Stranded in Connecticut. Within minutes I received a message from my roadside assistance that Grasso’s was taking the tow. 136 miles away. They arrived within 2 1/2 hours and told me I could go about my business. The car was secured in Rhode Island and no fuss. So thankful to Hector the tow driver and Kelly the dispatcher. No one I was visiting in Connecticut even knew or could tell my wife and I were stranded when we went to dinner and a show that evening. Seamless service. Thanks again.

Can’t say enough good things about this place and specifically Mike. He really pulled through and helped a buddy out that would’ve surely missed his flight and his vacation. If it wasn’t for Mike my buddy would have been stuck on the side of 95. Highly recommend this company and Mike!

Thank you so much to A tow!!! You guys do not understand what I went through trying to figure out how to get this car towed! Many tow places turned me away because of the difficulty of location to get the vehicle out. Not only were Roko and Jhon quick, they’re were the friendliest, most humble, genuine people they literally made my day and took off years of stress within minutes literally! Oh and the rate! Needed a tow in Providence and called multiple towing companies. When I found Barrett's I called and they had a tow truck available right away. Good price for towing my car out of town and friendly drivers.
I would give them 10 stars if I could. They helped me tow items that I needed moved. They were on time, price was great and the service was professional. Absolutely the best choice.

My former pastor recommended the place. Very smooth state inspection process. Did not have to wait to get in. I would definitely recommend.
Needed my son's vehicle inspected. They were quick, and thorough, and gave some extra information we were not aware of. Great service station!!
Customer service at Town Line is definitely better than some other towing places from my call to the tow truck showing up was about 45 minutes. Mike was helpful getting me and my car home. The price is a little steep $200 for 13 miles (flatbed)
I won't recommend this company to anyone. my truck got stuck in an intersection and they charged me $720 per hour to just pull the semi out. i called my towing company which they would have charged me way less. but the police department in the area insisted to cancel my towing and brought me this company to rip me off.
Everytime i call for a tow they are all ways honest with time and fair with price i been a customer of theirs for years and will continue with their tow service as long as they are in business

Terrible place apparently owned by a drunk. Well he said he was the owner anyway I didn't believe him, but he was the only guy there not helpful and argumentative. Wouldn't wish for my worst enemy to get towed by this guy.
Staff was very accommodating, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend their services!

Pricing was fair, he was reassuring in what was a very scary incident with our car breaking down so far away from home.
