Enrique from Vega towing was responsive, reliable, professional, and friendly. He towed me from Solitude back to the repair shop in downtown SLC. I was bummed our radiator blew up in the parking lot when I arrived to ski and askjed Enriuque if he could text me when he was close as I still wanted to try to get some ski runs in. Was still able to ski a little and get towed back to SLC. Call Vega if you are in a pinch and they will save you.
Enrique was great. My son’s mustang was stuck in gear and we couldn’t get it in neutral or home. He showed up before the quoted time, was super friendly, helped us get it home and in the garage. Definitely recommend and can’t thank him and his coworker enough.
Rick was amazing to work with, flexible along with the absolute best service and communication. Ive used many different tow companies before but have never received such great service as well as the best pricing to accommodate that. I’ve paid 70% more in pricing for less accommodation and servicing. Definitely my new go-to Tow Company for any and all a-z (A-Vega) tow needs.

Although it was a busy night and it took longer than normal to get to me, Anthony came in ready to assist, and that he did! I had no idea my vehicle's battery was elsewhere, but he found it and went to work. Having a mechanical background made it easy for him to troubleshoot. He saved me from having to buy a new battery, and then ran test after test to make sure I would not have any issues. It was a cold night, but Anthony's warm smile made everything better! Thank you for hanging in there on such a busy night!
My car's lower ball joint popped off and I was fortunate for Marvel Towing to towed my car by to my house. Jodey the phone operator was very professional and caring to make sure I was OK. Juan the driver was a really cool dude. We had a good conversation about cars (he's a car guy), so that help eased my stress during the moment a lot. He went extra to nicely put my car in the garage so I can work on it. Overall, Jodey and Juan are very professional and easy to work with. Heaven forbid me for having to call a towing company again, but if that were to happen, Marvel would be the one.
Clarence gave us one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had! He showed up in ten minutes, figured out the problem quickly, replaced our battery and showed us how to prevent the issue in the future. He was also very professional and kind! Today I had Jayson help me get my 2020 Jeep Wrangler towed to the dealership in SLC from Midvale/WJ. This is the second time in 4000 miles I’ve have my Jeep overheat, and the last time it occurred it took four months to have the full engine replaced. So needles to say when it happened again late last night/early this morning, I was grateful how AAA was able to connect me with McNeil’s Towing and Jayson. It went from a 90-minute eta to a 15-minute eta, and he beat me to my Jeep as it was at a friend’s place. He was extremely helpful and looked at the engine compartment and underneath my Jeep to help me get some ideas of what the problems could be, even though he isn’t a mechanic (as he told me a few times in a fun and funny way). He made a very stressful situation better due to caring about his work, and making sure I was taken care of as a customer. He knew where to go and how to get everything taken care of for me since the dealerships are closed on Sundays. We had a fun time, great conversation, and as a consumer I felt extremely taken care of and am highly satisfied with my experience! I’d recommend Jayson at McNeil’s Towing 10/10! I requested towing through AAA and Clarence from McNeil's was dispatched out to help. My experience and the service I received was absolutely wonderful. He was quick, friendly, and communicated everything that was going on really well. He took just a little bit of extra time and actually got my car to run and got me safely to my destination. Wow! What a fantastic experience we had with Top Notch Towing tonight. It's almost 9 at night and my husband and I are stranded with a dead car and nervous dog. After a quick google search, and several calls to the competition we decided to go with Top Notch, partially because of the spectacular reviews, but more because they were by far the cheapest. The average quote we were getting everywhere else was double the cost! We gave him our location, and then hunkered in for the wait. We were told 20 minutes, but past experience with tow trucks has taught me to expect at least an hour, but boy was I wrong this time! We called Jeff at 8:40 pm, and he pulled up at 8:48 pm. Jeff was just as quick at loading up our car, but took the extra time to ensure that it was hooked up nice and secure. The ride back to our house was smooth and easy. He took the most direct route, had a pleasant conversation with me the entire time, and even gave us info on a mechanic he knows who specialized on Subaru's (which is what we have). Once we got home, he unloaded us right in our driveway despite the other car in the driveway and the narrow streets. He couldn't have put it in a better spot! We were so impressed with the service we offered him a tip, which he tried to refuse, but we couldn't let him. We will never use another towing company again as long as Top Notch Towing offers real "top notch" service like this! Thanks again Jeff!
My name is Charlotte Black and I had to have surgery and I ended up to leaving my car at work. I called my insurance company for roadside assistant to tow my car home. They called another company who was going to charge add'l $25 and then after a boat load of questions of why I didn't have the keys, which I told them my son had them, they called the insurance company and declined by request. The insurance company called me back, asked a few more questions and then understood why I needed by car home, they sent Top Notch Towing. I was contacted by Jeff who was just great. He called the Met-Life and got the door unlock coverage, unlocked the door and towed by car home. I am in a boot from the surgery so I could not get to the door quickly, he waited for me and treated very kindly. I will recommend them to anyone that need a tow. Good job and I'm going call my insurance company and let them know too.

Needed help with towing my brothers Suburban he had driver side back flat tire and passenger side back tire broke off . These guys came out and was very careful with the vehicle and loaded on their truck like a boss. Well my late night Taco Bell run went south when my tire nicked the curb in the drive-thru and put a little hole in my sidewall… yep all my fault! 🤦♂️ but for what it’s worth…I don’t think most vehicles get along well with small drive-thrus man!! However, you want to know who I get along with?? Stauffers Towing & Recovery! I took my vehicle up the block close by to my friends knowing full well the tire was already compromised and knew I had a spare and the tools I needed… got my jack, the cheap black tire wrench that comes with the spare and of course… broke that cheap sob socket on the first jump... No ones up, my friend didn’t have a tire iron, so I called Stauffers and said: I got a question, how much would I have to pay for one of your drivers to bring me an iron, I’ll even put my spare on myself if it can save them the trouble and me some money? This amazing woman and dispatcher said: well I don’t think we’ll charge ya for that, I’ll have the driver call you as soon as possible and we’ll get you the help you need! Within less then an hour this badass of a man pulls up, gets the impact, and well as they say, the rest is history... Stauffers didn’t charge me when they had every right to… Got me and my vehicle back on the road and gave me some faith in humanity. Honest hardworking company with integrity, know-how and truthfulness. I will now be recommending them first and foremost to anyone I see that needs it! I had to get my RV towed multiple times and they were one of the only companies I found capable of towing my 32 foot monster. They were amazing! I spent about 5 hours on the side of the freeway trying to fix my car and get a tow driver to tow me home. After getting flat out ignored by one tow company, I was transferred to Empire Towing, and James specifically. Let me put it to you clearly, James is by far the best tow driver I've ever had to deal with. From the moment I talked to him and tried to explain where I was, he was confident and sympathetic about everything. He got there quick, was friendly, professional, and just a amazing person all around. To anyone reading this, don't go to any other company/person if there is a choice.

I called my insurance to get my car towed on Friday, the original towing company that was suppose to pick up my car canceled without notifying me after waiting two hours for them. My insurance was able to get Empire towing to take over the job, and let me just say they had amazing customer service. I unfortunately don’t remember the drivers name but he was fantastic, he picked up my car a little bit before the ETA and even helped us push into the drive way. Overall great experience.

I needed a trailer hitched up and was told the estimated wait time would be 60-90 minutes. Dylan was at my location in under 20 minutes. He greeted me kindly, had my trailer up and work finished within 5 minutes. Dylan made what would have been a stressful situation, one of ease. The dispatcher lied on the phone failed to show up at the agreed time, even though I called ahead of time. Then lied again just kept saying the driver is on the way several times. So 7 hours later never actually did anything. The dispatcher just didn’t care. Should be Bollocks not Bullocks .

The other day I locked my keys in my car and all it took was a quick phone call to Cartow to get me back on the road! They got my door open in literally 60 seconds. Their pricing was better than any of their competitors and I sure am glad I chose them. The service I received definitely deserves 5 stars and if I ever am in need again, I will give them a call!
Our tire blew and we used our insurance for towing. Cartow sent Justin and he was wonderful! he helped us put the spare tire on and even made sure we had enough air in it. he was very kind and did everything he could to help us and made sure we drove off safe. This company is great and Justin is even better!
Called them and spoke to Judy, she was super nice and helpful on getting me a quote on the tow. I requested a flat bed tow truck to move the vehicle in which she was quick to give the quote. She returned call and gave informed me she could have some out faster if she can stick it on Dolly's. In which I declined and she was still just as happy and as helpful. Tow truck driver called moments after and verified address and drop off location, confirmed the price with me again to be sure it was all good and sounded up to the job on getting what I needed done. I recommend this service to anyone.

I was a bit frustrated when I left my first review but now that I've actually concluded business with them I thought I'd leave a real one. When I called them initially, the person who answered my phone was very unengaged and didn't provide all the information I needed, and it took them three or four hours to call me back. Even then it was very difficult to find out what I had to do and when I had to do it. They also painted some numbers on my windshield, probably as some internal way for them to track who the car belongs to or something. But they aren't coming off from regular scrubbing, and I might have to hire someone or something to get my windshield back to normal. Other than those major hurdles though, it went fine. Once I was actually able to get down there and pick it up, it went very smoothly. The person at the desk at the impound lot was helpful. It was very expensive but that's not their fault as the rates are controlled by the state.

Tomas was super quick, respectful and understanding to not have any more damage to a Classic car with a broken tie rod. This company will be saved on everyone's phone in case of emergencies. I recently (yesterday) had the absolute worst experience with QR towing. The driver who arrived claimed he didn't speak English making it very difficult to do a business transaction. Come to find out a couple hours later that he very clearly could speak English. It felt as though there was a deliberate lack of effort to assist or make the process smoother. In addition to the poor communication there was a noticeable lack of professionalism and courtesy which only made a stressful situation worse. I would expect more respectful and transparent service from a company in this industry, esp being in a business where we rely on them in a urgent situation. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend QR towing based on this experience.
Illegally towed my car, cant leave a message, never answer the phone. did call me back from sms and said they would check with the driver but it has been many hours and no call. Worthless, unprofessional and irresponsible company. I will be sending complaints to every city and state official that will listen and has governing power over these car thieves.
My car overheated and to avoid further damage I needed a tow truck to get it to a mechanic. QR towing did not disappoint. The service was on time, fair pricing, very professional from beginning to end. The gentleman even offered me a ride to the mechanic shop. I’ll be referring this service with friends and family. They was verry aggressive and threatened to arrest me because I drove over there and wanted to look at my car on Saturday afternoon. They said I have no business being over there. Because I found out about my car after 5:00pm on Saturday they want to charge me for 3 days even though I had no control over the person that wrecked my car would strongly recommend calling someone else. I was not being threatening or aggressive at all until they started being rude and threatened to get me arrested.
Predatory practices. They know they have your car and you need it back. So they add extra fees . Over $400 total for a car that was mistakenly parked 42.00 in random administrative fees $40 for extra days of storage that the vehicle was not actually stored and fuel surcharge fees. Obvious their only concern is making money.
Charles was awesome! He was friendly and very kind! We were stranded for almost 2 hours before he got there. Once he was with us he was super speedy about getting my car on the flatbed and secured! He seemed to have a lot of experience and knew what he was doing! Thank you CJ!!

The guy that picked up my car and took it to the mechanic shop for me while I was at work was super helpful courteous and easy going! His name is Hassan! I just gotta say I’ve dealt with other towing companies and they don’t come close to the service of A&H! I will be recommending them from now on!
Ali was friendly, helpful and turned what we thought would be a tow into a quick battery jump. He was so polite and had great suggestions to get us on our way.

I had put in a tow request through insurance. I did not contact them directly and they picked up the job through their system. They kept the time frame and contacted me when it was my turn, that’s not the issue. The issue is they were saying they weren’t getting enough money to tow me which, come to find out after talking to my insurance, they were contracted for a price when they accepted the job and should have known that and should not have even mentioned money to me. So my tow was “rejected”, as the guy said and now I’ve been sitting here for 6 hours waiting for another tow. Extremely shady and entirely dishonest and I will be telling people to avoid this place specifically, even if they’re paying out of pocket.

I highly recommend AMR Auto & Towing. Today is one of those huge snow days, with cars crashing and slid-offs happening everywhere. I was one of those unfortunate drivers, sliding my car into a chainlink fence. After calling several towing companies and getting super high price quotes and 3-4 hour waits, I reached AMR. They were here in less than 20 minutes and got my car out safe, with minimal damage. Rick was friendly and did a great job. On a day like today, the good separates from the bad, and AMR proved the are excellent. Thank you!
Quick and on time. Car tow had me wait two hours and then told me they didn’t have a credit card machine on hand and they could do it Monday (my car would be towed to the junkyard by then). Tucker towing was quick and very accommodating.
The weekend guys got me out of a jam and we're fair honest, and got me back on the road in a jiffy! Don't mind the oil, and Grease! Their extremely busy fixing broke Stuff 😎
I called at least 6 different towing companies who advertised 55 dollars 24 hour service towing but when we called they were rude unprofessional and wanted us to wait 90 minutes and charge double the price. When we called tucker towing they were extremely nice and gave us a fair and reasonable price. We spoke to a man named Shane and he was very understanding and could tell he genuinely wanted to help. I will never use another towing company again and will recommend to all my family and friends.
Excellent service, Gary even took a moment to figure out what was wrong with my car, and that it just needed a quick 5 minute fix, no parts or anything. Saved me a mechanic's visit and bill. Timely and very efficient, was even early after another company left me hanging for HOURS. Really couldn't be happier.

These guys are awesome I had to get my car off private property before the place closed and I was at work and couldn't be there and they helped coordinate everything with me and took my card over the phone a day in advance but didnt charge til after the job was done. They were also the cheapest and least pushy out of all the other towing services I called..
I have been using AMR as my mechanic and tow company for years. Shane the owner is great. And has always given me a good deal on any work he's done for me. Would definitely recommend.
I’ve lived in SLC for 4 years with an old Landcruiser that needs to get checked out about every month so I’ve been to a lot of mechanics out here. FINALLY I FOUND ONE THAT IS AS TRUSTY AS MY HIGH EXPECTATIONS. Shane and the other mechanics here are awesome. I’ve had jobs done here small and large and they always do a great job and don’t overcharge at all. They will help make sure that your only doing what is necessary for the car to be maintenanced and never try to do anything extra to charge you an extra buck. 5 stars all day.
Would Recommend Quick turnaround for towing, diagnostic and repair services; very reasonable repair cost; local, family owned business; and my contact Shane clearly had forgotten more about cars than I'll ever know. They turned what could have been a very stressful holiday weekend into a quick and reasonably priced fix. Car's working great now. Would recommend

I called A Sierra towing after an accident, and they arrived and had me loaded up before the police tow company even showed up to the scene.
I was t-boned in my Ford F-150. I called and the driver was there in under 15 minutes. The driver was very courteous and took care of my every need as far as being towed. He was very happy to help. I will suggest him to anyone and will definitely use them again if I ever need towed. *Knock on wood*

Lone Star Towing is our towing company that we use for all of our communities. They are amazing to work with and very professional.
Did a good job towing my car, but guilty by association. This company has been towing dozens of cars from a large apartment complex in Orem, where a terrible HOA hasn't been following the rules of about notifying residents about road work. This company is making thousands of dollars from a scam. Someone should take legal action.
I crashed my car in the middle of nowhere around 1am. I called many other 24 hours toll companies. They were all out of drivers.. I called Lone Star and they asked where I was and where I needed to go and they told me that a driver would be there in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later Mike their driver showed up. Mike was courteous friendly and took excellent care of my Mercedes. I 100% recommend Lone Star to anyone.
Towed vehicle on a technicality. Just out to make money for Christmas. Car has been parked at the same complex every night since June and they did not tow. Right before the holidays they are out trying to stack up their pockets. These people should be ashamed of themselves but they’re not because they put it on the website because you know everyone is trained to know how to distinguish between o and 0 on a license plate. Then you make an appointment and they can’t even be on time.

Multi car Towing LLC - I would give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely abhorrent, predatory behavior and blatant discrimination and disrespect by the employees we dealt with. We parked in a lot labeled for restaurant customers. We had to go across the street for to pick up a meal for a member of our party that had dietary restrictions that could not be accommodated by the first restaurant, with the intent to order food from said first restaurant for the other people who could eat there. Another person in our group has a physical disability (clearly marked by a permanent handicap placard in the vehicle) so it took a little extra time to return back to the car. In that less than 10min, we returned to an empty parking spot with only tires marks remaining. We called the listed phone number on the sign and were met by rude, unprofessional behavior during this stressful situation. Information was not clearly provided on how to obtain our vehicle and no assistance was provided in navigating the situation. When asked how we get to the lot without a car, we were told to just order an Uber through garbled speech that sounded as if the employee was intoxicated and we were hung up on multiple times. Despite posted signage that credit cards were accepted, staff would only accept cash, which we felt very uncomfortable with, especially when arriving to a desolate lot with no employees present. Unfortunately, even after paying the exorbitant fees ($12 for gas for a <10min drive, $42 for being in the lot for less than 20min, $75 for being towed on a weekend, $201 for towing, etc), our vehicle was disfigured by a large sticker on the window making it unsafe to operate the vehicle due to impaired vision through said window that was completely unnecessary as the sticker said there was a boot in place, which was untrue. Not only were we not treated with basic human decency and understanding, but we were blatantly discriminated against for having a handicap placard and out of state license plates. Disgusting behavior. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.
Made us wait in the cold for well over 45 minutes. Wouldn’t get me my car. I parked in a restaurant parking lot (that was closed- it was midnight) so I could run in and pee! I was gone 1-2 minutes and my car was gone. I understand it’s a business but there was zero empathy and understanding. Just nearly $400 gone. It’s now nearly 2am and I still don’t have my car. Still freezing cold
Lost my keys to my car hang up on me. Everything was paid in full and left me here handling their jobs whole being 8 months pregnant in the sun!!! All the males in the office very disrespectful and derogatory behavior. Don't recommend using ever.
