This towing company is the bestttttt I have ever experienced The driver was able to tow the van within minutes his arrival was prompt and exact to the minute Thank you again so much Edna
The gentleman was a total gentleman and professional. He went beyond his duties to make sure all was done in a safe manner. Would use them again.
It was awesome dealing with Pappau Towing and, especially Shawn. After a stressful time getting flatbed towing service to PA, Shawn worked with us to get it facilitated. He communicated with us throughout the process. Although it was raining, he delivered. Besides being professional and knowledgeable, Shawn was kind. So thankful we met such a wonderful person. Thank you, Shawn!
There is a reason for the countless 5 Star Reviews. This towing company exceeded my expectations. They were honest, efficient, prompt and courteous from beginning to end. They were on time. Treated my vehicle with utmost care and made the transaction seamless. Shawn was the driver dispatched. I recommend this business to anyone seeking towing services.
I have never had a better tow experience. Truck came less than 20 minutes after I called, and arrived at the destination minutes after I did. The driver, Shawn, was very helpful and professional. Would call this company for a tow again for sure. Thanks!

Called in for a tow due to a blown radiator hose on my car. Guy I talked to on the phone was super helpful and nice. Driver was excellent, efficient, and took great care of my car. Definitely will be calling for their service again if needed down the road. Highly recommend 👍
My check engine light was flashing on my vehicle so I ended up reaching out to Epic Towing and Recovery to help me get my vehicle to an available mechanic. Getting your vehicle towed is always a stressful experience, but it’s worth mentioning that Azaldee Mohamed, my assigned driver for this tow, was very respectful and courteous. He showed up on time as promised, was very meticulous when hooking up my vehicle and transporting it, and was fun to talk to. His professionalism added a little light to a bad evening, which I highly appreciate when looking back in hindsight. Thank you so much for your service; if I find myself in a similar situation, I’ll know who to call.
my car got stranded in North Tonawanda, they came to the rescue in no time. Hucks, the owner, went above and beyond with his exceptional customer service. Not only did they tow my car all the way to South Buffalo, but they also did it at an unbeatable price! If you're ever in a jam, I highly recommend Epic Towing. Thank You Epic!
Needed a tow for my car. Started it to warm it up and oil light came on, info center said "Low oil pressure, Turn off vehicle immediately". Called my go to repair shop and the owner told me to have it towed down. Called my auto insurance roadside assistance and this is the company they sent and I'm so glad they did. The operator was very professional, very polite, didn't just hook up, loaded the car up on the bed of his truck, and ignore us, nor acted like he's only there to take my car where it needed to go. He engaged in conversation with me and my son. He was also fast at what he does and treated my car like it was his. He's a great asset to your company. Just an all around super nice guy. Also a fast response. I would definitely recommend this company.
A great towing company to deal with. They were punctual, and the driver Jared/Jarrod, was very professional and courteous! He was very careful loading my custom street rod onto the truck. They are also very responsive in getting back to you, and letting you know ETA's etc.

Louie was ABSOLTELY AMAZING. He was helpful and caring throughout the whole process in a time I was scared and confused at the terrible tow pound on 26 Navy St in Brooklyn. I called and he was the quickest and most reliable. He's genuinely the best.
Louie was amazing did a really good job with handling my vehicle and made the trip safe!
Amazing Owner/Driver Louie and he is by far very professional and a people person. He advised the cheapest way to charge my vehicle and showed up instantly himself to save the day had my car running in a minute! Great guy, also humorous to make light of a bad situation with a ten star 🌟 personality! I would recommend him in a second and only call him first! 100%
Greatest towing company I’ve ever dealt with very understanding and very friendly
Fantastic attentive service, careful care of my car. He waited with me by the tow yard despite the slow process, and was patient and explained every step of the way. If you need your car towed out of impound, or any towing job around the city this is your guy

I initially called for an emergency towing from my insurance company and Gates Towing was selected as the service to retrieve my car, and Pedro Ortiz was dispatched to my location. Upon dispatch Pedro was sure to reach out and confirm my location and even asked what the issues I was having was out of courtesy. His ETA changed a bit from what I was expecting, but he was quick to update me with a new time of arrival so I had an opportunity to pivot my plans. I arranged to ride with the tow truck to the service center where my car was being dropped, and I was met with a clean and neat cab to ride in - which I could tell Pedro was very proud of! If you need to travel along with your vehicle in the truck, take note - some drivers do not maintain a clean vehicle for transporting customers, and some keep their cab clean enough to eat off of the floor! Pedro is of the latter group! Overall, I have to say the experience with Pedro Ortiz was fantastic from start to finish! He was exceptional in every aspect of customer service from his punctuality to the physical care he took with securing my vehicle to his truck, and the delivery of it once at location. If this is the standard for the quality of worker Gates Towing employs, I would be happy to work with them whenever I'm in need of this service!
Pedro Ortiz - very personable! We chatted about my car, and my kitty boys, plus his cars! Pedro arrived early, checked my car out, and got the battery charged enough to start Lucy! Helped move items from the cargo area, and then loaded her onto his truck. I know he’ll get his dream, with his positive attitude and energy! Thank you, Pedro!
Pedro Ortiz from Gates Towing Service was awesome! He was on time, very friendly, and was able to jump start my car (when I tried w/my Halo box it didn’t start), and explained to me why it was definitely the battery and not the alternator that needed replacing. It was nice to know in advance what I was expecting to get done by the repair shop. He even sent me a photo of where at the repair shop my car was parked to let me know it arrived safely. Pedro provides the best customer service I have ever had for car towing services. I had no worries about my car.
I had an excellent experience with Gates Towing Service & Fleet. The staff was so professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They explained everything clearly, offered great pricing and completed the work on time with great attention to detail. My car is running better than ever, and I really appreciate the honest and reliable service. I will definitely be coming back for future maintenance. I highly recommend them to anyone.
First class experience with Pedro Ortiz from Gates Towing. Had a flat tire due to a large pothole on I590 and needed my car to be towed for repair. Pedro showed up quickly with a beautiful and well maintained towing truck. He handled my car with care and brightened the rest of the day. Highly recommend. Thank you so much.

My family and I were heading home from a trip when our car gave out near Stockton. Ali’s towing turned a stressful situation into a manageable one. They were quick, polite, and very professional.
The driver was polite kind courteous and respectful handled my car with kid gloves As if it was his own. I was stranded in the city and he gave me a ride 40 minutes with my car to my home. I’ve never had a tow truck Driver do that for me before. I would definitely highly recommend them to anyone. And if I’m not stranded in the city again, I definitely know who to Call. Thank you to my driver you are amazing!!!!
He is the best , he came and got me fast and he is very polite and helpful. I would recommend his services to everyone. Thank you so much for your help!
I was stuck between Henrietta and Avon within 45 minutes. They got a tow truck to me told me price over the phone and it didn’t change.
Fast, professional, and reliable. They came out quickly, handled everything smoothly, and got my car taken care of with no hassle. Definitely recommend.

They’re so knowledgeable and make safety a top priority which is a huge deal! They came highly recommended to me and I am glad - best in the business for any crane, rigging, and/or heavy machinery moving company!

loui is the best bike was impounded 2 weeks ago he got it out tribopro recommended him
Louie was very nice to me answered very quickly and helped me get my car out with no damages. Thank you Louie. Very fast and reliable.
Customer service was absolutely horrible. The gentleman was very rude and disrespectful on the phone and said he didn’t want to deal with us because we didn’t like the price quote they tried to charge us. Highly not recommended
You’re in good hands with Louie. He helped me with my motorcycle out of the BK Navy Yard NYPD Pound. If ever I need a tow, he’s the one.
God bless Louie!! He went above and beyond with helping get our truck back from the tow yard on navy even after the nypd lost the key. Louie got right on top of it and helped us recover the key and the truck from the nypd. It was a nightmare until Louie stepped by my side. Louie is the man for the job ! Best towing service I’ve ever experienced.

Took the Family Out to enjoy the woods and snow during the fun a few hours later I didn’t realize I left the truck running and my truck locked itself and overheated. Called around and 585 towing came to our Rescure we were cold wet from playing in snow kids were acting up and this guy had our kids get into his truck for warmth and gave my wife and I a cup of Coffee to help us get warm he found the problem and got us to the nearest parts store and got us up and running and returned home safe and sound. A HUGE THANK YOU TO RONNIE this is a Memeory we will talk about for generations Thank You for your Quick response and a BIG Thanks for your Kindness and the laughter you shared to help my kids stop from freaking out. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 585 Towing THANKS AGAIN.
I recently had the pleasure of using Ronnie's towing business in Rochester, New York, and I have to say, I am blown away by the level of service and professionalism that Ronnie has delivered. Not only was he prompt, but he was also courteous and incredibly helpful during a rather stressful situation. From the moment I called 585 towing service, I felt like I was in good hands. The dispatcher was friendly and knowledgeable, and Ronnie himself arrived on the scene in record time. He assessed the situation with expert precision, and within minutes, had my car loaded up and ready to go. Throughout the entire process, Ronnie was always on hand to answer any questions I had, and to ensure that my car was safely secured and protected during the trip. He handled everything with the utmost care and attention to detail, and I felt completely confident in his abilities. Overall, I cannot recommend Ronnie's towing business enough. From the exceptional service to the affordable pricing, this is a company that truly stands out in a crowded market. So if you're in need of a reliable, trustworthy towing service in Rochester, look no further than Ronnie and 585 Towing Service. He's truly the best in the business!
Needed roadside assistance in Rochester, NY when my battery died. 585 Towing showed up fast, got me jumped, and had me back on the road. Couldn’t ask for better service. I recommend this towing company
Car broke down in Penfield at 6:30pm on a Monday and they were actually the second place I called. I honestly didn't get his name but they were very nice, gave me all the info prior to him picking up the car. Super nice. He said he'll be about 30 mins and he came within 30 mins. Very quick and professional. Dropped off my car at the shop and they were great. 10/10 would be happy to get towed by them again.
Excellent service. The super friendly man moved my car to the dealer and took me and my family. I absolutely recommend it!!

Life savers!! I had been waiting for 3 hours for a AAA tow with no updates. I called 5 star towing and was told 30 min… they were there in 10-15! They were very nice and very easy to work with on top of a super reasonable price. Highly recommend to anyone.
Had to get my car towed. The process was quick and easy. They send you a link so you can track when the tow arrives. Moe was very helpful, polite, and kind. The type of person you want to interact with after a bad situation. I highly recommend their service and staff. Thank you for your help, Moe!
had an unfortunate event on the side of the road and lost a tire. Called my roadside emergency and they sent out a wonderful man Elliot I believe and he was amazing. Came and changed the tire and had us on our way within minutes!! Great customer service and a great driver.
My pick-up truck broke down this evening and I arranged for a tow with 5 Star Towing & Recovery. Mason (truck 4) arrived quickly and was very courteous and professional. He towed the vehicle to a local auto repair shop and positioned it in the lot without blocking other vehicles. While no one ever wants to need a tow, as I mentioned above this company was prompt, courteous and professional.
I had a fantastic experience with Five Star Towing! Mason was tremendously helpful, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. He arrived quickly, handled everything with care, and made a stressful situation so much easier. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. I highly recommend Five Star Towing and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again if I ever need assistance. Thanks again, Mason!

Best tow truck service fast efficient affective car locked in park and still able to tow
Very professional and a big help! Wouldn't have made it home without them!!! Thank you!
It was a Saturday night in the middle of Times Square when our car would not shift gears so we could park! They were excellent at resolving my problem! The dispatcher was able to provide a flatbed truck to haul my suburban. Joe, the tow truck driver who is also a mechanic, was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure he fixed the car the same night so we wouldn’t have to wait until Monday. Very reliable service and less expensive than the other companies listed while I searched in Google maps from my location.

I had an amazing experience with Mid State Towing in Syracuse! James and Tim 2.0 are absolutely top-notch — professional, friendly, and genuinely trustworthy. They handled my vehicle with real care, and that kind of attention means a lot. It’s rare to find workers who are not only efficient but also personable and respectful. Big shout-out to the owner, Mike. You can tell the quality of this business comes from the top down. Honest, reliable, and built on integrity — he’s created a team that goes above and beyond. These guys aren’t just about towing; they’re about helping people, and it shows. If you need towing in Syracuse, Mid State Towing is the crew you want in your corner. Rico

My company van broke down and Moses was the only tow company I could find in the area confident and willing to tow our Ford Transit. We were in a pickle but he met us quickly and was able to make some adjustments to the relays under the hood and get us up and running without a tow. Price was as quoted and he even followed my driver for several blocks to make sure everything was running safe before billing. A+
My car was stuck in a parking lot next to work in Manhattan. They are the only tow company that answered at 3 am to help me. Car was towed by Edward’s company who did the overnight coverage for the company. He was professional and friendly, handled my car with care.
Moses from All Magic Towing Company was extremely helpful when my car broke down. He arrived promptly and communicated effectively throughout the towing process. Moses went above and beyond, ensuring my car was securely towed and even helped get me a deal at a shop! Overall, All Magic Towing Company's reliability and Moses's outstanding customer service make them my go-to for any towing needs. Highly recommended !
Incredibly seamless experience and I would trust Moses with my vehicle again. He is on time, says what he says he will do, and is highly communicative. Would recommend!
Moses is an excellent man. He has towed our vehicles all around NYC, never any issues 5/5

I called them to tow a car blocking my driveway and they were here within the hour. They were very helpful when I called and the driver who arrived was professional and towed the car within a few minutes. I hope no one blocks my driveway again but if they did, I would call Late Bloomers Tow Company again.
Such a great tow service! I called, he picked up, gave me the best price in my area! He came and towed my car and he was very nice about everything! Made sure i was all set up and knew where my car was going. 10/10 I’m recommending all my nyc car owners friends to him!!(:
This is now my go-to for blocked driveway towing. Pleasant on the phone, removed car quickly. Efficiency appreciated after another vendor completely failed to show up.
Have used their jump-start services twice in the past year- quick, friendly, and reliable!
I had my Driveway Blocked Today, and Late Bloomers Towing & Recovery arrived timely and professionally, shortly after the vehicle was ticketed by NYPD, which will now make this company the Go To Company for all of the property that I own and manage. From this day forward the company that I work for, and its many managers will know who they can go to with any of their Blocked Driveway Needs. I wander anyone that reads this message, as well as the Owner(s) of This Company to Mark This Date To Compare Any Of The Dates In The Past, Along With Any In The Future, as I hope that this posting and what was done for me Today, will Help Elevate Late Bloomers, to A Level That They Have Never Imagined! Good Luck!!!🙏🏽👍🏽✊🏽💜👀😎

Great price. Very nice man. Great communication. Definitely will use again for car issues.
by far the best guy i've every dealt with ! arrived early , had issue with car parked in front of mine and he very patiently waited , very professional, great pricing , definitely keeping his card in my wallet and recommending to everyone !! Mike your the man !!
Nice job picking up my car, communication was great, and payment was easy to process online. The price was perfectly priced for the tow.
I called this company for a tow and no one responded to my call. I received a text message, where I was informed of a wait time and price for a tow. I agreed to wait. Despite the promise of arrival, this tow company never showed up. I was left stranded and alone for 5 hours. No one answered my phone calls, or texts past the initial correspondance of having messaged back and forth several times about pricing and location. I heard nothing. This company makes the claim of being a ‘24/hr tow service’ but considering the lack of communication and the fact that my car never got towed, I would say that’s blatantly false. I would never recommend this tow service. Edit: after a response from the owner. I can confirm that I contacted the number listed directly on your official website, and I have records of the text message exchange that followed—including the quoted price, ETA, and location details. If, as you claim, this wasn't your company, then it’s extremely concerning that a competitor or third party would have access to your listed phone number and be able to correspond with your clients. Either way, the experience I had was directly connected to the contact information you provide to the public. Dismissing my review as “false” or assuming I contacted the wrong company doesn’t address the real issue: a complete lack of follow-through and communication after an agreement was made. I hope you take this as an opportunity to investigate any potential misuse of your contact information.
Great doing business with Mike. I’ve used his services twice now. Thank you Mike!

Gave me a price got here and tried to charged double
I was desperate and freezing in a broken down car with no heat at 7pm in Downtown Syracuse. It was -5 and snowing. The first place I called said he wasn't in the area and hung up. Pascarella's answered the phone, got my location, and gave me the half hour eta. It was probably the best I was going to find. When the truck called to narrow down my location; he was so kind and helpful. I'll definitely be making them my first call next time.
Could not get my car started after a cold snap and I am new to the Syracuse area. Randomly picked Pascarella's after a Google search. The dispatch was very polite and the tow truck arrived within 20 minutes. The driver was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He was quick to figure out the problem was not my battery and had my vehicle on the tow truck in no time. He gathered all my information and I was confident in knowing my vehicle was going to be well taken care of and get to where it needed to go for repair. Thank you Pascarellas!
The customer service tonight was unbelievable. I work in the customer service industry and this company is amazing to get you back up and running in no time . They were nice, patient, efficient, and just overall a great company. I sincerely appreciate there work. They truly care about there job and treat your car like it's there own. Would 1000% recommend this company and especially if you are lucky enough to get you back on the road from bring from out of state . Ill be Customer for life when I'm visiting up state new York.
Driver great, service fast except charged me 196.76 for 1.4 mi. Took me to wrong tire shop so paid additional 70 for new tire. WOW, driver kept saying he was on OT so I guess I paid it.

Noah was great! Very friendly and loves his job helping people. Changed my tire quickly and with a smile. So appreciative!
On Sunday June 29th, my car would not start, after calling triple A, Action Towing & Service arrived at my home. The gentleman Zakk32 was very professional, respectful and answered all my questions. He stayed until my car was up and running again. Excellent Service, would recommend this company!!
I hate this company. They took my order request through AAA and neglected to realize that their company does not even tow my vehicle although their trucks are perfectly equipped to do so. He told me my van was too tall and that I would need a new truck… Which would be the same height, but from a different company because he was unwilling to help me. I waited for three hours and even had to call AAA to make sure they were even still on their way. They called action to confirm everything was all good 2 hours into the wait. I made sure to put that my van was tall on the original service request too and the company neglected to read the notation or even recognize that they do not tow sprinter vans at all. Another company was able to help immediately and so action Towing wasted over three hours of my time for absolutely no reason and they were extremely rude and unhelpful on top of that. Horrible company, giving the tow industry a bad name. They acted like towing a shorty sprinter was a huge risk and undertaking. I’ve had sprinters towed plenty of times by other companies and no one’s ever took issue with the job. Truly Pathetic!
Zach with truck 32 was phenomenal and efficient at cleaning by corroded battery and then jumpstarting my vehicle. Was able to get me back on the road ASAP. Highly recommend!!
Around 8:30 on Saturday night I hit something in the road that destroyed a tire. AAA sent Ian from Action Towing, and I am glad they did! He was smart, competent, and professional, and his people skills were extraordinary. He gave me the information I needed to make decisions, clearly explained what would happen in the towing, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible, given the situation. Ian represents his company admirably!

A-1 towing and collision company was great. It was a very busy holiday weekend and they came and delivered. I appreciate them. I will use their service again. The tow master was very knowledgeable and he was very logic reliable. Job well done they knew what type of tow service I needed. They brought a flatbed . I did not have a problem. My Tesla was secure ,and arrived safely to the destination. Thanks again A-1 service
Above and beyond service. A1 Towing towed my car when I requested roadside service with Tesla due to a flat tire from a torn side wall. The driver was knowledgable on proper towing of Teslas and honestly just a super lovely and nice person even at 10:30pm. Made my awful situation feel a little better. They went above and beyond in their service when Tesla gave them the wrong address to tow my car to. Tesla told them to tow it to a Tesla service center two hours from where I live!! The owner of A1 Towing reached out to me personally and helped coordinate with Tesla to get my car transported to the Tesla service center near my house. There definitely was no expectation for their kindness but they did it anyway. Very much appreciated.
Ish came and saved me in the middle of the night. My alternator broke after a hard night work. jia took my call and dispatched ish. The both were extremely nice and professional.
Very easy and efficient experience! The response time was prompt (in Gowanus area). The driver was courteous and professional, and loaded the Land Rover onto his flatbed very smoothly. He then worked with the mechanic and dropped it off exactly where he wanted it. Would definitely call again if I needed another tow. JB Brooklyn 2016 LR4 (This call was made independently, and not through a service, ie: AAA)
The experience with the tow truck company A1 towing and collision was very good. I felt good after the experience. The tow truck driver was polite and well mannered. He knows what he’s doing a man of great experience… I would recommend this company to anyone and they got my location in good time I didn’t have to wait very long. So thank you, A1 tow trucking and collision and thank you to the driver. Very good company.

I called, they asked where I was, confirmed a driver was available and they arrives in exactly 20 minutes.
Our company's truck had a dead battery on Roosevelt Island and I looked up a company ASAP since our driver's routes will be ruined if it wasn't fixed quick. I didn't catch who I spoke to, but they picked up so quick and I didn't realize my phone sound had issues but they weren't rude about it and texted instead. I know NY traffic is terrible, but they got to my driver in 45 minutes and it was resolved fast. I'm a fan of personable and fast service, and that's what they delivered. I've used different NY companies in the past for a variety of truck problems and the experience was nowhere near what I had here! Thank you guys! Will 100% be using you again if anything happens.
Had my driveway partially blocked by someone who clearly knew what they were doing. After contacting the NYPD (huge thanks to our Boys in Blue for issuing the ticket!), I reached out to New York Towing and Recovery. They arrived quickly and handled the situation with precision and professionalism—removing the vehicle almost artistically. Highly recommend their service!
10/10 stars! Needed a jump and they were quick, professional and easy to talk to/get info from- not to mention super friendly and kind. Will definitely be my go-to from now on!
I caught a flat tire and new york towing and recovery came ready and able to change my flat tire with the spare tire I keep, the price for the tire change was super affordable especially consider how dire the situation was!

Driver Joah or Josh was amazing. Got my car towed last week middle of day, after breaking down and he was a charm ❤️ he made us feel safe and relaxed after a hectic day. This company has our business. Thank you guys.
My car would not start. I initially called another company for a tow at 10:30 a.m. they said someone would come in two hours. Let’s just say 4 hours had went by and I was still stranded. I googled this place Rite Away Towing and Josh pulled up with 35 mins no lie. Had my car hooked up and out in less then 3 mins. Very professional and easy to communicate with.
Rite Away Towing in Queens is the best! They’ve helped my company with our box trucks several times always fast, professional, and reliable. Their drivers know what they’re doing and treat our vehicles with care. If you need towing for commercial trucks in NYC, this is who you call!
I recently had the pleasure of using Rite Away Towing's Heavy Duty Truck towing services in Queens New York. From the moment I made the call, their team was exceptionally helpful and reassuring. They arrived promptly and managed everything with precision. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need.
I had an excellent experience with Rite Away Towing! My car broke down unexpectedly, and they were quick to respond. The driver arrived earlier than expected, was professional, and handled my vehicle with care. They made a stressful situation so much easier with their friendly attitude and efficient service. The pricing was also very fair, especially considering the quality of service. Highly recommend!

Car battery died and needed a jump, these guys were so fast and helpful! Arrived in less than 30 mins and had me back on my way, along with info on what I needed to have done to correct the problem. Thanks so much!
Bryan was kind, impromptu, and professional. He was able to bring me back to queens in Forty minutes from breaking down, as well did he have the best price in Brooklyn. 5 Stars
Hello, my name is Ryan and I had an AMAZING experience with amazing towing. In the past I had used AAA but due to new circumstances, I no longer have coverage for free towing. I had broken down on Bushwick Ave one night around 3am and I tried three different companies who denied me before I got to this one. He came fast and had great pricing. Truly, a life saver in the situation!

Great tow truck driver making job great
I’m from CT, and I was stranded in Astoria NY at 12:03pm on a Saturday. My car had terrible issues and they immediately helped me out, and drove me to my home in a flash. I was hesitant at first but I prayed and trusted them and they went above and beyond. They immediately made sure I was taken care of - waiting for them, and until I got home. Edwin is such a blessing! God is good ❤️
Great service thank you

Wow! I had an excellent experience using Ray Kerhaert's towing. Easy scheduling, easy payment and very reasonable price. They picked up/dropped off my vehicle on time, as promised. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
Excellent service from the front desk to the mechanic that's doing the work on your vehicle, I'm 59 years old I've been to many places and I always come back to kerhaert's. Fast service, quality work, fairly priced.
My car broke down, a minor issue with a shock coming off. It had to be towed. I asked if the garage can fix this, both the tow driver and mechanic said yes so it was brought to them. Next day they say no they will not do the work and it has to be towed elsewhere. Now I am paying them to tow to their garage and again to a real garage that can do simple work. $330 later it gets to a good garage. Moral of story do not trust them they lied and ripped me off. They used to be reputable but now are there to rip off customers. Never again!!!!!!!!! Unlike what Kerhaerts just said below, Prior to the tow I told them that it was a kit car. They said they could fix it. When the driver arrived he knew it was a kit car as we spoke about that and I asked if they could fix it. He said yes. Then when bringing it in the mechanic that was there when it was dropped off also saw it was a kit car and I talked to him about it, and he said they could fix it. So the lies continue with this vendor. As for being rude, when someone is ripping you off, you tend to be a bit testy and what I said to them was that I found a shop that had actual mechanics that could do a simple repair. If they took that as rude so be it. Once again. Avoid at ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!
Service and prices are great but hours of operation takes a bit of guess work (they say 24/7 but that doesn't mean you can just call in a schedule an appointment whenever). Staff could be a little bit more friendly.
I called them a couple years ago because my daughter‘s car broke down. They towed the car and repaired it and I couldn’t have been happier. They were very friendly very reasonably priced and I feel like they did the work quickly. I just brought my car there Today for an inspection and some brake concerns. Same experience as last time. Very friendly, very reasonable price and efficient. Thank you so much.

Needed a flat bed tow and I called Frank at Bronx River Towing. He was prompt; sent John who did a fantastic job with securing my vintage car on the flat bed, he's a star. I felt as though he really cared about my car. A stressful situation was made better by their service. Many thanks!

They provided great service and pricing. The owner and tow truck driver were great.
Very fast and reliable service and a friendly driver !! Will use in the near future if I ever need a tow service ! Keep up the good work !
Service was great in the beginning pickup thanks to Jose and Luis (the tower). However there was some miscommunication with dropping off the vehicle which resulted in the vehicle reaching the destination late. Overall I would recommend.

Outstanding service. They towed my bike within 15 minutes and at a reasonable rate. Big shout to Ray for being super professional and courteous!!
Ray from Hook N Go was the best! He was on time and took extra care to load my bike securely and safely. I'd absolutely recommend Ray and the company to anyone who needs their moto towed. Thanks guys!
For Father's Day weekend I flew in from Texas to spend some time with my family in New York. Sadly, on the way from the airport we caught a flat tire. We were able to get out of the highway safely and immediately we called Hook & Go Towing Service. The dispatcher was polite and professional. The driver that had arrived was courteous and helpful. He changed the flat tire for us and within no time we were back on our way. Thanks again to Hook & Go Towing Service I would recommend you to anyone !
Johnny Merizalde towed two cars for us on the Saturday before Easter. I had called 6 other towing companies, including the one whom I had an appointment with, that didn’t show up at all, and just left us hanging out in the breeze. To say that John went above and beyond to help us out doesn’t fully describe the service we received that day. We had two non-running basement parking garage extractions, nowhere to put the cars and a time crunch to remove them. If you call Hook and Go Towing you are in good hands. I highly recommend. Best tow truck driver I’ve ever met.
