My car wouldn’t turn on and was stuck in a divot in my driveway after trying to put it in neutral and get it to the street. I called Enrique and he came over in 20 minutes! He brought jumper cables and reattempted to jump my car to see if we could avoid a tow which I super appreciated. He then helped me push it into a better position to tow then loaded it up and took it to the shop for me. Reasonably priced and professional! Will call him again when my old car inevitably acts up.
Enrique was the most kind and amazing person. He was told to just pick the car up but ended up giving us a ride and helped us. He went above and beyond for us and we are extremely blessed to have had him!

Very great service. They answered my call and got me going within 5 mins. Owen was a very knowledgeable guy about towing he knew his stuff. Phone customer service was great and stayed communicative the whole time before during and after the towing. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing tow service.
Owen picked up by vehicle when my van died and I sold it for salvage. Tow-U-Later made it a smooth transaction. Owen showed up exactly when I was told he would. He was a pleasure to talk to and they had very professional communication.
Had to have a big toolbox unloaded from my truck. Thy did it with no issues. They were extremely careful to not damaging my truck or toolbox. Highly recommend them for any needs. Thanks again for all the wonderful help you guys.
Rebecca and Owen are very amazing people to work with on getting my truck towed out. When I made the call even though I had next to no service and my call kept cutting in and out. Rebecca was very patient with me and on top of communicating with me throughout the whole time of eta and when Owen was a few minutes out. Once Owen showed up he was on top of his game and was able to get my tuck out in a timely manner with it being super wet out. He got my truck out with it being very buried in mud. They made the whole process as painless as needed. I also feel their prices are fare. I highly recommend them for their services.

Dispatch "Amber" was very pleasant and patient with me asking for details of my location as well as my health. Officers talking to me as traffic is driving by causing distracting noise; dispatch was kind & considerate in repeating questions so that I could provide information. The officer was very adament about my vehicle getting towed as soon as possible. According to the information on my cell it said it would take 59 mins. 😪 Not too long after speaking with dispatch, I received the call from the T.J. who was nearby and clarifying my location. Not too long after, T.J. was at my aid with the tow truck within 7 mins. With a smile and a cheerful spirit he checked if I was okay, received information of what happened as he accessed my vehicle. Needless to say, we made it to my home where my husband awaited for our arrival smiling, and shaking T.J.'s hand, thanking him as well. Small world, but T.J. comes from a family both hubby and I love and adore, especially his mother. Miracles happened today. I lived (so did the other drivers), T J. and Dispatch were on point and gave quick good service, and my shook up morning of being rear-ended was easily consoled by T.J. and dispatch!! Thank you! Clarence gave us one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had! He showed up in ten minutes, figured out the problem quickly, replaced our battery and showed us how to prevent the issue in the future. He was also very professional and kind! Our car broke down on the side of the road and we had called a few different companies to get our car towed directly to the dealership to get fixed. All of them told us it was going to take 4 hours, until we called these guys. They told us an hour and a half, showed up in less than an hour. We also never had to go through the process of getting our car towed away and didn’t know how it was going to work exactly. They were extremely nice and knowledgeable and walked us through the whole process and communicated promptly also after dropping off our car. While anyone would always hope to never have to call a tow truck, if this ever happens to us again, we’ll be giving them a call next time too!

When I call other Crane companies about doing a job at a certain time 80% of the time they say they can't meet that time and it'll be earlier or later. When I call Crane Ops, I have never been told that they are always able to meet my time schedule and the day I need it. These guys are veterans and need our support and deserve our support. I've never worked with a better company.
Ralph is the man, he shows up on time, lifts everything safely and has been my guy on the last three lifts I’ve needed. I would highly recommend this company!
Jeff with Crane Ops took my call and scheduled me a 30 ton crane with less than 48 hours notice and had his guy show up on time and help us install some structural channel. Wrapped up in the time frame we needed and left. Crane Ops rocks!!!!

I have to say, this is the second time I've needed a tow in two months. The first time I received a tow was not from this company. My truck broke down at the grocery store that was right across the street from my house. The first tow company that I called charged me $200 just to tow me just across the street. This last Friday I needed another tow, this time for my car. I was all the way up in Holladay and I live in Herriman! I just knew that the tow was going to be outrageous but CMD Towing was very inexpensive. I mean nobody really wants to ever have to be towed, But if you do have to have a tow, I recommend this company. Very quick, inexpensive, honest, and kind. Five starts!
Absolutely awful customer service. The woman who picked up had a loud child in the background making it difficult to talk to her, and she proceeded to interrupt me mid-query with intense attitude. I'm not sure if I caught her on an off day but you're better off calling Legacy Towing with your towing questions.
The equipment was fine and staff seemed nice however they came 2 hours later than quoted and we wound up being over overcharged. However, Don called back and refunded the overcharge and I was very appreciative of that!

Jeff responded in a very timely manner (less than 20 minutes). Made sure all was secured with the car at the shop and was extremely pleasant the entire time. Highly recommend especially for anyone in the Kearns area.
Honestly they were really good. Rate was fair, probably looking around 125 130 bucks, if you want to tow your car about 5 to 6 miles. The driver was very patient with me and worked with my situation.
Wow! What a fantastic experience we had with Top Notch Towing tonight. It's almost 9 at night and my husband and I are stranded with a dead car and nervous dog. After a quick google search, and several calls to the competition we decided to go with Top Notch, partially because of the spectacular reviews, but more because they were by far the cheapest. The average quote we were getting everywhere else was double the cost! We gave him our location, and then hunkered in for the wait. We were told 20 minutes, but past experience with tow trucks has taught me to expect at least an hour, but boy was I wrong this time! We called Jeff at 8:40 pm, and he pulled up at 8:48 pm. Jeff was just as quick at loading up our car, but took the extra time to ensure that it was hooked up nice and secure. The ride back to our house was smooth and easy. He took the most direct route, had a pleasant conversation with me the entire time, and even gave us info on a mechanic he knows who specialized on Subaru's (which is what we have). Once we got home, he unloaded us right in our driveway despite the other car in the driveway and the narrow streets. He couldn't have put it in a better spot! We were so impressed with the service we offered him a tip, which he tried to refuse, but we couldn't let him. We will never use another towing company again as long as Top Notch Towing offers real "top notch" service like this! Thanks again Jeff!
Excellent service. It snowed a lot and my car got stuck in the middle of the road in my neighborhood. I called Top Notch and Jeff was there within 30 minutes and had me back in my garage in about 15 minutes. He went over and beyond to take great care of my Toyota Supra and I really appreciate the excellent customer service I received and the prompt response. I highly recommend Top Notch Towing.

I had a blowout on I15 driving home after work and had to call AAA. I was told it was going to be about an hour wait for the tow truck to arrive. I was so happy and surprised when I received a call from Brandon Melendez with Ogden Auto Towing saying that he was on his way. He arrived within minutes! He was wonderful to work with and careful to help me into his truck before loading my car. He was so helpful and helped make a frustrating situation so much easier. Thanks so very much Brandon!
UPDATE: 1/21/25 We used OAT again after we had such a great experience the first time! Brandon had wonderful attention to detail to place a car that could not be driven exactly where we needed it to be in our driveway, even when a busted steering arm! He was professional, and very respectful to both my vehicle and my home. We misplaced our car key, and it was stuck in the garage with the wheels on an angle, so “rolling it out” was not an option as our side mirror would have hit the side of the garage opening. He was very careful to maneuver the car in alignment with the tow truck to safely and securely remove our vehicle from the garage and deliver it to the dealership to have a new key made. These guys are amazing, I always find myself wanting to talk with these guys to the point they tell me they need to get back to work. They take extra steps to make sure your vehicle is towed properly with no damage.
They are awesome as Quick reply on text only towing acceptance break down vehicles. They don’t to service for abandoned vehicles on private property like church. Sadly not great towing truck for that. Oh well.. little disappointed for 50 years towing truck business 24/7

Was just watching the show, episode “weight is my enemy” you guys absolutely destroyed that trailer for no reason. Ripped the axles right out of it, crumpled the sides, broke all the centre braces, ripped the canopy off and probably twisted the frame. If I was the owner, I’d be pissed after watching how you guys pulled it out. You should have brought in 5-6 labourers with shovels or a mini hoe to take out some of that weight after they did that first pull and knew the weight would be an issue. The road traffic was dead so there is no reason that shouldn’t have been done. That’s a walking floor trailer, and they aren’t cheap! Next time, bring in a mini hoe. If you did that, the trailer would have been saved.
This is what I paid to move an excavator for less than 9 miles. $225/hour + 15% fuel fee, but they never mentioned that they would send a crane from another city which added 2 hours to the cost. They charge per hour so expect a super slow service.
Stauffers Towing, was amazing and took care of everything. My wife's car had broken down, the transmission had gone out and they were stranded on the side of the highway. She also had our daughter and 2 year old grandchild in the car. Needless to say it was stressful. I called Stauffers Towing for help. The dispatcher was amazing. She was very helpful, kind and professional. She arranged pickup of the vehicle and I was able to take care of my family and not have to worry about family and getting our car home at the same time. I can't say enough how amazing the dispatcher was. I feel horrible that I didn't get her name. You can only imagine how stressed everyone was at the time and then add a frightened 2 year old to the mix. Yep, it wasn't a good situation, but the dispatcher was on it. After getting home it wasn't long before I received a call from Patrick, the tow truck operator. He was amazing as well. He confirmed some information and soon after arrived at our home. He got the car unloaded we took care of payment. He gave me a receipt and just like that our day of adventure was all wrapped up. Thank you Stauffers for having an amazing crew. I will never forget it.
Absolutely stellar business practices. Had a late night emergency and they got my family taken care of and didn't charge me. I wouldn't expect that in every case, but I'll be calling them first for anything in the future. Just straight up old-fashioned American good hospitality.

Got a flat, called my insurance company and told me the wait was about an hour or so. Wasn’t too mad, got a call 15 minutes later saying they’ll be there in 10 minutes! Once they located me, they were quick with loading my car, drove my car and I where we needed to be. They were very nice and friendly, couldn’t have asked for better people to help me. Wish I could’ve gotten their names.
Wow, just awesome! My boat trailer had a bearing go out, to the point where it pretty much exploded one of the 4 tires off, rotor and all. No changing the tire to fix it. I had to leave the boat in a relatively remote area, 20 mi from the nearest anything. I then found out I have free roadside assistance from Progressive. They said they would put this 23 foot boat on a flat bed and tow it to a repair place in the city. Must've cost $300 but it was free (kudos to Progressive as well). They chose MrQuickPick as the company to tow. So great! This is a Sunday afternoon. They contacted me, texted me, and even sent me a pic of the final destination when they were done. Such great customer service. I really appreciate it. If I ever need a tow again, I know who to call without a doubt!
Owen and his family are amazing human beings who were willing to do more than we ever expected to get us out of a mess. We buried our Jeep Rubicon deep in the black mud of the Great Salt Lake miles from any paved road. These guys showed up prepared and ready for anything. I work for an HVAC company and we needed a last minute install on a commercial building rooftop. Jeremy was able to get it taken care of the day we needed, he was on time and great to work with. The supplier changed the delivery time and he was so willing to accommodate the changes and help us out. He was very kind, willing, and professional. My review isn’t about the Crane work of Wagstaff but more about the character of the people Who work there. My brother worked for Wagstaff for 20 plus years and passed away suddenly about a year ago. Today several Wagstaff team members spent their day off helping my brother’s widow with a huge yard project. These people have continually been honorable and kind. And I hear they’re pretty good at that crane stuff too!
Great place to work with very responsive and great pricing. They have always take care of us and are there when we need it. Tonya our sales lady bends over backwards on emergencies to make things work for us.
Contractor for 20 years, terrible customer service. Lost or couldn't run my CC I gave them day of service, 30 days later they call our customers threatening illegal liens. A guy named Jake doesn't believe in due process or invoicing and calling and ruining your reputation with your clients. Don't use these guys. Go for a smaller company that appreciates your business.

Adam’s towing has towed 2 of my cars over the last 15 years, 3 family members cars, and a friends car most recently. Every time they are quick to show up and really friendly. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Whatever they’ve been doing has been working and it’s no wonder they’ve been in business so long. Thank you Adam’s towing!

Got a tow from Glendale to Murray. When I called they picked up immediately. Jake arrived within 30min with a flatbed. He was nice and helpful. Price was $150. Prices vary depending on your needs and distance. I’m really glad I went with this company.

Tool boxes are tough to move and a lot of companies will not move them. Trever showed up on time and moved my tools from my old job straight to my garage. He takes the time to strap everything down and is very personable. Trevor is my new go to guy for anything tow related. Trevor did an amazing job! He arrived insanely fast, and was super polite and respectful of me and my property. I have a steep driveway with a bend and a low riding vehicle, which made his job difficult. Also, he had to pull one vehicle out to get to the one that I needed to have towed. He went the extra mile and solved the problem without causing any damage. He was extremely professional. I would definitely call Winterton again.

Our car broke down in the middle of the night, and they responded quickly, arriving as soon as they could. Cody was awesome! Super positive and kind, even though it was 4 am. He worked fast and efficiently. It took him less time to move our car than it did for us to figure out we couldn’t fix it ourselves. I definitely don’t recommend breaking down, but I do recommend Cody!
Dewaal & Sons were sent by our roadside assistance through our auto insurance company to jump a dead battery. They were exceptional. 5 days later, we needed help with a 2nd car, our insurance company sent someone else. He actually left my daughter in tears—nightmare. These guys are great. Their prices are fair and their crane operators are great at what they do. I have been using these guys for years and will continue to use them.
I was disappointed with the experience I had with this crane company when I hired them to move a playhouse. They arrived 20 min early while I wasn’t even there but didn’t do anything to start setting up. They then informed me that they didn’t have a spreader to prevent damaging the shingles on my playhouse but wanted to proceed anyway. I wasn’t about to pay $300/hr to have my playhouse damaged because they forgot the correct equipment. So they called someone to bring it to them. After about 20 minutes of wasted time waiting for the spreader they were finally ready to hook it up and asked me how I wanted it hooked up. I said, “you’re the crane operators, I was hoping you would know how to hook it up.” They then suggested we hook up to the eyebolts that I had just installed to hook the playhouse to the trailer....which only had 1/2” washers and would have surely ripped my playhouse apart. I suggested we string the webbing under the playhouse, which is why it was sitting on blocks. Once we did that, they were then perplexed as to how to hook the slings to the spreader, which required them to get on top of the playhouse. At this point, I was frustrated by the slow moving problem solving so I just hopped up on the playhouse and hooked everything up myself. After the playhouse was moved and everything was said and done, i was informed that even though it had taken 100min, there was a 120min minimum...which is an inappropriate time to inform your customer of minimum charge amounts. Ultimately this crane service was underprepared, seemingly inexperienced and not great at customer service. I would never recommend them.

I contacted Ben to have a very heavy piece of equipment off-loaded and moved into place in my shop. It ended up arriving while Ben was away, but he bent over backwards to ensure that his backup was able to meet me exactly when the delivery semi showed up. I've done two jobs with Ben and he over-delivered both times and ended up being way under budget. To charge me below what was originally quoted just doesn't happen these days, but Ben is an honest and dependable business man. I won't use anyone else for my rigging and crane needs.
Pando Tree Company has used a number of crane services for tree removal projects and we've finally found a home with Valley Crane. Other services have tried to reschedule the night before or change the start time, our schedule can't accommodate last minute changes to big jobs. Valley Crane has always showed up on time. I've had other crane services no-show for site visits, one company no-showed 3 times in a row. As a business, Pando Tree Company can't have no-shows. It makes us look bad to the customer and is just plain embarrassing. Valley Crane communicates well and holds up their end of the deal. Other crane services are 'cowboy' and try to do things that aren't exactly safe. When we are picking 7,000 lb branches over peoples homes, we need to feel good with the crane operator. Valley crane is far more professional then the other services around here. Thanks for the great service!

This towing company is impressive! Car broke down in Harmon’s parking lot. Car company road side assistance called 4 wheel towing and Diego was fast, smart, and careful! My husband who had come to pick me interacted with him was VERY impressed with his professionalism.
Our tow truck driver showed up in a timely manner, and delivered our car to the dealership without us escorting the vehicle. He did a great job!

We needed our car towed to a mechanic as it was having engine trouble. Roadside assistance sent out 4WT "Daph" from 4 WHEEL TOWING LLC Called to get info and asked for a picture to help find it and sent a text to send the Picture to. No one came, and when the roadside assistance contacted us to make sure we had been taken care of (We had not). They said the tow company had sent a picture of it being picked up. It was the same picture we had sent, but seeing we were still sitting with the vehicle we had to have them reach out to 4WT. Road side told us they would need to cancel and set up with a different tow company. The Roadside Assistance told us to not send any pictures In other words it may be used to say the tow was complete

Recently had a repair done by this place .. They sent out a mechanic that was seriously overweight and had little mobility.. He replaced an airbag on my trailer took him over two hours and I had to hand him tools because it was painful watching him get in and out from under my trailer. So $1460 later I got to my delivery slid my wheels and out pops the airbag.. He obviously forgot to put the large nut on the bottom of the bag. So another road service $800 later but the job done right. Took the guy 30 minutes ..Case and point.. Hwy Robbery the overpriced fix lasted 1 day and I gave them the chance to redeem themselves.. Called them twice. I’ve heard nothing out of them.. PS will never use this place again nor should anyone

I needed to have my car towed to my mechanic early one morning. I called AAA, and AM/PM Towing was here within 15 minutes! Both men were very professional and personable. They did a great job loading my car onto the tow truck and got it promptly to the necessary destination. They had good things to say about my mechanic and his business, which I also appreciated! I highly recommend AM/PM towing for all your towing/car needs.

I heard about Terry's from a friend, so I thought I would try. My Jeep Wrangler was having issues with the engine and I had taken it to 3 different mechanics and none of them knew what was wrong with it. I called and talked with Terry and told him I would have to have it towed to his shop. He said, he would want to see if it was worth towing first. So he came to my home on a Sunday morning, turned on the engine and knew immediately it was the engine. So yes, it did need to be towed. He gave me a few options for an engine. A new one would be close to $8000, and one with 41,000 miles would be about around $4300. I asked him if it was him, what he would do? He told me he would put the 41,000 mile engine in. That was about 8 years ago and the engine is still great!! I only go to him, he is the best!!

Terry's Towing has been my go-to shop for annual Utah State vehicle inspections and checks. In fact, since I've owned my '96 Bronco, Terry's has been the only place for these annual checks. So when I decided to sell the truck I had one last problem to get repaired, and Terry's handled that for me in just a few days. They diagnosed the issue with the rear tailgate window lock cylinder and actuator to be a missing clip that holds the lock cylinder and actuator together. After fixing that and testing, I had it home for a very fair repair price. A day later, when lubricating all of the doors, hinges, key cylinders, etc, the tailgate window key cylinder stopped working again. I had the Bronco back down to Terry's shop the following Monday, and even though they were backed up, they had the Bronco back to me in three days. Once again, it was working as it should, and this time...no charge! Can't beat that! Again, a big thanks to Terry and his crew there for taking care of my Bronco all these years. And when I get my next project vehicle I'll bring that by for annual checks too! Keep up the great work. Five Stars for consistent service over these last 12 years!

Larsen Crane showed up this morning 15 min early this morning to move our 2 40ft containers! Jason was very polite and got his rig set up in a really tight spot between our side fence in no time! I was trying to find someone to help tow my van. I found this site and called the guy on the phone. He was very nice and let me know that his guy was on a run and could help me next. I said that was fine and he asked me if 8 pm was ok, it was and he asked me to text him my info -my name where my van was and where it need to go. I did. This guy showed up on time and was very nice and friendly. He knew what to do when to work and we were on our way and done before too much longer, about 30min in all. Awsome job! Service pro towing was fast, friendly, and reasonable. Armando was the driver, and was so humble that he didn't even want me to put him in my review, but good work deserves recognition! Action recovery, which works out of this same location, was absolutely horrible in everyway. They wanted $250 just to get my things from my car after I wrecked on the freeway. From rolling their eyes and telling me 'to talk when I'm not doing this' when I cried, to having a horrible attitude the entire time, to coming out to my car with me and saying 'see, it doesn't even start, it's done for', which no duh it's not going to start, it's a CNG and I pulled the emergency stop lever so it wouldnt catch fire or explode. They just had no knowledge in what they were talking about and gave a horrible attitude.
Waited 3 hours. They updated their status with my insurance 2 times delaying. I called direct only to have the man that answers be incredibly rude. He cancelled my tow leaving me and my young son stranded!!!!!! My insurance says they confirmed the job within 10 minutes of being submitted. LIARS

Broke down in my sleeper in the worst spot on the interstate. Chuck was dispatched to handle the tow. He definitely knows his stuff. Very professional. Made sure I was taken care of when Penske didn’t do their part on bringing out a working sub unit. I don’t wish to break down but if I’m treated like this I wouldn’t mind breaking down and having these guys out!
I'm from 600+ miles away, and had a truck go down.. Joe was extremely helpful, and arranged a tow for My truck, and load, twice in 24 hours to make sure I was accommodated and my customer was too! Thankyou! I hope I never need to call You again, but it will be far easier knowing what quality and pride they take at their jobs. Thanks again.
CHUCK- TOW HERO 💪 I normally dont leave reviews BUT this time I MusT❗️❗️❗️ I have to tell you about CHUCK he was our tow truck driver. I've never experinced such a Patient, Kind, Friendly and Concerned tow truck driver like Chuck. 🙂 We are OTR trucker and needed a tow (blown out tire, gas leakage). Chuck came But he wasnt informed a tire was needed in order to tow my truck almost 4 hrs away & the person to bring the tire was 2 hrs way & would still need 1.5 hours to change & put tire on. Chuck was offered the option to leave & someone else would come back out later. MY GUY CHUCK! HE STAYED!! 💯 He knew all that we had been through for nearly 20 hours prior to him getting to us & made sure we weren't stranded. He even spoke to companies involved & shared his disappointment in how they handled our situation. He is an 30+ year experienced driver and Loves ❤ what he does and you can tell! He was extremely helpful! We Need More People Like CHUCK 🌟
1810 bucks for something that takes 45 minutes, to get a truck out of a row, then lift truck and set truck on trailer. Was done in 45 minutes from start to finish. What a rip off!
This towing company is so bad customer service. Peterbilt advised this company to me. But, they are waste of my time. I gave to the towing order. They said 3 hours later sending driver and sending statement. I waited 4 hours. Then, called back to dispatch. But another dispatch answered. He said I don’t have your order, you can call first received dispatch, but she didn’t answer my call. I called back talked supervisor. He didn’t taker off my order, he just ignored.

Not helpful at all. I had a car needing a tow during a snow storm. They explained they were busy and I said I was willing to wait until later in the day when they were available. They said no and offered no solution. Just no. Mary Ann was very unhelpful

Their service was horrible. They gave us a set price which we paid and then waited for an hour just for them to double the service cost. They also doubled the cancellation fee. Had to fight for our money back. Total scam don’t call them unless it’s an absolute emergency.

Tye and the owner did a simply incredible job carefully flat bedding my 1958 Thunderbird show car. They took better than a half an hour to secure it to their flatbed -- so as not to damage the restored undercarriage (this is a full-on show car). They unloaded the car with the same care. I will definitely use this company to move my collection of cars. On top of their expertise, they were pleasant and courteous.
