The name on this Review says Dana but the person who received the service from Sandoval and entering this review is Kwasi. Steve came out and helped with my flat tire after I hit a manhole on a stripped road and got a flat. He was polite, prompt and efficient with his service. I highly recommend Sandoval Towing when in need of road side service.
I recently had the unpleasant necessity of my car being towed. My frown was turned upside down from an amazing experience with Sandoval Services Towing from start to finish! I do not remember the name of the helpful young lady on the phone, but she was incredibly courteous. She said it could take up to 45 minutes for the truck to show up. TONY arrived within 15 minutes! He was one of the most conscientious young men I have ever encountered. He had hustle with a smile! Something sorely absent from the youngest working generation. It was obvious how determined he was that I had positive experience with something no one wants to need. AWD was not an issue as he proficiently utilized his on board dolly system. Do NOT hesitate to utilize Sandoval Services Towing! Make sure to ask for Tony!!!
Steve did a wonderful job picking up my classic car in Edina!! On time and great service! Thanks Steve!
Had a very unique towing situation and both Laurie and Jordan provide a seamless towing experience. I was able to convey the situation to both of them and they assured me they could get the task done. They handled the situation with care and presented a very understanding demeanor. Both of them worked hard to present options as well as completed the task on a short timeline. Please do not hesitate and reach out to the fine people at Sandoval if needed.
Son's car needed a tow from the Cub on 26th ave South Minneapolis to Winner Auto in New Brighton. Tony was quick to arrive, hook and made clear communication. Towing was made easy and for as stressful of a situation we were having, this experience turned out day around. I recommend Sandoval Towing Services, and maybe you'll get lucky and get Tony to help you also.

Mahad was very kind and considerate to make sure everything was taken care of
Mahad was so kind he stopped and gave me a jump for free! How nice of this company to care about the community
Extremely helpful and kind in a very stressful situation. Was not able to directly help me at that moment but got me to a person who could and I’m very grateful!!!
Amazing service today! My car was in a wreck which takes some extra work but Mahad definitely delivered!
My College Dance kid got off the plane from Nationals in Florida and it was -11 at MSP. Battery was dead in his car and this towing company went above and beyond. They even called my son to let him know how to stay safe until they got there. They came as fast as they could and gave ETA updates every 5-10 min. It’s been awhile since I experienced customer service like they provided. Very….very impressed. Thanks again guys!

My alternator went out in my 97 c1500. Also in an area I did not know. He got to us through a 📌. He was there so quickly and treated my baby so good while loading her up. Took us to the shop we asked for. Price was so good and he was so nice. I would give more stars if I could.
I don’t review much, but Cody at Certified Towing Authority has earned his 5 stars. Called him based on another review and he did not disappoint. He was able to give me a quote over the phone, before leaving and said he’d be there in 20 minutes, 15 minutes later he was loading my Cadillac. He was even able to drop it in my garage. As long as I’m in his towing radius and he’s willing, I wont use another tow company. Thanks again.
This guy is great and stood on business!! I called he said he’ll be to me in 30 minutes or less and that’s exactly what he did. Great guy with a good attitude and fair pricing! Honest HARD WORKER!! I’d recommend to everyone
Cody was fast and straightforward ! Extremely helpful in moving my car and being careful to not scrape the front as it is lowered ! Even with the bad weather he was fast and efficient ! Would give 10 stars if possible !
Cody my tow truck driver was very nice, warm and friendly. It only took him 20 minutes to arrive and he had me and my vehicle home immediately. And the price was reasonable. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this towing service whenever you need help.

Mark was fantastic. I was in no hurry and he came out within the hour. Very pleasant, reasonably priced and would definitely use them again. All Season’s Towing is now saved in my phone as a new contact.
Mark is a great guy! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped tow a car from Big Lake MN to Woodbury MN. He was quick and efficient. His prices were very fair. I will definitely be using Mark and All Seasons Towing again!
I was stuck on 494 and waited and waited for roadside assistance to find a tow company for me. 3 hours I waited!!! I called Mark after he was closed, hoping to reach him and left a message. He called me 5 minutes later and said he would be there in 45 minutes. And he was! I was so grateful to see his kind and friendly face. He loaded up my vehicle and off we went. So very grateful Mark was there to help when no one else could or would. It was the best tow experience I could have imagined. Thank you Mark, hopefully I won’t need you again but if I do I feel secure knowing there is an honest, helpful, kind man and company to help us out!
Great service! Fast, professional, and friendly tow :) Thanks so much for saving us from the side of the road today. Will call again if we ever need you.
Mark arrived within 10 minutes. Efficiently loaded our disabled vehicle and dropped at a repair shop of our choosing. Kind person, fair price and definitely recommend him for this service! Sweet little Lucy comes along for the ride. Thanks

The best tow truck service! They arrive to tow my vehicle after i got an accident super fast and price was cheap to other towing company
I had an incredible experience with this Towing company. Ameen the owner was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was an incredibly responsive, answered right away and arrived sooner than expected. on top of that,He was so kind professional and just genuinely a nice person to work with during a stressful situation. If you need a tow,I highly recommend Minneapolis towing & recovery.
I had an excellent experience with Minneapolis Towing and Recovery! Their 24/7 towing service in Minneapolis was fast, professional, and reliable. The dispatcher answered right away, and the tow truck near me arrived quicker than I expected. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process stress-free. What I really appreciated is how affordable their emergency towing was compared to other companies, and the fact they also offer roadside assistance in Minneapolis like lockouts, jump starts, and flat tire service. 've used Minnetowta Towing twice now, both times were handled promptly and courteously. Amir towed my vehicle last and was quite easy to deal with, picked up the vehicle and brought it too me... Having too tow a car is never really pleasant, but having trustworthy service helps alot!
Amin showed up pronto fast was very courteous and polite. I'm glad to be out of Richfield MN. He was kind enough to give me a ride. My truck will soon be safe thank you Amin.
had a great experience with Minnesota Towing! My car broke down unexpectedly on a cold morning, and they got to me quicker than I expected. The driver was professional, friendly, and really knew what he was doing. He made sure my car was safely loaded and even gave me some tips on what might be wrong. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. Definitely a reliable and trustworthy service. I’d recommend them to anyone in need of a tow in the area.
I recently had to call Minnetowta Towing after my car broke down, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I called, their customer service was friendly, professional, and quick to assess the situation. They gave me a clear timeline and an accurate ETA, which made me feel at ease during a stressful situation. The tow truck arrived exactly when they said it would, and the driver was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. He carefully loaded my car and took the time to explain the next steps. What really stood out was how fast and efficient they were—what could have been a lengthy ordeal was handled in no time. Not only did they deliver on time, but they also offered great rates, especially considering the high level of service. It's clear that customer satisfaction is their top priority. I highly recommend [Towing Service Name] for anyone in need of a reliable, trustworthy towing company. They made a frustrating situation much easier to handle
I had a really great experience with this tow truck driver! They arrived right on time, I only waited 15 minutes maybe I’m luckywhich was such a relief, and handled everything professionally from start to finish. The driver was friendly, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. I recommend these guys and you’ve got my word!

Juan was wonderful! Came early, explained the process, took video and super friendly! Highly recommend Ortiz towing and ask for Juan!
Did a dead-car towing from Woodbury to St. Paul for about $220. Super easy to call, get a quote, and give them directions of pick up and drop off. Juan Carlos was honest, kind, and punctual. Would happily use them again and recommend!
Juan Carlos was the best person for the job! He made this process feel so much more comfortable and was very attentive to my questions. I loved how quick they were to get to me and provide the service. I will continue to spread the great word about Juan Carlos and the positive experience I had with Ortiz Towing.
Great service, my vehicle died in the side of the road and they came and gave me a jump start within 15 minutes! 10/10 would recommend I called around to 3-4 other companies and no one picked up. These guys are great
Juan Carlos was the man! Very quick to pick us up and get our vehicle 75 miles back home. Friendly and respectful!

Great experience with Galeana’s Towing and Service. Driver was polite, efficient and arrived within the time frame given to me. Drove as a passenger with him and my son and the tow truck vehicle was clean and surprisingly comfortable. Driver hauled my car with care even in traffic. Would recommend this towing company over and over!
Wonderful and efficient service! Nice, clean trucks! The driver kept in contact with me while I was waiting. He was also very kind and helpful, which was a big relief in the stressful situation that I was in! Hopefully, I never need a tow again, but if I do, I’m calling them!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was blown away by the quality of this service! I wish I would’ve gotten his name, but the man who helped me out was to my place way earlier than expected, he was very efficient and let us know everything he was doing. I will definitely recommend and use this company if the need arises! Thanks again!
It sucks when you need a tow but these guys made it easier by being prompt , courteous and efficient! Also cleanest work truck I've ever seen. Thank you for getting my car and I too the shop. Great service . 10 out of 10 on driver .
Nice and polite young man. It was cold out and he made sure I stayed in the warm truck while he hooked up my car. Clean tow truck in and out. I would recommend Galeans to my family and friends.

This family owned business is willing to help whenever you need them. The son told us his Dad takes calls at 3 AM!!! They were patient and thorough. We were expecting an insanely expensive bill for the towing and all the work he put into it, but we received an amazing deal. I would recommend these guys to anyone and every one. Best service I ever received.
Highly recommend!! Wife’s car died in our driveway. Contacted Midwest Towing at 10:00pm. Heard back within the hour and was able to schedule a pick-up and fix for early the next day. Best customer service I have experienced in auto repair. Richard was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Very reasonably priced, kept me informed through email and phone calls, and got our car running by 2:00pm the same day. Will definitely be my go to for towing and auto service.
I cannot get over how amazing this company was to me. My car broke down at 4:30 in the morning when I was on my way to the airport to board a plane. They were so quick and were extremely helpful by just bringing my vehicle to their shop. You could tell that he really valued us as customers. It is so refreshing to go to a place of business and be treated with such respect. They were so reasonably priced and he even held my vehicle at his home so I wouldn't have to pay a lot fee since I was out of town. I am so grateful to Midwest Towing & Auto Repair for going above and beyond more than any other auto mechanic company I have been to. I live roughly 45 minutes away from them, but they have won me over and I will bring all of my business to them. Thanks so much Midwest Towing.
My car broke down on Labor Day just as I was leaving the Renaissance Festival. A quick google search led me to Midwest Towing. I called, and they picked me up within half an hour and towed me back to their shop. I was going to try to get a rental car, but everything was closed for the holiday, so they gave me an old beater to get home with. Next day, they let me know that they found and fixed the problem (shift linkage) and I came down and picked up the car. Just over $200 for tow and repair together. Excellent service, especially on a public holiday, and very reasonable rates. I am very happy with the experience.
I needed to get a car in for computer work. Truck was right on time, took the shortest route, and waited with me for the 20 minutes of work to be done. Left the car on the bed so I didn't have to pay a second hookup fee. Service was great and friendly and he enjoyed his work which made the experience great. Great pricing, and was careful with my car, would definitely recommend!

Just had an awesome experience with Josh at Luther towing! My car broke down on 35E, he showed up quickly and had us on the road in a few minutes. I'm extremely happy with his professionalism and willingness to help out! Thanks Josh!
Josh was so kind, wise, and patient! He came to our home and tried to help us fix the problem before towing our car. We really appreciated him taking his time to see if he could help us fix it before jumping right to the tow. He was intelligent on cars and explained to us what he thought was the problem before towing it away. We will use him if we ever need a tow again and highly recommend!!
Wow...I'm super impressed with the service and friendliness I recieved tonight! Unfortunately, I found a nice chunk of metal in one of my tires and needed to have my spare put on this evening. Tyler the driver was amazing! He called to let me know he was on the way and got here changed the tire and explained everything and he was on his way! I truly appreciate prompt service! Great job! Ps. After reading the reviews, y'all might need to give Tyler a raise!!!😊🤗
I just wanted to take a minute and share my experience with Bailey and Cameron that helped me out of a very sticky situation! I was driving back from Mankato Minnesota on 169 and just outside of Jordan Minnesota there was lots of construction as is this time of the year. I called my roadside assistance team through Geico and the first provider called me back and said he couldn't make it and asked me if they could come in the morning and I said hell no! So then they found Luther Towing and thank God they did! Bailey did a great job in communicating with me on when Cameron would be there and Cameron was in touch and I called him several times to have the car towed back to the twin cities. Again both were fantastic and I can't say enough good things about them! I would highly recommend this company if you're in a tight spot hopefully you won't be but just in case keep them in mind I guarantee you'll be highly satisfied!
I am so grateful for Josh. My car had died just outside my apartment building’s garage. Josh swooped in and gave it a quick charge so I could get it out of the way (and get it to the shop!!) He even made sure I got it to a safe spot before he left. Josh truly saved the day!!!

I had a terrible experience with this towing company. The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful, showing no concern for customer service. To make matters worse, they refused to let me retrieve my belongings from my vehicle, which is completely unacceptable. A little professionalism and courtesy go a long way, but unfortunately, this company lacks both. I would not recommend their services to anyone.
Alex is a great tow truck driver. He goes above and beyond to make sure you’re safe and all is as well as it can be in a pinch
Around 9:50–10:00 PM on Tuesday night, October 14, I was driving between Highway 13 and Diffley when I was aggressively tailgated and flashed with high beams by a Marks Towing vehicle. I was going the speed limit—55 mph, possibly even a bit over. Instead of safely passing me (which was entirely possible, as there were two lanes and the other was clear), the Marks employee chose to speed up directly behind me, going at least 65 mph as he approached my vehicle. I have never used Marks Towing before, and after this experience, I never will. Having employees drive so recklessly in a company vehicle is both negligent and dangerous. Had I not been so shaken up in the moment, I would have quickly noted the license plate as he sped past me and contacted the police immediately. I don’t know if this was an on-call employee or not, but I was planning to call Marks Towing to report the incident—until I saw that they were already closed.
The front desk guy “ringo” has absolutely no patience and cannot deal with answering simple questions. He gets very upset if you don’t immediately sign the paperwork in front of you even if the paperwork is to release a car to insurance saying you have got all of your personal belongings. WHEN YOU HAVE NOT gotten any of your belongings from the car. All the other staff were super friendly. You would just think the guy sitting In the very front would be able to answer questions without getting upset.
Luckily I've only needed a handful of rows in the last couple decades, but since I've been living in Eagan I've always used Mark's and always had good service. Today my kid's Highlander had two flats and Draven was super helpful and friendly as he helped us get the car to a tire shop.

Twin Cities Towing was prompt and professional. They're change a flat fee was very reasonable compared to other towing companies I called. The tow truck driver Clayton was friendly and very helpful. I would recommend you use this company over any other. And I would use them again if I had to.
Best experience ever for having a classic car towed.
Les than 40 miles we paid 800$, and when you call them there customer servicer lady super rude
John amazing moved the DB12 perfectly. Definitely recommend for moving high end luxury cars.
They did a great job showing up on a scheduled time, knowing how to work with my larger vehicle, had some neat recovery tools given my smaller space, and got my car out of the garage and onto the flat bed and to the shop with no issues. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. My main reason of using them vs AAA is because of the pickup and delivery scheduling ability and experience with more specialized cars and careful maneuvers while my engine was partially taken apart. They were referred to me by someone who uses them for performance vehicle transport. I also learned from the driver that their trucks have extra stabilizers for ditch recovery if you’re flipped, have a very large vehicle, etc which was cool to see. For these reasons they are on the expensive side, but I booked based on my need and want.

Ben and Tyler were awesome! Tyler didn’t find me right away (I was parked at a big USPS complex) but he kept calling til he reached me! I’m so grateful for AAA! Thanks, Ben! Thanks so much, Tyler!!
Justin E with Elite Towing is an angel. I was having a strange issue with my car. I called a shop and they had no idea what was going on. My nice mechanic neighbor didn’t know what was happening either. Justin showed up, all business, and started examining my car. Part of my issue was that the keys were stuck in the ignition, which obviously is not ideal. He zeroed in on my issue very quickly and helped me resolve it so that my car was safe to drive. I was more than happy to pay for his time in driving the tow truck to my place, and I hope that this review highlighting his kindness and good sense is thanks enough for how he helped me. Thank you!!!
Ryan and Joe saved the day!! These guys were amazing. Would 100% recommend them to anyone that wants excellent sevice and great communications. Thank you so very much for coming to our rescue with our motorhome.
Stopped by the store and threw my keychain on the passenger seat as I was getting out of car, forgetting I clipped my car keys into the house key, then clicked the lock button as I stepped out of the car. Luckily Justin E from Elite Towing was fast getting to me and was able to get my door unlocked in a quick and delicate manner. Very thankful.
Our driver arrived in the timeframe that he said he would be there. He was friendly and took us to the automotive shop and acted professionally the whole time. Thank you!

Excellent service by the driver taking car not to damage anything while pulling up on flatbed. He also called me back to tell me when car was dropped off at dealer for repair. Awesome company would use them again if needed.
If anyone saw my previous review,I have a update. I did get my property out of my vehicle, after waiting a few hours. I'm not attacking the couple guys that I worked with so they helped the rise up from one star to three. It's more directed at the the company they work for. FYI The Jackson St shop is great, always super helpful.
Wouldn’t let me get my car because the registration card was expired my title should be in the mail any day but I had insurance plus the money and a proper id and they still wouldn’t let me get my car out. They close at 5 mind you i got there at 4:30. I couldn’t make back in time so they added another $50 to my account. Which I didn’t understand if I showed that I was the owner to my car. Came back the next morning only for them to say my car was there two days which is a lie but according to them it was. They told my guy it was $230 at first but when we got there it was $347, and we got there as soon as they opened smh
Honestly the best service I’ve ever had from a tow service. They were polite and professional on each call. And speaking of calls, they handled everything over the phone so I didn’t need to wait with my vehicle. I drive an EV so I needed a flat bed truck which they proactively offered. The driver who called me to remote start my car was super friendly and I saw through the security camera he was extremely careful even when I wasn’t present. I won’t hesitate to use these guys again because they made a stressful situation as stress-free as they could.
No signatures are collected during a tow during an accident. Fee notifications are sent out post dated. Tow company expects a 16 year old driver to know what is going on when he was rear-ended? Cmon... do better. The girl on the phone seemed wildly under-trained. Didn't even know if signatures are collected during an accident, or if anything authorizing the tow fee and daily storage rates was given to the driver. Tried to make a payment (today, april 13th for posterity) and the girl would not accept payment from my wife (owner). Unfortunately, not an ideal outcome, but could be improved with more rigorous training (hence 2 stars). The last thing anyone wants to do after a crash is get given a bill and then not be able to stop the accumulation... do better. Train better.

I had a great experience with AMG Towing in Minneapolis! My car broke down right off highway 35W near downtown, and they got to me so fast — way quicker than I expected for that area. The driver was friendly, professional, and made sure my car was loaded safely. He even helped me figure out the closest shop to get it repaired. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, which is rare when you’re stuck on the side of the road. I’d definitely call them again if I ever need towing in Minneapolis or around 35W. Highly recommend!
Very fast & reliable. 10/10

If I could rate these people with no star, I would I called them because there is an unknown vehicle in my driveway blocking me from getting out of my garage. I called them and asked them if they could remove the vehicle. They said they cannot. I asked them to give me a phone number to somebody who could, and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. I would give this company zero stars never again.
Called for roadside assistance through safeco, my insurance company, after I had decided to play hooky from church and drive down a minimum maintenance road about a quarter mile off the highway to visit a local dam. It was an adventure. All was good until I couldn't get back when my tires kept spinning after we backed put. Eventually RJ found us waving him in, where he kindly drove us back to our stuck car. Very slippery and little room to turn around. Tow truck got stuck, then we got it unstuck. This happened about 4 times. Same with my car. RJ was really great, had a stellar attitude and was clear he wasn't going to leave us (even if he could). It was warm out so that made our struggle alot more bearable. He got his truck back to the main road, and we eventually were able to gun it the full length back, floating over the newly formed ruts from when the truck was stuck. Felt like we were racing to the finish line. Ha. I learned RJ has been on the job just a few months, and that this experience was his most frustrating challenge yet. I am embarrassed that I got myself into that predicament, but glad we could add to his arsenal of experience in case he finds himself in that situation again... but hopefully not because of me! RJ, you were freaking awesome and I thank you. -tiffany and chris with the Mitsubishi in the woods.
I had to get get a tow last week and my experience with these guys was amazing! They were friendly, got to me within 20 mins and helped calm me down when i was freaking out. Hope i wont have to call them again but definitely highly recommend to everyone i know.
Our tow truck driver JR, was the best. I had an issue with my Mini Cooper, on a Friday evening. I live 3.5 hours away from the dealership. JR took on this job and was to my house by 1030pm. He was knowledgeable and took great care with my Mini. I would highly recommend this tow truck company. Thanks for getting my car to the dealership, safely.
Very pleasant to work with. Quick response, fast pick up and drop off. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

This state trooper works with u should be summoned. Never gives warning. 2k dollars for 5 miles towing insane. It seems you give him a little coin . Stop overcharging ain't worth it,u will be happy but nature never leaves you. Just from Rest area to your place is 5 miles 2k. They didn't tow They drove the truck how can you disconnect a truck from trailer and u say u towed. I will sue you that's theft.
Outstanding service from the phone call to fast pick up during a stressful unknown for answers time. Thank you for your support
Great service twice in last month. Thank you for making our move easy!! Everyone was great to deal with from the office to the drivers.
Fast -friendly service ! The best towing place out there! I will definitely call them again first if I need a tow again ! Thank you for your service!!
Twin Cities Towing driver was helpful, careful, meticulous in caring for the vehicle, and answered all our questions.

Sal was friendly, helpful and prompt. Will definitely use again for any towing needs.
Great service. Sal was helpful and informative and got me back on the road.
My car died at church in Saint Paul and he hauled my car back home to Brooklyn Park. He quickly got my car home in about 2 hours from when I first called him.
Horrible customer service. Had to leave car with key in it to get picked up because we waited over 4 hours for the tow to arrive. Driver said no key was in the car when he arrived, said he looked "4 times" for key...company charged us anyway for no tow. We went back to look and key was sitting in plain view between 2 seats in cup holder. Liars and cheats! Manager argued with us and would not resolve. We are out the money and have to find some other reputable company to tow! Do not hire this company!!!!
It was great working with Sal. Friendly and kind. Arrived at the tow location within 20 minutes. Took photos and updated me via text every step of the way.

Gentleman I talked to was VERY polite, got here in under an hour, got my vehicle up and out in seconds, and again was VERY polite and professional. Ill absolutely use this company again and will spread the word
Damaged my car during a tow and left greasy handprints all over my tan interior components and won't take responsibility
this company was very helpful i needed my truck towed when no one else would help he did i will be back in the future
I read through reviews and gave Antonio a call and he quoted me a great price and stated he could have it done today. Simple, reliable, affordable, cordial. They will be my go to. Thank you
Helped me and my teens in a bad spot. Cared when others didn’t. Will definitely recommend!

Isaac, you are awesome! Thanks for getting me out of a tight situation, even when my car wouldn't go into neutral. He remained calm, said it won't be a problem. Got the car on the bed and was on our way to the repair shop. 5 stars! Would definitely recommend if your from the twin cities, these folks come through! Pricing was the cheapest I've ever paid for a tow! Wow.
I wish I would have known about this place sooner! I needed a jump during rush hour. By the time I called and the time it was jumped was less than an hour! They also had already verified my insurance reimbursement before he got there so it went smooth! I FINALLY have a tow company I trust!
Excellent service. Goes the extra mile. Knowledgeable and efficient.
Superb service! They offered me the best rates by 40% & their driver, Dino, was simply amazing. He kept me updated while I waited for his arrival and then went above and beyond to help me and make sure both me & my car made it where we needed to go safely. I was stressed and scarred when he arrived, it was my first accident, but he was able to talk me through it and ease my mind. And then took the extra time to make sure I had a way home from the shop after he dropped my car off. I could really tell he loves his job and cares about the people he helps. Thank you Just in Tymew!
I had an excellent experience with this tow truck service. They responded quickly to my call, arriving sooner than expected, which was a huge relief. The driver, Scott was very easy-going and professional, making the whole process stress-free. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Great customer service Scott – I highly recommend this service if you’re looking for fast, reliable, and professional help.

Found Lance through several recommendations on FB. He was able to schedule my tow, and pick up my truck within a couple hours, on a busy day. The tow truck driver could not have been more professional and helpful. Lance saved my day, I will definitely use them again. Five stars across the board from first interaction to last. He also was a great communicator when I was a few minutes late to meet the driver. Thanks again Lance, you run a great business.
Great service in a timely manner will recommend and use them again. Had my 89 mustang roller towed to my house from storage and driver dropped it off in to my garage so I didn’t have to push the car up my driveway. Thank you for your help and I’ll be using your service when needed in the future.
Lance personally scheduled to pick my car up today and tow it to the auto shop. He never showed up, called, or answered my messages! This caused me to lose my time slot at the shop and extend my car rental. This was very rude and unprofessional.
Absolutely the best around! I locked my keys in the trunk of my car and Lance saved the day!!! He was fast, professional and genius on getting them out since the only way to let the seats down in back is through the trunk on a Toyota!!! Thank you x1000!!!
Highly recommend! Lance is awesome! He handled and took great care of my car as if it was his own!! My car is lowered and is a pain to load. He took his time and again great care to insure nothing would get damaged. Great company and even better people! When the job was completed and I asked the cost he told me $120. All I had was 2 $100 bills. I asked if he had change and he did not at the time. He then responded $100 is fine. Humbled and shocked of his response! Needless to say he received a very nice tip!! Again great company and even better person! I will most definitely use this company in the future! Thanks Lance!!

Quick, fast & reliable. Called because my car broke down, driver Randy was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. Hopefully never have to call a towing company again, but if I do, I know who to call!
Great customer service, the staff is was a pleasure to work with. They towed my car swiftly on a Saturday and fixed it at low cost. The service is reliable, economical and quick.
Ball joint on my front tire broke off. I called 3 other places and they were all busy. These guys picked up after 1 ring, I gave them the details of the problem and they were able to send someone out immediately. Cost was $108 to move my car out of the road. A man with a flat bed came out and told me my options were limited with his truck (said my tire would most likely get torn off and my axel would tear up the road), but could call his buddy with the right truck for the job. Buddy comes out and they worked efficiently and professionally to get the job done. No additional cost for the second truck. Gave good advice and did a good job, would recommend.
Citywide is awesome! I and my family have been taking our vehicles here for a couple years now for all our service needs. The customer service is great and they strive to get the best possible price. I have always been treated fairly and respectfully. Turn around time is quick and if it will take longer that is fully communicated. I have and will always recommend Citywide to anyone who needs car repair they can depend on. Thank you everyone at Citywide for all your great work!
Monday April 27th 2020, I was in an accident and the very next day I had to come here to get stuff out of my car. The blonde lady at the desk was being very rude towards me an demanding me to go by myself in the back an have no help to carry anything out of my car. She had kept grinning an being smart towards me and was very frustrating. The prices of these people are outrageous an ridiculous, 400$ for them to tow my car just a few miles. They don’t even deserve the 1 star. Completely in awe with these people.

My wife and I had our daughter and 3 grand kids with us today. We where going on what I like to call a field trip. Hiking in the parks, unfortunately my car broke down. Our other daughter, boyfriend and their 2 kids we're not far behind. I called my road side assistant company and they dispatched a company to toe me home 45miles, I sat in my car for 5 hours, actually a bit longer . I called Freedom towing, he was just finishing up a job and said I'll be there in 7 minutes.. He was 2 minutes early. Hooked me up and towed me home. I didn't get to spend the day with my family as expected but because of Freedom at least I made it home, Thanks!
Definitely recommend freedom towing. The owner of this company is outstanding and very friendly and willing to work with you. Definitely recommend this company.

Steve offered the best tow service I’ve ever experienced. With broken lug nuts and a detached tire, he was able to tow it and release it on to a jack stand!! Let’s talk about amazing!! Thank you Steve!!
My truck down on my way to work and my long time friend works at shaws but was off today and told me to call his boss nick which i did and he was to my truck in record timing and towed it to my work. Nick gave me a great price for towing it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place over everywhere else!! Thanks again Nick for you fast help today!
Quick. in the neighborhood. Driver was easy to deal with. I'd call him again for the friendly service.
My tire blew near my boyfriend's in Northeast and called Shaw's Towing. Nick, the owner, was there in literally 10 minutes and was the greatest! My tire shop was closing at 6:30pm and it was 5:40pm, had me there in like 10 minutes!! I would definitely recommend him to anyone! He's definitely NOT the type to try to rip you off either - if you're choosing between companies definitely go with Shaw's! 👌
My car was in the middle of the road blocking traffic. I called and they answered the phone right away. Arrived very very quickly and the service was very professional.

Towed our work truck because a contractor from Valley Rich needed to dig a hole! Our contact info is on our front door of our business. Did not have permission from the landlord tow the vehicle. They allowed a complete stranger to authorize the tow. Damaged our vehicle.
Best towing service in town 🙌🏼, quick and reliable!
this place is so respectful and they were so fast getting my car and giving me good information. Thank you!
I broke down on hwy 65 and had my kids in the car! It was so scary. Blaine towing was able to come within 20 min. All the other companies I called told me an hour or more. Thank you for the fast and friendly service!
Blaine towing has been absolutely great service for me! I greatly appreciate you all for generous, professionalism customer service with providing towing services within a timely matter that worked with my schedule! Highly recommend Blaine towing!

First time here and truly loved it. They are so nice and helpful. We need help last minute and they were willing to do it! Definitely recommend them if you are in a bind!
Best tow service in Minneapolis! Jerry came through in a pinch! I called Jerry at 5 am and he went above and beyond to help me and my family get a fast tow. We had to leave the car on the road and get to the airport in order to not miss our flight, but Jerry was in constant contact with me about the status of the tow up until we were boarding. He helped put us all at ease before we traveled across the country and made sure the car got to safe spot. Highly recommend! Stellar service and fair prices. Thank you Jerry!
Jerry came to my rescue when I hit some glare ice and went straight into a tree! He helped me out in every way he could! Great guy couldn't have asked for a better rescue!
Fantastic service. Peter was extremely efficient, professional, and helpful. I would not use any other towing service. Peter treated my car with care and handled it as if it was his own. If you need a tow, this is the place to call.
BEWARE these guys are dishonest crooks who will rip you off. My car was broken into, theft attempt which made it undriveable. Called Jerry's to tow it to repair shop and they brought it to their lot saying they would take care of insurance and that would work out better for me that way in case repair shop couldnt fix immediately. The next day, Jerry's demanded cash in the amount of $656 before they would release my car. They charged me $300 for a 2 mile tow to their lot and $356 for keeping it overnight. I feel they ripped me off and are dishonest. If they talk about insurance please know they don't intend to do anything but extort cash from you, and alot of it

Awful experience. Charged twice as much as others in the area. When I told them this they said "Yeah, we are pretty high." I was shocked and upset by the amount and absolutley nothing was offered aside from an insincere apology. This tow company doesn't care about customer service even if you are the one hiring and paying them. Just another careless predatory company. Shop elsewhere.
Charged 2k when they agreed for 1250 plus taxes over the phone. Explore your options.
It is easier to get into an airport than it is to get these guys to let you into your totaled car to grab valuables. Apparently it’s for theft prevention. They just leave it sitting unlocked anyways. I don’t get it.
I highly recommend Twin City Transport &Recovery, very professional and arrived in short order with a Rotator truck yesterday.
Absolutely great service and a pleasure to work with! Thank you.

These guys are the best in town! Called a few places first and then got these guys. From Rich in the office that was extremely profession on the phone he took the time to give me an estimate based on exactly what I needed! To Andrea that took my information to finalize the order who was friendly and also professional! And last but not least Dan the crane operator was supper nice! Friendly! And professional! They had a lower minimum and the best attitude you cant go wrong with these guys!! One off the company's I called was rocket and they guys where everything but professional and they qouted my more then 4 times the amount!
Always a lifting experience working with these guys!!! Every one of their operator's are top notch and very smooth at running cranes also safety minded 👌 if you're looking to hire a crane company look no further
Just wanted to give them credit for their very discourteous driving,

Even though it was rush hour, this towing service responded to me quickly when my car broke down. They kept me informed the whole time and made sure I was okay with waiting on the side of the road.
During a storm, my car broke down. I called this towing firm, and they still came on time, even though it was bad weather. That's commitment.
My car got towed after an accident. They stored it overnight and helped coordinate with the insurance adjuster. Made a bad day a little easier.
Called for a tow after my car overheated. The truck came faster than I expected, and the driver explained what might be wrong. Super knowledgeable and friendly. They made a bad day a little better.
I contacted for roadside service when my battery kept dying, thinking it would take a long time. They came swiftly, figured out what was wrong, and offered to take me to my mechanic. Prices that are fair and good customer service all around.

Seriously awesome. Waited over 3 1/2 hours for AAA and Larry saved me within 23 minutes...at 1am!!! Thank you is not enough. Muah!
Cold out! Dark. We had a blowout on Hwy 94. Larry the driver kept in contact throughout. Picked up and delivered our vehicle to the dealer. GREAT service. Will use again.
Larry came to fix my mom's flat tire....had it done in 10 minutes and made sure we stayed warm and safe in this cold. He was dispatched through Farmers Roadside and u would personally call him when in need. Thank you for your kindness!!!!
Larry is THE MAN. He came to save me on his DAY OFF last summer. He helped me hook up and bring home my 1969 Buick Skylark for a second shot on life. It had been parked for at least 20 years. He came to help as soon as we called and was an absolute expert from start to finish. An all around good dude and so nice about everything. And no Larry. It's still not for sale. Thank you for helping make this happen!
Larry runs a top-notch towing business. He and his wife Camile answer the phone 24/7 and are always ready to help. With his fast friendly service, late model F550 flatbeds, and decades of experience, there's nobody better to handle your tow.

Dave’s company is the best!
Hauled a bobcat for me to Wisconsin. Driver on time, professional, and friendly. Definitely will use them again.
Dave and his team at Reliable Recovery had to lift my Honda CRV off of another car. I was involved in an accident where another driver hit me as I was traveling on 169 south my car became air born and landed on a light post and another vehicle. Dave was also very helpful and so easy to talk to as my daughter traveled to New Prague to gather our belongings and take pictures. Thank you Dave!!!!
An outstanding company that was fair and kind during a difficult time after my 16 year old daughter was in a MVA- “Top-Notch” people!

The tow driver broke the key in my son’s car when he was in the process of getting it on the truck bed. It was literally stuck and repair shop stated that is how they got the car from the tow shop. So either the shop lied or the tow driver and the company never disclosed this to us or admitted to it! They are not accredited on the BBB So this is our review of them. Shady company with plenty of other tow companies to choose from!
Backed into a snow drift instead of down the driveway today. Suburban Towing saved the day - promptly arrived to pick me up and take me to my stuck vehicle. They went "above and beyond" to make sure my car was back on the road within about an hour of my call. I hope not to NEED their services anytime soon, but if I do, I'll definitely call them again. Highly recommend.
These guys are the best towing service anyone can ask for. They went above and beyond to help me in a very bad situation. They could have said no more than once just trying to get my car on to and off the flatbed. Much thanks to Jesse for all the hard work he did helping me out.
I had an excellent experience with Suburban Towing. Mike & Jessie were very professional, timely and did a great job with our trailer. We had them tow a 32' trailer in some very tight quarters and their skills are second to none. Highly recommend and I'll be back!
My car broke down and almost caught on fire. I called suburban towing, and the driver Jesse made it to me in a very quick time, considering I was in Eagan. Jesse calmed me down and towed my car and was nice enough to give me a ride to the junk yard with my car. I was very happy with my service with them!

I drove from Cottage Grove to Red Wing for a dental appointment on Tuesday Nov 19. During the trip I picked up a piece of metal in my tire, which started a fast leak. I stopped in Hastings and Red Wing to fill the tire with air. I pulled into Siewerts Garage to see if they could help me. They drove me to my appointment on time and fixed the tire and got me back on the road shortly after my appointment. They were a blessing that day! Thanks so much!
Don't let the Stewart's (NOT AAA) dispatch fool you- the driver who helped me was positive, timely, polite, and efficient- even at the bitter end of a long MN winter event. I had a horrible feeling from the dispatcher (she was extremely rude, short and cut me off multiple times), but the driver truly redeemed my experience. He was able to recommend a few different options and helped me choose the best for my situation. Ignore the phone call and it would be a five star experience! In reply- the call was through Triple AAA originally, but I did call Siewarts directly for an update after a three hour delay (snow storm, so I get the delay but not the horrible exchange from your dispatch). So, I am honestly relaying Stewart's service, not AAA. But I appreciate knowing you've responded so that now you may address your staff!
Jody was on scene to help us. It was a nightmare of a case too, a truck and camper half in a driveway on super busy road. Very dangerous. Can't say enough about Jody, he was patient but he was also controlled and calm. It was stressful and difficult but he kept a cool head. He also gave up his water to our kids, and it was hot out. That was supposed to be his for the day, but he happily sacrificed for our two boys. Then, to top it off the owners graciously allowed our camper in the lot to be stored safely - for free. Hard to come across service like this now days. I would give them a 100 star rating if I could. God bless Jody, and the owners.
I needed a tow of a vehicle that had a broken tie rod. I called Siewert's and Angel answered. She was very friendly and professional, and answered all my questions. Even though they are based out of Red Wing, they had a truck in Prescott, and they were out to me with a flat bed in less than a half hour. Cody was the truck driver, and he was also friendly and professional. He had my vehicle loaded and unloaded very quickly, and was able to place it exactly where I needed it. Their customer service is top notch, and they were very easy for me to work with.
Great personnel, knowledgeable, and fast service. They got a truck to me within 10 minutes after my accident, AAA certified. I Wouldn’t use any other tow service a+ guys keep up the good work

Ron was a really nice guy. Picked up me and my girlfriend from West Union to St. Paul. Late night tows are never fun but he didn't complain. Thanks again guys
Honestly, it's not necessarily the service, they handled everything great, just uh, had my vehicle towed from a lot that was getting plowed. My vehicle remained, due to the apartment management not notifying all residents. I was staying overnight at a friend's and was just a victim of circumstance.
Pleasant professional driver and quick service! Matt is a asset to the company. I’d use Statewide again just because his service was so good. Thanks for the great service!
These guys are top notch! Best service in town! Highly recommend!
I do not recommend this towing service company today I gave the driver my business card information to pay for the fee to take my truck to the shop he wrote down the numbers on my car later on the bank calls me from fraud protection saying that there was this more purchases made on my business account that I have not made or approved the only people that had seen my card information were this people. PLEASE BE AWARE

On 7/13/24, the alternator went on my car. Williams was my first call and Craig called me to give me an ETA. He showed up and was beyond helpful and actually cared. Highly recommended by me if you need a tow.
Just the circumstances made it icky. The lady was nice. Offered discount on cash payment. That was nice. Although they did leave the passangers fron window all the way down.
They don’t have change, terrible customer service. They dug through my truck with no reason to. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Stay away from this company. Will cost ypu significantly and very troublesome service. Would Never Use Again Horrible place. Worse people.
Thank you so much you are life savers! Your driver is amazing he needs a raise. He is also hilarious to joke with. Keep up the great work others would have cost more especially my AAA. I was given their number in a Kwik Trip parking lot. If the woman who gave me William’s number thank you so much you are a blessing from heaven. There are still lovely people on this planet. If I could give them more stars I would. I recommend this company always.

I had a great experience with this company. I had never used them until I needed a tow today. The drivers were professional and very nice. Much better than Fiest that’s for sure. Amazing job guys and I will definitely be recommending you to my peers
After hitting a gi-normous pothole, they did a good job getting our specialty car off the side of the interstate and to the destination. Tow guy was very personable. Only problem was...destination was less the 1 mile away and our tow bill was $500!!!
This place was pretty great. Locked my keys in my car and they showed up at 8am to pop the lock for me. Good price too. Highly recommended.
Very reliable at affordable price. My Car broke down at 3 am in the midst of snow, I was looking for the towing service and these guys were the one who answered and were on time for the rescue unlike others who left us hanging. Definitely recommend everyone to go with Minneapolis towing service. They were very friendly and made my family feel safe.
Great service! They helped me during a recent tow and their quick response and friendly service were excellent which made my stressful situation much easier to handle. I highly recommend them!

Steve from Frankie's Towing helped us out today. From dispatch to Steve saving the day for us, it was a fantastic experience. Super fast arrival and kind service. If you need help from a tow company, I recommend Frankie's. Thank you, Steve!
Jeff the driver was absolutely amazing! He came within 30 minutes of me calling for a tow!! He was extremely safe and careful no t to damage my truck or driveway! WILL JEFFINITELY USE HIS AMAZING SERVICES AGAIN🫡🙏
Phenomenal tool box movers!!!! Just had the most wonderful experience using Frankie’s Towing for the first time. I am a master certified out technician of 19 years and have had my tool box moved numerous times over the years . This hands down was the best experience ever and the most secure move of my toolbox / my livelihood ever in my career. would highly recommend for any Towing wrecking services
I was called last night by my 72 and 73 year old parents. They had gone to visit my aunt and uncle at their apartment building. Frankie's decided to steal my parents car and hold it for ransom overnight. The medicines in the car, the temporary handicap placard from a recent hip replacement, the food items in the car, all were held for ransom, too. A phone call to the company to get the important stuff out, and we were told to call the police. The police called it a civil matter, even though Frankie's had stolen the car. So being told to call the police meant that they knew that part of the scheme and didn't want to face their guilt. Then, they demanded a cash payment for the ransom. I wonder how many cash kickbacks go to others in their scheme? That theft left my parents stranded. Morally repugnant, a disgusting way to do business.

Kris and Ryan made sure I was secure in the process of my vehicle gets towed.. they made sure I no worries than what I already had.. they were professional smart and very Quick.. keep up the amazing work.. thank you
After a car accident I needed a tow and they were very calm patient and understanding.
Called and was told that the tow truck would be here in 20-25 minutes. Called back spoke to some lady and she was so incredibly rude and nasty when I asked for a refund. Unreliable and unprofessional.
Helped me get my trailer out of a ditch. Very professional
They were able to come shortly after I called. The driver was very pleasant.
