Tho was amazing! Such a friendly and kind man. A belt broke in my Mazda and he came right away to help me tow it over to a mechanic's shop. From the time I called to the time he dropped it off was less than 1 hour. He embodies all that is Aloha. About two hours of calling two different towing company to see if they were able to pick up my car at the UFC gym because for some reason it wouldn't start at all, none was able to provide service or if they could it would be an additional hour to two hours of wait. I was already having a bad day sitting in my car trying to figure out how will I get my car to the auto shop, thats when I found out about this towing company. As soon as, I called Tho answered and told me he was able to come. Surely less than 30 minutes later, Tho arrive and he was very knowledgable about what could possibly be wrong with my car and why it didn't want to start so suddenly. He was very friendly, he explain step by step what could possible go wrong while he did a quick diagnose on my car. He then found the cause and told me that my starter gave out. Tho somehow quickly got my car to start and he followed me to the auto shop. I will definitely be relying on Tho Towing Service in the future very cheap, yet quick!
Tho towed our car to A&A’s to get it fixed. He’s very genuine and helpful. He dropped off the car and offered to take us to the nearest car rental place. Now that’s customer service!

I had a great experience with OSUNG Towing, thanks to their driver AJ. He really went above and beyond to help me out. Towing my dad’s Suzuki Every wasn’t an easy job, but AJ was up for the challenge and handled it with skill and professionalism. He got it done quickly and efficiently, and honestly made my life a whole lot easier in the process. Super grateful for his hard work and great attitude. If you need towing services, I definitely recommend asking for AJ!

Finished my day at the office went to the garage only to find a flat tire. Called AAA they hooked me up with O sung who was having a very busy evening. They said one hour before a tech could come and change my tire. Josiah from o sung called within 45 min got my tire changed in 15 min. Very courteous and professional. My car died out in the middle of the Airport! We tried jumping the battery and whacking the gas tank for the fuel pump to try and regulate, nothing worked. Meanwhile, we called TripleAAA, got us connected with O’sung. The wait was not bad at all, 10-15 minutes. When Kawika R. came, he did the same thing and glad he did because he knew what he was doing. Fast and easy process. Pulled up my car, latched it down, took it home. (He also had complimentary water bottles!) Amazed with his parking skills! My house has a tight parking space and he killed it in one reverse! So glad they sent you guys out to us. Mahalo O’sung saved the day!
September 6, 2025 at 4:30pm, their truck driver was driving on Milia St. while on the phone. He ran the stop sign and I had to break abruptly to avoid hitting him.

BEST TOWING EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD. Customer service is EXCELLENT. They were extremely careful and thorough. Very communicative, and over the top great people all around, and they don’t charge an arm and a leg like most towing companies. I would recommend them every single time!
My car battery died and jump start failed. Called Jason for towing service but he and his crew came over and replaced the battery the same day! Went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend!
Express towing has inexpensive prices, noteworthy skill, quality service, and charm to boot. At 10pm, Jason had compassion instead of having me over a barrel. The other quotes I got were $30-$40 more (without the after hours fee). One of those quotes was from a competitor with a 4.9 rating, much more reviews, and consistent claims that they gave the lowest prices. Jason only asked for the smallest after hours fee, though my call to get towed at 9:30pm came six hours after my initial call for a quote. He did his due diligence and checked under the front and back of my vehicle when he saw my car was a hybrid to ensure that his towing method would be appropriate. The maneuvering of the tow truck was on point and Jason smoothly offloaded my car, spaced perfectly between the sidewalk and a rock wall in one go and without a sweat. At the end of his 12+ hour day, I'm relieved to say, Jason was sharp. He and his partner had plenty of Aloha spirit left and were good company on the ride back. He asked about my car issues, gave advice, and a referral. If his referral checks out, it'll mean a HUGE financial difference.
My ride broke down and Express came through. Arrived fast, friendly professional and very good pricing. Highly recommend.

APM towing provided amazing service! They were able to pick up my moped and get it to the shop very quickly. The staff are friendly and aim to make towing a smooth process. APM exceeded all expectations at a reasonable price! I will use them for cars in the future as well.
So I’ve been a member of AAA for five years and today they really dropped the ball. To the point that I think I will cancel with them. I made a request, had confirmation with a 25 min eta that came and went - two hours later I call in to be told I have to wait until 5 PM which is almost 4 hours after my initial request for roadside assistance. Did a search, APM Towing shows up, Made a quick call and within 20 minutes I have someone helping me. Professional, easy to pay options. And they finished my service in the time I spent writing this review THANK YOU!

A local business w/true Aloha spirit!!! With the hustle & bustle of our world today, it's VERY rare to find/work with a local company that embodies the Aloha spirit. Like any other day for the past 5 days, I went to Kuakini Hospital to visit my mom. I'd visit for 2-3 hrs. go home check on our fur-babies & head back to the hospital & visit until visiting hrs. are over. Yesterday (Feb. 12, 2025), I stopped at Long's before going home to check on our fur-babies. I get in the car to leave Long's & my car wouldn't start. So, I waited a few minutes & tried starting the car again. It did not start. After the 3rd try, I started researching roadside assistance. I know next to nothing, lol, about cars, so I thought I just needed a jump. The first company I called, let's call them "Ridiculous Towing", quoted me just for a jump start $185.00. Um, excuse me . . .? The second company I called was APM Towing. The lady who answered the phone, Paula, was courteous. I explained my situation & she gave me a 'starting at price', which was extremely lower than Ridiculous Towing. At that moment in my head I heard HALLELUJAH! Hallelujah Halle-lu-jah, lol When Rob came, he checked my battery & there was nothing wrong with it. He tried starting my car & the results were the same as mine. So, I asked how much it would be to tow my car to my residence . . . I thought, I live less than a block from Long's so it shouldn't be that much. Even that price was lower than Ridiculous Towing. As we were towing my car Rob asked if I had a mechanic to take my car to. I didn't. Rob gave me the name & number of the mechanic that AMP Towing uses. I was/am so grateful to both Paula & Rob. They were very forthcoming, respectful, understanding & very genuine. Their mannerisms said a lot about the type of person they are as well as the kind of company they represented. Rob even offered to take me back to the hospital. To which I, although grateful, respectfully declined. From beginning to a little past the end, lol Paula & Rob, they were TOP NOTCH! They literally, in my opinion, embody the Aloha spirit. ps. Paula & Rob, Mahalo nui loa! The mechanic, Gannon, HE IS AWESOME! My car was up & running the next day, (Feb. 13, 2025). ***THEY LEFT US STRANDED. EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID THEY'RE ON THE WAY. *** Saturday night, I had my suv stuck in the sand and needed help getting out. I called this company, and they said a driver is on the way and will call and be there in 40 mins. 1hr pass and no driver and no call. So I called again, and they reassured me that a driver is on the way. Another hour goes by and still no help or call. I tried calling a 3rd and 4th time but they stopped answering my calls... Ended up waiting for 3hrs..Not even a call back from them saying they can't do the job.. ***DO NOT TRUST THEM, EVEN IF THEY SAY THEY WILL BE THERE***

Best towing experience I've ever had, the dispatcher was very nice answer the phone quick and the driver was picking us up after 20 minutes from the time of the call. The driver was kind and explained the problem we had with our car than took us to the nearest mechanic ..very recommended Thanks you so much 24hour island towing for saving us 😊
BEWARE. My mother called this tow company at 9 pm, they came in regular car andi tried to jump car, then sent my mother walking to get gas 2x which was not the problem. They charged her $100 and said they would send tow truck. Truck came at 12:45 am and wanted to charge $400 to tow from Honolulu to a Kailua repair shop. She opted to tow it under a half mile home which cost her $200. Today she called a different company that only charged $135 for trying to jump it and tow to Kailua. She asked how much she would of paid under a half a mile and it was $75. Big difference. If she went with this company it would of cost $500 for jump and tow to Kailua. SCAMMERS. Next stop yelp. I am writing this under her email so they know who it is. I just wish I was with her to stop them from taking advantage. The person that wrote the good review works for them. I will post the company she called today when I find out. They were fast kind and honest and for that they got a big tip.
Superb Customer Care and Speedy Fuel Delivery. I had an amazing experience with this towing company’s fuel delivery service. I called them in the middle of a busy afternoon, and they were so prompt in responding. The fuel delivery was seamless, and the driver even checked to make sure my car was running smoothly before leaving. Excellent service from start to finish!
NEVER SHOWED UP I called these folks for a jump. The operator took my location and said that the driver would arrive in 20 mins or so. The driver never called or showed up to give me my over priced jump start (I was told $115).
I had a flat tire on a busy road, but 24Hour Island Towing came right away. The technician changed my tire quickly and made sure I was on my way. Fast, reliable, and affordable!

Would be 0 stars if it were available. Called to schedule a tow from Schofield to Ewa. Lady who answered the phone wasn't very professional, but whatever. She said her driver would call me. Waited about 30 minutes, no call. Called them back and told them I hadn't been called. Was told that the driver called me and said tha t I refused to meet them at the gate. I told them I didnt receive a phone call, they put me on hold for 5 minutes and told me that they weren't going to complete my request. Sounds like they couldn't be bothered with my business. Very unprofessional overall. Called a competitor and had a driver on the way within 5 minutes.

I had to get my car towed after my tired had blew out and Willy took care. Went through the motions proper and made sure every was safe and my vehicle was taken care of. Give Willy a raise!
Ladies in office arent very nice. Especially the old lady. Wanted to pay for the cost of the tow because I felt I was responsible for having the car towed but the old lady refused my money. She told me that the owner had to pay for it. I pleaded with her twice to pay n and both times she refused to take my cash. Uncaring, rude, and bottom line no Aloha from this company.
Geico called them to tow my truck to the dealer. They got it hooked up and to the dealer quickly with no damage. Only reason it isn't 5 stars is because I didn't hear from the driver until the very end of the time window and didn't arrive until 20 minutes past the window
Ok my sister had seen the tow trucker hooking up my car @ 11:00pm on feb. 3, 2019 and told him tohold on, he didn't listen to her so she woke me up. So i ran outside to tell him stop. But then he drove off the stop and go, then speed and slow down. While i ran 1 mile barefoot chasing him to stop, Then told me its too late. But by law as stated in the picture must obey... just for that the driver need a updated on the towing laws in hawaii or get fired because he was rude and unprofessional in his job....
Called for a tow for a perfectly fine working car to be towed due to expired insurance and I declined services (given it was the first place I called). When I declined, no response, just a hang up. When I called back to voice my concerns about the rudeness, this woman made comments such as “sorry you can’t afford that,” and “I’m sorry you feel that way,” “I wasted all this time typing everything up.” Incredibly unprofessional and had she not acted that way, I likely would’ve called back to agree to the quote.

They towed our car from 7-11 when we were paying customers at the 7-11. My husband was standing next to our car while I ran across the street but then I needed him to come across the street because I felt unsafe in the area by myself. In the five minutes he was gone from the car the scammers at 7 eleven and VIP Towing towed our rental. I was having serious medical issues including vertigo and claustrophobia and this unfortunate event later caused me to have a seizure due to severe stress.
Absolutely the worst towing experience imaginable. Our car was towed from a 7/11 parking lot as paying customers. This left us stranded outside at 10 PM with our 1-year-old child. We had no safe option but to wait on the street with our children while my husband tried to retrieve the car. When he arrived, they demanded cash payment—something that is shady and not standard practice—until the police had to intervene. We also asked if they could at least bring us our baby’s car seat so our child could be safe. Instead of showing any decency or professionalism, the woman on the phone hung up on us. This company operates like a racketeering scheme. No family should ever have to go through what we did. Their license should be revoked immediately. If I could give zero stars, I would.
CASH ONLY ! They’re really friendly here, but who wouldn’t be after bringing in +180$ for 15 minutes of work and, uh, storing our cars ? There is an ATM outside the pay office, but I don’t know the fee, and would be afraid to find out how much it is. That’s on top of the cost to get your car back. This place way at the end of Sand Island.
This is as very rude customer service probably worst service i wake up my car is gone they Towed my car in my own residency and they really spooky too without noticing they stole the car and i call them where is my car and give the address i ask them can you repeat it and hung up on the phone with very aggresive voice it deserve zero reviews when i got there they ask for cash and again with an attitude the female who works there are very rude you guys deserve awareness telling this it could happen to anybody.
Tow in cars of this company do not have insurance and are registered to individuals. My car was taken away and then a tow in car drove me into the same parking lot. When I took the police report, this car is not the property of the company, but the property of an individual. Thus, you should know that your car is being taken out by an unknown person's car without insurance and this car is not the property of the company. That is, your car is being illegally taken away by some person who has nothing to do with the company. Currently, I have sent a request to the company about who is dealing with the claims. I was kindly not answered. I am currently preparing a request to the tax and police about how legal this business is?
