Friend pulled the parking brake on my car too high and it got stuck. Guy on the phone was super nice and helpful. Walked us through the problem and we ended up avoiding a tow altogether. Can’t speak for their actual towing but customer service is 10/10.
GEICO referred me to Freedom Tow as part of my roadside assistance. Tho was fast, friendly, and on time! My MIIN with an Aerokit plus a low clearance garage was a challenge but he was able to get my car out and on a hitch with ease! If I could give him 10 stars I would! Mahalo for your help and I would recommend everyone to use them when you need help with your car!
Excellent service and personable people! I had to schedule a tow on the military base and the driver (didn’t catch his name) was there early! My previous experience with other towing companies on the island involved hour-long waits and this was a welcome reprieve to that. Had my car out of a tight parking lot and to the auto shop in less than half an hour. Driver was awesome! Highly recommended, I will be using them for all my future tows.
Very professional! Tho helped us get our car over to the dealership to get fixed. He was on time, very fast and affordable! If we need another tow we will definitely use Freedom Tow again!
Our car wouldn't start in the parking lot of Sam's Club. Quoted us a reasonable price for a tow over the phone, when Tho got there he was able to get the car running, so we didn't need to tow it. He was nice enough to charge us only the price for a jumpstart. Customer service was excellent, he even called us after we left to make sure we got home okay and the car didn't fail on the way home. Would recommend to anyone.

Terrible company, I do not recommend it to anyone!!! We ordered them yesterday, agreed on a certain time at 11 am. No one came. They told us at first the price was $250 and then called us back after we were late and said to wait another hour and the price would be $520.
Dayvn saved the day. I was in a super unsafe area on H1 with a flat tire. He got to me quickly as well as got me to safety. This guy knows what he’s doing and he truly care about his customers. This is the best experience I’ve ever had. Great job Osung towing.
Called another tow company...several times. They never showed up. Called O'Sung who arrived between 10 to 15 minutes later. $80 for the short tow to there shop. Was going to Honolulu Ford which is near O'Sung. Driver looked at my issue, took pictures, called his boss. They said they could repair quickly and much less than the dealer. Repair completed in less 24 hours at a fair price. Price was lower than the Ford dealer and time in shop shorter. Expected Ford to keep truck through weekend about 4 or 5 days total. Shorter time in shop saved me on truck rental cost. Plus Enterprize Car Rental across street from shop. They offered a discount on car rental while in shop. Car rental was half price of what was quoted online. I was looking at $500 for a rental over 5 days. Paid only $48 for one day. That in itself is a huge savings. Highly recommend O'Sung.

My headlight went out while driving at night by the airport, so I called AAA who connected me to O'Sung Towing. Matt came and instead of towing my car (which would have cost $$$) he was super cool, assessed the issue, and ended up fixing my headlight for me. I've contacted Jason before, and he's quick and efficient with doing his job. From the phone call I made to him getting to my location, he took care of me within 15 mins. I will contact him from now on for any towing needs. They do not disappoint. Plus, they know how to handle lowered and modified cars. Thank you for the quality service! APM towing provided amazing service! They were able to pick up my moped and get it to the shop very quickly. The staff are friendly and aim to make towing a smooth process. APM exceeded all expectations at a reasonable price! I will use them for cars in the future as well.
So I’ve been a member of AAA for five years and today they really dropped the ball. To the point that I think I will cancel with them. I made a request, had confirmation with a 25 min eta that came and went - two hours later I call in to be told I have to wait until 5 PM which is almost 4 hours after my initial request for roadside assistance. Did a search, APM Towing shows up, Made a quick call and within 20 minutes I have someone helping me. Professional, easy to pay options. And they finished my service in the time I spent writing this review THANK YOU!

So my 80 year old father in law got stuck at Sam's club keeamoku. I went to see if I could fix his truck, unfortunately his fuel pump went out. He had used up all his tows with AAA, and had a 2 hour wait with another company (which will remain nameless). My wife suggested AMP Towing and let me tell you, it was a very pleasant experience from the phone call to the drop off. The person on the phone was very soft spoken and considerate to my dad and his situation. She was up front about the cost and how long it would take (20 minutes). When the driver showed up, he was very prepared to get us on our way. Checking out every possible way to safely get the vehicle out of the parking structure. He drove very well and even gave my dad a ride in his nice truck. When dropping it off, he was more concerned where I wanted it and how I wanted it parked. I'm horrible at remembering names, but thank you both for making this unfortunate situation easy. Now I just gotta fix my dad's truck. Oh and I will be using APM Towing in the future when I need a tow. Or any road side emergency.

Some one wrote “impeccable service” in their review, and I am going to second that. After my insurance company failed repeatedly to find a tow truck, that review is the one that pushed me to call Transport Oahu. Not only is Charlie helpful he diffused my stress and worry with his compassion and kindness. After some back and forth with our insurance company, and a realization that the mechanic shop did not have overnight parking, we arranged for the tow to happen the following morning (without my insurance covering it). He offered us a Kamaʻāina rate and was able to arrive before our arranged time. He got the car to the shop for the next phase of our car breakdown saga. I highly recommend this tow truck company, they worked with us when our insurance company left us in a lurch. Mahalo Nui Loa, Charlie!

Slow service
Motorcycle needed towing after a flat. They brought a cradle system and tied everything down perfectly. Smooth and secure ride.
Was in a minor accident and shaken up. Tow driver was calm, explained everything clearly, and even offered to call a ride for me.
Hawaii Kai Towing & Roadside Assistance helped me when I accidentally locked my keys inside my car. The technician was fast, careful, and unlocked my car without any issues.
I needed to tow my classic car to a new location, and I was nervous about finding a company that could handle it properly. This towing service treated my car with the utmost care. It arrived safely and in perfect condition. Fantastic service!

Called the office at 6:30am and was told that a truck would be out to tow my vehicle at around 7 to 7:30am, but no one showed up. I called at 7:30am to ask what the status was and the lady informed me that the driver would be calling me shortly. I waited until 8:30am and no one called, not the driver or the office. Then when I called to cancel (I had another tow truck coming), the lady that answered the phone had no apologies for the delay. Terrible service. Will never use this company, and will tell all my friends to refrain from using them.
Isaac was GREAT! He called right away to let us know he's coming, unlike AAA (not a single phone call from the tow driver and the call center guy said he'll call dispatch to find our tow, but never called back) and came within 15min. It was a bit pricey but AAA reimburses with this company anyways so that's not a problem. Isaac was nice and really cared about our frustrations.

Fast service and very polite driver, but poor communication. I asked for an estimate over the phone and gave them the mileage which was higher than the actual distance. They estimated $200.00 Then, when they dropped my vehicle off they wanted $450.00. The average tow cost for 7 miles is less then $200.00. I got the owner on the phone and spent 10 min arguing my point. They did conceed and I paid $250.00. Get your cost upfront on the phone all companies know what the cost will be. Atleast know the rates before they dispatch. I won't use them again.

Stay away. I called for tow and was told the driver is making a delivery and will be in your location in 1 hour. I called in 40 min just to confirm he is coming, I was told not to worry. After the hour past and there was still no driver, I called and was told 20 more minutes. I called after those passed as well and ask if they can call the driver and let me know where he is at, the dispatcher told me he has to hung up on me to call the driver/I don’t believe they have only one phone or one line but whatever/ and he will call me back. That was 9 hours ago. Never got a call back. Never use this company, drivers may be OK/didn’t have a chance to meet one/ but dispatch is BAD.
Timely communication between dispatcher and driver, high quality service. Driver picked up my car on the North Shore and towed me back to town, no issues.
My car battery died, and Aloha Towing Services came quickly to jump-start it. The technician was friendly and explained everything clearly. Really happy with the service!

Okay let me explain in full detail, so this will be a long one. My Tacoma truck push start went bad and I couldn’t start it. The truck was park on the 10 th floor ! I call a couple other towing companies to see if they can come and tow it, and they couldn’t do it , and they said if they were to do it they will charge $100 per floor !!! That’s $1000 just to get it out of the parking structure not including the tow it self. Well as I prayed about it to find someone that can tow it ,I contacted HONOLULU TOWING , and talk to the dispatcher ( who was very friendly) She quoted me 180 for the tow, and I ask if they show up and can’t tow it do I get charge , they said no . I was like okay let’s do it. The driver Willy showed up right on time and was very polite and surveyed the parking garage and measure to make sure it can be done. I really appreciate he took the time to make sure it can be done , and once we agreed it can be it was on! Willy took the time and hook the truck up and was very careful with my truck making sure nothing would scrape . He took his time and was a expert on when to lower it so it won’t hit the ceiling because of the height. Once we got it out of the garage he took it to the mechanics. I never thought I was gonna be able to find someone to tow it out and thought I might have to push it down. Well I am very thankful to Honolulu Towing for their service and recommend them for all your towing needs
Ladies in office arent very nice. Especially the old lady. Wanted to pay for the cost of the tow because I felt I was responsible for having the car towed but the old lady refused my money. She told me that the owner had to pay for it. I pleaded with her twice to pay n and both times she refused to take my cash. Uncaring, rude, and bottom line no Aloha from this company.
Ok my sister had seen the tow trucker hooking up my car @ 11:00pm on feb. 3, 2019 and told him tohold on, he didn't listen to her so she woke me up. So i ran outside to tell him stop. But then he drove off the stop and go, then speed and slow down. While i ran 1 mile barefoot chasing him to stop, Then told me its too late. But by law as stated in the picture must obey... just for that the driver need a updated on the towing laws in hawaii or get fired because he was rude and unprofessional in his job....
Bad experience with office staff, not driver. Extremely rude office staff. Car needed a tow. Geico assigned them. Waited 2 hours on side of road and they didn't show. Finally got in touch with them and the lady in charge of the call/dispatching said... "we haven't decided if we are taking the job...need some photos first". And then said that it will be another 45 minutes or more. When we expressed frustration for the lack of communication over this earlier...she said..."hey if you don't like our service then I will just cancel you right now and you can find someone else". I literally broke down into tears from frustration and was begging her to not cancel. She said "why are you tripping?" and hung up on me while I was still talking. They did eventually show up after 3 hours of waiting on the side of the road. The driver was GREAT (Willie?). He was friendly, respectful, empathetic and worked quickly.
Willie arrived on time and was incredibly polite and professional. I greatly appreciated his insight about the process. He used his technical cues and successfully completed the pick-up with photos plus he was very careful with my vehicle. Willie is a great representative of Honolulu Towing. My experiences with him were as "spot on". Thanks

Unlawfully towed my car in Kailua out of a parking lot where I had an appointment and the parking pass displayed in my window. Very rude and unprofessional customer service lady on the phone, condescending, unhelpful. Made me walk to go meet the tow truck to pick up my unlawfully towed car because the driver "couldn't back in" to the place it was towed from, even though no back in was required. Theft. This has happened to others in this area, do not support this unethical business, they will be shut down soon.
Absolutely the worst towing experience imaginable. Our car was towed from a 7/11 parking lot as paying customers. This left us stranded outside at 10 PM with our 1-year-old child. We had no safe option but to wait on the street with our children while my husband tried to retrieve the car. When he arrived, they demanded cash payment—something that is shady and not standard practice—until the police had to intervene. We also asked if they could at least bring us our baby’s car seat so our child could be safe. Instead of showing any decency or professionalism, the woman on the phone hung up on us. This company operates like a racketeering scheme. No family should ever have to go through what we did. Their license should be revoked immediately. If I could give zero stars, I would.
Not good service. Unsafe location, workers don't even try to care for your car. My car was parked in handy cap, with the placard up and visible. There was no sign where I parked stating "private parking only" Come back, my car is towed by whom 🤷♀️ the nice USPS worker said VIP and gave me the number to call. Mind you I missed a call from my friend that's works at the Vape shop I parked by, she tried calling me at 11:26 a.m. I arrived at VIP 1006 Mikole Street at 1:51 p.m. Tina the VIP office worker was very rude and very short tempered. Hours later I can finally look at my VIP bill. 1. Charged $25.00 1 day (a day is 24 hours) 2. OVERTIME charge: $15.00, really VIP OT hours on bill says M-Th 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. Fri: 6 p.m. - Mon 6 a.m.
this company deserves 0 or even negative stars. They are complete scam artists and upon reading past reviews it is clear that nothing has changed. The women who answers the phone is beyond disrespectful as she used foul language towards my daughter and I, hung up the phone, was to busy answering a personal phone call in the middle of our conversation to give us the time of day and was beyond disrespectful. She needs to be fired immediately. I mentioned this company are scam artists earlier because they basically stole my vehicle then made pay for it back. My family just moved into a new building and we parked in the correct guest parking for it. We put the time parked and appartment number. (But forgot am apparently). We talked to the towing guy as we saw he was already taking photos of my car. He said everything was good so we went to the coffee shop near by. When we got back all of the sudden my car was gone and we were forced to pay almost 200$ for it back. Oh yeah and the tires were damaged as they were dragged 10 feet improperly. We will be filing a a criminal complaint. Overall, please do not use this company as they need their license revoked or at minimum decent staff. This is the worst experience with a company I’ve ever had.
Very very very unprofessional lady at the window was ignorant and hung up on me. Then when I arrived she closed the window in my face, and made me wait well over 10 minutes when they weren’t doing anything. I see all the other ratings say the same thing. Not a good way to treat someone who isn’t from Hawaii! Place is no good! I would give less then 1 star but I can’t.
