Would recommend this company to anyone. Came promptly when we needed help. My Mom broke down last night and I called them and they answered promptly and they came in 20min to her rescue. Also I needed a haul for a vintage vehicle I purchased in Swansea and they went promptly and got it for me. We appreciate your help so much Broke n Tow.
My daughters Jeep broke down on her way to Aiken. I was 45 minutes away. I called Broke-N-Tow, LLC and spoke to Ryan. He gave me a fair price and within 20 minutes he arrived to pick up the Jeep. He even stayed with my daughter until her friend who lived closer was able to pick her up. He arrived right on time with my Jeep at my mechanics shop. After my car caught fire on the interstate, Wingard towing service was contacted to tow my vehicle. When I went to retrieve what could be salvaged from the vehicle, the lady at the front desk was patient and kind. I arrived close to closing, as I worked that day and the insurance company was going to be picking the vehicle up the following day. Instead of making me feel bad, the lady was compassionate and not only did she help me locate my vehicle, she also provided a wagon for me to use when she saw that I could not carry all of my stuff across the lot.

Big Tow was not the first service listed on Google, but after the receptionist said that she had NOBODY who could help me, I'm glad I reached Cody. My recovery was a boat and trailer stuck near an easement. After hearing this Cody said he'd be there in 3 mins..... And he was! I took longer explaining the situation than it took for him to reach me. After a little problem solving, having to rig his wrecker to accommodate, I was unstuck and back on the road. Professional, courteous, & reasonably priced. This guy is the real deal. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! 💯

They were very prompt, got to us quickly. Joe the driver was very polite and made us feel like we had known him all of our life. Got us to a garage and then to a hotel. All of this while the outer band of hurricane Helene was dumping rain like crazy. This was on Thursday around 4pm. We had to stay till Saturday because of all the destruction but that was ok, we were safe. That Saturday morning Cody had Joe to load up our truck, because we could not get it fixed due to the power outages , and take us home. We were about 4 hours from home. They made our experience less stressful. The garage they took us to was Carolina Auto. Frank and Sadie the owners were very helpful also. Had a tire blowout on my fifth wheel. Coming back from Ridge Road campground outside of Augusta, Georgia. Called a lot of companies and nobody could help me out. When I called big toe, they were out within 30 minutes. All I needed was a lift my camper to put on a new tire. The guy was quick knowledgeable and we are in and out in about 15 minutes. They only complaint I have is how much it cost. 270 dollars later we were back on the road.

Had my car break down on me in Lexington, SC and out of the 3 places I called they were the cheapest. But even with that the dispatch was very friendly, and the driver was also friendly and very professional and called me before he got to the car and called when he got to the drop off. Would definitely call them again for my towing needs!
Megan, i think that who i talked to on the phone when setting up the tow she was honestly very polite and told me straight up that it may take over an hour because there was someone else before me. Steven ended up making it to me in maybe 30 minutes, give or take. I was able to get a ride with my truck to work so that I didn't have to call someone else. They were also the cheapest one since I had to go a pretty far distance. I already recommend them to a customer at work. I would definitely recommend again!!! Thank yall so much!!!

This man was an angel to my family, 3 kids me and my husband and got our van to a local mechanic quickly when we had traveled all the way from north east georgia. I made the right decision calling Schroeder's Towing. Randy and Justin arrived at the pickup location and had me hooked up and ready to go in only a short couple of minutes. I had a flat tire on my truck with my camper on top, making it a challenge to get the tire off and replaced. He helped me with a number of issues related to the camper and accessing the spare tire. When we found the spare was flat, he would not leave me on the side of the busy highway, but instead took me and the spare to get air in it. He was super quick getting to the spot to help me as well. Nick went out of his way to help in a difficult situation and did a great job fast. Highly recommend!

Late night tow and very helpful and knowledgable for classic tow. Carlos was awesome and I love the the wrap on the diligent towing trucks.
I am a construction business owner who uses towing services on more occasions than I would like. Normally I wait for an average of 1 1/2-2 hours for a tow. I have used Diligent twice now. The first time was a 35 minute wait and the second time was 15 minutes! I was also impressed with the efficiency of the hook up. Both times the staff members were personable Gentlemen. 5 stars is not enough!
Used them to tow my Silverado with my 12.5 ft utility trailer. They showed up quick and had the best price out of multiple companies. If you need towing services give them a call! I highly recommend. I used to tow myself and I have to say this company had excellent customer service with great prices. Beat everyone else on the price.

Stupidly drove my car over the end of my driveway. Pro tow came out in less than 30 minutes and had me unstuck in 5 for a reasonable price. Both the truck driver and receptionist were delightful. Would use them again, though I’m hopefully done with my own stupidity.
Buddy and Todd went way above and beyond to help us get our car back and avoid a much larger cost! We would've been way in over our heads without Buddy having reached out to us to see what we were missing and how we could acquire what we needed! We are from Florida and in Lexington for an International Tennis Tournament when our BMW decided it did not want to start and we needed to have it towed to a local repair shop. Tobin, from Wright's Towing & Recovery, arrived and handled everything with exactness and professionalism from start to finish. The parking lot at the tennis center was a tight space to work with but he made it look easy. Tobin and I shared some great conversation on the way to the repair shop and then he made sure I got to my hotel in downtown Columbia safely. I am very thankful for the way Tobin handled everything last night and made a follow up phone call to the company to let them know the same. The service call I scheduled for a recovery was never delivered on account of the wreckers delivery driver stating that he encountered an altercation with the property owner which was (at the time) my ex. We had been having some relationship problems and I didn't feel comfortable going to pull my vehicle on my own because of complications that could have occurred so I figured the wrecker company would do it with no problem. Needless to say, they didn't. They never even attempted to try again and they told me that they didn't deal with customers that cause problems like that and prefer not to even deal with it and told me they were sorry. I had to pull my vehicle myself and upon arrival I noticed that 2 of my catalytic converters were cut off at the rear and 2 still remained. With that being said, I took it upon myself to file a claim with my insurance company because I had full coverage for theft, vandalism, etc. The claim adjuster filed for an investigation because he said he needed proof that my vehicle was in working condition before I filed the theft claim. I called the tow company and explained to them what I was needing to move forward with the claim and they were actually nice and cooperative about it and faxed the claim adjuster the service call they received and didn't finish the recovery. That wasn't good enough for the insurance investigator and he said my claim wouldn't be moving ahead without proof of my vehicle operable upon initially filing the claim. It's not like I knew this were to happen and was like...hhmmmm....I best document and record a freaking video of my car working properly jic I get a price for a claim adjuster smh. So my opinion is if Richard Wrights towing would have finished the call I would have my car fixed or if they did they would have noticed the cats were there or not to give the insurance adjuster more info. That's why I only gave them 2 stars.

Terrible!!!! Said the eta would 8-830 AM, but they never showed on time. I actually had to call them to remind them of the tow and the lady thought it was a lock out request! My tow status said complete at 11:30 PM, however my car didn't make it home. I was worried, so I decided to drive where my car was broke down and low & behold it was right there, only moved off to the side. I called roadside assistance about all of this, they call the company and my car tow was delivered at 6AM the next morning! But instead of parking my BROKEN down car in my driveway, he parks it right in front of my mailbox! What a great idea, right?

We had a tire blow out on our camper heading to Myrtle Beach. We called our insurance company and they could not help us for hours! So I found Bulldog towing and they came immediately to help us. We did not have a spare tire and he came and got our rim within 5-10 minutes and then went and got us a new tire and came back and put it on. Thank goodness for this wonderful company!

Bulldog Towing came and assisted me within 20 minutes of me calling for a tow. I had a flat tire when it was over 100 degrees outside. The gentleman was very nice and showed some compassion to me for the situation I was in. He was very professional and had a great attitude. I am beyond grateful for the service I received from Wayne! I was over 550 miles away from home traveling by myself on a Sunday when I broke down on 77. He stopped what he was doing immediately and was there within 5 minutes to tow me off the busy road to the nearest hotel. Once we arrived at the hotel, he tried to start my car and went over the steps I should take in order to get it back on the road. He even offered to come tow me to a shop the next morning. He was an absolute godsend and I'm grateful of all the places I could have broke down on my 1000+ mile trip, that it was right down the road from Murphy's Towing! A note for Wayne: I had a fuel pump doordashed to the hotel and changed it in the parking lot. I was back on the road the next morning and was able to make it to the closing of our new home! Thank you beyond words!! I will never forget the hospitality you displayed that day.

This company is not open 24 hours. Started calling at 2a.m. finally someone pick up around 7 ish. Asked them for a quote for a car to be towed and the man just simply said we don't have anything right now. Oh wow.
Would give 0 stars if I could. I left an initial 5 star review after getting towed to the shop at the request of the tow truck driver. He later blocked me and refused to send pictures of my car before the shop damaged it. I blew 2 tires due to a pothole during a road trip, and was told they could tow me and replace the tires for about $400. I waited 5 hours for them to put the tires on my car because they were not experienced with low profile tires. Within 10 miles of leaving the shop one of my tires blew again, and I had to be towed back. One of the shop technicians said that he say the damage before I left and let me leave with it anyway. They did not have another of the same size tire to replace the one that blew and opted to put a different size on it instead. I did make it to my destination, but had a certified technician come to put better tires on my car anyway. He said that the tires on the car were severely damaged and they were not safe to drive on due to the installation process at JW Towing. Not only did it take 7 hours in total for me to get new tires, but they severely damaged my wheels in the process and it will be very expensive to fix. When I called back after my trip to ask for a refund, I was told that they did the job correctly and would not issue a refund since I made it to my destination. When I pressed the issue further, I was threatened and told to come by the shop on my way home to “talk about it”

My truck was towed here because my insurance expired unfortunately it happens. My windshield is cracked which wasn’t like that before hand. Even my police report showed no damage to my car. I was also towed 12am Saturday morning. She charged me for Friday. They also charged me a 30$ gas fee for a 20 minute drive. She chose to keep it form me for the weekend for sounding “disrespectful on the phone. This woman is a money hungry power hungry. Disgusting human being I’d never want to deal with her ever again. She is not a pleasant woman I would not suggest her work. She’s trash. Hillbilly redneck trash. And I hope karma bites her.

We contacted our insurance company and was told 1-1.5 hours until a towing service would arrive. Not the case! David contacted me within 15 minutes asking how he could best help. I had a great experience with everyone I have dealt with at Priority Towing. Had to get a truck moved from a dealership to a local shop. The man I talked to first, Robert, was very helpful and gave me a couple shops to call. I really wanted to call out the driver though. The driver went above and beyond in his coordination with the dealership while also keeping me informed along the way. Definitely satisfied. Helped make a bad situation a little better.
OMG- I'm am lost for words. I called Sunday evening for tow and there were no drivers available (no big), but was told to call first thing in the AM and was given a quote (which was the best price smoking) lol. I called at 7:10. gave all info and was told someone would call me around 8 or so. Here is where my mouth dropped. James called me @834 told me he was on his way to my vehicle (he beat me - I was at an appointment) texted me at 8:51 to confirm he was at the right truck. 8:52 he confirmed he did not need the key (I’m still on the way lol).8:56 he texted on the way to dropped it off. LADIES AND GENTALMEN I had my truck by 9:03....... I have never dealt with a company that just come and do the job with all the other stuff. Last Friday our truck died at the zoo. Tristan responded quickly and came to the parking lot in a short amount of time. We had two car seats that needed to be moved and he carried the large heavy seat out of the truck for us. I rode with Tristan and he was very polite and friendly as we drove safely across town. AAA had unfortunately directed us to the wrong auto repair shop. At the family's request Tristan then towed the truck to a dealership and dropped it off. We are grateful for his help!
Trust me when I say their pricing and warranty on their batteries are without a doubt the best in Columbia. I spent 2 hours researching and calling everywhere today and only one place beat his price but only by $10 BUT TVCM’s warranty wss twice as long AND they’re coming to my house to install it versus me packing up my 4 sons into the car and having an anxiety attack in the lobby of the auto shop while they fix my car. I’d pay an extra $10 every time for the better warranty and service. How I came across the company— I called AAA due to my car not starting. I have my own jump box but it wasn’t getting the car started. So, AAA sent Andrew from TVCM to the rescue. From the time I submitted the roadside assistance request, to the time he showed up, was a total of 9 minutes! I’ve never waited less than an hour until yesterday. I’ve been on the side of the highway with all 4 kids and had to wait 3 hours two separate times due to a flat tire. Not only did Andrew get here quickly, but he was knowledgeable, respectful, and went out of his way to actually check to see why the battery was dead. He had a 1700amp where I had a 1200amp which is why he was able to quickly start the car. Once he got it started, he hooked up a device to it and told me he was checking the alternator, started, battery and something else, in order to see what was wrong with the car. He also checked the sticker on the battery to see when it was purchased because I just bought the car a month ago and the seller told me the battery was basically new. Well, Andrew explained the date was required to be on the battery so it wasn’t sold that way meaning the seller most likely removed the sticker so that I wouldn’t know how old it was. After checking the car, everything else was fine and it just needed a new battery. He said I needed one asap because it most likely wouldn’t start again without a jump (which I later found out was 100% true). He offered to install a new battery right then and there for a better warranty, installation included in the price and tax included. I told him I’d need to call the next day, as I wanted to check around because the cost was more then. $200 and the last time I bought a battery for a car (2 years ago) it was only $50 plus installation ($75 total). I checked today and found one place $10 less and I’d have to take all of my kids there to get it changed and the warranty was the standard 3 years versus his warranty being 5-6 years (I can’t remember). So, needless to say, he gave me his card and told me to call when I was ready and ask for him. Which I am doing in a few minutes after my twin toddlers fall asleep for their nap. Highly recommend and I promise they have the best pricing and best customer service around

It could have been a dreadful experience since I was on my way to an appointment. Les showed up within 30 minutes, he was very professional and efficient. On my ride home the joy of listening to him talk about his wife and family made me grateful in spite of the inconvenience, I was safe. Thank you, Les!!
This man was driving one of these trucks and he proceeds to cut my son off and he almost hit him. Then he looks at me and he is laughing at this point because I’m blowing and telling him to slow down and he then speeds up and jumps in front of me. Professionalism goes a long way no matter if you are in front of your supervisor or not. If customer service is on you then it’s in you! I won’t say anything negative against the company because I’m sure they wasn’t aware but I will say you have to careful who represents your brand!
I want to give a shout-out to Bill at TCVM Towing. He helped my mother-in-law with a dead battery this week. TVCM was dispatched by her AAA membership; when you call for service through membership, you don't always know what type of service you will get since you don't pick the business that responds. TVCM's dispatch called quickly and gave her an accurate timetable for Bill's arrival. He also called her to confirm. I want to give a shout-out to Bill at TCVM Towing. He could not have been more patient and efficient. I needed to edit my previous review since the company responded and outright lied about taking all payment forms. If that's not the case then the employee who answered the phone on 3/23 needs training as he insisted I needed to go to an ATM before they towed. Regardless, I got towed by one of your competitors for cheaper and they didn't charge for a ride. COVID can't be an excuse for everything.
My daughter called to have her car towed five minutes away and was quoted $80. Then due to the circumstances agreed to pay it when she called back and the price was increased to $100. After leaving a review he called her private and said she was harassing him and he has something for that. This is and will be taken as a threat! This call and comments were rude, very unprofessional, disturbing, and unwarranted! You received a one star because your service, attitude, and price gauging is one star! If I could leave a review and give no stars, then I would have!!

Had a lil issue coming home from vacation. Nice from the front end... limped about 2 miles to a hotel. Every mechanic was closed (labor day and all). Anyways in the morning thought I'd limp to the Ram dealership...nope tire wasn't turning. Called Happy Daddy Towing Service. Tow truck got to me in about 15 min and a man in a car (I think his name was Lee) to follow the tow with me and two kids. Kiddos started saying how hungry as we passed a McD's and Lee pulled in so we could order. Not only did we appreciate it..... he was chatty and good sense of humor and just helped make an overall crappy end of vacation issue manageable. Hope I never need towing service again but if I do, I hope its with a company as good as HDTS! ...... thanks. Oh and fyi it was a wheel bearing not my brakes....

Awesome guys that can literally do anything! I called em up at 7 stuck in deep mud that two other 4x4’s couldn’t get me out of, they worked hard till 11 to get us out. Super cool guys and were very fair on price and even offered to help out if we needed anything for insurance. Got out there asap were super friendly even late into the night
My daughter and her 6 month old daughter picked me up from the airport. We got a flat with a bent rim. No idea what we had hit. We were unable to get the lug nuts off. The driver came on his day off an fixed our tire quickly. He was friendly an professional
I will continue to use Priority Towing for all my towing needs. Justin Miller did an awesome job towing my Ram1500 from garners ferry road to my local repair shop in irmo. He took extra caution during the heavy holiday traffic making sure my truck and I made it to the repair shop with no issues.
We waited almost three hours to get our car towed. My son didn’t answer the phone when the tow truck driver called him, but called right back within two minutes. The boss cancelled the job. They were still in the parking lot when my son called him back. I am two hours away trying to get my son’s car to a dealership to be fixed. This is totally unacceptable. And now they won’t pick the job back up because I called the office and raised my voice. I am a widow trying to make sure my son is safe and has transportation. Yes I am upset. As a mother I should be upset. But at the end of the day, it will all work out.

I can’t thank Bud and the older gentleman (sorry i forgot to get your name)from Southway enough. They were both so kind and professional. They hoisted my sizable “She Shed” over the house and into its place in my backyard. I saved quite a bit of money by having the shed placed with a crane instead of having it built on site. I highly recommend Southway. 10 stars ⭐️
Called Carter Sunday around 12 pm on Sunday to get some containers moved on my property. The next day he had a crane out with such short notice. Crane operator and rigger were very skilled and professional. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in need of Crane service!

My son made a little mistake with the kind if gas he put in the car for his first fill up so we needed a tow truck. AAA was going to take three hours so we called a local tow truck company. Gonzales was so AWESOME I feel the need to recommend him to as many people as possible. He was to the gas station on Rosewood in less than 10 minutes of being called, he was VERY friendly, professional and reasonably priced. He said he hates to keep people waiting in their time of need. I will absolutely call him should I need his service and I hope you will too.
Fast and friendly service! Was there within 15 minutes of calling and was able to jump start my car so I didn’t even need a tow. Would definitely recommend!

The operator was very nice and polite. So very helpful. The price was good. I thought it was gonna cost over a 100 but it only cost 84.00. The tow driving was so very friendly we had a good conversation. Very perfessional. I will definitely use them in the future along with recommending them to others. My son was in an accident as we left our family vacation in Myrtle Beach heading back to Georgia... Since we had to spend several hours at the hospital, we weren't able to retrieve his belongings from the car until the next morning... When we arrived, his wallet, with all of his money, a couple hundred dollars was still there... Along with his PS5 gaming system and other expensive items... If this were Atlanta, he never would've seen that stuff again... I wish I could remember the man's name that assisted us at the tow yard... He was truly wonderful, very helpful, and professional... Since we were coming from vacation, my car had a bunch of stuff in it, as well as my son's but, he helped us fit everything from my son's car into mine... I would definitely recommend them...
If could give a -0 I would! This company is by far the most unprofessional towing company I've ever dealt with! Freedom Towing & Recovery can benefit from attending several customer service classes ASAP due to the fact that being courteous and personable is not in their DNA. Cami Jones (Owner's wife) has the nastiest attitude. I first called to verify my car was at their lot. I went on to inquire about my car that I just purchased for my son a few weeks ago and wanted to know if the Title, car insurance, and bill of sale (all notarized from the bank) would be sufficient to pick up the car. Unprofessional Cami Jones couldn't handle the simple questions and quickly got infuriated and began yelling "IT HAS TO HAVE A PLATE ON IT!" She then slammed the phone down saying "I'm not talking to her, I'm not dealing with that, I don't have time for this!" She's an absolute gross disservice to customers and their company!! I have zero tolerance for anyone yelling at me for any reason let alone just for asking, questions only her and whoever works there would know so that I can be prepared with the proper paperwork to retrieve my vehicle. After the phone was slammed down, Chris Jones (The Owner/husband) gets on the phone and of course I have to explain it all over again and ask him the SAME questions then he proceeded to raise his voice at me as well. At this point, my blood pressure is through the roof and I stated I don't know what the heck is wrong with either one of them but I am trying to get the correct info about how to get my car without all the extra ignorance and rudeness. Just a PSA for Cami and Chris: You run a "business," so act like it. You don't know what kind of day I was having and I could've easily exploded right back on both of you but I chose to wait to say what I needed to say to your face, calmly! I wouldn't recommend your company to pick up road kill! Your company is beyond unprofessional, both of you are gross, your attitudes are disgusting and I hope that you are put out of business sooner rather than later because it's what you deserve! I will be contacting the BBB to report your company to them. After reading all these horrible and negative reviews about your company one would think you would make a change for the better. Back in 2020 when we needed. One of the cars brought to the house because it died in the Walmart parking lot. They helped us out and getting it back to the car and back to the house at a reasonable price. I would definitely use these people for the next time. I need to get a toe because it? Seems. Freedom Towing is phenomenal. We got into a major wreck on 26 while pulling our camper. They got there quick, managed the scene efficiently, and then got our vehicles off the highway without issue. Since we had a total loss, we went back to their lot to remove our personal belongings from our camper. They were friendly, accommodating, and even offered to help. I hope you are never in a position to need a wrecker, but if you are - definitely call these guys!

Was at a truck stop and got locked out of my T680 and looked up locksmith services in the area and Tnk lockout came fast and got me in my truck and back on my way quick to make my deliveries on schedule. Great service.

During a national crisis these people tow my truck without giving a notice to move it after they put signs up how shifty can you be when I'm the only one able to work to support my family during this time.I drive a tractor trailer to move the essentials. Do not have your vehicle towed to this lot. They are a rip off and someone is lying. I was told my car would be charged $40 a day on top of the initial fee for my truck which was $250. Which would be a total of 370 because it was impounded on a Tuesday and picked up on a Friday. Anybody with common sense can count that it’s a total of 3 days and not 4. Also whoever picks up the phone is very rude and definitely doesn’t know how to conduct business. I’ll be posting this review everywhere that I possibly can so nobody else runs into an issue. Do not let STATE TROOPERS PICK THIS PLACE TO TOW TO. Choose your own towing company, preferably A1 recovery services or Asset recovery ,
Amazing service! Called Rob on a Friday, and on Monday morning they showed up right on time and delivered exactly what they promised. I would recommend them to anyonefor fast service. Driver Bob, was very professional. Picked up and dropped off shipping containers in tight quarters with no issue. They are the only company in the area who can handle transport or containers.
Beautiful, the owner is still a good man, 30 years later! I use him 20 years ago, he’s still honest and help you any way he can:)

Literally sat in the middle of the Rd for 4 hrs, SC hour afternoon stormy weather, with 2 hangry children, waiting on AAA and these guys finally got my call and they were there in 20 min!!!
GF wrecked a car, cops sent it with Anderson, but listed the wrong tow company and didn't bother to get a signature or name. Next thing we know, the GFs ex husband was rifling through her car to look for his son's belongings.... But it wasn't his car, and it was on my insurance policy. We asked our insurance company to advise their business associates to not allow future molestations and possible tainted evidence that would hurt us if/when in court. Next time we hear from Anderson's towing, when we told him we'd gotten a ride and was coming to get our personal property out of the car. Anderson explained that he already released this car with no authority or signature from the sole owner (my GF). Some stuff was either lost or stolen, but we can't for certain say when or where it was taken, considering the BS chain of custody. Anderson Towing should be removed from the police's list of tow trucks.
