When I called for my vehicle to get towed Luis kept me updated on his eta and he came quick and loaded up my vehicle pretty fast and got it where I needed it to be !
when i called, he answered, ready to help. he asked me where i was and where i needed to go, and gave me a quote in under 5 minutes. after considering my options, i called him back and he told me he’d be there in 30 minutes. he got there in about 10 minutes less. he was nice and efficient.
Louis was phenomenal. He arrived earlier than quoted and got me to where I needed to be very quickly. He was kind, courteous and professional. I definitely recommend his towing service and will use him again for my towing needs.

We definitely recommend this company where they're outstanding service. It was after 6 pm. I googled tow companies in the area of tampa close to the stadium. My friend was stuck on a curb in a Plaza. I spoke with Duke who was awesome. Him & his driver came to assist & towed the car all the way to New Port Richie. His rate was super reasonable. I gave him an extra tip.

We recently had the unfortunate experience of needing our brand-new FR3 towed due to a mechanical failure, but JB Xtreme Towing made a tough situation so much easier. John Jr. and John Sr. showed incredible kindness, expertise, and dedication, working tirelessly to get our RV safely to its destination. They went above and beyond, demonstrating a level of hard work that’s hard to come by. Their commitment to completing the job to the best of their ability was truly impressive. Julio was incredible! While clearing an overgrown back yard our bobcat fell part of the way into an old abandoned septic tank that no one knew was there. Julio arrived but his tow truck could only fit half way into our yard. Many people would have given up and said “Call someone else.” But Julio did not give up!!! Julio had a professional but friendly personality and a sense of humor which calmed our strained nerves. He went to work, trying different angles and creative ideas. We were slowly starting to give up hope when he somehow managed to get the bobcat upright with a super human combination of chains and attachments! We do not know what we would have done if Julio had not been there today. Not many people these days stick with a problem that it so difficult. We are grateful to everyone at Xtreme towing - everyone we dealt with was super professional, fast acting, and communicated quickly. But Julio was a life saver today!!! I hope we don’t need them again but if we do - we will call them immediately.
Absolutely recommend! I called and spoke to Katie, she was able to help me navigate through the whole process of picking my package (40 ft container) up from the sea port. I had no experience in importing, or even what kind of trucking services I needed. I’m so glad I called Katie. Katie was able to navigate through the process of pick up at the port, she knew what kind of equipment was needed and even helped me with getting the package opened and my food trailer to a local mechanic shop to install the axels and wheels so I could just hook up to my truck up to it and bring it home. Katie is really knowledgeable in the industry and had all the equipment that was necessary for moving a package this big. We really appreciate all the help, I don’t know what I would have done without her in my situation. Definitely recommend this company to anyone needing anything hauled.

Outstanding service!! This morning, my husband’s truck was not starting. I contacted GEICO and they dispatched Action Towing to my home. Chris not only found the problem, which was the battery, but he also took the time to test it for me and replace it with a brand new one. He was completely honest and was genuinely trying to help as much as he could. The price for the battery was affordable and being able to have it right when I needed it was so convenient. They have very bad drivers, who don't respect other vehicles. One of them, near the airport, threw himself in front of me and then laughed. I hope he's fired. This happened around 3 p.m. on July 22. He shows very little professionalism on behalf of his company.

Truck died. Called our insurance company. Tampa Tow Bros was the company who got the service ticket. Was told it would be there in 33 minutes. An hour later, it said 32 minutes. Husband calls the company. The guy who answers told him "oh yeah. I don't have anyone, so we're not coming. I tried calling you insurance company, but they didn't answer. If you could call them, that would be great." Um, no. That's not how it works. We had to cancel it and start the whole process over.

Got off work at 2am and my car wouldn’t start . I figured the battery was dead and it just needed a jump. Called them and they were there in 15 minutes! I was surprised because I called other “24 hr” services with no reply . They came jumped my car, inspected the battery, starter and alternator. Turns out the battery was old and needs to be replaced. Had to get my son‘s car towed because of an accident and had Dante towing came to get my car. Dante Was extremely professional and courteous, and very thorough on getting the car hooked up for towing. Dante was on time and I will be using them again in the future if I ever need them!

I definitely would not recommend this place. I had to pay first before I could see my vehicle which they knew they damaged and it had a flat front driver side tire. The lady in the office called the owner he didn't respond. I went to view the truck then walk back to the office the lady had locked the door and refused to open it I knocked, I called, and got nothing. Finally after reaching the owner a week later to no avail he denied any wrongdoing. He interrupted me every time I tried to speak to him would not let me get a word in edgewise. Once I realize level of intelligence I was dealing with I just ended the conversation and filed a lien. Avoid this place at all cost

Loved, loved, loved them! I have waited 3 hours for a tow truck before-when I am told an hour. Many times, the smaller companies don't even answer the phone or give you updates on where they are. The company I give 3 stars. They towed my car as the request of an apartment complex even though I was not in a reserved spot and had only been there a few hours to baby sit. However, they did have someone come out and meet me at 11pm so I could get my car back immediately. On the other hand the cost was $470 which is insane, $250 just to get my car released to me. That's an insane price to pay when my car has been impounded less than 5 hours. Though I do want to commend Henry, the driver who came out to let me get my car back was amazing, he showed me an adorable picture of his dog as a candy corn and really calmed me down and made an extremely unpleasant situation much more tolerable. I would call Henry to tow my car any day, he deserves a raise and his dog deserves a treat! Thank you again Henry - Megan
OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!! The lady answered the phone right away and talked me through everything while also calming me down. Helped me figure out the best way to go about getting towed and what to expect. They came WAY faster than expected and the man that did the job called me and let me know everything going on. If you ever have an issue… call Will. He will show up and help you out. I generally don’t give out compliments but he made my horrible day not so bad. He diagnosed, escorted me and my father, and overall was just an amazing person. There’s “tow truck drivers” and then there’s a great person who genuinely wants to help you. Idk about yall but I’m going with the second. Will.. you helped me make a shitty day into a good one 🤘 thank you brother

In a day and age where customer service has dwindled, this company and specifically, the driver who took care of us, demonstrated exactly what it means to take care of its customers. Our vehicle needed a tow which was already a stressful situation for a family of five but the driver (forgot to get his name) came through with an uplifting attitude and took amazing care of us. Thank you for taking care of our family vehicle in a fast, professional and reassuring way! My biggest regret is not getting the drivers name so I could give him the proper shout out he deserves!
The team was in communication from start to finish. They let me know there was going to be a delay and reassured me that they would be with me as soon as possible. Once they got there they were able get my spare down even with my busted up rods and changed my tire. Took no time at all. Even marked the whole to make it easy to find and patch. Sergios was great! my minivan got stuck in a turnaround. They had a truck out to me in 20 min took a little while to get it out if the driver hadn't knew what he was doing the van would of flipped. He got it out with very little room to maneuver on a single lane road no damage to my car, checked under my car to make sure I had no leaks or damage under the van I highly recommend this company!

Our driver Brandon H was excellent throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable with the process. The office staff was also very professional and helpful.
Needing a tow is never fun but they made it a pretty good overall experience. They shouldnt even give out time estimates because the quote they gave us and the time they actually showed up was a 24 hour difference. Luckily for us we had all the time in the world for this job. They price was right and the driver was professional, they even made it easy to pay.
Great experience overall, and would recommend them again. Towed my pickup truck off of the fast lane shoulder on I-75 within an hour of my call. Operator and dispatcher did a great job, very friendly and complimented the rare plants I have at my house by name haha. Only issues I had were technical difficulties with their website when trying to place my pickup location, and the payment system being a little finicky. Would definitely use them again if needed.

I drive a moped so towing is always a pain, but Don helped this process be a breeze! He was prompt and only took 30 mins from request to arrival. The entire experience he had a good attitude and friendly personality. Found the parking lot even though I put the address in wrong, and safely locked down my moped in an extremely experienced and efficient way. On the drive there I followed him in a friends car and he drove super safe and always got in the correct lane in advance. Compared to other towing experiences Don and the entirety of Safely Towing excels.
A year ago, my car was towed from the parking lot in the plaza next to La Segunda on Kennedy on a Sunday. I didn't see the sign indicating "No Parking". That's on me...however, in the course of towing my car to their "lot" in East Tampa, they damaged my left rear tire, wearing off 8" of tread and ruining the tire. I noticed the problem as my tire went flat on my drive home. When I contacted them regarding this, the woman in their office said the owner would call me. Without a reply, I called back several hours later and went voicemail. So I called back a bit later...same thing. This was a bit odd as they always answered promptly before. The next morning I called on my girlfriend's phone and got right through. When I explained who I was, the woman hung right up. I called back and went into voicemail. It's obvious that my calls were being screened and these people have no intention of facing their responsibility for ruining my tire...so not only am I out $200 for the tow and Uber, but I had to replace the tire. This is an unethical and predatory business. Nothing in my experience shows that they are worthy of even one star...if I could give them zero stars, I would! UPDATE: Their response saying they took care of this a year ago is a total lie. They ignored my initial call and then blocked me. At no point was I ever rude or impolite. These guys still haven't learned how to run an honest business...as can be seen by the lie in their response.
Prompt, fair pricing and safe. My car was on the 9th floor of a parking garage with some tight turns… driver did an outstanding job and was very friendly .
I would definitely recommend safely towing. We had a very scary situation with our car stopping out of no where in the middle of I4 late at night. The communication was fast and easy also friendly and understanding. Even though it was late our car was picked up and safely and towed over 70 miles! The tow truck driver positioned the car just like I asked and it was overall a very good experience. I even accidentally paid a very high tip and they had no problem refunding that to me.
Great help when i was in a jam. Response time was very quick. Communication from the tow truck driver Don was great letting me know what was going on with updates till he arrived. As well as recommendations on what to do with the vehicle with my dealership being closed on that day. Huge help Don top notch service!

This is the BEST towing company around!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! When I called, right away Monique was awesome! She was super sweet and friendly! FAST, GREAT PRICE and Monique made it so EASY! A professional company that cares and takes care of you! A fantastic experience when I truly needed their help! I had a flat tire at night and in the dark and the lock lug nut key wasn't in my car (Tire Kingdom had kept it from the day before when they rotated my tires) so guess what - I had to be towed. Called AAA who said 4-5hr wait and this flat occurred on busy I-275! Soooooo remembered Tommy's Towing which I had used in the past and they came through AMAZING as always and were a lifesaver! I recently had an accident in the early hours of the morning and found myself stranded. I am not from Florida and have no family here, so the situation was not looking good at all. After trying several companies that all said they were open but did not answer, I called Ajaks and he answered immediately, which is incredible because it was an ungodly hour. The owner was incredibly transparent and professional, immediately texting me asking for my location. To my amazement he was there to help me in 14 minutes. It blew me away, I usually wait hours. I have had to deal with many different towing companies but I have never experienced service that is as exceptional as Ajaks offers. Armando was of the highest quality imaginable. Stranded on the highway for over 3 hours, I had an issue with another provider that kept delaying me. I was rerouted to Action Towing and within 20 minutes Armando was there at 4 A.M. Highly recommend. Top of the line service.

Extremely fast and quality service! Called in for a flat tire through my insurance who gave me an eta of 50+ minutes. Within 20 minutes of my request James from Action Towing was at my location and replacing my tire. I’m so used to waiting 2+ hours for a tow truck driver to even show up and once they do it’s usually a whole long process… Not with James though, he was very professional, meticulous and knowledgeable person! Very easy to talk to and just an all around great person to help you out when you’re quite literally stuck. During evacuation from hurricane Milton, we blew out a tire and had no spare. We got Professional Towing to help us. They came within 30 minutes of calling them. The truck driver that came was Louis and he did a fantastic job. He treated our car like it was his own. We had to take the car back to our house. We have a pavered driveway and Louis told us that if he drove the truck on the pavers it would break some. He found a way to get the car off of the truck without damaging anything. I can't say enough good things about Louis. We were very fortunate that he was there to help us.
My son and I was stranded at 2am, Professional Towing price was a lot cheaper than other companies and the estimated time of arrival was an hour but the tow truck reached us in 30 minutes. I will definitely use their services again!
This is a great company that hires Great coworkers, I was stuck in the high way and had AAA contact the tow company to help me and it was Professional Towing, from the beginning The Driver Louis contact me to be able to located me always talk with Professionalism, He arrived quick and got the car hooked qick and with care not a scratch on my car, he took me all the way to my house great conversation all the way then dropped the car and even help me pushed the car to my garage, he is the Type of Person you want to be there when you need it thanks again Louis.
Nahshon picked up our Class C motor home and took it to a dealership for repairs. He was very careful with our rig and took the time to ensure everything was hooked up properly. He was also very cautious during the long drive to the dealership, making sure he swerved around low hanging branches and took bumps as slow as possible.

Had my car towed without my consent in the a.m. hours. Car is in my name- title, registration etc. My family member called our childhood friend who works for this company and had him tow my car without my knowledge. I called and spoke to Mark who said they do not "repossess" cars. Employee signed a document stating he made $200 for the repossession. This was a family matter, however, towing employee should have verified or not gotten involved. No action from the company for me other than they were going to speak to the employee. They do favors for family members to help out however verification was not presented or ok'd by me the car owner to take the vehicle from my residence.
Anthony truck number 303 was great and amazing. He helped me out as best as he could and make sure I got to my destination safe! Would def recommend him again.

They were there five minutes before the time they said they would be, called me before he got there too! Highly highly recommend Gerry, says his name on the truck. Responded to our emergency on the 275 bridge within 30 minutes. Gave two passengers a ride to the tow yard and then dropped them off at Walmart.
I called 10 different "24 hour" tow companies at 4:00 am and they all NEVER picked up their phones... probably were still sleeping. Fortunately I was able to call Sunstate Wrecker & Haul and Billy picked up the phone. He let me know that his driver would be out later. JD from B & D towing arrived and he was/is professional, friendly, personable, and competent! Just an outstanding individual. Highly Recommended!!!! Ask fo JD if possible!!!!!

Very happy with their service! We called on a holiday and had a driver at location within 10 minutes. We also called several companies in area and all of them exceeded the price we got from TIA. SCAM!! This company is a scam. They took $180 for a service charge to help tow my car and it’s been 2 hours and no one showed up and no answered the phone. Called from three different numbers. How can you take someone’s money and not deliver a service. CALLING THE COPS TO show up to their location
