Pedro Ortiz was great he came in a flash to help my brother tow his car. Usually towing company's take forever but in less than 20 minutes Pedro was here. Great service and efficiency is all a customer ever wants and Pedro delivered with professionalism and awesome service.
Great place all around! Pedro who towed my car was amazing and went above and beyond to make our situation easier. He was great. I am very happy with my decision to use Ali towing. My driver Sammy was great with keeping me updated with pictures as soon as the vehicle was picked up, text notification when he arrived at drop off. Overall I was impressed with how fast they were able to handle my situation. I was satisfied with the price I paid for the service and provided a nice tip for outstanding service.

Great Service! Had to transport a project car from Williamson to my house in Henrietta and Ali Towing had the best price that any Tow company provided me. When this guy came out to get me he knew exactly what he was doing I had had an issue with three other towing services. Roadside assistance was terrible they didn't know what they were talking about but from now on I am keeping this number on me they are great. Call them when you got an emergency 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
Ronnie came to me at almost 1am and pulled my huge uhaul out of deep mud!!!! He was so friendly and helpful and efficient would be an understatement. HIGHLY recommend

We were assigned to Action Rochester through Triple AAA after I requested help with a flat tire. Zack arrived quickly. He found the hole and fixed the tire within 15 minutes. We were able to keep the plans we had for the evening which made my kids very happy. It was a great experience. Thank you so much, Zack!

As a college student, I’m really glad I found such a reliable auto shop for my car. They made everything super easy whenever I had an issue—whether it was brakes, an oil leak, or low coolant. They always took the time to explain things clearly and even kept my dad in the loop about what was going on. Dropping off my car after hours was also very convenient.
I hate this company. They took my order request through AAA and neglected to realize that their company does not even tow my vehicle although their trucks are perfectly equipped to do so. He told me my van was too tall and that I would need a new truck… Which would be the same height, but from a different company because he was unwilling to help me. I waited for three hours and even had to call AAA to make sure they were even still on their way. They called action to confirm everything was all good 2 hours into the wait. I made sure to put that my van was tall on the original service request too and the company neglected to read the notation or even recognize that they do not tow sprinter vans at all. Another company was able to help immediately and so action Towing wasted over three hours of my time for absolutely no reason and they were extremely rude and unhelpful on top of that. Horrible company, giving the tow industry a bad name. They acted like towing a shorty sprinter was a huge risk and undertaking. I’ve had sprinters towed plenty of times by other companies and no one’s ever took issue with the job. Truly Pathetic!

Alvin from Colons Auto Towing is the absolute best!! I live in Detroit and my brother lives in Rochester, NY. Alvin helped me to get my brother's car from the Rochester airport to the Cortese Dealership so new key fobs could be made. My brother has Parkinson's and lost his keys while traveling home from Mexico from my son's wedding. I called Alvin from the Cancun airport, and he said it would be no problem - he would get the car that day or the next morning. I had absolute trust in him and when I wanted to give him a tip, he said, "don't worry about it." Alvin apologized as he thought his pricing was too high as it was an unusual towing situation. I believe Dennis was the name of the gentleman that gave me a tow. He was awesome and went above and beyond to try to get my truck started before towing it. Awesome guy and was there super quick.
In business since 1926. My grandparents and parents went there. Even keiled operation. Outstanding for all the right reasons. Towing and Service second to none. Recommend for those who want resolution to motor vehicle needs.
We are long time customers of Kerhaerts, and now our kids are using this trusted and very competent repair shop!
My car broke down, a minor issue with a shock coming off. It had to be towed. I asked if the garage can fix this, both the tow driver and mechanic said yes so it was brought to them. Next day they say no they will not do the work and it has to be towed elsewhere. Now I am paying them to tow to their garage and again to a real garage that can do simple work. $330 later it gets to a good garage. Moral of story do not trust them they lied and ripped me off. They used to be reputable but now are there to rip off customers. Never again!!!!!!!!! Unlike what Kerhaerts just said below, Prior to the tow I told them that it was a kit car. They said they could fix it. When the driver arrived he knew it was a kit car as we spoke about that and I asked if they could fix it. He said yes. Then when bringing it in the mechanic that was there when it was dropped off also saw it was a kit car and I talked to him about it, and he said they could fix it. So the lies continue with this vendor. As for being rude, when someone is ripping you off, you tend to be a bit testy and what I said to them was that I found a shop that had actual mechanics that could do a simple repair. If they took that as rude so be it. Once again. Avoid at ALL COSTS !!!!!!!!
My wife called to have our son's car towed from our driveway and was told it would be 3 hours before someone could come out. She scheduled the appointment and after 3 hours no one showed up. She called to find out when they would be here and the receptionist was extremely rude and defensive, telling my wife that the driver showed up and called her phone but she didn't answer. My wife works from how and our home office is directly in front of our driveway. When my wife stated that no one showed up, the receptionist just repeated "my driver was there" and told my wife to call someone else and my wife hung up. Then in this review section they decide to spread lies about the call and speculate about the condition of my son's car. The car actually does not run (imagine that!) and it was undrivaeable (deal breaker I guess), those are the types of cars that most tow truck companies tow, in my experience. Apparently the trucks owned by this company only tow running cars... okay, that's fine. If I could give zero stars I would. I recommend that you spend your hard-earned money elsewhere, specifically with a company that's more empathetic, wants your business and doesn't relish in shaming customers for their reviews... using the comment section like political Twitter. We actually did spend our money elsewhere... we gave our $125 worth of business to Elonoc Towing. Good luck.

If your in this company's area and need help (24 hr road side assistance ) just call... My class c rv caught a bolt in one of the duallys ... DJ came 45 minutes to where I was and the tire was changed in like 10 minutes!!! And the price was seriously reasonable. I will use this service if I ever need to in the future . Thank you to a real company and not over charging us in need.
Luwan at Harding's is a pro! He got my car out of a tight spot in a busy intersection and even dropped me off before taking the car to the service dept.
Harding's operates a first class towing service as well as repair shop also has an equipment store with all the towing supplies I need.
We got our 45ft RV hung up in a parking lot in Rochester. We desperately needed help. Chaz Boeving to the rescue! He assessed the situation and had us free. Very professional and very helpful. So thankful for Harding’s Towing!
very rude office staff. When I called to find out why a trip that should have taken 10 minutes took half an hour, a woman with a loud and very winey voice answered that the car was buried behind 4 others and it took time to get ours out. Maybe that's true, but why did she have to hang up on me.? There are plenty of other people who need jobs who could easily do it, with courtesy.

Driving down the road and timing belt went caput. Got onto a ramp and called my buddy to come get me. Got back to my place of employment and started calling tow company's I found on Google near me. After being told can't do it by a couple other places, do to it being to far where I wanted the car taken to (my home) 28 miles away. I reached excel service and towing. They were right on it within 25 minutes. Actually called back to let me know the driver would be there sooner. Headed back and he was already there 15 minutes later. Gave him my key and the car is in my driveway an less than a hour later. Good service all around from the dispatch to the drop off. If I need a tow again this is who I call. Thank you for your curtesy, timeliness, professionalism, and reasonable price.
Recently I had a flat tire while doing a photo project. It was approximately 5:00 0'clock. I called Trip AAA and they dispatched Excel. Barely half-hour later an Excel wrecker showed up. From the time I called them, to how quickly the operator changed my tire, put everything back in its place was phenomenal. The operators name was Mark. 5 stars all the way for Excel.
Needed a tow for my car, these guys arrived super fast and the truck driver was super nice, waited and talked with us while I worked with my car companies roadside assistance to get the destination changed. 10/10, first guys I'm calling next time I need a tow
I cannot say enough good about excel auto! They treat you with the upmost respect and professionalism. Barb at the front desk always explains everything thoroughly. I never feel like I am being talked down to like I do at other garages.
Mary is the worst person POSIBBLE!!!!!!! She was so unprofessional and rude. Not caring at all. Laughing on the phone while I was going through one of the hardest times I have ever experienced. She made and already horrible experience even worse which I didn't know was possible. You should really terminate her. You do not treat people the way she does. Next time I will record the call and post how horrible she treats and speaks to people. Do better!!!!! You should never treat people this way!

I was really in a bind and Cristo came through for me. This was the only company that answered the phone at 3am when my car died on my way home. I didn't wait long, the service was above and beyond, and they helped ease a lot of stress. Thankfully I was able to have my car repaired at their shop. I highly recommend them. Plus they are affordable.

If you get towed here budget an additional $50 for getting your now flat tire patched. For $165 a tow and $50 a day storage you'd think they could afford to hire someone to sweep the parking lot. I've never seen such a run down tow yard operated by the most unpleasant individuals I've had the displeasure to deal with.

*Dangerous driver* Today I had one of their tow trucks on the expressway so close to my bumper if I had slowed he would have rear-ended me. Tried moving over so he could pass and he stayed 6 inches from my car and went on the shoulder to get around me as I was changing lanes. Speeding excessively. Weaving in and out of traffic with no turning signals. No regard for safety or anyone else on the road.
I am leaving this review. Because this tow company is a joke. A BIG ONE. And a friend of mine had to rush and get had her car back before the collision place closed right. And they towed her son’s vehicle from in front of the building where she lives. And that is crazy as ever. And had the nerve and audacity to charge him a whopping 240 bucks. Damn. At least be fair about it.

Drives around neighborhood towing cars that they have no business doing. They towed one of my son's service coordinator's cars. And now they will NOT come back to our home . Why not towing the cars they haven't moved in months . Or don't work or not registered.
