Brandon rocks!!!! He was both professional and comforting. He took care of us as if we were family. Thanks!
Absolutely fantastic service! They were quick, professional, and incredibly pleasant. Aside from the great towing service, I was treated to great conversation and company during my tow.
I can’t remember the gentleman’s name (however he was the owner) was very friendly and made sure to get me and my vehicle home safely. Thanks again will definitely use again in the future!!
This is the most sketch towing company. No office just a person in a car that takes a ridiculous amount of money and picture your ID on their phone. Also, they messed up my alignment. Beware of this place and dont trust your vehicle with them.
Best Service Ever!!! Thank you for coming out late at night. The Driver Was Amazing "Majed". Thank you for your professionalism and getting my car and myself home safely.

Randy and Perry did an outstanding job with my very unique tow. It was a boat that jump off the trailer on I-20 in 5 o'clock traffic on a Friday. They both came and were super friendly and knowledgeable. They took extra steps to ensure my boat was not damage and it was handled with care. I would recommend these guys to anyone.
Schroeder’s Towing did an excellent job with our most recent tow. Dennis was very informative about our vehicle’s current condition and provided the best action to take moving forward. I would recommend you request Dennis specifically when contacting Schroeder’s Towing. Awesome Service!
Huge shout out to Randall Tyler (Randy). He picked up our vehicle last night and he was extremely kind and helpful. You can tell he is a hardworking fella. My family thanks him and shout out to Schroeder's towing who has been delivering top notch service with top notch employees for years!
I am a Supervisor with VIP Courier Express out of Charlotte,NC and we needed a tow from Bamberg SC to West Columbia SC. After 6 attempts at finding someone, I lucked up and seen one of Schroeder's wreckers and gave them a call. One of the quickest response times at arriving to the location an hour away. They are very respectful and professional. The driver Dennis is very thorough in his work, pays attention to detail, and will make sure that your vehicle is secure properly as safety is his #1 attribute.
Randy came at 12:30 at night to save our asses and helped us out tremendously. Very informative and helpful. Give this man a week of free lunch!! He’s more than earned it.

I was stranded on Harbison Blvd (Irmo, SC) after my radiator blew and sprayed coolant everywhere. I called one towing company that was too busy to serve me, and Pro Tow was their recommended option for me since I couldn’t wait until 5:00 as they said I’d need to. I paid by phone, was told to wait 20-30 minutes, and within that window Marvin showed up and got me squared away quickly. I enjoyed the driver’s company, who drove me and my truck to a mechanic in Chapin. Good guy, good service, as advertised. 👍🏼
The only people that had access to my car for more than roughly 4 hours and they managed to make every single belonging go missing. A speaker and a toolset. Amazing group here. Grab everything in your car as soon as an accident occurs if your going here.
Sherry and all the other employees I encountered were very helpful, professional, and really made a stressful experience much easier. You all keep up the good work! Thank you so much Sherry! 😇 You were an angel!
When my car broke down on Christmas Eve 😔 they responded immediately. My car arrived to the repair shop within an hour of speaking with the tow guy. I would definitely refer them to my family and friends!
I used Pro Tow of Columbia SC this morning. Very foggy day and on the way to the Columbia airport I got stuck on the railroad tracks. (Ermine Road) A young man from Pro Tow got me off the tracks. He was professional, understanding and handled my car with kid gloves. I would use this company if you’re ever in the need of a tow truck in the Columbia SC area. I don’t normally write reviews, but this was exemplary service. Kudos to the young man (I did not think to get his name) and his company!!!

Can’t speak highly enough of Express Towing and everyone on their team. I’ve had to get my vehicle towed a few times and their level of service and professionalism are second to none. I highly recommend Express Towing for any of your towing needs!
Best tow service ever! They saved the day after 3 different services came out and could not remove my truck from the ditch and other places I called wouldn’t come to my area! Tow truck driver and supervisor were nice and so helpful. I appreciate the good service.
I was very pleased with the services I received! I watched the camera to see who was in my yard and the young man who towed my truck went through hell trying to get my lock off my gate but kept trying and finally got it and was able to squeeze through a tight spot and get my truck !
The team at St Andrews went above and beyond to assist me today with a flat. Went out of their way to help without any charge. Thank you!
They are very good with their work I well call any day

Extremely professional, reliable and affordable service. The best in town by far. Highly recommended.
The guy AJ has helped me many times. Bought a motor from him and it wasn’t the right one. Which was my fault. He gave me money back and then called me once he got the motor I needed. Every since then he has always been my first option. Good people here❤️❤️
Very professional and a great service

One of the best towing companies is Columbia. Honest , respectful, and professional as can be. I recommend them to everyone.
I had to leave my car yesterday at a business because of car trouble. Today when I left my job I called Roberts Towing. They gave me a time in which my car would be picked up. I met the tow truck driver who was a female. She was awesome. She was on point, very professional, handled the job like a boss. I will recommend your towing service to all my friends, family and coworkers. Thank you so much for an awesome job.
Only 45 min from dispatch to arrival when insurance told me 50-80min. Very friendly driver and stayed with me while I waited on my ride to make sure I was safe.
They told me they would be there in an hour. After waiting for 4 hours and making 7 unreturned phone calls, I finally gave up and called someone else.
I used my insurance's platform to assist in towing, as I was stranded on Polo Road due to brakes malfunctioning, and Chris with Roberts Towing was so quick and professional. He was very helpful as well and had great follow up. Would definitely recommend this company in the future.

TRULY ABOVE AND BEYOND! I was stranded on thanksgiving morning due to transmission issues (as i was on my way to MA). Being thanksgiving, next to no one was open. Chris came to my rescue, and even helped me unload all of my bags into the truck cab and drive myself and my german shepherd a bit farther north where my sister was meeting us to pick me up. With me being unfamiliar in regards to this area, he even helped point me in the direction of who he should bring my car to. I am so grateful for the help I was given. Made some terrible circumstances so much better. Thank you!!!
This man was truly God sent! I went the 4 different mechanics in my hometown Little Rock and had 4 new tires of my van before I got on road to Myrtle Beach, SC. It’s 8:00 pm and I have a blow out on my left drivers side tire. I lost control of the van for a second, but God held that traffic back and allowed to my six children and I to the right shoulder. I did not have a spare, (I should have been more responsible to make sure of that, but I didn’t think it was a big deal because I had brand new tires). Everything was closed and no towing services wanted to risk putting seven people in there truck, but God sent Mr. Chris to my rescue! My kids and I were stranded next to speeding 18 wheelers and vehicles going more than 80 miles an hour on the side of us. Risk getting hit. Mr. Chris arrived. We lapped up. Got my van on the tow truck. And made it back to his shop. Not only did he have a new tire to replaced to damaged one, but changed the back passenger, fix a filter that was hanging underneath the engine, showed me a leak from my oil, and taught me how to check my oils and where everything was located. He found that the problem from my blown out tire was from a wheel alignment I needed. Once again, 4 different mechanics had already looked at my van 24 hours before getting the road from Little Rock! I learned more from Mr. Chris in 3 hours, than I ever learned about a vehicle! My sons did as well! AAAANNNNNNDDDD HE KEPT IN CONTACT WITH US ALL THE WAY UNTIL IT WAS TIME TO GET BACK TO ARKANSAS. GOD BLESS YOU MR. CHRIS!!! I PRAY GOD CONTINUES TO BLESS YOU Longevity and prosperity!! In Jesus name!!!
Chris definitely went above and beyond with the services performed on my car. And for a very reasonable price too.
Low rates and very friendly
Five stars isn’t even enough to explain the OUTSTANDING service this company provided. Fast, affordable, and friendly! The owner is highly knowledgeable about mechanic work & beyond professional. A simple tow got me back on the road in less than 48 hours! I recommend Mr. Chris to all of my friends & family in the area! Definitely went above & beyond to ensure that I had a fully functioning vehicle! If you’re reading this review and you are in need of car help please do not hesitate to call you won’t be disappointed!!

Great customer service. Professional and kind. Great experience all around. Super fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend.
The owners and employees were great from the time of my accident to getting my personal belongings out of my Totaled vehicle...Super group to do business with
Markey was incredible! He was so kind and helpful. He definitely saved us yesterday, and he was so friendly! I wish I could give 10 stars.
11/4/24 8:50am One of your drivers tailgated me on Millwood in a 35mph zone laying on the horn and shaking his fist at me out of his window. Tag #P849369 I have never heard of your company before now but I would choose literally anyone else after the dangerous and unprofessional show this driver put on this morning.
Wow!! The level of professionalism I’ve received from Happy Daddy is surely enough for me to recommend this company to anyone in need of towing services. I broke down in Columbia, SC and Happy Daddy was literally the only wrecker that was willing and able to help me get my car towed to where I needed it to be (which was super far away.) Thank you so much Happy... you’re the best!!

Fast and friendly service! Was there within 15 minutes of calling and was able to jump start my car so I didn’t even need a tow. Would definitely recommend!
Very professional, reasonable, and reliable! My services were provided in a timely manner! The quote was of a decent amount! The quality of this company is impeccable! Please consider this company first before making any second decisions!
Great company! He stayed open late to fix my car, got the repair done in one day. A lot cheaper than everyone else with excellent service.

I do not recommend doing business with this company. My vehicle was damaged during a tow and management refused to take accountability for their mistake. Not only that, the team was pretty rude and the two gentleman who appear to run the shop were overly aggressive. Thanks to this company I’ve had an increase in my insurance for damages that they are responsible for.
I waited beside the road for over 4 hours for the other guys to come get my trailer. Twenty minutes after I called Capital City a truck was there.
A pair of their drivers were driving 90 using all 3 lanes of the interstate like it was a race way. They were weaving in and out of traffic using their horns and flashing lights and threatening to run me and everyone else off the road with their lowboy rig. Clearly they don't deserve to drive a truck let alone have a drivers license. The worst driving I've ever witnessed. I hope they don't kill someone with the reckless driving!!
DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AS A PERSONAL TOW OR ACCIDENT... EXTREMELY COSTLY AND OVER PRICED...NO PICKUP OF VEHICLE OR WEEKEND....SO PAY FOR LODGING IF EVER TOWED ON WEEKEND...TRAVELERS BEWARE
Wasn’t gonna leave a review until they hung up on me on the phone and deleted the tag of their business in my post on Facebook. This AM I was ran off the interstate by one of their trucks and they seem to just not care at all at the potential danger that brings to other drivers. He cut a lane of traffic to make an exit he was about to miss last minute IN A SEMI. Brother we can’t do that in regular cars what makes you think it’s either acceptable or safe to do in a massive truck? So I’d recommend anywhere but here. They lack safety protocol and when genuine issues are brought up respectfully - they lack accountability

The service I received today from my daughter’s vehicle was very reliable and the service was so fast. We will definitely be using this company In the future and will highly recommend it to anyone that we know.
He is absolute LIAR. When you try to pick up your items he make up reasons why he can't meet you. So he can charge Excessive fees. When he Never had a conversation about a fee. Lies about his location just so he can get more money. Then he ignores calls when it's time to meet. He give tow drivers a bad name. Especially Black Businesses..
This is the most amazing towing service. I was stranded at the store with my keys locked in. He helped me without a blink of an eye. He will now have all my towing and repair services needed. Thank you again. You are the best.

Dumbest company ever. Towed my vehicle to a repair shop and didn't inform the company that they had dropped the vehicle off and didn't leave the key to the vehicle. Haven't returned my calls or the calls for the repair shop. Have to get the police involved.
If I could give 6 stars I would! Speedy Boyz got to me within 20 minutes after my car insurance roadside rejected my request. Very affordable in comparison to other local towing companies. Thank you all so much. I was having A DAY and y’all turned it around for me and got my car home safe and sound. Not enough thank youuuuuuuu for y’all! ✨✨✨😁😁😁😁

I strongly recommend not getting them to fix your car or getting a car from Larry he is all about money don’t care about the next person he will sell you a bad vehicle. I brought a 2013 dodge caravan from him. And he made it seem like he was all for me. He gave me a 90 day warranty only on Motor and Transmission. He only gave me that cause I wouldn’t buy it without it. The transmission start acting up and I brought it back to him he act like it was something else he clear all the codes of the van. Kept my van for three weeks.I Call him he was acting like he was somebody else keep from talk to me about the van. I went to his shop and I told his son that it not right that he had my vehicle for three weeks and don’t want to let me know about what going on with the vehicle. He finally showed to the shop talking about this is bad business. Came in with a female took her in the back room and didn’t came out to talk to me about the van told his son to give me my key. had call him several times after that trying to get him to replace the transmission had no success reaching him.I had to replace transmission, oil housing radiator water pump since I had the vehicle. Now I’m having wiring problems with the vehicle.I have not had it for no more than five months. The bumper was damaged he told me it slide of the tow truck and he was going replace it I just had to buy one. And when he fix the bumper he charger me $30. He got a battery. new battery because the battery he had in there didn’t work and couldn’t crack the van for me to drive it off his property. I’m a single mother of two kids with no job and I told him that I just want a vehicle to get me back and forth. And he gave me his word that the van was fine. I took all my savings money to get the vehicle now I’m without a vehicle. I for got to mention that he sold me the van for 4,500 with all these problems. And of course I know he going get on here and act like he just the perfect guy. Don’t trust a word he tell y’all. definitely a lier . He like young girls asking me did I ever cheat on my boyfriend.I told him I been with the same guy for 11year and I don’t cheat. I was thinking in my head are you trying to sell me the van or try to are trying to be a nasty old man.
I thoroughly enjoyed working with a towing company that is both respectful and professional. The Tow Driver, Cleveland Palmer was truly a breath of fresh air to work with, he was so pleasant and polite. Thank you.
We smoked a deer who lost horribly at a morning game of Frogger. He busted through the plastic grill, exploding it like my kid’s Lego ship that took me 3 hours to build and 5 minutes for him to drop. The deer busted the radiator and we were stuck. DeAndrew came and towed our car for us. He was awesome. He was very professional and kept us updated from start to finish. I highly recommend using Big Guy towing if you need a tow!..
I really had a pleasant experience with Big Guys Towing. I brought my daughter a car and they were very helpful throughout the whole ordeal. I would recommend them to any of my family and friends

Car was towed approximately 1 mile and they charged us $250!!! Extremly overpriced!!!
This is the worst towing place ever. We literally waited 3 hours for the towing person to come in town.Everytime I called the place they kept saying someone is on the way and kept giving me time but no one came for over 3 hours. They kept giving excuses saying they’re stuck in traffic. Do not use them for towing.
Anthony was professional and courteous. He moved a unique item across town for me as it was broken down; I had no way of getting it back to my shop. Other towing companies left me hanging and wouldn't help but he delivered and went above and beyond. Very relieved, thanks all!
Great customer service and great rates. I needed my car towed they came early and was very helpful I highly recommend and thank you to the driver Steven you rock man!
Great towing company. Towed my beatiful navigator and was real careful. The people our smart careful and helpful. From the lady that called me back to the drivers themselves. Top notch.

Best tow service ever! Reasonable price. Nice people. Very prompt and honest. We broke down between Canada and Florida but their helpfulness blessed us in so many ways.
awful, awful, awful company, terrible customer service, and won’t show up to do the job they said they would do. stay as far away from them as possible.
After my car was stolen, this is the tow company that was assigned to pick up my car. The owner is extremely disrespectful. He was so rude on the initial call to pick up my car. I don’t know how bad his business is struggling because the greed for money is ridiculous. I wouldn’t give this place a dime. The Better Business Bureau will hear about this. To anyone needing a tow company I suggest finding another one. The receptionist was also very unprofessional. Taking phone calls in front of customers is extremely unprofessional. I’m not the one to block anyone’s blessings but this place needs to be shut down. I have no respect for a man, older man at that, who talks to woman very nasty and ugly. So unorganized and just all over the place. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a tow company. I sat for two hours with my baby in the scorching heat waiting for my car only to be told to come back in the morning after they told me it was ready. Then to receive a call at 8pm to come get it as quickly as possible was just ridiculous. Save your money. They have no regard or professionalism.
One thing I know about Sandy Run Tire & Towing's customer service, products, goes the extra mile to assist all clients, honors all warranties & in many cases extends favor without extra charge. Chuck is the most fair minded man I have ever met. He & his excellent staff perform fast, friendly service with a smile. There is no foul language used as mentioned in a previous review, have no idea where there people were, but not at Sandy Run Tire & Towing. Don't take my word, I may show favor since the owner is my favorite son-in-law, come in, check them out, buy some tires, align or balance your tires, need mechanical work, they can handle that, also excellent towing service. You will be glad you discovered this excellent, honest business in the Columbia area. Thank you,
Ignorant people working there. Blocking the whole street then bark at you like they are from the 3rd world when you call them out.
