Steve dispatched a tow in less than 20 minutes!!!! A different company ghosted me and Sandoval towing was friendly, kind, fairly priced and fast. I'd highly recommend. Curtis was the tow driver- he took photos of my car before loading it. He also confirmed its drop off location and explained what happens next. Highly recommend this company.
We needed a vehicle towed to a local service garage, as the vehicle was completely dead and could no longer be “jumped”. Sandoval Services Towing was assigned as the company to take care of the towing services for us, and wow! Tony, who towed our vehicle, called us in advance to let us know he was en route, and approximately how far out he was. He provided clear instructions to us, informing us that the vehicle needed to be unlocked and where to leave the key if we were not going to be present upon his arrival. Tony ended up arriving much sooner than we were originally quoted for a wait time, so all around we were already very satisfied. Tony was extremely professional, hooked up our vehicle quickly, confirmed towing location, and delivered our vehicle to the service garage with care. 5/5 service all around — I would definitely trust Sandoval Services Towing and Tony for any future towing needs!
Steve pushed my car down a parking ramp and towed my car from Minneapolis to Delano. It was hot and extremely difficult job. He was professional and most of all provided great service. If you need a tow, call Mark! I called at 8am for a tow that morning. Mark arrived and helped me get my car out of a tight spot for a great price. He dropped it off where I needed it and even offered to put air in the tires and jump start my battery. Super nice guy, consummate professional.
The first place I called took 2.5 hours to not show up. They had terrible communication. I then called all seasons and he said he would be there in 45 minutes and was there in 40. The guy Mark helped with a unique situation and complicated tow and had my car in the shop in just under an hour total. I am impressed with how good they were. The guy who towed my car from 5500 Cenax Drive, Inver Grove Heights was extremely helpful. He did his utmost to get my car from the low parking rim to put it on the towing bed. After dropping my car off, he went back to make sure that my car windows were up so it doesn't rain in it. Finally, he went against his way to drop me off at home.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! They gave me a good price that was very reasonable. Other companies wanted to charge me $200+ just to have it towed 2.5 miles (20 Minute Job) The customer service was great. The young lady who called me back within 5 minutes was very nice and courteous she grabbed my info gave me quote and sent someone right away. Literally from the time I called to the time they showed up was about 20-25 minutes. Juan Carlo was quick and professional. Was well worth it. They won't price gouge you just because your stranded or need to have your vehicle moved I will be a repeat customer if I ever need this service again (Pray I won't need it, but hey.)

So there we are with a broken down car in line to the Ren Fair parking lot, far from home on vacation. Luckily Midwest towing was there to save us. I just wanted to take a minute and share my experience with Bailey and Cameron that helped me out of a very sticky situation! I was driving back from Mankato Minnesota on 169 and just outside of Jordan Minnesota there was lots of construction as is this time of the year. I called my roadside assistance team through Geico and the first provider called me back and said he couldn't make it and asked me if they could come in the morning and I said hell no! So then they found Luther Towing and thank God they did! Bailey did a great job in communicating with me on when Cameron would be there and Cameron was in touch and I called him several times to have the car towed back to the twin cities. Again both were fantastic and I can't say enough good things about them! I would highly recommend this company if you're in a tight spot hopefully you won't be but just in case keep them in mind I guarantee you'll be highly satisfied!

Luckily I've only needed a handful of rows in the last couple decades, but since I've been living in Eagan I've always used Mark's and always had good service. Today my kid's Highlander had two flats and Draven was super helpful and friendly as he helped us get the car to a tire shop.
Around 9:50–10:00 PM on Tuesday night, October 14, I was driving between Highway 13 and Diffley when I was aggressively tailgated and flashed with high beams by a Marks Towing vehicle. I was going the speed limit—55 mph, possibly even a bit over. Instead of safely passing me (which was entirely possible, as there were two lanes and the other was clear), the Marks employee chose to speed up directly behind me, going at least 65 mph as he approached my vehicle. I have never used Marks Towing before, and after this experience, I never will. Having employees drive so recklessly in a company vehicle is both negligent and dangerous. Had I not been so shaken up in the moment, I would have quickly noted the license plate as he sped past me and contacted the police immediately. I don’t know if this was an on-call employee or not, but I was planning to call Marks Towing to report the incident—until I saw that they were already closed.
Broke down 60 miles from home. Called triple a and they were there almost immediately. Driver was courteous, informative, and diligent. Would recommend

Communication was clear and quick which I appreciated in my situation. Originally the estimated wait time was an hour but help came in 15 minutes and I got a call to update me on the eta. I only needed a tire change which did cost $100 (pricey), but for the speed and quality of service I didn’t mind. I highly recommend them.

Ryan did a great job handling a tough situation. The vehicle was parked inside of a single car garage. It had to be placed on dollies first before it could be moved. The call center was super firendly and helpful. My driver was quick knowledgeable, friendly and made for a great experience. I know it wasn't a great day for me, but Twin Cities Transport and Recovery came through to get me home safe and helped me have a better day.
The guy was really rude with me and my dad. He was basically screaming at us. I really didn’t care how much I’ll be paying but I care about the how disrespectful he was. When he changed my tire he threw everything next to my car and when I asked him to put everything back the way it was he said it’s not my job. I couldn’t do it since I’m pregnant. My father was struggling to do it and I can’t help him. I will never use this service again.

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. First person I talked to (11:15), told me I could come pick up my car today (Sunday). Calling to confirm since they have no hours posted on their Google. Second person proceeds to tell me that there is a $50 fee for every day the car is there and they closed at 11am. Then proceeds to be rude when asking why I was told I could come today to get my car. I would NEVER use this company for any outside referrals and will be telling others about my experience. If your car gets brought here good luck.
Wouldn’t let me get my car because the registration card was expired my title should be in the mail any day but I had insurance plus the money and a proper id and they still wouldn’t let me get my car out. They close at 5 mind you i got there at 4:30. I couldn’t make back in time so they added another $50 to my account. Which I didn’t understand if I showed that I was the owner to my car. If I could rate these people with no star, I would I called them because there is an unknown vehicle in my driveway blocking me from getting out of my garage. I called them and asked them if they could remove the vehicle. They said they cannot. I asked them to give me a phone number to somebody who could, and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. I would give this company zero stars never again.
After a totally disastrous experience with another tow company, this place came through and saved my day! They were so quick, 15 minutes after I called they were there. I used to shop around every time I needed a tow but found Just-in Tyme Towing to have the lowest rates by far. And they their rates never go up after their quote like most places do. When I call I always get a base price around $100 and then $5-$7/mile towed. You simply can't beat it, and they always put my AWD on a flatbed rather than trying showing up with a wrecker and a dolly. Since moving to the cities Just-in Tyme has become my go-to for all vehicular assistance.

I will never recommend this place to anyone.. Made an appointment last Friday to get my car removed gave the owner Pacific instructions the owner said that they will be able to get my vehicle. They were three hours late. My son had gotten his car stuck on the side of a reasonably busy street in St Paul in a recently plowed snow pile. After calling around and being quoted some unreasonably high charges, I fortunately came across these guys. I was so glad that I did! They showed up in a short amount of time and pulled my son's car out to safety in a very fast and efficient way, were very friendly and professional, and the price was less than half of any of the other quotes that I had gotten. I hope nobody gets stuck in this snow ever again, but if you do this is definitely the place to call!

I hope I don't need their service ever again but they are going to be the first ones I call should the situation arise. I had a situation in which I definitely needed a tow. Called the shops nearby and first 2 were booked out 3 hours but both recommended giving Capital Towing a call. Best call that day! He was out to get me in 45 minutes and even had repair location recommendations. They all seemed to be people he trusts in their field and based on his operations I am inclined to agree. 1 week post towing and I am back at his shop with a fully repaired car and the price was very reasonable for the work. They fit me in for the repairs pretty quickly and after a few days of driving post repairs I am extremely satisfied. So definitely call them in the event you need a tow or recommend them to insurance or AAA. Swing in if your car is having trouble and I bet they can get it done for a very reasonable price and time. They also have a locked impound lot on site and will store your car there as a safety precaution which makes me feel better. It's Hastings so I'm not worried but an additional layer of protection does give less worry anyway. So I'd call them the moment I need a tow or even car repairs. I'm sure other companies in town are great too but Capital will get my business moving forward due to this experience. Thanks!!!

Ball joint on my front tire broke off. I called 3 other places and they were all busy. These guys picked up after 1 ring, I gave them the details of the problem and they were able to send someone out immediately. Cost was $108 to move my car out of the road. A man with a flat bed came out and told me my options were limited with his truck (said my tire would most likely get torn off and my axel would tear up the road), but could call his buddy with the right truck for the job. Buddy comes out and they worked efficiently and professionally to get the job done. No additional cost for the second truck. Gave good advice and did a good job, would recommend.

The folks at Citywide were my heroes today when my tire blew on 35W and took part of the front of my car with it. Brett towed my car and was courteous and professional. Then the staff at Citywide immediately worked on my car to make it drivable so I could get it home. I was a bit rattled by the emergency situation and they were kind and clearly knew their stuff. My car died on me in frigid weather (-7 degrees to be exact) and I literally spent 5 hours calling every towing service in the greater Midwest (almost) and everybody was booked. Jerry worked me into his schedule and came way outside of his normal radius to tow me to the mechanic with a smile that cheered me up since I was so bummed out about my car. Thank you, Jerry!
Jerry really helped me out when my roadside assistance wait time for a tow was 3+ hours and my car was dead with no heat in 10° weather. He noticed me sitting for quite some time near by his shop and he came and offered to help. Jerry was very kind and helpful and even helped talk me through dealing with my insurance. He made sure my car and I arrived safely (and warm) at the dealership. Definitely the best tow experience I've had. Was quick, professional and compassionate. 10/10!

My truck had rapidly overheated while driving home this evening, east bound on the I-94 in downtown Minneapolis. Have been going here forever! They have always taken exceptional care of my families vehicles growing up and now my family vehicles. I have taken my vehicles to the dealership for "recall-work" to be performed and left overwhelmed, with long expensive lists of things that supposedly needed to be repaired immediately. I brought them immediately to Plymouth Village Automotive & was told nothing needed to be done immediately. I love that there is a mechanic shop that is honest, and not out to steal your money. Seriously, so thankful for this shop.
My daughter was in an accident and her car was towed to their facility. Upset about the accident she did not get her things out of the car. She got an Uber over to the Plymouth Towing and they would not let her get her things out of the car without her registration. So she had to Uber back home to get the Registration she took out of her car. It is a shame they could not be more caring and understanding. If they absolutely needed the registration could be easily looked up online, but too inconvenient for them. I hope somebody treats their family better than they treated my daughter. I also called to talk to them and was treated with the same rudeness. I was told “don’t waste that on me.” When I expressed my concerns. I would avoid this business if at all possible. I feel sorry for you if the police call them and you are stuck with them. I am sure they will add to your already difficult day.

I would give this review 0 stars if I could. Plymouth Towing abandoned my car completely. I was on a call with a 911 operator who called them on my behalf. Despite that, when they showed up, they got out of the car, took one look at the situation, and decided to leave. Even though they are a CASH ONLY service and I had the cash on hand to pay them, they still left figuring they would make more money with easier and faster tows. These guys are the best in town! Called a few places first and then got these guys. From Rich in the office that was extremely profession on the phone he took the time to give me an estimate based on exactly what I needed! To Andrea that took my information to finalize the order who was friendly and also professional! And last but not least Dan the crane operator was supper nice! Friendly! And professional! They had a lower minimum and the best attitude you cant go wrong with these guys!! One off the company's I called was rocket and they guys where everything but professional and they qouted my more then 4 times the amount!

Money-grubbing, overcharging, entitled, and terrible to do business with! Avoid this place if at all possible. My son was in an accident and the local authorities (not him) chose this place to tow his car away. This was at about 5:30 on a Friday night. Of course, their "administrative office" was closed until 8am Monday morning, so we were stuck and could do nothing while charges accumulated. We showed up at 8:05am on Monday morning and were stunned to be handed a bill for $628 for a ONE MILE TOW and "storage"! When I questioned it, the lady just said, "that what my boss says it is." They charged 4 days storage, even though they were closed for 3 of those days and we were there 5 minutes after they opened on the 4th day. Just the one mile tow portion itself was $340 and included ridiculous things like a "fuel surcharge" of $15 (to go a mile). $628 to get a totaled old car worth about $2000! And if we didn't get it out right away, they would just keep racking up storage charges. They were very rude and slow, with all kinds of obscure policies meant to protect them and keep your car as long as possible so they could rack up more charges. (For example, they didn't even want to let us take pictures of our damaged vehicle without "proof of ownership" in the form of a title...which I'm sure few people have with them) I can't speak for the auto repair/maintenance side of this company, but the towing side is predatory and pads the bill as much as possible. They do not see you as a customer or client, or as someone they serve. They see it the other way around. They know they have you over a barrel and they take maximum advantage. I've never left a single google review before, but this placed is so terrible that I absolutely had to do so. Shame on them!

Larry is THE MAN. He came to save me on his DAY OFF last summer. He helped me hook up and bring home my 1969 Buick Skylark for a second shot on life. It had been parked for at least 20 years. He came to help as soon as we called and was an absolute expert from start to finish. An all around good dude and so nice about everything. And no Larry. It's still not for sale. Thank you for helping make this happen!

Arman's Topkick came to my rescue. When other tow companies were going to take 3 hours, Arman's took 30 minutes. The gentelmen who helped me were understanding of the situation, good hearted, and worked quickly. They lifted my spirits when otherwise I was feeling pretty bad about the scenerio. I recommend them highly.

Where do I start. This morning I went out and tried to start my car -20 outside and the battery was dead. I had been trying to jump it for about 30 minutes, I was about to give up when one of your companies drivers happened to be driving through the neighborhood and thankfully stopped. He said I needed to be using better cables, (of course this happens when my husband is out of town and I could not find our heavy duty cables). He, asked if I would like for him to help and had my car started in less than 3 minutes. I wish I would of gotten his name. It all happened so quickly, he was like a knight in shining armor swooping in saving the day and then gone just like that. I cannot begin to thank him enough.
Jesse was great! Came from way across the metro to tow my car, coming earlier than I expected. Gave me a ride to the repair location, a super-friendly guy. Cost was less than I expected.
Had our car towed 65 miles to my house. Answered the phone right away and showed up quickly. Mike was a super nice guy!
When you need someone to rescue you on the side of a busy highway in rush hour traffic, they need to be reliable and good. Jesse was that person today when I needed a hero. The professionalism of Jesse, as well as Rachel who set me up, was above and beyond my expectations. The best part of my experience was getting to my mechanic's shop and finding out Suburban Towing is their go-to professionals! I would call again, and will absolutely refer anyone in need of a hero! Highly professional, compassionate, and so fair with prices!
This company towed my vehicle out of an apartment lot when I had a notice from the landlord saying that lot cleaning was the next day and that was when we need to move cars by, I brought the notice with when I picked up my car but there was no interest in weather they had made a mistake or not. They Initially provided the wrong address then played games on the phone because there was no way they could make a mistake, they finally provided the address 5 minutes before close so I would be charged another days fee. All in all my landlord reimbursed me for the tow, still this was a miserable experience and this company needs to realize that they are not without error.

Don't let the Stewart's (NOT AAA) dispatch fool you- the driver who helped me was positive, timely, polite, and efficient- even at the bitter end of a long MN winter event. I had a horrible feeling from the dispatcher (she was extremely rude, short and cut me off multiple times), but the driver truly redeemed my experience. He was able to recommend a few different options and helped me choose the best for my situation. Ignore the phone call and it would be a five star experience! In reply- the call was through Triple AAA originally, but I did call Siewarts directly for an update after a three hour delay (snow storm, so I get the delay but not the horrible exchange from your dispatch). So, I am honestly relaying Stewart's service, not AAA. But I appreciate knowing you've responded so that now you may address your staff!
Called triple A for a tow, they sent Siewert's. Triple A gave them the wrong address to bring the vehicle to, so they dropped it at the wrong address- but, it wasn't their fault, and they sent the driver back. Then, his truck broke down! So, they sent him to get another truck. Through all the issues, they were friendly, and made sure it was taken care of. Some companies might have said, "well that's the address we were given"- and either charged you again or left it. These guys saw it thru, and were professional the entire time. Highly recommend!
Had a great experience with these guys and namely Dustin. We had a minor accident that disabled my vehicle quite a ways from home. Siewert's got to the location promptly and transported me and the vehicle back to Rochester. Dustin was the driver and he was professional and personable the entire time. He even made sure I got home safely after we got my vehicle to the repair shop. Thanks for the great service!
First of all, your staffer, is awesome! Unfortunately, even though we know him like a family member now, we don't remember his name! He arrived within 15mn, to the parking lot we were stranded in, and took command of our situation. Made hard work look easy! Made us laugh. From start to finish, he put us at ease. After dropping the vehicle at the local shop, he dropped us at our front door. What could have been a disastrous end to our weekend getaway, was quickly turned around by him. Thank you so much, to a one of a kind guy!

Jesus was amazing!!!! They said he would be about an hour and he was there 5 minutes after the call. He was kind, courteous and polite and done within 10 minutes. He also gave advice on how to make the battery last longer and shared warranty information as well. Highly recommend!!!!
My truck fuel pump went out on my way home from Street machine nationals, I called state wide and they sent a tow truck out right away, Jesse was the drivers name he was very professional and polite, I rode with him back to the shop where my husband met me. They responded in a timely fashion, did a great job towing my baby back to the shop. I definitely recommend!
Jim was awesome we had a few hiccups but he worked with me as I did with him definitely recommend these guys they were out here within half an hour!
Ron was a really nice guy. Picked up me and my girlfriend from West Union to St. Paul. Late night tows are never fun but he didn't complain. Thanks again guys

Best experience ever… was caught in a circumstances that were frustrating… Williams Towing came ASAP! The Driver Austin was polite and knowledgeable. I would most definitely use Williams Towing again… great customer service right from the beginning!! Sandy…..a great full customer!
We had a truck go down late on a Friday night and needed it towed to our dealership. Williams did a first class job taking care of us, and the customer service provided by their technician, Brandon, was second to none. I don’t understand the price being charged for the “POLICE” to have this company come and tow a vehicle to their company lot (William’s Towing). Over $500 overnight _ TRULY OUTRAGEOUS! They IMO have an operation going on and it may very well include the police. The guy bragged about HIS $150,000 truck he owned while telling me it’s normal to charge an out of work “down on his luck” an over $500 fee to retrieve his vehicle. What is going on with this company— Anybody know… STAY AWAY!!
I thought I'd given them a problem they couldn't solve! I was so wrog! They did it professionally & carefully, using a lot of problem solving skills! Wish I'd gotten their names! Their customer service was exceptional! I never want to be towed again, but if it's neede, I'd call William's first!
Towing truck arrived fast, big thanks to that, as the snowy weather was raging. The rate I paid was surprisingly much lower than I expected. Towing truck operator, cannot remember his name, starting with "Av" was awesome. He got me out of the deep ditch in less than one minute, as my car was burried in snow. I didn't even have to get out of my car. Will definitely recommend their services to family, friends, or anyone in trouble. Satisfied above and beyond.

After hitting a gi-normous pothole, they did a good job getting our specialty car off the side of the interstate and to the destination. Tow guy was very personable. Only problem was...destination was less the 1 mile away and our tow bill was $500!!!

Fast, friendly service, even at 1:30am, when the other tow places I called told me they couldn't arrive until morning, Minneapolis towing was there in just 15 minutes. While no one ever wants to need a tow truck, Minneapolis towing made it fast and easy.
Called them to tow vehicle, driver arrives and jumps my battery and it successfully starts and as he leaves my car dies again. So I call them back immediately and for them to provide any further service they would charge the exact same amount ($142 to tow 0.7 miles), charged me that without towing just for the jump and 10 minutes maximum of their time. They also bid me $125 for the services and then charged more upon arrival. Steer clear of this business, terrible service, use the next towing service.

No one ever wants to need a tow service, but I’m glad I chose Frankie’s when my water pump was shot and I needed my vehicle brought in for service. Jeff called to let me know he was en route to my rescue, showed up with a smile and the best attitude. He was polite, patient and efficient. I will recommend Frankie’s whenever I can. Thanks for making such an undesirable situation 100% pleasant. Great job!

The lady in the office Maria is soo rude and disrespectful she has not type of manners what so ever I’ve been keeping my cool and not going off on them last time they towed my car it was parked in a “ fire lane “ that had no type of sign or anything the second time around 2:00am they towed my car out of this spot they said I parked “illegally” so I’m coming on here to let everyone know they don’t play around and they are a scam !! 300$ for yawl towing my car is absolutely crazy Georgetown apartments a lot of folks park in spots they aren’t supposed to and I haven’t seen they car towed !! There is nooo parking spots whatsoever so I parked here !!
If I could zero stars, I would. This company wrongfully towed my fiancé’s truck and left me stranded out of town overnight- all because their drives are inept and unable to correctly read North Dakota license tabs. Early Saturday morning (I was correctly parked in the visitor section of a friend’s apartment) our vehicle was towed. When I called the tow place confused, as I was parked legally, they informed me the registration on the vehicle was expired. Knowing my fiancé (he’s very diligent about these things) I knew it was untrue but the woman informed me they don’t allow people to come get their vehicles after 2 PM on Saturday. I was forced to stay another night and lose an entire day, missing obligations I had back home (3.5 hours away). When I was able to get to this joke of a company on Sunday morning to retrieve my vehicle the woman asked if I had the required renewal documentation for the tabs. I informed her they were never expired and had a confirmation email from my fiancé (dated April 2025) proving so. She then went and looked at something on her computer (I’m assuming photos of the license plate from when they towed it) and informed me they weren’t expired (which I already knew) so I clarified that it should have never been towed in the first place, which she admitted. ND tabs display the month in large numbers (different than MN), so instead of the driver performing their due diligence, they hooked up the truck and hauled it off. This wasn’t a minor slip-up. It was negligence and again, sheer ineptitude that cost me time, money and peace of mind. If you are unable to correctly verify registration before towing then maybe you shouldn’t be towing individuals for this reason. Towing a vehicle isn’t some small matter, but yet you all treated it like it was for incorrectly assuming the registration was expired. Your drivers should also understand out-of-state tabs and professionals working for the company should own up to mistakes. Instead of an apology or really ANYTHING other than being allowed to retrieve my vehicle, I was told I could reach out to the manager about my frustration. The manager should reach out to me, not the other way around. With the nature of this company, some people will be unable to avoid them. But if you are able, please avoid them at all costs. Their careless, uninformed practices created needless hardship and they show ZERO regard for the people they inconvenience. I will also be reaching out the apartment complex where the vehicle was towed from to complain and suggest they hire a different towing company to patrol their parking- one that actually knows what they are doing.
