilizing Lopez Towing in the future.

Express towing has inexpensive prices, noteworthy skill, quality service, and charm to boot. At 10pm, Jason had compassion instead of having me over a barrel. The other quotes I got were $30-$40 more (without the after hours fee). One of those quotes was from a competitor with a 4.9 rating, much more reviews, and consistent claims that they gave the lowest prices. Jason only asked for the smallest after hours fee, though my call to get towed at 9:30pm came six hours after my initial call for a quote. He did his due diligence and checked under the front and back of my vehicle when he saw my car was a hybrid to ensure that his towing method would be appropriate. The maneuvering of the tow truck was on point and Jason smoothly offloaded my car, spaced perfectly between the sidewalk and a rock wall in one go and without a sweat. At the end of his 12+ hour day, I'm relieved to say, Jason was sharp. He and his partner had plenty of Aloha spirit left and were good company on the ride back. He asked about my car issues, gave advice, and a referral. If his referral checks out, it'll mean a HUGE financial difference.
Fast, friendly, and very fair priced service! Also, good to know, they have a towtruck that fits inside the Alamoana parking garage. I will be using them for any towing I need done in the future. Thank you Express Towing!

To have a business name like Integrity Towing, one needs to be completely aware of top customer service & exemplifying the aloha spirit. I called at 1pm for Junk Car removal and by 3pm my car was being towed away free of charge. Quick service and kind people.
My vehicle was parked on private road in Salt Lake and this tow company towed without land owner being present to show if hes the actual owner of property. My vehicle was removed and the person who wasnt even a homeowner on property, was the one who really called and met with tow company in person. My registration safety and insurance exp in March and with the Coronavirus shutdown I couldnt get it updated. So he towed it anyway and charged me $300 from 8am to 11am same day tow $50 everyday after. Then he gave me attitude and said "you know what I going crush the car you no come pay the fees. No heart, no good spirited people, just a company out to take your money. My cars means so much to me cause it's the first car my son learned how to drive in
Darin was great over the phone with details and setting up a next day tow of my junk van that was sitting outside for more than 2 years. He offered $50 for the van, but I couldn't accept the money due to the fact that this small business and great service had the Aloha spirit! Mahalo to the Driver Justice, was earlier then expected...professional, humble, and quick to do his job. Quick professional and reliable service
So my 80 year old father in law got stuck at Sam's club keeamoku. I went to see if I could fix his truck, unfortunately his fuel pump went out. He had used up all his tows with AAA, and had a 2 hour wait with another company (which will remain nameless). My wife suggested AMP Towing and let me tell you, it was a very pleasant experience from the phone call to the drop off. The person on the phone was very soft spoken and considerate to my dad and his situation. She was up front about the cost and how long it would take (20 minutes). When the driver showed up, he was very prepared to get us on our way. Checking out every possible way to safely get the vehicle out of the parking structure. He drove very well and even gave my dad a ride in his nice truck. When dropping it off, he was more concerned where I wanted it and how I wanted it parked. I'm horrible at remembering names, but thank you both for making this unfortunate situation easy. Now I just gotta fix my dad's truck. Oh and I will be using APM Towing in the future when I need a tow. Or any road side emergency.

This is the damage APM did to my motorcycle. This is my first yelp review, and I am here to raise awareness for others doing research on who to select to tow your vehicle. I recommend that you spend your hard earned money else where ($215 to tow 8 miles). When I notified APM about this issue, they refused to take any ownership due to no picture evidence of the bike on the tow truck. Dude went on a big ramble as to why he did not have his photos of this day saved. These guys hooked up ratchet straps to my suspension and cinched it forward, causing my dampening rod and shock covers to bend, which my mechanic and I noticed. Just a bummer. Money down the drain for an additional tow truck, parts, and labor to correct their deficiency. I tried emailing the company multiple times and various phone calls to resolve the issue. Disrespectful. Just wish that this business would have made a well-informed decision on how to resolve a major issue.
So I’ve been a member of AAA for five years and today they really dropped the ball. To the point that I think I will cancel with them. I made a request, had confirmation with a 25 min eta that came and went - two hours later I call in to be told I have to wait until 5 PM which is almost 4 hours after my initial request for roadside assistance. Did a search, APM Towing shows up, Made a quick call and within 20 minutes I have someone helping me. Professional, easy to pay options. And they finished my service in the time I spent writing this review THANK YOU!

Great service! She goes above and beyond being professional at what she does. She (Amber) was concerned about not having me what to long and showed up pretty quick. She got my vehicle hooked up and on our way in no time. Her rates were surprisingly fair if not the best from the other places I tried calling.

My Benz blew a tire on a Friday night going westbound near the ewa exit, I called around who would be cheapest and fastest, I was looking all over when the answer was right in my backyard,(mililani tow company) fromthe time I called till I was towed home 1 hour 40 minutes that's the fastest wbwr in the whole northern hemisphere they got me right n get me done..... thank you much mahalos
This company has great customer service! I had a tire blowout on a weekend so I gave this company a call after I couldn't get through to a couple others. They identified a driver (A.J.) and gave me a couple destination suggestions where I might be able to get the tire I needed, since I was lacking a spare. After I confirmed a shop with the tire, they had a truck on site at my location in super short order, after which A.J. had my car hooked up and towed to it's destination in no time. They're up front about the costs and gave me an accurate ETA (of which they were actually ahead). Would recommend!

Had circumstances and my son was stuck all the way out there and they wouldn't be able to get my car to the repair shop in time before the shop actually closed. They were understanding and held the car at no charge and dropped it when the repair shop monday morning.. They didn't have to do that, they could have said... too bad so sad... where to you want to take it now... An afternoon on a Friday?? There was no place to take it.. Some one wrote “impeccable service” in their review, and I am going to second that. After my insurance company failed repeatedly to find a tow truck, that review is the one that pushed me to call Transport Oahu. Not only is Charlie helpful he diffused my stress and worry with his compassion and kindness. After some back and forth with our insurance company, and a realization that the mechanic shop did not have overnight parking, we arranged for the tow to happen the following morning (without my insurance covering it). He offered us a Kamaʻāina rate and was able to arrive before our arranged time. He got the car to the shop for the next phase of our car breakdown saga. I got stuck in the middle of the night and the tow guy arrived in about 30 min since I called.. he was really nice and helpful! The all story took like 1 hour and I was already home! It was a fair price and an awesome service!! I hope I'm not gonna have problems again in the future but if I will I'll call them again 100%!
Called the day before to book a tow from Kaimuki to Mililani at a specific time due to a mechanic shop waiting for my vehicle to come in. Asked the person who answered my call for an estimate of the price of the tow. He told me around 150, but that the driver would give me an exact amount when he showed up. Next day, the driver shows up a half hour late, the goes on to tell me that the tow would be 450 bucks. Cancelled the tow right then and there. Very shady. Will be reporting to the BBB.
$400 to go 14 miles. This place is a scam, truck was operating illegally with no stickers. Worst place ever. Edit: to the owner who is trying to undermine my experience with your company, I reviewed two places because I called one and had a different company pick my truck up who claimed it was all the same company. I gave a 5 star review to the business that fixed my truck for a honest price and helped me get home from a extremely negative experience with your company. I have no affiliations with any business here and I am in the military. Read the other reviews to this business. I don't know how you maintain a business license with this predatory behavior. Wouldn't fly on the mainland.
Isaac is the man! Very friendly guy who helped me tons. He arrived within 30 minutes of me calling their office and had my car at Firestone within an hour before they closed. To top it off I had lost my phone while signing the paperwork and he found it! Would definitely recommend this company if you need quick reliable towing. All towing is expensive, their pricing was what I expected..nothing outrageous.

I actually placed a called with a different company but I was invoiced by this company in the end. The driver was communicative and gave me a heads up when he was approaching my vehicle so I could drive down in my other car and meet him. Now granted this service was performed on July 4, I expected somewhat of a price increase but was basically billed $436 for a 6 mile tow. $20 per mile, $100 service fee and $200 for hookup fee. This information was only disclosed when the driver was onsite. In hindsight I probably should have got a price from the driver while in route. There were other tow companies open but this was the first company that took our call and dispatched a driver. The overall service was great. The communication, hook up, drop off etc but I thought the price was overly excessive in the end and unreasonable even if it was July 4. So service fine, price not so much.

I take full responsibility that it was my fault I forgot to put my sticker decal on my vehicle for my apartment complex parking stall. The lady/ladies in the office were not rude at all but strictly business. After explaining my situation about not being the registered owner and that the owner was off island she kindly explained to me that there are ways to work around it to get the vehicle out. Long story short, she was very professional and not at all rude. My vehicle had no dings or damages and my tires are fine. It was my fault for not having my decal on. I'm glad it was this company that towed my car and not another.
My truck broke down at Manoa Marketplace (would not start, but not a battery problem), so I called Geico Roadside Service to get my car towed. Geico called Honolulu Towing Inc. at 10:00 p.m. and they arrived before 10:30 p.m. Fast service, really nice guy, would definitely recommend.
Horrible. Called about why they towed my car & had some guy laughing in the background. Moanalua hillside apartments hire these people to come search for cars to tow which is whatever, it’s their job. But I had my car in the loading zone literally right below my apartment. Had it there to carry groceries in & take my brand new TV out of the box. Took a total of 15 mins. By the time I went back downstairs, my car was gone. I called the number on the sign near my house & somehow they got it to Kalihi in less than 10 mins. Honestly they need to check to see where they’re towing because I’ve also had my car towed from my own parking stall in the past & showed proof of it. They have horrible customer service & no compassion . $140 out of my pocket because they’re lazy & desperate for money!
Driver towed our truck with parking decal, Office worker was helpful in information, but the driver was rude, didn’t check properly for decal, didn’t apologize for his wrong doing, and just dropped our truck in middle of parking lot and left.
Bad experience with office staff, not driver. Extremely rude office staff. Car needed a tow. Geico assigned them. Waited 2 hours on side of road and they didn't show. Finally got in touch with them and the lady in charge of the call/dispatching said... "we haven't decided if we are taking the job...need some photos first". And then said that it will be another 45 minutes or more. When we expressed frustration for the lack of communication over this earlier...she said..."hey if you don't like our service then I will just cancel you right now and you can find someone else". I literally broke down into tears from frustration and was begging her to not cancel. She said "why are you tripping?" and hung up on me while I was still talking. They did eventually show up after 3 hours of waiting on the side of the road. The driver was GREAT (Willie?). He was friendly, respectful, empathetic and worked quickly.

One of the rudest and most unprofessional ladies I have ever met in my life. Absolutely disgusting place, she also blatantly broke the law by not providing a itemized invoice before I paid. I told her that she was breaking Hawaii state law, and she did not care at all. This is how they get people to pay absurd amount of money because they don’t tell them what they are paying for exactly before they give them money.
If I could give this place negative stars I would. My car got towed on Saturday and they wouldn’t allow me to pick up my car that day or next (Sunday) because the lot is “closed” on the weekends and yet they are STILL charging $25 per day that its there. Thats an extra $50 charge for days their lot isn’t even opened to get my car back. This is absolutely unethical and seems illegal. This business needs to review and change their policies and operations. I might have to report them to the DCCA/Office of Consumer Protection.
My experience with this towing company was incredibly frustrating and honestly felt like a scam. First, the phone system is broken. The automated message says to dial extension 2 for certain districts, including Waikiki—but that extension doesn’t work. After wasting a lot of time and doing our own digging, we finally discovered you actually have to dial 7 to reach the right person if your car was towed in Waikiki. Completely unacceptable for people already in a stressful situation. Second, the address provided in the automated phone message is incorrect. We wasted an Uber ride going to the wrong location because of it. Be sure to double-check the actual tow yard location before heading out—don’t trust what the automated system says. Third, they refused to show us the bill before demanding payment. We repeatedly asked to see the breakdown of charges, but they said they wouldn’t release the car unless we paid first—which is shady at best. To make it worse, they only accept cash (although they are by law required to accept card), which seems designed to make it harder to dispute unfair charges. This kind of practice is not only unethical but likely illegal. It blows my mind that local police work with a company like this, especially one that treats both residents and tourists so poorly. The whole experience was exploitative and disrespectful. If your car ends up here, be prepared for a frustrating process. Tip: If you're towed in Waikiki, dial extension 7, not 2, after the automated message. Save yourself the headache.
For anyone in need of all island automotive towing's service, please note that State law is Hawaii clearly states that towing company is only authorized to charge: $65 per tow, $7.50 per mile, OR $75 for a tow with dolly, $25 for each of the first seven days a car is in the lot and $20 for each day thereafter. Companies are not authorized to charge other fees, except for “reasonable amounts for excavating vehicles from off-road locations,” according to another law. If you witness anyone/business trying to break the state law, you have grounds to call the police to enforce the laws in question.
Our family member was careless to park a car in a no parking area. Our car disappeared and we had to cycle to the agent. it was simple to receive the car.

Once I realized my car was towed I googled the business, which states is open 24hrs. I called the number on google (at 5:30am)a grumpy man answered and told me to call back at 7am. I explained the situation and he was very rude to me. I then drove to the address stated on google (since it states open 24hr) but didn’t see the business. I called back and he said the address and hours on google are wrong. I looked back at the sign with the towing company info on it and realized it was a different number, so tried calling that number. I was the same man who answered and he gave me the “correct” address only after cussing me out and said I can come after 7. He then called me back, from an 3rd new phone number, and said to bring $200 cash. I drove to the address he told me and couldn’t find the business, called him and he gave me a new address (3rd address at this point). Finally got the car but he sure gave me the run around. Only leaving 1 star because there’s no option for less. So if you’re looking for this business the final address he gave was 802 Lehua Ave, hard to find but you have to go far down the dirt road to a junk yard where you’ll find an office. I only found it because Eli helped me (who was very nice, thanks Eli!)

Company towed my car even though I had my parking pass on my dashboard, when I called about it a receptionist named Casper called me demeaning names, insulted me, and copped major attitude just to give me the address.
They towed my car at 7:40pm but when I called them around 8pm to get their address, they said they are closed at 6pm. However, they tow cars 24 hours. When I went to get my car next day, they told me to show my ID and pay money but my phone and cards are inside the car. They still did not let me go get my card.

I was charged $412.00 for a tow that did not happen. I called for a tow and after some back and forth with dispatch, decided not to use their services. I was quoted $300, and initially handed over my cc information. But when I was asked to verify via a text, I chose not to proceed and said to disregard the entire thing. The dispatch said I had already been charged, to which my response was I did not authorize that. They said then I would have to pay a $49 cancellation fee, to which I said I did not authorize that either. The dispatch said, "OK" which I took to mean that I would not be charged. That is why I was very surprised to see a charge for $412 (what happened to $300?!). I will revise or remove this review upon their response.
The worst company ever The lady who answers the phone keeps hanging up when asking to speak with somebody in management, she is extremely rude and unprofessional this company towed my car and did not allow me the opportunity to get it back and said that they sent a letter for me to obtain the vehicle to my place of residence, which was never received They sold my vehicle and never notified me or the lienholder
A tenant in my building had my car tow. Tenants I'm not supposed to be able to have cars towed from the property. Only security and management are authorized to have cars towed. That is what it is so I head off to pick up my car from the towing yard with the manager for my building who's going to pay for the tow. We get to the tow yard in my car is sandwiched between a dozen other cars there is no way that you could have driven the car there it had to be put there by a forklift. And sure enough 2 minutes later here comes the forklift the only way to get my car out of a lot. They get it out I get in it start the car in the engine is revving like crazy and all kinds of warning lights are going off. My car has no power steering the brakes are locked and the check engine light is on. I drive the car for about a block in the power steering comes back and all the lights go off except for the check engine light what stayed on all the way home. The employees at the tow yard could care less when I told them of the problems I was having and told me to just drive the car and things would fix themselves. No one was willing to take a report on an also no one could tell me any recourse to the problems I was having no policy and procedures for this type of problem you're on your own. If I hadn't lived in Hawaii for over 45 years and and developed the ability to speak pidgin in multiple languages I don't think I would have been able to communicate effectively with anyone that was working there. Now I understand that all tow yards are probably the worst place in the world and I have been to a few, but this one is definitely the worst I've ever been to. We need some type of regulations police businesses. Oh and I almost forgot I had almost half a tank of gas when I get out of the car today and when I picked it up I had a 10th of a tank. I'm guessing they don't pay much of the tow yard so they need to supplement their income. Just one of those days trying not to go postal.
I don’t even wanna give this place a 1 star, they deserve a -5! Bought food in 7-11 and was chillen on the grass outside “still on the property”. My wife needed my card so I walked across the street. Next thing I know I’m chasing a tow truck out of the parking lot with my car. $200 dollars. Scam scam scam! Don’t ever use them
Witnessed this company tow a maintenance guys vehicle that was parked in front of my neighbors home. Super trash to do to someone that is conducting business at a home. They are causing financial hardship to residents by illegally towing vehicles. We asked if we could get the maintenance guy to move his truck and the tow driver stated that he would still tow. SMH this company has absolutely no aloha and have been preying on those who live in our community in Ewa to meet their end of the month quota. Such a shame.
