Very professional. Excellent customer service. Always prompt and on time. If something comes up and they can’t make it, they communicate ahead of time and stay in constant contact with updates of their expected eta.
Quick and professional service at its best, that means they met and succeeded our expectations. They quoted over the phone the price doing service with the small equipment, but instead they brought brand new double size equipment and they did a job for us for the same price that they quoted and even the operator added the smile all the time he was on our project. Thank you
Ben is awesome to work with, very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions and ideas. He's been very accommodating with our schedule which has really helped us out.
I am an HVAC contractor and have used many crane companies. Crane ops communication was top notch. Pricing was great. Service was great. They know exactly what they doing with keeping safety the top priority. Will 1000% use them again for our next crane job.
Ben was great to work with. Highly recommend these guys!

Very quick in responding, shared helpful tips for fixing my issue, and even dropped off my keys for me after! Super helpful, would highly recommend.
Don is amazing! He arrived to pick up our car within 15 minutes of us calling him and was so kind, professional, and hard-working. We had all sorts of issues revolving around where our car was parked, the direction it was facing, other cars parked around it, and the fact that one of the wheels was completely out of commission, but he was so good to work around the circumstances and accomplish what needed to be done. And he did it all so skillfully. If you need any towing services, especially from a good, honest company, Don is your guy. And his prices are great! Thank you, Don!
Called them to tow my car the same day and they were extremely quick to help. They had very fair and honest pricing too. Told me a window and they stuck to it and were actually on the earlier side which was fantastic. Super professional and very friendly. They are a small local company and did a great job. Would recommend them to anyone.
It’s way overdue, but Don Shelley Towing has been a wonderful company for me. I’m a retired hooker. Don and Zach are 5 star all day long. They will meet your towing needs with respect, courtesy, and a fair competitive price. Thanks Don and Zach for your many years of service and assistance.
I've needed towing several times over the last year or so and I've called Don Shelley towing. He's fast, honest and very fair priced. Thanks for all of your help Don Shelley towing!

Unfortunately, I have had to use tow service a few times over the last few years. Fortunately, AAA contracts with AMPM. Every time I’ve gotten a tow, it’s been AMPM. And every time, I get an amazing person. Today I got Tommy. So kind, helpful, and professional. Thanks AMPM and thanks Tommy and all the other guys who’ve helped in the past (I forgot their names…)
Matt and Casie were so kind and helpful. They were very upfront and incredibly fair with pricing and ETA, even arriving a bit sooner. I had a really good experience for something so stressful and would highly recommend! Thank you :)
Today I had a flat tire after taking my son to his eighth grade orientation and I called AAA for a tire fix they sent out Jaden and he was amazing. He did everything within a span of 20 minutes changing my tire putting everything away. It was so convenient I didn’t have to do anything, and he was great with everything that I needed to get done If you’re looking for someone to come out and help you with a flat tire or towing your vehicle, I would recommend you requesting for Jaden because he was amazing and awesome. Definitely a five star for him.
My alternator called it quits early this morning and Am/Pm was able to get to me quick and got my car and I back home safely. The employee was kind and good at what he does. 100$ for my total, well worth it instead the ticket of leaving it behind 👍
I’ve dealt with AMPM Towing about five times over the last 3 years through AAA dispatch and this company has been fantastic every single time. Fast response times ensure you’re out of trouble and your problem is solved in a quick manner. Knowledgable and friendly drivers ensure you they can help you out of any tricky situation. A variety of services offered means they can cover just about any kind of road side assistance task. I love having AAA and am glad they work with AMPM towing because the service is the best in Utah by far. Just look at the average reviews this company has and how many overall glowing reviews they have. I’m happy to go the extra mile to write a review for this company because their employees always have and always will go the extra mile to ensure you’re taken care of! Thank you AMPM Towing!
