My 2019 540i had some engine issues but was able to drive, decided it was better to tow it seeing as it was an hour drive to the dealership, and they were able to accommodate me very easily in order to be able to take my car while I was away from home, will definitely choose them if I have any future towing needs!
GREAT experience with this company! My car decided to have issues on my trip from Cape Coral to Sun City. Called Damas and they were super reasonable and showed up within 10 minutes of my call! 🎉 The driver was professional and loaded up my vehicle quickly onto their flatbed and was on his way to Cape Coral within 5 minutes while I waited for my sister to pick me up to continue on to Sun City. Leo is the kind of person you'd be lucky to call a friend. Truly a lifesaver. I had a mechanical failure on I-95 on a complicated day in bad weather, and after contacting him, he offered assistance in less time than promised and with great care and professionalism. The price was more than fair. Excellent customer service. I definitely recommend him.

Called for a tow after my car broke down on the interstate. Talked with Louis where I was immediately met with his friendly demeanor and empathy regarding the stressful situation I was in. After retrieving my vehicle, he even took the time to look at the engine with me to help identify any problems he saw and recommended what to have the mechanic focus on. Throughout my entire interaction with him from call to tow was nothing but a positive experience and reassured me that everything was going to be okay. Highly recommend.

I called early in the morning and they arrived in 30 minutes. Scooped up my car and brought it to the shop. Having a car towed is never a good time or a happy experience, at least they were quick. The only way it would have been better is if they were waiting for me when my car stopped and not charge me, which both are impossible.

The tire shop I was supposed to drop my car off was unable to do tires so he was accommodating and brought me to another tire shop. We’d give Joe and his team 6 stars if we could. We are fortunate that when we had a breakdown - first time ever - Joe responded to our roadside assistance need. On July 16 I had a vintage Porsche towed about 8 miles to my house. The driver was so good, on time, took special care, and pushed it into my garage, since ot didn't run. I highly recommend this company. Very reasonable price and so happy with the service. I wish I knew the drivers name, but thank you!!!

We set up an appointment for the next day to have our vehicle towed for service. The driver was very punctual and professional. He was very nice and took great care of my vehicle (which has a special meaning to me and my family) we would definitely recommend this company and use them again.
Over all experience was above and beyond my expectations. The driver showed up on time as we scheduled, picked and pulled my truck with no problems, and even texted an image of the space where my truck was dropped. We were heading south on 75 for our family vacation to Marathon. Our boat trailer tire blew out and although we had towing and it was covered through our insurance, they took 45 mins to let us know they couldn’t find someone to help. I did a quick google search of a towing company near me (we needed to be pulled out of the soft shoulder the tire had sunken into) before the tire could be changed and found Acme Towing. I called, and they were helpful from the start! After pulling us out of being stuck on the side of the interstate they changed our tire, using our spare. They then followed us 8 miles to the nearest place we could buy NEW trailer tires (we didn’t want to risk driving the rest of the trip on our spare), waited while we purchased the new ones, then changed out both. We now have piece of mind for the rest of our ride and know us and our 5 children who are with us will make it safe. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Acme is an outstanding tow service, I can’t recommend them more. I called last minute with an urgent need, as I’m sure most do. But they didn’t flinch, they took the info and kicked into gear like superheroes! Don’t waste your time calling anyone else for your towing needs, Acme is the best, without a doubt!!!
Steve @ Acme Towing took care of a special vehicle that was pretty low. They have to tools to transport vehicles with low ride height, which is awesome to have. Skillful driver, he could thread a needle with that truck. Very happy with the service. You will be too, if you use them.

Carlos was the guy that came he was amazing, saved me money because I had a blowout instead of putting the donut on he was able to plug the tire so I didn’t need to buy a new tire. Before I reached the company I was sent back and forth to different people and couldn’t reach anyone for about an hour. Finally spoke to someone they were very helpful and eager to help. Miami Rescue Towing was fantastic to deal with. They were prompt and professional and even sent me a video of my car being delivered. And for me as a non Spanish speaker it was nice to be able to clearly communicate with the person who answered the phone and the driver. I can’t say enough good things about Duke. My car wouldn’t start and was in a secured parking garage. I never knew how difficult a situation that is or how much time it takes to prove the vehicle is legitimately being removed. Duke was patient, and made sure EVERYTHING was taken care of. Danny was SO kind and prompt to my rescue. My car just quit right between two exits just after the airport, and from the time I called to him arriving wasn’t 15 minutes. Had recommendations for reputable mechanics at the ready and genuinely interested in helping. As a female driving alone, I never felt unsafe or Treated like I was naive. Friday afternoon in the middle of our day in the sweltering heat, the car breaks down. I called several towing companies in the area. Trident seemed to be not too far away. They had the fastest time and quoted on the spot. We were picked up within 30 minutes and no problem giving us a ride as well. The cost was actually less than quoted (I have never experienced that!) Very personable, professional and friendly. The number is saved in my phone!
I contacted Tesla for a tow and was told someone would be there in 150 minutes. Trident called me 30 minutes later to tell me the truck was on its way. Mike was great. There were some problems with the way my car is configured that weren’t the same as others they have dealt with. He stayed calm and we worked through it together to get the car ready to tow. It was actually a great problem solving experience. I hope I don’t need a tow again but if I do you can bet I’m calling Trident.
Mike was communicative from the moment he was contracted by Tesla to come to our rescue due to a flat tire. He even helped arrange a loaner wheel, so we could still have the use of our car until the service center opened again on Monday. 100% recommend!

The fastest towing service I've ever used. Got to me in under an hour on a Saturday. He was very efficient and knowledgeable about the job. Absolutely would use them again if I ever need a tow.

Ernesto is a lifesaver. After seeing that my roadside assistance had over an hour wait — I reached out to Ernesto. He arrived in under 10 minutes. He took care of everything, quickly and efficiently! He was courteous enough to check out my car battery and was patient dropping my car off in a very tight parking spot. 10/10, highly recommend. I will be calling Ernesto everytime I need a tow!

My starter went out and I was stuck, but JR Towing came through fast! The driver was super friendly, handled everything smoothly, and got my car where it needed to go. Definitely recommend these guys!
JR towing is my top preferred company I like to use. I got a way better price with JR towing compared to the other towing companies. Julio, the owner had super good service, very personable and friendly. Julio is really good and better prices than the other companies. Use JR, you will be happy! My tire was flat last night, I have Lexus road side assistant they made me wait almost 4 hours before telling me that they couldn’t find a provider to come then said to find a local private towing company. After waiting nearly 4 hours, I called multiple private companies around the area in Tampa, some said they couldn’t come and some said there’s at least 1-2 hours wait. After waiting for so long already, I didn’t have any more patience to wait any longer. I called TBB towing (he was recommended to me from another towing provider), he came within a few minutes to help me. I was so exhausted and overwhelmed after being there for so many hours with my kid. Thank you for coming so fast to help me, and thank you for providing an excellent quality service.

UPDATE-- this is my second time using TBB and I still highly recommend them. Excellent customer service and very reasonable pricing. They bent over backward to help me today and I will never use another towing company again. Highly recommend TBB. Yonis kept me updated and showed up on time. I found him on Google and called for a quote after AAA gave me the runaround, couldn't find anyone to tow my minibus, and finally, simply hung up on me. Yonis, on the other hand, is professional and friendly, and quoted a very reasonable price to tow my vehicle. I'm beyond satisfied with my experience and have added TBB to my contact for future use and referrals.

I had a tricky tow and Yonis was great from start to finish. Good communication, friendly, creative in getting my fully locked up golf cart on and off the tow bed. He also tried to help troubleshoot it first to get it working. Price was reasonable.

I have seen these guys orchestrate a few jobs that left me astounded! They have righted tipped over rigs, disentangled vehicles from wreckage and all while being SAFE and professional. When you are experiencing an emergency, I will tell you that you can trust Baker’s towing with your belongings and care. Tim has always made sure that when we call we get the best service and professionalism through many many years of service to the Naples and surrounding areas. Baker’s is the only name I think of when I think towing and wrecker service. Did I mention that he keeps his pricing fair and will do everything that he can if a tow is avoidable and safe.

From the moment I called, Anneke was SO helpful and kind. I had just had an accident and needed my car towed and she made me feel so much better and told me she had the perfect person to pick my car up. She sent me Jason to tow my car. I can’t say enough good things about him. I was so sad about my car and not only did he pick up and drop off my car super easily, but he truly helped pick ME up after an awful day. His kindness and help made this experience 10x better. Bakers is so lucky to have these amazing people! And I was so happy I went with this towing company!!!
