Pedro was incredibly professional and helpful! He arrived quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure my car was taken care of. He even helped jump-start the battery and made sure it was running properly before he left. Excellent service—thank you, Pedro, for going above and beyond! Highly recommend Gates Towing.

First class experience with Pedro Ortiz from Gates Towing. Had a flat tire due to a large pothole on I590 and needed my car to be towed for repair. Pedro showed up quickly with a beautiful and well maintained towing truck. He handled my car with care and brightened the rest of the day. Highly recommend. Thank you so much.

I am very happy with my decision to use Ali towing. My driver Sammy was great with keeping me updated with pictures as soon as the vehicle was picked up, text notification when he arrived at drop off. Overall I was impressed with how fast they were able to handle my situation. I was satisfied with the price I paid for the service and provided a nice tip for outstanding service.
Great customer service. I called for a tow at 9pm and Ali arrived at 9:30pm. Very professional! I hope I won’t need a tow in the future but if I do I will call Ali.
Fastest tow response I’ve ever had and with a great price. Accommodated for my very low project car with great care. Would rate 10 stars if possible.
Quick service, very professional and wonderful customer service! I had called several other companies that couldn't make it out and was recommended by one of them to call Ali's and I'm so glad I did! Very affordable too!
He is the best , he came and got me fast and he is very polite and helpful. I would recommend his services to everyone. Thank you so much for your help!

Excellent service. The super friendly man moved my car to the dealer and took me and my family. I absolutely recommend it!!
I'm so thankful to these people, I drifted off the side of the road and they just happened to be driving by and pulled me out. This guy was a saint
When this guy came out to get me he knew exactly what he was doing I had had an issue with three other towing services. Roadside assistance was terrible they didn't know what they were talking about but from now on I am keeping this number on me they are great. Call them when you got an emergency 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
Ronnie was punctual and quick with the hookup. Took great care of my vehicle, would recommend to a friend/family for any towing needs
You have no idea how much they have saved my life. I was dealing with car problems and 585 towing was there in a heart beat at the cheapest rates in Rochester. Thank you for making my nightmare a little easier

Noah was great! Very friendly and loves his job helping people. Changed my tire quickly and with a smile. So appreciative!
I want to give a big thanks to Larry for going above & beyond for his customer's! I needed my vehicle transferred from one dealership to another. Larry spent almost an hour trying to locate my vehicle with little to no help from the service reps, and made to to triple check, verify, & did not leave without making sure that my car was located, towed, and made it safely to the destination. Most workers would have left the task for another worker & gave up after the first mishap. Thanks again Larry!!
Nick was amazing when I had a dead battery at my Dr appt. I have NEVER had AAA towers respond so quickly! He was pleasant, respectful and kind as he got me back up and running!
Zack (apologies but I believe that was his name) helped me out on a rainy afternoon May 28th with a busted tire. He arrived promptly, got me spare on, gave me some recommendations and had everything fixed in minutes. Really appreciated the service, no pressure and genuinely was trying to help. Fingers crossed I won’t need to, but if I need roadside again, I’ll be calling action.
I have a "76 just put back on the road this year. I have used my AAA more than a few times for it now. I'm lucky to have gotten help from Joe and Bobby today. Both times Joe has helped he responded very quickly and went above and beyond. He is very knowledgeable. Today Bobby showed incredible patience and understanding. He responded quickly, was professional, and helped put my worries at ease. He took care with my very old vehicle and I appreciate it so much. These guys deserve more money Action, fr fr. Thank you guys.

Got impounded over false reasons and had to get a tow out — Alvin made it happen quick and cheap. Got it done quick and he recommended me a Cuban restaurant. Cool dude.
This is my go-to Tow Service.
My tire popped and I was stuck on the side of the road for 3.5-4 hours waiting for other tow companies. I called this place and they got to me within 15 minutes. Super kind and not expensive at all!
I called and he came in 10 minutes! Great personality, great price, and speedy service! Cant get much better than that. Definitely would call them again and recommend anyone looking for a great tow but also with a great price!
This guy was absolutely reliable and prompt with dropping off two cars and then coming right back to tow me as I was stranded in Rochester an hour away from my home . He was also the most affordable service by $100 less than his competitors. Definitely recommend him for anyone, anywhere.

Not the cheapest out there but not the most expensive either. The service was great though, they were quick and efficient and very helpful with my situation. The driver dropped my car off at dealership and left my keys in the dropbox with a note. I would use them again.
My wife called to have our son's car towed from our driveway and was told it would be 3 hours before someone could come out. She scheduled the appointment and after 3 hours no one showed up. She called to find out when they would be here and the receptionist was extremely rude and defensive, telling my wife that the driver showed up and called her phone but she didn't answer. My wife works from how and our home office is directly in front of our driveway. When my wife stated that no one showed up, the receptionist just repeated "my driver was there" and told my wife to call someone else and my wife hung up. Then in this review section they decide to spread lies about the call and speculate about the condition of my son's car. The car actually does not run (imagine that!) and it was undrivaeable (deal breaker I guess), those are the types of cars that most tow truck companies tow, in my experience. Apparently the trucks owned by this company only tow running cars... okay, that's fine. If I could give zero stars I would. I recommend that you spend your hard-earned money elsewhere, specifically with a company that's more empathetic, wants your business and doesn't relish in shaming customers for their reviews... using the comment section like political Twitter. We actually did spend our money elsewhere... we gave our $125 worth of business to Elonoc Towing. Good luck.
They never put my car in neutral and I have all wheel drive and it broke the drive shaft DONT USE THEM THEY'RE THE WORST!!!!!!
We are long time customers of Kerhaerts, and now our kids are using this trusted and very competent repair shop!
In business since 1926. My grandparents and parents went there. Even keiled operation. Outstanding for all the right reasons. Towing and Service second to none. Recommend for those who want resolution to motor vehicle needs.

Dave, came out to our customers yard and got our trailer back on level ground for us. He was very pleasant and respectful. Great job thanks for coming out.
Zach, showed up to tow our field service truck in for repair. He showed up on time with no issues. Would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a tow !
Locked me keys in the car while it was running. Driver came on time was very nice. Got the car unlocked in a matter of minutes. Price was fair it was a painless experience. I hope I don't need then again but will definitely use if need be.
Came right on time like they said they would👍 Good job guys!
It's never a great thing to have to arrange for a towed, disabled car to be taken from a lot where it's been towed as per police orders. Georgie at Harding did her best to make the experience a painless as possible. She helped me get the correct authorization, set up the payment arrangements, even notified AAA that the car was good to go. Might not sound like much, but I was trying to get all this done for my daughter from a completely different city. Thank you Georgie, for your professionalism and kindness.

When my vehicle died, Excel was recommended by my usual vehicle repair shop (to whom the vehicle was towed, and for whom Excel apparently does "all our towing"). The tow truck showed up exactly when I was told it would, and the operator was courteous, personable and efficient. I would recommend them without hesitation.
They towed my truck to Wayne county from Monroe with professionalism and safety. Joseph was gonna clock out but he helped me out he's awesome for that thank you
Driving down the road and timing belt went caput. Got onto a ramp and called my buddy to come get me. Got back to my place of employment and started calling tow company's I found on Google near me. After being told can't do it by a couple other places, do to it being to far where I wanted the car taken to (my home) 28 miles away. I reached excel service and towing. They were right on it within 25 minutes. Actually called back to let me know the driver would be there sooner. Headed back and he was already there 15 minutes later. Gave him my key and the car is in my driveway an less than a hour later. Good service all around from the dispatch to the drop off. If I need a tow again this is who I call. Thank you for your curtesy, timeliness, professionalism, and reasonable price.
The driver was very rude, refused to use the wheel chock on my harley. Instead he pulled it by the rim and didn't secure it properly. We followed the truck as he said he needed assistance unloading at the destination. He pulled over and refused to continue until we went in front of him. At the destination, he was very intimidating and told me he is allowed to take my bike and leave. I took videos of this interaction and called triple a. They advised me that he has no authority to leave with my bike. He slammed his truck door and yelled "you see this? I work for excel not triple a!" I don't feel this was excel, it was just the driver.
Our truck was stolen off a public rode, hidden in the back of a storage lot so we wouldn’t know where it was so they could charge us fees daily. On top of the $150 charge for dragging it across asphalt 50 yards. If you want your money stolen and vehicle taken without a clue of where it is then feel free to call these guys they will serve you best.

Service sucks
Was at town event had a lock out owner was kind to come to car and help me. Would not accept payment great company
So there’s a pretty massive snowstorm and I’m an idiot trying to deliver papers in it. I misjudge the depth of snow and I’m as stuck as stuck can be. The guy answered quick. Made me feel better, and then showed up in record time and not only made it look easy but he made me feel better about what I did. I would have gotten seriously hurt trying to get myself out as my wheels were off the ground and I would have needed to jam my leg in there. I had no choice but to pay for help and it was beyond reasonable as well. I’m super grateful to this place. In my business I meet a lot of tow guys and trust me, there are NONE better!
Joe is the best, got me back on the road quick after I got a flat tire. I did not have a spare. But he had my truck off the side of the road and on a lift within 1 hour, then had the new tire mounted and back on a half hour after that. Highly recommend. Thanks Joe- from your friendly mac tools dealer. ;)

I am leaving this review. Because this tow company is a joke. A BIG ONE. And a friend of mine had to rush and get had her car back before the collision place closed right. And they towed her son’s vehicle from in front of the building where she lives. And that is crazy as ever. And had the nerve and audacity to charge him a whopping 240 bucks. Damn. At least be fair about it.
Honestly really sad that people spend their lives being an inconvenience to other people and make money off of doing so. I was parked for 3 minutes. They watched me running in and out of the building and I watched my car getting towed away on the road as I was coming back outside. IRS, by the way they only take cash in order to not report income! Lastly, shame on the Islamic Center of Rochester for having a towing company taking cars during Friday prayer. It’s honestly just sad.
Great guys !! They helped me when I caught a flat. The guy went out of his way to help me and even had the tow there within 30 minutes. Best tow experience I’ve ever had. Thanks a lot guys !!
Drives around neighborhood towing cars that they have no business doing. They towed one of my son's service coordinator's cars. And now they will NOT come back to our home . Why not towing the cars they haven't moved in months . Or don't work or not registered.
Company LIED to me said they were going to remove vehicle in my parking spot but the car is in the backyard clearly the towe company is friends with certain ppl and workers will not tow friends.
