Luis was such a pleasure to be assisted by. He was able to take my call on a late Sunday afternoon, and help me get my car to my trusted mechanic. He was very kind and took extra care of my vehicle. His communication skills were perfect. I would highly recommend the service, you won’t be disappointed!
Louis was very professional and quick to come and tow my car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was an excellent driver and I would definitely recommend him to anyone. He should get a bonus or raise!!
Louis was phenomenal. He arrived earlier than quoted and got me to where I needed to be very quickly. He was kind, courteous and professional. I definitely recommend his towing service and will use him again for my towing needs.
Louis was very willing to help us on a late Thursday night! Gave us suggestions on how to handle the situation and was friendly. Thanks for picking us up from the side of the road!! Totally recommend his services if you’re ever in a tough situation. :)
I cannot begin to say enough fabulous things about Louis and his company. I live in Pinellas and was visiting a friend in Seminole Heights. It was dark when I left and I unknowingly drove over a low tree stump, which resulted in my transition fluid pouring out. I ended up stuck in the middle of a residential street with my gear shifter stuck, unable to move my car any further. Louis came to my rescue within about 15 minutes, was comforting and professional, and even sent me pictures of my car at the dealership in Clearwater to show he dropped it off. He’s a consummate professional and was pretty much my Christmas miracle 🌟

Jovany was wonderful today! Quick, fast and efficient pickup and drop off. Thank you for making an otherwise stressful morning smooth 🤗
Jovany was quick, reliable, and dependable. He towed my car like as if it were his own; very aware of highway surroundings and careful as to not cause any extra damage. Great service!
Very friendly, pleasant, professional and an excellent driver and maneuvers that tow truck expertly and efficiently! The vehicle was hooked up in no time. Great job even helped me take my things out of the vehicle. I would definitely do business with him again. Excellent job!
Thanks for your service. I was towed yesterday. I normally don't do reviews but here it go. Driver was a little behind but made up for it in personality, skill and overall a great guy. It was not an easy grab, low ceiling parking garage and rear wheel drive transmission wouldn't engage, but we figured it out. It was a low ceiling garage so not easy. Thanks for the chat and good getting to know you. Hope all continues to go your way for you and your family. Great father and guy! Keep it up and stay you. Keep your faith and share with others. Thanks Jovany
Blowout in My Tesla Model 3 I had a great experience with the tow service for my Tesla Model 3 after a blowout. The timeframe provided was accurate, and there were no issues at all. Ángel González handled the situation professionally, taking photos before and after the tow. He was thorough and efficient, ensuring everything was done right. The tow truck was very clean, and I appreciated the ride inside. I highly recommend this service. Thank you!

My significant other and I were broken down at the airport and Duke came in to save the day! He not only exuded professionalism but also was extremely personable and made an unfortunate circumstance a more positive experience. We cannot thank him enough for his quick thinking and his friendly personality making his customers feel comfortable. Highly recommend this shop for any towing needs!
We were in a rut, to make a horrible long story short, our rental had a blow out with no spare and we had a 3.5 hour drive and it was late. We were told 2.5 hours from Budget to get some out to our location which turned to 3.5 hours, we made one call to this place and they were out in less than 25 minutes. Extremely professional and courteous with reasonable pricing! We will definitely use again if needed (hopefully no time soon) but definitely recommend their service.
Great service, very friendly and was at the scene in about 20 minutes.
LIFE SAVERS….. I called at 4:30am and they showed up in 18 minutes. Duke had the car loaded in minutes. Definitely calling them first when I need a tow again

Great team and very quick response to help my family in its time of need. I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone.
Tomy was nice speedy and responsive best quality service I’ve had since dealing with towers. If you have any doubts of working with him I can assure you I did too and I’m glad I did thanks! AC

Won't have anyone else tow my car. Julio was fantastic and truly treated my car like it was his own. He came to rescue my car that had an electrical short at the Motor Enclave during a track day on a Sunday in under an hours time. Really appreciate their hard work and kind service. Will use again!
JB XTREME TOWING! TOWED MY JEEP, the driver was very professional. The office kept in touch with me throughout the process I highly recommend them
Julio was incredible! While clearing an overgrown back yard our bobcat fell part of the way into an old abandoned septic tank that no one knew was there. Julio arrived but his tow truck could only fit half way into our yard. Many people would have given up and said “Call someone else.” But Julio did not give up!!! Julio had a professional but friendly personality and a sense of humor which calmed our strained nerves. He went to work, trying different angles and creative ideas. We were slowly starting to give up hope when he somehow managed to get the bobcat upright with a super human combination of chains and attachments! We do not know what we would have done if Julio had not been there today. Not many people these days stick with a problem that it so difficult. We are grateful to everyone at Xtreme towing - everyone we dealt with was super professional, fast acting, and communicated quickly. But Julio was a life saver today!!! I hope we don’t need them again but if we do - we will call them immediately.
I called for a short, non emergency tow for my Jetta in Port Richey and I had such great communication from the women in the office on when my driver would arrive. Julio was very professional and kind when he arrived to take my car away!
Cameron is the best!!! I had a mechanical issue with my rental and it needed to be exchanged at the Tampa airport. The rental company gave me a 4-6 hour window and Cameron was at my hotel in 10 minutes! He was so efficient and picked up my car first, saving time and an additional round trip! I had my new rental in 90 minutes! Thank you Cameron for saving the day! We are so appreciative of your diligence and kindness.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

After waiting for a different towing company for over an hour, Action Towing was reassigned by our insurance company and was just amazing! We called them immediately and spoke with the dispatcher who gave us all the details we needed for our vehicle to be picked up. The driver let us know when our vehicle was dropped off at the mechanic shop too. Action Towing was great and made the ending to a not so great night better.
Chris was amazing! He came quicker than expected and easily the friendliest, most helpful service provider I’ve ever had. He did everything he could to jump my battery first before we ultimately had to replace in on the spot. He showed me and explained to me everything as he was doing it, so it was great to be in the loop. Top notch service!
The BEST and ONLY towing service I’ll call!!!! They have the best response times and best drivers out there! Don’t hesitate to use these guys! I needed a tow on a Sunday and most places wouldn’t even pick up, if they did it was a crazy high number! Action towing answered and was there in 40 minutes! Took 5 min to load and 5 min to unload. Money well spent! Only tow company I will ever use!!!
Chris was my roadside savior! He was AMAZING! Such a pleasure to meet and have as company while he helped with my battery. I'm overwhelmed with how amazing and kind hearted this man was. He had me laughing and engaged in great conversation from start to finish. I hope everyone gets to experience service from Chris at least once because it was a delight. Thank you again Chris for your help, humor and kindness.
Action Towing provided excellent customer service. Albert worked to tow my car quickly and efficiently. His care and friendliness to me and my dog made an unfortunate night easier to deal with. Thank you, Albert!

I’ve never had such a positive experience with a towing company! My driver, Khaled, was incredibly kind and helpful. He not only gave my friend and me a ride home but also kept me updated when he arrived at the tire repair shop. Thanks to him, I was able to get my car back the same night. He was extremely respectful, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They took excellent care of both me and my car. I highly recommend them!
When I got arrested running from the police they were very professional. I thought it was going to be an ordeal embarrassing and cost a lot . They were very fair, very fast, and affordable thank you for making a bad situation bearable.
Hired them to move my 36’ fifth wheel RV. The whole transaction went very well. Great communications, and they got the job done; on time with no issues.
I had a flat tire in Tampa. I live in St. Petersburg and my tire shop is right where I live. They showed up fast, got me home quick and safely. Very nice people and I considered very affordable. I highly recommend!!!
Horrible service. The mislead you a lot with their prices and services. After i paid for a service to unlock my car they dropped off the car and didn't answer anymore. Stay away from this people!

I had to use their service twice in one week, which was bad luck for me. But both times they were on time, polite, and knew what they were doing. Quality that stays the same.
Very good experience! Everything went perfectly! Very quick to respond to call. Very helpful and Professional courtesy. Thank you very much.
A fast and effective solution for recovering from accidents. They got to the scene of my accident quickly and carefully took my car away.
I locked my keys in the car when I was out running errands and didn't know who to call. I found this towing company on the internet and was shocked at how quickly they came to get me. They were able to open the door in minutes without hurting it.

I needed a couple tows over the span of a few days and these guys were great! Excellent communication, professional, great customer service. Highly recommend.
Great company both the guys that helped me and my husband are amazing. They got his car from a tow company that took it from our apartment and Towed it to the shop it needed to go to with no problem and in a timely manner and there pricing is amazing. Will always go to them and will refer them to who ever.
I have a classic car - a 1964 Pontiac GTO - and I needed it towed clear across Tampa. These guys gave me a very fair price so I went with them. Man am I glad I did! They were extremely careful with my car, making sure to hook it up in a way that would not damage any part. They were also punctual and very friendly! They are now on my speed dial - only place I will use! Highly recommend!!!
GREAT communication!!! Texted me pick up times. Arrived and were friendly and knowledgeable. To my Classic Ford Bronco and loaded it without any issues. Highly recommend Heights Tow Company to anyone and everyone and will GLADLY use again.
Thanks

Seemed very shady at start, they send a link to be paid before driver comes out, but dispatch told me on a Sunday night at 10:30 that driver would be 15-20 minutes, was exactly 20 min and the fact that I was on a side of a highway too, was very reliable and was honestly surprised it wasn’t a scam mostly due to paying before the tech came out. Tech guy was super nice and informative, changed by battery on the side of the highway and even followed me off to my exit to make sure the car did not die again. I paid $100 which maybe you could get lucky and find something around 75-85 but this IS trustworthy and I would recommend if in a similar situation like mine. Thanks again guys!
I was scammed because I was told they wouldn’t send a driver out if I didn’t pay first. After I did, owner told me their driver was going to another city right after and couldn’t help me! AVOID THIS, PLEASE. They pay through cashapp and my bank couldn’t even help me. I was never told I would get $75 refunded.
I have never had such a positive interaction with a roadside towing company. But, this one is different. Last night, my car’s battery gave up on me as I was getting ready to leave a shopping center. It was nearly 9:00 pm. I had no idea what to do and did not have anyone to come to the rescue. Out of nowhere this gentleman passed by in his car and respectfully asked if I wanted him to look at the car. It was 9:00 pm, and I was in a parking lot with my sister and my 70 yo mom. I was unsure at first, because you hear so many horror stories, but I truly sensed the positive energy and felt the genuineness of this man wanting to help. I was so in awe and did not even get his name, aside from the company’s name. He was professional, and honest, and got us out of a sticky situation with no monetary expectations ( he did not even know that my mom was in the car) . Any owner willing to help out people in their community out of the kindness of their heart without any monetary expectations deserve the recognition and all the clients in the world. I would recommend this company to anyone, This sense of community is truly what makes Tampa Bay the awesome city it is, and to know that respectable owners still exist is a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much for assisting us last night !
Exceptional Roadside Assistance – Fast, Reliable, and Professional! When you’re stuck on the road, having a dependable roadside assistance service makes all the difference. From the moment help was requested, the response was quick, professional, and stress-free. The team was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient, ensuring the issue was resolved as smoothly as possible. The level of care and reliability provided was truly impressive. No long waits, no unnecessary hassle—just prompt and effective service when it was needed most. For anyone looking for trustworthy roadside assistance, this service is highly recommended!
**Absolutely Impressed** Prompt, professional service with great communication. Called Twin Towers for a tow after my bike decided to quit on me in South Tampa. The driver Oscar arrived about 20 minutes after I called. He took great care in securing my bike ready for the tow. All and All, Oscar made what was already a stressful day situation much better. I absolutely recommend Twin Towers Towing! I’m happy to support a local business!

Margo made this confusing and difficult process that much easier but her helpfulness and caring personality. Typically you wouldn’t expect this with a tow company. I’m thankful for this small slice of positive energy during this already challenging ordeal. Hope your brother enjoys the duck, Margo! Thank you for being a kind human.
Dante was quick and communicated well! Thanks!
Had an amazing experience with Dante. He arrived on time, was very friendly and courteous, had very good communication and was extremely respectful while making sure not to damage any of my property when backing my vehicle from my driveway. Thank you so much Starks and Peddle for an easy and stress free experience.
Unsure of specific driver, but one of their flatbeds just flew past me going atleast 25 over the speed limit weaving through traffic. Very unprofessional and a huge liability to all around.
Stark towing was amazing! Devin was very professional and efficient when towing my vehicle. I highly recommend this company for your towing needs! Quick and easy process! If I ever need to utilize a towing company, they’d be the first company I would call! Thanks again Devin!

The worst towing company. They’re a bunch of predators. They towed my car from the apartment complex and charged $500 for it.
The company I give 3 stars. They towed my car as the request of an apartment complex even though I was not in a reserved spot and had only been there a few hours to baby sit. However, they did have someone come out and meet me at 11pm so I could get my car back immediately. On the other hand the cost was $470 which is insane, $250 just to get my car released to me. That's an insane price to pay when my car has been impounded less than 5 hours. Though I do want to commend Henry, the driver who came out to let me get my car back was amazing, he showed me an adorable picture of his dog as a candy corn and really calmed me down and made an extremely unpleasant situation much more tolerable. I would call Henry to tow my car any day, he deserves a raise and his dog deserves a treat! Thank you again Henry - Megan
Allen, thank you for your time and service with being quick, friendly and efficient. I appreciate your time and efforts with getting my car over to the dealership timely.
Jamie Z. is a pure asset to your business. My tire started shredding and he happened to be traveling next to me when it happened on the interstate. Jamie was super kind and assisted with getting me to the shoulder and changed my tire. He was a great conversationalist and put some positivity in a negative moment. These type of people speak volumes for a business. Jamie is my hero!
Possibly the worst customer service known to mankind. They may be good at towing vehicles and saving the day but if your car gets impounded they treat you like a second class citizen and levy any number of random fees and charges on top of a daily $40 charge and initial $300 + fee to begin with. Not to mention if you don't get the car before 30 days they have it auctioned off. They are rude and dismissive while literally holding your vehicle hostage and nickel and diming you for everything and anything they can come up with. CTS Towing is basically a front for a Modern day legal extortion racket! And the kicker is the car isn't even mine! So much for helping a friend!

After waiting over 3 hours for another towing company I had my insurance cancel and reschedule for another service provider a I waited less than 15min for Tow Pros towing and recovery service was excellent
Last night, my Alpina B7 750 LI broke down and I was more than fortunate enough to have tiny come and tow the car, now, despite me and my father being very adamant about wanting a Flatbed tiny was very professional and even gave us a lesson on how to tow cars that are expensive and low. he is the best tow truck driver I’ve ever experienced, and I would highly recommend tiny & tow pros over anybody else
Very courteous very professional Will and Xavier went above and beyond to get my car back on the road. Old fashioned customer service Many thanks
Bryan from TowPros communicated with me while on route, sized up my problem (bottomed out my Accord like a dummy), and came up with a solution that worked perfectly and quickly. Very nice guy. Would recommend, would use again
In a day and age where customer service has dwindled, this company and specifically, the driver who took care of us, demonstrated exactly what it means to take care of its customers. Our vehicle needed a tow which was already a stressful situation for a family of five but the driver (forgot to get his name) came through with an uplifting attitude and took amazing care of us. Thank you for taking care of our family vehicle in a fast, professional and reassuring way! My biggest regret is not getting the drivers name so I could give him the proper shout out he deserves!

Quit holding on to the pile of junk. Sell it to these guys. They’ll send a friendly driver out to pick it up. Take the couple of dollars that you get to fix your new car.
Great Service Good Price On Time..👍
ALEX AT Tampa Towing and Junk Cars has been outstanding helping us dispose of our 25 year old truck that could no longer be fixed. He explained exactly what we needed and adjusted his schedule several times to accommodate our situation. His expertise and integrity made an otherwise horrible situation better. Thank you, Alex

Thanks for saving me! Great service and quick!
Great communication, prompt service, kind, hard working, on time, price was as quoted, and caring about ensuring my vehicle wasn’t damaged during the process.
Called, was told 45 minutes, what a liar lol. Guy was there to pick my vehicle up 15 minutes later. Honestly the dispatch was fantastic, friendly, honest, and upfront. Driver exactly the same. While it sucks having to call a tow truck, I'm thankful Sergio's is there to save the day. 5 stars all the way

Stepps were so easy to work with, starting with dispatcher Katy, who was so understanding, helpful, and thorough, not to mention pleasant. Mike the towtruck driver was so professional and respectful. This involved a long haul tow and the long ride was very enjoyable as Mike & I conversed the whole trip. If you need a tow, this company will take very good care of you, all the way around. I highly recommend Stepps!
Our work truck broke down and David came first to assist us. He was very nice, but we ended up needing a different truck to fit our vehicle. Then, Travis came to help. He was super kind, friendly, and helpful! Couldn’t have asked for nicer people!
I do not think anyone would expect a wrecker service to have great customer service based on stigmas that might be assigned to the industry, but Santos was awesome helping us get to the bottom of our roadside assistance request even after Travelers reassigned it. Thanks! That kind of attention to the customer is getting rarer but Stepps still has it.
Had to use them numerous time to transport my 57 Chevy. Driver Ian knows the car as good as I do. Fantastic service, prompt, professional and always gets the car there with no issues whatsoever.
Highly recommend Stepps!! Dealing with a very stressful situation, Heather was extremely helpful! She got us scheduled for pickup, we received several texts with the status of our pick up & our drivers name. Driver, Yevhenii, was right on time and was very friendly, thorough & professional. He loaded up our RV, checked his work several times & away he went. Thank you to everyone that helped us out.

Trash customer service. I cancelled my tire change with them because of their poor customer service. How do you just put people on hold without telling them and then when I call back and actually speak to someone she has an attitude because I called back because she didn’t say anything when she got on the phone. Weirdo vibes and I would only use if I absolutely needed.
Scam. Shady business practices. They either have someone parked down the street by Mr Empanada on Kennedy or someone sits in front of the cameras in Mr empanada and calls them. All the other reviews on google and Better Business Bureau state just about the same thing that happened to us. Signage wasn’t visible from the side street but claim it’s legal that way. They had our car on a truck around the corner and were magically able to bring it around cause they know exactly what they’re doing scamming people. Photo is where there is no sign and has proper parking space lines
Don was awesome! I needed my vehicle towed and he arrived very quick and was extremely informative. I would definitely recommend Don and the services from Safely Towing.
Service was good..... Don G came really fast and towed my car to the garage and back home would recommend best service in Tampa for sure he showed up on time, was very polite. Thank you! DON muchas gracias
These guys are awesome. Quick , courteous and responsive. They are fair and honest in the way they do buisness. I was flooded out in tampa and they got me in less then a hr. They don't try to charge you a arm and a leg either. I hope I never need a tow but if I do I'm calling these guys for sure

You get a price quote from 3 different sources (all the same amount) before picking the closest place. I gave a full description of the vehicle before arrival. Then he starts making up amounts for aluminum scrap value when he gets here and says he can offer only half the quoted amount. "I have 2 other sources, so goodbye. Oh you will give me the amount you promised after all? Great, you didn't waste your gas then." The guy was very sketchy.
Megan is very polite and friendly to the customers. She was very professional and helped me my family members needs. I recommend Tommy's towing to friends and make sure you see Megan😘
Tommy, Megan and the entire crew has always worked with me and my schedule to accommodate the automotive needs. Love the FAMILY atmosphere. I’m quite confident that knowing Tommy supports his daughter Megan driving Sprint Cars, he will take that much care into your vehicle 🚗 as he does hers. AMAZING PEOPLE!!
Used Tommy's for a tow for a car accident through TPD, the driver showed in a timely manner and was quick and efficient in hooking and loading my car. The customer service at the shop was very lacking though. You can easily get the impression that the two employees at the counter may have seemed bothered by the fact they had customers to attend to. Aside from that, Tommy was very flexible with his company policy due to being in the accident. Overall a quick response time and easy to find location.
Tommys towing was one of the worst xperiences I've had with a company period. After getting hit by a wreckless driver at 10:55 am tommys towed my car at 12:10 pm. When I called the next day to inform them that I was going to pick up my vehicle they told me that the vehicle had been picked up at 10:30 AM the previous day so they had to charge me an additional 24 hour holding fee, however it had not been 24 hours and they claimed to have picked up the vehicle even before the car accident had occurred .I try to explain this to the rude and hostile woman on the phone and she refused to change the correct time to 12:10 PM because I did not have a receipt to prove it. After I found the receipt I told her that I was coming up there with the receipt and she finally agreed to change it to the correct time. Upon arriving I was met at the gate by the woman on the phone and a man guarding the gate like guard dogs ready for an altercation. I simply ignored the rude and horrible customer service because I knew the real reason she was upset was because she tried to take $50 dollars from me. I am a hard-working tax paying citizen and I did not appreciate the the horrible service I received at Tommy's. I ended up paying the correct amount I owed and will never use of this towing service again, please be aware and make sure you receive a receipt from the the truck driver they will try and take your hard earned money! In response to your reply. Reviews are for the customer and their opinion on how their experience was. You were not there when the incident occurred and you are going off the work of your employee, the guy that stayed back with my car was angry and he was justified because TT tried to initially charge me for an additional 24 hour fee when it hadn't even been there for 24 hours to start with. Rather than making up your own sequence of events and attacking your unsatisfied clients with false claims remove the option for customers to leave reviews. It reads "write review" and NOT "write a GOOD review or else" If you had made the time error you did not call your associate as it was brought to your attention. My father had to go back and forth with her and I several times before the error was corrected for at least half an hour because I arrived at your property at 11, and that is where the issue is. The accident did not occur until 10:55 am at which point the police were dispatched and an off duty officer witnessed the entire accident who made my statement and I had to got to work which is why the "guy" in the next post stayed with my vehicle until it was towed. My father initially contacted a different towing company but they were unable to wait around for the report to be completed. The officer who responded confirmed that TT was on the next street over from where my vehicle was parked and the dispatched time for the towing truck was a couple of minutes after the 9-1-1 call. So there is no possible way that a tow truck was dispatched before 10:55 a.m much less 10:30, unless you are able to see into the future, which I doubt. My car was released to me on Saturday so i'm sure if you are speaking of the same vehicle at this point.

I was assisted by Omar. Quick and professional, they arrived within an hour of the call. I waited 2.5 hours for another company to arrive only for them to cancel, but this company was communicative and responsive throughout the process. Thanks again Omar!
Quick, professional, and good pricing! The driver arrived within 30 minutes and handled my car with care. He was courteous and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend this company!
I'm so grateful for this company. They saved me on Monday! The tow truck was at my location less than 15 minutes. The driver was fantastic! He went out of his way to help. I can't thank him enough! After the experience I had with this company, I'm dropping my AAA. Wonderful experience!
Great company, great service. They showed up 25 mins after I made the call. I definitely advise you all to use their service if you need a fast and reliable commute to the designated area!
Your drivers really need to learn how to drive. About ran into my family and I today. All to cross 4 lanes of traffic instead of waiting a couple of minutes for traffic to be clear. The jerk driving didn’t care at all even after several cars honked while they had to slam on brakes and swerve to avoid being hit.

Ryan is a great guy. Has a lot of respect and cares about the customers. I had a broken wheel hub and he put a skate under my tire so my tire wouldn’t come off and loaded it safely. Not to mention that it was pouring down raining and Ryan still had a positive attitude. All around great guy that knows and loves his job. Thank u Ryan! Keep being u brother ❤️
Armando was wonderful. First, he got to me earlier than expected. Then, he the lug nuts were extremely hard to loosen, but he did it! Carefully. All the while, he was pleasant and friendly. I'm keeping this number handy. Thank you for fixing my flat and my day!
Ryan was so great in picking up the car. My son helped him well he showed him how to load the car. Great customer service and interactions with us and my little one that loves big trucks. Highly recommend them especially Ryan . 10/10 plus
Awesome service. He Got there super quick no waiting Mike was awesome helping my son get his car towed! Thank you Mike we appreciate 🙏 it
Absolutely superb and courteous service. We reached out to the insurance since the van broke down. The tow truck arrived on time and we were kept informed as to the arrival time. Eddie delivered amazing service, car towed swiftly. This is my second tow experience and as nervous as I was, it relieved much of the anxiety as Eddie was great. Thank you.

Nahshon picked up our Class C motor home and took it to a dealership for repairs. He was very careful with our rig and took the time to ensure everything was hooked up properly. He was also very cautious during the long drive to the dealership, making sure he swerved around low hanging branches and took bumps as slow as possible.
I had luis as my tow driver for my Hillsborough county vehicle after a dead battery luis showed up promptly and was efficient and safe during my tow as well as great conversation on the ride along. Thank you for the great service
During evacuation from hurricane Milton, we blew out a tire and had no spare. We got Professional Towing to help us. They came within 30 minutes of calling them. The truck driver that came was Louis and he did a fantastic job. He treated our car like it was his own. We had to take the car back to our house. We have a pavered driveway and Louis told us that if he drove the truck on the pavers it would break some. He found a way to get the car off of the truck without damaging anything. I can't say enough good things about Louis. We were very fortunate that he was there to help us.
Mike Swanson and his entire team are AWSOME, they are all professional and very responsible to all our companies needs. And our personal needs, they are always there and willing to assist in any way possible. GREAT TEAM and AWESOME COMPANY!! Thank you Mike and Team

Should be no stars!!! I had one of the worst experiences ever with this towing company. It ended up costing me almost $600 to get my car back after they had it for just 2.5 days. When I first called, they told me the price was $440. I went to pick it up on a Sunday and they said it would be about an hour for someone to meet me at the yard. I waited over 2 hours — nobody showed up. I called multiple times for an update and the guy sounded like he was high on drugs. I left because nobody was able to provide an update which caused another added day of charges, even though it was completely their fault. I called the next day at 4:30 PM, and they so claimed they close at 4:30 which meant I now had to pay an after-hours fee which they said was $75. It felt like they were finding every excuse to run up the bill. When I finally got there, I had to call again to get someone to show up — and waited another 2 hours, because they refuse to send anyone out until you physically arrive, which makes no sense. They have no respect for people time. I literally got off work early to get there before they closed and now all of a sudden they close at 4:30. Every person I spoke with was rude, unprofessional, and kept giving me different amounts. I kept asking why was it so expensive and nobody could tell me. This place is a scam operation. They make up prices, which is illegal, delay pickup, and charge extra for their own lack of responsiveness. I’ve had oversize vehicles like box trucks towed before and never paid this much. This was a standard car tow and it was outrageous. Do NOT use this towing company. If you're a business, DO NOT contract with them!!!! You will just damage your reputation. They will waste your time, overcharge you, and treat you horribly. This tow company needs to be investigated!! The amount went from 440 to 540 to 583 to 585??!!!! How when it’s only $35 a day after the initial fees. My car was only there 2.5 days!!! Make it make sense!!!! Don’t walk — RUNNNNN A TOTAL SCAM!!!!!
Called on the weekend to ask a question and their answering machine person was so rude he couldn't even answer when I asked "where the entrance of the place is " . He was so rude his response was "first of all we are closed". Like as if we didn't want the answer for us to show up on Monday. Extremely rude extremely disrespectful I can't believe the way the gentleman spoke too my husband and me . But it's ok I'll know WHERE NOT TO CALL WHEN I NEED TO TOW ! Thank you for helping me find someone else to tow from
Thank you very much to Jeremy. His tow truck capabilities, knowledge, friendliness and the over all experience helped my bad situation seem less bad. My Jetta broke down and I called my insurance. They said 90 minutes. Within 30 minutes Jeremy showed up. Tried a jump first just in case and that didn’t work. Got the car towed, dropped off and everything was done right. Ended up being fuel pump and it was under a replacement warranty for 10 more days. Replaced under warranty!! Thanks brother good luck!!
They are liar, they make up fake fees to keep your car longer, they all are very RUDE. I’m going to file several complaints with the DOT and any other place I can. It’s says 24hrs that’s very misleading. Business hours should be posted LEGALLY.
Jeremy was attentive to my car and the issue I was having. He was quick to get to my location and get my car up on the truck bed. He was polite and kept me updated throughout the process. It was a seamless experience during a tough time for me. Thank you Jeremy!

I called 10 different "24 hour" tow companies at 4:00 am and they all NEVER picked up their phones... probably were still sleeping. Fortunately I was able to call Sunstate Wrecker & Haul and Billy picked up the phone. He let me know that his driver would be out later. JD from B & D towing arrived and he was/is professional, friendly, personable, and competent! Just an outstanding individual. Highly Recommended!!!! Ask fo JD if possible!!!!!
I wanted to share my recent experience with the towing service, which unfortunately was quite disappointing. GEICO’s request clearly specified that my vehicle required a repo truck with dollies. I confirmed this information personally with the towing company to ensure it was received by their dispatcher. However, after waiting over two hours, the tow truck arrived without the proper equipment and was unable to assist. During the entire wait, there was no communication from the company. I had to call myself to check on the status, and the only message I received was a text sent when the driver was just 10 minutes away. Overall, the lack of communication and the excessive waiting time made for a very frustrating experience.
Beware! Charged me $275 for a 50 mile tow AND the driver broke my tie rod when loading my vehicle. So, i originally only had a bad starter & once towed home was merely going to pull car to local mechanic to be fixed, but couldn't because i had to pay someone to come to house & replace broken tie rod FIRST. Everyone told me they should pay for the new tie rod as well as the labor, but they are avoiding me & the topic like the plague.
Scheduled a tow for 9pm and the driver arrived precisely at 9pm. Daniel was friendly, professional and fast. Excellent service and a fair rate. Exceptional experience that made at least one aspect of a vehicle failure good.
I was helped today by Mark and he was really friendly and helpful. He helped me move my belongings from my car. Great service.

The Tampa Towing Co. is a top choice company for all your towing needs. Their service is prompt, reliable, and efficient. They transported my car to a nearby mechanic, and even offered to give me a ride to my destination. The whole experience was stress-free and hassle-free thanks to Tampa Towing Co. Very fast to arrive! Greats service and most importantly great price!!!! Will definitely call them if I need another tow so should you‼️
Not good. Plain and simple. Took my money but never towed my car. Call anyone but them. Absolute disgrace to the towing community.
